DMSO Hair Regrowth Spray: Video Overview

In this discussion of DMSO hair regrowth spray, Amandha Vollmer (ADV) shares the development of her horsetail-based scalp formula and the customer experiences that prompted her to explore hair thinning and regrowth in greater detail. She explains how she combines horsetail, DMSO, rosemary, peppermint and vitamin E, then describes her preferred approach to applying the spray directly to a clean scalp. Amandha also discusses tracking changes in shedding and new hair growth over time.

The presentation then moves beyond topical hair care to examine the underlying factors Amandha associates with hair loss. She discusses scalp circulation, inflammation, iron and ferritin levels, thyroid function, dihydrotestosterone (DHT), hormonal changes and nutritional deficiencies. Drawing on her experiences with clients, she introduces supplements and botanical preparations that form part of her broader approach to supporting hair and scalp health.

Amandha continues with African Black Shampoo, apple cider vinegar rinses, magnesium, MSM sulfur, hydration, nutrition and stress management. She also explores the relationship she draws between cortisol, sleep and hair shedding. The recording concludes with audience questions about hormonal products, customer testimonials, before-and-after photographs and product availability, alongside her reflections on personal well-being and developing natural formulations.

Welcome, Hair Regrowth Spray, and Customer Experiences

Amandha: Hello, everyone. I’m on my tablet today. I got a new security system for my computers and it won’t let Facebook connect with anything. And I only have a limited time before I have to have a phone call and I am taking a risk because my store is actually open at the moment. But my goal today was to have a chat with you.

Amandha: It’s so different. Okay, I’m just going to assume it’s working anyway. I’m having some really good success with my DMSO Hair Regrowth Spray, and I want to bring into this video, all the things that you can do to repair hair and help it grow back. And I wanted to wait until I got the feedback for the product and the testimonials for the product just before I started talking about it.

Amandha: Although I’ve mentioned it in a few of my other videos, I’m getting a lot of feedback from happy people who have never been able to grow their hair back and are having great success and there are other things that you can do to ensure that the hair is growing. And I want to help you understand what’s going on there when it’s not growing.

Amandha: Now, I don’t have that problem. I kind of have the opposite problem where I get too much hair. I know, woe is me, right? So I have to like thin it out and cut it. And I cut my own hair. Because nobody in the 44 years I’ve been alive. I don’t think anyone’s actually been able to cut my hair properly.

Amandha: So I just do it myself. And I have to just, you know, it’s very curly, so I have to make sure all the curls are in their happy place since it kind of has a mind of its own. However, so I haven’t really used, I did use a little bit of the spray myself, but I don’t really want thicker hair. So I haven’t been using it.

Horsetail, DMSO, Scalp Application, and Early Results

Amandha: So I was waiting for other people to tell me how it was going. Right. So I have had success with both men and women with this product. And so how I make it is I’ve infused horsetail into spring water. And then, and horsetail has a lot of silica and horsetail strengthens the hair shaft. It contains a lot of silica and the silica is removing also heavy metals, which is amazing.

Amandha: And it is strengthening the hair itself. So people are reporting that the hair is also stronger. It stays in longer. So then I put DMSO with it, and rosemary and peppermint and some vitamin E basically what I’m—yeah, they’re my guinea pigs. You’re all my little guinea pigs. But at least I won’t harm you.

Amandha: You’re my happy little guinea pigs that I treat well, right. Anyway. So the spray is supposed to go in the scalp. I had one woman. She’s like, I sprayed all over my hair and it’s just making it all sticky and weird. Not supposed to do that. So how you’re supposed to use the product is you want to like part the hair to expose the scalp and spray it on the scalp and kind of rub it in your hair should be clean.

Amandha: You shouldn’t have used a hair dye. If you use hair dye, that’s toxic, which I don’t really recommend. There’s a product called Hairprint. That is a natural kind of, if you want to get the grays dealt with use Hairprint, it just restores your own natural color rather than doing the poisons and adding toxins to the hair because DMSO has the carrying capacity of the medicine into the area where you want it, which is into the pores, but it’ll also go deeper.

Amandha: It’ll go. It can go all the way into the brain, which is kind of cool. So the side effect of using it is that you’ll remove your risk of Alzheimer’s because you’re going to get all the aluminum out of your flippin brain by using the product. So I was going to write on there. Side effects may include reduction of Alzheimer’s symptoms, removal of aluminum from the brain.

Amandha: So my Guinea pig side effects are kind of beneficial. And it’s kind of, it smells nice because of the essential oils in it, but it will sting a little bit, or you might even feel the barrier to the skin opening quite a bit to send the medicine into the scalp. So I’m sorry, what I was saying was the dye. You have to wash your hair at least three times before you use it. If you do dye your hair that way because you can solve residue of dye on the hair and you don’t want to take that into the brain anyway, by the way that step does go into the brain, they’ve done autopsies on people that do use that hair dye and their brain is dyed that color.

Amandha: Yeah. So that’s a bit of a no. But you’d at least want to make sure it isn’t hanging around on the hair because even though it is bound, it’s already bound with the horsetail. It’s unlikely. It’s going to take it in, but I’m just saying that as super duper precautionary, you know, just be extra aware not to do it.

Amandha: I’d rather be prudent. Right. And okay. That spray, usually I have people using it all different kinds of ways. I have people using once a week. I have people using it three times a day. And so it’s really just how fast you want to see the activity happen. I would say twice a day is good enough.

Amandha: And what I noticed or what they notice is the first step is the hair stops falling out. That’s step one. And I suggest you write a little chart, like, okay, my hair stopped falling out after using it for, you know, five days or seven days or whatever. And then the next step is to note when the new hair growth begins and that we’ll, you’ll get the new little spiky hairs coming in and that should be the second phase.

Amandha: And that’s what people are noticing that the first thing is hair stops falling out. Second thing is they start to get the new growth coming in. All right now, that’s exciting. What’s it doing well? It’s strengthening the hair. It’s killing mites because DMSO kills hair mites, which is often a cause of alopecia or hair loss.

Amandha: And I know gross, right. That fact that, that happens. And it’s still it’s a lot like it. When you think about it, it’s like, yeah, that’s still a problem that we have here, mites. They didn’t just magically go away because of the modern age. They’re there and they make eggs and those eggs go in the hair shaft.

Amandha: And that’s why the hair falls out because the pore is too large. And the hair falls out because of that. Yeah. So the bonuses DMSO kills hair mite eggs. Awesome. And so does the Rosemary and the peppermint essential oils that are in that product, as well as the flower water use the flower water and the central isn’t there.

Amandha: All right. So that gets rid of that problem. And then the other issue is when you’re opening up to blood flow, you’re getting blood delivery to the hair and that’s getting all your new hair growth happening. I’m just looking to make sure no one’s coming in. Right. So that is a huge part of why this is working on lots of different levels.

Hair Loss Factors: Circulation, Iron, Thyroid, and Hormones

Amandha: Why on earth would your hair fall out? Think about it. Mainly lack of blood flow. Well, Because of inflammation. Why? Because the inflammation makes the blood thick and viscous and it will not get to the ends of the nerves of your body. So also you’ll find people who have hair loss problems will have cold hands and feet because they are not circulating properly.

Amandha: They are inflamed. And getting the inflammation under control is a huge part of getting your hair to grow back. Okay. We’re bypassing a lot of that with the spray, because we’re encouraging blood flow because DMSO opens up circulation and you’re getting blood flow and then you’re going to get hair growth.

Amandha: Right. But if you want to get to root, cause you really want to look at that. You really want to understand that what’s happening. There is that your blood is thick and viscous and it’s not flowing properly. You are blood deficient. So you’ll also see this in women, particularly who are more iron deficient, or prone to iron deficiency, and there’s just not enough blood to actually go there.

Amandha: And you want to ensure that you’ve got enough iron. Good to check your ferritin levels and make sure those are good. It’s great to get your thyroid checked and make sure your thyroid is optimal. You should, everyone should be taking a drop of iodine a day. Nascent is good. I have one by Biotics. It’s on my website, which is yummymummyemporium. org.

Amandha: I also have yummymummyemporium. ca and you want to make sure your nutrient levels are up because nutrient deficiencies can cause thyroid problems and the thyroid problem can lead to the hair falling out because the it makes a lot of reverse T3. So T4 goes to reverse T3, which is an inactive form of the thyroxine of the proper hormone that actually.

Amandha: Increases your metabolism and moves your blood. And you need to look at thyroid health as a root cause. Another common root cause of the hair falling out is your, you know, your classic male-pattern baldness issue. But what is that? That is the DHT, dihydrotestosterone, which is an antagonist to the hair shaft because there’s a reductase enzyme

Amandha: that is made when this happens. And that’s kind of the enemy of the hair, if you will. And when the testosterone is high, which can happen in both men and women, because women who they’re at where their estrogen starts to drop off their own testosterone can turn against them basically, and it can do this.

Amandha: So it happens in both what men and women with DHT, the dihydrotestosterone, which is kind of like your bad testosterone. And that’s where you get the male pattern baldness from, and you can reverse that you can affect the hormone system, the endocrine system, by balancing that system at you can do it through food, through diet, but also you can do it by ensuring you have the right nutrients in your body.

Amandha: Zinc is a huge one, making sure, especially for men because their prostate also relies on zinc and making sperm and all of that need enough zinc in the system. That’s key. And you, I really liked to use a bioidentical, natural progesterone, and I do have it on my website. I just don’t have it delivered in the store yet because Canada Post has been on flipping strike forever and they suck.

Amandha: And all of my stuff’s held up at the border until they figure it out. You know, Canada, I tell you some days it’s like, oh, well it goes, we’ll just wait. First off or whatever, it’s so slow and I’m not that type of person I’m so like quick with everything. So it’s really hard for me to wait for dysfunction or just functional people, do.

Amandha: Okay. I’ll just sit here and nobody will heal because they won’t get the product. Okay. I’ll just do-do well, it’ll eventually come or whatever. But I’m, I get kind of irate about it, but anyway it’s ordered and it’s probably gonna sit at the border until canada post gets its butt together and figures it out.

Amandha: But that one is called NatPro progesterone cream. It’s a pure one. It’s got 33% per pump of pure bioidentical progesterone and it’s good for men and women. It’ll push the proper hormone delivery in your body and get the estrogens a little bit more balanced.

Amandha: And that can be a huge problem in hair loss, especially when in older women. And really it’s the estrogen is tanking younger and younger, as we’re noticing all the xenoestrogens and the problem and the environment and the nutritional deficiencies we’re seeing from the soil is being damaged and all the toxins and all the garbage happening and all the EMFs.

Amandha: And I mean, it goes on and on what’s happening is crazy. It’s crazy. What’s going on if we survive this I don’t know. and will we survive this? I don’t know, it’s a question I ask every day, will we survive this? Hopefully we’ll survive this. But wow, it’s crazy out there. And we have to do all we can to prevent like dying and dying out because we keep going like this.

Amandha: We will be infertile as a species and we need to pay attention to that and get our ducks in a row with our whole health. So that’s what I like to use because it’s I get compliance with it. It’s effective. Most people getting them to change your diet is like,

Amandha: That looked bad. Didn’t it? That was me with a knife. Not doing anything else. I don’t do things like that. Cause I don’t have a boyfriend, just so you know little bitter about that. Anyway, what I’m saying is like that is essential to to balancing your brain. Your happiness hormone is progesterone.

Amandha: I mean, it’s vital. And yeah. Getting them to change your diet. Like I was saying, forget it like half of the time they’ll do some and I can get compliance, but usually I have to start them out something just to get them to feel better and to feel like they can do it and all of that. And then, all right, then we’ll then they’ll change your diet.

Amandha: Right. But the beginning, not always the case. So a question I just saw, can you do a video on PCOS I know so many young girls with it including my daughter. Yeah, I can. I’m doing a vagina series, so thats kind of vaginaey right. So, you know, the ovaries are related to the vagina, to the VeGene. So I can do one on that, you know, in the vagina series, I did buy first one just the other day.

Amandha: And that’s posted on my YouTube channel, which you’ll find this crazy, shaky video. Sorry for that. There and, but I’m just I’m really wanting to also focus on the other things you can do. Like aside from the, DMSO Hair Regrowth Spray, that is amazing. And people are freaking out and like emailing me and saying, oh my God, I can’t believe I don’t have alopecia anymore.

Amandha: My hair’s growing back. Or I had this bald patch that if there is true nerve damage, like if there’s an injury to the scalp, like from a car accident or head any kind of closed head wound, That has damaged the structure below is damaged the actual nerves. It probably won’t really work, or maybe just a little, because you still have to have the nerves intact in order to grow the hair.

Amandha: It’s just the way it is because it’s the nerves that are doing the delivery of the impulses and the electrical impulses that are actually. What’s happening there to have the signals happen. You have still have to have signals. The blood flow can go through there all you want, but if you don’t have all the signaling and the cell to cell communication to regrow the hair, it’s just not going to happen.

Inflammation, Nutrients, Magnesium, and Botanicals

Amandha: So I think that would be the main limitation of it. But the other thing you can do of course, is stand on your head. And I think I said this in another video. So if you want to do it, do some yoga headstands, and you’re going to get blood flow to the brain as well, that way. But if your blood is too thick and viscous, you can do as many headstands as you want.

Amandha: And you’re only going to get a little bit there. You still have to deal with the underlying inflammation. You got to get rid of the sugar. I mean, for right sugar is pro-inflammatory to the nigh I mean, Like you, you’ve probably heard my story of the whole weird dental injury that I had. And so I’m really susceptible to an inflammatory reaction that will put me into a migraine and I have to avoid sugar.

Amandha: I cannot eat white sugar. It is, it will put me in pro-inflammatory states. And it’s just no good. And by the way, if you’re prediabetic, you can have your thyroid off because it’s an endocrine problem. So all your endocrine system is off. So it’s like you can’t eat sugar like that and expect to have, you know, health really and not be inflamed.

Amandha: You can take things to deal with inflammation. I do have a lot of options available to deal with, you know, chronic inflammation short-term inflammation. You can use DMSO, both internally and externally the things I like to use are the black cumin seed oil. So that’s it. No, it’s going to be backwards cause I’m on this silly tablet.

Amandha: But anyway black cumin seed oil. It’s from Perfect Press, which is Activation Products. And they also make the magnesium with which I suggest, which is the topical. And they’re both antiinflammatory and black cumin seed oil is like a miracle oil. It does everything. It’s you can look it up and it’s on my website.

Amandha: You can read about it there. I just did a post on my Facebook page Yummy Mummy Emporium and Apothecary and all about it and what it does and it shrinks tumor cells. Like it heals high blood pressure. That’s what I use it a lot for, hypertension. It heals the gut, skin, hair, nails, the whole shebang.

Amandha: So that’s one teaspoon twice a day. You can go as high as one tablespoon twice a day. I love that. And you can use it topically of course, too, with that oil. The other thing and yeah, and the Ease Magnesium of course you have. So if you’re inflamed in the blood, what do you need? What’s happening?

Amandha: You’re toxic, you’re toxic, usually you’re toxic and you have nutritional deficiencies. It’s usually both you need to get rid of the toxicity. I did a video on how to heal the liver and explaining the toxicity of the liver and that every single pathway needs magnesium in order to remove things properly from the body.

Amandha: If you are trying to detox and your magnesium is low, which you don’t absorb it well through the gut, then forget it. You’re going to get Herxheimer. You’re going to feel like crap. You’re going to be sleeping. You know, or headachy or whatever, or have diarrhea the whole thing. This is the one I like the Ease Magnesium in the blue bottle.

Amandha: It’s 10 sprays twice a day. And that’s like going to absorb through the skin as similar to the DMSO it’s transdermal and that’s what you want because if especially most people’s guts are already a mess. They’re not absorbing on a good day, but magnesium does not absorb well, there are different types of magnesium that have different absorption rates.

Amandha: On a whole, it you’ll maybe get 30% if you’re really great absorber, you’ll get 30% of that. That’s about it. Turmeric we know about turmeric ginger garlic. It is one of my site too, I think right. To deal with inflammation. Those are major antiinflammatories. You can ingest a lot of that. Just make sure you’re taking a probiotic if you’re doing a lot, because it can do a little bit of offsetting of your natural flora.

Amandha: So I would just say. To do that prudently anyway, or take your fermented foods, make sure you’re getting your good fermented foods. The other thing I like for inflammation and hormone balancing or the ginsengs, I like maca. I like Siberian ginseng. Those ones are. I put it in a smoothie. It gives me lots of energy.

Amandha: I can feel my blood flowing better. Like I’m empathic. I’m very sensitive. I know when things are going wrong with my body. And I know when I’m taking that stuff, it’s like jet fuel. And I like that. So I do that almost every day. And sometimes more than I probably should do. It doesn’t harm me. I just love it.

African Black Shampoo, Hair Rinses, and Digestion

Amandha: I like to feel awake and alert and get a lot of stuff done. And that’s one thing I use. And then I do make this, I wanted to mention, I do make this African Black Soap Shampoo and it’s really well loved. I’m just really low stock because my supplier of the African soap or sorry the African soap had a hurricane hit their facility and it’s been on back-order forever.

Amandha: And when it gets back in, I’ll make more and it’ll be on the website. A lot of people also are using this for their hair and health and the hair health and are finding a lot of benefits to that because it doesn’t strip the hair and it keeps the nice proper pH of the hairs. And the other thing is to use apple cider vinegar, both as a rinse on your hair, because you have an acid mantle on your skin and your hair, and you want to use acid to close down the shaft after you’ve shaft after you’ve washed your hair right after you’ve opened everything up with warm water and you’ve washed it all.

Amandha: If you were to look under a microscope, that hair is all kind of looking quite disheveled. And then when you put acid on it, not. Hydrochloric acid from your stomach level of acid, but an acid that’s just slightly lower than a basic pH that will close the shaft up and it’ll actually create more shine to the hair.

Amandha: And that will you know, keep things healthier. And so I use lemon juice sometimes at the end or apple cider vinegar and a little bit diluted and low stomach acid can also be a problem for hair growth where you’re not observing your food. Like I was saying taking a digestive enzyme, taking apple cider vinegar before you eat a meal.

Amandha: I usually like to dilute it one-to-one ratio. Okay. And that will help get your pH high if you need to take betaine hydrochloric acid to balance things out, you may, if you get heartburn, it’s usually because you’re low stomach acid, not high stomach acid hardly anyone has true high stomach acid pretty much, no one mean a rare case would have it, but all of the doctors handing up.

Amandha: Antacids like candies. It’s ridiculous because they’re misunderstanding what’s happening. Of course. Cause they always do pretty much about everything and that it’s the stomach acid being too low. That’s not producing the proper chyme that isn’t then triggering the sphincter to close and you’re getting whatever acid is in there, splashing up and splashing back and it’s actually adding more acid.

Amandha: That’s going to solve the problem, not removing the acid. Dumb as all get out. Okay. The other thing I want to mention about thyroid, I have a couple of products for thyroid health. That work really well. One is a detox for the thyroid. Cause often if you have an auto-immune issue like Hashimoto’s for example, then, or graves, those are both considered auto-immune thyroid issues.

Thyroid Products, Hydrotherapy, and Sulfur Support

Amandha: It’s not people say, oh, it’s your body attacking it. Get to the next level of your understanding why the body doesn’t attack itself for no reason, it doesn’t just attack itself like that. It’s smart, it’s intelligent. It knows how to heal. It’s doing it for a reason. And then you’ve got to go, well, why is it doing that while it’s doing that?

Amandha: Because there’s something toxic in there and is trying to get it out. And it’s so toxic that it will risk the health of the rest of you to get it out. It will destroy the tissue to try very hard, to get it out. And you would want to detox that organ. And one of the things I found very successful is the Apo-Strum.

Amandha: This is Apo-Strum. Sorry, it’s backwards on the camera, but those are the drops from Pekana it’s on my website. You take the drops in water or directly into the mouth. It’s an alcohol base and you take it two to three times a day, about 20 to 30 drops as. That will detox that Oregon system and help to rehabilitate the gland.

Amandha: It’s been a serious damage to the gland. You may need a few rounds of it. I would also spray magnesium over that area and encourage blood flow to the area as well. With a little bit of hot and cold alternating treatments over the region. It’s always three minutes, hot and 30 seconds cold alternating.

Amandha: If you do any hydrotherapy and that will draw blood to the area, you just have to be careful not to do too much over delicate glands. And unfortunately you can’t do it really on the head or else. I would say that would be a great way to get blood flow to the brain, to the head is to do the whole hot, cold alternating, but there’s different hydrotherapy methods to do that with I’m usually using hot at the time.

Amandha: Cold at the head or vice versa cold wet socks on the feet will draw a lot of heat and toxins out of the head. So that’s another method that look up hydrotherapy. I mean, honestly, most people don’t know the very basic things on how to heal the body, using water to heal the body is as old as it comes and it’s very powerful and it will pump blood and help with problems like blood pressure and inflammation.

Amandha: And, you know, the thick, viscous blood and just blood is not flowing properly. So yeah. Make sure your iron levels are up. Did they show you the DMSO spray? I don’t know. This is what it looks like. This is the Hair Regrowth Spray. It’s in glass green glass, the sprayer nozzle, and it’s a hundred MLs.

Amandha: And I can’t remember my pricing on it. Oh, that’s awesome. I think it’s 26 50. You can tell I really care about that. On the other thing I would get in your regime, if you’re working to grow back your hair, skin, nails, like all that repair is the happy body MSM, sulfur crystal. Oh, right there. It sounds like salt.

Amandha: It looks like salt. It does not taste like salt. It’s really bitter. Really bitter. How I roll with that is I throw one, teaspoon in my mouth and I have juice going and I chased the crap out of it. And that’s done that way. And this lasts forever and do that twice a day. It varies. And if you’re consistent with it,

Amandha: it’s very helpful. Oh yeah. The other thyroid one, I wanted to show you was this, the BioThy here. This is just your basic, make sure you’re getting your basics. It’s got the iodine L-tyrosine selenium and zinc in it. And that will treat, give you the zinc you’re needing for the proper hormone conversion to the, I guess I paused it, sorry.

Amandha: I’m not used to tablet filming as you can probably tell. I need like a photographer person. I need a person to, what else do I need a person to run my web? I need a person to cook for me. Maybe. Would that be good? Can I hire someone to do that while we’re dreaming? You can’t get to get a cleaning person and a personal masseuse?

Amandha: Definitely. I think I need that and I don’t know what else do I need? Probably someone to homeschool my child, so I don’t have to do it. It’s kind of fun, but it’s also kind of a lot of work, so I might need tire a tutor. Oh man. Okay. Well, yeah, that’s sort of like my hot and heavy, like way of telling you that this stuff is working.

Amandha: But that there’s more going on and that you really do want to understand what’s happening at the level of the blood. That’s why your hair is falling out is because the blood can’t get to the brain and how, if the blood can get to the brain, how well are you thinking? What’s your level of cognition? Are you getting brain fog?

Amandha: You know, what else is going on? If you’re not getting blood flow up there, right? And this product will ensure that you’re getting blood flow there, which is what you want. And we’ll give the repair to. We’re required to make sure the hair doesn’t keep falling out and that it can grow back. And I’m excited because I guess it’s a big deal for a lot of people when their hair falls out.

Hydration, Nutrition, Collagen, Stress, and Sleep

Amandha: Right. It takes a lot on your self esteem and it’s you know, a sign of age or a sign of ill health. And it’s not something that’s desired in our culture. That’s very superficial. But it goes deeper than skin, right? It goes into. Telling you about the physical health of the body. And that’s really where we want to focus.

Amandha: And if you work at the level of blood, I mean, most people are walking around dehydrated. They’re not drinking enough water. That would be the first step would be to increase your water intake. Did you know that when you go to sleep, as you’re sleeping, you’re dehydrating yourself because a lot of.

Amandha: Comes off of your body when you’re sleeping. The first thing you should do in the morning is drink water. That is the very first thing. You start your day off with water, either with baking soda in it in warm water, followed by a cold water lemon juice to really wake up the system and help the liver and get the pancreas where it needs to be and so forth.

Amandha: And then usually I make a smoothie. I like to have quite a few liquids in the morning. And get all my superfoods going and start to take whatever supplements I’m taking and then work on, you know, getting your vegetables happening, either vegetable juicing, or have huge salads and all that kind of thing.

Amandha: And as fresh as possible, that’s the kind of diet we need to be eating for the most part. And intermittent fasting as well, which I talk about in another video or two and where you’re eating quite a heavy amount in the morning and at lunch. And then in the afternoon, you’re fasting for the most part.

Amandha: You can have a little bit of juice or if you eat meat, do bone broth and collagen and by the way is another one that supports hair growth. You can use bone broth for collagen. You can use other sources of collagen there’s ones that you can buy, like as powders. But I like to try to do it that way.

Amandha: And there are some plant-based like allergies and so forth that sort of mimic that. But for the most part it’s through the animal products that you would get the collagen levels up and that can be utilized. And I would say that that kind of eating pattern is going to also help balance your cortisol levels because stress is another thing that makes your hair fall out.

Amandha: Have you seen pictures of like stress? Ah, right. Like they were pulling on their hair. I mean, it’s right in front of your face. Stress levels that affect cortisol levels will make your hair fall out. Your cortisol is highest in the morning and it just continues to sort of decrease throughout the day and people who have cortisol imbalance of adrenal fatigue or that kind of thing, their cortisol is high in the evening.

Amandha: And you can do this. I live attest to figure that out for you, if that’s a problem, but you need to take adaptogens to help deal with that. I do like the licorice root and the ginsengs for that. As adaptogenic herbs, they’ll lose for [unclear] and ashwagandha and these kinds of things, and a lot of vitamin C and a B multi, you have to have enough B vitamins

Amandha: oh, that’s where your hair falls out from B like they talk about biotin and they talk about that stuff, but it’s really the whole complement of B vitamins that you need to balance out the cortisol levels that are making your hair fall out. That’s why they. Use of supplements, right? Stress. Yes.

Amandha: Stress of getting your stress under control is kind of like a huge part of it. And making sure your cortisol is not high at night. And by the way, when your cortisol is high at night, the other, issue is that you don’t sleep. The cortisol keeps you awake. Your heartbeat is like going, you know, you’re in sort of a fight or flight situation at night when you should be relaxed and in a phase of regenerative sleep,That’s a bit of a problem and that tells you your adrenals are off and you should work on those as best you can.

Amandha: And I do like to use the adaptogens and also proper rest and meditation drinking enough water, eating proper foods. That’s always going to be the way exercise. That’s going to be huge for balancing out the adrenals. And I like to do it in the morning, get up early and do it in the morning and reset your sleeping so that you’re going to.

Amandha: Early enough at night and getting up early in the day. So kind of going to bed with the sun and waking up with the sun. Well, except now that they changed the time here in Eastern part of Canada, it’s so dark all the time and it doesn’t work like that. But you know what I’m saying? For the most part, that’s what you’re doing and getting as much sunlight as you can.

Amandha: I have a question. What is the name of the hair growth product it’s called? Let me look at it again. I make the things and everyone else can do the marketing or whatever. Hey, that’s who else I need to hire? Yeah. Okay. DMSO hair, regrow spray. There it is. It looks like that. Okay. That’s the one, just shake it first before you use it.

Amandha: Yeah, so it’s working well, you gotta be consistent with it. And I suggest if you do the other things, the anti-inflammatory diet and make sure you’re for women, especially that you’ve got enough blood. Do blood-building herbs. There are blood building herbs, like red raspberry leaf and oat straw, and make sure that you’re using cast iron cookware and your ferritin levels are properly where they’re supposed to be yellow dock and other good herbs that helps with your ferritin levels.

Amandha: I like to utilize that and molasses that’s cheap, easy, take a tablespoon of molasses a day, and that will help you. Not only that your cortisol levels will help because of the hormone balancing, but also you’re going to get enough iron and build enough blood and get everything delivered properly.

Amandha: That way I have one woman, I just told her, I think you’re iron deficient; take the molasses and within like a day and a half, she said, she’s sleeping. Right. She had insomnia. And just from that, she’s sleeping properly and she feels better. Her energy is back up. Why are you dragging your butt all day?

Amandha: It’s probably because you’re deficient in something. Well, what is it? And usually in women, it’s it has to be iron and oftentimes it’s B vitamins and magnesium. Those are the top ones I noticed that are super, super deficient. And what was I going to say about where it was there anyway?

Amandha: Yeah. Oh, and the cortisol levels, getting those under control so that you’re not waking you up at night. And I think that the managing stress. Obviously huge, but we live in a really stressful world with all kinds of weirdness. Creepy people and weird stuff going on. And it’s tricky. It’s like, you know, we want to live in a world that is loving and caring and peaceful, and it’s just being engineered in such a way where everyone’s kind of divorced from each other.

Personal Reflections and Natural Product Development

Amandha: And everyone’s in their little boxes of houses and, you know, driving their cars back and forth. And it’s just, I don’t know. It’s not, well, it’s not the place for me anyway. I’m not that type. I’ve been living that type of life and not that pleased with it. I am looking to go elsewhere to do a retreat center, create a an off-grid retreat center so we can go and we can heal together and we can do really cool things and work as a true community and really educate ourselves and get out of this matrix bull crap and stop.

Amandha: Victims of this eugenics agenda and this death cult that we’re in and really just take it to the next level of our wellbeing. Right. Which is more than just the physical health. It’s the psycho spiritual health. It’s all the mental health and it’s degrading us. And we can’t, you know, we have to protect our children and we have to protect the next generation.

Amandha: So there’s a lot of work to be done. I’ll tell you that much. And if it’s, you know, me creating a hair regrowth spray and. Making products that work, then that’s what I’ll do. And that’s where, you know, you start somewhere, you start with where you can. Right. And for me, a single pregnant mother, while I was after I had the baby, I was then I became a single mother.

Amandha: But You know, being a single mom and having to figure out how to work and then, you know, working my butt off to get out of food banks. Like I was, you know, eating from a food bank and I just worked with what I had in front of me and just keep going forward. And that’s how I’ve gotten to this place now.

Amandha: Where I can make all these things and I can keep creating. And I’m excited because I’m going to be hiring another person soon. And that means that I’ll be able to free myself up a little bit more with all the making of stuff and then get to the next level and the next level. And so. Like we grow hair, just keep growing yourself in that, you know, and do what’s in front of you, like do the task that’s before you, and that will get you to the next task and where you want to be.

Audience Q&A: Progesterone, Testimonials, and Photographs

Amandha: Right. Okay. I’m going to go quickly down to the, if there’s any questions and try to answer those. And I thank you for joining me today. BSO is a great place to start for cleaning up your diet. It makes it easier. I don’t know what BSO is. Please tell me. Yes, [unclear comment]. I want to get this cream for bouncing hormones.

Amandha: Yeah, that’s the NatPro progesterone cream is on the website. It’s just, I mean, you can order it, whatever, but I don’t know when I’ll get it yet. I that’s, it’s got to go through customs and Canada. Customs is like, it’s like cold, slow molasses. It’s like, oh, I guess there’s important business things and whatever.

Amandha: We’ll just go play solitaire while the packages just said, I don’t know why they can’t hire more people or what the problem is, why they can’t move the packages faster, but they just sit in customs for a long time, both directions. So I don’t know, but anyway it’s coming. I’ve been using DMSO oil all over really.

Amandha: Okay. I learned so much from you in a short time. Thank you. I appreciate so much. Thank you for saying do I have before and after pictures, I know. I totally suck at doing that stuff. Getting all I have so many every day, all day, I have people emailing me, thanking me and like I have success stories all day long, literally.

Amandha: And it’s wonderful. I just don’t, I should do that right where I get before and after. All of that stuff. I have a couple that I, for skin, like my eczema skin cream works really well. I have like a couple of before and after photos of those of that, but it’s kind of hard. It’s like making someone do that for me.

Amandha: Right. And I’m not like, do it, do take the before pictures now then use my product and then send me pictures back. You know, I’m just not like that. Right. Make them do stuff they have to want to do it voluntarily. And most people don’t take the before pictures, but that would be cool. I could do that under controlled circumstances eventually.

Amandha: I’ll see. I’ll think about it. Who I know there’s a couple of males who are doing it right now and maybe I could just get them even in the midst of it to take some photos and then whatever do that. It’s a good idea. I have so much other stuff I think about it. I don’t think about doing that kind of thing, but you’re right.

Amandha: I should probably do that because nobody believes whatever. So, you know why, because there’s so many scam artists out there that they just like, what are you going to do? Most people are flipping liars. Right? I get it. I don’t trust most people now either because all the stupid stuff and all the narcissists out there.

Amandha: I don’t know. I guess if you open your third eye, you can see when someone’s lying. I mean, I’m an empath I can see when someone’s lying. So I guess that’s how I think: you don’t need before-and-after pictures; you just need to look at my face and know that I’m not lying. The end. Then you go and do it, and your hair grows. The end.

Audience Q&A: Products, Scalp Massage, and Closing Remarks

Amandha: EME. Hi, I love DMSO me too. I want a little button that says I heart DMSO awe I’m going to do that or make some shirts or something. Cool. Okay. That would be a bit, where do you buy this product from? I’m in Eugene, Oregon. Often I would say I shipped to the United States all over the place, actually.

Amandha: So it’s yummymummyemporium. org, and I have yummymummyapothecary. com. I have a bunch of them. They all go the same place and it will have the new website soon. Oh my gosh, Weebly. I tell you they suck. But yeah, I can ship to Oregon. That’s no problem. Bubba, is this broadcast going to be on your YouTube channel?

Amandha: Yes, I can’t watch; going to listen to this. My wife needs help with hair growth. Okay. Yes. And remember why is the hair not growing? Why and do some scalp massages. So I’ll just get to that. Hey hubby, you love your wife. Give her a nice, can put her in the bath and just rub her head.

Amandha: Oh baby. There’ll be other benefits for you. If you do that, trust me, get the oh, I have a call coming in now. This is my goodbye call. Hi, I’m doing a live video. I just going to end off. Can you hold on a second? Thanks. Yeah, that’s me going over time? Okay. Yes. So it’ll be on YouTube. My YouTube is Yummy Mummy Emporium and Apothecary, and you just plug that in or just put yummymummyDMSO.

Amandha: It’ll come up pretty easily. And thank you so much for joining me and all your nice comments and everything. And we’ll talk to you again soon. Love you lots and have a great day with lots and lots of hair in it. Not hair that’s like stuck in the drain. I mean like your own hair, it’s looking great and stuff and awesome.

Amandha: Okay. Okay. Bye. Bye.
