If you are not satisfied with a purchase please contact us and let us know why and we can come to an amicable conclusion. If something has been damaged via shipping or a product has separated or is rotten (but not due to leaving the product in a hot car or by customer neglect), we will honour a replacement.
We offer in store exchanges up to 30 days of purchase on items that are non-perishable and show no damage. Creams, salves, homeopathics, probiotics & most supplements are non-exchangeable.
