Coming off Pharmaceutical Drugs
Coming Off Pharmaceutical Drugs: Video Overview
In this live discussion about coming off pharmaceutical drugs, Amandha Vollmer (ADV) explains the framework she uses when people want to reduce or discontinue prescription medications. She begins by distinguishing symptom suppression from what she considers root-cause care and repeatedly notes that many medications should not simply be stopped. Her discussion focuses on preparing the body, understanding the individual drug and watching for withdrawal or rebound effects as the dose changes.
Amandha first works through statins and blood-pressure medications, then turns to psychiatric drugs, thyroid medication and insulin. She describes which medicines she believes are easier or harder to discontinue and discusses nutrition, hydration and organ support within her holistic approach. She also encourages viewers to research the specific medication and speak with a pharmacist, particularly when heart medications or drugs affecting neurotransmitters are involved.
Later sections address pain medications and birth-control pills before moving into metformin, antibiotics and corticosteroid treatments. The recording includes an extended terrain and contagion discussion, then closes with general tapering principles and audience questions about lymphatic support. Amandha’s treatment recommendations and claims about individual drugs reflect her perspectives from the recording rather than individualized deprescribing guidance.

Important Context & Safety
Educational context: This video presents Amandha Vollmer’s personal framework for reducing or discontinuing pharmaceutical medications. She begins by arguing that drugs often suppress symptoms rather than address what she considers the underlying cause. At the same time, she repeatedly acknowledges that medications differ. Some, in her view, may be easier to stop, while others can produce dependence, withdrawal or rebound effects and therefore require a slower approach.
The recording moves through statins and blood-pressure medications before discussing antidepressants, anti-anxiety drugs, thyroid medication, insulin, pain medications, birth-control pills, metformin, antibiotics and corticosteroid treatments. Amandha frequently recommends nutrition, hydration and what she calls organ or terrain support alongside medication reduction. She also tells viewers to research the specific drug and formulation, ask a pharmacist about its effects and seek help obtaining smaller doses when a gradual taper is needed. These are Amandha’s recommendations and interpretations from the original recording.
Safety context: Medication withdrawal is drug-specific, and the taper schedules discussed in this recording should not be applied as a universal plan. Antidepressants and benzodiazepines can produce significant withdrawal symptoms and generally require individualized gradual reduction; abrupt benzodiazepine withdrawal can cause life-threatening seizures. Some blood-pressure medicines can produce rebound hypertension or serious cardiac effects when stopped suddenly. Insulin should not be stopped abruptly because severe hyperglycemia and diabetic ketoacidosis can result. Anyone changing a prescription medication should make the plan with an appropriately qualified prescriber or pharmacist, especially for psychiatric, cardiac, seizure, thyroid or diabetes treatment.
Medical emergencies: Information in this video should not be used to delay emergency assessment or treatment for symptoms of stroke, heart attack, serious head injury or another medical emergency.

Introduction: Medications, Root Cause, and General Withdrawal Principles
Amandha: Hello and welcome everyone. I felt inspired to talk about how to get off of medications. I’m not gonna be able to go through all the medications, obviously, and I wanna be. I’m gonna be a little general with some of them, but I’m gonna talk about some of the drugs that are very common and that are I’m always taking people off these, most of ’em are absolutely worthless drugs.
Amandha: So I wanna go through a few of them. So any drug will slow or stop a metabolic process and, how is that health? Okay your body, is a metabolic machine. And if you slow or stop a metabolic process, what do you think is going to happen to your health? There is no drug that you are gonna take for the rest of your life that’s going to provide you.
Amandha: and we are in a very captured system that has ensured that we believe that drugs are good for us or help us with their health on some level. There’s a lot look at the marketing alone and what I see when people, they’ll say, well, if I didn’t have the drug, it would’ve, you know, without the drug, it would’ve been really bad for me, or this bad thing would’ve happened to me.
Amandha: But I’m noticing people are usually very shortsighted and they don’t understand how they’ve been set up. To fail and to then be on a drug or need a life-saving emergency situation. And what has happened and what the controllers have done is they do this on a lot of levels as well as health.
Amandha: It’s called problem reaction solution when you go to a physician and they never instruct you on how to eat properly, how to exercise, the type of water to drink how to heal the body on any level using just nature, using common sense. And you’ve gone an entire lifetime of not only not being instructed on basic prevention, but also as child you’ve been already injured by vaccines or by another intervention that they’ve done with drugs or surgery.
Amandha: And you see, so it starts either young or it starts where insidiously, where you’re not actually being cared for medically. And if you don’t know how to take care of your health and you don’t know how to eat right, and you don’t know how to manage stress levels or all these kinds of things, you haven’t taken that into your own hands then what will happen is that, so that’s the problem.
Amandha: Then you react what either a physical reaction of illness or a reaction mental reaction on some level where now you’re in an emergency situation and you go to them for the solution and see they can provide this heroic medicine that looks like it saves the day, and that’s where they’re getting their accolades from.
Amandha: And that’s where people are like, thank God for the drugs and all this kind of stuff., but you have to pare it right back to the beginning. Okay. And this is why it’s an illusion and why they fail us again and again. Our chronic disease rates are through the roof. It is. It is really. An alarming amount of sickness that I’m witnessing personally, and I love humanity and I love children and like animals.
Amandha: I help a lot of animals get off these meds too. And it’s so hard for me to see these people just so dull down. And so, and the drugs don’t make their lives better. They don’t feel better. They don’t know what to do. They feel trapped. And it’s hard because a lot of the mindset around it is, well, I’m scared to go off the drug cause I’m scared of what’s gonna happen if I do.
Amandha: And so there’s sometimes a lot of handholding I have to do just for the mind to just encourage them that it’s gonna be okay. When you come off this, you’re gonna feel better. You might feel a little bit strange at first, but you’re gonna feel better in the long run.. It’s scary even for me, especially at the beginning when I first started doing it, it’s terrifying cause you really don’t know how they’re gonna respond.
Amandha: But I’ve been doing this for so long now that I only see improvements when people come off the meds. Okay. So I’m more confident, comfortable. So I try to instill that in people that I try to give them that confidence. It’s going to be okay. You’re going to feel better. Your blood’s going to be mobilizing things, that you’re gonna have a clearer thinking brain.
Amandha: It’s gonna be alright. Right. Okay, but understand how it’s begun. It’s begun from this lack of awareness right outta the gate. The reaction happens with a health emergency, a health crisis, and then you go into the system and they look like saviors. And I’ll see that oftentimes like I had to have this procedure or I had to have this drug.
Amandha: And that’s the level of brainwashing in this, you know, how I see it as a medical cult. But they’re totally missing the boat on even, they don’t even know it causes a lot of these diseases. They can’t even make the connection between toxicity and lack of nutrition and illness., I’ve been looking at drugs all morning and I’ll read the drug like I’m on a couple of different sites right now.
Amandha: If you wanna go to any of them, I’m on drugs. com. Okay so go to drugs. com, look up any of the drugs that people are using commonly look up the side effects and look up the conditions.
Amandha: And you’ll see, we don’t know what causes this condition, and we don’t know what the drug actually does on a metabolic level.
Amandha: But it seems to do these things for some people. And actually for other people, it does these things. And this is supposed to be scientific, you see? So even when you go into the drugs and you’re looking at that and you’re expecting, well, they know so much. It’s shocking the level of what they don’t know and how it doesn’t help or treat properly.
Amandha: So I think the first step is bursting that bubble of illusion that drug is actually helping you. Okay? And then paring it back to the root cause. And that’s what I do with people is I pare it back, where did this start? And what really happened? And now how can we safely get you off the drugs?
Amandha: Cause many, you cannot just stop. You have to come up very gradually and I’ll talk about that in a minute. And then you’re kind of going back to where you were. But usually worse see that’s the illusion, is things are still moving along under the surface and the drug is just suppressing the symptoms that you don’t see.
Amandha: And now you have no idea the level of health that you’re at because you’ve masked everything cuz the symptoms are. Signals that tell you what’s going on with you. And if you take that away it’s just a facade, it’s a mask, it’s fake, right? That underlying, it’s still happening. And when you pare it back, oftentimes you’ll see the true emerged disease force come again to the surface.
Amandha: And then you can deal with it properly like it should have been dealt with, if those doctors had any knowledge of health whatsoever. And normally what I’ll see is a they’re poisoned. There’s a poisoning on some level. So, thyroid patients, for example, are or a diabetes type two, or I mean anything with heart anything with kidneys liver.
Amandha: All they have a toxicity level that is quite high.
Amandha: And you can even get it more specific to a heavy metal that’s happening you can pare it back to a vaccine injury oftentimes or there’s a market time period like the fibromyalgia. You’ll see there ticking time bombs and then you can pare it back to an accident that happened and that’s what got everything rolling.
Amandha: Usually it’s either a trauma or a physical accident that sets everything off cause they’re just ready this straw that breaks the camel’s back kind of thing. And then everything metabolically goes haywire, right? Like this, there it is. And then they’re on, you know, these horrible drugs that are anti-seizure drugs are really the only thing they have for fibro alg.
Amandha: that is very random to the outcome, and it will only maybe take a little bit of the pain down like a smidgen and the side effects are hardly worth it. And so, so my point is I’m always seeing toxic toxic level. And some people call that autoimmune. I don’t see it as a true autoimmune.
Amandha: What I see is the body is smart and intelligent. It’s not an accident. It’s trying to get toxicity out of the tissue and it’s going after it. And it’s desperate to try to get it out and you’re not helping it along. And so it’s damaging the organ itself. And then that’s, obviously, that’s a problem, right?
Amandha: You need the organ systems just to work for you. But then we go and mask that and we never go, Hey, it’s poisoned. Let’s get the poison out. Let’s clean that up and then let’s apply the nutrition that helps the biochemistry. normally do the job of what the organs are there to do in the first place and work with the physiology and the biochemistry of the body.
Amandha: And that’s what a holistic practitioner would do. And if you actually came to a real healer or a real doctor before everything got crazy, you would be instructed on how to prevent these things in the first place,, so it doesn’t get to that emergency crazy point. So that you need this emergency stop gap suppression.
Amandha: Okay?
Amandha: Most do want the immediate fix, which is why they love over-the-counter medication or visit a physician. And yeah it’s short term thinking but, you know, we just want things to go away. And I get it, like I’m impatient at times too, I just want it to just magically go away or I just want the problem to be dealt with.
Amandha: Like, I just want it. Right. Who doesn’t? I get it. But we don’t live in that realm, we don’t live in a realm where we can just go ahead and do that. Okay. And in it’s rewarding to do things the longer way. Right. There’s benefits as well, like to your soul, to do it the right way, you know? But people are just, it’s a, we’ve been.
Amandha: Pulled into a very stressed filled, busy lifestyle and regime that’s not conducive to well-being. And we just feel so pressured all the time that we just want it to go away. I get it. And I’m not blaming those people for needing to do whatever they need to do to get by. Like, I’m not in those people’s, I’m not in your shoes.
Amandha: I’m in my shoes and they have my perspectives.
Amandha: Right.
Amandha: But what I’m trying to do though is help people cope better with the stresses that they have and not die young, I mean, right? Like you wanna live to see your grandkids and hey, where did the times go where you could actually watch your great-grandkids grow up?
Amandha: Like that’s pretty much something of the past. I was looking at statistics on how drug use and I think it was I mean it’s on, been on the rise, the amount of people taking drugs in a household, and I think it was. The stats were from like 2007 to 2011, and it was ages six to 72. And within that age range, within a household, there were at least three to five pharmaceutical drugs being consumed by every household.
Amandha: I mean, that’s, do the math on that.
Amandha: Right?
Amandha: And this is a this is the epidemic I’m seeing and these poor children on the Ritalin and for, you know, this hyperactivity behavior, which hopefully I’ll get to that drug in a minute or when I get down the roster. Right. And it’s a lot, it’s a lot of people on these meds and it’s a bit of overwhelming problem, which of course the big pharmaceutical industry would say it’s a problem that they’re not on more drugs for them they’re working to get you on as many as possible.
Amandha: You also have to consider the agenda and you have to consider that’s their goal. And that they own the medical schools. You see, they run them, they fund them, and the teachers are often revolving door in, in and out of industry. And there’s no checks and balances for that.
Amandha: They’re just gonna continue always to push the drug. Their drug agenda. And the doctors, that’s what they do. The doctors are the drug pushers.
Amandha: For big pharma for that industry, you have to know that going in so automatically.
Amandha: If you know that’s their agenda, then you can like maybe you know, push away some of the ones that d you know, that doesn’t make sense.
Amandha: This doesn’t make sense. I see that you’d believe this, but I don’t, and I’d like to do it with with he, with nutrition and exercise. That’s how doc, that’s how I’d like to deal with my condition right now. And can you instruct me on that? And they’ll say no. Or they’ll send you to a nutritionist, which there’s some really good nutritionist out there.
Amandha: And then there’s some bad ones.
Amandha: So again, you have to be very choosy and you have to be wise, you have to go with it, with that knowledge and awareness. Okay, so they hide the knowledge and replace it with misinformation. They’re also a very cunning example. They reverse the truth. Truth. We need cholesterol, propaganda.
Statins, Cholesterol, Healthy Fats, and Blood Support
Amandha: Cholesterol is bad. And yeah, very good point and that’s one I do want to talk about because it’s one of the most easy to come off medications. A lot of people are on statins, and it’s also one of the most dangerous drugs because we need cholesterol, as you said. Cholesterol is the backbone of all our hormones.
Amandha: Cholesterol is your natural bandaid of your body. If you have a issue in the vessels that will come in and it will stop a stroke, it will stop a leak. It will assist in anti-inflammatory processes in the body. It’s key. We need cholesterol. And when you’re looking at the test, like, when you’re looking at how they test whether your cholesterol’s in an aberrant condition even the testing is a little bit confusing and not really a measure of accuracy of what’s happening in that individual.
Amandha: Usually if I see the cholesterol high, the way I go is there’s a, an issue of chronic inflammation happening in that individual and there is a an issue of the blood. Therefore too viscous. Because if there’s a lot of cholesterol and anti-inflammatory markers in the blood, then that means the body, the liver has to keep filtering.
Amandha: The liver has to work very hard to keep the blood clean. The lymphatic system will probably be very congested or it’s working very hard to keep the blood as clean as it possibly can. And so I usually look to how can we just help the blood and clean up the blood? And then where’s the inflammation and where’s the toxicity that the body is making?
Amandha: Band-aids, right? Body’s making band-aids. So then why would the body make band-aids? Where’s the problem? And then we go after that and we clean that up, and then we add the nutrition in to, to deal with that. Don’t mess. I don’t mess with the cholesterol., not even in a green allopathic way. Because that’s none of my business.
Amandha: what’s my business is the why of why is the cholesterol all over the place, which is really lipoproteins. Why is that happening? And let’s get that under control. And we use diet and detox to, to do that. And anytime you address the root cause the cholesterol always normalizes. Always. And then they’ll go to the doctor and like, how did you do that
Amandha: Yeah, so I, yeah, I went to, someone actually knows about health and they help me heal my organs. And then my cholesterol didn’t need to be so high cuz it didn’t need the band-aids anymore. And they’d usually say something like, well, keep doing what you’re doing.
Amandha: Oh, okay. Glad that you really wanted to learn what I did.
Amandha: And or they’ll say, well, we must have misdiagnosed you in the first place. You must not have had that. It must have been a false positive., that’s how cuckoo they’ll go. They just, a lot of them just can’t go there. They don’t wanna know that this is the way heal embody. So the statins can, you could come off right away.
Amandha: You don’t need to wean off statins, but you do have to understand that you’ve now suppressed a system. And if you come off the statins, your cholesterol levels will come back how they were, maybe even more. And you want to just be preparing for that.
Amandha: So what you, what I like to do is have people doing the topical magnesium fish oil, cod liver oil, or fish oil of some sort.
Amandha: Or if you’re vegan, then doing an algae-based omega fatty acid that will help normalize the blood viscosity.
Amandha: And then a a good amount of vitamin C. I like the buffered vitamin C the best, but I would at least be on 3000 milligrams a day. Ideally double that and drinking enough water. Hello?. You wouldn’t believe how many people don’t drink water during the day?
Amandha: It’s alarming.
Amandha: What is in your blood? A lot of water.
Amandha: So my point is, what you wanna do is you wanna make the blood flow better. Before you just stop that because your cholesterol’s gonna go, oh, finally, like, we can do what we were trying to do already. Wow. Right. And why cholesterol meds are especially dangerous is because when you mess around with that system and you don’t allow the band-aids to do the job, the backup mechanism for band-aids is calcium.
Amandha: But calcium is not as flexible as Cho. Cholesterol’s fat. It’s Glo it’s moldable, but calcium is like hard. It’s it’s calcium carbonate. It’s hard, right? And so that will be the backup patch for any type of b vessel issue or whatnot. And that’s worse. That’s not the ideal because now you lose flexibility, you lose mobility that’s required in a lot of areas cause things pump things flow.
Amandha: Things have to expand and contract in the body. And if you’re using a hard substance, then that will crack or break or do further tissue damage. Not ideal, it’s a backup plan. The body always has backup plans, but you don’t, you want your cholesterol as the primary bandaid until you can get to the root cause.
Amandha: So that’s why I say just do that for the blood, help the blood first. But you can go off without gradual, like, without doing it gradually, however, With all things why, like why shock the body, right? If you can help it, you don’t need to shock the body. So usually I’ll say to them, just to be prudent and while you’re getting on your regime, just do an on and off for three days, like for three ons.
Amandha: So like go off one day, do it the next day, go off the next day, on the next day, off and on, and then you’re done. Just to be, to tell the body, Hey, we’re coming off. That’s an easy one to get off of the cholesterol meds. And that the cholesterol medication is one of also the more useless drugs as far as any kind of suppression.
Amandha: It’s not really protecting you against anything. And what’s ironic is studies show that elders with the highest cholesterol live the longest. So the idea of lowering it is just lowering your life expectancy. And it’s really not the repercussions of coming off are not very high, other than the fact that now the blood will become more filled with these molecules.
Amandha: And you wanna just thin it up a little bit naturally with using proper fats. So getting on a good high fat diet that’s not trans fats, that’s healthy fats. And those are coconut oil, MC t which is medium chain triglycerides, often made from coconut oil. But there, it’s a free running.
Amandha: Coconut oil that’s in liquid, in room temperature and raw olive oil. You should not cook with olive oil because it will make trans fats if it’s high heat. You can cook with all avocado oil. You can cook with grape seed oil. Those are high heat oils that are safe. So is coconut oil for high heat.
Amandha: But but olive oil is really good for you. You just wanna have it raw. You don’t wanna have it cooked. Okay. And and there’s like flax seed oils and all of these kinds of healthy oils. My website is yummy mummy emporium. org. And if you go there and you go to the supplement section and you go down on healthy fats, you can see a list of a bunch of them there that I have available that you can just add in, like, black cuman seed oil is very helpful to the blood and very healing to the blood.
Amandha: There’s amaranth oil, also very healing. You can do your own research on these oils, but we really do need good fat because all of our cells are surrounded in a double bilayer fat. Our our nervous system is conducted using fat, essentially. And so lowering these things is a little mistaken as far as how the body works.
Hypertension Medications, Rebound Effects, and Blood Pressure Monitoring
Amandha: Okay. Alright. Now I want to go to the next drug. I have a bit of a list is the hypertension medications. That’s the next one., it’s another medication that is not needed. Again, when the blood pressure is high, it’s for a reason. It’s not pathology, it’s adaptation. The body’s adapting because there’s an issue where the blood can’t get to an area.
Amandha: It’s either too filled with molecules of inflammation, it’s thick and sludgy, or there’s been vaccines, which also as Dr. Andrew Molden proved causing micros strokes in the brain. It damages the circle of Willis that innervates the facial nerves that you can see when you get the crooked face, a droopy face, and so forth.
Amandha: They’re having a microt stroke when they’re given a vaccine, and every vaccine produces harm. It’s just the level in which someone’s paying attention and that can cause viscous thick blood, which will damage the end nerves. So hands like fingers, fingertips, feet get cold, all the extremities won’t get blood.
Amandha: Fed properly as well. The brain won’t get blood to it properly and that you will see a lot of the time when you start to mess with the blood pressure, you’ll get dementia, Alzheimer’s coming in because people can’t think, most of the people that come in, they’re on these medications. They can’t think clear, they can’t remember things well.
Amandha: They’re losing their ability to make connections. And have lucid conversations. You’ll see that a cognition is declined based on the fact the blood’s not getting into their brain properly and the circulation’s not proper. That one you wanna come off. Usually most of them are over a two week period.
Amandha: And usually what I have the them do is, again, go on the blood promoting, blood supporting herbs vitamins, minerals, and so forth. But mainly the magnesium, omega-3 fatty acids and the vitamin C to assist the blood. I also usually put ’em on a CoQ10 which I didn’t like most statins, by the way.
Amandha: Will deplete CoQ10 and they should be on it anyway, so why they’re not on it is another big question for your doctor. Do have one client who actually came in with a stat was taking a statin and had CoQ10 on the drug list. So I was happy about that. Anyway, okay, that’s a must and, but then come off it gradually and usually you can half your dose.
Amandha: So the first week you half your dose and then the second week you half it again. But if you can’t, half the pill, if it’s too tiny, then and a lot of them you don’t wanna crush. Some you can crush. So, so you wanna research that drug and say, is it a time release one or is it one that’s enteric-coated or can I crush it?
Amandha: And make a smaller amount of that drug which you can buy little empty capsules and you can put it in that if it’s in tear coated or if you, if it hurts to get it down, then you can put it in a capsule and get it in that way. There’s different ways to go about halving the meds. If you can’t though crush it or you can’t get it down another level, then take it every other day until that second week and then you can phase out and stop that.
Amandha: But I still don’t like people coming off something that’s affected them in such a profound way without supporting the terrain, with supporting the body, supporting the physiology natural. I mean, why wouldn’t you want to already heal? What’s the issue in the first place, which is the blood, right?
Amandha: Okay, so that’s those ones.
Amandha: The hypertension meds, that’s how you come off. And if then you get a surge, cuz oftentimes when you come off the meds, you get a rebound effect because it’s like holding that beach ball under the water, right? You’re holding it under, you’re holding it under, you’re holding it under and you let go.
Amandha: Often there’s a rebound effect that comes up and that’s a body of like resetting or resurging. And that can be potentially dangerous or can at least be freaking scary. So if the, if you start to, and I mean, I do recommend people monitor their own blood pressure just for a little while as you’re coming off, see where things are at, not to be alarmed by the numbers, but more so you can see and feel your body when it’s high.
Amandha: And doctors are so, dismissive of their patient’s concerns.
Amandha: They don’t.
Amandha: Believe them like, I’ll leave people they tell me, I know when my blood pressure’s high can feel it.
Amandha: I can feel my heart beating harder. I feel more anxious. I’m sweating. Like I can feel my pulse. Like I know when my blood pressure’s high by my own feeling and the doctors say, no, you can’t know that.
Amandha: It’s impossible for you to know that. It’s like, how condescending could you be? Of course I know when it’s high and then I go and check it and it’s high. Like, what more do you need? But anyway, when it’s high, you wanna do the deep dra diaphragmatic breaths. You can go on YouTube. There’s lots of videos on how to do diaphragmatic breathing, but you take breaths from the belly and you do it through the nose and you do it five times in a row, really full breaths all the way up to the throat and then all the way out again.
Amandha: And if you do that, and so check your blood pressure ahead of time if you want to do it an. And then dudes five diaphragmatic breaths. And what happens is there’s CO2 sensors in the neck, in the blood vessels, and that will shut down give a feedback loop to tell the body it’s got enough oxygen, it’s good.
Amandha: And it’ll start to bring down the pressure because you’ve oxygenated your blood, which is the point, right? Like the blood does a lot, obviously, but one of the main reasons is to get oxygen delivery and carbon dioxide removal. So if you’re assisting that, it should naturally come down. And this happens again and again.
Amandha: I tell every one of my clients how to do this breath and it’s a lifesaver for so many reasons. And it’s free. It’s easy. It’s free. I get people doing it in the doctor’s office when they’re nervous, cause a lot of people get white coat syndrome. That’s another reason I see people on hypertension.
Amandha: They actually don’t have a true hypertension. They’re just scared crapless of the doctor, and they’re coming in high again and again. And they’re so, the doctors are so drug happy that they’re, they give them the drugs without a real care concern for why their blood pressure’s high. They don’t investigate further.
Amandha: So oftentimes these are the cholesterol meds and the hypertension medications, the beta blockers, these kinds of things are very important to come off of. But doing it slow, I do have A couple of clients right now that have true heart issues that have been manipulated and messed with by the medical establishment and with these types of patients.
Amandha: You wanna know root cause and you want to come put them on. Heart supports kidney supports, kidney and heart. Have a strong relationship as well with the lungs. I like to clean them up a lot first and support the organ systems before I take them off a lot of the medications, just so they’re stronger.
Amandha: I mean, why?, why wouldn’t you wanna do that? I mean, ideally that’s what you wanna do, is you wanna rebuild yourself and then start to wean off of the drug rather than just letting yourself fly without any support at all or anything to like deal with the repercussions of coming off the rebound effect or any of the side effects that happened.
Psychiatric Medications, Dependence, Synthroid, and Insulin
Amandha: And while I’m talking about side effects, is I really have had case after case where most of what they were coming in for, like why they were coming to me was the drug. Like they weren’t well because of the drugs that they were on. And when we, I said, well, I’ll say to them, look, we have to get you off the drugs except for maybe a couple, like, I’ll talk about Synthroid in a minute, or if they’re taking insulin, I mean, we’re gonna take you off all this garbage and clean you up and then we’ll see what you’re left with and what’s really going on.
Amandha: And so many times that was it. That was just it. They’re after that, they’re great. They’re doing awesome., you know, and you’re like, wow, that was just a drug. I see it with anxiety a lot too. People come in with a lot of anxiety and they’re on like Lorazepam or they’re on a serious antidepressant or anti-anxiety drug that has really messed around with their gut and has really messed around with their actual brain and neurotransmitters.
Amandha: And when that starts happening it’s because everything in the body is so finely controlled when you start to then push a pathway by telling the body, you must do this by flooding it with a chemical like that, a synthetic chemical. In that way, you’ll bypass a lot of the elegance of feedback systems.
Amandha: And you confuse the body as well. And oftentimes you’ll get maybe good, the numbers look good on paper because these doctors, they don’t. Really have a relationship with their patient. They don’t know their patient, they don’t know their real individual nature or what’s really going on. They don’t even usually ask a lot of the deeper questions.
Amandha: They are looking at things on paper. So that individual is now a piece of paper. And if the numbers look good on the paper, then they say that you’re fine because you have to be fine because it says it on here in the paper.. Yeah. And, but they don’t feel fine if you ask them how they feel horrible.
Amandha: They feel like they can’t sleep. They have constipation. They have all kinds of symptoms that they either never had before or the drug never got rid of in the first place. It just manipulated them in a different way. They’re having a different set of symptoms or a different issue. And that’s also why there’s a snowball effect with drugs too, because one.
Amandha: Damage a metabolic pathway and then push a pathway in a different direction. Then there’s a different subset of symptoms that’s come from that. And then that doctor says, well, now you have these types of symptoms. We have a special drug for that. And then they give them that, and then another, and another un until everything is so, such a ball of medication that person is gone.
Amandha: They’re like in a, they’re not present at with their reality. They’re in a haze. And they’re also usually very physically exhausted. And the, you know, it’s a pro. The drugs in and of itself are disease causation and, but I see it a lot take them off and they are good to go., I had a couple of different patients on some medications for schizophrenia.
Amandha: Which were very scary and very habit forming, and those are very hard to get off. And any type of medication that’s messed around with your neurotransmitters, it’s painful and hard to get off. And what is irresponsible, I find, is the doctors willy-nilly put them on a medication just like that’s habit forming and addictive, or hard to get off, and they never give them that really understanding of what they’re getting into.
Amandha: They never say to them, okay, if you ever wanna get off this medication, it’s gonna be really hard to do. You’re gonna need a lot of help, you’re gonna need a lot of other things to like, work you off this. They don’t do that. It’s like, I find that extremely irresponsible and careless and they’re messing around with people’s lives without consideration for what they’re gonna have to go through later.
Amandha: to now heal themselves, right? Because they’ll eventually hit a wall. They’re eventually gonna come to a place where that medication’s not doing the job, because the other thing about the elegance of the body is naturally wants to overcome whatever’s happening to it like if you’re taking an antidepressant that is affecting a metabolic pathway, the body’s gonna try to overcome that because it was trying to already do something and you didn’t let it complete what it was doing.
Amandha: And so it’s gonna try to do a walkaround, a wraparound, it’s gonna try to go around this stupid thing you’re doing and get the job done. And eventually that drug will fail at that level. And then you’ll have to go and get it higher and higher because the body is trying to adapt to being poisoned and being disallowed a natural process.
Amandha: So eventually the drug will fail. And then where are you are addicted to a drug that’s hard to get off, that’s not helping on any level, any symptom, and giving you a host of whole new symptoms and a doctor’s putting you on these things without telling you this. And this is to my, in my estimate, is a criminal act.
Amandha: I think it’s a very manipulative, dark, and criminal act to do this to these people. To not give them the free understanding of what they’re getting into, letting them educate themselves properly or even just, here’s a flyer, here’s a pamphlet on all the details of what you’re getting into., they just tell, they just write the script and this’ll help you off.
Amandha: Go. Like, that’s bad. And that’s the scary thing about the medications that are gonna trap you for life. Like, Synthroid I’m really upset about the amount of Synthroid and so for the thyroid, right, because this particular drug completely overcomes the natural ts h levels that are happening in the brain.
Amandha: So there’s an hypo, there’s a hypothalamus pituitary adrenal axis, and that is also related to the thyroid. And you’re bypassing the natural communication system and feedback system to such a degree where the organ itself will never get the help it originally needed, which there was usually was poisoned.
Amandha: And the the, whatever that heavy metal, let’s say, or mold issue or whatever’s happened to their defenses. So their defenses are down, the organ system is being attacked because it’s full of some toxin not functioning properly. They’re, the feedback system is already damaged, and then you’re going in and you’re pushing it forward without and bypassing that.
Amandha: And while the thyroid is continually degrading, the damage is continuing and no one’s addressing the damage. And then they’re on this drug for. Life, like 17 years, 20 years, I’ll hear these stories. I’ve been on Synthroid since I was, you know, 13, 14, or something like this.
Amandha: And getting off the Synthroid is very difficult because now you have an organ that isn’t working anymore that’s severely damaged.
Amandha: It’s hard to tell the level of damage. And it’s they, and they’re on the drug and they still. unwell. They still feel like crap. They still have all these symptoms and, but their tssh on paper is great. Even though the tssh, the thyroid stimulating hormone is one of the worst measures to see what, where your thyroid’s at.
Amandha: You want the free T4 and the free T3 to see where that’s at. And typically you’re seeing Hashimotos thyroiditis or you’re still seeing hypo or hyper, but they’re both still or graves. So Graves or Hashimotos. But it’s one half to the other because it’s still the same issue.
Amandha: It’s just how the body’s responding to it or what level of damage at what level of the metabolic pathway the damage is happening.
Amandha: Okay.
Amandha: And, but they’re still being medicated for it. And the underlying issue of the damage to the tissue is never being addressed. And that to me is just one of the worst. So if you are, if you’re young, have a young child or you know, of someone who’s starting to get thyroid issues in their teens or pre-teens, then you want to immediately address the fact they’ve probably been poisoned by vaccines.
Amandha: They’re probably heavy metal, toxic, it’s affecting the glandular system and they’re under chronic stress. You need to alleviate the stress. You need to give them a B vitamin, cause the B vitamin supports the adrenal glands, which if the adrenals are exhausted, they’ll pull and damage the thyroid. So you wanna do that.
Amandha: You wanna use like the clays to chelate out the heavy metals, get that out heal the liver, which is the master gland of all of the endocrine system, you know, deal with that. Support that you can use. There’s so many things, and I’ve talked about this in lots of different videos on how to heal the liver and the gut.
Amandha: And the gut is the key because, you know, starts with the gut. So their guts are always damaged. You always see this in thyroid patients, their guts are obliterated. If you don’t heal the gut, you’re not gonna get anywhere. So that has to happen. And I have lots of videos. I have a couple of different videos talking about gut health and how to deal with that.
Amandha: So I won’t get into that here. That has to happen. And then you can correct the thyroid issue. But once they’re on the Synthroid and that continues, and the longer that is, the harder it is to get off, they can switch onto a natural desiccated thyroid and work with that. They can work with their health.
Amandha: So they can come down on the Synthroid quite consistently, like, to a lowest possible dose. Then there’s other things like I would do like a DMSO based therapy. Like there has to be some really concentrated therapies to try to see how much of that organ is left that’s actually working for you.
Amandha: Otherwise, it’s type one diabetes where the organ is, the tissue is so far gone that there’s no more production or feedback happening. There’s no more stimulation that can be had. And then that’s a lifer on this drug. And that’s a shame. It’s a shame even with And when I finally do my diabetes video I’ve been talking about it since Christmas.
Amandha: I’m sorry. It’s just so huge that getting to this is a big task and I’m hoping I can put a big notch in it this coming weekend. But in that video I, I talk about cholesterol in that video and in the heart and all of these things in more detail. And I also have a lot of research to back that up.
Amandha: But also I’m talking about how the entire endocrine system works as a whole and that when the pancreas is damaged in type one, that a lot of the times we’re seeing vaccines as being root cause of type one diabetes. And so the prevention right there is just not to get the vaccines done on the child.
Amandha: That seems to be like 90% of the problem is a vaccine damaged a vaccine injury to the pancreas. It’s damaged. The eyelet cells, the beta cells are also like, they’re damaged and., you, the tissued level is not functioning, it’s not producing. Once that happens, it’s very difficult to rehabilitate an organ system like that.
Amandha: And so there, there are lifers. It’s not, say you can’t get off it, it’s just a lot of work. It’s a lot of focus. It’s, and it’s not a guarantee. So, so I’d say the one that’s the hardest to get off is the Synthroid medication. The insulin medication. Those are the toughest ones because your organs, your body has become now completely dependent on that because there’s no endogenous production.
Amandha: It’s all exogenous. It’s all being added in. But it’s, the prevention is there and that’s why it’s so important to not fall for the problem reaction solution trap right out of the gate. Right. And that’s why education is key in protecting our children from this is key. Okay, so let me just go to comments really quick and see.
Amandha: Hello? Hello? Okay. Hi. I’m on blood pressure medication. Thank you for your words of wi wisdom. I’ve witnessed what those meds are doing to those around here.. And trying to learn how to get off blood pressure medication. Yeah. So again I just talked about that, how you have to wean off over a period of weeks with the blood pressure medication.
ADHD Drugs, Opioids, Pain Medications, NSAIDs, and Nutritional Support
Amandha: You wanna be on the fish oils, parti particularly the cod liver oil, the high dose vitamin C, and the topical magnesium because it’s better absorbed. You wanna work on gut health. You wanna work on healing the liver because the liver is what’s controlling the blood and the ability for the blood to purify through liver in increased enzymes are also a good one to have to deal with inflammation.
Amandha: I like the systemic enzymes that you take in between food. Those are very valuable. I have a couple of different products. I should have grabbed some, but I didn’t think to grab anything. For that. And biomed has a good couple of them. And Biotics has a couple of them too. The wo enzyme is one I like as well.
Amandha: These are things that have to be done and you have to educate yourself on so that you can wean off of these things and help the blood, liver and and detox systems work for you. Right. Okay, so one of the other ones I wanted to talk about the depressants we sort of discussed. If kids on the meds, like for ADHD and all this kind of stuff, it’s crazy.
Amandha: You gotta go really slow. These are like, these are street drugs almost. I mean they’re, that, that level of addiction. I mean, I see a lot of people that are on the, a lot of oxycodone and they’re, you know, these types of drugs, they are very habit forming, addiction, addictive drugs. And they, you need to always have something else that’s gonna come in and deal with pain, like pain meds And the ADHD drugs are extremely difficult to deal with and get off of.
Amandha: Had thought I had to list the arthritis drugs can can be habit forming depending but acetaminophen based mainly for them. So you can come right off of them. What you do is. Look up your drug, read everything about it. Go to forums where other people have been on that same drug and then research how to get off that drug and it’ll tell you how slow or how quickly you can come off that and what can happen.
Amandha: As a side effect. So how you need to wean off of that drug and then you can follow that schedule. And then what you wanna do is go understand your, that system, that body system that’s being affected and do some research on the nutrition around supporting that specific organ system and increase your nutrition in that direction.
Amandha: Typically, you want to go off anything that’s pro-inflammatory. So, any geo genetically modified foods you wanna o omit you wanna have no pop, no coffee go off dairy, go off gluten you know, you don’t wanna be eating too much like meat or things that are really dense, like hard to digest.
Amandha: You wanna go uneasy to digest nutrition, like super foods fruits and vegetables, these kinds of things. And good water that’s gonna support. The body, but also support that organ system. So look up the specific vitamins and minerals that you need for that organ system, and then focus on the food first on what contains that the most, like beets for liver, for example, or celery for the kidneys, or you know, carrots for getting your natural vitamin A, that kind of thing.
Amandha: And then you can also supplement plus, you know, on top of that if you need to, right? Because it’s really hard. If your gut’s a mess, then you’re not gonna absorb that well. So you need to get it a little bit higher for your body to absorb a little bit more so you can get ahead of the problem. But yeah, so the ones that affect your dopamine, the one, the drugs that affect your neurotransmitters, the drugs that have affected your gut and the neurotransmitters made in the gut, those can be very hard to get off of.
Amandha: If you’re on something like an nsaid. Which is, you know, also very damaging to the blood in the liver acetaminophen, which is damages the glutathione system in the liver. You’re hurting yourself taking these things. You have to understand that and that you want to get off that. And if you are having pain or issues around pain I’m talking more muscle pain, not as much nerve pain.
Amandha: Nerve pains is sort of different focus but, you know, headaches, migraines, these types of pain. There’s so many ways you can go to deal with pain in the moment in a holistic manner where you’re not suppressing and you’re not doing liver kidney damage. Like you can use topical c b D, you can use rn, you can use these things.
Amandha: Homeopathics are really great for certain levels of pain. DMSO is very assistive to pain which is dimethyl sulfoxide. You can watch my video on that if you wanna know more about that, right? So there’s things you can substitute out and then pain is a signal of something else going on. So you don’t wanna mask your pain, you wanna understand why you’re having the pain and then get your root cause of that as well, rather than just popping a pill and ignoring it.
Amandha: So all of these like gout the osteoarthritis drugs all the different types of. Arthritis levels where there’s pain root cause again, you’re, there’s usually a level of inflammation that has to be dealt with. There’s often a sedimentation inside the joints. The liver is often damaged and you need to clean that and heal that.
Amandha: That’s what’s going on at the root cause. So, you know, distilled water to wash away all the excessive minerals. I can’t tell you how many people come in with arthritis and liver damage. And they’re drinking well water that is got a lot of heavy inorganic minerals and their guts are obliterated.
Amandha: So they don’t have the probiotic or the microbiome there to break down the inorganics into an organic mineral that the body can use. And then what happens is the body then can’t get rid of it cause the liver’s not functioning properly and it just deposits it in the joints. And you have this creatin in all of this pain because you have.
Amandha: Chronic joint inflammation cuz you have crystallization in the joints of all the sedimentation of these inorganic minerals that your body can’t use or break down. And so that’s why you wanna use the distilled water in between meals to flush a lot of the access out. Just have to be aware. It can flush your good minerals too.
Amandha: So you want to put those back in, in a proper way and just be aware of that. And I see it a lot with up here. Especially I see a lot with the well water causing a lot of rheumatoid osteoarthritis., and that’s the root cause, right? So you don’t need a medication, you don’t need to take a Tylenol or acetaminophen or an aspirin for this kind of thing when it’s, you are causing it by your drinking water
Amandha: But the thing is, the doctor’s not gonna go, oh, hey, what kind of water are you drinking? You know? There’s a really cool post that I’m following that I think, could be made into a series of books. And the question was, what is the most ridiculous thing your doctors ever said to you or told? It was brilliant.
Amandha: And the, it was like on and on the comments. And I was like, wow. The stupid stuff that they are actually telling people that is completely incorrect and not even that hard to find out how incorrect it is., or questions that they’ve asked you that are just really bizarre. And that was a real, that’s a real eye-opener to show you that you’re going to an authority figure that you’re assuming is educated on something and they’re just not, they just don’t know those things.
Amandha: Or they know something completely otherwise, and they’re telling you a whole whack load of lies and you wanna trust them with your life and with a drug that does physical damage to you. Really?. Okay. That’s like Russian roulette you’re playing. You won’t live that long that way, that’s for sure.
Amandha: Eventually it’s gonna come, the chamber’s gonna come around. But it’s a, it’s, it was amazing this post the the experiences that people expressed was just Wow. And what I commented, what it was what does the, what does that individual or what did the doctor say to you that was kind of so what my, when I still actually went to a doctor, which was probably 15 years ago now she asked me if lavender essential oil was dangerous.
Amandha: That’s what she asked me yeah. While she’s handing out like birth-control pills and you know, Tylenol three s and whatever, but is this is lavender dangerous? I’m like, well,. If you drank a bottle of it, it could kill you. So, yeah, I guess that’s dangerous. Don’t do that. I guess, I don’t understand your question, but whatever, you know.
Amandha: And she was asking about helping with sleep, I guess She wasn’t sleeping properly, she was trying to like get some information out of me or.. I mean, that’s what the level you’re going. So know who you’re going to if you’re in that emergency situation that you’re gonna just get drugged and pushed stuff on and they’re not gonna address what’s really going on with you.
Amandha: Okay? The root cause, which is always some level of toxicity, it’s always some level of interference on like a block of some sort. And it’s a nutritional deficiency that’s not allowing the body to do its normal process. That’s how you heal the body, is you correct those things. And sometimes the diagnosis can at least give you the idea of where things are going wrong.
Amandha: So you can address ’em naturally, so that’s fine, but just say no to drugs. Okay, okay what drug did I want to get to next? Now antibiotics. Okay. We wanna talk about birth-control pills, antibiotics Where’s my list? I’m not gonna talk too much about heart meds other than when you’re on something that’s specifically approaching the heart.
Amandha: You have to be very careful and that’s, you should really have someone qualified to help you strengthen the heart first. I like Strauss heart drops. It’s a good product for strengthening the heart and getting the cardiac rhythm where it needs to be and like just the muscle itself. But that’s very delicate to get off ones that are affecting the pulse of your body in that way.
Heart Medications, Pharmacist Guidance, Birth Control, and Hormones
Amandha: So that’s something you really wanna work with someone educated to do that, right? And you always wanna talk to your pharmacist if you’re gonna be on drugs. The one who knows anything about anything is their pharmacist. So ask your pharmacist about the details. Your doctor’s not gonna tell you anything.
Amandha: Go to the pharmacist and say, I wanna know about this drug. I wanna know what it does. I wanna know the side effects. I want you to print me off the side effects. I want you to print me off if there’s another drug that’s similar class but less addictive or similar class, but less harsh or if there’s a generic version of it or whatever.
Amandha: So really drill your pharmacist and ask questions cause they’re on the front line so they’ll see a little bit more., question, where do I go to see your videos? If you go to, I’m on YouTube right now, and if you go to my page is Yummy Mummy Emporium and apothecary. I don’t really, I’m not very tech savvy on how to like do little cool shorten names, or whatever, but it’s, so, it’s mine.
Amandha: It’s a name of my business, which is Yummy Mummy Emporium and Apothecary. And if you go and you just, even if you write in the search of YouTube and go, yummy mummy yummy mummy like health or yummy mummy drugs or something, I’ll probably come up so you can search for me that way. Thanks for your.
Amandha: Okay the other drug that is you have to come off slow but you’re gonna get a rebound effect. Now what happens is people, doctors think that putting a young child who’s having menstruation issues on the pill is some sort of fix.
Amandha: And this actually happened to me, and it was a fix in a way, but I don’t think it’s what happened.
Amandha: I think a lot of the times something normally was going to correct and the drug really didn’t have much to do with it.
Amandha: And but it takes, it gets the accolades when it’s not deserving of the accolades. I was at an age where I was having a lot of pain, menstrual pain and dysregulation, and of course, instead of Helping me through that by healing my liver, which was the root cause of my issue, they gave me a hormonal drug through birth-control pill to regulate my cycle.
Amandha: to take over what was happening, but at the, you know, the override to what was my body’s expression, which is trying to rebalance something in the liver. And that side effects of that made me extremely emotional. I had anxiety where I had never had anxiety before. I had issues with thinking clear, and I was extremely moody.
Amandha: I was all over the place with my moods, and I felt like maybe I was gonna go a little crazy because it really made me feel unstable. And I didn’t like my world anymore. I didn’t like my life anymore. And I did it for a year and it was all I could handle. I switched with a different couple of different ones, so they’ll do that too.
Amandha: So they’ll put you on, it doesn’t sit right. Then they’ll try another one and try another one. They’ll really mess around with your metabolic system until, you know, you’re okay, I guess I’ll just settle with this., but it didn’t work really well for me. But after I got off of it, it was like my, I, my body did have regular cycles at that point, but I can’t confirm or deny that it was the drug, you see.
Amandha: But after that I still had very dys regulatory pain where my menstruation was very difficult and then they put me on a heavy narcotic, basically just to take through the cycle. They didn’t tell me that magnesium would help me with that. They didn’t tell me that I had liver stagnation, that I had congestion in my liver and that’s what was causing it.
Amandha: Right.
Amandha: They didn’t tell me about cast oil packs. They didn’t tell me about coffee enemas. They didn’t tell me about you know, the magnesium that I can take topically or take epsom salt bath to alleviate pain or help with sleep or help with the cramping or the bleeding or anything like that.
Amandha: They didn’t even tell me to take iron during my period.
Amandha: I’d be dead tired because I’m bleeding so much. I mean, that’s that to that level of irresponsibility. Right. Okay. So, so it’s really important to. understand that there’s always an organ system and that taking a drug just because a doctor said that’s gonna do this or that is not the ideal solution of what you’re after and the birth-control pill will cause stagnant blood.
Amandha: I have a good article called Chi and Stagnant Blood of the and Causation from the birth-control pill, and I see then later when. Kids, they start as kids and now they’re adults. They wanna have a baby. And they have problems conceiving because of the blood stagnation that’s happened because of the birth-control pill.
Amandha: And so there’s all kinds of issues that can happen from that long term. So those ones you wanna come off in like you wanna end your cycle properly and come off of that. But you don’t wanna just leave yourself hanging. You wanna be treating the liver before you come off the birth-control pill.
Amandha: You want to increase your magnesium levels. You want to increase all your healthy fat vitamins like a, D, E, and K and detox the body and clean up the body and get a good exercise regime going. Get your food cleaned up, take the dairy out of the picture. Dairy is very congesting to the liver and congesting to the blood.
Amandha: It’s pro-inflammatory. You want to really get on the good gut healing protocol as well. And then you can come off of that. and you’ll start to see where your cycle really is at. It can take a few months to balance out and then you can approach things. Sometimes you even have to just get a natural topical progesterone cream to help balance that out as well until it gets to where you need it to be.
Amandha: If you’re bleeding heavy, it means you’re toxic because a heavy menstrual cycle is telling you that the body will use anything and everything to get toxins out. If it can’t use you know, your lungs, your liver, your kidneys, like the bowels, the urines, so forth, it can’t get it. We’ll use whatever.
Amandha: It’ll put it in the tissue, in the uterus, and it will come out when you have your menstruation, your cycle, and it’ll be heavy. So heavy bleeders are toxic and people who are healthy is questionable. Even if we have a menstrual cycle, if that bleeding each month is even normal because that seems to be a new thing.
Amandha: that we didn’t really do before when we were healthy as a culture, because do you really need to shed, the body should actually reabsorb and recycle and reuse what is placed there for, you know, for pregnancy. And if the pregnancy doesn’t happen, the body should just recycle that and not shed it.
Amandha: The body’s shedding it because it’s toxic and it doesn’t want it because it’s full of crap. Right. And if you’re really healthy, you barely bleed. And like, I don’t wanna get too personal here, but my cycles are very light because I detox often. And I just don’t have that issue. And if I do have a lot a stressful month or I’m I’m off of my routine, I’m not taking as care of myself as I should, then it’s heavier and it’s.
Amandha: Very cut and dry. You can really see the difference. You can really tell. And so start to pay attention to your body. You can learn the just ye method of fertility control is understanding your cycles when you’re ovulating. Times that you can have safe sex you won’t get pregnant knowing either by your temperature and also the mucus that comes from you where you are, if you’re fertile or not.
Amandha: And you can know and else it’s very empowering. So that’s what I ended up doing and learning about my cycle, learning about my body through the just east method of fertility control and no need for any of the birth control. Methods like that really mess you up and mess up your mind, really mess up your mind.
Amandha: Yeah, PMs. PMs is horrible. I had it too. And the hormones are just, they’re out of balance. And you wanna be on a really balanced hormone regime where you’re treating your stress levels, you’re treating your cortisol, you’re oftentimes we’re progesterone deficient, so we’re getting enough progesterone.
Amandha: I see that all the time. Sometimes you’re hyper estrogenic, so there’s a lot of xenoestrogens and that’s causing a lot of havoc. It’s good if you get a panel done where you see where your hormones are. There’s different metabolic types. You could be xeno, estro, estrogenic, or you could be progesterone deficient and you know, you wanna know where you’re at with that and then adjust accordingly.
Amandha: But there’s a lot of plastics in this world. There’s a lot of toxins that if you’re putting that in your body and there’s xeno asr., you’re gonna have precocious puberty. You’re going to have more signs and symptoms of imbalance in, it’s amazing the motions, how they are affected by your hormones.
Amandha: It’s like, wow. Right, I mean, you can really see it. And when you’re having a day like, you know, I would get what’s called middle schmertz, which is pain during ovulation. I knew when I was ovulating, I knew the day it was ovulating cuz I would feel it and my emotions would be a very specific way because these are the hormones that guide your.
Amandha: System, right? And then you go and you mess with that, and it’s, if it’s already problematic, and then you go tinkering with it, with the, any of the pharmaceuticals, now you really can make a huge mess. And it’s honestly some of the hardest stuff to deal with, at least for me. I think my, that’s my heart.
Amandha: I think that’s my hardest my most tough, toughest subject is hormones because it’s so nuanced and it can be so subtle. And it, it takes time, you know, to repair. But I know I just, I’m like, Hey, start with magnesium and call me tomorrow,. Then we’ll see where you’re at,. And and detoxing and healing the liver.
Amandha: And then we start there and then we work on the adrenals, and then we work on the thyroid and we go from there.. Okay, so metformin, oh God, let me look up metformin. I mean, metformin for diabetes is stupid. This is probably one of the stupidest ones too. metformin, I’m pretty sure you can just come off pretty quick.
Metformin, Diabetes, Off-Label Drugs, and Root-Cause Thinking
Amandha: Let me just check that one. Cause I didn’t do the research on that one before I came on coming off of, okay, so I mean, come on. Like, diabetes is such an issue of your diet and lifestyle.. I mean, that is what you don’t need a drug for, that you need to heal your body and change your lifestyle and your drug and like, come on man.
Amandha: Okay. So this one is, let’s see, this is Healthline. When is it? Okay, so they are talking about, oh, it doesn’t treat the underlying cause of diabetes. They’ll, they say it right there. It doesn’t treat the underlying cause. It’s just treating the symptoms., you mean suppressing the symptoms? So it just lowers blood sugar, it increases the use of glucose in peripheral muscles of, and the liver.
Amandha: So it also it lowers lipids. So it messes with your lipids, it messes with your cholesterol levels. It increases hdl, it lowers ldl, but usually people in that metformin also on, on statins and often even on like the trifecta with the hypertension meds and the beta blockers and stuff too.
Amandha: I see that a lot. But anyway, it’s side effects and risks of metformin, liver disease, kidney issues, certain heart problems, of course. Alcohol abuse, what. Oh, if you ha, sorry, I read that wrong, it will give you alcohol abuse. What? No, it’s, if you’re an alcoholic, you don’t take it because obviously it’s, you’re already damaging your liver by being an alcoholic.
Amandha: So you don’t wanna take something that’s gonna double damage your liver. Common side effects, diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, heartburn, abdominal cramps, constipation, gas or flatulence death too. And in some cases, metformin leads to poor absorption of vitamin b12. Okay. So B12 deficiency. So, you know, basically if you had a good doctor, and they put you on metformin, they should also give you b12 or that least should tell you that it depletes b12.
Amandha: And B12 is something that your gut micro microbiome creates and it has a hand on creating. So you know, right there it’s damaging your.. Right? And gut health is obviously part of the huge picture with diabetes. Their guts are totally amassed. They usually also have parasites like flukes. You see that often.
Amandha: Oftentimes it’s, they’re just full of toxicity. They’re diabetes is an easy one. You don’t need a drug for that. You need to clean it up and you need to get your lifestyle in order. I mean, that, but for coming off of it let’s see. When’s it, okay? Yeah. No, not when your hemoglobin A1C is, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Amandha: Now this one is not helpful. They don’t see, in that article, they should have said, here’s how you cut taper off of metformin. But they don’t want you to come off it. They don’t want you to take control of your own health. They want you to go to a doctor who will do everything and who will tell you how much to take and when, and that you have to be on it forever mostly.
Amandha: So, coming off metformin, I mean, anyway, this one I would probably say. In general, a couple of weeks. This is saying to wean, just to wean off slowly over a period of couple of weeks. That’s a general baseline. I was talking to a pharmacist though, and most of them she was like, ah, just come off. Yeah, just come off.
Amandha: No, just come off. Just stop that. I’m like, really? Are you sure? So I’m really like hesitant and tentative but to do it. But some of the pharmacists are like, yeah, just come off. It’s not a big deal. Come off. It’s okay. So a metformin probably could just come off, but I would say you still wanna have things in place because you don’t want your inflammation to go all over the town.
Amandha: Right? So you wanna deal with the anti-inflammatory aspect first and then come off and probably over a two week period. That’s what I would do with met metformin. Just on looking at that one real quick doctor prescribed it for autoimmune disease, that’s probably worse. Wow. Yeah, that’s, and that’s the other thing I’m seeing a lot more off-label use of drugs.
Amandha: they’re like, well, I, they’ve done a trial. The pharmaceutical industry ran a trial to see if there’s another different way to use their same drug so they could sell more of it. And they, their rep came to me the other day and told me that I could use it for a autoimmune disease even though it’s diabetes type two meds.
Amandha: So I’m gonna like, give it to you because let’s just see how that works. And that’s what they’re doing. They’re actually experimenting on you to see how, what happens. That’s what’s happening. Like, they’re not being responsible saying, well, we know for sure this is safe and this is gonna do this action and that this is exactly what’s happening to you chemically, biochemically, they’re not coming at, that’s not what’s happening.
Amandha: They’re saying, well, this could work. Let’s try this. And these are the stories I hear all the time as well, is that they feel like Guinea pigs in the doctor’s office because they’re just saying, well, let’s see if this works. Like, what do you mean? Let’s see if this works. It might not work. Might work. I dunno.
Amandha: I dunno what else? Yeah, let’s just try this out. See what the hell happens to you. Hey, how doing like, yeah, okay. This, and this is the stories that I get, right? So that’s also quite a gamble. But if you have a anything, again, like I said earlier, if that’s autoimmune is the body’s level of toxicity.
Amandha: It’s trying to get something out. Usually a heavy metal, usually a, like a plastic residue or something that shouldn’t be in there that or like foreign DNA for an rna. And sometimes these things can take over cells and try to hijack cells and damage mitochondria and all this kind of thing. That’s like all of the crap that’s in vaccines really makes a mess of the body.
Amandha: And then you have a whole issue of trying to get that out and you know, that’s, Taking a gamble on a drug like that, if you have an autoimmune condition, you need to detox that organ system stat, and you need to support it with the nutrition that supports that organ system that we know very well. It’s well studied, well documented, well understood.
Respiratory Illness, Germ Theory, Contagion, and Terrain Discussion
Amandha: It’s called biochemistry, here’s the biochemistry of the human body, everybody. Here’s how things run. Here are the biochemical processes, and here’s what’s required for every single one of those processes. And now let’s get that through the diet, shall we? Okay, good. Any idea of what is causing the slew of upper respiratory infections in on in Ohio?
Amandha: No I mean, I haven’t looked at the you know, weather or whatever going on in Ohio or where the wind’s blowing from or whatnot. But again, anytime you have a rest upper respiratory illness, you’re toxic. So something’s they’re being poisoned on mass. So something’s happening either from the air, like either they’re being chemtrail sprayed at a, maybe they’re trying a new something over Ohio as an experiment or they are all, they’ve all been vaccinated with a new strain that’s caused the lungs to go into an a reaction that is normal physiology, cause the body will get sick because it’s trying to get something eradicate out of the body.
Amandha: It’s not doing it for nothing.
Amandha: Right.
Amandha: So a respiratory infection, if you will, it’s not infected, it’s that the tissue is damaged, it’s irritated and it’s going to create mucus. It’s going to create an expression in order to get whatever that is, whatever toxin that is out, it needs to get it out and it needs.
Amandha: Out now.
Amandha: And it would rather you have that come out sooner than later. And these things can be triggers for full-blown detoxes, especially in the spring. I see it all the time. People think they get the flu, they don’t get the, they don’t have the flu. They have a de a natural spring detox being triggered within them because they’re so full of crap from all winter long or all season long, you know, under stress and eating poorly and sleeping poorly and all kinds of other harmful things being put inside of them.
Amandha: And EMFs and all this stuff they’re very sick and their body’s like, oh my gosh, if we don’t get the toxic burden out of us now, we’re in a way, serious crisis. And that’s all of that expression is just the body trying to naturally detox. Now, if you actually detoxed your body on purpose, You would not get sick like that.
Amandha: You would, your body wouldn’t need to do that. You see? And that’s just the logic of it. And so why they’re having respiratory issues. There’s something irritating. Their lungs probably coming from the air, but it’s not it’s not a a bug because, you know, the germ theory is false, and I talk about this a lot.
Amandha: The tissue already has to be damaged or irritated by something that’s pollutant of some sort. And then the body creates its own endemic bacteria or yeast or whatnot in order to repair the cells and do the work of getting out whatever that toxin was in the first place. So the disease tissue starts first, and then you’re going to see d different types of bacteria and so forth in there.
Amandha: So the inflammation already has to be ready or the defenses already have to be down. You know, in order to allow anything through. Yes, mullein does help with respiratory issues. I just made a bunch of new teas. I have a bunch of new botanical blends. I have a lung one. I’ll get it on the website soon.
Amandha: that has mullein and it actually mullein grows all around me. So I wildcraft mullein a lot and the flowers of mullein help with ear infections. I pick the flowers, the little yellow flowers, and I put it in olive oil with garlic and it’s excellent for also ear, nose and throat, anything you can put it in your ears.
Amandha: You can put it in your ears if you have any ENT issue at all, and it will support the whole area. But mullein is a large leaf and it’s very soothing. It almost looks like a lung and it’s very soothing. coltsfoot as well. coltsfoot is very healing and supportive to the lungs, especially if there’s a dry cough.
Amandha: And that’s like, looks like little, I think they call ’em beggars buttons. They look like little buttons. It’s very pretty little flower. And there’s then the leaf that is comes out actually early spring. It’s a really cool one where first you see the little flower heads. Before a leaf. And so it’s, everything’s made ahead of time.
Amandha: They come out and then the big wide leaf comes later. So you can use a leaf for the flower in the early spring. I use the flower because it’s available. I have proof of the chem trails and got sick that same weekend, watched them spring my coworkers and took pics. How do you protest this inhumanity?
Amandha: You know, it’s hard because it seems so big. It’s so above us, right? Like the, whatever they’re doing to us without our consent is, it’s large, right? Where they’re, they’ve been geoengineering our weather for a long time and experimenting on populations for a long time. I mean, d t was a classic experimentation of fogging people with D T.
Amandha: See what would happen. I mean, this has been going on with the deep state or the shadow government. For a long time, unfortunately experimenting on their populations. So they’re, it’s a huge issue. But what I see happening is the more I think we talk about it and not let the mind control of like, oh, that’s a conspiracy or whatever kind of the keywords that they program into people once that fades away.
Amandha: Because when they program keywords into you, like they’ll say terrorist over and over again. Or they’ll say conspiracy over and over again to try to manipulate your mind into judging people who actually talk about truth. Right. So that’s a psychological A psychological term like warfare.
Amandha: I call it psychological warfare, but it’s a way to psychologically manipulate people so that they immediately just label something and they don’t investigate it further. But I, that only can last so long before there’s a bleed through. And I think we’re getting to bleed through on this issue because more and more people are seeing it and more and more people are talking about it.
Amandha: And more and more people are going questioning like, what is really going on? Because the weather is wacky. And now they’re also coming out trying to, and convince us that it’s good thing. If you’ve seen lately they’re trying to say that scientists. Scientists amoral scientists are, you know, spraying the sun to reduced global warming, which doesn’t exist.
Amandha: And they’ve been working on the climate change manipulation for a very long time in order to bring through the agenda. I see they work very slow and insidiously to manipulate all kinds of, at every level to make the illusion seem very real to people that this is what’s happening and then they’ll sell.
Amandha: So it’s, again, it’s a, what I said at the beginning on video one, it’s problem, reaction, solution, and dialectic. This is what they do. They create first the problem so that you come crying to them for the solution that they’ve already prepared for you. And that’s the game, that’s the war game., if you have any id, if you have any knowledge at all, have you studied chess or you studied war games, or you understand how war measures are used to overcome a population, then okay.
Amandha: You can see that this is part of the agenda here to, you know, capture water make land you know, unusable so people leave so they can buy it up cheap. Like there’s all kinds of stuff that they’re doing. So really exposure is always the best and the only way we can go exposure and bringing in all the politicians that are at least at the low level into it and making them at least somehow accountable, the upper levels and the shadow, of course, won’t, they’ll go ahead and do it anyway, but at least if your own level of you know, person to person will know about it, what, it’s, what we can do.
Amandha: It’s our power, right?. So more people are seeing that Yes, we do not consent. Back to some questions. So the germ theory. Why do people get sick when they’re around other sick people? Is it because they have similar terrain to promote the sickness? Yeah. And it’s something that I’m still actually studying and trying to understand how what is the rule around contagion?
Amandha: What is the, what is really happening with contagion or what is seeming to happen with contagion? We understand the falsity of the germ theory, which again, you can watch my videos on that that I explained in more detail. And why it’s false is then I, and I do see this and I have experienced it, like my daughter will come, seem to come down with something like she’s starting to get symptoms on something, right.
Amandha: And then soon after I will come down with similar symptoms. Right? And there’s a timing around that. And so it does appear that whatever she’s expressing. in her body through her detox, her natural stimulatory detox, whatever triggered her detox, whatever it was, is triggering me into a detox.
Amandha: That’s how I look at it now that something’s triggering me. And if you’re not susceptible, it won’t trigger you. So, for example like when someone’s ill and they’re detoxing, stuff’s coming out of them like material. So, phlegm their own bacteria is coming out of them. The fungus can come out.
Amandha: All kinds of different things. Gases off gassing gases through the bri the breath. And that’s why I like studying the nurse Florence Nightingale, which is really hard to find. Her writings now is they really scrub the internet of a lot of her stuff. But if you can get your hands on some of the old texts of Florence Nightingale, she explained it very well because she witnessed illness as a nurse.
Amandha: In in closed hospital rooms. And she started to see that diseases would develop into other diseases. And the main issue was that the ga, the closed room didn’t allow airflow in. And it was like all the off-gassing of these individuals were being reabsorbed by others, and they were just bouncing their toxicity back and forth off of each other.
Amandha: But it wasn’t because of a bug. You see, it wasn’t like blaming a specific blood. It was the products of that individual that got seeped into that person. Like you can take pus off of someone and then put it under their skin and they’ll have a reaction to that because there’s a non-self issue.
Amandha: There’s a puss from someone else’s body being put in you, and you’re gonna have a reaction to that because the body doesn’t want things that are of non-self. It’s, it has to keep itself. Well con communicated, right? You can’t do that without a response or reaction by the body. But what I think has happened is we’ve modern medicine has continually messed up cause and effect.
Amandha: We have a huge issue around understanding cause and effect. And we’ve blamed one effect on saying that’s the cause when it’s actually not. It’s just a repercussion of a, of an expression. And we’re blaming an innocent victim or a bystander, like blaming the flies for coming around the garbage.
Amandha: Right. It’s a fls fault that the garbage is created. Not really, no, because we made the garbage, the flies just came in to deal with the garbage and to eat the garbage and to break down the garbage. Okay? So there is, but there is a sense of a when you’re, so, when you’re sick, what you wanna really do is be outside or have good airflow or circulation and be hygienic, like, be clean.
Amandha: You don’t want someone to sneeze on you and get phlegm and this kind of contamination unless you do, unless you wanna be triggered into a detox. You go to a chickenpox party and you wanna be triggered into your own detox. And the ones of childhood are also very special. What I noticed is that the common diseases of childhood which change on generation to generation are stimulatory to growth because they’ll get a get chickenpox or they’ll get measles or they’ll get whooping cough or whatever, and they’ll have a growth spur after.
Amandha: And they’ll heal. They’ll purge something of that system that’s re going through a rapid change. Anytime something’s going through a rapid alteration. There’s a lot more waste mace materials. And if your body cannot get rid of the waste materials, it’s going to get rid of it one way or another.
Amandha: And usually through the skin, oftentimes through the skin. If it can’t through, through the lungs, but the material can’t get out through the lungs, it’s not made to get out that way. See, then it’ll come out through the skin. You’ll get all kinds of rashes. So, and you do see as well similar behaviors and similar terrain and similar eating styles and similar emotional styles will get sick.
Amandha: Similarly also, okay. And then we also have to consider vibrational effects and the effects of the way that we are, like if you were to measure our vibration and talking about harmonic resonance and if you’re harmonically resonating with someone, and as an empath, it happens to me all the time where I will pick up somebody’s illness on a level of resonance because I’m empathetic with them and I’m beginning to vibrate similarly so that I can have compassion and understand where they’re at.
Amandha: But I’ll walk away with what they’ve got. And it’s not something that you would even consider contagious. Like I’ll walk away fibromyalgia symptoms, right? Or I’ll walk away with cancer. The cancer symptoms they have for a little while, for a couple of days, and all kinds of empaths have these experiences.
Amandha: So we know there’s another level of contagion. Do you know what I’m saying? Or absor and it’s a fascinating topic. It’s something I’m continually studying and looking at because I wanna understand it for myself because it’s my recent, more recent understanding of there’s no viruses. Like I’ve exposed that and I’m still working on that.
Amandha: I’m still reading and I’m still learning. You know, when we’ve bamboozled at such, been bamboozled at such a deep level and so many are brainwashed into a certain level of thinking, it takes a lot of work not only to teach it, but to uncover in it within yourself. There’s a whole process of your own self.
Amandha: And I’m a teacher.
Amandha: Like I, that’s what I do, right? I learn something and I try to share it and try to teach it. And so it’s a process for me too, you see? So I’m continually learning and I’m continually growing and that’s life. And and I will, you know, I’m not perfect either. And I think a lot of people like to put people like me on pedestals that I’m supposed to know everything and, or I’m never supposed to have a learning process or I’m never supposed to make a mistake.
Amandha: And you know, that’s just not reality. But we, what we do is we always try to continually improve upon what we learn. And that’s life. Like, that’s how we grow. That’s what I think, that’s what we’re meant to do, right? Is continually. Get the information, absorb it, come to terms with it, and be really open-minded to what that means and do the deep work that it requires, and that also can take time.
Amandha: So that’s where I’m at right now with the contagion. Understanding that there’s a few different levels or layer layers of it. I do understand that the Chinese and their brilliance don’t have even a concept of contagion. There’s not really contagion. There’s wind based diseases where if someone is exposed to wind or exposed to a sudden shock or a sudden change in temperature, that kind of thing, it shocks what’s called the chy, which is your DEF skin defense.
Amandha: And then that brings down that person’s chi or energy or strength. And then they can become susceptible to things and triggered into an expression of some sort because usually the body then is unable to do a normal process and then wastes build up in the tissues and have to be dealt with one way or another.
Amandha: Right. So I hope that answers it a little bit for you., we’re getting on tangents.. I wonder if it’s a vibrational thing. That’s what I was saying. If you have two different vibrations, a weaker one will conform to the stronger, will the weak one conform to the stronger? Okay. Well, as far as I understand from certain, from vibration, and my study in that is you can have nullifying effects on vibration.
Amandha: So you can have, so think of it as a waveform. You have a waveform that’s a specific peak and a specific frequency. So it’s either gonna be like this or it’s gonna be like this, or the, there’s a certain pitch and the certain length, right? There’s certain diameters and measurements of that. And if you have a, an exact flip opposite of that, you will neutralize something.
Amandha: You will neutralize whatever that effect is that will. A nullified situation. Or you can have a, the resonance, a harmonic resonance aspect where you have a frequency that’s being triggered and if you have a similar underlying tone, like for example, two guitars that are tuned the same, right. And you pluck one string next to the other guitar, that string will vibrate as well.
Amandha: Right.
Amandha: That’s a harmonic resonance test that you can do. So there’s something along those lines too. And then there’s, I mean, there’s many layers to it. There’s our, and there’s our own layers and what’s interacting with each other. I think it’s a little more complicated than that.
Amandha: That’s my point.
Amandha: Okay.
Amandha: So, oh yeah. Same as PMS, your group of girlfriends end up on the same cycle. That’s an excellent point because you know that girlfriends, when girlfriends get together, it’s a hen party and your menstruation comes together. And isn’t that fascinating? That’s considered an a normal adaptation of how we’re meant to be as group.
Amandha: Like. We are not indi, we are not an individual in and of itself. We are also meant to have resonances with others and work together with other people because we are beings that need each other. And we resonate then with those beings. And then our hormones actually fluctuate. We know pheros come off of us.
Amandha: That’s fact, right? There’s a classic off-gassing situation where you have pheromones coming off of you at certain hormone periods and those interact with each other and that will have a feedback effect on each other. Just like, when I was doing all my research and work on circumcision, and understanding that the foreskin has estrogen receptors to communicate with female, right?
Amandha: So there’s, we are interact, we have design for each other that has feedback loops and information that’s gathered. Right? So that’s a perfect example of, you know, when the ovulation cycles come at the same time, similar time. And I think what that reasoning was then you’re, we’re supposed to raise children as a community and and the women would come into ovulation similarly than the children would be born similarly at same ages and so forth.
Amandha: And it would be just easier for everyone to raise each other’s child with the group think Right. That’s my understanding of it from what I did, you know, research many years ago on that stuff. But that’s great point. So that’s, and that’s an off-gassing chemical response to someone else, right.
Amandha: Great. Okay. That’s great stuff. Then there, okay, I wan’t to talk about antibiotics. Oh my and I’m gonna do a whole thing on antibiotics pretty soon because it’s so bad and it’s so unnecessary and dangerous. And it’s one of those ones where everybody’s like, thank God for, you know, it’s all pumped through our media.
Antibiotics, Microbiome, Colloidal Silver, and MMS Discussion
Amandha: It’s all pumped through movies all pumped through TV shows always like, oh we died back then because we didn’t have the antibiotics. Thank God for the antibiotics. If only we had, you know, that’s lifesaving, this and that. We don’t even question it, we just thank God, Fran. Thank God for this poison off of a fungus that kills other fungus that we put in our body.
Amandha: That’s what it is that we need to like, be not sick okay. But it has huge repercussion on our bodies. It has a huge repercussion on our microbiome. It completely obliterates your own cell lineages. It wipes them out right to ground level depending on the type of antibiotic. It can do. Crazy things like detached retinas.
Amandha: It can detach your achilles heel. The achilles tendon can do spontaneous lead detach. I think that’s Cipro that does that one. It can completely mess around with your neurological system so that your brain, you can’t think anymore. You have str chronic stress issues anxiety issues totally obliterates your gut and that’s your gut-brain is.
Amandha: Finished. And it’s not necessary. And that’s the thing. It’s not necessary, not with what the knowledge that we actually have. What I usually suggest if somebody is having what they’re calling an infection, what it means is you have quite considerable tissue damage in your own s your own cells or invaders can come in if the defenses are down that are coming as to eat the meal that you’ve presented for them, the buffet that you have prepared for these critters to eat, because that’s their job in nature, is to break down the dead and to recycle it.
Amandha: And that’s all you’ve done. And you’re just killing them. But you’re never dealing with the fact that the tissue’s damaged in the first place. And you’re also adding side effects from the repercussion of the damage to your own microbiome. Right? And we know that we’re getting resistant strains of Of bacteria that’s causing a lot of problems.
Amandha: You know, we’re getting staph and strep problems. It’s suppressive, and what’ll end up happening is you’ll only kill a certain percentage of them to strong survive. Then when they, when the coast is clear and they can come outta hiding, they come out and reproduce, have more babies, and those babies are strong because that’s the strongest of the coal that’s come now to reproduce.
Amandha: And so you’re just making monsters. So antibiotics make monsters, antibiotics. What they should have done is say, okay, we have coil silver, we have chlorine dioxide, we have all these types of botanicals that help balance your body. Here’s how you detox the body.
Amandha: Here’s how you make sure your tissue’s not damaged, so you don’t track this in the first place. Here’s how you use probiotics and fermented foods to keep your own microbiome in a healthy state. Here’s how you protect your defenses for real, not by poisoning yourself with vaccines that actually damage your defenses in the first place, but real ways of like nursing till your age three have, you know, eating, like having enough dirt that you get exposed to your own natural microbiome that’s in the outside world where you eat your food from and all that, where you get proper exposures to the body to learn what’s what.
Amandha: And then you’ll be strong for life.
Amandha: But instead, They don’t apply the proper nutrition, so everyone’s nutritionally deficient people are toxic and then they’re gonna have these problems and then they just apply more toxicity. But really we have a lot of other more elegant ways to deal with this without the damage that is used from using antibiotics.
Amandha: And so the MMS, the chlorine dioxide is a really good way to go if you just need to purify your waters as well as it doesn’t seem to take out your own endemic cells.
Amandha: And it seems to kill parasites quite considerably.
Amandha: And chelate and remove heavy metals successfully.
Amandha: That would be the way I would work.
Amandha: Anything while I’m trying to heal the tissue itself and increase my nutritional status get the blood flowing through exercise and doing all kinds of saunas and things to get everything moved along and I would probably also consider things like colloidal silver, which is very effective for strep.
Amandha: If you get the strep throat problem, you don’t need antibiotics for strep ear infections, any of that stuff. Even the own literature says that it’s not effective for these things that you shouldn’t use antibiotics. But there’s still handed out and there’s still this go-to because we’ve got this mindset, we’ve got this thinking that has to shift alongside of it.
Amandha: And that’s, you know, that’s something I’m trying to bring into your thought process. That what’s happening and why things are happening the way they are, is for a reason. And you’re trying to then apply the proper measures to help the body do what it’s trying to do. And nu try it and get the toxins out.
Amandha: And I will say it again and again and again, because I need I really need for people to start to think in this direction because that’s what’s gonna get us out of this pit. Where people are dying so young and the cancer rates are through the roof and the a d is through the roof and the autism is through the roof and all the stuff we have to stop.
Amandha: This idea that we’re protecting ourselves by harming ourselves first. It does not work that way. And you will sacrifice well-being for that, and you will sacrifice longevity for that too. And it also seems our culture’s obsessed with longevity and afraid of death. And so it’s a very toward culture because you wanna live long, but yet you still take the drugs to like suppress everything, right?
Amandha: Which doesn’t make any sense.
Amandha: Totally counterintuitive to longevity.
Amandha: Okay, so the antibiotics you have other a, you have other things that you can use if you need to get out of that situation. Like I suffered from strep for many times.
Amandha: And you know, the MMR vaccine, the measles portion is found in tonsil tissue.
Amandha: Because it settles there and it damages that gland and also damages the adenoids as I’ve said before. And these things are poisoned us. And so naturally the body’s wanting to try to fix that and will call in the summatives, which of are of your own blood change form into bacteria, and if needed be, if need be, if there’s heavy metals into fungus, and that will be your own endemic solution to try to get wall off toxicity or get it out of essential systems.
Amandha: And then you wanna go poison it and take away the bacteria. See, it’s, again, it’s a problem of cause and effect. So someone will, who’s rudimentary, like a doctor, will go in and swab and say, there’s these bacteria present. You have an infection, now we’re going to kill it. Blaming the fact that the bacteria’s there, but totally missing the root cause of why the bacteria was there in the first place.
Amandha: And never addressing that root cause, just getting rid of the bacteria and thinking that it’s taking care of business when it hasn’t. It’s a full sense of security and it’s a, that’s just a ticking time bomb waiting to happen. And I see it like again. The other one I wanted to talk about, and then I’ll wrap it up with this cortisone, but I see this, you know, where the antibiotics, so vaccines have come, been used, the vaccines destroy the gut damage the defenses, create auto autoimmune diseases create havoc in the metabolic system of the body.
Cortisone, Skin Conditions, Asthma, and Inhalers
Amandha: Then the body is, the liver is congested and the kidneys are under functioning or quite noticeably damaged. And the lungs then are the next root of elimination after the skin. So then you see rashes. So always I’ll get the babies in, they’ve been vaccinated. They might even have had antibiotics. Their mum’s not breastfeeding, which is just a travesty.
Amandha: And this poor baby, they’re wondering why it’s not growing. Well, they’re wondering why it’s having sleep problems. They’re wondering why it’s not. They’re the baby’s not doing well or moody or all of these things and has rashes. And then with the doctors, they’ll prescribe cortisone cream for a rash which is a hormone, which you would never wanna give a growing infant who’s using hormones to grow
Amandha: Yep. That’s really weird. And they’ll go right through, right? The skin’s a two-way street. It’ll go right into the blood and it’ll suppress the rash. So it looks like it’s this magical cure, cause the rash went away. But it’s a temporary fix always. Once the cortisone is taken away, it will come out again and often worse.
Amandha: Because the body’s just trying to get toxins out of the skin. And you’re saying no with the cortisone, no, can’t do it. And then what happens is you get a stronger prescription and try again. It works again temporarily. Try it again. Works again temporarily. Sometimes they do this a few times before they clue in.
Amandha: This isn’t working, it just keeps coming back because it’s the same thing. Still expressing never went away in the first place at all. It just looked like it. But all in the meanwhile is damaging the liver further, which is the root cause of the expression in the first place is the liver’s congested. Now it’s doing more organ damage on top of it cuz the body has to process all that cortisone through the liver.
Amandha: Okay. Then eventually what happens is it goes into the lung tissue and when it goes to the lung tissue to try to blow off, this is last root of elimination. Then you start to see a lot of asthma in these children, and it’s not always just lung itself. It also can be spine spinal damage. The C 3 45 can be out, so we also want to get a good chiropractor osteopath to check the C 45 vertebrae to make sure they’re in alignment properly because that also can cause asthmatic symptoms.
Amandha: So that can, you know, and you can get chemical subluxations where there’s so many ca toxins. It throws the nervous system off it and it throws the muscles then off and that. then affects the spine, right? And so one can be caused and one can be affect or the other way around. So that always should be addressed in asthma because sometimes it’s just the innervation of the lung.
Amandha: That’s the problem itself. It’s the nerves that are being damaged that’s causing the symptoms, not the lung tissue directly, but then they give them a puff. That’s cortisone. They just had cortisone and now they’re saying to the lungs, no, you can’t do that other, sorry. And that thins the skin damaged thou, you’re really damaging lung tissue, where probably the lung tissue was fine.
Amandha: now you’re damaging it considerably. And that’s also very habit forming and very hard to get off of as well as the puffers. And you have to go very slow and you have to rehabilitate the lung tissue, take some time, take some work, and yeah. And then you have a whole cascade of problems from that.
Amandha: But you wanna address the nerves and clean up the body and get all that toxin out, toxins out from the beginning. And the rash may come back after for a little while until you deal with the liver. But then it goes every single. And I have had a lot of these people, this is probably my most common complaint in my store and on all levels approaching me, is that they’re the liver problems and the skin issues and the eczemas and the psoriasis and all these things.
Amandha: And they want cream for it cause I make creams for it. And they work great, but they don’t suppress. They help the skin be nourished. So it’s not gonna have secondary damage, but it doesn’t suppress it and push it back in. It actually helps everything come out more. And then I tell them that’s the root cause of their problem and here’s how you treat the liver.
Amandha: And I give them things through the liver. And guess what? When they do what I say, they heal because they’re treating the right causation. See, and it’s again, and again like that, but your doctor’s not gonna say anything like that. They’re gonna give you a drug. Right. Okay, question. Where is that?
Amandha: I witnessed. Turn off my heater here. I witnessed my son’s age group in elementary school. Many on inhalers, respiratory issues. One year younger, nothing one year old, nothing. My theory, newer different vaccine for that age group, which when infants or toddlers, what you think? Yeah, I mean, well, you see these patterns and oftentimes there’s delayed responses to being poisoned by vaccines.
Amandha: you will see trends. You always see when they get a certain level of it, a certain age group, they get a certain vaccine. You’ll get a slew of things come up from there. And then what’s great about kids, amen, is that oftentimes there’s have stem cells left. They have still enough vitality that they can overcome the poison.
Amandha: It’s the ones that are already weaker out of the gate they can’t overcome. Then they start to get further and further down into disease, right? But it shows you the strong resilience of the human body that we can cope with that level of poisoning and blow it off or try to blow it off, and you’ll see it through the respiratory system until it’s done.
Amandha: When it’s finished doing. if it succeeds. So if the lungs succeed in getting the toxins out, then they’ll resolve. It will resolve. The heavy metals may have settled elsewhere in the body by that point, and you’ll have to deal with that later because then you’ll get another grow. I also see, like, in the poisoned kids, that when they hit another level of growth, that’s when the symptoms start.
Amandha: Because now the body’s grown into wherever the pooled toxins have been shoved aside, and they’ve re like, moved everything around again and it’s been re introduced into the body. And that’s also why it’s so tricky and why these snakes of this industry get away with murder because there’s delayed responses, delayed reactions, and the body’s brilliant and pockets it away until it can’t anymore.
Amandha: And so they., they don’t make the the conclusions, the proper conclusions of the cause and effect. Like I said, their cause and effect delayed. They have cause and effect iis,, they didn’t figured that one out.. So it is very scary. Okay, I really just came impromptu here to help you understand that you can get off drugs, but you ha wanna treat the underlying ca root cause first and try to get yourself stable.
General Tapering Strategies, Gut Support, and Working With Practitioners
Amandha: Before you really come off of the drug, so as not to shock the body too strongly. And I always will recommend the homeopathic drainage as a step because it won’t interfere with drugs and it will just help your body process better. It might help you actually utilize the drug better. So it’s a good thing to use when you’re coming off a drug because then it’ll just utilize what’s there a little bit better, and you won’t really notice much of a change, but you’ve lowered your dose, you see until you’re stronger and then you can come off.
Amandha: So, Typically when people come to me and we get ’em off the drugs, two weeks is the average time to get off a drug unless it’s a cholesterol. The sta the statin. We come off within a few days putting on the, like as a substitute for helping the blood flow, we’re gonna do the omega-3 fatty acids and the magnesium and the vitamin C.
Amandha: And I like the sodium ascorbate for that. I use a few different ones. I have the right C and fester C is okay. I don’t mind it as well, but the buffer types. But I like the right C by biome the best. It’s a powder. It’s easy to take. I like topicals and powders to just bypass the gut as much as possible.
Amandha: Get on a good digestive enzyme and start working on the gut. Everybody needs gut everybody.
Amandha: I don’t see one case without need, the need of it because anytime you put anything in your mouth that’s potentially toxic, your gut’s affected and that always needs rehabilitation. So your good ferments probiotics needing a zinc supplement for helping your gut as well.
Amandha: Like I talk about in my gut healing video, these things, and then start to come off the medication ideally with some help if, I mean, it’s nice to have help and it’s nice to sometimes, like some people have doctors that are a little more cooperative than others.. And if you are one of those rare people who has a cooperative doctor, then work with your doctor
Amandha: If you have a belligerent doctor who goes against you and is rude and insulin and totally insulting to your intelligence and acts like a narcissist and a baby, then I don’t really even say tell them much other than go back to them healed and tell ’em what you did after the fact.
Amandha: So they can see the proof standing there.
Amandha: And then they usually shut up and they may or may not fire you because then they don’t wanna see what you’re showing them, which is that their medicine is bollocks and that they’re poisoning and harming people at an alarming rate and that they’re really doing no good for society.
Amandha: And they should stop what they’re doing and educate themselves properly and get out of their conditioning and indoctrination.
Amandha: So you’ll, that’s the majority of them, but there are a few that are stuck in a crappy system and they are wanting out but they can’t cuz they have mouths to feed or whatnot. And those type you can talk to or present actual research to them that’s not biased and they will be able to assist you by also getting you medication that is in a smaller format.
Amandha: So it’s very nice if you can go to them and say, Hey, I’m wanting to wean down off my meds and I don’t care what you think, but I’m gonna wean down off my meds cause I want off. And so can you, instead of the one milligram, can you prescribe me a 0.5 and after the 0.5 can you give me a 0.25? cause I’d like to do it that way so I don’t have to crush pills or, you know, skip days or anything like that.
Amandha: And oftentimes, especially with the With the drugs that are anxiolytics, antidepressants, the Prozac, these types, you gotta go super slow. And the SSRIs, all of those kind, even the ones, there’s ones that you can, you know, eyedrops that are S R I based and affect the neurotransmitters that even has a blow back effect.
Amandha: You gotta go super slow and you’re gonna probably still have rebound in some level and you’ll just have to sleep through it or deal with it in some way and just, you know, help yourself heal and know that you’re, it’s like you’re doing a detox. So anytime you’re doing detox, you’re trying to slow down rest, take more baths, do more me time, you know, get massages or gentle things that are gonna help you during that.
Amandha: But all of those you really want your doctor to work with you ideally. And if not, then I would switch doctors if you can and just help them cut down the meds. Incremental doses for you. Or suggest something like sometimes they’ll suggest you go on a little bit of a different med, that this as a step down, there are situations like where that might be warranted.
Amandha: So we just wanna look at that potential. Now, I know I’m a very strong advocate against drugs like this, against pharmaceutical drugs because I know that the pharmaceutical industry is very corrupt and does a lot of damage to us. And I’m not in support of that on any level. And I don’t wanna feed that system.
Amandha: So that’s really one of my chief goals is not to feed the monster, but I do know that people have had success with low dose eltroxin, which is a drug. And there are certain uses on off-label uses for some of these things for people in a real tough bind. And I see that point, like for cancers or for fibromyalgia treatment, but again, That’s fine.
Amandha: If you wanna go ahead. If you’re in, that’s your body and that’s your decision if you wanna do that, if you’ve seen that work and you think that’s helpful by all means. But just as long as you understand that there’s a root cause that you still always have to address no matter what, then you’re gonna get to where you want to go, which is.
Amandha: Right. You’re gonna get satisfaction. You’re not gonna go through suppressive anything and you’re gonna get results. And so I just want that to be your, the thinking, even if you’re using something like L D n for like a tumor that’s stubborn. I have seen a few cases where they have a tumor and they’re doing everything right and it’s still not shrinking.
Amandha: They, there’s something missing. There’s something they’re not getting to, or there’s something happening where they’re not metabolically able to catch up. You know, there’s places for some of these things. They didn’t get into the bind without drugs. Like the bind often came from being drugged. Right.
Amandha: And sometimes they need a little bit of the dog that bit them to get them out. And I see that, and I acknowledge that and I understand that it’s just the way that I tend to work is without that first, and that’s always your last ditch approach. So that’s the thing like heroic medicine should be there for last ditch emergency situations where you have no other alternative.
Amandha: You’ve exhausted every other avenue. You really looked diligently at what’s going on. Or you need an action to happen immediately now that where your homeopathics not working, cuz you can get immediate now from homeopathics. You get immediate now from the right botanical, you can get immediate from that.
Lymphatic Support Q&A and Closing Remarks
Amandha: You can use it in those acute situations. But if you don’t have access to that or you don’t know enough about that, then what do you have? Just this, we haven’t been allowed to have the other, so that’s where we have it right so fine. But just understand that’s, you’re looking for root cause always and you’re looking to support the biochemistry and the root cause and get the toxic material out of the situation and deal with the emotional aspect as well and the electrical aspect, which we didn’t really talk about much here, but there’s more to it.
Amandha: There’s more to the story. Okay? So I want to encourage you, I want you to feel empowered when you come away from this understanding and that you have more, there’s so much more that you can do for your health than take a drug that’s suppressing symptoms, that’s leading to a quicker demise for you.
Amandha: Okay? Aside from rebounding exercises, what detox do you recommend for lymph? Well, lymphatics are key because they’re like the waste disposal center for your blood. They’re like the dump and that also is a huge communication tool for the body as well. So the rebounding is actually, I don’t like moving your blood in any way.
Amandha: I find helpful, like for limb, like exercise on any level will help limb period. Dance around your living room, go for brisk walk jump up and down, whatever, get the blood moving. Do venous return like, like do upside down. Where you’re putting your body upside down is helpful as well with for the lymph.
Amandha: Doing, treating the spleen, which is like the controller of lymph doing like castor-oil packs over the spleen, supporting the spleen. I like the lymph diol or iters, the pecan iters, which is a homeopathic drainage for the lymphatic system that you just put drops in water.
Amandha: It’s very effective to move along the lymph and to detox that particular system.
Amandha: You obviously want the kidneys to be working optimally, so you in conjunction you want the waters of the body to be balanced. You wanna drink enough water you want to have enough of the nutrients that support that system, the magnesiums and like your good fats and all of your, you wanna get off things that clog like dairy.
Amandha: You don’t wanna add more burden into the system. There’s the dry brushing and all that, but the alternating hot and cold, the hydrotherapy is very assistive to. the lymphatic because you’re taking a shower for one. And if you study, what happens when you do three minutes hot, one minute cold, five rotations in the shower, like letting that water flow over you, it actually, the rhythms of the blood and the rhythms of the lymph, if they’re not working together, that they’re disharmonious, that can be problematic and create lymphatic congestion.
Amandha: But when you do this hydrotherapy, you actually help them move together, pump together, and that in, when that nervous control of these two systems is in harmony, then the toxins from the blood can pass through the lymph and both ways, right? Where the lymph is ready to detox and get things out through the liver and the kidneys then the dance can happen.
Amandha: So that, so I like the excuse me, the hydrotherapy for that. And and yeah, moving your blood, cayenne pepper, anything that moves the blood that helps the blood flow. Coffee enemas are always my favorite because it’s just so easy, when you have something right at your fingertips that’s that easy to get ahead of a disease state, like coffee enemas, do you, why wouldn’t you do it unless you can’t, unless you physically can’t.
Amandha: But I do like the homeopathic drainage a lot for lymph. So, and parsley, leaf and corn suck for kidneys to just help the whole waters of the body move properly. And I’m speaking from a traditional Chinese medicine terminology, just so you know that it’s one of my go-tos. And in fact, you can do acupuncture as well.
Amandha: There’s tugs, more botanicals that you can use like as well, like for the lymphatic system. But mainly. I like that a lot of them, like Thero area and all these kinds of nodular based herbs that are in the eiders or in the homeopathic drainage. I just find that acceptable. But there’s lots of teas and botanicals that way you can do.
Amandha: But vitamin C again, I like the buffering aspect of the sodium ascorbate 3000 milligrams a day minimum. So staff, drugs, kids be good and love you lots. Talk to you soon. Bye-bye.
