Gallbladder Health – Protect Your Gallbladder, You Need It! How to Clear Stones & Cleanse Properly
Gallbladder Health: Video Overview
In this discussion of gallbladder health, Amandha Vollmer (ADV) explains how she views the gallbladder as part of a larger picture involving the liver, bile, digestion and lifestyle. She begins by questioning routine removal of the organ and describes the role of bile in fat digestion and bowel function. She also introduces different types of gallstones and discusses the symptoms and complications that may accompany a gallbladder attack.
The practical section moves into the approaches Amandha uses within her own framework. She discusses Chanca Piedra, topical magnesium and botanicals including chicory, dandelion, milk thistle, peppermint, turmeric and yellow dock. She also addresses people who have already had their gallbladder removed and explains why she recommends bile salts and digestive support in that situation.
Amandha then gives a detailed olive-oil and Epsom-salt gallbladder-flush protocol, followed by discussion of MMS, drainage remedies, castor-oil packs, diet and stress. The Q&A includes pregnancy, thyroid and pain topics before the recording closes with broader comments about homeopathy, conventional medicine and energetic practices. Several of these treatment claims and protocols reflect Amandha’s personal approach rather than established gallstone treatment guidance.

Important Context & Safety
Educational context: This video presents Amandha Vollmer’s personal framework for gallbladder health, gallstones and liver support. She describes gallstones through a broader model involving bile, cholesterol, inflammation, digestion, diet and what she considers impaired liver and gut function. She also argues strongly against routine gallbladder removal and discusses botanicals, magnesium, bile salts and digestive support.
Amandha gives a detailed olive-oil and Epsom-salt flush, discusses coffee enemas, MMS/chlorine dioxide, DMSO, castor-oil packs, homeopathy and biotherapeutic drainage, and later addresses pregnancy and thyroid questions. These remain her treatment approaches and interpretations from the recording.
Safety context: Gallstones that block a bile duct can cause serious complications. Persistent upper-right abdominal pain, vomiting, fever or chills, jaundice, tea-colored urine or pale stools require prompt medical assessment. NIDDK identifies cholecystectomy as the usual treatment for symptomatic gallstones, while Mayo Clinic reports no reliable evidence that olive-oil gallbladder cleanses prevent or treat gallstones and notes that they can cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal pain. The recording also discusses MMS/chlorine dioxide, which FDA has warned consumers not to ingest, as well as higher-risk applications during pregnancy. This video should not be used to delay appropriate emergency assessment or treatment.

Introduction: Gallbladder Health, Liver Function, and Prevention
Amandha: Welcome everyone. The gallbladder is, something I wanna talk about today because I do notice a lot of people, as a common practice getting them taken out. If they have a flareup or the doctor suggests it’s one of those organs that is in the medical establishment considered. A throwaway organ. We don’t really need some of these things. Let’s just toss them away. We’ll be just fine without them. Tonsils are another one. Adenoids, gallbladder. Yeah. It’s just put in there, right? We need to save these organs. It’s actually a huge amount of people per year, having these organs removed. Gallstones being the chief complaint. We’re seeing gallstones affecting over 200 million people plus each year, and that’s just statistics out in the United States. Beyond that, it’s, it’s a huge amount of people and it, why, why, what do you think? Because the liver is in control of the gallbladder and it’s the liver that is doing the work of producing the bile.
Amandha: And everyone’s inflamed, so their cholesterol levels are through the roof in the cholesterol forms stones in the gallbladder, and that can have numerous effects and problems. Then they go with the traditional treatment and that’s surgery. They don’t offer a really anything else to, and certainly not prevention, certainly not saying, Hey, maybe you take care of your liver health and you don’t eat crap all day long, and you don’t poison yourself all day long. You’d be fine with that. Or here, here are the herbs you can take to actually clean up the liver. And here’s how you do liver detox, and here’s how you break down the gallstone so you can keep your actual gallbladder, which is an organ which you do need. And if you don’t have it, you’re at higher risk for a colon cancer later on.
Amandha: So maybe we do wanna have it, but. They don’t really think about, they don’t think like that. They don’t think about prevention or long-term care or care. They just rip that sucker out and it is, it’s. It’s tragic. It is tragic because you will always, you will suffer the consequences at the hands of these people who don’t know anything about health and medicine. They just know how to butcher the body, you know, suppress symptoms with drugs or remove things or poison it further. That’s it. And they really are shortsighted in what’s going on. And so you need to be educated on what to do and how to prevent this issue. And it really comes down to lifestyle, diet and things that you can take naturally.
Amandha: Okay? Now you can have gallstones and not know it. In fact, Hulda Clark said, you know, remove the gallbladder all you want. Your liver still has stones backed up in it too. And if your cholesterol’s outta control because you’re inflamed, you have to deal with the blood. It’s really coming from the blood. Which is what’s affecting the liver, which is what’s affecting the gallbladder. I mean, you put two and two and two together and you can figure out what’s really going on in this obsession with focusing on the organ system. That’s the problem is, is again, missing the point of what’s actually happening inside the body.
Amandha: What’s happening in inside the body, it’s is a whole, it’s a holistic organism. Apparently the brain is connected to everything else. And some people I wonder, but you know what I mean. It’s like this is what the real root is, is the blood and is what you’re eating and the gut. And I often always, almost always will see, digestive issues with people who have, gallbladder problems because they have leaky gut and then they have allergies. And the allergies are what is causing the constant chronic inflammation. And that’s what’s causing the chronic, the high cholesterol. Because your cholesterol is good for you, it’s helpful, it’s trying to deal with the inflammation. So you don’t wanna take a statin ever. It’s one of the most useless drugs ever.
Amandha: And you can see my video on that, talking about that. And then of course you’re gonna have problems inside the gall, bile itself, right? Because the blood can’t be the job. Alright, so nutrition is key. Obviously, now it’s severe. If you rupture that sucker, that is not good. Also, if you have chronic inflammation anywhere, you have tissue damage. When you have tissue damage, you have invo I talk about much a lot is the tissue has to be damaged in order for any kind of germ to infect or your own somatid to change form and go after the tissue. Dead tissue is what attracts, you know, buddies to come and have a party. So something has to be long-term, chronically inflamed to damage the tissue that it can’t repair.
Amandha: So it has not enough resources to repair the tissue. That’s where you, that’s what you call infection. Okay. That’s, and that can be a problem, obviously. They put people on the antibiotics and they don’t work properly. I mean, it’s a mess. It’s a mess. And I wish people would just come to me before they get the trouble so that they can keep their organs and they can. Learn about their livers, and they can be on preventative programs to just every year or twice a year, clean up the liver, get a fresh start. Spring is the time to do it. It’s now you got dandelion grown in your yard. Go pick ’em and eat ’em because that’s what’s gonna help you prevent gallstones. Dandelion leaf and root.
Amandha: Actually the, I would say the entire plant have certain types of chemicals in it naturally to help you move along the bile and, and break down the bile. We’ll talk about the botanicals and. Let’s talk about the organ itself. Okay. Here’s our liver. Right hand side, it’s actually large. It kind of goes like quite a bit across.
Gallbladder Anatomy, Bile, Digestion, and Gallstone Risk
Amandha: There’s a few lobes going on in there and situated underneath that. It’s sort of tucked in. It says the right quadrant, okay, the upper right quadrant, and it’s beneath the liver, and that’s the gallbladder, and it looks like a kidney bean, and it’s connected through the hepatic duct. Okay? And it’s basically a storage facility, but in Chinese medicine it’s more than that. And I don’t know if I’ll have time today go into all the tcm aspects of the value of the gallbladder because it is a major organ in Chinese medicine, which should also tell you something, shouldn’t it? And it is a storage facility though, and it’ll hold about a pint of bile and that produces it every single day.
Amandha: And the body actually recycles the bile and toxins can, be adhered to bile as well. And that’s why when you do coffee enemas, you open the gallbladder duct. You release all the bile and you encourage the body to make new brand new bile. And I just remember the product I wanna bring down and show you that helps also to remake bile or get enough bile on people who’ve already had their gallbladders removed, which I’ll talk about a little bit later. Alright, so that produces it. Every day, the cells of the intestinal walls, they secrete a hormone. It’s called cholecystokinin. I know it’s fun. Names cholecystokinin, and it causes the gallbladder to contract. And it’ll send the bile into the common bile duct. Okay? And then out it goes. And that’s when you eat fatty foods or vitamins, a, D, E, and K.
Amandha: Anything that’s fat soluble. That’s what helps it assimilate. And it’s kind of what makes your poo that special color. Did you know that your stool is that color because of bile? It mixes with the food waste. The bile mixes with the food waste, and that’s what makes it nice, attractive brown color. Now why do we have digestive bile? Well, like I was saying, you can consume fatty foods. You have to have this, lipase. Well, it works in conjunction with lipase, which is an enzyme that breaks down fat to. Break down fat properly. So it has a buddy in lipase and it will, also break down all kinds of other particles. But it produces or assimilates fatty acids. Okay. And then the bile breaks down the fatty acid, the fats, toxins in dead blood cells. And that’ll continue to move through the digestive system. And it actually, because of that, it encourages the peristaltic, peristaltic action, that movement that you get.
Amandha: And that means the bile and how the bile comes into the intestinal tract is what helps you have a proper bowel movement. It encourages that movement. And so having, bile production prevents constipation and it supports the elimination of, of toxins in, in your stools. And there’s some research that shows it’s antimicrobial and I think it balances out the micro microbiome that would be, you know, fostering potentially in the stool. It will help balance that out. Gallstones will happen from that poor diet. Like I said, usually you see people drink a lot of alcohol, eating a lot of Doritos or whatever, just not eating well. And, there is a gene, there are genes involved. But genes don’t rule you. Genes are just there to, They’re, they’re manipulated by your environment.
Amandha: They are. They create proteins, they direct to pro create proteins, but they aren’t the masters. It’s the membrane that’s the master or the brain. And the gene is the what? The material that’s n needed to, make something, but it has switches and you can switch things on and off. And if you study epigenetics, you can understand where there’s a lot more that we’re learning about. Genes and so people going proactively because they carry a certain gene. It’s, it’s a bit, shortsighted as well because that doesn’t necessarily mean you’re gonna switch that gene on. It’s that your, that’s maybe a backup and if you eat a certain way, this type of gene will be present in that specific environment, so you have more control over your genes than you think.
Amandha: Okay. Drinking water is important too, of course, because you don’t want the bile thick. Right, so they’re called mostly the st the stones. You can have cholesterol based stones. You could also have excessive bilirubin or calcium salt buildup in the, in the gallbladder too. And those are pigment stones, so they’ll be really bright green color. And it women, especially pregnant women, elderly women, native Americans, and anyone who’s overweight. They have a more, higher risk for developing gallstones and yeah, it’s, it’s a lot of removals. It’s like 500,000 gallbladder removals in the US each year. It’s one of the most common surgical procedures, and it’s really unnecessary that, and that many people are losing their gallbladders.
Amandha: And you wonder why the incidence of colon cancer is going up, right? And there’s a lot of people suffering with it, and a lot of people don’t realize they even have it. But the main symptoms, if you do get symptoms, some people don’t have them, but if you do, you get really crippling pain and you can get it for a few minutes or a few hours.
Gallbladder Attacks, Blockages, Infection, and Emergency Complications
Amandha: And if you’ve ever had gallbladder pain, you do feel like you, it’s an emergency. I get it. And I have helped some people who refuse to go to the hospital because they knew better and they had to a stone attack and I helped them through it. Mainly I get them to put castor oil packs on immediately because that will start to soften and maybe they’re trying to pass one and that will help it along. Or if it’s colic and it’s stuck in one of the ducts, then it’ll loosen it off. And the heat helps with that too. And also I encourage them to take in Epsom salts. Because Epsom salt in the right dose will, loosen up the, will lax, the ducts and will allow, if there’s something stuck, it’ll allow it to pass.
Amandha: Or again, it’ll relax it back and the pain can go. And that’s sort of the emergency way to go about it. So the pain usually starts in the abdomen, and then it radiates to the chest and the back in between the shoulder blades, and then it’s usually there’s gas and heartburn, indigestion, everything feels really backed up. Now, if the gallstones block the duct, the risk of infection is gonna increase because that particular duct is a bit more delicate of a tissue. The pain will be different. It’s more nausea based. Vomiting and fever will accompany, which you’ll see when the white blood cells get activated. Chills.
Amandha: And now you’re getting an infection coming in there, and that can spread to the liver and that can create the jaundiced skin that sometimes happens, the yellowing or the icterus of the eyes. And that will come soon after that. They can block the cystic duct, they can inflame the gallbladder. When this happens, when this particular thing happens, then you get up, upper right abdominal and left shoulder pain, and then you get another fever from that. And you get gallstone ileus is another problem, and that’s a gallstone slipping into the small intestine and blocking entry to the large intestine in the ilias. Whoa. And that’s not fun. Basically, that is a surgical emergency. You don’t wanna go there. That can be prevented.
Amandha: You don’t want blocked blockages like that. I’m sure. I, I bet there’s chiropractic maneuvers to correct that. And there’s other maneuvers that can be done. It’s rare, more rare to happen, but it can happen. Alright, let’s talk about some of the botanicals, some of the things that I use, to help people if they’re having, mainly we’re just doing liver cleanses, to prevent.
Chanca Piedra, Magnesium, Botanicals, Sulfur, and Liver Support
Amandha: If we know that there are gallstones, we’re gonna do a little more, direct, action. One of the things I really like is the Chanca Piedra, I have it. Chanca Piedra is a botanical from the Amazon. This one is, let’s see if it’ll show up. Chanca Piedra. This is one from Adiva. Formula, I’m pretty sure it’s up on my website and it’s not too bad. It’s only 40 bucks. It’s one capsule twice a day. You could, you don’t wanna overdose. It has magnesium and B6 in it to assist Chanca Piedra drop. It’s called breakstone or Stone Breaker. It helps with kidney stones and gallstones. Any type of stone formation doesn’t even have to be in those areas.
Amandha: It can be even like gouty formations. So anything where there’s a crystal or a stone, it will help dissolve those stones and it has quite a long, history and it just promotes. The health of the kidneys and the gallbladder and the liver. There’s a lot of, there’s quite a bit of science done on it too. And there’s really something I put everyone on plus the magnesium, the topical magnesium, this one, because if it is calcium based, then you want to have the magnesium to, break that down, I mean, in the, this formula. But you also want it topically. And, it really does work. It really does reduce it.
Amandha: It, I wouldn’t just do it. I would do it with other things. I wouldn’t just rely on it, but we know that, elevated urinary calcium levels and blood calcium levels can cause all kinds of stones and all kinds of problems, and it really helps to break down that specific type of stone. There’s more you can do, and you can combine it with the botanicals, which we’ll talk about next. I really like the combination most. Really, you can also use a lot of lemon, lemon peel things that are citrus based to break it down. That’s really help helpful. And so those ones I would put them on right away. And then I would put them on a botanical blend of, chicory root. Chicory root is one that will help with, liver health in general.
Amandha: You can even make it with, like it grows around here on the roadside. A beautiful blue flower. And the root is when you, when you dig it up, clean it and peel it and chop it up, and then you roast it and then you can grind it and you can make that into like a coffee. And you can do the exact same thing with the dandelion root, exact same method. You can put them together. And dandelion will, as we talked about, as I mentioned, also supports the healing. Now, back to the chicory for a second. The main thing is, supporting cleaning up the blood like it’s a blood cleanser, so it will not just support the liver, but it heals the blood and then theum the dandelion.
Amandha: It stimulates a sluggish gallbladder and that is what’s responsible for storing the. The bile and the, and screening it properly and it will help again, a blood purification. So what you’re doing is you’re getting at that inflammation and cholesterol problem in the blood. Using those botanicals you can use leaf and root. Celandine is a really pretty plant and it can help with liver and gallbladder, cleansing. And it also discourages the accumulation of foreign particles in the liver. Milk thistle. This is milk thistle seed. You’ve never seen what it looks like here. Hello? Milk thistle seeds. That’s milk thistle seeds. You can, use as a tea you can use in this one. HeparPlex has schisandra and silymarin/milk thistle extract. This one here. Oh, so that’s a liver cleanse. That you can take internally that’s botanical based. And, hi Bubba. My cat’s meowing at me. Hear him. How’s your gallbladder today, buddy? And, the, so milk thistle seed, basically, helps digestive function overall.
Amandha: And soothing is peppermint, peppermint leaf, peppermint or mint. Most mints will do it again. It’s supporting the bile, it’s supporting the flow of the bile. There’s volatile oils in the peppermint and it’s, helps with the whole digestive process. Turmeric, we know in love as antioxidant, as anti-inflammatory, the curcumin in it. And it has to, like, your liver has to filter all that blood and so, When you take the turmeric, it just assists with that chronic inflammation helping the liver deal with this problem much better. It’s just giving it some, you know, some welcome support. Yellow dock. Yellow dock I like because it helps support the intake of iron, yellow dockk root.
Amandha: It eliminates foreign substances that can overburden the liv, the liver. And it also helps with like that brain fog and skin blemishes. And so oftentimes when you have liver concerns, you have skin issues. That’s where it shows up with the skin and eyes and, So that’s why as soon as they ha there’s liver function problems, I look to the skin. What’s the skin doing? What are the, how’s the eyesight? That, those are your indications that the liver’s not doing that well. What else do I have? The other thing is you want to eat high, a lot of sulfur, sulfur rich foods, you know, onion, garlic, you know, you wanna have foods like broccoli and cauliflower and cabbage and these things because you’ll probably wanna do the a flush.
Amandha: And if you eat those foods ahead of time, it provides a proper amount of sulfur that you need to do a proper flush. And we’re gonna talk about the olive oil, flushing a sec. Or you can also take a sulfur based supplement. This is, the Happy Body, msm. Crystals, you would take one teaspoon of that twice a day and alternatively, or at the same time, you could do the DMSO topically. I find the MSM taking internally. Definitely I can feel it in my hair. More I can feel, I can feel it in my skin more so the DMSO great for pain. DMSO also gives sulfur. It doesn’t seem to, it’s used differently by the body and it doesn’t seem to have the same, I notice anyway from my own experimentation.
After Gallbladder Removal: Digestion, Bile Salts, and Ongoing Support
Amandha: Doesn’t have the same effect on, hair, skin, the strength of the nail, these types of things. So definitely it definitely is utilized differently by the body. That is for sure. And. Okay. Now what happened? You went, you got. Suckered into giving up your organs for science. Cause you know, they sell those things and use them and they, you think they throw that away? They don’t throw that away. They make money on that. Okay. Trust me. Has big money taken at your organs. Not only the cost of doing it and being paid for that. But then selling it onward for experiments and whatever the heck else they do. And it’s your DNA, you’re giving them your DNA, you know, I’m getting my rife machine soon and all I need is a piece of your DNA and I can send you frequencies wherever you are in the world.
Amandha: Yeah, exactly. So what they have now, a chunk of you. Mm-hmm. What could they do to you? Yeah, I don’t trust that at all. Now what happens is, so maybe ask for. I was thinking about that the other day. I’m like, can you, can I have my, can I have my, tonsils back like that? You cut out? Could have those because I want them, they’re mine. I’d like to bury them in a ceremony, or, or, when I had my wisdom teeth out, I got them back. I wanted my teeth. I’m not giving you my DNA don’t want you having my, my stuff. What are you gonna do with it? We’re, you know, I don’t know you guys. All right. I don’t trust you guys. Alright, so now what’s happened?
Amandha: If you’ve gone and had it done, you still have the same problem. Okay? You still have the same problem. Nothing’s unsolved other than you don’t have colic of the gallbladder. Thanks. Yeah, thanks. Symptom remover people. You never got rid of the real root of the problem though. So you still have high cholesterol, you still have chronic inflammation, you still have liver problems still there, and now it’s worse because now you don’t have a functioning part of the organ that was there. That was actually. Part of your whole digestive system. You’ve never dealt with a leaky gut. You never dealt with the allergies, which is caused by the leaky gut. Yeah. Thanks guys. Thanks for helping out. So the now, but what’s cool and what’s amazing that is the body is so adaptive. It’s like, well, that’s gone.
Amandha: So now what are we gonna do? We better, go to compensate for that absence and we’re gonna increase this visceral side of the liver. And we’re gonna take over bile storage over there. We’ll just shove it over there, boys and like just. Work, work it out. But the problem is that it will constantly drip. It has only, so it’ll make a little pouch, but it’ll only go so far. So it will constantly leak. And then what starts to happen? It’s because of the constant leaking. First of all, you can’t have high fat meals. It’s really hard to digest, and you’ll get loose bowels from, from just that. You won’t absorb your fat soluble vitamins that much as well. So you’re gonna lose out on nutrition absorption.
Amandha: And also you can have, irritable, like from that irritable bowel syndrome, other gastrointestinal disorders you can get. Maybe you don’t have any post-surgery, complaints, but just wait. It’s always a way with these, with these. Surgery methods and so forth. It’s always a tipping tick, ticking time bomb. It’s just a matter of time when it, here’s your failure because you can only, your body can only adapt for so long. Now, if you are eating pristine and you have changed your to life and you have done the liver cleanse and you are on top of it because you’re like, whoa, that was a wake up call. You might get away with it.
Amandha: You know, when you become 70, 80, you might not have problems. Now from the, from the complications of the removal, But who, there are very few people I know that are really on top of that. And what happens is you’ll get, diarrhea coming from this constant dripping, and because of constant dripping, you’re gonna have constant infl, constant inflammation of the tissue. And like you said, when you have chronic inflammation and the tissue’s always damaged and it’s not in the right form, form is function, then it begins to break down. Then you begin to get micro infections and you begin to get food sensitivities. All of this kind of goes on and on and on, and if constant, constant irritation, that constant drip intestinal tract will become inflamed.
Amandha: And the long term is that. Colon cancer is, is basically where you get to. I mean, that’s what cancers are. Cancers are, chronic inflammation in an area where the tissue’s broken down so far that the DNA’s broken down. You have toxicity in that area, the, that the body can’t get rid of. You have therefore, micro infections because the tissue’s damaged, the stuff gets in there, all kinds of stuff. What do you expect? And then a tumor form forms because the body sees that as a. An area to wall off because it’s getting outta control and on and on from there. Right now, food allergies, you really, if you do have a gallbladder problem or even, you know, you’ve had it removed, you still wanna deal with the allergies.
Amandha: Removing allergy prone food, foods from your diet is really important. And I’m gonna talk now about, and of course, doing like the cleanses. So, A lot of people talk about the olive oil cleanse and so forth, and, yeah, sure. It’s okay. It’s okay to do it. You just really have to know what you’re doing and also it might not necessarily work for you.
Preparing for the Gallbladder Flush: Malic Acid, Epsom Salts, and Olive Oil
Amandha: And so what I like to do first is the breakstone and the get the magnesium levels up and get the diet on track and everything. If we have time to do that and then do the flush and prepare for the flush, then it’s not very Overwhelming to the body and you will have less complications because what if you had a really big stone in there? That’s my only concern with the flush is if you have a large stone, you could potentially push out a large stone and that would, that could lead to a colic and that could lead to a problem. And I d that’s why when people ask me about it, I’m like, I don’t really recommend it, but. But I kind of do because it is a good way to, to, to clean it.
Amandha: Because olive oil is very healing for the gallbladder. I mean, it’s, it’s the right type of oil. Okay, so, oh, I think I’m not looking, I’m just gonna look at some, comments quickly. I’ve been missing out. And then we’ll do how to do the olive oil cleansy. Woo. Hi y’all. So, oil pulling helps to detoxify glands and organs. Yeah, oil pulling always good to do. I put, I recommend that for people, especially with dental care and, but it does re remove toxins every, anywhere. You can remove toxins. Deep breathing, grounding, grounding, helps inflammation go out barefoot in the, on the earth. There’s a lot of things to do. It, do your detox baths with Epsom salts in the baking soda and, bentonite clay, and you know, these things in there.
Amandha: All right. My probiotic has lipase as well. That’s great. Yeah. If you wanna su, if you wanna supplement with lipase, I have it as well. But, remember, bile works with lipase, so just be careful that it, you don’t really wanna encourage the pairing. If you have stones so much, you just wanna go low fat for a bit while you’re healing it and therefore you don’t really need the lipase. Because if you put the lipase in, it will, it needs the bile to properly format right. Yeah. So if you have, if you, if you just start to do that, you could, you might just be wasting it for the most part, but you might be calling on bile that’s not readily available and not necessarily making it worse, but it’s just not something I would do right at the gate.
Amandha: I would do it later. And if you, if you already have a gallbladder removal, you want to use lipase? I would. And okay. I’m gonna get the one I was gonna say there. Where are you now? But if you, the other thing I wanted to mention, if you’re not on. If you, I think it’s this one. Yeah. If you. Are gallbladder free, then you need to be on bile salts for the rest of your life. And that’s the thing, it’s like these doctors, they’ll put someone on a statin and they know that statins deplete nutrients, specifically coq 10. But do they go, oh, by the way, the drug I’m giving you is gonna deplete your nutrients. And so, Sorry about that. It stops. I know, but here are the nutrients you need to now take.
Amandha: Or here are the foods rich in those nutrients. Please eat more of them. They don’t educate their patients on that and they just set them up for a heart attack. It’s ab. So, okay, wait a second. You could get a heart attack because your cholesterol is too high, so let’s put ’em on a statin that’s gonna give you a heart attack like that doesn’t make any sense. So it’s the same thing with the bi, with the gallbladder. Oh, you a, you actually should be on bile salts because you’re gonna waste so many that your body’s gonna be always depleted in bile salts. So we should give you those and give a prescription for those. But they don’t do that. So one of the products they have, that’s like your replacement for your bile salts if you don’t have a gallbladder, it’s called beta plus by biotics.
Amandha: Mm-hmm. Hello? Hello. 180 tabs. So that’s pretty deal. Now it’s not vegan man. Because it’s got ox bile in it, ox bile extract and pancreatic enzymes in there. You could just take the pancreatic enzymes if you, and if you want to instead, I know, just to help all the digestive juices and the lipase, but the ox bile. It’s, you’re supplementing bile, that’s what you’re doing. And tissue salts, or sorry. Well actually tissue salts would be a good idea, but I mean, bile salts, bile salts should be supplemented. And I think for the most part, they’re harder to come by. I could, that was the one I could find that was sort of a substitute.
Amandha: Okay, so how to get rid of these stones of that surgery. We’re gonna talk about that in a second. We already talked about a couple things. Magnesium flush. Good. Yeah, you can take a lot of magnesium and a lot of vitamin C and have a good old poop. Coffee enemas are a good idea, but coffee enemas you wanna do after you’ve cleared stones to regulate the blood and clear out the liver. And because what happens in a coffee enema is it dumps all your bile and you don’t want anything stuck in there. Yeah, you have a lot of work to do if you’ve had your gallbladder removed. Sorry. It just is the way it is. I took malic acid prior to the cleanse. Yeah, malic acid’s another one that Thank you for reminding me.
Amandha: That’s another really good one you can take before cleanse. You should take before. Okay, let’s talk about that. Now. If you’re going to do the olive oil cleanse, you wanna take malic acid before that, because in like apples, you know, that kind of thing, that’s. And the sulfur, like I was saying, because you wanna be able to prep for this. This expulsion. So malic acid, it’s an organic compound and it’s responsible for the sour taste of fruits and veggie and drinks. And so like you can use apple cider vinegar, it has a lot of malic acid in it. Or eating an apple at each, your apple a day can prevent you from having your gallbladder removed.
Amandha: And then the sulfur based compounds, like I was saying, so broccoli and cauliflower, and that you should have at least, like I would do three to four days. Or four to five days before you’re gonna do your cleanse, just eat high amounts of it before you’re gonna do the cleanse. You do wanna use, a good olive oil and I mean, as fresh as you can get. And if it’s older than two years, you really don’t wanna use that type of an olive oil. You, it will get rid of this excess crap in there. That’s why you do the olive oil cleanse, which is loosening everything. So it’s different than how the coffee enema works with the bile cleaning up. It will clean out the bile ducts very specifically.
Amandha: And the idea is this. You drink a large amount of the olive oil, which is six ounces, and you are opening up the bile ducts and when they’re open, anything that was stuck in there can get out basically. Really it’s u usually people see, bile when they do it, but sometimes they’ll see the liver and or gallbladder stones in there. Now, just so what I’m saying, fresh oil as best as you possibly can. Freshness is important, should be under the right storage conditions. So just get the freshest that you can. The other thing is do you use the Epsom salts? So what the Epsom salts do is it works synergistically with the olive oil. It relaxes the liver’s bile ducts, and it removes the toxins from the body and.
Amandha: That’s like the next stage. So once you’ve done the malic acid, sulfur rich foods for four days, then you’re gonna do the day of your cleanse. You’re gonna take probably before, like the day of your cleanse, say, say you’ve been doing the sulfur and the malic acid for four days and you wanted to do your cleanse on a Saturday, because you’re gonna be pooping, you wanna not be at work. And, so whatever day you have the day off. You eat only fruits and vegetables for breakfast, lunch, lunch and dinner, and then a few hours before you go to sleep. You, say like seven o’clock, is a good time for the Epsom salts. You mix one tablespoon of the Epsom salts with eight ounces of distilled water and you drink that and it’s totally disgusting.
Amandha: It’s, and I, this was the hardest part of the cleanse when I used to do it frequently. I almost vomited. I just couldn’t get the Epsom salts down. It’s so gross. I mean, you’re drinking pure, it’s like you’re br drinking pure sea water, and it’s just nausea making. So just do your best with it. But it is a critical part of it because if you don’t, then you could get something stuck in there and you don’t want that. So you have to do that. So anyway, one tablespoon of Epsom salts. Oh god. And you probably will get loose stools 20 to 30 minutes after, like, you’ll be pooping after you drink that about half an hour later. And then before bed around 10, drink six ounces of the virgin, extra virgin olive oil, the fresh stuff.
Amandha: Now that’s gross too. That was the other part, although I found that easier to get down than the Epsom salts. You can refrigerate it and make it cooler and then blend it with like, orange juice or grapefruit juice or some kind of juice, that will help you drink that much oil. Then once you drink it, you go and you lay down on your right hand side for 30 minutes and. Just read a book or relax or something, and then you can just go to bed. So this is right before bed. Then you go to bed, and then the next day you’re gonna have a fun bowel movement. Super fun. And you’ll see all kinds of stuff in there. And some people even do where they make, like a netting in the toilet.
Amandha: So when they poo, they can see what was in there. They can, they collect their poo so they can see what kind of. Special pieces were in there when they finish this job and they can show it to their grandkids or something like that. So that’s how you do it and your choice. But if you’ve really got stones, then you really have to go at it at all with all the things at work.
MMS, Drainage, Castor Oil, Diet, and Stress Support
Amandha: You know, I else, did I bring, the other thing I would do if you have an infection, Oh, think the other things about. So the other thing, yeah, if you do have long-standing infection and whatever, then use MMS to deal with that as well. And drinking distilled water is important. This is MMS that I have here, the German one here. So cleanses the, helps cleanse out the blood, cleaning out all the molecules of inflammation that are there. If you want to work on your leaky gut, then you can watch my video on how to heal the gut. I think it’s like how to heal the gut in 22 minutes because I didn’t have a lot of time just like I’m short time today and yeah, you wanna, you wanna be on active cleaning up of all kinds of whatever, because if you’ve had a lot of inflammation, you’re gonna have pathogens sitting around.
Amandha: And you wanna clean that up. And that’s what the MMS does. And it also helps chelate out the heavy metals alongside with the DMSO and the zeolite bentonite clay. And then this is the biotherapeutic drainage that I’ve talked about before here, hold on. And that’s a three week program. And you just put it drops in water and drink it. And that will gently cleanse the liver and the kidneys and they work in conjunction. And we’ll assist the liver to flush out toxins and more, not just extracellular toxins, but intracellular toxins and help the cells function better and work better and do. I would continue to do castor oil packs on a regular basis. They’re very valuable, they’re very cleansing. You can do the entire abdomen if you wish, and, Taking your botanicals on a regular basis, eating dandelion on a regular basis, getting your digestive bitters healing and sealing the gut, identifying those, which allergens foods are there. Removing that, removing the source of the inflammation.
Amandha: Having an anti-inflammatory based fresh diet of fruits and vegetables and, things that aren’t gonna agitate you in the right kind of water and getting enough sunlight and stress. You know, that’s my biggest thing is just stress, dealing with stress. And, when I ever get any kind of ill health is because I’m o I’m stressed, I I have too much on my plate and I’ve, I’m overwhelmed or. I just, I just, I’ve just burned the candle at both ends, and that can cause thick, viscous blood because there’s molecules of inflammation. Those markers are in the blood and you have to clean that up one way or another. And, there’s lots of ways to do that, like sauna and sweating and exercise and deep breathing and meditation and like managing stress is a huge part of, of, of preventing a lot of these problems because, you know, when you’re stressed, a lot of people, they feel their stress either in their.
Amandha: Head or in their guts right? They get headaches or they get gut and it’s really one and the same because the gut brain is connected and you’ll get these types of, of afflictions and it needs to be, you need to look at your lifestyle and go, okay, well something has to change. You also need to be able to say, ‘I need to go for walks in nature.’ I need to, I need to take time. Just for me, that’s important for my health and longevity, right? I need to take the bath, I need to go for the sauna, I need to do the exercise. I need to go for the bike ride. I need to go for the jog. Whatever it is, the work is always gonna be there, but it can wait, but your health can’t and that’s what’s really important, you know?
Audience Q&A: Pregnancy and Gallbladder Support
Amandha: During the audience Q&A, I am asked about gallbladder cleansing during pregnancy. I say not to use the olive-oil and Epsom-salt cleanse while pregnant. I discuss pregnancy as a time to be much more cautious and to avoid aggressive detoxification.
Amandha: I explain that my preference is to prepare before pregnancy whenever possible. During pregnancy, I emphasize diet, hydration, gentle approaches, and avoiding anything that could create a strong detoxification reaction. I discuss botanicals and castor oil packs within that framework, while saying that doses and timing have to be different during pregnancy.
Amandha: I also discuss why I am cautious about mobilizing heavy metals or other stored material during pregnancy. In my view, the goal is to avoid moving a large amount of material into circulation where it could reach the fetus. I describe any pregnancy-related protocol as something that should be gentle and individualized.
Homeopathy, Medical-System Critique, and Orgonite Discussion
Amandha: If there’s no other questions, I have a client, that’s why I’m talking very fast, because I’m trying to get, I really wanna do a video because I haven’t done it in a while because Facebook blocked me and I haven’t done a live one in a while, and so, I had the question this morning. I was praying this morning, I was saying, God, what do you want me to talk about today? Cause I felt one coming on, and this is the one that came because someone asked me question, what do you do about gall? How do you clear gallstones naturally? And that’s what I wanted to talk about. We didn’t really talk about targeted homeopathics. There are, homeopathic remedies. I like to use it on a case by case individual basis.
Amandha: But what you can do is you can go to the internet. And research gallstones, homeopathic, and get a list. And then if you have symptoms that you’re experiencing, match the symptoms to the homeopathic and, go and buy it. And, you know, put the five pellets under your tongue as dry dose. If you wanna do a wet dose, then you put it in distilled water and drink that water as a dose. Some people do better on wet or dry dosing. And treat your symptoms with homeopathics rather than with what you know, painkillers, Tylenol, this kind of stuff that destroys your spine and destroys your, you know, liver further. And you don’t wanna take painkillers, you don’t wanna take antibiotics. You have MMS for that.
Amandha: There’s no excuse to take antibiotics. That’s, we have MMS and that’s what’s wild about this industry is that we already have everything that we need. And yet, you know, Here it is not being used by the big establishment. Hmm. Wonder why so strange? Do they not know about it? Maybe we should educate them about it. And then they wouldn’t prescribe all their poison pills anymore. Hmm. Wait a second. We kind of have, and it’s everywhere. And actually, wait a second. They’re going after it and they’re suppressing it and they’re trying to stop it. Wait a second. There’s something going on here. Something doesn’t smell right.
Amandha: Yeah, because they don’t give a crap about you. That’s why they don’t, it’s a machine. They’re in a cult. This society is run like a cult. And if you want to save yourself, you have to get out of the cult mentality and you have to stop poisoning your, your life yourself. And you know, drinking wine is some sort of like, Like just because there’s propaganda that it’s cool to drink wine. I mean, what are we in high school? Don’t fall for the propaganda. It’s all peer pressure because the marketers who rule this cult, they know how to play us. Don’t fall for it. Just, you know, better just go, go around their stupidity. I don’t need your drugs on any level. I don’t need to be poisoned by you and I’m gonna be on purpose avoiding taking your drugs because I don’t wanna feed and fuel your system because it’s enough’s enough and they’re just there to destroy us.
Amandha: I mean, it’s a very well known eugenics agenda and it’s old and it’s not news, but you won’t see it on their. Owned newscasts, right? You have to do your own research and you have to have a clear pineal gland, a decalcified, pineal gland to see any of it, and they make sure that your pineal gland is crusty. You better start drinking your distilled water and getting your sunlight when they’re not spraying it down, and go ground with your bare feet outside and get with God, and get with the breath and figure this shit out. Quit the tv, please. You wanna be healthy, but you’re still watching tv. I don’t get it.
Amandha: They’re brainwashing you and you’re willingly going to it. Why? I know life can be really stressful and boring or whatever, but read a book, write a book, do something else. Then turning on a frequency machine, like I said at the beginning. They put frequency on your, I can take a slice of fingernail and send you healing frequency for Morgellons, for Lyme, for cancer, for anything. What are they doing when they’re piping? You’re sitting in front of their frequencies in your face. What do you think is happening to your brain? And I have orgonite now in stock. This is a couple of beautiful pieces from Holly Hawk that these are mine, mine, but I have more in stock. They’re not on the website yet, but here’s one in, isn’t this beautiful?
Amandha: Feel the orgonite power. I’m gonna do. Isn’t this beautiful? She makes beautiful work. Alright, so I’m gonna do a session and talk about orgonite specifically. I’m gonna do a big one about that. And I haven’t done MMS yet. I know I’ve got lots to do. This is piezoelectricity, so it’s, it’s from the crystals inside. It compresses the crystals with the resin together so that resin is. Considered organic and it’s compressing the crystals and the metal flecks, creating a field. And that field is measured specifically and it is known as orgone as a field, and it strengthens you, your fields, and especially against EMFs, which are everywhere and very alarming.
Amandha: We have a lot of challenges. My point here, there’s a lot of challenges. We can’t ignore them. And it’s getting worse. It’s getting more in your face. And if you wanna get through this, you have to take care of your bodies and you, it has to be, you see, because you’re not gonna go to a doctor, in a hospital setting and get any of this knowledge.
Audience Q&A: Thyroid, Pregnancy, Pain, and Energy Practices
Amandha: In the later audience Q&A, I address thyroid changes around pregnancy. I connect thyroid symptoms with stress, adrenal function, liver support, nutrition, hydration, and what I describe as the condition of the blood.
Amandha: I also return to pain support and mention homeopathy, DMSO, vitamin C, B vitamins, distilled water, baths, foot baths, circulation, deep breathing, tapping, Reiki, and other energetic practices. These are part of the broader self-care framework I use when discussing pain and stress.
Amandha: I describe visualization and light-based energy work as practices I use personally, and I share an anecdote involving my cat. I close this Q&A by returning to pregnancy and thyroid support, mentioning lemon balm, iodine, and B vitamins within my own approach.
Closing: Dandelion, Broader Health Critique, and Final Remarks
Amandha: And, then I gotta go pick dandelions because I’m gonna make my dandelion DMSO lotion again, because that was really popular. And people are like, where is it? Very fine. I’ll make it. And they’re up in bloom. We’ve had a very late spring. I’ve just collected some horsetail. I mean, it’s just come up now. Haven’t even gone to the leeks yet. It’s crazy. It’s a real, really, they’re messing around with us. They are messing around with this weather. You gotta start speaking up and noticing because they’re just doing whatever. I mean, our bird and bee populations are down like 50% in the last, what, six, seven years.
Amandha: It’s staggering. We gotta, we gotta get our heads out of the boob tube and pay attention to what’s going on around us. And we have to start speaking up and acting and saying, no more. No more of the spraying, no more of the weather modification. You guys are messing around with nature and every time you guys try to suppress something, you, it fails every single time. I mean, it’s absolute insanity that we have. Can’t see this yet. And I get patients, they go to the doctor, they go on chemo. The chemo suppresses the cancer, then it comes back, then it suppresses the cancer again, and it comes back. Then it doesn’t suppress it anymore and it makes it bigger. But they still go and do it.
Amandha: And it’s like, why do you keep going to the same thing and you, it’s not working like you need to change the thing because it’s not working. Or the kids of the eczema, right. They get the vaccine that creates the eczema. They have the eczema, then they go to the doctor again. They give ’em the corticosteroids that suppresses the eczema. Then come off the corticosteroids, the eczema comes back and then they go on stronger ones and it goes away. And then it comes back again with a vengeance. And then they’re do the third round of corticosteroids. Like, hello, are we not seeing what is going on here? You’re not healing anything and you’re making it worse.
Amandha: Okay. I swear sometimes I wake up and go, I live in a twilight zone. I don’t even, I don’t even understand why I have to talk about food. Why don’t people know how to eat food? I don’t get it. But I understand we’ve been in a, everyone’s in their own, you know, experience. So I just, I guess I just know eat fruits and vegetables and stuff, so, Anyway. Okay. Love you lot. Thanks for joining me. I appreciate everything and if you have any questions you can comment and I’ll, do my best to answer it. Okay. Bye.
