DMSO FAQ and Update

DMSO FAQ and Update

DMSO FAQ: Video Overview

In this DMSO FAQ and update, Amandha Vollmer (ADV) revisits dimethyl sulfoxide after receiving new questions, feedback and reports from people using it. Following a personal update about rest, communication challenges and her work, ADV shares her experience using DMSO on an injured finger before moving into practical questions about topical versus internal use, dilution, skin sensitivity and odour. She also explains why she views DMSO as a carrier and why that property needs to be considered whenever it is applied to the skin or combined with other substances.

ADV then updates her earlier guidance on material compatibility, discussing PETE plastics, silicone and implants. She also addresses DMSO use with infants and children, cataract surgery and artificial lenses, metal dental fillings, product shelf life, and her distinction between bacteriostatic and bactericidal activity.

The later discussion moves into dental questions, pain and inflammation before an audience Q&A on combining DMSO with botanicals, colloidal silver and hydrogen peroxide, along with questions about varicose veins and vitamin C formulations. These applications reflect ADV’s experiences, perspectives and protocol discussions rather than universal medical dosing standards.

Important Context & Safety

Educational context: This video presents Amandha Vollmer’s perspectives, personal experience and interpretation of DMSO research. Several applications discussed, including oral/internal use, eye preparations, dental use and use in children, go beyond the current U.S. approved indication for prescription DMSO. The RIMSO-50 prescribing information identifies a sterile 50% DMSO solution for intravesical treatment of symptoms of interstitial cystitis, notes that DMSO may potentiate other medications, and states that safety and effectiveness in children have not been established.

The video also discusses DMSO preparations for serious eye conditions, along with MMS/chlorine dioxide and hydrogen peroxide. FDA guidance states that ophthalmic drug products must be sterile and that there are no approved over-the-counter treatments for conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, retinopathy or macular degeneration. Health Canada has warned that sodium-chlorite MMS products promoted for human consumption are unauthorized and may cause serious adverse effects, including poisoning, kidney failure, red-blood-cell damage, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Information in this video should not be used as instructions for self-treating serious eye disease or for ingesting chlorine dioxide.

Medical emergencies: Information in this video should not be used to delay emergency assessment or treatment for symptoms of stroke, heart attack, serious head injury or another medical emergency.

Introduction: Personal Update, Rest, and Communication Challenges

Amandha: Hello, everyone. It’s been a little while since I’ve done a video and I know it’s late, so I probably won’t get a lot of live action, but for now it’s my medium of communication and I hope that it’s coming through fine, even though I’m visiting my parental home. And I have a different internet connection.

Amandha: So we’ll see how it goes. What I want to do and communicate with you today is a bit of an update as to what’s been going on. And I’ve personally been in a lot of rest and recuperation during the holiday and because what happens with a lot of healers, especially high-end demand, healers is we get burnt out and I was getting really.

Amandha: Close to burnout and I needed to just pull back and do self care and recuperate. And so that’s what I’ve been doing and time for contemplation and time for processing and time for a lot of extra rest. And it’s just a period of non-doing because this world is so do all the time. It puts us into doership and if I need to be my own role model for others to follow, then I need to live it.

Amandha: And that’s what I’ve been working on. You know, as soon as the Christmas rush ended, that was my focus and I want to do videos and I want to write books and I have the new website to build, and I have all of these ideas for new products and it’s all there. But if I’m not refueled, then I’m not going to be able to do that work.

Amandha: So that’s just me telling myself to stop and just to do silly stuff for awhile and be with my child and be with my family and just recuperate. So that’s what i’ve been doing another couple of things that have happened is I’m being censored quite heavily by Facebook. I don’t know how much longer I’ll be able to do live videos.

Amandha: I’m actually using my father’s account right now because I’m blocked for a second 30 day in a row. So what Facebook has done to silence me and silence the truth that I speak, because it threatens their establishment, their rule over people. It supports their lies to quiet truth, right? Is they have gone back.

Amandha: Into 2017 hunting for anything where I was talking about something in a politic manner, something about politics, and they have called that a breach in their Facebook’s own contract. Basically. They’ve said that this is against our policy. And so you’re blocked for 30 days. I’ve been blocked for many, a 30 day.

Amandha: It’s pretty long and it’s pretty tough because a lot of people message me and I can’t return their messages. And a lot of them are asking me for help and I can’t do anything. And for some reason they don’t think too check my feed activity and go, oh, Hey, she hasn’t been active for a long time. Something’s going on.

Amandha: Maybe she’s blocked. And she can’t respond to me. But anyway, so please do not use Facebook as a means of communicating with me because it’s unreliable. But use my email or use the, for now the yummy mummy emporium and apothecary Facebook site, I can still have access through but not my personal page.

Amandha: And so they did that and then I was excited to come back on. They do this every Christmas. They always blocked me to ruin my Christmas business. And then I was up active for one day and I did quite a bit of posting and tried to get back to people. And then they found another post from 2017 and they blocked me for another 30 days.

Amandha: And that’s where I’m at right now. So I don’t know how much longer it’s going to go on until they totally kicked me off. And as for YouTube, I’m so far, you know, I’m sitting okay, but I’m not banking on that. So I’m working to get my videos into other avenues and we’re going to have to keep in mind that there is a war on, and it’s a one for your heart, your soul in your mind.

Amandha: And if you don’t know that there’s an enemy that’s coming after you, then you really need to wake up because it’s coming on hard and they’re assuming you’re stupid. And they’re assuming you don’t see them. And they silence people like myself and anyone else who speaks the truth. So just be with God, have always have God with you.

Amandha: And then you’re protected, always ask for, you know, God, to speak through you, to walk with you. So we don’t want to be in a state of fear, but we do have to know the enemy. We have to understand what’s going on. And that there is a very strong insurgence that has taken over our entire upper echelon of from government to healthcare, to insurance, to all the upper halls of medicine, it’s all taken over and it’s been slow and insidious, but there it is.

Amandha: So that we must keep in mind and we must work to better ourselves, educate ourselves and pull away from that system. The other thing is on my website, which is yummymummyemporium. org or yummymummyapothecary. com or yummymummyemporium. ca. That’s going to be the new one, the one I’m going with So as of three months ago or so I have been ordering MMS, which is chlorine dioxide solution.

MMS Availability, Health Canada, and Self-Education

Amandha: And it’s a very powerful solution. That is an oxidizer. And it’s an anti-microbial, which is a very powerful one, as opposed to very dangerous antibiotics and damaging antibiotics. This is a very safe formula to use in say, drinking water that’s contaminated, for example. So you go traveling and you’re worried about malaria for one, or you’re worried about dysentery.

Amandha: You’re worried about issues with water sanitation. And cleanliness, this is a great kit to take with you to ensure you have clean drinking water while you’re traveling. For example, and people also use it with medicinal protocols, especially against cancer and anything that has the cancer microbe, which is like diabetes, for example, a lot of auto immune diseases have this and health Canada, which is a policing agent of the pharmaceutical industry.

Amandha: So it’s not there for the health and safety of Canadians. It’s there to police the laws that the pharmaceutical industry has pushed through the system, using a lot of money and lobbying through politics. Okay. That’s what they are. And they seized my package of MMS that was coming through from Germany.

Amandha: Legitimate, wonderful company. They have all their safety data, they have all the information and why that’s a healthy product. And what they did is they arrested a man who was making and selling MMS in British Columbia. And they charged him with 17 counts of, I didn’t look at the full record, so I’m not sure exactly what the counts were.

Amandha: But he’s on house arrest. And then he’s has to do community service after that for helping people and for no, nobody dying from that, you know? And so it’s, we know this is the enemy, okay. This is what they’re doing. They’re coming. They always come after our holistic medicines and approaches anything that threatens their bottom line because it’s really just a drug marketing, like health, all of health Canada, all of the medical establishment, including the holistic practitioners.

Amandha: They, if they do not follow or toe the line. They are the licensed, they don’t have their license anymore and they’re attacked and we have to understand this is still going on. And this been going on a long time. So they took that package. Luckily a second package that I thought to order did get through so I could fulfill the orders that were pending.

Amandha: Thank you very much for being so patient with me because it was almost three months that those packages had been waiting. And I finally got them out right before Christmas. So Merry Christmas. So I’m waiting to see, what’s going to go on with that for now. I’ve pulled it off the website. You can make your own MMS.

Amandha: I encourage you. I’ll put the link in. I encourage you to learn about it and make your own for yourself. You don’t. It’s not illegal to make it for yourself. So you just learn about it, learn about the power of it. And I will do a video on it. I’ve just been waiting for this whole thing to cool down.

Amandha: They will do a video on it to educate yourself, which is a great website, by the way, educate-yourself. org. Talk about the power of MMS and how it works and how to make it. Listen. You need to learn these things for yourself. So many people come to me, help me. And I always say to you, you have to doctor yourself.

Amandha: You need to learn about these things for yourself, because that is the way to true and lasting health in a way from any of these practitioners and this false medicine. Okay. And you must be brave and yes, you can have guidance, but the whole point of guidance or what I helped teach people is do your own research.

Amandha: Read this information. Here’s a protocol that you’re going to start to work with, but learn about why you’re doing it. Understand the reasons why you would take that here are the teaching tools that you need, right. That’s what we need. That’s the only way we’re going to get out of the system is if everyone starts to become their own doctors, once again, and stops leaning on others, we lean on others in the community.

Amandha: But what I mean is giving your power away to a false entity that is not there to serve your highest aim. Okay. And I don’t even want to get into genic medicine or doctor cause disease and so forth. Cause that’s most of it. Okay. So that empowering yourself is very super important because look at what’s happening.

Amandha: I mean, it looks at what’s happening to a woman who has studied is educated and has a natural ability to understand the world and is sharing it. She’s being shut down. So, do you know what I’m saying? This is something we have to really wake up to and fight back against. I mean, I’m glad there was this yellow vest movement in France and it was spreading.

Amandha: I just don’t know how far it will go, but we, the ultimate way is to stop playing in the sandbox with them is to stop participating in it as much as possible. That’s the way to do it. So growing your own food and having your own communities that maybe have a co-op where you buy things in bulk together, you know, everyone should be taking spirulina.

Amandha: Everyone should be sprouting. Everyone should be juicing raw foods. Maybe you have a farmer in that co-op so you can get raw milk, get raw dairy, which is the only dairy that really we should consume if it, you know, fermented or, and, or raw. Right. Okay. So that ha so the MMS is off my site. I can’t sell it right now.

Amandha: I’m going to encourage you to make it what is coming as an alternative to MMS is the food-grade hydrogen peroxide. Because the other thing that MMS does is it lends electrons to the system to encourage the proper millivolt potential for healing. So I broke my finger. Yes, I did.

Broken Finger, Pure DMSO Experience, and New Observations

Amandha: And it’s doing pretty good. Isn’t that for a broken finger, I slammed into my car door because I was rushing to make arnica. Oh, the irony of that. Yeah. So I was hurting cause my, I took my daughter to skating. I had 45 minutes to pour off this arnica that had been steeping for like a week. And it was super powerful stuff.

Amandha: This last batch is so golden, you want to get your hands on it if you can, because it is so concentrated. And I actually yanked my finger out and I was in a bit of shock. I take homeopathic Aconitum because I was in shock, I couldn’t think. And that got me out of shock so I can think, and I’d put arnica on it right away because it had started turning purple cause it was bleeding inside and I put the arnica on and the bleeding stopped immediately.

Amandha: And the bruising not only stopped, but reverted, I have zero bruising on the finger at all. And I, and as soon as I had done that at, that had ceased, and then what I did is I grabbed pure DMSO 99.995% pharmaceutical-grade DMSO. And I just started pouring it over my finger. I just needed to keep drenching it.

Amandha: I didn’t even dilute it. I just kept going at it. That was my instinct. And I took a a piece of paper towel and I soaked it in DMSO and I wrapped it around my finger. And then I went and sat down. And as I was sitting, I was like, it was a lot of pain that I was in. And within about maybe three minutes, it was like, the clouds started to lift and the pain just went and lifted and lifted and was gone just like that.

Amandha: And I know it was because of the DMSO and probably the combination of what I did. And then I went and I was fine to make the arnica salve, and I got my task done moral of the story. You know, it’s supposed to rush the way that I was rushing. I was tired and I rushed. And that’s how you get, that’s how you have accidents, right?

Amandha: Calm, slow. That’s the way that’s the slow and steady wins the race. Anyway, the moral of the story is partly that, but also that how amazing and healing DMSO is, and that I didn’t need to dilute it. And it did not make my skin red. It did not cause itch. It did not cause burning. And it was fascinating because I’d been speaking to other customers.

Amandha: Who’ve been using the DMSO for a while now. And they say sometimes they just put it on without diluting. And I thought, geez, because on the products that I sell if, when I sell the pure DMSO I say always dilute. And some people find sensitivity, even in the diluted forms that I make like the one with added nutrients in it.

Amandha: Right. Which usually I make that one for topically. Some people use it internally, but it’s designed for topical use because it’s diluted with a lot of aloe Vera. And, but some people report that’s very, that burns them. Like it gives them a redness and a heat and with other people that’s no problem.

Amandha: And then other people are saying they use it. A hundred, like all the way neat without dilution. And when I did my finger, I did it without dilution and I went, okay, so there are, there’s different skin types and there’s different sensitivities to DMSO. And this I’m starting to notice now that I’ve been utilizing this and so many customers and clients and people giving you lots of feedback, which is amazing.

Amandha: And I love that. I love hearing DMSO stories and hearing about your, how it’s helping you and what it’s doing for you. And just that’s how we learning, you know, and so far, some people just, they like to use it that way. I’m not really going to teach it like that because my first use of it was direct and it was on my forums and it did make my skin, very red and very thickened, and it made the skin kind of thickened for a few days.

Amandha: Which I didn’t like. So I diluted it however, with using it for healing, my broken finger, within a few days, the swelling was completely done every day. I would just treat it with DMSO. So before going to bed and I had no more pain and the swelling was starting to go down and I still actually my facelift in a jar, which has about 10 to 12% DMSO it’s actually quite strong. I’ve upped it the last few batches. And you’ll your face will tingle when you use it. Cause there’s quite a bit going on there. But if I, now, how I’m treating just a little bit of a wound here is I’m using the Face Lift in a Jar on it. And I’m finding that’s enough DMSO to continue the healing process.

Amandha: But it’s fascinating. I think it’s again, individual. And it’s how it’s going to respond with you. I have a sort of a mini FAQ that I want to just walk you through. Don’t want to make this too long, a video. I just want to go through some of the things I’ve learned in an addendum to my dimethyl sulfoxide videos.

Amandha: So on YouTube, if you look up YummyMummyEmporiumAndApothecary you’ll find my YouTube channel and you can watch my original DMSO video there. And then I have a follow-up and then I have one that I discussed protocols for healing, the eyes with DMSO and this, what I want to just go through is some of the key things I’ve learned now from feedback and from finding out more information.

Amandha: We never stop learning. It never ends. You’re always going to gather new insight and that’s what a master does. A master always continually grows and learns and finds the perfection, always looks etches the sculpture of their life and works to hone that in a way that is so they are feeling worthy of their own existence, right?

Amandha: As opposed to just, I don’t know, I don’t, most people are just wasting their lives away, really on devices and TV and movies and what drama. Right. So, your life is very valuable and you can heal yourself and you can heal your diseases and it’s, you just need to have the basics and go back to nature, back to god

Amandha: And remember your purpose and get your emotional health in a good place. And that will lead you. Right? Okay. So the news was about censorship it’s coming on strong. So I accept all prayers. Thank you. And I’m still blocked on Facebook right now for another, I think 20 something days, 25 days or so.

Amandha: I don’t know if they’re gonna dig up another 2017 something and do it again. I don’t know what’s going to happen just yet. There’s a lot of people who are very asleep. There’s a lot of people who attack truth. There’s a lot of, I read posts and I shake my head at the ignorance and I don’t know what to do for people who are so stuck and so asleep and so sick that they can’t think it through.

Amandha: I don’t know what to do other than pray for those people. But for those of you. Who know that there’s something going on and know that there are all kinds of remedies and cures available for you. Then just keep learning and keep sharing that information. And the best way around the system is to just give it away for free and just, you know, find your group of people and do these things amongst your group.

DMSO FAQ: Topical and Internal Use, Odour, and Holistic Context

Amandha: Right. All right. I think that’s it for news for now. So I’m going to move on to the FAQ of DMSO, which is dimethyl sulfoxide. And if you don’t know what that is, I encourage you to watch my videos on this subject so that you understand this marvelous medicine and it’s power. Okay. So a lot of people ask me,, how do I take this topical or internal?

Amandha: And. What I usually say to them is you need to visit my website, which is yummymummyemporium. org, and go and plug in DMSO and go to the main page and I have protocols there. And that’s a good start for you to start to understand how many different ways that this can be used. But the simple answer is you can use it for internal and external, and it depends on what you’re treating.

Amandha: Okay. It depends on how you’re treating yourself and for what specific thing. The external application typically needs to be diluted, but as I said, I have had people and even myself use it undiluted successfully. Remember it is a carrier. It is a universal solvent, so it will carry things through.

Amandha: So you need to consider that as well. When you’re putting it say on the skin. If you’re designing it, like my DMSO with Added Nutrients, it’s got B vitamins and MSM, sulfur crystals, and it’s got iodine in, it has vitamin C, right? I’ve enriched it. And that is designed so that it’s parenteral. So that goes around digestion.

Amandha: And that is an easy way to absorb nutrients through the skin. That use of it is one way to avoid a lot of the stench of DMSO so that a lot of people are very worried about. Generally if you take it internally orally, you may get a lot of bacterial and fungal die off and that releases gases, and then you kind of get the sulfur stinkiness from that.

Amandha: Not everybody smells bad. When they take it internally. And I will say to people who do these protocols and their wife complains that they stink or so forth that probably indicates that they have a microbial problem. A candita problem, a parasite problem, and that they should specifically work a protocol along those lines to balance their micro flora and ensure their have their fungal systems in check.

Amandha: And probably do a decent parasite cleanse as well, just to be on the safe side because some people say they don’t stink and I don’t stink when I do it. So there’s a difference and I’m pretty sure from what I can tell from case by case is it seems to be a die-off response with which is blowing off gases.

Amandha: So there’s a reactionary effect of the dimethyl sulfoxide in the body. Okay. The typical internal dose is one teaspoon per one cup of pure liquid. Now that liquid needs to be either reverse-osmosis or distilled water or pure freshly squeezed juice that you’ve just made, not from concentrate, not from purchasing your own fresh stuff.

Amandha: And it’s one teaspoon per one cup. Now, some people use that twice a day. Some people use that three times a day. I wouldn’t particularly go higher than that. And you can also use it externally as well in conjunction with that internal protocol. If you watch my video on how to heal the eyes with dimethyl sulfoxide I talk about how one in the handbook, the DMSO handbook for doctors that I talk about in that video discusses the 40% eye solution that I make.

Amandha: Coupled with one teaspoon of DMSO in one cup of liquid, internally as a protocol and that’s for retinitis pigmentosa and macular degeneration by the way, which is very much stomach and spleen derived with side of, with a side of liver and that most eye diseases have a liver component that needs to be considered.

Amandha: And also the cataracts that’s really working well for cataracts. I’m getting a lot of people telling me that it’s healing cataracts in animals and in humans and but, and glaucoma as well, but, okay, here’s what I want to say about this. People think the way the world has trained people.

Amandha: Through, I think the media and advertising is this panacea cure all that you do one thing and it’s magic. And then that goes away and you’re happy and you can move on and skip and jump and run in the fields and whatever. And that’s just not holistic medicine. Okay. People write me. Oh, I’m really hoping that this DMSO is gonna cure my, this, that, and this the other thing.

Amandha: And I say, well, that’s not a holistic approach. Okay. That’s not a whole protocol. Have you changed your diet? Are you moving your blood? Are you detoxing? Are you getting all the nutrition that you need to run? All your systems? Are you stopping eating all the garbage or you stopped smoking? Do you stop drinking?

Amandha: You stopped drinking coffee. Did you stop putting all the poisons in your body? You know, if you really want to heal it, that’s the real stuff. Okay. The DMSO. So yes, it’s gonna help you through tons of things, people write and you say, oh my gosh, I had this knee pain for 20 years and they used two applications of DMSO

Amandha: It’s gone. That’s amazing. Okay. Granted, that’s awesome. And you didn’t change anything else? You just did that. I’m happy for you, but I don’t want you to think like, that’s it, that’s all I have to do. Okay. I’m trying to help you understand that if you have a serious eye disease that systemic putting some drops in the eyes are going to help prevent it from worsening, but are they the cure for it?

Amandha: Are they going to heal it all the way back? That’s going to be the rest of your lifestyle that you change. That’s going to do that. And some conditions are very stable. So don’t go in. Don’t go in naive is what I’m saying. Okay. Just go in understanding that this is part of the protocol and I’m going to begin with this, and then I’m going to learn about why this is happening to me I’m going to understand my body and I’m gonna work to change my lifestyle because the lifestyle that I was leading got me here.

Amandha: So obviously this wasn’t the right one. So I’m going to find the one that’s going to lead me to the right direction. Okay. Yes. It can cure things or I guess you’re never supposed to use the word cure. So nothing cures, anything then fine, fine. You flippin FDA health, Canada, bozos, bullies heal it then.

Amandha: It’s 1984 to the max. So to heal things fully, right? Yes. DMSO can do a great job of that, but just don’t rely on that. Don’t set yourself up. Okay. So I talked about sensitivity of skin and I want to talk about plastics because in my original video, so I have a bias because I hate to plastics because I think they’re stupid because I think there’s smarter ways to do it, that don’t destroy the earth and don’t cause extra estrogens in our systems and destroy,

Plastics, Silicone, Children, and Material Compatibility

Amandha: Animals and plant life and all life that’s all. So I come in with a bias. We have to understand our biases, that everybody has them in my biases. I hate this stuff, but I understand its practicality. Okay. I’m not, I’m reasonable. I get it. I still use it. I can’t. How do you, it’s very difficult to get away from.

Amandha: I lived a full year, plastic free and I could do it in the city. But when I moved up north, it was really difficult to buy everything in bulk and local. It gets tricky. Right. We do our best. Okay. However, what I learned is I did deeper research on plastics and I found that there are certain ones that DMSO is actually completely inert for one is PETE the pete jars or containers.

Amandha: DMSO does not react to them. And there’s really there’s. If I can find it, I’ll post it for you. It’s a really good chart of how, what the DMSO reactivity with different things with different materials. Okay. And you have to understand, this is the thing we’re not taught chemistry. Well I was taught chemistry

Amandha: A lot of chemistry, but most people are not taught chemistry. And so they don’t understand the differences between the subtleties. They don’t understand how one material would be reactive with another and not with a one that might even look similar. Okay.

Amandha: So it’s not reactive with it. And if you go to my website and you look up the DMSO Dandelion Supreme Body Lotion, and which I beat up with a ton more botanicals, not just Dandelion that product is in a PETE container because I was having a lot of problems shipping and a lot of breakages.

Amandha: And so that’s the other wonderful benefit of plastics to my chagrin. However, you know, until I can find something else, that’s what I’ve used. And so say a thought, oh, you know what, it’s going to be great if I use a silicone because silicone is better for us in some degree. Right? However, DMSO is extremely reactive.

Amandha: Like one of the most extreme reactions is with silicone. You do not want to put DMSO with silicone. So women who have silicone breast implants or any buddy who has a silicone implant anywhere in the body should not use DMSO or if they do use it, it should be very minimal and a way for, you know, the farthest away from the.

Amandha: Part of them. That’s silicone. Okay. Very highly reactive to that. Now I did have a woman who contacted me and she has breast implants, silicone breast implants, and she was using DMSO so she had a very bad infection and she was putting it over her breasts. And she used it for a little while and then she stopped and then she checked with me and I said, I wouldn’t do that.

Amandha: And then she’s like, well, interestingly. It did tingle quite a bit. I remember. And then I got a feeling I should stop, but I think everything’s been okay. And it actually took care of my infection. So it worked out. But, you know, in those instances you have to be very aware of what you’re using there, how you’re using it.

Amandha: And so what I’m saying is it’s not, it didn’t harm her. She used it, she had silicone and she used it. The body is brilliant. You know, I’m sure that there were some check and balance that happened there for her, but I just suggested going forward not to use it. The other information that came my way was about infants and children and DMSO and I’m only telling you this just again, like to be extra, just educated, I guess. And why is about its use? And it was from a woman who found a study. That was about transplant patients and the surgeons were stuck because they love using DMSO to transplant plant organs because it protects the organ from damage from oxidative damage.

Amandha: It’s like a natural preservative for the organism they’re transplanting or moving it. And in children, they noticed that the DMSO when the body part that was pretty much saturated. I was put in, it would downregulate the nervous system. So it would cause so in children, their nervous system is growing rapidly, very rapidly.

Amandha: And that the DMSO in that dose and in that situation, those situations and also they were doing some injections of DMSO was actually killing the new nerve cells and they were trying to get around that problem. So that was the study. And I was like, okay, well that’s good information because now we have to consider we’re talking organ transplant.

Amandha: We’re talking quite a high saturation going directly into the body. It’s not bypassing skin it’s not bypassing the oral cavity. It’s in, right. It there’s no checks and balances. It’s like, there it is. Hey body. There it is. So we have to take that into consideration with the study, that it may only be a problem in transplants because of the way the method that is going in the body.

Amandha: However, let’s just be prudent and say that until we know more information just to use it sparingly on infants and children who are at that age of developing their nervous system, really. Until, I mean, your nervous system develops until you’re like 28, but I’m talking about that rapid growth and just use it.

Amandha: I still use it on my daughter, but it’s just intermittently great. Just to be, but again is you it’s going through the skin or it’s going through the mouth and it’s all relative to dose. So I don’t feel that’s something alarming. I just feel that’s something to be aware of and understand right.

Eye Drops, Cataract Surgery, Metal Fillings, and Shelf Life

Amandha: So that I want to bring up. The other thing is people ask me, Hey, I’ve had cataract surgery. I have a five false cataracts. Can I use DMSO eye drops? And the answer is sorry. No, you can’t. And the reason for that is the material is reactive to DMS. And what it’ll do is it’ll blur the lens. Albeit some people say it’s just temporary, but I still don’t recommend it.

Amandha: What I would recommend is if you’ve unfortunately had that surgery, which was unnecessary, if you only knew about DMSO or they did is to rub it around, use it around the eye, as well as magnesium and magnesium can go directly in the eyes. On my website, they have the ease magnesium spray. And people are putting it right in there.

Amandha: I had a customer come in. Oh my gosh. He’s so funny. And so he has all kinds of degenerative problems in his eyes. Anyway, he was using my, I think he was using my 20% with vitamin C and I told him to use the magnesium. I definitely had cataracts, but I think it’s something else and put it around the eye.

Amandha: So after you put the DMSO drops in to put the magnesium around and he came back, I think it was like a week and a half later or something. And he said, I said, how are you doing said, oh, doing great. It’s my eyes feel wonderful. I love it. I have a lot of improvements. And I said, oh great. It’s like, you know, and it, that magnesium sure.

Amandha: Tingles when I put it in, but oh, it’s so good afterwards. He’s like, yeah, just put it right in my eye, I put the DMSO in and I put that in. Oh yeah. Get smart. It’s so relieving afterward. And I said, oh, cause I never said to put it right inside the eye. I meant around the eyes like, oh, I said, thank you for doing that because now we don’t have to be afraid of that.

Amandha: And it seems to be working for you. So congratulations and thank you for that information. So they’ll leave that in your capable hands. But people are using magnesium directly in the eye, in the right format and finding healing from that. The other thing I wanted to say is I’ve had a lot of requests for the eyedrops, which I make a 20% without vitamin C 20% with vitamin C and a 40%.

Amandha: And been asked to be, to have a vitamin C and glutathione. Product and I’m going to be developing that in the new year. So, that’ll come soon. I’m just not sure if I’m going to do 40% or 20% with those in or both who knows, but that is coming. So yes, I will make it. Yes. Is the answer. Another thing I want to talk about is metal fillings in the mouth.

Amandha: A lot of people will ask me, I have metal fillings in my mouth. Can I use your Face Lift in a Jar? Can I use DMSO on my skin at all? Or should I avoid the area? What should I do if I drink it? How can I ingest it now? Metal fillings. Like the mercury fillings they have contained 10. They have four different metals in them and ideally I always encouraged to try to work hard to find a mercury free and mercury safe.

Amandha: Dentist biological dentist who will properly renew those and put you on a protocol as well to help chelate those metals. That’s that should happen. But if in the meanwhile you can use it on the skin. That’s not a problem. You can use it over the face. That’s okay. And there’s nothing to be afraid of.

Amandha: In fact, think about it. The DMSO will chelate the metal. So really all you’ll do., if it touched the area is it’ll grab on metals and then it’ll just take it out of the body, but you kind of waste it in a sense on that. So then the idea is to try to avoid direct contact with the DMSO so if you need to drink it, then you want to use a straw to get it in or encapsulate it and get it in that way.

Amandha: Or you want to just put it You know, if you’re treating teeth, just put it on the teeth that you’re actually treating specifically, just to avoid direct contact of the DMSO onto the metal filling. Okay. Otherwise it’s no issue smell. Okay. The other thing I wanted to clear up is that actually dimethyl sulfoxide is not bactericidal.

Amandha: So as far as the studies I’ve read on it, which I read all the original 50 studies and everything else, I can get my hands on it. That it’s bacteriostatic, but it’s not bactericidal. So it stops and slows bacterial growth, pathogenic growth, but it’s not a killer. It doesn’t wipe everything out.

Amandha: And so you must keep that in mind when you’re, you know, so it won’t kill your own flora, for example. And even the products, they have a shelf life because eventually you’ll get gross in there. Right? Because eventually the DMSO will be either more like by opening the bottle multiple times, some air will get in with some bacteria and so forth.

Amandha: So eventually will be overcome in probably about a year and a half. I give it for most, for the DMSO with Added Nutrients, the one I’m talking about that one, I would say, but a year and a half and you’ll know, because it’ll start to look inappropriate. It’ll start to look like there’s growth in there, but it’s bacteriostatic and not bactericidal.

Cavities, Dental Care, and DMSO

Amandha: So keep that in mind. Because I know there was a bit of a discussion on one of my YouTube videos. I wanted to clear that up. Cavities, it is an excellent remedy for cavities. Excellent. It can stop cavities from forming. It can stop cavities from you know, turning necrotic and the teeth. Our teeth have actually pumps inside.

Amandha: There’s a very delicate lymphatic system and there is like a pump inside each tooth. And that is actually what washes the enamel and cleans everything on the inside and keeps the tooth healthy and cavity free. It’s that pump. So even regular dental work can damage that pump and lead to cavities. You see how the medical mafia, the medical establishment in there, their ignorance, they come in with.

Amandha: Intent that they’re going to protect you. What, we’re just going to clean your teeth today with this metal tool. And we’re going to scrape everything off because we want to have you to not get cavities and we want you to be healthy and well, you see, that seems really logical at first, right? However, with their tools and they’re digging in they’re damaging, they are leading that they’re damaging the way that the pump mechanism works.

Amandha: That flushes toxins away. It’s not sugar that causes cavities. Okay. It’s the decay of that pump, those fluids. And they do harm to that system. Even though we got this little cavity, we better get it. Now we’re going to just drill and fill it. And then you don’t have to deal with it anymore. That action as well can damage those microtubules in there.

Amandha: And then guess what? You go back in six months and you have a cavity there, they make their own business this way. You have to be wise wiser, you know, like you go into the medical assumption and asking for help and they appear to give you help initially. And maybe they even do because they do something suppressive, but in the long run, you pay for it and sometimes with your life.

Amandha: So you have to learn that’s the way the system is designed. And ever since I designed my tooth soap product my daughter and I do not go to dentist, it’s been six years and we don’t have dental problems now because we’re understanding how the system is designed to work, which is ingenious, which is brilliant.

Amandha: And which is all, it’s all self-contained, you don’t need to meddle with it. You just need to give it what it needs. Sunlight, fresh air exercise, good nutrition, proper sleep, stop, poisoning it, stop giving it drugs, healthy, emotional life, these kinds of things. And the everything takes care of itself. Okay.

Amandha: But we have a system that is poisoning everyone and damaging our natural ability to heal ourselves. And that’s what we have to be aware of. Okay. but for cavities, you can put it on directly. You don’t necessarily need to dilute it if you wish you can dilute it so you can use it either way. I like to use it directly in the mouth and then rinse after, because it’s sort of bitter.

Amandha: My daughter has one cavity and she’s had this one cavity for a very long time. And it started slow. And this is before I knew about DMSO or I would’ve got it on there right away. And then that’s what sparked me to develop my tooth soap product and I have a tooth powder as well, that keeps things at bay, but the tooth soap has a little more activity in it.

Amandha: But anyway, so I designed that because she had a cavity and I did too we got one at the same time and I don’t really know what brought that on stress perhaps. And cause the stress stops, the blood flow can damage the pumps. Right. And so I developed that and we got it under control, the cavity stuff progressing.

Amandha: And then she was out of my care. She was visiting other family and it was a little bit of a long stint and they weren’t using my tooth soap and I’m sure she was getting pop and candy and stuff that was out of my control and it started to develop again and it got quite big and even a bit of a tooth broke off, but I kept treating it with then I started using the DMSO, got back on the brushing. I’ve also been using wheat grass powder. Wheat grass is amazing for dental health. Better than oil polling is wheat, grass polling. I just have the powder and I put a little bit about half a teaspoon in some water. And I just swished with it for about five minutes every day.

Amandha: If I can do it twice a day, it’s the best it stopped your gums from bleeding. It’ll help receding gums, it’ll help with cavities. And so sometimes I put that in that area and have her swish with it as well. I use bee propolis and MMS. So those are my tools and we’ve kept it at bay. It’s she’s got no, Pain got no issue with it.

Amandha: We haven’t filled it. We’ve just, we’re just leaving it and just cleaning it, taking care of. And using those tools until that tooth falls out. Now, if it was an adult tooth, I would have it filled at this stage but this is a baby tooth, so we will wait for that to happen. Okay. But this is the stuff you want to have on hand because it can treat multiple things, including cavities.

Pain, Inflammation, Broader Protocols, and Upcoming Topics

Amandha: So just keep in mind. It’s a very helpful tool for cavities. Okay. The other last thing I want to talk about, and then I’ll get to your questions is about pain. So one of the most powerful things about DMSO is that it helps with pain. Okay. pain is tricky. It’s very tricky. Pain, a lot of pain comes from the brain, the nervous system, right?

Amandha: The mind, the way we were feeling in our minds and also the level of damage that is happening. And so source the level of damage of the pain and the way our minds and emotions are entwined with the pain. So there’s multiple factors involved. Usually I would suggest to start with a topical protocol and then you have to realize that it’s the inflammation that is causing this pain.

Amandha: And so DMSO is an anti-inflammatory. But if the body’s trying to heal something and is trying to get blood there and is trying to get white blood cells, there is going to pull that inflammation back again. It’s going to try to keep chronically getting the inflammation up and up to clean up that area.

Amandha: That’s what it’s trying to do. That’s a healing mechanism. And if your immune system is suppressed, you’re not going to be able to mount the healing expression to get through that level of it. That level of inflammation, it’ll just become chronic and chronic and chronic. So adding into that, if, so my point is, if you’re using DMSO topically and or internally for pain, and it’s only taking the edge off, like my Pain Away Super Cream, people say that works better than just the DMSO for pain.

Amandha: And I think it’s because of all the botanicals in it, and that is working as a synergy, right. It’s working together. But if you are using the DMSO, either diluted like the DMSO with Added Nutrients, or you make your own blend or whatever, and that’s not doing it, then start taking baking soda.

Amandha: Okay. Start alkalizing your terrain and getting that unless you have hypertension, then you want to alkalize it. Probably using hydrogen peroxide therapy or MMS or something else, but be careful. So my point is be careful with baking soda, if you have hypertension because it’s sodium based. So you really want to get that under control first.

Amandha: But for the most part, if you don’t have severe hypertension, then you can use baking soda to help with the inflammation and that can get your whatever you’re using for pain to work for you to work properly for you. You can take like start, do one teaspoon in the morning and baking soda, but you can take about a quarter of a teaspoon, you know, every few hours throughout the day, just to, until your pain relieves.

Amandha: I’m baking with baking soda. And I usually prefer it with warm water. So keep in mind if it’s not working for your pain, the way you want it to, then it’s chronic inflammation problem. We need to work on your nutrition, get your immune system working better and deal with some detox because something the body’s after something there, and it’s not going to give up because that’s the way the body works.

Amandha: It wants to continue to help you and heal you. So you want to understand that it’s not stupid, that it’s doing it for a reason. Okay. Now there’s lots of DMSO protocols, there’s DMSO protocols for cancer, for all kinds of stomach diseases, lung diseases. Lots and lots, and lots of protocols.

Amandha: So people say, oh, how do I use it? You have to go and you have to learn, okay. That’s why I spent the time to do the original video and the follow-up video, the eye video and this video, because I’m trying to take you through this healing journey and help you be educated on it, then you know how to apply it properly.

Amandha: And it’s like with all things that are that come with some level of knowledge with it, like, it’s not just, oh, I’m going to drink this tea. And I know nothing about it. This is that you have to apply things in a smart way. And we have to take the time to know what we’re doing. Right. And the thing is it’s very safe and a lot of people get freaked out about it.

Amandha: What you really need to be freaked out about are the dangerous things that your doctor will hand out to you like candy, for example, antibiotics, they’ll say I’ve just pop Tylenols. They’ll say, just go take some Advil. They’ll say, you know, this vaccine is safe and effective. They’ll say, you know, just take your cough and cold syrup and move on with it or take your anti-allergy medication or take your diabetic medication.

Amandha: Those are the things that you need to be afraid of. Those things will kill you and never heal you the DMSO what you need to be aware of is how you use it properly, you know, and the worst case is you get,, reddened skin or you smell bad for awhile, you start to break down your silicone implants and you’re gonna know if you have a leak on those, I’d imagine which everyone who comes to me who has these breast implants, I tell them, you know, they eventually become moldy

Amandha: And they have to be removed. So you always have to consider your exit plan. If you’re going to get them put in, you got to consider when they’re coming out and what you’re going to do after that, because they’re not long lasting. The next series of videos I want to discuss is progesterone. We’re going to talk about bioidentical, progesterone.

Amandha: I finally have it in stock, which is exciting. It’s called NatPro natural progesterone cream, and basically every female over the age of 30 needs to be on it. And almost every male, unfortunately, too, because we are so hyper-estrogenic, we are in trouble. The level of cancers, the level of gender dysphoria, the level of you know, infertility.

Amandha: It’s a disaster and it doesn’t need to happen. We just need to get our progesterone levels to where they need to be and balanced out our hormone systems that way. So that’s going to come soon. I have a lot of ambition. I just have a lot of work. And so I’m trying to pace myself, as I said, and take care of myself and pay attention to my signs of burnout and get to a good place where I can try to produce better videos.

Audience Q&A: Botanicals, Colloidal Silver, Hydrogen Peroxide, and Varicose Veins

Amandha: And it’s all coming. It’s all. It’s all going well. So I’ll just get to your comments now and then we’ll wrap it up. They used to be a big group on DMSO, but a year ago, I think that group got shut down. Could be you get in all if you’re talking about on Facebook, what happens is there are a lot of paid agents that have fake profiles and what they do is they troll.

Amandha: Natural health sites and groups and so forth. And they attack them one group, for example, that attacked, one of my pages which is on vaccines or the poison of vaccines. They called themselves the badgers. So they’re all badgers and they badgered people. That’s what they did.

Amandha: And they just come in and attack and fill up the feed and try to incite argument and then try to infiltrate. So some of them will pretend like they really care about the topic and can I become an admin? And then they infiltrate the group that way, and then they take it down. They invite all the other badgers and all the other agents in, and then they kick you out and then it’s done.

Amandha: And that’s how they destroy groups like that. So that could have happened to that group. I love using your DMSO thank you. Yeah. It’s once you understand what it is and every home should have this product, I mean, products that can stop heart attacks and strokes. You should probably have on hand. Okay.

Amandha: Another question. Are there any downsides on always mixing DMSO with herbs to kill Borrelia, Bartonella, Babesia, et cetera? Well, downsides, I don’t particularly think so. I don’t like to actively kill everything all the time. I like to help the body balance itself out. Remember it’s the terrain that you want to have strong because then it can not be infected.

Amandha: Right? So the only time you get these bacterial agents or fungal agents or parasites. Is when the terrain in the immune system is down and they come like flies to garbage, they’re just, you’ve got breakdown tissue. They’re going to come I mean, when presented a buffet for them. So it’s not a problem per se.

Amandha: I love mixing DMSO with botanicals. It’s wonderful. And I don’t see any particular problem with it other than you’re going to get die off if you’re using it in that regard. So you’re probably going to have some odor from that and that should fade and it should also tell you when the infections finish.

Amandha: ’cause you won’t stink, but no, there’s no issue with that. What are your opinions on DMSO and H2O2 internal DMSO and colloidal silver, internal. Thank you. One of the products I make is DMSO with colloidal silver it’s a 50/50 mix, and you can use it internally or externally. It can be used to for your first aid, or it can be used if you have like a small intestinal bacterial overgrowth or SIBO is used for that, or for any type of infection in the lungs sinus infections, you can use it in the neti pot and use it in the ears for any sort of ear infection.

Amandha: I love that combination. That’s my opinion. And for as far as hydrogen peroxide, which you should only ever use food-grade which soon I will have in the store, which I’m very excited about and I will, so you can’t ship 35% food-grade, hydrogen peroxide. However, my understanding is you can, if it’s 3%, so I’m going to make food-grade three percents for sale.

Amandha: So then you can get it that way. If it’s hard for you to find locally, cause sometimes you have a hard time getting this stuff and maybe I’ll even make a hydrogen peroxide DMSO blend, which is wonderful. That’s a lot of oxygen saturation you’re giving your body when you use that combination. Applications can be again for dentists, dental, health and oral health can use for cancer or any serious hypoxia situation.

Amandha: Hypoxia situation where there’s not enough oxygen to an area. So increased circulation. Tell me what you use it for. I’m learning from you guys too, you know, you guys do really cool stuff. But yeah, I have no negative opinion about that. Hello DMSO has saved my leg at some very painful times.

Amandha: Really it’s surprised and impressed me literally melted my nerve damage, varicose vein pain, the garlic, aroma is well worth what it has done for me. It still astonishes me that I can apply it. And days later still sense it within my shower and body. Yeah, it does. Can linger. And again, it’s also the way you metabolize it and your body type and what you’re working through, what you’re healing.

Amandha: So it is it’s, everyone’s a little bit different, right? I always wondered why DMSO is sold on Amazon in a plastic bottle. Yeah. So that bottle, I looked into it and it’s in our, oh, and what I wanted to say there was that I have a really cool chart. I think I mentioned it. I talked about my dandelion Supreme cream lotion, but if you go to that web page and scroll down, I have a cool chart that shows you which plastics DMSO is inert for and which plastics they are reactive to.

Amandha: So it’s a cool little handy chart on that page. I guess I’ll put that in the description for you so you can check that out. Hi, from Australia, I got to get over there someday. I have a saphenous vein around the left outer ankle and alongside the left foot. Some days it hurts so bad and other days it doesn’t.

Amandha: If I wear my Lastic stockings, it feels better. What DMSO do you use? And what do I do to apply to the area, to shrink the vein to normal, and then to apply DMSO so for varicose veins’ like that, what I suggest I make a vein tonic it’s on my website and it’s a blend of herbs and witch hazel, and helps to astringe tighten and tonify up the veins because it’s lax.

Amandha: So the veins are lax, and it helps to tighten tonify that up. So usually I suggest they use the DMSO with Added Nutrients on there, rub that in, or even just whatever DMSO they have just a little bit diluted. Pure aloe vera and rub that on. So now the barriers open and then spray on the tonic use witch, Hazel use red raspberry leaf poultices these things sort of draw on a stringent, tightened that up, back up.

Amandha: Cause that’s what you’re trying to do. It’s a lot of that pain is the slack that the lack of tone and then the swelling that goes along with that. So that’s usually what I recommend. And then also using magnesium topically and then finding out what is else going on with the rest of the health of body.

Amandha: So sometimes it’s the adrenals and thyroid and the metabolism’s not, you know, moving the blood properly and things are pooling. So, there’s a usual, a big picture to look at there. But that’s where I would start for the varicose veins. And I get a lot of positive response to that. Did you add DMSO to your teeth soap yet?

Amandha: So that’s a good idea. And no, I haven’t because. I don’t know, about the taste, I think it might not go that well as a general product I guess it could make it with or without, but then that’s another product I’m making and right now I’m super overloaded and I only have two staff members and they’re only part-time so it’s, I have to be careful how many products I’m making right now.

Amandha: But yeah, that’s in the future. That’s a potential for sure. But then, you know, do you want to use that in all the time? That’s the question. So that’s why I’d probably sell it maybe as a kit where you get drops with the tooth soap and then how to apply them at certain times, that’s probably the best way to do it, to be honest.

Amandha: Is there a, oh, there’s a good group on DMSO and colloidal Silver. Oh, if there’s a good group, please share it. And what kind of vitamin C do I use in my products? I’m using a powder without any additives in that kind of stuff in it. In my in the eye product, I’m assuming you’re asking and in the I use it actually, sorry, two different ones.

Amandha: I use it one different one for the eyes than I do for the DMSO with Added Nutrients, the one with the added nutrients I’m using Biomed Right C, and that has that’s buffered. It’s a buffered. So it’s the sodium ascorbate. And it has bioflavonoids in it. Okay. So I thank you for your time and I’m actually kind of excited that some people showed up.

Website Updates, Censorship, Sunlight Discussion, and Closing Remarks

Amandha: That’s really nice because this is on my Yummy Mummy Emporium and Apothecary page and not my own personal page, which is normally where I do my videos. And but since I’m blocked again on Facebook, I thought I’ll go through my dad’s. I put my dad as admin, so I can still answer questions on this page.

Amandha: I learned the first time I was blocked that was rough. People were like, help me, please help me please. And I was like, I can’t email me, but they couldn’t hear me. So it kind of sucked. Okay. So if there’s another questions so my website again is yummymummyemporium. org. I am going to try to do a few more videos.

Amandha: In the new year. And I do help people as well. I take consults. The thing is I’m really overloaded. So I need your patience when I’m getting back to you about things, please. I’m already booked into almost end of January already. So I’ve got a lot going on building the new website is huge project and it’s kind of overwhelming.

Amandha: So that’s happening and if you if you want to subscribe to my channel on YouTube, that’s a good way. And then what I’ll do is when the new website’s up, then you can subscribe to my newsletter on there and then we can keep in touch better that way. And I’ll have the website will be really fortified and strong.

Amandha: So, yeah. I’ll Probably have another way of doing videos and then all the videos will be on my website and it will be easier to just have everything together rather than being censored and really the things that are going to be completely censored and we’ll have to go away from them. Our Facebook, YouTube, Twitter Pinterest kicked out Erin Elizabeth from hers for talking about, you know, the truth about vaccines.

Amandha: So it’s an Orwellian world out there and we have really a lot of crazy stuff going on. If I do get a, might have some MMS I don’t know if health Canada’s is going to release an MMS packet, I don’t know what’s going to happen, but for right now, they’re just literal thieves like they literally stole a package from the post.

Amandha: Did not inform me, did not tell me anything. They just stole it. They’re just thieves common thieves. That’s it. Don’t say, oh, Hey, we’re going to return it. And so you can get your money back or whatever, you know, they just do whatever they want. So we don’t live in a free society. I think that’s what we really have to understand.

Amandha: And we need to fight for our freedom because it’s getting pretty crazy. Have you noticed, I don’t know where you are in the world, but in Canada they announced on the news that there had this really great idea to combat global warming, which doesn’t exist because everything’s manmade which they’re doing.

Amandha: But they had a great idea to block out the sun because suns so bad that just block it out. Cause it’s causing all the bad stuff because polar bears dying don’t, you know, and all this kind of propaganda. Right. So they’ve lied to the soul as the problem, you know, problem reaction solution. They sold us.

Amandha: The problem they’re fake global warming. They have now made us react to everything. And now they’re coming in with their solution, which they’ve already been doing the chem trailing for many decades, but here’s the solution. Look we are going to block at the sun. And ever since that announcement, there’s been like a half day of sun.

Amandha: It’s been gray and overcast ever since. So now we have to fight for our own sunlight. You think we’re going to live long. If we can’t get sun into our plants and onto us, how many days are we going to last like that? If we’re, if you’re not paying attention, we’re done. We’re finished. As we’re done.

Amandha: You’re not angry that they’re blocking out the sun and you’re actually thinking that’s a good idea. You are the problem. If that’s what you actually think, you need to get your head on straight. Okay. There’s no way in high hell blocking out. The thing that gives us life is going to protect us.

Amandha: It’s absolutely absurd. But the second they released that people are like, oh, did you hear what they’re going to do? They’re going to be block out the sun. Yeah. Oh, so that’s the or thing. Oh great. Oh, that’s cool. Anyway. So what are you watching on TV or, oh, how are the Kardashians these days? Right? It’s unbelievable.

Amandha: If you said that to somebody a hundred years ago, there would be pitchforks. They’d be setting fire to the parliament buildings. Okay. Like seriously, I, it is, they’re probably going home. We got them by the BA LLS because they don’t even care. We’re blocking out their sunlight. They don’t even care. This is awesome.

Amandha: So why are we making it so easy for them? I don’t know anymore. I do my best and I know that we’re eternal. So when this incarnation is done, I’ll be looking forward to the next. And hopefully it’s not here. I do my best, like I said, but honestly, I don’t know how to wake people up. I mean, if that’s not an alarm bell for you, I don’t know.

Amandha: I don’t know what is honestly. Okay. So, thanks. I just use the wheat grass swish for five minutes on my teeth. Yes. Especially if you have bleeding gums, the wheat grass is the way to do it. I’m actually going to try to get fresh wheat grass as well in frozen in the store. And thank you so much.
