The Health Routine of a Holistic Practitioner and Her Child

The Health Routine of a Holistic Practitioner and Her Child

Holistic Health Routine: Video Overview

In this discussion of her holistic health routine, Amandha Vollmer (ADV) answers a viewer who asked how she approaches her own health and the health of her daughter on a day-to-day basis. Rather than presenting one fixed program, Amandha explains that her routine changes with the seasons, her workload and what she observes happening in her body. She begins with lifestyle and food, emphasizing that supplements are meant to support a broader routine rather than compensate for habits that are working against health.

From there, Amandha explains how she uses different nutrients and complementary practices according to what she is trying to support. Some are part of her regular routine, while others are brought in for shorter periods when stress increases, the seasons change or she feels that her body needs additional support. She also describes taking a gradual approach when introducing something new, paying attention to how the body responds instead of changing everything at once.

The same practical approach carries into how she cares for her daughter. Amandha discusses working with a selective appetite, making nutrient-dense foods more appealing and including healthy choices into family meals.

Important Context & Safety

Educational context: This video presents Amandha Vollmer’s personal health routine, she describes her choices around food, supplements, seasonal routines and complementary practices as something that changes according to stress, environment and what she observes in her own body. She repeatedly emphasizes that her routine is not static and that she brings different practices in and out rather than using everything continuously.

Amandha also explains that new supplements should be introduced gradually so the individual can observe how the body responds. She advises against starting many things at once and says that when a reaction becomes too strong or uncomfortable, she prefers to back off and return more slowly. This same individualized approach appears throughout the discussion as she describes adjusting nutrients, foods and seasonal practices according to her own experience.

The recording includes routines involving a child as well as practices such as colloidal silver, iodine, melatonin, DMSO, coffee enemas, homeopathy and concentrated supplements. This video reflects Amandha’s personal experience and health philosophy and does not provide a complete review of dosing, interactions, contraindications or suitability for every adult or child. Her individual routine should therefore be understood as an account of what she was doing rather than a universal protocol to reproduce.

Introduction: Daily Health Routine, Seasonal Living, and Lifestyle Foundations

Amandha: Hi, and welcome everyone. I wanted to do a live video because I haven’t been on Facebook for a little while., I got in trouble and I got in Facebook jail for 30 days so I’m now free to do my live videos again. It’s been a while. Now I get a lot of requests and calls and emails and Facebook messages, and I try to answer as many questions as I can.

Amandha: I can’t always get to everything, but I try. Now one of the questions I had lately that I wanted to address in a video, because it was just way too big of a topic for me to type, although I could write a book on it and may was I was asked what do I take supplements lifestyle choices, foods?

Amandha: What do I do on a daily basis? On a regular basis for my own health and for the health of my child? And I thought, that’s a pretty good question, right? Isn’t it of interest to find out how someone who is in the healing arts takes care of themselves? cause a lot, I’ll tell you, a lot of holistic practitioners really get run down.

Amandha: I find myself getting there from time to time as well. And we have to take care of ourselves maybe even more because of.. Just, we’re always giving, we’re always, we’re all, there’s all this output all the time. And if there’s no self care, there’s issue. Right. Hi guys. Thanks for joining. I missed you too.

Amandha: My hair’s really frizzy today because I have hat hair because it’s winter where I live for like six months. Yeah. You can feel sorry for me now I’m in the thickest, most hairy, I look like a wookie. I’m like wearing layers of wool. Okay. It’s crazy. Anyway so yeah and sa in saying that I actually do seasonal eating and seasonal foods because not everything’s so easy to get all the time in the middle of the winter.

Amandha: And so I just want to take you through, Some of the things I do, it’s not going to be all I ebb and flow with things. I bring things in. If I’m detoxing for just a certain period of time, then I stop, then I might bring it back in again. And because I’m always researching new products bringing those into my store, then I want to try things out for myself sometimes as well.

Amandha: And that just is a whole other thing. But the main things where I’m helping people to start and what I do is, first of all, you have to clean up your lifestyle, okay? You can’t be putting the crap in. You can’t just put the crap, keep putting the crap in through the food, through your, all your hair care products and body personal care products the laundry care that you’re doing, all this stuff.

Amandha: You can’t just keep adding fragrance and adding chemicals onto you. And then just take a pill and think, yeah, it’s going to be good. I’m good. I’m going to be healthy cause I’m taking B vitamins.. Yeah. It do I advocate chlo of silver? I absolutely do, and I make it and I sell it in my store.

Amandha: I make a 10 to 15 part per million colloidal silver.

Amandha: It will stop strep throat. It will heal strep throat, I should say. And it’s it’s something you want to use intermittently and support your terrain with probiotics in between sort of idea. But yep, I love it. I use it a lot and it’s, I call it like a natural antibiotic. If you’re really in that position where you have a lot of damaged tissue and you’re attracting a lot of pathogens, then yep.

Amandha: Colloidal silver is great I usually take when I’m not feeling well, like right now, is we just got the weather, got warm. and now it’s really super cold. Again, anytime you get this fluctuation, you, your body is triggered in all kinds of ways. It’s kind of stressful actually, when you have a weather movement like that it’s stressful on the body and any type of stress can.

Amandha: Cause you to be fee to be run down to your nutrition needs go higher. And if you haven’t adapted, you could feel a little bit run down. So I’m, I know that there’s a lot going happening right now. There’s a lot of people who have gone through this transition and they’re kind of detoxing. And so I’m paying attention to what I’m seeing and I’m just upping my own nutrition to balance at it so that I don’t get run down.

Amandha: Okay. So yeah, I take one ounce twice a day when I’m not feeling quite right of colloidal silver. And I take, if I feel like I’m n there’s change of season kind of thing. I do half an ounce twice a day in my child. I do half an ounce once a day and I do half an ounce twice a day if she’s actually got a cold or something like that.

Amandha: And I don’t usually take it regularly. It’s an on and off item that I take when I just feel that way, when I feel I need to use it, which might be a few times a year kind of,. Yeah, if you want to go higher, you can like, yeah, you’re saying you’re drinking four ounces, go for it. Just make sure you’re taking in probiotics or some sort of balancing out your good flora and making sure they’re happy.

Amandha: I know it doesn’t really have too much of a negative impact for the most part from my experience, but just to be on the safe side in any way can always help your own internal sums that way in your blood. Okay. I have a basket of goodies here. I look like Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz. That, and I have another basket of all the powders that I put in my smoothies,

Amandha: And I’m going to run through some of those, but sort of quick and if you’re interested in any one of them, like take the research to the next level sort of idea. But I take them for all kinds of different reasons, but I’m just going to touch on those. I do like elderberry syrup. I don’t have it in syrup.

Amandha: I have it as a flower in my dispensary and I make it as a tea. I like the elder elderflower tea, and that’s how I usually utilize it. I use a lot of homeopathic remedies. Here’s my really crazy little homeopathic container this is what I use when I go traveling. I just throw them in the baggy and throw them.

Amandha: Sac and so there’s quite a few layers of them. These are more my active ones that I keep in the medicine cupboard. And then in my back room I have three tiers. Alphabetized of course of the rest of the homes that I use on occasion. And I have rare ones that I save because if I want to make more of them, I can do that.

Amandha: Because the great thing about homeopathics is you can make magic. You can make more of that by diluting them in water, succussing it a little, and then you can drip that over plain pellets. And I have a bunch of just plain lactose. Pellets that I can graft. It’s called grafting so I can make more. So I have weird homeopathics.

Amandha: I have, yeah, I have homeopathic Coca-Cola, I have homeopathic plastic. I got all kinds of wacky DLE stuff, but they’re all for cleansing those things. I do have, you know, like cleansing Coca-Cola or whatever, toxins and poisons are in the body.

Amandha: If you take that you can help drain those things.

Amandha: And I do heavy metal cleanses pretty much all the time now. Used to be only a couple times a year. And now with the spraying, the aerosol spraying happening all the time. They’re just pouring that nano aluminum onto us 24 7 in all the soils. You’re eating it constantly. We have to be on top of getting the heavy metals out pretty much on a daily basis.

Amandha: It’s basis it’s pretty sad state of affairs that we’re in that’s just how where it’s at. Where it’s at. We have maniacs rule, the world guys, and they’re really cuckoo and they like to poison us all the time.. So if you want to stay alive and out of their institutions called hospitals, then you want to be on top of that and detoxing that on a regular basis.

Amandha: Okay.

Amandha: Yeah, the spraying is nuts. So, and it’s like, ah, it’s sunny, finally, some sun, which I need for my vitamin D and my wellbeing and my health, and I can sun gaze and yay. And now there’s spraying over the sun. Oh, yay. That’s wonderful thanks so much. Oh boy. Anyway, okay, so let’s get to the show here of course you want to get everything from food.

Amandha: Of course. Of course.

Amandha: But that’s a world we just don’t live in anymore. Used to be like that. We have really damaged soils. We have soils that have been ruined by fertilizers that they only put in three minerals back. It’s hundreds of them, but whatever. And they add poisons, toxins, the spraying, da.

Amandha: There’s parasites.

Amandha: There’s all kinds of stuff. And I take things on a routine basis because I have to and I know like when I do stop, because I do take breaks occasionally. I don’t feel right. I just don’t feel as strong. I don’t feel as vibrant. I test myself every now and again by just, I go off everything.

Amandha: I just work with the food it’s not enough.

Magnesium, B Vitamins, Adrenal Support, and Detox Pacing

Amandha: It just doesn’t, I don’t get the magnesium up enough. I’m not getting the energy levels where I need it to be. I feel tired in the afternoon and it’s just not doing it. So, one of the things I do religiously and I, this is the ease Topical magnesium, and I, you know, I love this.

Amandha: I talk about it all the time. Everybody walks out with one of these, I’ll tell you because it’s like 800 to 900 plus enzymatic reactions that it deals with. So what I do is, right now, I’m just doing at night because I’m pretty built up and I spray all over my thyroid. I spray all over my chest.

Amandha: Sometimes I do my legs and I always do that before bed and it assists my sleep and I really miss it. If I don’t do that helps with restless legs. I used to get restless legs a while, long time ago. and I don’t anymore. And I really think it has a lot to do. Once I found this product, it really made a huge difference for me.

Amandha: I was on my legs a lot and I think for me, I was just wearing things out and at night it was like my nervous system wasn’t was regenerating and I was feeling it and it wasn’t comfortable. But that really amazing. So I do I do it twice a day for a con a certain period of time.

Amandha: So I will do morning and night, and I will do that like when I do my spring cleansing when I’m doing my spring detox. Like you, you’re supposed to do spring cleaning for your house and you’re supposed to do spring cleaning for you. And I do that and I’m, when I’m doing my coffee enemas at that time, and I’m doing my juice fasting at that time, and I’m switching over from a lot of the root vegetables and the preserves that I have, and into way more salads, way more fresh.

Amandha: Foods that I have access to, whatever I have access to. My, I already start the sprouting more because my house is a little bit too cold for some of the growing, unfortunately, or else I would sprout all year long. But I mainly do the sprouting. It’s easier in the warmer weather but I’m switching over and when I switch over, I do change of seasoned soup, which is a Chinese medicine soup that you brew and drink.

Amandha: I do that and I do the juice fasting, and then I double up on my magnesium at that time because my liver and kidneys are working harder to get toxins out and they need the co-factors to do that job. So I want to give that to them so that they are happy with me and that I feel good. So that’s a key.

Amandha: That’s a plus. I spray, I hose down my daughter every night,, she knows the routine. She just pulls her shirt up and I spray her belly and she just rubs it in. And it’s just our little night thing. And you can make it fun for kids. You can make it a game. Everything ha with kids has to be, you have to act like a total goofball and then it’s suddenly amazing, right?

Amandha: Yes. You’re going to eat the thing. Yes you are. Whoa, my God. I would do the plane because my daughter’s so fussy with food. Oh. And I would do the airplane, like in all these horrible ways. I’m like, the plane is going to crush if it doesn’t go in your mouth. I know it’s coming. Right? And she’d go, ha, I’m going to make a crash.

Amandha: And then she’d save it in the last second. Right. That means feeding her child takes like an hour. But whatever, if it gets it in your body, then it’s the, that’s going to work. Right. So that’s one that we both take all the time, just pretty much nonstop. And as I said, when I stop that I don’t feel no good.

Amandha: The other thing I take every day for absolutes is a B complex. I use biomeds B complex and I have a better one and more expensive one of course, which is got all food-based B vitamins that I have, I think on my website. If I don’t, I will see and it puts on my shelf. And going to med school, going to life now at this point is so stressful, right?

Amandha: It’s constant stress. When are we getting stress breaks? No wonder we’re really sick on top of all the spraying and all the crap and all the whatever and the TV and the E M F and now the 5G and la that nuts. So, you know, there’s just all this crazy constant stress and the B vitamin just helps you cope.

Amandha: See if the stress levels go up and you can cope, then you’re good. Right? But if the stress levels go up and you cannot cope, you know, good. You are, you’re down. And this just helps you coast through some of the cuckoo ness of life, really, of the ridiculous things that can happen in your day. And I just find I’m way more mood moody or not as mood stabilized in a sense.

Amandha: Like I’m more likely to just be grumpy. I feel grumpy if I don’t have my adrenals in check. And that is a huge support for the adrenal glands. And now when I went to school, I got pretty burnt out in my adrenals and I was pretty crashed and I don’t Oh, I did put it in there. Oh see. Yeah. The other thing I do for my adrenals is I have a licorice solid extract.

Amandha: This is from Wise woman herbals. Sorry. It’s all backwards to me here. Wise woman herbals. That’s all it extract. And I take a teaspoon of that twice a day and licorice really fuels the adrenal glands. It just really soothes and heals them and helps the cortisol function properly. And you get everything into balance and it is key for getting your adrenals back on track.

Amandha: And I need it, like I feel the difference with it. And I still, even though I mean I graduated in 2008 and still my adrenals are more susceptible to crashing.

Amandha: I have to take tender care of them just from that time period of me really going into adrenal fatigue.

Amandha: And I see a lot of people running around with adrenal fatigue.

Amandha: And not only that, they now are getting, still past that point. It’s pulling on the thyroid and they’re having hypothy. And they’re at that place where they’re, you know, the eyebrows are at, the ends are gone and their skin is not supple anymore and they’re tired all the time.

Amandha: You know, their metabolism is just pooched.

Amandha: Their hair could be falling out, they could be gaining weight. I mean, but you’ve got to serve the adrenals in order to heal the thyroid because of the relationship in the endocrine system. Gotta do it. And I’m not interested in thyroid issues. Thank you very much. So that’s how I prevent that. I’m just going to look at comments here quickly.

Amandha: Do Plexus products? I don’t know if I’ve tried those. Right now we are using t r s, detox, metals and Allumadine to encourage detoxing. I’ll show you my iodine in a second. Also, non corn, vitamin C, always. I’m going to start with the B that you recommended for calm, TN, M T H F R before adding any other supplements.

Amandha: So we add a few at a time to check for reactions. Yep. That’s very wise, especially in your situation where there’s genetic mutations. You gotta go slow. The methylation is going to be slower. The cell to cell communication, you might have responses, reactions, detox too fast, all that kind of thing. Yeah, it, you do want to go slow when you introduce things.

Amandha: You don’t want to just buy a hundred things and then jump in. You want to try to do it in a smart way where you see how you feel, because we’re not, we don’t have a lab in our houses. I might, but we don’t have a laven, our houses and to test our blood for these things or what our levels are. So we have to really listen to our bodies and say, does that feel good for me?

Amandha: Am I going into detox? And I should, if I do go into detox, that’s good, but I don’t want to go into detox direction that’s hurting. I don’t want to hurt myself because anyone who says it that pushing through detox is a good idea I think you’re supposed to listen to your body and if your body says no, you back off and you stop and then you pulse it again little by little.

Amandha: Or start with a different aspect of your detox. Like start with doing a couple of coffee enemas or start with doing detox baths or start just sweating deep breathing and then begin things that would put you into detox. Like, I’m doing sulfur, MSM sulfur. I didn’t grab the bag, but I do that also regularly.

Amandha: And I do it similar to the magnesium, so I’ll do it twice a day for a while to build it up. And I take DMSO every day. I’ve been since I discovered DMS, so it’s been on my body every single day. Six, seven months now. So, I mean, lot. I’m getting sulfur. I’m fine with that, but I also take it to prevent parasites from, you know, setting in and all that stuff.

Amandha: And I do that usually one teaspoon twice a day and it upregulates your detox. It’s really big with the glutathione, right? So I don’t, but I don’t do it like that all the time. I stop it for a while and I just do once in the morning and one teaspoon and just, that’s my levels where I like it, where I feel good, where my body feels right, and then when I go through my spring detox, I will double it up again and then I might stop it also for a period of a couple of weeks and then pick it back up again.

Iodine, Food Choices, Fats, Pets, and Minerals

Amandha: That’s how I roll. Okay. The other one I really love, that’s essential for my energy. Again, we’re talking adrenals and thyroid is liquid Iodine Forte. I like this one by biotics research.

Amandha: Here I just ordered a bunch of these guys and it doesn’t taste gross because I ne I would take that adine.

Amandha: Oh God. But this doesn’t taste like iodine. It’s really clear and nice. And my daughter will take it. Really what I do with her and the iodine is I put a few drops in her water. So she has a glass water container that she drinks from with a with a metal straw, like a stainless steel.

Amandha: And otherwise she’d spill that all over the place.

Amandha: and I don’t like plastic, so that’s what we use. And so I put a few drops of that in her water. And so that she’s getting that in a consistent basis. And I find for me, the energy again I’ve noticed the difference without it in my own energy, how much I can get done in a day. My cl my clarity of thinking.

Amandha: And when I miss it I can tell, I can see the difference. So that’s, I do that I do in my, I’m drinking water throughout the day and usually when I remember to do it, I just put a few drops in my water and I just drink it and I do that. I’m not going through my botanicals. I do like tinctures as well on and off.

Amandha: And that’s just way too crazy. That’s way too much. And I, cause I’m always playing around tinctures. But I do have different tinctures like mushroom tinctures and tinctures I’ve made, and I’ll do that occasionally. I’ll be like, I’m just throwing that in and I want to see what that is doing for me that day.

Amandha: Or I’ll do a run for like a week. So I use a lot of water to administer these things, but this I do regularly. Lugol’s iodine is good. The way I administer Lugol’s because the skin is porous and we’ll take it in is paint patch test. And my daughter likes it cause I can draw little tattoos on her tattoos

Amandha: So I’ll make little flowers on her hand before bad with Lugol’s iodine. And she thinks it’s really cool and then she goes to bed and she’s like, what if it’s staying forever? I’m like, it won’t be staying forever. It’ll be gone by the morning. And then she’s like, wakes up and checks and she’s excited that her body’s absorbed it.

Amandha: And I said, see, your body’s eating it. It wants it. And that’s the way I usually use it is topically. Cause you don’t want to overdo iodine and topical is a nice way for the body and it’s a test as well. And you can tell how quickly in a 24 hour period it’s absorbed by the it will tell you how deficient you are.

Amandha: So it’s a good test like that. I do like lugals, I hate the taste. It stains all of my stuff even just a bottle sitting in the cupboard stains things. And I don’t like to take it internally, I just use it externally.

Amandha: And they use this one internal, but you can, if you’re good with the taste, I’m just, I don’t like it.

Amandha: Nascent iodine’s great too. Yep. That’s it’s just a different format of iodine. It’s, I think it’s what ionized or it’s electrically different and Yeah. Nasin, I, iodine they say it’s absorbed better. Go for it. If you have absorption issues I just like the one that I get cause again, a price point.

Amandha: Nascent iodine’s pretty expensive. Oh, vitamin C will remove iodine stains. Thank you. That’s a good handy tip. I didn’t know that because I have vitamin stains, on my my cupboard over my toilet. It’s a nice, beautiful white thing and then you open it. It looks like someone’s just been chain smoking inside of there.

Amandha: Thank you. Handy tip. This one I use a lot because it’s a raw phytoplankton. It’s called Oceans Alive. I get it from the same company that makes the AC from activation products that makes the magnesium and makes my oils a lot of my oils and.. Yeah. I put a big squirt in water and it’s what oils eat basically for their protein.

Amandha: So this is like a protein supplement for me that I like that. Cuz I don’t eat really meat. I don’t eat a lot of meat. I do have some local meats and bone broths and things in the winter to just help my spleen because if you eat cold foods all the time, especially if you live in winter climates, you will damage your spleen sheet from a Chinese medicine perspective.

Amandha: So I like warming foods.

Amandha: Do a lot of ginger, do a lot of cinnamon, cayenne. These kinds of things are in my cooking. Turmeric I don’t necessarily take them as supplements all the time, but they’re always in foods. I always add them to my foods Black pepper with the ginger together cause they, they work well together.

Amandha: They synergize each other and that goes in foods. And my daughter’s not too fussy, like I can make curry and she will eat curry. She likes sort of strong flavors. She just doesn’t like certain textures. That’s the trick with her. And she doesn’t like cheese and dairy, which is great. We don’t do much of that.

Amandha: We do some of it. I try to get organic cheese cause it’s like crack, right? I mean, come on. Organic cheese, like crack. How can you not have some cheese in your life? My god. Like it, right? But at least get it organic and ethical and all that kind of stuff. But yeah, or there’s vegan cheeses. There’s all different kinds of alternatives.

Amandha: But really, we don’t do dairy. We don’t drink milk at all, like ever. We do some coconut milk. We make almond milk, we do hemp milk. Those kinds of milk. So she likes her cereal in the morning, we do granola, and she likes her milk and cereal. And I put chia seeds on everything because it’s a great protein as a protein source.

Amandha: And that’s ubiquitous. I’ll put it in some smoothies. I’ll just, again, just throw those things in your foods to beef them up, to super food them up, right? You’re cooking a certain way, you’re making a certain meal. Add things into it to make more added value into that food when it’s cooked.

Amandha: I always put I take a lot of fats.

Amandha: I need a lot of fats for the nervous system, for the brain. I like to burn more on a ketogenic side of my food rather than burning carbs, burning sugar. I take no sugar. I like to after just put olive oil on everything, raw olive oil over my food and then eat it.

Amandha: I will use flax that same way.

Amandha: I will use co fractionated coconut oil that same way. I will cook with coconut oil.

Amandha: I will cook with avocado oil.

Amandha: Those are high heat oils. You can cook with. I try to, I usually cook in the winter just because of the warmth again, but in the summer I barely cook. It mainly goes raw. It’s mainly raw foods for the most part.

Amandha: And trying to keep my kid happy with variety and she loves fruits. So I’ll cut up apple organic apples for her organic pears and she’ll just sit and eat like a meal of fruits. Which, you know, at least she’s enjoying that. And it’s not too sweet. Excuse me. I must have put. Because it’s like going to be minus 35 today.

Amandha: tonight. So I have to keep my house warm. Alright. Hold on. Yes. I chopped my own wood. Okay. We are, oh, my broadcast is interrupted. Is everybody good? Can everybody see me now? I didn’t, no, they don’t show me if my broadcast is interrupted anymore.. Okay. So you have a multi-level filtration system.

Amandha: Nice. And you add three drops of nascent eye d into your dog’s water. Good idea for detoxing Three drops in the water for quart water bowl. Very good. Do you recommend multivitamin supplements for your dog? Yeah, absolutely. There are some really good ones. It depends on, I mean, if you, they’re eating.

Amandha: More of their raw based diet like, or of their, their like dogs can do really a lot of vegetables. I, my dog prefers, I mean, my dog could eat chicken all day, but let, don’t get me wrong, but I’m saying she loves broccoli and cabbage and sprouts and like carrots. And I really beef that up for her.

Amandha: Like I really give a lot of that. She’s an old girl and she’s eight, like 18 now. And I don’t supplement her other than I give her living spring water and that ico and collect spring water from the spring.

Amandha: And that’s the water we drink. And I’ll occasionally add certain things because the cat drinks out of the same water dish.

Amandha: I’ll put things in there here and there. Like I’ll put colloidal silver in, for example, if I feel they’re not doing as well in the winter, cause they’re not getting outside. Right. But for the most part. I haven’t needed to do that with my dog necessarily, but she’s very clean. She’s been well taken care of.

Amandha: She doesn’t really have issues other than she’s old, she old, but she can still run like a gazelle. That dog I’m in Ontario, province of Ontario. That was a question I came in. I just didn’t randomly say that cause people on YouTube are going to be like, she is just okay she bouncing around cause I’m also reading comments and answering questions and doing this.

Zinc, Iron, Vitamin C, Probiotics, and Daily Supplements

Amandha: Okay, now, you know, another one I do regular is zinc. This is a lozenge that I can’t, I won’t be buying anymore cause Douglas got bought out by Nestle. Boo. Anyway I take zinc on a regular basis. I have a few, I have actually, biotics research has a great liquid that I just ordered that’s coming.

Amandha: I get to switch over to the liquid and it’s nice to have a liquid because you can do a zinc tally taste, and you can tell your zinc levels by the level of flavoring that you get from taking that. And this is a chewable kind of simple one. It’s not too high of a dose. I think it’s only 10 milligrams.

Amandha: Yeah. Per chew. And it’s more for my daughter because she will eat it. And this one is good for kids and that’s why I have this one, but the one that I’m getting in will be just liquid and I’m going to work with that from now. And I got something in my eye. My daughter will probably be fine with it.

Amandha: She’s fine with most liquids. I do have in the fridge I have an iron supplement because we don’t need a lot of meat. And I’m prone to iron deficiency when I was vegan, vegetarian since age 17 and vegan, most of you know, go, you know, all the way up till the end of school till I got pregnant. Really?

Amandha: My iron was really bad. It was really low, and then I couldn’t get it up again. I couldn’t get it into a good place. So when I’m menstruating and women who are menstruating should be taking an iron while they’re menstruating so they don’t feel absolutely exhausted, okay? When we, oh yeah, I’m so tired.

Amandha: I’m like, well, you’re bleeding. I mean,, you’re bleeding and that’s your heme. That’s your iron. Bye-bye. And you may want to supplement there. Oh, okay. You know, but if I don’t, I feel it. I definitely feel too, I feel tired if I don’t supplement with iron. So that’s something I supplement mainly just in the summertime and if I’m not, if I feel I’m not getting enough or I pulse that one, I give a little bit here, a little bit here like that.

Amandha: Or if I haven’t been cooking with my iron cookware, that kind of thing, then I do that. And when I’m menstruating my daughter gets it. She hates meat, so she doesn’t want to eat. Other than like, if it would be street meat, she’d eat it like, like pig crap. She would eat all the hot dogs. In the world, but I will not let her eat those things.

Amandha: And otherwise she’s really fussy about the rest of the meats. So she doesn’t get it and she gets iron. So she likes that iron. The one that I use, I think it was Genestra, and they’re bought out Vanessa, and I’m getting another one in. Okay. Hopefully we’re still streaming and we’re going.

Amandha: We’re going. Okay.

Amandha: Good here. Okay, thanks. Do you leave chia seeds or any seeds and water throughout the night? At least 12 hours. You should make sure you, ideally, all nuts and seeds that would be planted in the ground that you would put in your body. Any grain should be soaked overnight.

Amandha: And then the water drained.

Amandha: And I do that as much as possible.

Amandha: And I give, actually, I give that water to my plants. They really like that. The chia seeds get gelatinous and they’re better that way for your body. My daughter, I just put them on her cereal and she’s fine. She just eats them in the morning like that. They’re not soaked.

Amandha: They’re, I just make sure she has ample liquid and I try to actually put them in the liquid and let them sit a little bit first before she eats them. But ideally, yeah, ideally you almost want to make pudding with it and you can make great pudding with chia seeds. There are lots of recipes on Pinterest for that.

Amandha: Yeah, so that’s a popular one for us and soaking them.. Yeah. Li like, I like, yeah. The stems of broccoli. That comment on the dog. That’s the part my dog likes is the stem. It’s that crunch. She’s after that crunch. It’s like breaking bones.. My friend takes Viagra. Like some people take vitamin tablets.

Amandha: Oh man. Is there a natural alternative he could take before he goes? Yeah. There’s saw palmetto. You want to make sure you’re taking zinc. There’s ashwaganda and gin Sings there’s lot Maro. All those are helpful for getting blood flow to all the right places. Let’s just say before you kill yourself with these drugs that are going to damage liver and kidneys all to high hell.

Amandha: Have your friend tried DMSO MSM yet? That’s a good idea. You are in. Oh, okay. Sorry. There’s a couple conversations going on in there.. There’s a whole world happening over here now. Okay. So we did the zinc. What have we got in my little goody bag here? The right C. I like a buffered vitamin C, not the ascorbic acid.

Amandha: I don’t like taking acids necessarily like, consistently. The right C is a sodium ascorbate. It will not raise blood pressure because of the way it’s connected to the ascorbate. It’s it’s a different release and so that sodium doesn’t actually affect your blood pressure, which is great. One half teaspoon is two grams, right about now I’m starting to take usually I’m on a baseline of about three grams a day, but then I double it when I see everybody else starting to feel lousy.

Amandha: And and I, my child will not take this. I have to sneak it in smoothies, it’s a powder. And I’ll just throw a little bit in the smoothie. And she’s like a detective. She’s like, you put that vitamin C powder in, didn’t you, mom? I’ll be like, no, I dunno. Are you tasting that? That’s strange. I didn’t put that in

Amandha: Yeah. See, never lie to your child. But then they, those people never had children okay. And speaking of children, I give her, right now, she’s fussy on the MULTIS. I don’t really promote MULTIS. I, unless you’re going to have a baby and you want a good prenatal. They’re just I read these things. I have one called Product B, and I’ve read the ingredients.

Amandha: It’s like Vitamin A, vitamin bine, every vitamin Z. And then like everything in the whole world is in that. I’m like how is this happening? How can I take a pill like this? And you’ve got 18,000 gazillion things in there. I just, it doesn’t make any sense. sort of like that with the Multi’s.

Amandha: I don’t think we’re really going to absorb much of that. And I don’t take a multi, although I take a multi mineral because it’s really the minerals were very deficient in. I do take a multi mineral that has all the trace minerals in it, which I didn’t put in my basket. They have it in my cupboard. I use that one from, it’s a biomed, has a multivitamin, multi mineral one that’s good too.

Amandha: But I’m not after it for the vitamins. I’m after it for the., all the trace boron, you name it. So this one’s okay for kids. It’s achievable. I can try to get something in her with that one. It’s hard to see. Sorry. I change it up all the time to different ones. I have these gummy worms in the store.

Amandha: I don’t know. I have not, I’m jury’s out on that. But if it’ll get some nutrition in my child, then I’ll do it. You know what I mean? Because if she’s fussy, she won’t eat certain things, then I have to be responsible enough to try to make sure as a growing child, that she’s going to get everything that she needs as requirements to be fully healthy.

Amandha: Right? So far, so good. I see when she gets run down, I see when you know, she’s really resistant to things, what happens? And so, but so far so good. The other one I give her regularly is d h a pedia bursts, which now I’m going to have to find another one cause it’s Genestra again. And it’s a fish oil. It’s a tuna, which I, it’s not my favorite oil, but she likes it.

Amandha: You see, she will eat it. I’ll just give it to her and she’ll just chew it and she enjoys it. So, we do that one for her and she gets two little bubbles of that a day and sometimes twice. She gets also, we both take probiotics, seven in one from biomed, which I do sell in my store. I have a here it’s a general all purpose, well-rounded one that I like.

Amandha: It’s shelf stable. It’s just, it’s a good fish food for your colonies, right? You’re feeding your own colonies with it. And I like it. My daughter, I’ll give her two and she’ll chew them with the capsule on and just chew them and eat them like that. If your child doesn’t, you can open them and put it in applesauce or put it in a smoothie or hide it in something.

Amandha: And then it’s easy to take. Doesn’t ta it doesn’t taste horrible or anything like that. But that, and then she’s getting the gelatin, which I think is fine for her growing body. That’s a regular, that’s an every day. Absolutely. And oh, if I do, if I run out of any of my right sea, I do have a backup ascorbic acid.

Amandha: But if I take it with Basen Tabs. This is a Pasco product. It’s essentially, it’s baking powder, or sorry, baking soda., but it’s not album and it’s in a pill form and it has other alkalizing salts with it. So it’s an alkalizer and it’s actually something that you take when you are doing certain types of homeopathic drainage protocols.

Amandha: Because if you want to rebuild your progenitor lineages of your, like your of your own sums, if you want to fix those, you need to be in an alkaline state generally in the tissues. And that’s, this is what you use. And I have a similar one on my shelf. I don’t sell Pasco, but I have Basen Tabs, or no, sorry, I have basic powder.

Amandha: That’s what it’s called by biomed. That is a similar to this. It’s just in powder form. You take it in warm water and drink it before you’re going to do those protocols. And that’s my alternative. And I’ll tell people to buy just regular baking soda that’s non allam it, first thing in the morning, half a teaspoon to a teaspoon in a cup of very warm water and drink that first thing.

Amandha: And that will go through the gastric fundus. It will go through the stomach, it will go into the upper small intestine. And that’s where it will make that pH happy in that area, which supports the pancreas and supports the microbiome, the bacteria that live there, that makes them happy. And that’s really a good thing to do on an empty stomach.

Ginkgo, Melatonin, Vitamin D, Enzymes, Tissue Salts, and Mushrooms

Amandha: So it doesn’t have to be first thing in the morning, but that’s when you have an empty stomach, right? So it’s best to do it around that time. Okay, just going to read the comments. Hello. Hello. Alright. Another one I take, because the thing is I have to use my brain a lot all day long.

Amandha: Like all day long.

Amandha: I’m getting phone calls, I’m getting emails I’m having clients, I’m having follow up calls I’m putting orders together. I’m making product. Like that’s what I do all day. And I have to be on, I have to be thinking, I have to be remembering, you know, I can’t afford to be like the. It’s also why I don’t smoke pot.

Amandha: But Gink co here. Gco with Ola. This is the one I’ve been taking lately. Ola supports the adrenal glands. Ginkgo increases blood flow for the gentleman with the Viagra. He will want ginkgo as well because it opens blood flow to the area. It helps the blood go to the brain and that will help you think clearer.

Amandha: I have this one in my store. It’s a new one by Fit X. I really like it. I went off my Janeer one that I was taking for ages because they’re out of my life now. Nestle can have ’em, and I’m working with this and it’s 90 capsules. It’s a good deal actually. And I’m feeling it. I know when Ginkgo works or doesn’t work because I can feel it.

Amandha: It’s like a switch goes. Yep. And we’re here. We are. It’s a daily for me, every day. We usually in the morning, a lot of these things w like bees, gigo, anything stimulatory you take in the morning, obviously you’re not going to take B vitamin before bed, although I have not the best sleep. But you can take B6 before bed if you’re taking melatonin, which I think I have here next.

Amandha: The melatonin I take regularly as well, even though I sleep in a pitch dark room.. I do take it a spray, not all the time, but every so often. And if you take B6 with it, it helps it to metabolize. So sometimes I take b6, gaba, and this b6, gaba, melatonin, and magnesium is your like quarry, magic sauce,

Amandha: It’s your happy four. And if you want to sleep like a rock, that’s what you want. And a 90 night tea, a nighttime tea. I have a brand new night tea that I just posted today that’s on the website now, and it’s nighttime tea with tons of herbs in it. And if that don’t work, then you need a sleep study.

Amandha: But my daughter actually gets this regularly as well. She’ll get one spray before bed. Pretty much every night we go off at here and there. Lack of melatonin is one of the first stages in toward cancer. When melatonin levels go down, the next step of cancer can form, basically. So the first step out of the gate is low melatonin.

Amandha: You want your melatonin to be high to prevent cancer. Yeah. Your doctor probably won’t tell you that. Okay, next one. Of course. Vitamin D I live in Canada. They’re spraying the, the sun away from us. If you have to be on D basically. Now it’s not recommended to take D alone. You want D with its buddies, with all its other fat soluble vitamins.

Amandha: So what I just ordered in is an A D E K. It’s all the fatties together, all the chunky butts together,, and they’re all helper partners. And you should also take it with magnesium. And it’s in a dropper bottle like this in the, in like a liquid form. And they call it a lotion. I don’t know if it’s not very appealing, say, or I’m going to drink lotion, but it’s kind of like a lotiony consistency, so I get it.

Amandha: However, it’s a new product from Biotics Research. I’m happy about it. I’m going to start working with it. It’s, I don’t get enough vitamin E I’ve been using vitamin more topically and I get it through, obviously avocados, eat a lot of avocado to get those, the vitamin E and the good fats from that.

Amandha: But this is, I take right now just d probably about 10,000 to 20,000 international units, depending. If it’s sunny, I literally run outside and just try to get sun for 10 minutes. Even if it’s freezing, I’ll just run outside and try to get some sun. If so, pay attention if the sun is, if you get that rare moment where the sun is coming through, go get it.

Amandha: Go. I’m taking a break now. I’m going to go get some sun. The other one I do not all the time. It’s if we’ve gone out for dinner and, you know how Yeah. How hard is it to go out to dinner? Everything’s microwaved. Everything is prepackaged full of salt, full of fluoride, fluoridated water. Oh my gosh. I hate eating out, but sometimes I eat out because I’m a human being and I always take my enzymes with me.

Amandha: This is Genestra again. I have a bunch of different ones that I’ve, I’m ordering in to substitute for violence and, but I would chew that up or swallow one or take apple cider vinegar. But diluted always like a 50% solution and I’ll do that before I eat just to assist. Or if I’ve eaten something, it’s like I feel bloated right away or I, you know, usually gluten is a culprit.

Amandha: Gluten’s a really hard to digest for a lot of people, but it’s mainly because it’s sprayed and it’s mon Satan doing it, Monsanto, and they’ve got glyphosate in there and it’s the glyphosate reactions happening and it’s really damaging the DNA of the gut and it’s causing inflammation and it’s killing your good bacteria.

Amandha: And that’s all The gas is all your die off and everything happening. It’s horrible. It’s horrible stuff. I can’t even believe we live in a world where anyone would produce that and think it’s okay and make, and let people eat it. It’s I every day. I just, I can’t even, I can’t even get over it. When they did studies and they saw, oh, hey, all the rats got tumors eating glyphosate.

Amandha: Yeah, it’s probably good for humans. Whatever, right?, who cares? Like the rats are full of tumors, but I’m sure it’s fine for humans. But the bio enzymes I’ll give to my daughter as well regularly because if your enzymes are low, you don’t absorb, digest the food or assimilate the food as well. And also enzymes your liver has to produce.

Amandha: And when you take enzymes, it’s like you give your liver a little bit of a break, and enzymes should be in our food. Every time you eat a food, it should already have the enzymes it needs in it to digest it. When we cook it, we kill all the enzymes. If you’re eating cooked foods, you need an enzyme substitute because now you’re asking your liver to substitute for what’s supposed to be in the food.

Amandha: Naturally, you’re working your liver harder than it needs to work. That’s why I like as a regular basis and in my life, I always have enzymes, especially if I’m going out and I can’t avoid the cooked food phenomenon or it’s winter and I’m cooking food because it’s too freaking cold., if I don’t get a warm meal right now, Nobody’s going to see me again.

Amandha: I lied in obscurity. Okay, so this is schiller’s tissue salts. Tissue salts are a must. This is the 12, all 12 in one 12. 12, 12 in one. And I just go like this. Alcohol. And this is a different delivery system than some of them. I do have also the ones in the lactose, you know, the ones that dissolve in the mouth and we rotate.

Amandha: We like variety in our life. Varieties a spice of life, isn’t it? When this one runs out, I might do it in a tablet. When I’m done. The tablet, I’ll do it this way. My daughter opens her mouth and gets a couple sprays every day. I do it every day. She does it every day. All every one of your cells contains 12 essential salts.

Amandha: Tissue salts are called. You can look up Dr. Schussler’s work on these essential salts for life. If those cells do not have any of these, are missing any of these salts, they’re not functioning properly.

Amandha: It’s kind of one of those things where you get it, you’re supposed to get it from food. Are we doubtful?

Amandha: I rotate oils. I do in the fridge. I have an omega-3, I get a one from algae. Again, I like to change it up a little bit because I don’t want to always let my, I want it, my body to always be slightly challenged. Like, Ooh, what’s this? Oh, I have to adapt. Now what do I have? What’s this about? Oh, I used, I was so used to this constant supply.

Amandha: Now it’s different. Now I gotta be on my toes. Right? I want my body to be in that state, right? This is a shark oil. I don’t think it’s bell. I don’t really like to take animal stuff too much, but here and there, I don’t remember buying it, it magically found its way into my cupboard. I don’t actually remember how the heck I got it, but anyway.

Amandha: I’m taking it cause I’d rather not waste the poor Shark’s life. And once that’s finished, I won’t do shark again. But anyway, I like to change up my oils. I go from different vegetable oils and I go to these and I go to seed oils. And I do, I try not to do too much fish. I try to work on the algae more.

Amandha: I find it’s working, it works well. Okay, the last of my little basket here is just a little sweet thing. I do mushrooms. I like medicinal mushrooms. And this one is called seven m. I don’t sell it but I probably should. And seven M is seven mushroom blend. It is a nice it’s got Rahi aus blaze eye, Cordyceps, Chiaki, Micki, and Corsa.

Amandha: and some seaweed. It’s good. It’s good if you’re feeling run down, you feel like you’re getting a scratchy throat in cancer situations where the defenses are not working properly and it’s, they’re really powerful for helping your immune system, which I don’t like using that word. I like calling it your defenses assists you there.

Morning Routine, Superfood Smoothies, and Herbal Powders

Amandha: And it’s like a food. It’s more like taking a food that’s in a supplement form. It’s hard to get all those mushrooms around here in the winter, and it’s just a handy wood have. Okay, quickly now I’m going to go through, every morning I make a superfood smoothie. That’s how I really get a lot of nutrients right out of the gate.

Amandha: So here’s the procedure.

Amandha: Wake up in the morning, do the baking soda in water. The next thing you do is lemon in water so automatically have rehydrated myself and helped my pH help my microorganisms and supported my liver detox through the lemon water. Because immediately when you do that, all that the enzymes start to produce, they start to expect a lemony meal, a very intense acidic meal, and they start to produce those enzymes to prepare for it.

Amandha: And when that doesn’t come, the body never wastes. So it uses those enzymes to cleanse itself, to cleanse its own organ system. And it’s a mini detox in the morning. Basically. I don’t like to drink lemon water and let it sit on my teeth or drink it all day, cause it can wear away the enamel. I just usually do it in the morning.

Amandha: Then I make proceed to make my superfood smoothie while I’m making brewing water for a tea. I don’t drink coffee. Coffee’s very acidic, damaging to the adrenal glands damaging to the gut lining. It’s a suppressor of your appetite. It throws your digestive fire off. You don’t, so you don’t really know when your hunger signals are there anymore.

Amandha: It’s really not good to drink. It’s good to do an enema with it., I do have a video on how to run a coffee enema. Paula Gloria and I had a discussion about that, and that’s on my YouTube channel. By the way, my website is yummy mummy of emporium. org, and I have yummy mummy apothecary. com. And what I’m going to be starting to work on is I’m going to make a new website for apothecary. com and the Yummy Mummy Emporium is probably going to focus more on the mom and baby aspect of my business.

Amandha: And the more the health focus and the supplements and my consultations and my writings and the YouTube videos will all be on the other one. So that’s where things are heading. You can look forward to that. Let me just check quick for some questions. If you want to get away from Kemp trails moved to a safe non natto country.

Amandha: Yeah, there’s only what, like a few, they’re bombing the rest to try to get them into nato. Okay. It’s too bad. I hope it doesn’t keep cutting out for you. It seems fine on my end. I hope the video’s been coherent. It’s hard for me to know. Okay. Yeah. Okay, then what I was saying is after I make a superfood smoothie and with the smoothie is when I take those morning supplements, that’s when I do that regime.

Amandha: So that’s my morning regime. Before I check my emails before I deal with all the crazy dinging that happens on my phone. all that’s the first thing. And have my tea and then sort of plan my day. Plan what I need to focus on in those in that day and my prioritize my day. I like my mornings to be nice and calm if at all possible, which is not always so easy with a six year old, a fussy six year old.

Amandha: Okay. One of the things I do every day is glutamine powder for my gut and my muscles and my brain. This is Genestra. Genestra is on the way out, and biotics research product is on the way in their powder is double this amount. This, they have, this is a two 70 gram. They have a 500 gram. And, but the price isn’t, is okay for what you’re getting, but you know, oh, this is a, this is cost $50, but that their one is going to be in the 60 range or whatever.

Amandha: But you’re getting so much more. But because of that I’m going to, I’m buying it in the capsules because it’s a little bit better price point for people because I try to also cater to where people are at financially, right. I’ve ordered that in instead. But one scoop of that in my smoothie every day. I use Triple Maca.

Amandha: It’s on my website. Can you see that? Hello? Triple Maca blend. And that’s hormone support. It’s high nutrients. I throw that in the smoothie. What I do with my smoothie is I have an organic banana and then I buy a bunch of organic fruits that are in my freezer and I put in some organic juice. I put in a banana, some organic juice.

Amandha: Then I throw in all the powders, and then I throw in all the frozen berries that I want. I mix it up. I like cranberry, I like blueberry. I might even throw some avocado chunks in there cause I have that in the freezer. Whatever I want to get in there. Sometimes I throw some spinach in. Raspberries, strawberries, mango, pineapple.

Amandha: Whatever.

Amandha: I feel like that particular day. And then after all that goes in, then I use one of my nut milks. Go, goes on top of that, I have a bullet and I just make it in the bullet and I drink that and I take my supplements. Where are we?

Amandha: Oh, I use Siberian Gin Sing, which is a LiRo Caucus root LiRo.

Amandha: There that’s, I use that more for energy. Increases your own digest fire, your own internal energy. Like I feel stronger from taking Ginseng. It’s a warming agent. I like nettle leaf. I use nettle leaf. It’s high in vitamin, natural vitamin C. It’s high in a whole bunch of nutrients. It’s a whole food.

Amandha: It’s a super food. I want bitters and vitamins from food as much as possible. And that’s a way of getting it. It’s through nettle. It’s a powder. It’s in a powder. Not on my website yet, but will I’m still putting in some of the newer things that I’ve brought in. Astragalus is another one. Def helps your defenses.

Amandha: It’s a superfood. It has, so when I say superfood, I could list forever the benefits because it’s treats all systems, right? Because it’s full of of nutrients. I mean, it’s power-packed. It’s concentrated nutrition. So when it’s a superfood, that’s the point. I have a a bluegreen algae I’m going to be adding in as well.

Amandha: And I change these. When I run outta this, I’ll do something else and make it always a good variety of my superfood. I was using what was I using? Always using a lot of Moringa powder. I love moringa. Moringa is high in zinc. Naturally high in zinc, excuse me. And it doesn’t taste too greeny.

Amandha: You can taste that flavor through. But it’s a good natural source of zinc and it’s a green food. You’re getting all the phytochemicals from that. And I use olive leaf. Olive leaf is antitumor, if you will, anti-cancer if you will. But it has, again your killing parasite. You’re supporting your defenses, you’re supporting your terrain, and you’re giving yourself all these varieties of nutrients that go, oh yeah, I was really missing that trace mineral and now you gave it to me.

Amandha: I was really handker for this. You weren’t getting it in your typical diet, but now here it is. That’s great. I’m going to store this away. It’s like offering your body a good buffet. Amla powder is well loved in India. It’s three different, it’s three different ones. Well, no, sorry. Amla is part of Tris.

Amandha: That’s what I’m trying to say. I do have tria. I didn’t think I have it. I was using tria. I guess I’m out of tria. TRIA has amla in it, and Amla Berry is very powerful as well. It’s a very, it’s used in veic medicine quite a bit, and it’s a fruit, it’s a fruit powder, so it’s high in, you know, vitamin C, all the types of things that you would see in your typical fruits for minerals and vitamins and a really,

Amandha: I really like the flavor’s. Really not strong. Bit sweet. So it’s a natural sweetener. This one is, this is alfalfa powder. I use that occasionally. I will interchange, entertain them. I’m not putting every single one of these in one smoothie. I’ll put usually about four or five of the powders in one smoothie.

Amandha: Otherwise it gets too grainy. I also have apple peel powder. That’s if my daughter’s gone out and eaten something that I’m not too happy with and it just helps her liver get rid of that quicker. It’s really good for constipation issues or diarrhea issues as well. But anything bowels, it really helps regulate the bowels.

Meals, Vegetables, Cooking, and Family Food Planning

Amandha: And I do have a upgraded collagen for B Bulletproof that I use occasionally as well. Just to get the collagen stores. I don’t use it too often. Basically, it’s just to hear their thing. All right.. I know it sounds like a lot, but really when you, when it’s in your routine, it’s not a lot, it’s just your routine.

Amandha: Just like anything. And what else? Routine wise, I’m trying to think like, what else, you know, when this woman was asking me, I want to answer her question. You know, I want to try to get to that. But those are the main supplements and the main foods for eating. After the smoothie I try to have a salad.

Amandha: I try to have at least one salad a day if I can. And mix up whatever vegetables I’m getting in that salad. I put nuts and seeds in it. I put a lot of oils and fats. I like balsamic vinegar. I love the taste of it. And I put that in, you could put apple cider vinegar in that. And you get a lot of your good fat fuels happening there.

Amandha: So I really like that. Then dinner in the winter is usually a cooked dinner. It’s usually a stir fry with rice or quinoa. I have some really good cookers that I’ll like rice cookers and things that I can even make stews or I can make a lot of root vegetables. I really do have a lot of root vegetables in the winter.

Amandha: Sweet potatoes and yams, certain potato, organic potatoes, carrots, parsnips. I like to use fennel. I like to bake fennel. I love Brussels sprouts. We eat a lot of Brussels sprouts. I’ll do a cabbage soup every so often and we’ll eat that for like two or three days., Hey, make a big pot of soup. Make it easy.

Amandha: I make a big pot of soup every. You know, once a week at least, and that’s the soup of the week sort of idea. I’ll, or I’ll make a base, a soup base again, is because if you have a fussy child, you want to get as much vegetables into them. The way to do it is to make a big pot. I turn the notifications off a big pot and then put in all these vegetables, boil them down, and then take a blender and blend it all in.

Amandha: And you can’t, you don’t know what to, what is that? I don’t know. Right. And then I’ll put like, german egg noodles in there and my daughter, Ooh, noodles, like cookie monster cookies. It’s like, Ooh, I’ll eat anything that has noodles in it. Okay. You just ate like 12 different vegetables and you don’t even know.

Amandha: And that’s the game we play. Right. But that’s Pack Nutrition. Right? That’s a really good, and then I’ll have that, you know, I can freeze some of that if I need to. And if I’m in a pinch, like if I’m really busy at we have skating. My daughter goes to skating twice a week and on the, this the Monday night, it’s really late.

Amandha: And if we don’t get to dinner on which we try to, but if we don’t or I don’t have time to cook a whole meal, then I pull stuff like that out and it’s a quick pull it together, warm it up in the mouth, out the door, done. Right. Because that’s the problem I’m seeing with families is they’re, oh, I don’t have time to cook.

Amandha: Or, oh, we don’t have time to eat. Let’s stop a fast food joint and give them just something to fill the pie hole. And it’s like, guys, that ain’t cutting it. That’s not actually food. That’s not food. People think french fries is food people think pizza is food. I wasn’t, I made a little note to my daughter’s teacher she wants to go to school until grade three and then she wants to homeschool.

Amandha: So that’s the deal we made. Anyway, so her teacher, they do pizza like ev all the time. It’s like pizza, fundraiser, pizza Fridays pizza, everywhere. It’s. You do know that pizza’s not food, right?. Now when I make pizza, it’s food. But when, but that is not food. That is like chemicals put together that look shiny, that look like food.

Amandha: There’s no nutrition in that’s pro inflammation and damages the gut, which damages the brain. And I said to her, I wrote, because we have a communication notebook, I don’t get it. You’re go trying to have kids think and be organized in your classroom, but you’re giving them foods that shut down their brain because it damages their gut through all this gluten and G M O wheat, which is full of glyphosate.

Amandha: Right. And now you’re damaging their serotonin and you’re going to have a bunch of cranky, hard to control maniac kids on your hands. Do you like punishment? Like I don’t get it. Like what’s the deal?, do you like to torture yourself with like 30 out of control children? Oh my God, I just, I would never, ever, like, and then the problem is that my daughter’s like, well, they have it now.

Amandha: I. Right. Holy moly. But anyway, I love baking bread and I will do spellt bread or I’ll do organic wheat, whatever, and I will bake my own bread. I will bake my own pizzas. I will put on all the organic yummies and goodies onto that and yeah, okay, fine. That’s food, that’s vegetables with you know, bread basically that you’ve homemade and you haven’t had put any dough fillers in or other chemicals in.

Amandha: Right. And yeah, that’s, that, those are dinners mainly. A variety of the vegetable. I give my daughter some empowerment by having her choose the vegetable of the night. Is it going to be organic corn? Is it going to be organic peas? Is it going to be asparagus tips, Brussels sprouts, broccoli? What is it?

Amandha: What is it? And then she gets to pick and then she feels like she’s got some power, right? And that’s how we roll. I do use a lot of organic grass-fed butter for my child. It has a lot of vitamin K2 in it and I like it as well. So we do get some of the dairy that way. If I could, I would do it raw. It’s just really hard and poor.

Amandha: Michael Schmidt, our Canadian farmer, has just been tortured by idiots, health Canada, morons and idiot bureaucratic dumb heads. You don’t know anything about health, but they’re going to put a man, a farmer in jail for selling raw milk, which does no harm to anybody when it’s just packaged right.

EMF Concerns, Food Systems, and Home Growing

Amandha: just do not, they just are so mentally unwell that’s what they actually do to people. Anyway, if I could get the raw milk, then that’s a different story. It’s a total, it’s absorbed completely different and has actually health benefits when it’s used in certain quantities.

Amandha: But what a world we live in, guys.

Amandha: A what? A world. Okay, let me see. Well, I I’m not going to make this too long cause I’m going to, I go up to friend’s place for dinner on Tuesday nights and it’s going to be minus 35, as I said tonight. Did I say that earlier? Minus 35. Anyway,, so what? Send me some warm hugs. I chose to live in, you know, Northern Ontario because it’s peaceful and I can get away from some of the emf.

Amandha: And that’s the other thing. And we’re going to be investing in some Blue Shield EMF plugins for the house because the EMF fields are going insane. They are, again, these regulators that basically want to us all dead or totally fully micro chipped and controllable or whatever the hell they’re trying to do.

Amandha: You can’t trust them and they are just, Doing whatever the hell they want and they don’t do not care about your health on any level. And they’re rolling through this 5g. Oh man, we are going to see so many, I mean, I know in Europe it’s already happening.

Amandha: We’re already seeing problems through the roof.

Amandha: These are zombies now. They’re angry, they’re moody. There’s more violence. They’re can’t, they can’t think clear. They’re just like walking around zombified by 5g. And that’s going to happen to the states. It’s happening. And Canada doesn’t have 5g. Amen. But it’s I was talking with one of my clients today and he said, but if you’re on the border, you’re going to be hit with it because it’s got a range, right?

Amandha: It’s the through the towers. And the towers have a range, and any of the towers along the border are going to cross the border. And they’re going to affect Canadians, whether they like it or not. Toronto’s probably going to be affected by their 5g, but what? What’s with, you know, why is there no, there’s no rights there, there’s no privileges there even.

Amandha: And like, I don’t want it. And anyway, with the smart meters technology, which is dangerous, plus all the wireless everywhere, we’re inundated.

Amandha: And that’s constant stress. It’s constant nu takes constant nutrition from the body to deal with that, to detox that, to heal from the broken DNA that it causes.

Amandha: It’s a big deal. And I’m going to just spend the 500 bucks and get a Blue Shield protector for the house and put it on and get, just get that done. Because spend the money, save the money. It’s worth it for your sanity and your health. They just are outta control.

Amandha: I mean, are they not going to do anything when everybody’s like that sick?

Amandha: Like when no one can work anymore and the economy’s failing when half the kids are autistic? They’re just, it’s just going to keep going. Like when I just, I keep asking, when is the turning point happening here? When are enough people going to go, whoa, okay, like, enough is enough here. Like, we’ve been already 50% of people are coming into cancer in their lifetime.

Amandha: People are sick and on their like deathbeds in their thirties like never before. When are we going to finally say, Hey, enough with the poisoning all the time, man,, we have the evidence, we have the science. Let’s quit this nonsense. I don’t know. I just hope it’s soon because holy mok I get calls. The stories I hear would blow your minds.

Amandha: Would blow your minds. I get the insider stories of these doctors. I can’t even. Oh my gosh. It’s, they’re lunatics. I mean, that’s just really it. Like you’re having a conversation with the total cuckoo head. I mean, there’s one doctor, this patient of mine says, this one doctor has been working on him for 15 years to get him on a statin.

Amandha: Could you imagine what would happen if he actually worked that hard for 15 years to help him be healthy and learn about his body and be educated about actual health?

Amandha: Wow.

Amandha: That would be something. Holy cow. Anyway I won’t rent on I’ll look at questions and then I’ll close it off. So if there’s any other questions, do it now.

Amandha: Do it. Do it now. Then they’ll replace the workers with robots. Well, good luck with that. Cause so far their robots. There’s a, there you can build a car with it, but there’s a lot you can’t do with robots, guys. Yeah. So if you find raw milk, keep it a secret. Can you even mms you gotta keep a secret like, oh boy, please.

Amandha: From my, oh, from my tower garden. Hi. Yeah. No, I haven’t run. Okay. What happened with my tower garden? Because I got an infestation of bugs. I’m a tower garden, so I was growing have a tower garden in my house, which is amazing. And I’ve been using, I was using it consistently summer and winter. What happened the last summer when the fall came in, the bugs were like, Hey, we’re going in her house,

Amandha: She is like living plants and it’s warm and happy and we’re just going to, we’re going to go there and live like we live in the tropics or something, and we’re not going to die. We’re going, we’re going to go. And they just took over. They took over my lettuces, they took over the kale, and what I would do is I’d pluck out the plant and then they would grow like around where the plant was.

Amandha: They were growing, like even around the whole cage of the tower. I had to just clean it out. I cleaned it out top to bottom. I had to disinfect or do the whole thing, and it’s been shut down. And then I had to wait until all the bugs that were in my house died. And that just happened with like winter, like when it got too cold, I couldn’t plant do my winter garden.

Amandha: I had, so no, I’ve had to buy for now my, my most of my vegetables and so forth. But what I’m going to do, what I decided to do is in the summer, I am going to bring it outside. I’m going to run it in the summer outside. I’m going to do it that way because it’s a little bit too moist for my internal house. And I’m going to, and I’m going to showcase it actually on my porch and people can see it, talk about blah blah, ba and I’ll get a lot of sunlight there.

Amandha: I won’t have to run the lights, right? And that’s what I want to do. And then when that dies off, I’m going to just clean it out, let it dry out, and then I’m going to set the plants for the winter and bring it in fresh. And I won’t have any bugs in here., that’s my strategy. And then I will have next season, I will have all my vegetables again in my growing hydroponically in my own house, as I did last winter, which was wonderful.

Amandha: So I really missed it this winter. Plus after Christmas, I got so busy, honestly, I, it was ridiculous. I could I probably wouldn’t have even been able to start it at that point anyway, because it was just too busy to even think about plants at that point. Other than, you know, the ones I, I’m selling and having my dispensary and all that kind of thing.

Amandha: But yeah, it’s an amazing thing if you know, to get, there’s juice plus as a garden tower, and it’s really great if you live in a coal climate to have this option. It just takes time to learn. Like, this was, that was my first year with it, and I didn’t know what to expect with bugs or what, you know, moisture and there’s just things you learn.

Amandha: But yeah, next year I’ll be rolling, rocking again. Love it. I love my tower. Now it has a lot of twinkly lights on it. I decorated it like my Christmas tree, because that’s normally where I put my Christmas tree was in that area. So it’s pretty funny. Alright, I’m going to go have dinner and love you lots. I hope that helped.

Amandha: I hope I answered that question. I don’t know. Let me know because I’m just trying to give you like, here’s what a healer does. This is a holistic healer’s life. This is what she does for her kids. This is what she takes on a general basis. And hopefully that gives you some ideas. I don’t know if I said, but I do coffee enemas minimum twice a year.

Coffee Enemas, DMSO, Baths, Homeopathy, and Closing Routine

Amandha: I will do it if I’m not feeling right off my digestion goes a little bit arrive. I’ve been, I vibing in, in eating out too much. I’ve been eating too many carbs. I’ll do it. And I’ll just do a quick coffee in ’em in the morning on a weekend kind of thing. Here and there. On average, I’ll probably do maybe four or five a year.

Amandha: That kind of thing. And I also take, oh, I didn’t mention, I take diatomaceous earth. So does my daughter. It kills parasites. It detoxes aluminum. That’s what I was getting at when I was talking about aluminum. It, it chelates out aluminum from the body. So does the DMSO DMSO. I make a whole handful of products with Theo now.

Amandha: I make a facelift in a jar. I use my facelift in a jar every night. And I’m putting DMSO on my skin pretty much constantly. My pain cream, my super pain cream pain away, super cream, I call it that has loads of DMSO. I’m using that regularly as well. So I’m getting a lot of DMSO, my daughter’s using it.

Amandha: We’re getting that chelation and we’re getting it also through the DiUS earth. Also we’re using venite clay on a regular basis. I carry these things in my store now too. It’s good to do bass. I don’t have a bathtub. I know it’s ridiculous, but I do have. Foot baths. I do foot baths if I need to soak in baking soda in magnesium flakes or epso salts and salt like kimaya and crystal salt and be night clay.

Amandha: Those are really good soaks to just help drain all those heavy metals out of the body. That’s a regular that we do as well. That I don’t think I mentioned. Let’s see if there’s anything else I’m missing. I think that’s about most of it. I didn’t, and as I said, I didn’t go into the botanical ts every day.

Amandha: I do botanical t blends and tinctures on a regular basis. Oh yeah, the homeopathy. Oh my God. We need to, okay. I can’t. Oh my God. Like I really, I can’t really go through that. That’s cur, that’s kind, that’s a whole, that’s a whole other segment. We’ll do a whole other segment on that I think because, oh, that’s too much.

Amandha: I think for today,, I use a lot of homeopathics. They’re always with me. Intermittent for certain conditions. There are certain standbys I use. Like for example, Cali b Chromium is an absolute for any type of sinus congestion. If my daughter gets sinus congestion, gets that right away. I have blends that I’m taking, I have Erika can use on a regular basis If I’m, you know, exercising pretty hard, I’ll do it as post-exercise recovery.

Amandha: There’s aite. If I, if somebody shocks a crap outta me and I and I feel I’m in some sort of shock, I will take Aite. I take C P A C P is very helpful for single parents, who are really dire and they might lose patience with their child like they might. Mother Wart and CIA are those two mother wart in botanical form and CIA fish analyst in homeopathic form are good for parents who are having hard time parenting because they’re too exhausted.

Amandha: and they might not care. They’re not caring enough for their child, like, or they’re even resenting their child or something like that. So CPS for the cool. Distant parent a bit. I take it if I feel like I want to be that person,, if I go, okay,, I want to be that cold, heartless parent for a little while so I can get some me time,

Amandha: I go, oh, it better take cia right? Then you can engage again.. Oh my goodness, too funny. But the, I then the mother ward just, it just helps with your coping. your coping mechanism. Right, because children, like, let’s be honest, wow. They can meet, they’re a lot of work and they can really annoy the hell out of you.

Amandha: I mean, my daughter is high energy. She’s bouncing off the walls, she’s singing all day. She’s like, mommy, I want to do this. They’re cute. Little midget voice. And you’re like, okay,. Yeah. Mother war. Oh, and I make that tank shirt. Personally. I grow it in the garden. That’s so serious. I am about mother wart. Okay.

Amandha: It just helps you tolerate all those things. And if you’re tired and you have a child with a high bitch voice constantly singing opera like my child does, then some days you just are like, I’m going to go for a long walk and never come back. just kidding. It’s just a thought form., I wouldn’t actually do it.

Amandha: But that’s what mother work calls for is just helps you, you know, through those times., and you can laugh because I know you’ve all been there. All right. So I think we’ve done, we’ve gone done. Good. Gone Done. Good guys? I think so. And I’ll, I’m belaboring so I’m just going to cut it off. No, you can visit my website.

Amandha: You email me emporium. org if you’re interested in any of these things. I Gmail’s messing with me. I don’t know. I have another email I’m kind of think is better. It’s yummy Mummy emporium doctor. com, and you can use that if you need to book a consult. Or the like, I do distant reiki distance reiki, which is very popular, well loved.

Amandha: That’s also under health on my website. So you can look at rates there. And yeah, I got, I’m working on that. I’m working on it all. I’m just trying to get it all going for y’all. And have a good night day where whenever you’re watching this please like, subscribe, share, do a little happy dance.

Amandha: Clap your hands. Funny for my video because that would be really nice and helpful. And I just would like you more if you did that. And you could also, by the way, on my website, you can register and I will eventually have a members only section. and I have been doing a little bit of email outs and so forth, just what’s new and hey, what’s up and what I’m writing and all that.

Amandha: I got a lot on the back burner that I’m trying to get done. I’m still catching up from Christmas. I know people are waiting for videos and me to write certain things and I’m getting to it, I promise. All right. Have a good night. Love you lots. Be well. Take your medicine. Eat good food. Stay away from chem trails.

Amandha: Stay away from idiot doctors. You know, drink your water and get some good sleep and breathe and de-stress and ground and all those goody things. Okay? Okay. Bye. Love you.
