Detoxing Your Liver and Intermittent Fasting

In this live Facebook video, I discuss how to detox the liver, slowly and properly, understanding the key nutrients required in each of the liver detox phases including the 6 liver detox lineages of the 2nd phase. I talk about how to generally do intermittent fasting and why heavy fasting can be too intense, at least for novices.
Between insulin and cholesterol, there is more of an entwined relationship than what I was simplifying, so let me clarify: It is insulin resistance that is the main cause of the increase in cholesterol, when insulin is constantly having to be used again and again (is high) and the organ becomes worn out, sugar stays in the blood leading to insulin resistance, then cholesterol increases to deal with the damage from the sugars being in the blood where they shouldn’t be.
