Cold Laser Therapy for Pain Management: Video Overview

Cold laser therapy is low-intensity laser therapy or laser therapy that uses low levels of light to stimulate healing. Unlike surgical or aesthetic lasers, it does not cause your tissues to heat up. Cold laser therapy is sometimes called low-level laser therapy (LLLT), low-power laser therapy (LPLT), or soft laser.

Cold laser therapy is a new medical treatment that uses low-level lasers. This drug-free therapy stimulates damaged tissues, which hastens healing and reduces inflammation. The healing and relief provided by cold laser are due to several mechanisms. It triggers the body to heal itself and stimulates the mitochondria, which encourages regeneration and cell repair.

It reduces inflammation and eliminates pain. The laser lights reduce swelling caused by inflamed joints. It provides better joint mobility and stimulates tissue regeneration. Cold laser therapy activates the lymphatic drainage system to drain the swollen area of the body and reduce inflammation.

It is safe. Cold laser is non-evasive and does not use strong lasers, which do not damage the cells. The treatment does not result in over-stimulation or overdose. It is also painless and non-toxic. This does have any side effects, as well.

This makes cold laser therapy effective with 90 percent efficacy rates. Patients can easily return to a pain-free lifestyle within a few weeks.
It promotes faster wound healing. The laser therapy accelerates wound healing. It reduces the formation of scar tissue caused by scratches, cuts, surgery, and burns. Cold laser promotes the reabsorption of fibrotic tissues, which speeds up healing.

It treats arthritis. Cold laser therapy provides relief from arthritis by eliminating pain and reducing inflammation. It also helps increase joint mobility and improves immune cell efficiency.

It aids weight loss and addiction rehabilitation. The therapy is effective in treating addiction and aiding weight loss. Cold laser can stimulate specific points in the ear, which causes the release of neurotransmitters that can break the addiction cycle. Combined with behavioral modification and counseling, cold laser therapy can help programs reach a higher success rate.

Important Context & Safety

Educational context: This video presents Amandha Vollmer’s personal experiences with low-level laser therapy, her interpretation of published research, and her broader perspectives on pain management and holistic health. Evidence for photobiomodulation varies by condition, device specifications, and treatment protocol. The outcomes Amandha describes from her own treatment sessions and those of family members are individual reports and should not be interpreted as guaranteed results. Claims concerning tissue regeneration, cancer, addiction, and other applications require appropriate consideration of the available clinical evidence.

Laser handling and contraindications: Low-power lasers can still cause eye injuries, particularly through direct or reflected exposure. Protective eyewear must be appropriate for the device’s wavelength and output; ordinary dark glasses do not necessarily provide adequate protection. The video discusses attachments for nasal, ear, and acupuncture-point applications, along with caution concerning pregnancy, the thyroid area, and suspected malignancies. Device-specific instructions and professional supervision are important, particularly for sensitive anatomical areas. Separate precautions apply to PEMF equipment around pacemakers and other implanted medical devices.

Medical decisions and additional applications: Amandha discusses chronic pain, joint replacement surgery, migraines, dental injuries, and topical preparations including magnesium and DMSO. Laser therapy should not replace necessary diagnosis, prescribed treatment, rehabilitation, or surgery. DMSO may increase the absorption of substances through the skin, so formulation and medication interactions require particular care. New neurological symptoms, eye injuries, severe unexplained pain, or serious postoperative complications require timely medical assessment. This video should not be used to delay appropriate emergency assessment or treatment.

Medical emergencies: Information in this video should not be used to delay emergency assessment or treatment for symptoms of stroke, heart attack, serious head injury or another medical emergency.

Introduction: Cold Laser, Healing with Light, and Knee Discomfort

Amandha: Hello, how are you? I’m having a lovely summer. Hope you are too. I’m in my treatment room today and I want to talk about cold laser, something new that I’ve added into my clinic routine and regime. And I’ve been having some great successes with it. And I think it’s time to have a chat about cold laser. And it’s quite fascinating because, you know what, when I think about it, it’s healing with light.

Amandha: And I’m also a Reiki practitioner, and that’s pretty much what Reiki is too. It’s healing with light. It’s using your body to magnify the light. And I just find the parallels really fascinating and. Anyway, I got the Spooky2 machine. You know that, I mean, many of you know that I’ve talked about my excitement with the Spooky2, and so Spooky2 has a cold laser option or options on the programming, and I’m gonna do it for you. Now I’m gonna show you how I set it up and I’m gonna do it on my knee because I’d, it’s not true injury like, you know, a violent injury. What happened is I had an overuse injury on the knee by hyperextending it because I had this really bad habit of always folding my leg under my body when I’d sit.

Amandha: But just on the one side, and over time I’ve weakened the patella and it gives me a little bit of discomfort. It’s not a big deal, but I might as well nip it in the bud now and get it and show you also how it works. So, you know, these little, this is a little, this is for people who shoot guns, but anyway,, I needed a little flashlight, has a little flashlight device on the end and it’s bendable and it can clip on.

Amandha: It’s kind of cool. It’s a Remington and, but it also has the laser light. So, this is basically what I’m talking about is laser light like this. The laser. So this is actually healing except that this laser amount is only less than five nanometers. So I’m not really gonna get much healing benefit outta that cause it’s just really too little. But if you do five of these at the same time or more of these at the same time, you’re gonna start to see benefit of this. So this is actually healing this little thing right here, these little lasers. So you could, maybe, you could just buy a bunch of them and tape them together,, and you could invent something really geeky I bet.

Amandha: And put that on your body. You want or heal your cat because cats love these things. You know, they chase it all around town, right? Like you, you put this in your house and that cat will be up the wall chasing these lasers, right? And you also know with lasers, you can’t put that in your eye cause it will actually damage your retina. So don’t do that. We’ll talk about eye safety and lasers in a minute. So, anyway I really, I made the connections with light and these low level lasers, which is also called, so cold laser’s, also a low-level laser. There’s a few different names of it and people having a lot of success treating all kinds of ailments.

Amandha: And I’m, I’ll get to the list of ailments too, but first I wanna just show you how the hookup goes with this machine and get myself started on my own treatment. So you can see sort of what that looks like. Now I have done my own treatment. Now many of you also know who follow my work that I suffer from have suffered from migraines due to a dental laser, actually a laser injury that was a hot laser.

Migraines, Ear and Nasal Laser Attachments, and Eye Safety

Amandha: That I had to have a tooth removed and that tooth was infected and I asked for it to be debrided and he debrided it with a hot laser and he had an oops, and it went up into my sinus. And so my sinus got a lot of damage inside of there and a lot of scar tissue and that led to a whole spreading in the, of the problem, like up into my temple and into my brain.

Amandha: I had a lot of problems with that, and then I would get stimulated to go full blown migraines. It’s, it was really bad. Like I would get one for like two days and then one day recovery, and then I would have two days pain free and then it would start all over again. Like it was really bad. And I was, you know, obviously looking at what I was eating, any triggers, weather, sometimes there was a trigger as well, the barometric pressure. So it was really hard to keep it, keep myself pain free. I’m not one to ever use analgesics like Tylenol or use a SSA or anything like that. Because I know that poisons my body and I would rather use homeopathics and botanicals and other meditation and visualization, whatever else I breathing, whatever else I can do.

Amandha: to get out of pain or manage the pain rather than drug myself. And then deal with the secondary problem that the drug’s gonna give me, which is liver damage, right? So, so anyway, I got to that place where I had the cold laser and in the cold laser. So I’ll show you this. So this is the older Spooky2 device. It looks like this. Here. This is one of the generators and I do have the newer generator that I’m running a couple of people on right now remotely for rife frequencies for their healing. I just turn it on and I then through the computer program, the software program I am I put it through this machine and then on the other side of it, okay, so I plug into the proper port, which is the output one port.

Amandha: I can, I have two options. I can use this device, which has covers, which I’ve put over there, and they can go. Up your nasal canals. See, so I can use this for a lot of things, and I have used it on, I’ve been doing Reiki on people and also with, so I’ll do Reiki with my hands and then I’ll have the lasers and I’ve doing both. It’s been really interesting. And so the little laser will come out here and you can put these right up your nose. Yeah, it looks really absolutely ridiculous. Like mind bogglingly stupid. But it’s amazing because I did that and I also put it in my ears. And by doing two treatments, I have not had a migraine within.

Amandha: So I did a treatment. the two treatments in a row. And then I didn’t get migraines for about a month. And then I had a day where I had all my triggers come on the same day. So I had barometric pressure changed. I was dehydrated, I ate a little bit of Honey’s always a or sugar, you know, it’s a trigger for a lot of these implement inflammatory issues. And I had a mild one. But I really wanted to test it. I wanted to see how long this lasted for, and I’ve been fine, you know, since that. So I’m gonna do another round to take care of whatever. Maybe I’ve missed some scar tissue. Maybe some strep agent has gotten back in there and started a little bit of that process because that’s what germs do.

Amandha: They go to damaged tissue. If you have damaged tissue, you’re, that’s what infection is, right? The damaged tissue comes first, then the secondary microbe comes in because that’s what they do in the wild. They break down dead and damaged tissue so things can be remade. Otherwise, we’d have no, no space at all on this earth. We be full of garbage everywhere, right? And that’s their natural thing to do. Understanding that was what was happening. I realized, okay, even though this cold laser is, it’s in the visible spectrum, right? Because, so the visible spectrum is 400 to 700 nanometers, and this is six 50 nanometers. So you do see it and you have to protect your eyes from it.

Amandha: I have these really awesome glasses. Wanna see? Let’s see how cool I am. Okay, so these are my, I can’t actually see you now. I have no, I can barely see a thing. They’re blackout glasses. They’re like, here I’m gonna start playing piano. Sorry. I can be very inappropriate sometimes. Anyway the Those blackout glasses are fantastic because, you know, you, I can see just a little bit, I can see where the laser’s going but I’m gonna protect my eyes when I’m giving treatment.

Amandha: So you gotta be really aware. You don’t want that in the eye anyway. So this, these ones can also be used on the navel and they can be used as on acupuncture points, and they can be used in the ear for using auricular or ear acupuncture to help with addictions, which is really great. So these have a lot of really interesting applications. And then yes I have been recovering from a medical mishap and most people who have been to medical anything have medical mishaps is my experience from a lot of stories that I’ve heard and people who are suffering. Like this weekend when I was doing the health fair and just the stories, I’m just shaking my head at the trauma that people have been undergoing from the medical establishment at.

Personal Pain Experiences, Laser Precautions, and Joint Injuries

Amandha: It’s insane. Like this one guy had his whole shoulder replaced. He didn’t, I said, you didn’t need your shoulder replaced, you just needed to deal with your arthritis naturally. That’s why you were in pain. Like, you know, pain is obviously what drives people into these decisions, and that’s why I like the cold laser, because that’s one of the big things that deals with is pain. A non-drug approach to pain. And, you know, people need to know their options. You, if he had just done cold laser on his shoulder before he went and got a full replacement, he would’ve been able to heal that properly and, you know, have proper, his hand was all swollen from the, whatever they did to him.

Amandha: He had a mitt for a hand. He couldn’t even close it, you know, and other stuff they had done to him and all the drugs he was on, it was like he’s not, you know, in his seventies, he should have a quality of life, retired, enjoy life, you know, and not be in pain all the time, and be feeling desperate for solutions, you know?

Amandha: So anyway, that was, I had a few stories like that this weekend when I was doing the Haliburton Expo, the Health and Wellness Expo, and, okay, so this little device, and I’m wiggling around here, this is what I’m gonna put on my knee right now. So this is the Spooky2. Take control roll. And on the back you’ll see that where the little lasers come out. Okay, and you wanna place those lasers over this area of damage of tissue damage. Obviously I’ve damaged my tendon by stretching and oh, you know, sitting on my knee like that and hyperextending the tendons and the knee is very fi it’s a lot of finicky things going on in there. There are a lot of nerves.

Amandha: You’ve got the patella, you’ve got bursa, you’ve got, you know, all these attachments, tendon and ligament attachments. And the muscle attachments, right? There’s a lot happening and that’s what’s really good about this one. It’s great for it. So I can strap this around my leg. This is an extension piece that I’ve got on here. And so you can put it on arm, shoulder, anywhere on the limbs, and then if it’s anywhere on the back or doing the spine, it’s really great for neck. You just have to, you don’t wanna put it over the thyroid and you don’t wanna use it on pregnant ladies, or you don’t want to use it in any state of pregnancy, really.

Amandha: And then you want to also keep it away from cancer cells because it could actually increase the cancer. So you don’t wanna put it on like the skin cancer. You don’t wanna put directly on skin cancer. Those are the real contraindications for cold laser. and then I was reading about cold laser, that it has a lot of different levels to it. You can go cold and then you can go more intense with the lasers and the more intense lasers will work faster so you don’t need as many sessions. And it was saying that the low level that, you know, you need a lot of sessions and it might not work so well and whatever. And I’m like, okay, you know, I get that.

Amandha: Maybe that’s an intensity thing. But my own father was, came and visited me and he has a knee injury and a hip injury on the same side from two different things he had happened to him. Okay. And I said, well, while we’re talking, why don’t I put this on your knee and, you know, have like a little session, right? And it was only 20 minutes that he had this on. And this is an old injury, like five or six years injury. And the hip one, I think is even a little older. And what happened to him is right during the session. So one of the things he couldn’t do was cross his legs because it was so tight. The IT band going up the side of the leg was so tight he couldn’t cross his legs properly.

Amandha: And that’s been for, you know, since the injury and there’s chronic pain and that kind of thing. So as we’re talking, he’s like, I can cross my legs. It was only like 10 minutes on the laser and he could cross his legs again. I’m like, oh, okay, well that’s pretty fast. And then after the session he said, yeah, it’s pain’s gone. That’s great. Like maybe see how it lasts. Sure. I don’t know. I’m not, I’m new with it. I don’t know how long it’s going to last or whatnot. And then he texts me the next day. And then he texts me the next day, pain’s still gone. And then I don’t hear from him a while, you know, for a little while.

Amandha: And I’m like, so pain’s still gone? Yep. And then he messages me and he says, you won’t believe this. He was sitting and he felt something happening in his hip and he, so he lifted himself kind of up off the chair and just did a little twist and his hip adjusted and went back into position and now his hip is out of pain,

Amandha: And I went, wow. Just from 20 minutes of like low-level laser. Okay, now we’re talking. Right? And then with me only two little sessions, I maybe did an hour each session. That’s a big deal. And that’s not even, I mean it, I put it up here, but the sun, you know, the pain is more o over here. So, and the ear too is a bit of a distance to the site and it still worked cause they say that the penetration is only about 0.5 millimeters in Right.

Amandha: I think there’s more going on. I think there’s more depth that is, is taking place. So let me get this started and then I’ll talk about more exactly what’s going on at the cellular level when you do the cold level laser. Alright, so this little guy, I’m gonna put on strap over my leg and then I’m going to press start.

Spooky2 Knee Demonstration, Software, and Audience Comments

Amandha: And in the Spooky2 software it prompts you pretty easily. Now I’m gonna place it over the knee proper just to at the side of the patella because I want to, I don’t wanna really put it directly on the bone. I wanna put it closer to where the tendons are and where I really feel the stress. I’m gonna put it more at the side.

Amandha: Okay, So that’s on nice and snug because it’s touching the skin. I don’t need to put the cool glasses on because it won’t shine in my eyes. As long as it’s on, they’re good, then it’ll be fine. Now I’m gonna go over to my program. And I’m just gonna switch it on. It’s got a preset already there, and I’ll read to you also what it says cause there’s some information and then I have to go over to programs and I have to load programs that have the right frequencies.

Amandha: I put in knee injury. Knee joint pain and another knee joint pain. So there was one and another one. And because there’s different frequencies from different doctors who have found frequencies for the, for healing certain things just like Rife did. And this machine has all the frequencies from Hulda Clark to the Russian frequencies to Royal Rife, et cetera in there. And so the, there’s three programs and two of them are for 30 minutes and another one’s for 39 minutes. I might not run the entire thing. And so that’s already plucked out. And then I go over to the control panel. I allow generator overrides, I pick the right generator and it’s ready to start. You might hear the click, I’m not sure if you’ll hear it, but I’m gonna press start now.

Amandha: That’s just loading the waveforms into the generator. It’s kind of showing me that. And then it’ll click on and I’ll hear, click. Ready, it’s gonna happen. Click and now it’s on and, but I don’t feel anything. I’m not gonna feel anything. That’s a nice thing about the cold laser is you don’t feel, you don’t feel any intensity. It’s cold. There’s no heat. You don’t know what’s happening. It’s just happening, which is great because a lot of people, and it’s great for maybe kids, you know, people who are scared of certain therapies. It’s gentle. It can be mixed with other therapies. I just think it’s really nice if you’ve got a lot of pain and you’ve got a lot of scar tissue and injury.

Amandha: It’s a really great way to you can find there’s, it’s popping up all over the place. You can find lots of people doing this. Chiropractors often have it in their offices. So look around in your area and see if you’ve got it. You’ve got these options for healing your pain and healing old injuries and scar tissue and fibrous tissue. Fibrinogen is altered by the light. So what I’m gonna do is I’ll just read the comments real quick, then I’ll go over and I’ll read you some information about cold laser in a little more detail and what it’s really known for or what it’s really effective for. and hopefully my treatment goes nice and smooth and by the end I’m at, in, out, out of pain cuz I haven’t done this knee yet.

Amandha: Yes, I will put this video on YouTube as well. Like I generally do, my channel is just my business name, so Yummy, mummy, Emporium and Apothecary. If you go to YouTube and you put in my business name, I’ll come up and you’ll see I have a bunch of videos on all kinds of different topics, health topics, and then You can watch whatever you like there. And then how can we get this in the UK? I’m, I am sure you, you have this in the UK. I mean, maybe what you can do is just type in your local area, cold laser or l, like low level light laser treatment and see what se you know, treatment centers that are there for you in your area. I’m sure it’s got, it’s there.

Amandha: It’s there. And then, hi, watching from Barbados, I need to know more about the laser treatment. Yep. I’m going to get into that. You betcha. And okay, so let’s do that now. Read a little bit more so you understand it a little bit more. I’m still understanding it. I’m still researching it. I have found a lot.

How Low-Level Laser Therapy Is Described: Light and Cellular Energy

Amandha: There’s a lot of studies. There’s a lot of research that’s been done. It’s fantastic. Alright, so the cold laser, wrist, or knee, which is the one I’ve got on, is a five 5-milliwatt, 650-nanometer lasers. Well lasers and that will you know, grate for carpal ti tunnel syndrome, healing the blood. Then the one I showed you for ear, nasal, navel, or acupuncture use. And those come with these silicone covers so then they can be cleaned, right? And then, so L T or low-level laser therapy, or cold laser therapy is what it’s called. It uses precise specific wavelengths of light to interact with tissue, and that helps to accelerate the proc.

Amandha: Your own natural healing process. So if you suffer from a variety of acute or chronic conditions, you can use cold laser therapy to eliminate pain, swelling, reduce spasms, and increase functionality. Cold lasers are low power lasers which provide non-thermal, so non heat photons of light. These photons pass through the dermis, so the top of the skin, the epidermis and X level down, and the subcutaneous tissue or tissue fat under the skin. They’re often used for up to 30 minutes at a time. Although longer treatment durations cause no adverse effects, the light energy is absorbed and interacts with the light sensitive elements within the cell. Isn’t that amazing? Just think about that. We have light sensitive elements within the cell.

Amandha: Think about sunlight, think about the need for sunlight for health, and I often feel so much better. I mean, not just for vitamin D production, but I feel so much better when I get enough sunlight, I mean, I heal. You know, people heal in sun, so sun is not dangerous. Sun heals us. You need to get enough sun each day if you can. This process is very similar to photosynthesis in plants. Fascinating sunlight is absorbed by plants, which then convert it to energy for the plant to grow. Yes, we know the light energy absorbed by cells allows each cell to normalize this increasing intracellular metabolism results in a reduction in pain, inflammation, edema, and reduced healing time.

Amandha: So obviously it speeds healing is what they’re saying. Photons absorbed by the cells through laser therapy stimulate the mitochondria. So there are about a hundred mitochondria in each cell, and that will accelerate the production of ATP, which is adenosine triphosphate. And that is basically your fuel for life. I mean, that’s why you have why you need glucose. Cuz the glucose makes at TP and at TP runs all the processes. That’s like the whole goal of cellular function is to make at tp like all the things that you’re eating and needing and unu utiliz are to make at t p that’s a, the huge part of being alive.

Amandha: And if ATP levels go down, we have a problem. The biochemical increase in cell energy is used to transform live cells from a state of illness to a stable, healthy state. Cold laser therapy can stimulate most cell types, including muscle, ligament, cartilage, nerves, and many more. Okay, so I’ll just go through the list of what it’s most seems to be most useful for bone regener.

Conditions Discussed: Joint Pain, Dental Care, and Rehabilitation

Amandha: Carpal tunnel syndrome. We mentioned colorectal cancer, dental pain, which is big, right? Big time. And dentists should also be utilizing this therapy. And if they’re really with the times, if you wanna find a good dentist, there are three things to look for. One, they don’t use mercury and they are aware that mercury is a toxin. And even by using it in their office, they’re exposing themselves, their staff and their patients to mercury vapor. Two, they don’t use fluoride. They’re fluoride free. They understand fluoride is a neurotoxin. They understand that it’s a scam. They don’t do fluoride treatments. That’s the next stage. The next stage is the, well actually I’ll throw another one in.

Amandha: They use limited x-rays and they use 3D X-rays. When they do use the x-rays, they understand about cavitation. That would be another one. They understand that the wisdom teeth can cavitate and what that means, and they use cold laser. So, okay. Five prerequisites for an awesome dentist or else just use my tooth soap and my tooth powder and DMSO and don’t even bother going. Okay. Elbow disorders, fibromyalgia, obviously that’s a pain syndrome due to toxicity, herpes knee osteoarthritis, lymphedema, which is a swelling of the lymphatic. Excuse me, musculoskeletal dysfunction. So maybe there’s problems with the sutures in children, the growth plates in children, myofascial pain syndrome.

Amandha: So that’s, you know, underneath we have fascia and if the fascia is tight, it sort of covers the muscles, then you can get a lot of pain and pinpoint pain. So, and again kind of comes back to people with fibromyalgia. Often they have myofascial pain. Their muscles are swollen, they have a lot of swelling in their body because of the toxicity and it’s pulling on the fascia, it’s causing a lot of those trigger points neurological dysfunction.

Amandha: So it does help and support the nerves. So that’s great that it, and that’s, I think, was big for me because a lot of this was nerve and innervation problems. And for it to be able to assist nerve tissue, that’s a big deal. So obviously it touches and affects that cell pain relief. Yes. So acute and chronic, low back pain, neck pain orthodontic pain, shoulder pain, all kinds of pain. patellofemoral pain syndrome, physical therapy including rehabilitation, following carpal tunnel release, recurrent aphthous stomatitis ulcers. So it’s basically ulcers all in the mouth and can go lower, but, and on the tongue, so you can actually treat it for ulcers, which is interesting. aphthous stomatitis.

Amandha: Silly names. Rheumatoid arthritis, shoulder impingement syndrome. Frozen shoulder temp temporomandibular joint disorder. So your TMJ here. That would be great. Great access to the tmj. Excellent. Tinnitus. Tinnitus. Yeah. There we go. Put the little nubbies. in the ear for tinnitus. Excellent at all. Na-nu. Right. And so many people have tinnitus and you know why they have tinnitus cuz their kidneys are smashed. Take care of your kidneys and wound healing well, I mean, that’s a great list. That’s pretty much everything. It just can’t do cancer. And we have lots of other stuff for that.

Amandha: So physicians who have been using cold laser therapy for over 40 years on patients who are seeing effective alternative methods for pain relief, over 2,500 clinical studies published worldwide since 1967. So this isn’t new, it’s just suppressed like everything in, you know why? Because big old pharma, they don’t want you healthy and out of pain, right? Because then you don’t go and buy their pain pills and line their pocket. Most of these studies were double-blinded and placebo controlled. They clearly demonstrated the effectiveness of cold laser therapy for pain relief, the bone and joint decade, 2000 to 2010. Task force on the neck, pain on neck pain, sorry.

Amandha: Reviewed the effectiveness of cold laser therapy for neck pain. The review concluded that low-level laser therapy is a valuable treatment for many conditions. Several treatments may be required for any improvement. Old injuries may initially become irritated during the initial stages of treatment, and don’t put it in your darn eyes.

Research Review: Pain, Tissue Response, and Other Applications

Amandha: Okay. That’s pretty cool, right? I mean, that’s a lot of stuff, that’s a lot of healing. That’s a lot of different issues that it can affect in a good way. I really like the tinnitus one. That’s good. And then I did pull up a really cool PDF on all kinds of studies. So somebody did a, I can post this one when I put it on YouTube and it’s a peer review. Research demonstrated the effectiveness of low-level laser therapy back from 2011. and he’s basically listed the name of the study, the conclusion, and a link in, into where it’s, and there’s a lot of it, it’s 24 pages of studies. So that’s really n nice to be able to read, you know, what it does, how long it could take for you.

Amandha: You could look up your specific complaint and see what, you know, the length of time has been for repair. For my experience, just on the two K, like myself and my own father, that was very fast. And for just a 25 you know, nanometer. Supply of laser, that was pretty impressive. Sometimes more is better and sometimes it’s not necessary. And yeah, so that’s, those studies are really great. There’s one evaluation of low intensity laser therapy and myofascial pain syndrome, and it was positive. These are all positive studies. Neck pain, positive study, acute neck pain with with, basically it’s spreading out, out to the arms. Low back pain.

Amandha: It’s chronic low back pain. So there’s a lot of low back pain studies with great success. A lot of people have that. Again, it’s oftentimes kidneys have to be looked at too when there’s low back pain. Acute pain in the lumbar disc herniation. Station for the nucleus posis, so that’s inside the vertebrae, so it can help repair that as well. Trismus and facial swelling. So the problem with the facial nerves and improving the bone biomaterial interface. That’s a good one. I’d like to read that one. For orthopedic surgery, I mean, they should use it if they are going to be barbaric and use the surgeries, which I would say about 95% are not even necessary, but if they do, at least they could be responsible and have the lasers in there.

Amandha: . Okay. And it, oh, there’s, this is a good one on the differentiation of human osteoblast-like cells cultured on titanium implant material. So actually what this study is showing that laser therapy can help the attachment to, for your cells to the titanium, if you do get a titanium, you know, rod placed in your body, it could actually help the adhesion of the cells. That’s interesting. Yeah, there’s a few titanium studies there and post-surgery rehab for the wound. Pain and scar formation after inguinal herniation surgery. That would be interesting for hernias. That seemed to be they were using 830 nanometers for that, and it was a better scar appearance, so it reduced the scar and the quality.

Amandha: That’s good. So there’s lots of studies there. I did pull up a couple. They can be pretty hard to read sometimes. That’s why I usually like to go right to the conclusions and then if I wanna read the whole study and then I’ll go back and I’ll peer through it. There’s, just be careful when you do your research just to, don’t worry about sites that aren’t very thorough. You really wanna find good, thorough information. They’re, I like a lot of the rehab centers’ information. They have a lot of good. And what it’s, you know, help helpful for. It also seems to be helpful for not just, you know, swelling, inflamed joints and so forth, but the lymphatic drainage, and that’s a big one.

Amandha: A lot of people are having pooling in their legs. And that’s a lymphatic problem. It’s also can be a vein problem, but it really, one can affect the other. And you know, this is a non-invasive therapy, right? And it won’t damage cells at all, so you really can’t overdose on it, which is great. So there’s no toxicity happening there. With anything there can be toxicity, and with this, it seems to not be the case, which is kind of exciting. And so the cold laser promotes the reabsorption of fibrotic tissues, which will speed up the healing. And you want that obviously for getting through your pain, right? The pain is really the body trying to heal itself, right?

Amandha: And telling you to rest, telling you not to use it, telling you to stop. It also can help with weight loss and addiction rehabilitation. So that’s what I was saying about the auricular, the ear accu. Not ac you can use acupuncture too, but this is this laser therapy on the acupuncture points, and that will release neurotransmitters that can break up the addiction cycle that really should be combined with behavioral modification, counseling, so forth. But when you use a cold laser in there, so you’re trying to quit smoking, you can, you’ll have a greater success rate and it, it really can help you get past that point of addiction. And so that’s really exciting too. Okay. Let me see. So if there’s any questions, if there’s if you have any questions, just ask them.

Introducing Cherán, Mexico: Community Action and Forest Restoration

Amandha: I really, I’m not really feeling anything actually at the beginning of my session here. So I’ve got the cold laser on my leg. I dunno if you can see it, but, ah, there’s my knee. At the beginning I actually did hurt a little bit, sort of, or it wasn’t really painful, it was just, I felt something happening there when I was talking and now it’s gone. So maybe that was the initial activation of everything happening there and now it seems to have been, you know, faded off. And, you know, it’s something that is for me, like I just usually charge for time. So if someone comes in and they want a treatment and I like to concentrate my treatments.

Amandha: Usually if they’re going to be on a machine like this, I’ll do Reiki at the same time. So they’re getting sort of two for one or I will counsel them or do some teaching with them while they’re on the machine, they’re coming out with more information because really a doctor is a teacher and we need to be teaching people about their bodies. And I think the big trouble we’ve gotten into is that the state has taken over all areas of life by measure of control and not allowing people to run things properly. I was just reading about a town in Mexico that has kicked out all the politicians, and in doing so, they have dropped their crime rate down to zilch to nothing.

Amandha: And they are regrowing their forest because what happened was the politicians in competition for votes started to basically align with the mobsters. And the mobsters’ deals were, “We’re gonna go in and take all the wood outta the forest, and to the point where they would bully the town to not let them in to get forest materials for themselves. And the what’s, you know, it, they have, they’re armed. The group that kick them out are armed. And so it just shows you we really should be able to protect ourselves from Criminal organization called government by any means necessary. And if we wanna kick the politicians out because they’re not serving the people, we should do that.

Amandha: We have every right to do that. And this town, as a result, is flourishing. It’s thriving. It’s e economic status is balanced. The people are peaceful, they’re happy, they’re fed, and they’re rehabilitating. Now the forest from all the damage that these goons did to basically clear cut their mountain and they have their own nurseries now where they’re growing, you know, putting in trees and putting back trees, which is really exciting.

Amandha: So that’s, you know, part like I, where it comes to is the schools I’m noticing is that the schools are run by the agenda, right? And if the agenda is you can’t know about your body because we just want you to go to the doctors because we get kickbacks from that system. Then they don’t want you to be empowered about healing yourself naturally and how to use nature to support yourself and to be educated and even simple things on how your body actually works.

Amandha: If you go to an MD, oftentimes they don’t know how it works, but the literature is there, the information is there. We clearly know how the organ systems interact and work. It’s really not it’s actually information from like first-year medical school. I mean, most of the things I’m referencing are from the stuff I learned in first year, first and second year, and it’s, we’ve gotten. Strange dogma and cult-like mentality in all of the systems. And I feel the only way to break free from that is to, first of all, just boycott the politicians on every level. Don’t support them. Don’t give them money. Don’t feed the system wherever you can, you know, wherever you can stop feeding it. Don’t, that’s one.

Amandha: And then the other is to then rebuild the alternative, and then the, you know, where you can, right? So for me, where I can rebuild the system or where I can assist it is educating you on how to take care of yourself and how your body works. That to that point where you don’t need to go to the ER, you don’t need to go to these doctors or dentists that are just feeding back into a criminal organization. Right. And schools don’t teach that because it’s not part of the agenda. And then you get people who are very afraid because they are out of knowledge. They don’t have the know-how. And they even think that surgeries, I, they’re, they’ve been spun this illusion that they can go in and they have all these beautiful, oh, it’s so state-of-the-art technology.

Amandha: Wow. And so that’s gonna save me. So I don’t actually have to do anything for myself. I can just go in and lay there, and these wonderful surgeons will make miraculousness out of me and I will be a, once again Perfect or whatever this illusion is right. Because I see that’s a big trap. It’s a big setup. As a lot of people go, my shoulder’s not working, my knee’s not working, my hip’s not, you know, I broke my hip.

Amandha: It could never actually repair on its own or anything. Right. I guess I have to get titanium in there and staples and weird, you know, robotic parts in my, in me. Not at all. I mean, unless you have really to that point where the tissue is so far gone or the accident has obliterated everything into naville, that’s what that’s us for. But for most people, they’re just degenerated because they eat crap all day, and poison themselves all day. And that’s why their body’s breaking down. And if you change that, you can reverse it and they heal. But the establishment doesn’t want you to know that and they don’t want to support that information that, that will do that for you.

Self-Reliance, Community Exchange, and Local Decision-Making

Amandha: Because that’s a, it’s not just money, it’s money. It’s a lot of money. It’s not just money though. It’s understand the psychopathic nature of power and that these people have enough money to do so much with a, it’s not a money grab anymore. It becomes something else. It’s like, you know how money doesn’t make you happy. It’s like when people are, they have enough money to make their survival needs met. Like they can have food, they have shelter, they have clothes, they have the basic necessities of life that, that’s covered. They have transportation, they have their little iPhone, whatever the heck they have. They’ve got that and they’re settled in that.

Amandha: Are they happy? No, that doesn’t make people happy. What actually makes people happy is finding their fulfillment in their path and their purpose. Their meaningful why, the meaningfulness of why they’re here, right? Their spiritual side of things, their emotional nourishment their community. Those are the things that are vital to life and to health. And so we’ve really run into this rat race where everyone’s after money. And it beyond your basic survival needs in food over, like being rich is not a happiness, automatic happiness card. You don’t, it doesn’t work like that

Amandha: Sadly. I wish it did. I wish it was that easy. But it doesn’t work like that. And it’s, you know, you’ll see people who are mega millionaires give it all away and go do charity work. Why? Because they realize that money’s not making them happy. It’s not the, it’s. It’s empty, it’s soulless, it’s godless, right? And so, so you know, so what are we doing here? We really wanna get out of a whole money society. That’s, I think that’s a major goal. I mean, I’d love it if someone came in and they said, okay, I’d love cold, your cold laser therapy, and I’m gonna help you with this. These things that you. I’ll do that.

Amandha: I do that. People come in, I’ve done exchanges for, you know, maple syrup,, I’ve done I’ve done, you know, all types of exchanges where we, I know I need a massage sometimes too, right? Where we do exchanges where people will bake me something or make me something, whatever. But that’s the society we need to get to and have real teachers teach, not just the children, but rehabilitate the culture to understand how to really heal and nourish and eat and, you know, make things come together in community, basically. And that, I mean, that’s my ultimate goal. I keep every day, that’s the goal on my head, in my head. Like I work each step to get to that level where whatever has to happen to get to that place, and maybe I maybe I need to go to that.

Amandha: Maybe we all need to go visit that lovely community in Mexico and learn how they’re doing it. They have their own little governance. They have they’ve assigned a few elders who are the go-between, from the communities to the sort of, they have like a little militia that’s protecting the town borders. Everyone who comes in the town, if they have any political representation or stickers on their cars, if they want in those stickers come off the cars.

Amandha: They’re not allowed to do any political rallying or any of that stuff. It’s a no-go zone. And that’s pretty exciting. And if that could, I think Mexico wants to work toward that and they can, because they still have their guns. So America, you really need to keep your guns because it’s a really good example of how guns are creating peace because they’re preventing the evil ones, basically from coming in and destroying everything. Right so that’s a fascinating, that’s a fascinating example. And then in Canada we don’t really have that the same way, and we need to sort of, I think each country has to find their own way of doing it to eventually not need the governance.

Amandha: I think in Canada it’s a bit different. and we also have a lot of vast space. We have a long winters. It’s just different the way it’s gonna roll. But I think the main thing is to work, to build, you know, off grid, to get off of the utility services to get off of those needs to, you know, maintain your own roadways, to try to get things as local as possible. So travel doesn’t need to be constant. And really figure that out and then it would probably come down to if something like you couldn’t build an earth ship because they were the townships or whatever weren’t allowing for that, then going through either lawsuits or some other way of you know, convincing the system to work with you kind of thing.

Amandha: I know that is happening in some areas, so I know I got off on a tangent there, but it all ties in because, you know, for me it’s not just, oh, I have cold laser therapy, just come in and deal with your pain. It’s like, well, You have pain for a reason, so let’s figure out why you have pain. Let’s teach you about all the nice things you can do for yourself if you’re in pain and let’s get you off the drugs. So you’re stuck depending on a system that actually ends up putting you in more pain, like having a surgery.

Amandha: But you know, I don’t see maybe the fur it’s like a new, when you get a new hip or knee or whatever, after you heal from that the surgery itself, there’s a romantic time of, there’s a, what do they call it? A you know, at the beginning of a relationship there’s this little got stars in my eyes sort of thing for maybe about a year or two where they’re not in pain. And then after that, they’re in pain again because the, they’ve done something s severe to their body. And your body naturally doesn’t wanna have that in there. It’s not natural.

Amandha: And eventually you’re going to have inflammation problems, chronic inflammation problems. So all these knee, hip and so forth, replacements, ask them how they, if they’re happy about their replacement, five years down the road. And you’ll get a very different story. And I always ask, every single time someone comes in and they have one of these replacements, I say, oh, how long have you had that? On. They’ll say, oh, it’s new. It’s great. I’m so happy. Like, I don’t have that problem I had before. Okay, well why don’t you call me in like a couple years? Let’s have this conversation again, and then for those who come in and they have had the replacements, and they’re old replacements, they’re not very happy.

Amandha: They’re breaking down they’re having new symptoms or other problems. The you know, the newlywed the Newlywed Syndrome is gone and they’re now regretting their decision or wondering if they made the right decision. It’s just the way it goes. And it’s like anything, if you’re not working with nature, if it’s a law of being here. If you want smooth sailing on this earth plane in this realm that we’re in this earth school, you gotta go with the laws that are here in place. And law of nature is the big one. You know, you get your food from nature, you get your medicine from nature, and you listen to nature’s laws and you listen to the animals, you know?

Amandha: Yeah. Honeymoon. That’s it. The honeymoon phase. Thank you. The honeymoon phase. Yeah. But you listen to nature, you listen to the flow of where things are, you know, the dance and then you’re more in harmony with everything and you, it’s just easier. It’s just easier. Don’t you want it easier? I mean, do you or are you sabotaging that? That’s the other question. Right? Cause I kinda like it when it’s easier or smoother, or I’m listening to my inner wisdom or God’s wisdom speaking through me, or, you know, however you wanna say and nature’s wisdom. And you’re following that and then you get your answers that you’re seeking, right? So this is interesting.

Knee Treatment Update: Magnesium, DMSO, and Surgery Experiences

Amandha: I’m feeling it again a little bit in this laser here. So I’m gonna just shift the laser down a little bit more down underneath, through the back of the knee. I’m gonna see how that cause that, that’s been, I’ve been doing this now for about half an hour, so I’m gonna just switch where I’m placing it and see about that. I was feeling my knee a little bit yesterday, so, I’m gonna go for, you know that for seeing how this treatment works. And the other thing you know, that I like to use for pain is magnesium. Topical magnesium. So my website is yummy mummy emporium.org. And if you go to that website, you can go to the supplement section and look down on the dropdown list and you can go to Magnesium.

Amandha: And if you click on that, the Ease Magnesium, the topical comes up and it’s my favorite because it’s fully transdermal and absorbable, and we don’t absorb it well through the gut. And that’s a really great one for you know, sleep and all grow, you know, restless legs and you know, growth growing pains in kids and all that.

Amandha: And detoxing, you have to have it for when you’re detoxing and for pain. And I like it, you know, for pain. So that gentleman who had his shoulder replaced and had his hand ballooned up, I told him, you know, for emergency right now, what he needs to do is I’ve showed him plantain leaves outside what they look like, how to get them, bruise them up and do a plantain, poultice all on his hand and just wrap that up with gauze and the plantain will help draw out a lot of the heat and the inflammation and help with that swelling.

Amandha: That would be the first thing. And then get magnesium on there and do that multiple times a day castor oil packs and the castor oil is deeply penetrating and will help cause he was also having said it seemed like he had a uric acid problem. I said, well, any type of arthritic complaint or uric acid complaint, you get crystallization of the joint, which also would be great for cold laser. I did suggest cold laser to him to help, you know, break that up and help with the repair of the tissue, the damaged tissue and I, you know, have on here Then the, with the castor oil and then the DMSO, so the DMSO is added. Nutrients with the castor oil and all that, taking all those nutrients in to help the repair.

Amandha: And DMSO, you know, I have a video on that, on YouTube and that really assists not only the penetration of getting those medicinals into the tissue and into the cells, but as well, it helps. You know, the tissue repair as on, in and of itself. And pain. And pain. Pain. Right. It’s known for pain and it’s interesting. And I find there’s a psych, you know, I’m always interested with the psychology. There’s a huge psychology with people who are in pain now I had my own, remember with the migraine, I was in so much pain. You can’t think when you’re in pain. Right. It’s really hard to think. And I do have compassion because I get it.

Amandha: It’s hard to function, it’s hard to think kind of grumpy. It’s like, just leave me alone. I don’t want to, I don’t wanna try because it hurts to try right? And I think with this gentleman, he was just suffering and he couldn’t even see that I had the answers for him right before him. And so he didn’t take the items when he left he just walked away and said he would think about it. And I feel really bad for him because if he had just taken my advice he would’ve found his pain levels reducing almost immediately from those treatments. And I just hope his wife was there. So I hope his wife was listening and was gonna at least start to apply some of that, you know, for him.

Amandha: And I do have to make a call here in a few minutes of another woman who’s in, you know, 10 out of 10 level pain, all kinds of pain. And again, what the medical establishment has done to her, you know, given her I think it’s a hip replacement or knee re I think it was a knee replacement because she, so the patient thought she needed a knee replacement because she had pain in the knee. And the chiropractorpractor she went to said, you don’t have a knee problem. You have an SI joint problem that’s translating down the knee. Your knee is fine. And she didn’t listen to the chiropractor. So she went to the surgeon and asked for a knee replacement. And you know what they did? They gave it to her. Yes they did.

Amandha: So now she has a lot of, she still has the knee pain from before, but she has a new knee that she didn’t need that now is going to be a, for the rest of her life, a source of problem, inflammation and pain and never addressing. But that story I was like, what? Like, what ki obviously they’re not responsible on any level. I mean, we do kind of know this, but, so if I go in and say hey Doc, you know what? I really just get this getting this sense that I, you know, it’s kind of like with my knee, it’s kind of aching a little. I think I should get a knee replacement because it’s kind of hurting cause I sit on it a little bit.

Amandha: You know, we should probably just, can I just do that? Can you, can I schedule it in just to get it a new knee and that asshole says okay, I’ll schedule you in. No problem. Right. is that where it’s gotten to? Like you’re not even gonna assess and so now the patient’s suddenly, right, but when they tell you that they heal their cancer naturally with coffee enemas and juicing, all of a sudden they’re not right.

Amandha: Maybe you need to make up your mind a little bit, you know, about what’s going on there. I mean, they’re just so lost to just do that to an elderly woman without proper investigation and just go ahead and replace her knee. I’m just amazed. I’m just in shock by that one. That’s usually it’s the doctor pressuring the patient into doing it for the most part. So I guess the patients are getting, thinking they need it and convincing the surgeons to do it. Wow. That’s pretty. pretty wild. What’s New Bran Fells, Texas. Tell me about that. I just saw that in a comment. Yeah. So I’m liking my treatment so far. Let me go check over to my Spooky2 here and what’s going on, how long I’ve been on it.

Laser Frequencies, Session Details, PEMF, and Plasma Devices

Amandha: So we go to the control. So I’m on, so it goes through all of the different frequencies at 7.69 right now. And that’s going to, then that’s on for a certain amount of dwell. And then I’m on to 9.39 and it ranges from, you know, 12 127,300. And, you know, 9,000 all the way down to three is quite a range that’s being pulled through the laser. And that’s up to my programming. And if it’s something specific, I will pick the programs that’s for, you know, that laser. And then the waveform. I can choose a different waveform. But this waveform’s usually a square waveform, when a wave is coming, it can go smooth, it can go jagged, it can go square, it can go peaked, whatever.

Amandha: So there’s all different kinds and this one’s doing a square wave like this. So that’s looking good. So far so good. I’m just gonna double check that I actually have a laser coming through just fine. Yep. Great. And so in my clinic I do offer this service and I’m in, you know, Canadian dollars and I charge $40 per half an hour.

Amandha: That’s my basic fee for time. And I would say an hour session is long enough, but some people are just gonna come in for 20, 30 minutes, and I think that’s acceptable. If you did say 20 to 30 minutes on a cold laser. Two to three times a week for a few weeks, you’d probably be okay. You’d probably get through what you were doing and then reassess it and see where your pain’s at or what, you know, how fast it’s healed. But I’m finding it healing very quickly. I’m quite impressed, and maybe it’s because it’s through the Spooky2. I don’t know enough of the difference between different systems of the lasers. And, but this particular Spooky2 is working really great and I’m really impressed. Okay.

Amandha: Well, if there’s no other questions, I’ll wrap it up. I just wanted to do a little quick video on cold laser on, you know, cold laser therapy. and that I have it in my clinic now. And I will, I do also have the PEMF. This is a PEMF device. And what this does is it takes the rife frequencies and magnetizes them and then that can also be helpful for pain and inflammation in this type of thing. But it’s a little bit different. So a little bit of a different treatment and it has a little more contraindications. So if there’s like a pacemaker or metals and things in the body, then it, I can’t, would be able to put it over that area, like what that gentleman’s shoulder wouldn’t be able to do that on my earrings.

Amandha: Right that’s not good take those off. And then I also have the plasma tube. I don’t know if I can pull it out to show you. This is my plasma tube here, which is also part of the Spooky2 machine lovely little tube. And that has also the frequencies go through the plasma and I’m knocking stuff over here. And that plasma is very gentle, cold again, penetrates through the body, but it seems to do a lot for the fields of the body seems to be an energizer for fields, which is interesting. I think that’s it. If there’s no other questions, it’s great. So look at your local area for low, like L T therapy or cold laser therapy.

Closing: Cherán, Community Independence, and Personal Responsibility

Amandha: I really do recommend it. I think it’s an excellent and effective therapy and it is it is working well. Okay. So the New Braunfels, Texas is a German town in Texas between Austin and San Antonio. And what are they doing? They’re they’ve kicked out the politicians as well, or like the Mexican town. Is that what you’re saying? Because the I, I did pull up, I don’t know if I still have it up over here, the Mexican town. It was a really cool, so Mexican, I’ll see if I can find it. Mexican town with no politicians. What a beautiful world with no politicians. That could be, ah, Cherán, C h e r a with a accent on it.

Amandha: And so they overthrew their government and kicked them out and started over and they’ve done very well. And I think it’s like we just kicked out the doctors and we kicked out the politicians and we kicked out the dentists and we kicked out most of these people I think we’d really be doing really well. I think we’ve been led astray, deeply astray. So you can look that up. There was I think it works in Mexico, the way they’re doing it. I think it’s excellent how they’re doing this. Yeah. So that is cran you, can you look that up? I can put a post as well for this wonderful Mexican indigenous community that ran its politicians outta town and it’s in the so was a violent state ofk.

Amandha: Yep. So they’re basically the political parties, the police and the gangsters all got kicked out. The police got kicked out. Yeah. Tell you something. Hey, see, the police used to be there for the people were supposed to protect the people, but now the state has taken over the police and the police protect the. Right. And that’s a huge switch that I don’t think nobody, nobody really noticed that happened. It just, it did happen. Nobody really noticed. Like you had these nice police officers out in the street when I was young, they’d be like, hello little girl. Hope you’re being safe and looking both ways when they’re across the road.

Amandha: Yes sir. Da duh. And now it’s like, you know, they’re the ones waiting for you to go over the speed limit for, you know, 20 clicks so they can bill you bully you into jail, even if you’ve done nothing wrong. Right. So they’re for the state now. They’re collectors. They’re just money collectors for the state. So that’s pretty, yeah, Salvador [unclear], he’s one of the communal lands commissioner. So Oh no, that is yeah. So he says the only things the parties have done is divide us. And I agree. The parties divide, look what’s happening in the states, right. It’s all about division. And an argument and fighting over right and left.

Amandha: It’s so stupid. It’s so stupid. I can’t, like, ugh. Right? I mean, it’s such a mess in the states because of this. And if you just fired them all, you’d be good. Get the Republic back, right? Yeah. But it was the women who started it, you see the women stood up and said no to the loggers and it happened very organically. They just took the women, took their hammers, and walked down the street and started hammering the truck. The logging trucks,, get out. That’s what happened. So women, we need to pick it up a notch, get our hammers out and start getting. These freaks out of town, drive out of town. Anyway thank you for watching.

Amandha: Thank you for listening. Thank you for learning about natural holistic gentle, non-invasive approaches to healing, to dealing with your pain to supporting your own education of your body, to boycotting corrupt corruptness, to boycotting those that seek to destroy, divide the people. And you know, it’s a it’s just we’re we’re gonna get there. We’re gonna get there, but. You know, we have to take those steps. We have to make smart decisions even in the day to day because that’s what adds up. We have to follow our truth and we have to, if we’re in one of those professions, then take a hard look at what you’re doing and really take a step back and see maybe it does need to change and how can I make that difference and how can I make this easier for people and myself? Right?

Amandha: Don’t be afraid to get out of something just cause you’re afraid of the money thing. Don’t let that, don’t let that strangle hold you. So my website again is yummy mummy emporium.org and how do I spell what? There’s a question, how do I spell it? The town or something else? The town is Cherán (C-H-E-R-A-N) in Mexico. That’s what you’re asking. Yeah. And this will you know, if you are watching this on YouTube, thank you for liking, subscribing, sharing and that kind of thing. And I’ve been really busy. It’s my busy season, so I kind of, I can’t, I’m having a hard time getting to my videos, and my daughter’s home.

Amandha: And it’s, so, it’s, it gets harder to do. But I’m constantly trying to, you know, get to you and get some education out and teach you some things. So I’ll just keep working away at that. And yeah. And I’ll put the link of all what I was talking about in the, you know, in the description yet. Chair. Chair. And there it is. Mexico. Mexico. Cool. Here you go.
