DMSO for Eyes: Glaucoma, Cataracts, Strain, Vision, Retinitis and the Organ Responsible for Eye Care
DMSO for Eyes: Glaucoma, Cataracts, Strain, Vision, Retinitis and the Organ Responsible for Eye Care
DMSO for Eyes: Video Overview
In this DMSO for eyes discussion, Amandha Vollmer (ADV) responds to questions about glaucoma, cataracts, dry eye, retinitis pigmentosa, vision loss and tired eyes. She begins with screen strain, eye movement, massage and circulation, then explains how she connects recurring eye concerns with liver function within her holistic and terrain-based approach. She also discusses lifestyle factors she considers when looking beyond the eye itself.
ADV then turns to the DMSO eye preparations she was working with at the time of the recording, including 20% and 40% saline solutions and formulas containing vitamin C. She describes the temporary stinging she experienced, discusses internal DMSO, and reads from historical retinal research she found in a DMSO handbook, including a 1975 report associated with Robert V. Hill. The therapeutic applications and outcomes described remain ADV’s discussion of her experience, customer feedback and the sources she references in the presentation.
The second half broadens into adjuncts including castor oil, magnesium, carotenoids, colloidal silver, Euphrasia and liver support. Audience questions cover dental mercury, adding iodine or cayenne to DMSO, cholesterol, turpentine and internal use. ADV closes by discussing her personal experience with solar gazing, fasting and long-term eye care.

Important Context & Safety
Educational context: This video presents Amandha Vollmer’s perspectives, personal experience, customer feedback and discussion of historical DMSO research. Direct use of DMSO in the eye for glaucoma, cataracts, retinitis pigmentosa, vision loss or other eye disorders is not an FDA-approved ophthalmic use. In the United States, approved DMSO drug labelling is for intravesical treatment of interstitial cystitis; other applications discussed in this video may be investigational or off-label.
Eye-use caution: Products placed directly into the eye must be sterile, and contaminated or unapproved ophthalmic products can cause serious injury, including infection and vision loss. The video also discusses internal DMSO and combining DMSO with substances such as castor oil, colloidal silver, iodine and cayenne. These higher-risk uses should not be improvised from the video. Individual eye conditions, medications, previous procedures, product formulation and concentration should be reviewed with an appropriately qualified eye-care professional. The solar-gazing discussion should not be interpreted as an instruction to look directly at the sun; direct solar viewing can injure the retina.
Medical emergencies: Information in this video should not be used to delay emergency assessment or treatment for symptoms of stroke, heart attack, serious head injury or another medical emergency.

Introduction: Eye Strain, Glaucoma, Cataracts, and the Liver Connection
Amandha: [00:00:00] Hi, there’s me doing an evening video. It’s rare. I’ve been unable to get to you and a lot of my videos and I’ve been racking my brain on when I can do this cause my entire summer schedule is very different than my fall winter schedule. And I’m looking at where people are asking a lot of questions and that’s what I seem to base my themes on for healing.
Amandha: And lately a lot of questions have come up about healing the eye how to use DMSO in the eye properly and how to treat things like glaucoma, open-angle glaucoma specifically we’re talking about. And cataracts and dry eye and weird. Freaky things in the eye. like, you know, you see the little red, you know, blood vessels and all kinds of issues with [00:01:00] vision loss you know, just even tired eyes.
Amandha: We have problem that a lot of us are looking at screens all day, right? The little gadgets everywhere. And also we’re looking at a lot of damaging blue light. That we’re really physically damaging the eye on a topical level, on an, you know, from the out to within. And we’re damaging the eye from a systemic standpoint, an internal standpoint.
Amandha: And I want to address that. And what I generally suggest for people to heal these things naturally, I only if it’s a closed-angle glaucoma emergency situation, would I ever suggest using, you know, surgery methods or you know, steroids or any of these types of drugs. That’s, it only gets to that level if you let it go for a long time.
Amandha: You’ve let your body go. That’s when you set yourself up for [00:02:00] so much trouble. We want to prevent. I mean, that’s really the goal., right? Is to prevent massive amounts of disease in your body by your lifestyle. So yeah, I think this emergency situation that a lot of people get themselves into could have been prevented so far down, you know, in the past.
Amandha: And they don’t have proper practitioners with them to help them prevent these things. They have a medical establishment that is a profit driven corporate, you know, mindset. It’s not about, Hey, we have an individual in front of us who’s Ill. Let’s try to help them. Let’s get them, well, let’s figure it out for them.
Amandha: Not to say there aren’t, you know, some MDs that are awakening and try to be helpful, but mostly, you know, mostly you’ll get the drugs and you won’t get any understanding. And so what I’m here to present is the deeper [00:03:00] understanding of why these things occur from an, you know, a holistic and organ standpoint.
Amandha: So, I will get to, I, I’m doing this as a live Facebook broadcast. I will put this up on my YouTube channel, which is Yummy Mummy Emporium and Apothecary. And so if you go into YouTube and you put in my business name, my channel will come up. And if you’re there, please, you know, do your, like and subscribe dance and share it if you know someone who has problems with the eyes.
Amandha: And, you know, I I do, I take, I’m going to be 44 this year, and I find I strain you know, for computers and so forth to be the primary damage in my life. I have to do where I’m not staring at the screen. I have to, first of all, I put red light filters on all my devices to stop the blue light damage.
Amandha: And I suggest you do the same. Secondly I will take breaks. Yeah. Go figure where I’m looking close all the time, right?
Amandha: And the eye has all these [00:04:00] muscles and innervations and everything all through it. And so just look and gaze. Take a break and gaze off far, you know, then come back and gaze something close and then go back and gaze at something far again.
Amandha: And you’re giving your eyes a little bit of exercise, you’re exercising the muscles. Another good break to take for your eyes is to do, you just did gentle massage with the hands. So just sort of, you’re rubbing around the eye, you’re giving it good massage, you’re helping blood flow, get in there. So this is simple things that you can do to actually get the blood flowing properly to the eye because that’s really what’s going on.
Amandha: And a lot of these diseases is the blood is damaged and it’s not fueling the eye. It’s not feeding the eye. The tissue is getting into deficiency states and problems that way. Right. And that’s the role of the liver. Yes, it is. And these diseases are coming. Anytime I see anyone with eye issues, It’s coming right from the liver, and I’m going to [00:05:00] address their liver immediately.
Amandha: And that’s root cause. Other exercises while I’m on that though, are stretching the eye. So, if you look up to one, one corner, you can feel behind the eye. Do it with me now.. Do it now. So if you go up into the corner, you can feel a stretch behind the eye, go into the other corner, you can feel that stretch.
Amandha: Go to the down to the left and down to the right and hold it there for a moment and feel the stretch behind there. It’s a little thing, but it goes a long way because what ends up happening are all of the tendons in there are pulling the ligaments rather are pulling and they are changing the shape.
Amandha: The actual eyeball shape. And that affects the lens, which is you’re focusing how things focus on for you. Right? And depending on where that pressure’s at, that’s going to give you nearsightedness or farsightedness or other kinds of ocular pressure and as we see in glaucoma and [00:06:00] then the cataracts are just sediment really sedimentation, calcification and the blood flow’s not getting there to clean up debris and can be cured very, actually, quite easily.
Amandha: You don’t need to go for cataract replacement surgery or, I mean, that’s the stuff of horror movies, to have somebody like putting a laser or a knife or anything like in your freaking eye. Like, I will be preventing that at all costs. That is not happening. Okay. and people come up, oh yeah, I had, you know, I had this ca cataract done and I’m going to get this one.
Amandha: I’m like, I, you are beyond brave. You must have been high on a million narcotics because there’s no way in hell anyone is coming at my eye with an instrument, a sharp instrument. Okay, forget it. I will take all the things that I need to take to avoid that. Yeah, that’s just a nightmare scenario for [00:07:00] me.
DMSO Eye Preparations, Concentrations, and Vitamin C
Amandha: Anyway. Don’t know about you. Anyways, so let’s do put other cool shit in our eyes, shall we? Because I like doing that. Let’s do even weirder stuff, but nicer. I have a bunch of things here that I’ll show you that I also use. The main thing I want to help you learn about is dimethyl sulfoxide and DMSO.
Amandha: And you know, a lot of people have seen my DMSO video. I’ve done two. One was my it was actually last year, I did that video and then I did a follow up of some of the products I make with DMSO based on requests from patients and customers and so forth. And if you want to see that video, you can go to my website.
Amandha: It’s yummymummyemporium.org, or you can also go to yummymummyapothecary.com and click on the health section dropdown menu and so forth and go to DMSO. And so the video will pop up like immediately. And then I have protocols down that have written down, and then at the bottom or the [00:08:00] DMSO products that I’ve been making.
Amandha: I think I make 12 or 13 different ones right now. And it’s fun. I like it. And I had another request for an eye solution. And I will I’m going to design it. I just have to source some of the material and with, because with DMSO, it carries everything in well, low molecular weight.
Amandha: Anything. It’ll take and carry transdermally into the skin, wherever you want to put it. And it’s safe to put in the eye at the right concentrations. And I’m having really good feedback and effects using this. I’ve probably been, let me see, how many months now have I had this one going, maybe. Maybe only like five months.
Amandha: It’s not been super long. I made the 20% eye solution first and then I made a 40% and it’s in sterile saline, and now I make a 20% with vitamin C as well in it. And the next formulation’s going to be with glutathione as well as [00:09:00] vitamin C. And I had a discussion with someone about this because I was saying, you know, why do you need to add extra glutathione when DMSO increases glutathione in the body?
Amandha: What is that overkilled? Is that a requirement? You know, it’s a master antioxidant. It’s a huge one for healing the eye. Specifically glaucoma is a big one for that because they see a lot of deficiency in glutathione or an issue with oxidants. Damaging the eye. So free-radical oxidants as a major source of damage to the eye.
Amandha: But that is coming from the fact that the blood’s not being dealt with properly by the liver. Right. And okay, sure. I can make it, it’s a request. I’ll make it, but I’m, I need to think it through and understand what is the benefit of adding it directly versus the indirect.
Amandha: And so, anyway, I’m going to play around with that formulation.
Amandha: They haven’t eaten that well most of their life. So they probably need to be slowing down on their detoxes and making sure they’re getting a lot of their lifestyle choices in like drinking water right now, like not [00:10:00] drinking alcohol like stopping the coffee intake, you know, stop drinking, pop, these kinds of things, which we know are damaging the liver and hence forth damaging the eye.
Amandha: Yep.
Amandha: Pretty simple.
Amandha: Pretty simple. Approaches.
Amandha: Now it does seem to accumulate with age. We have you know, macular degeneration and things like this that occur with age. And that’s understandable to some degree because if you’re, you’ve lived a life where you haven’t been detoxing properly or taking care of yourself, then it sort of catches up with you at some point in time.
Amandha: Yeah. Party like you, you know, party, like you’re going to be young forever, but then when you hit your fifties, That’s not fun. So, you really want to think long term, when you’re you know, out with your buddies and maybe go, man, maybe I shouldn’t have that extra drink. Maybe I should actually have a glass of water instead.
Amandha: That’s an adult choice I can actually make for my health. Then you won’t get as far down the road of disease, right? Alright, so [00:11:00] DMSO is perfectly safe to use in the eye, in proper concentrations. It will not do damage, it will not harm it, it will not do anything negative. The only thing is that you will, it will sting and you might swear
Amandha: So do not do it around young children. And why it stings is because it’s actually physically opening the eye barrier and taking stuff in, and then it closes the barrier up behind it. And while that’s happening, Yeah, it stings and I mean, I’ve used it. I actually kind of like it. It’s a it’s not, it’s, you know, there’s pain that, you know, something bad is happening and then there’s like discomfort.
Amandha: I don’t even, it’s not even like a true pain, it’s just discomfort. But, you know, something good is happening. It’s a very different sensation. And then after it feels so much better. Like, you feel a relief after like, just like a refreshing moment has happened in your eyeball I’ll show you the bottle.
Amandha: This [00:12:00] is the 20% that I’m making.
Amandha: So what I’m having great success with are a lot of people start off with the 20%, either with or without the vitamin C. And they use one to two drops in the eye twice a day. And while they’re also cleaning up their lifestyle and diet and increasing more fruits and vegetables specifically vegetables with carotene in it like, you know, a lot of the carrot family a lot of the squash, pumpkin not just carrots, anything with beta carotene in it.
Amandha: So anything like peppers that are orange, like that color, you know, is the indicator. And then they move up to a 40% when they’re done that round of it. Probably at least two weeks on the 20%. And then they move up to the 40%. And when they do that, they start taking internally one teaspoon of DMSO pure grade, which I do have as well available in larger sizes now.
Amandha: And that is a combo and it’s a real, I read about it in this book here first, like, I’ve done a lot of research on this, but I read it in this book, the [00:13:00] DMSO Handbook for Doctors by Archie h. And I had a really cool guy from the United States call me. I think he’s a Mennonite and so he doesn’t use a computer.
Amandha: So he, but he found out about me from the computer and he wanted to order it because he was pretty much blind. And I’m interested in his case because I really want to see how, so he ordered the drops and the internal, he’s going to do the 40%. And I really want to see how well it heals his his what does he have now?
Amandha: I can’t remember. I think it’s, I’ll remember in a minute what his case was. I think it was just severe macular degeneration. No, it was retinal disease. It was the pigmentosa. retinitis pigmentosa. That’s the one he had. Yeah. Or has. And it’s, but is advanced. And so I’m curious to see how it will do on an advanced case where he can really just only see shadow.
Amandha: Shadow and some movement and one worse, one eye is worse than the other. And I actually photocopied for him this information too. So he had that, you know, backing in [00:14:00] case his doctor was asking, you know, about that or whatnot. So this is really interesting because this is a book full of some of the studies that they did using the DMSO in the eye.
Amandha: There was a comment. It doesn’t hurt that much. It’s just a short stinging, like ocean water in your eyes. Okay. That’s a nice way of saying it. I don’t use it daily though. I use it when I feel I need it. I’m using the 20%. Okay. Yeah, that’s good. That’s how I use it too, because I don’t really have anything going on.
Amandha: I just use it sort of if I feel kind of tired eyes, I’ve been on the computer too long, just preventative more. That’s how I like to use that. And also I’ll test my product from, you know, I make it right. So I want to product control or quality control. I’ll test it here and there, so then I’ll get a little more there.
Retinitis Pigmentosa Research and Historical Eye Cases
Amandha: Yeah. So this guy, oh yeah. So it was retinitis pigmentosa, that’s the one. Retinitis pigmentosa is the leading cause of blindness and the DMSO treatment is simple and effective. It says that one of the first doctors to use DMSO in the eyes was Dr. Robert Hill of Longview [00:15:00] Washington.
Amandha: To some people, his early studies were reported in the January, 1975 Annals of the New York Academy of Sciences. You know, this is the thing that always gets me. This is not news, this is not new stuff. And it had great success rates. So where did it go? Huh? Where did it go? Why are, why do, why is little old me, you know, in Ontario, Canada have to be on, you know the YouTube and or the Facebook and educate people about this?
Amandha: This should be like standard practice, you know? Ridiculous. We all know why, of course, but okay. One early patient with retinitis pigmentosa could see only hand motion with his right eye. And had 20/200, that’s bad vision in his left eye treatment, which consisted of 50% DMSO by eye cup. So he had a extreme that was, that would be as strong as I would do it.[00:16:00]
Amandha: So there’s little eye cups you can buy. You put 50% DMSO, 50% distilled water, or you could use colloidal silver. I make a 50% with colloidal silver. And you can, you do the washing with the eye cup like that. So that’s what he was doing and twice a day. And he started that on February 10th, 1972.
Amandha: Five days later, the patient’s vision improved 20/70. So from 20/200 to 20/70 in the left eye, and he could count fingers at five feet with his right eye. Three months later, his vision was 20/50 in the left eye. A later visual test in 1974 found his vision still 20/50.
Amandha: So it corrected it and it stayed corrected in his left eye and he count fingers at six feet with his right eye. And then a later study was done by Dr. Hill, involving 50 patients with deterioration caused by either retinitis pigmentosa or macular degeneration [00:17:00] Of the 50 DMSO treated patients, 22 had improved visual acuity nine had improved visual fields, and five improved in dark adaptation.
Amandha: Only two patients out of the 50 continued to get worse, and I would harbor a bet that their livers were extremely damaged. There was a lot of nutritional problems. I don’t know if they were just using DMSO, there’s nothing else they were adding into their regime, right? So that’s where a holistic practitioner says, okay, take these things as well because you have to have a more well-rounded approach to your healing.
Amandha: But still just that those are really good results. And okay, so later patients have treatments have shown positive results, not only in retinal problems, but other eye disorders as well. In some cases, the treating physician doesn’t know for sure what’s even causing the eye problem. In these cases, treatment with DMSO is usually indicated.
Amandha: There have been many times a patient is treated with DMSO for arthritis or an injury, and the eyes also get better. So they’re not even using it [00:18:00] directly on the eyes, they’re just using it internally or topically for something else, and they find a side effect. See, there’s a side effect of, a good thing is, oh, my eyes healed, rather than a side effect of a drug, like a corticosteroid.
Amandha: Oh, I have asthma now. Or, oh, you know, I’m internally bleeding. Yeah, not so good. So many doctors have reported, so this is where I got the 40% idea from, was this many doctors have reported positive results with a 40% DMSO solution applied to the eye with an eye dropper.
Amandha: When this treatment is done, usually one drop is applied in each eye once a day or twice as far as I’m concerned.
Amandha: This can be done for all problems involving vision or pain in the eyes. So anything vision or pain. When the DMSO is applied, there’s normally stinging sensation in the eye for 30 or 40 seconds. This is no cause for worry. Normally, after the brief sting, the eyes will feel better than [00:19:00] before treatment.
Amandha: DMSO has been used successfully to treat vision problems of the elderly. One Los Angeles area doctor reported that several patients were able to more easily read fine print after only one week of using DMSO 40% eyedrops. One 90 year old man was unable to read. He was highly educated and owned his own successful business that he had sold 15 years before.
Amandha: When he was 75. He had a large collection of books that he had planned to read during his retirement years. However, by the time he reached 90, he had macular degeneration and other eye problems that made it impossible to read his wife, read some items. To him, but for his books, he hired outside readers.
Amandha: Wow.
Amandha: He was treated daily with 40% DMSO eyedrops. One drop was placed in each eye every day.
Amandha: He also drank one teaspoon of DMSO daily in orange juice. His vision improved during the first week of treatment. One month after starting treatment, this man was able to resume reading the books in his collection.
Amandha: He [00:20:00] also said he could think more clearly and his whole body felt better, more good side effects. And this kind of goes on and on like this, but there’s another cool one with the 40% drops. And I, that’s the one for, oh, I think they didn’t know what the heck was wrong with his vision. It was just really bad.
Liver Support, Castor Oil, Glaucoma, and Whole-Body Eye Care
Amandha: So that is, you can find that’s Robert V. Hill, dimethyl sulfoxide in the treatment of retinal disease, annals of the New York Academy of Sciences, volume 243, pages 485 to 493, and this is a book that I’m reading from again. All right, so.. So that would be your first thing to, to approach to go to would be the DMSO and your, what’s going on inside your body?
Amandha: What’s happening with your liver? That the liver is not soft enough that is not allowing its own blood flow to proliferate, because, said, in Chinese medicine the liver, so they say this, you can see the [00:21:00] soul through the eyes. Well, it’s really the liver that you’re seeing in the eyes. You know, that anyone who has liver problems and they get jaundice, it’s called icterus and it’s the white of the eye actually goes yellow.
Amandha: And that’s a type of, that’s right there. I mean, you can see the relationship between the liver and the eye. I mean, if you need something more than just Chinese medicine, that’s 2000 years old to inform you. But the meridians are also very telling from the acupuncture meridians and as well the, so the liver blood itself that nourishes the eye. So if the liver itself is damaged, then that blood can no longer flow to help the eye. And that’s where we start to see disease. So doing castor oil packs over the liver is a good idea. Doing liver detoxes like coffee enemas doing any type of juicing that will assist the liver, like using a lot of beets and carrot, these types of vegetables is a good way to go.
Amandha: Obviously, stopping the things that damage the liver, like we talked [00:22:00] about. Alcohol, pop, coffee and foods that congest the liver, which are fried fats sugar often wheat often dairy meat can sometimes very be very hard to digest. It takes a lot of enzymes to do that. So it says taxing on the liver.
Amandha: So it could be a problem for people. And corn also can be very difficult to digest. And so thinking about that with your own lifestyle and your own body making sure that you’re adjusting the diet. This is the 40%. You can find that on my website. Whoop, come on. 40% dimethyl sulfoxide. In normal saline, which is isotonic.
Amandha: So I sterilize it, sterilize the bottle, sterilize the liquid, and so that’s on my website. Okay. And then so back to, so cool. Cool. You know, castor oil too. So castor oil. I have the one that is pure because you need the right grade of castor oil, not only for the [00:23:00] liver, but you can actually heal cataracts using castor oil in the eyes as well.
Amandha: So you can put a couple of drops in the eye before you go to bed. Each night, and it will heal kind of out as you sleep. And what it’ll do is it helps soften the tissues. It’ll help to break up a lot of that material back there. And I would do it in combination with the DMSO. I would probably do the DMSO earlier.
Amandha: Let the barrier close off again and then do the castor oil drops before bed. And I do know a lot of people who’ve used this with great success. So you don’t need to go surgical. You can actually do some things that are pretty cheap and easy to heal the eye and it will heal other layers of the eye, not just the lens itself.
Amandha: You know, it will deal with all the tissues. Because it’s a very delicate tissue, right? It has a lot of the vitreous humor has a lot of fluid in it. And so obviously seeing hydrated is a big part of that too. Like if you’re getting [00:24:00] dry eye at all, then you’re not drinking enough water.
Amandha: I mean, just straight up the gate. Another couple things I have that are kind of cool I have these Pleo Muc eyedrops. So these are a, an ophthalmic Demulcent, which is a soften. Demulcent is something that soothes and softens. So you can combine it with the DMSO. I have a few people who are working with different drops for healing their eyes.
Amandha: Now if it’s glaucoma, it’s tricky because you have to do multiple things because it’s the body itself. It’s not the, it’s not so much the eye. It is the liver and it is the toxins and the end, the free radicals in the body and that needs to be dealt with and cleaned up. You can’t just treat the eye and hope your glaucoma’s going to go away.
Amandha: You gotta do the real deal. You gotta do the full body. Now cataracts you can do just, you know, if you want to, you can just do topical. And I find that clears up really fast. We found glaucoma is a little more advanced, comes on a lot with age, and it’s a real [00:25:00] accumulation of the body. So you do have to do holistic approaches usually to really heal that properly.
Amandha: So, you know, be aware you can’t just. Necessarily put a couple drops of things in your eyes and it’s going to go away. It’s systemic, it’s your liver. You gotta get onto that. I have another one, it’s Euphrasia. I have it in homeopathic, so this is a homeopathic for the eyes. There’s multiple kinds, but this is a popular one.
Amandha: It’s a general for eye health, so you can take that internally as well. eyebright is the plant and I also have it, it’s called Euphrasia. Stilly doses should be on my website under the homeopathic section. And that as well can be applied into the eye as a plant that supports the healing of the eye tissue.
Amandha: And that would be good to combine with DMSO because of the caring capacity of DMSO to the deeper levels of the tissue type to get the delivery there, to heal that. Of course, anytime you use DMSO, [00:26:00] anytime you use MSM sulfur please increase your magnesium levels.
Amandha: First of all just alone, they found in people who have glaucoma, their magnesium levels are really low, and that’s most likely a very large contributing factor or at least a perpetuating factor.
Amandha: Because if the magnesium’s used up, so it is, it’s either the body is depleted and that’s contributed to the disease, or in that state, the body is trying to utilize a lot of magnesium to heal it, you know, so it’s either before or after the cart. the horse is either before or after the cart?
Amandha: Probably both. And this is the one I prefer I’ve talked about before. It’s the ease. It’s topical what I would do I would do the 10 sprays twice a day on my, over my liver for one. And I’d use it, I like to use it on my chest, but I would put it on my hands with DMSO or I have it in my DMSO with added nutrients.
Amandha: I have that. I had vitamin C and then, and I had done other stuff, [00:27:00] but I have magnesium too. But I would just sort of pat the whole area. And because I, I am this one, I wouldn’t get in the eye. That one is not meant for eye tissue, but I would get it close to the eye with DMSO so that it’s taken into that localized area.
Amandha: And that’s how I would roll with that. And it’s it crucial for detoxing to have enough of this. And DMSO will detox you, so you want to get your magnesium levels up up. And that’s the better way to do it, rather than taking a supplement, which, you know, I sometimes will suggest that people take a magnesium supplement for their gut that, that go into the gut and use topical for maximum saturation levels.
Carotenoids, Magnesium, Colloidal Silver, and Additional Supports
Amandha: Oh, I do have, I wanted to show you have this carrot powder. So if you want to really get your carotenoids up and you don’t have time to juice every day, or you’re not, you know, you hate carrots for some reason, who hates carrots? Come on. Okay. My daughter hates [00:28:00] carrots, but I mean,, who’s an adult, hates carrots but anyway, you can use one teaspoon a day and you’ll get quite a bit of your carotenoid levels that assist with the free radical scavenging of the particular free radicals that are causing problems with the eyes. Cool. And then I do have colloidal silver. I make large bottles of colloidal silver.
Amandha: Now, I, like, I make this, I make colloidal silver. It’s a very high quality one, and I have it in larger quantities now. I wanted to tell you about that. Other thing that I like and that I suggest for people who are trying to heal their liver, and they’re just still at the beginning stages. You know, they’re, they know they have eye problems because the second they come in, I’ll say, you know, and they have a, I look at their eyes for one, does a doctor really like identify disease by looking at the eyes?
Amandha: I mean, unless you come in and you say you have an eye problem, they’re not going to look right. But I look immediately at those things because then I’m going to see where the level of the liver is at. And if they complain, if they’re wearing glasses, for one, I [00:29:00] know they’ve already got liver problems, but if they are, you know, coming in and I said I say, okay, what’s going on?
Amandha: Tell me the symptoms. Are you having any issues with your eyes or pain in the eyes or dry eye or whatever? we’ve linked it to the liver because of that, then I’ll suggest they start on the HeparPlex. It’s a biomed product, and so it’s a milk thistle in there that supports the liver function.
Amandha: And this one has Shandra as well in it. So it’s a combo of the Cerin and the Shandra together, which is, it’s quite a powerful supplement just to help, you know, get ahead.
Amandha: cause a lot of people, they haven’t done anything like their whole lives. They just expect the body to just continually work for them all the time.
Amandha: And when things start to go off, they’re like, well, what ha, what’s, you know, just give me a pill doc. Right? And while I, you know, counsel them on eating and lifestyle changes and quitting smoking and drinking and all this destructive behavior and get them to love themselves again, because [00:30:00] that’s where it all comes from and stress, you know, proper stress management.
Amandha: Then I’ll use these these supplements just to get them by while they’re used to sort of pill popping, right? But then I move them even onto the teas. I have a lot of teas supporting the liver and I prefer. More to go more into the drinking, eating aspect of things as much as possible. But yeah the other thing I will suggest is for liver is the Hazelwood jewelry.
Amandha: I know it’s amazing the fact that you can wear a wood from a tree on your skin and it helps you liver. It blows my mind too. But I have medical jewelry in stock and this one has lava beads that you can put essential oils on, and there are essential oils that help with the eyes as well.
Amandha: frankincense is one of them helichrysum is another one. You know, there’s good options that will help the blood circulation flow. And so this is sort of double duty where you can put the essential oils on the lava beads and you can wear it and then [00:31:00] you get the aromatherapy, you get the interaction of the skin, and then you get the Hazelwood interaction of the skin.
Amandha: And it, what it seems to do is have increased phase two liver detox. So the phase two gets sluggish and then you get backup of all the breakdown products and the toxins and they just recirculate in the blood. And that can cause all kinds of tissue damage and free radical damage. So if you can just I have a lot of eczema as well as caused by liver.
Amandha: The liver problems, right? Skin issues, psoriasis, that’s all liver. And a lot of people who use this and my eczema cream and they heal quite quickly because it just helps the take the burden off the liver. Like, just think about it, it’s the liver’s backed up. It, you’re, you know, you’ve thrown all this junk in there and then you want it to work for you, but you don’t give it anything to do the work.
Amandha: I mean, it’s really not hard to figure out, oh well, hey, Maybe we should help the liver and by like helping it detox in. Okay, it’s trying to push toxins out through the skin. So how about we help it come out more? How about [00:32:00] we help that happen more and get it out so then we don’t have the rash instead of let’s put cortisone on it and stop it.
Amandha: Stop. Don’t do that. You know, suppress and make the liver damage worse. Like how? Stupid is that? It’s the worst last thing you ever want to do. If you have cortisone, throw that shit in the garbage, actually go give it back to the pharmacy so they dispose of that poison properly.
Amandha: But you know what I’m saying? Cortisone is a stop gap. Tiny little measure that will only make everything worse because it’s the whole point is that the inflammation and everything coming off of the body. Is on purpose because the body’s innately intelligence. It’s actually doing that for a reason to keep you kind of alive and stuff.
Amandha: So you want to assist the body. Just write a little note to self: I will assist my body in its brilliance in what it’s trying to do to keep me breathing. Yay. Right? So, hey, get the poop out for one. So do it enema, because then the body doesn’t have to keep detoxing [00:33:00] your own impacted fecal matter in your colon.
Amandha: That’s one way to get things moving, like metaphorically. And actually and the coffee enemas are a way to get your glutathione levels. Hey, which heals glaucoma guys, anybody. And that’s like 700% in one retention Coffee enema. You increase glutathione levels 700% in liver and 600% in the intestines.
Amandha: Yep.
Amandha: And that’s maybe like an hour or two hours of your time. I know the first time’s kind of rough doing a coffee enema, but after that it’s pretty easy., do you kinda, you know, the learning curve is kind of steep. Yeah. Sometimes there’s a mess, but once you do that, you’re like, oh my God, it feels so awesome.
Amandha: I’m doing that again,. But I mean, this is the whole, you gotta get it this in your head, right? That the problem is not, oh, my body’s just screwing up. It’s, no, the body’s brilliant. It’s just trying to [00:34:00] do everything, but you’re not giving it the right fuel. You’re not giving it the nutrition, you’re not giving it the building blocks to heal it.
Audience Q&A: Mercury Fillings, Iodine, Cayenne, Cholesterol, and Detox
Amandha: You’re not giving it things that can actually help it move along. Okay. Am I beating a dead horse yet? Okay, good. Okay, let me go to comments. Hello, happy smiley faces. Hi. Hi. Hi. Good to see you. Can you use this in your eyes if you have mercury fillings? Yes. Do you have mercury fillings in your eyes?
Amandha: Then you can use it. And in fact, you should, because now the rest of the DMSO that isn’t going to be used in the eye that’s circulating everywhere, will grab onto some of that mercury crap and take it out of the body. Because when you have fillings, you’re constantly actually poisoning yourself. Every chew or anytime you drink a hot beverage, right, you’re adding mercury load to your body, so it’ll actually help you get it out of the body.
Amandha: The only stipulation with the mercury fillings is you don’t want to put it directly on the mercury filling. Like, I don’t want to go and take [00:35:00] 99.995% DMSO and go and like touch that all up in there. That’s just dumb., I’m not going to do that. I make facelift in a jar, which is my most popular DMSO skin cream.
Amandha: And people ask me all the time, can I put it on my cheek because I have fillings that yes, you can put it on your cheek because you, it’s filtering through your actual skin, right? So it’s not it’s not going to be immediately, you’re not binding it with the mercury that’s on the filling and then swallowing it or anything like that.
Amandha: So a lot of that what I’ve read about DMSO is most of it is actually very protective to the body against a lot of these poisons. And if you do have mercury fillings, I think one of the biggest things would be to work very hard and diligently to find a mercury free, mercury safe biological dentist to remove those fillings as soon as heavenly possible because you’re constantly poisoning your body and it’s just a, it’s a chronic burden and it’s just one more thing that your body has to deal with.
Amandha: Right. Okay. And what are [00:36:00] your thoughts on adding iodine and cayenne to DMSO for eyedrops? Well, irate. Yeah, absolutely. And I’m considering making something like that, although I’ve just been combining it with the the Stella doses that I get. The unes doses cayenne. Yeah, cayenne is actually, I’m hearing of this of people putting in their eye.
Amandha: I, you know, it’s funny because I make a cayenne pepper, joint care pepper rub for people with arthritis. And I often say like, don’t touch your eye. Cause it hurts when you get it in the eye. But it also increases blood flow, right? So, I mean, go for it. I would just, you have to keep the doses, like, it will carry it deep and do your proper research.
Amandha: If you want to blend something, if you want to make a concoction, you just do your research and get the right percentages because the only thing that’s going to damage the eyes is stuff you put with it. If you go too crazy y you know, beyond 50% DMSO, you don’t want to go there. You want to make sure that you’re using it [00:37:00] sterile.
Amandha: You want to make sure that you’ve also got saline. So you’re using it as a salt water. You’re making a salt solution for the eye properly. And you, if whatever you’re adding, it’s gotta be low percentage. It’s like 1.25%. Oh, no higher than two, like 2% is probably even too high. And I wouldn’t do more than two different items together in that drop.
Amandha: But if I were going to do something, I think I would do it in another application, like make another eyedrop with two other products in it. Okay. What’s best for cholesterol? Okay, so if your cholesterol is high, again, that’s problem with the liver. And what’s happening is there’s chronic inflammation in the body that the liver can’t deal with.
Amandha: The blood is thick, heavy, viscous, and coagulating. The platelets are sticky, and cholesterol is your bandaid. It’s your it’s the night in shining armor. If you have high cholesterol, you have a knight in shining armor coming to rescue you and save your life. And then these [00:38:00] fools go ahead and give a statin, and they decrease the cholesterol thinking that they’re doing something good when now they’re actually removing your hero from the story.
Amandha: So the evil can take over your body in the form of calcifications and therefore stroke and heart attack. So it’s a joke that they say that your cholesterol being high, you know, is a risk of heart attack. Yeah. Yeah. Okay.
Amandha: If you never, ever did anything again, and you just kept your cholesterol going and you never.
Amandha: ate a vegetable and you just kept drinking and smoking and partying and not eating healthy food, and you just left, kept your inflammation levels going outta control. Eventually what’s going to happen? There’s going to be so much cholesterol and so many things, so many processes are breaking down that it’ll start to collect in areas and start clogging things.
Amandha: That’s what you see. You know, often in the heart, you’re getting arteries blocked because it just says nowhere to go anymore. You’ve just, you know that it’s far gone to get to that stage. If there is hypercholesterolemia though, that is [00:39:00] an indicator of chronic inflammation and you better get your ass in gear and clean it up.
Amandha: Not the statin’s not going to do that for you. It’s actually going to progress things because now you’ve taken away the bandaid. You’ve not dealt with the liver, you’ve not dealt with the blood, and you’ve certainly not dealt with the inflammation. So find out what’s going on and usually it’s, I mean, 80% of it is your liver.
Amandha: You can always heal a huge amount of diseases by dealing with the liver. He, you know, that’s why in in the Gerson therapy, when they do the juicing and the coffee enemas they’re healing, most disease doing that because they’re cleaning up the liver and the blood, it’s blood is life, you know, it’s it’s really not rocket science.
Amandha: Okay. Hello? I eat too many nuts. I’m sure it’s not good for the liver.. Well, if you’re eating nuts, they should be pre soaked. Anything that should go in the ground as a seed or will grow into something it should be washed [00:40:00] because it has phytic acid on it. I’ve talked about this for many moons.
Amandha: And it’s, we’re not really meant to eat certain things. You know, we’re meant to eat plants, sprouts. Some tubers are even questionable., are we supposed to really eat tubers? I like to in the fall. Certain if it’s a tree nut versus a ground nut, those are, they’re different. They digest differently.
Amandha: So it depends on what nut you’re talking about really. Hi, Elaine. Okay. Is folic acid good to take for high cholesterol? Well, I mean, sure, but again high cholesterol is a chronic situation of inflammation and there’s a lot of things your body’s going to probably need, and it’s going to be specific to you.
Amandha: Yeah. You need folic acid for a major part of your detoxing pathways. Absolutely. I don’t like folic acid. It’s in that state, it’s synthetic. I use methyl folate and make sure you take it with B12. Methyl B12 is [00:41:00] one I usually prefer because one deficiency can mask the other.
Amandha: So, yeah.
Amandha: Okay DMSO versus turpentine For detox I really like the turpentine. I usually get a one, I get the pine nut oil from the Ringing Cedars of Russia company and they have a really nice I often have it in the store. I just haven’t in a little while. I haven’t brought that in, but I’ve been intending to.
Amandha: I really like it. I put in a lot of my skincare and so I just have enough that I’ve saved for making my wrinkle reducer. Cause I put it in there, but I’m going to have to buy it again soon. So I’ll probably buy it for the store. But they’ve got a new one, I think it’s a higher percentage of of the turpentine resin in it.
Amandha: So it’s pine oil with the resin. I really like that one because it’s not too intense. So, but they both detox you? I haven’t really done a comparative study on the way in which the differences of that. I like them both. I would combine them both, to be honest and remember. DMSO is your gate [00:42:00] opener.
Amandha: It’s not just that it detoxes you see it, it’s that it allows access to tissues. That’s huge because you can drink your turpentine. Right? But is it getting to the location? That’s what you have to, the question you have to ask. And if it, and your purpose for using it, if it’s just for detox, well, yeah, you’re going to do detox inside your intestinal tract, that’s fine.
Amandha: You’re, you know, trying to balance out candida or you’re trying to treat cancer with it, that kind of stuff. I would still take it with the DMSO at the same time and allow for greater access. Ob obviously, it’s only going to carry the small molecular weight aspects of the turpentine, right. And the rest will just be process and digested.
Amandha: Statins dries up the cholesterol and that’s why people end up with Alzheimer’s as the brain is made of cholesterol and so are the sex hormones. Yeah, I mean it’s absurd. We’ve really divorced all [00:43:00] of these terms away from what’s really going on. Like people just have these buzzwords in their head, but they don’t know what they’re talking about.
Amandha: Right. Like cholesterol’s a backbone of all the hormones. It’s your backbone of Yeah. Making your myelin your fat. I mean it’s kind of dumb. I mean, if you know anything about biochemistry and like physiology and so forth, then it’s pretty dumb. Yeah. And also the fact that, again, with the Alzheimer’s part, not only that, but then they’re still have the chronic inflammation and the thick visus blood and the blood’s not getting to the brain.
Amandha: And that’s also part of the Alzheimer’s picture. Right. The blood flow is not getting to the brain. Right. I think that’s happening in a lot of people. I think it was a study I read that. About coffee there, that drinking one cup of coffee decreases blood flow to the brain by 40%. And so on top of it, you know, we’re adding these types of extra chemicals in that are reducing [00:44:00] specific type of blood flow, because think about what it’s doing.
Amandha: You don’t need, you don’t need all of your brain use when you feel like you’re in a stressful situation. You just need the part of your brain that is responding to emergency stressful situations. You’re in a fight or flight mode when you drink coffee. So you don’t need to really be thinking conceptually or having a moment of reverie
Amandha: You’re like, where the fuck is the bear? How do I get outta here?
Amandha: I, you know, it’s all survival thinking. It’s a, it’s, no, I think it’s the is it prefrontal cortex is like the decision making. She’s like, okay. I think that goes away I think the critical thing, he goes away and I think it’s just a reptilian brain or something, just saying, where do I, how do I get outta here?
Amandha: Right. So that’s what we do every single day and when we drink coffee is you know, shut down the brain. So opposite of kind of what we need. Yeah. Just saying. Alright. The video stopped. Did [00:45:00] it start again? Hope, hopefully. Okay. How would you suggest internal DMSO until you can get fillings removed?
Internal DMSO, Eye-Injury Experience, and Blending Questions
Amandha: Well, if you want to take it internally, then you’re going to have to drink it with a straw, I guess. Right? You mean you don’t want to wash it over your mouth. You’ll have to really kind of sip it into the back of your throat with a straw. That’s what I’d probably do.
Amandha: Until you can get them removed.
Amandha: Otherwise just use it.
Amandha: You just use it topically. You know what I’d probably do? I’d just use it topically. And then use the MSM sulfur crystals internally and MSM will turn into a good proportion of it will turn into DMSO in the body, but it’s not reactive oxygen reactive in the same way. So you could get around it using the MSM.
Amandha: I like the Happy Body one. Yeah. So, but DMSO in the eyes is fantastic. Honestly, I’m getting customer feedback that their cataracts are decreasing pain and their discomfort. They’re very happy with the product. They get a lot of, you know, good cases happening and I’m really happy about it.
Amandha: It’s [00:46:00] nice. It’s very rewarding when., you make something like this and then you have people who are suffering and they use it and they heal and they feel better and then they get back to you. And it’s really nice to hear it because, you know, it’s not always going to work a hundred percent of the time on everybody necessarily because everyone’s an individual.
Amandha: But when you get good feedback like that for states of disease where they would have to go, you know, through surgery or something severe to try to manage it it’s very good and it’s, there are lots of good testimonials on its use. And something weird happened to me,, I was at the park with my daughter and I was on the swing because I decided to go on the swings for a little bit with her and a stupid no-see-um or some kind of bug.
Amandha: Got into my eye, and it got up into the upper lid and I could not get it out. I tried, I, I could not get the darn thing out, and it was so painful, and I, it, and actually my whole upper lid [00:47:00] got inflamed and swollen and I couldn’t really open my eye, couldn’t see out of it. And I, and like I was washing it, I was eye cupping.
Amandha: It, I was doing everything to get this, washed this out. I was using techniques to try to get it out from behind the eye and stuff. It was crazy. And then I, you know, I, when bedtime came around, I just, I put the DMSO drops in there and went to bed. And in the morning it was great. It was it had healed.
Amandha: It was all inflamed and injected, and it was looking really rough. And then I had done that. What, and there was something I had to do the next day. Of course. Oh yeah, the next day my film crew is coming because I’ve, we’ve been making this really cool sort of a yummy mummy hole like show. Anyway, long story, but it’s been like professional cameras, like the whole, you know, crew.
Amandha: And that was the next day and I’m like, oh, that’s awesome. Yeah, of course that’s, of course I get a flipping [00:48:00] bug in my eye. And then it was good though with the DMSO. So that’s another good thing if you’re in either show business or you’re, you know, you can’t afford to have a red sclera, then DMSO is for you.
Amandha: I’ll tell you because that was cleared up the next day and it was great. Okay, so I’ll take a few more comments if there are, and then I just want to keep this kind of not too long if I can. Where are we? MSM? Yep. What is your opinion on using DMSO straight on the eyes, followed by magnesium oil as some people have done it?
Amandha: Hey, I mean, if some people have done it and they’ve lived to tell the tale, you know, go for it. If you want to, I would just caution your doses, you know, make sure you’re using the diluted DMSO cause you don’t want extra tissue damage if you don’t want, you know, it’s, it is a delicate tissue. So use the right percentage.
Amandha: And if I haven’t, I just haven’t looked at it. I haven’t looked at the, I’m sure you can [00:49:00] use magnesium with DMSO in the eye. I just haven’t looked at the exact type that’s being used. It’s really all, all about type and percentage that comes down to.. So I haven’t looked at that. Like maybe it’s epso salts and it’s that, you know, diluting Epsom salts into the saline that is good to use, you know?
Amandha: So yeah there’s a kind of, sky’s the limit, I think, on solutions. What about Lugol’s iodine and DMSO? So, yeah, certainly. I like to use personally the one I use in my DMSO with added nutrients, which is on my website, which is yummy mummy emporium. org under the DMSO section. That one is by biotics and it’s not yellow, like it’s non staining, and it’s very gentle and I would probably prefer to use the pure.
Amandha: Potassium iodide. That one that they have is, it doesn’t even taste off or anything. Like taste that iodine [00:50:00] taste it blends well. It would blend well, it would be interesting to mix. I, so, yeah, I put it in my DMSO ad nutrients, but I don’t use the Lugol’s in that one. So, Lugol’s is two types of iodine together and it’s staining, so I’d just be careful with stuff that’s staining and DMSO just be careful.
Amandha: I would maybe do, if you do want to play around with that, then do it on like, the bottom of your foot or do it somewhere just to see how long the staining lasts for. You know, just be wise when you’re making something, we’re playing with chemistry, really. We’re using chemistry. Ideally, what would be good to, to do, and this is what I do, if I’m going to blend something, I go and look at the actual chemistry of it, this specific chemistry, and then I try to understand if the chemistry blends are good.
Amandha: So that’s, you know, that’s what you can go right to the chemistry, read about it and also look for other people that have done different blends and then sort of go from there and build it up from there. Alright, so I’ll wrap it up. But I really do [00:51:00] think the DMSO in the eyes is fantastic and I realize that a lot of, I don’t think you can even find the products like the ones that I make, I haven’t been able to really find anywhere else, which is kind of exciting and kind of also odd.
Amandha: But I do know that if you want it made, compounding pharmacies can make it for you. But I think they charge a heck of a lot of money.. I mean, I used to work for compounding pharmacy and I know just the compounding fee itself is like 50 bucks and then whatever the material costs are. So, you know, and I’m selling mine.
Amandha: My, I think my, I can’t remember. One is 1850, the other is 2150, something like that. Can’t remember how prices. Oh my God. But anyway, you know, so I’m trying to provide like this solution that’s at an affordable price, right. Rather than having to go to your compounding pharmacy to get it done. Yeah. And, but it’s, it has excellent usability.
Amandha: It, I’m having great results with it. I [00:52:00] would use it pretty regularly. I, like I did suggest at the beginning to take breaks off of it. So use it a little while, then take breaks which is wise for almost anything anyway. Cause you want to see the effect and you want to also allow the body to sort of take over once you’ve supplemented things for a while or once you’ve assisted the body for a while.
Solar Gazing, Fasting, and Closing Remarks
Amandha: and I’m really glad you could join me today. If you want to look at any of these products, just let me know. But most of it should be on my website. I’m constantly adding to my website and I do everything myself and by hand. So if you don’t see something there then shoot me an email and or a message through my website and, you know, I’ll find it for you or I’ll get it on there eventually.
Amandha: and I feel if I have, you know, if you’ve reached out to me and I haven’t been able to get back to you just try me again because I get really overwhelmed with requests and I, it’s hard for me to get back to people and I feel really bad because I never even thought that would happen to me because [00:53:00] I’m pretty organized.
Amandha: But I just got so many emails and requests that I physically just haven’t been able to get back to everybody. And there’s some that I’ve gotten lost in that shuffle. And so,, it’s not intentional. It’s not intentionally that I don’t respond. It’s just that I’m doing too much and I can’t get to everybody.
Amandha: So, those who get through to me are a little persistent and it’s, and I say they apologize for it. I say, no, it’s okay. You can be persistent because I kind of need that. Maybe if you could like be a little bit like by a secretary to me or a receptionist, that would be good too.. But yeah, take care of your eyes.
Amandha: Oh, the other thing I just wanted to mention before I go is you can look up something called solar gazing. and I used to do this when I lived in an area where I could solar gaze appropriately at the right time. And it really is powerful for you can throw your glasses away doing this method. And I was blessed to meet one of the [00:54:00] gentlemen that taught me how to do this.
Amandha: His name’s HRM, or Hira Ratan Manek. He’s an Indian man, very powerful Indian man who doesn’t eat food. He just drinks sun charged water. He do walks. So in the morning, on the morning dew, he walks barefoot in the dew and he sun gazes daily I think twice daily. And that’s how he lives. He doesn’t need to get any other sustenance, which is amazing.
Amandha: And if you watch my video on cold laser, it makes sense because the cold laser, when I was doing the research, it showed that our mitochondria can get fuel from light so it can use photonic energy from light. to fuel the cell and we eat to make ATP to fuel the cell, right? That’s the glucose. So it does actually make sense that he’s fueling his cells using light.
Amandha: He’s just using light from the sun. He’s using light that’s charged in water. He’s using light that’s charged in due [00:55:00] water and living and not needing food. So that’s pretty impressive. Anyway, on his website, solarhealingcenter.com, I believe it is. There’s a method to properly and safely solar gaze.
Amandha: There’s only safe times to do it. You have to start slowly and work up. So be just educate yourself if you’re interested in doing that method. Learn everything about it. Join a forum of people who are doing it for support. And, but I loved my time that I was doing solar gazing. I think I got up to, how many minutes did I do?
Amandha: maybe eight or nine minutes maybe. I was up pretty high. And it was also very spiritually quite supportive. So there’s more ways to live than just, and you know what I also think fasting is important as well. I do tw you know, you can do a 12 hour fast and just sort of break the fast a little bit before bed, just really drinking water throughout the day.
Amandha: I do a lot of fasting. I just [00:56:00] feel better when I fast. I think the less food we eat, the longer and healthier we’ll live for granted. We’re getting enough nutrients to run the body and granted we’re getting enough light to help the cell function properly. So that was something else I wanted to mention about the solar gazing for healing the eyes.
Amandha: And even if you can’t open the eyes, you can start with your eyes closed, your eyelids closed while you do the solar gazing.. So that was a very important thing that I’ve practiced myself with great success and what I felt with me is it just stabilized my eyes. I was wearing a little bit of glasses when I drive and that’s all I needed for, and still to this day, that’s all I needed for, it was like, once I was progressing at that time, my eyesight and it just sort of stabilized my eyesight.
Amandha: So it never got worse from that time period, which is pretty interesting. But I’m going to use it more for my own eye my eyes for eyesight myself. I haven’t been, I haven’t used it enough on myself. But now that I’ve got all these cool testimonials from people, I’m like, Hey, I should really be using this for [00:57:00] myself more for the eyesight part of it.
Amandha: I’d like to do that. Alright, well thank you very much for joining me and I hope to talk to you again soon and I’m glad I got a video up because it’s been a little while and everything’s been really., it’s super busy, but that’s how life goes. You just roll with it, right? And make sure you take care of yourself.
Amandha: Make sure you love yourself and stop self sabotaging yourself. You are worthy, you deserve better. And I know this world’s really messed up, but it’s all our own responsibility to take care of our temples. And we need to find the information required and just keep seeking, keep asking questions, you know, dig deeper and don’t give up.
Amandha: Just keep, just when you feel like giving up, you know, say, I give up, throw out your hands and then take a breath and then keep going,. Okay? So you can do it. I know you can. Alright, well, yes, please like, [00:58:00] and subscribe to my channel and if you’re going to comment, thanks for some nice comments. And my website again is yummy mummy emporium. org.
Amandha: All right. Thanks so much. Have a lovely day.
