Understanding DMSO: Unlocking the Power of Terrain Healing with Amandha Vollmer (ADV)
DMSO Terrain Healing: Video Overview
In this DMSO terrain healing webinar, Amandha Vollmer (ADV) moves beyond introductory DMSO information to show how she thinks about dimethyl sulfoxide within a whole-body terrain framework. She returns to a practical question throughout the class: if a DMSO application produces different results from one person to another, what else is happening in the body? ADV uses her recent rotator cuff injury to demonstrate layered topical application, pain tracking and how she adjusts what she is doing according to the tissue and her response.
From there, ADV explains why she does not approach DMSO as an isolated quick fix. She asks whether the body is prepared to absorb, circulate, use and clear what has been mobilized, then connects that question to hydration, nutritional status, liver function and lymphatic flow. That terrain reasoning becomes the basis for her discussion of dilution, test patches, clean skin, air-drying and why a stronger concentration is not automatically a better application.
The second half tests that framework against increasingly complex situations, including sensitive routes of use, medication questions, dental and heavy-metal concerns, and material compatibility. The Q&A applies the same reasoning to several audience cases. Across the class, ADV returns to observation and self-assessment: understand why you are using DMSO, record how your body responds and adjust from the information you gather rather than applying it without a wider picture of your terrain.
What You’ll Learn About DMSO Terrain Healing
- Why ADV approaches DMSO through terrain thinking rather than using it only to suppress a symptom
- How she worked with a rotator cuff injury using layered topical DMSO, pain scoring, contrast hydrotherapy and continued reassessment
- How dilution, test patches, skin cleanliness, application area and absorption time enter her topical approach
- Why ADV looks at hydration, nutrition, liver function and elimination when a DMSO application is not producing the expected response
- How she distinguishes topical use from the internal, sinus, eye and nebulized applications discussed in the webinar
- How medications, alcohol and circulation enter the discussion when considering DMSO within the wider terrain
- How ADV approaches heavy metals, amalgams, implants and material compatibility before increasing DMSO use
- How self-assessment and audience examples involving menopause, veins, spinal concerns, children and eye conditions extend the terrain-based approach
Important Context & Safety
Educational context: This video presents Amandha Vollmer’s personal experience, protocols and terrain-based interpretation of DMSO. It discusses topical use as well as oral, eye, sinus, nebulized, pediatric and pet applications, along with significant medical conditions. These applications do not all have the same level of clinical evidence or regulatory acceptance. Current U.S. prescription labelling identifies DMSO for intravesical use in the symptomatic relief of interstitial cystitis and states that it has not been approved as safe and effective for other indications. The label also notes that DMSO is absorbed following topical application, may affect concomitant medications and has been associated with occasional hypersensitivity reactions.
Medical emergencies: Information in this video should not be used to delay emergency assessment or treatment for symptoms of stroke, heart attack, serious head injury or another medical emergency.

Introduction: Understanding DMSO Through Terrain Healing
Amandha: Welcome, welcome to Unlocking the Power of Terrain, healing and Understanding, DMSO, Dimethyl Sulfoxide. I’m Dr. Amandha Vollmer. You may already know me if you’re new to my content welcome. We are going to talk in the next layer, so if you’ve missed my intro to DMSO, I suggest you go back and watch it.
Amandha: This particular recording will be available under public videos at Yummy.Doctor, that is my private community and my compendium of like videos and blogs and basically a hub of information that I’ve done over the last 20 years. And it’s available there under public videos. And this one will be too.
Amandha: I’m not going to do the same presentation obviously each time we do these, so it’s advisable to sign up to the newsletter if you haven’t already, so that we can let you know when the next one is. And so like basically the idea is to build on the knowledge because the thing is with this particular substance, it’s important to understand how to dilute it, how to use it. Its many applications when not to use it, how to pair it with things. And when I do the next stage of this in the masterclass, I’m gonna go through specific protocol uses, which will be more in combination. But today our, the presentation is going to be about how we apply the thinking of using a substance such as Dimethyl Sulfoxide for a holistic approach, a terrain based thinking.
Amandha: Because the way we’ve been trained through the, you know, Rockefeller conventional medical system is very much, I wanna take the thing and I want my symptoms to miraculously go away, and then I wanna go on with my day. But I’m a practitioner that teaches holistic medicine and actual healing. And healing isn’t just about snapping your fingers and making it all go away necessarily.
Amandha: Now. In saying that DMSO is quite miraculous and does have really powerful action. I have a lot of success stories, you know, coming back from their use and also from the creation of my own line of DMSO infused products, which you can find at DMSO.Store. One of a kind. Nobody does what I do. But the idea behind it is that, you know, people can get into using substances like this with the wrong idea in mind, and I want you to be as successful as possible.
Amandha: So this is why we’re gonna go through that terrain understanding today, so that you have, you are armed with a real a correct approach to the medicine, right? Like, it’s not like, oh, I have pain. I want to go and just, I want, I have to get on with my day, you know, popping a pill and off you go.
Amandha: That isn’t really addressing what’s happening and it’s not understanding the body. Right, because, you know, why is there pain? What or why is there inflammation to things that DMSO handles very well. But what if you have pain and you know, slather some DMSO on and then you don’t get relief what’s going on?
Amandha: You know, why wouldn’t it be working for one person and, but working for another person in a similar circumstance? So we’re gonna work out these nuances together so that you have a more balanced education. ’cause everything that I do as a practitioner is really to educate. Even my yummy.doctor whole paradigm is about doctoring yourself and learning how to empower yourself to take control of a lot of these matters.
Amandha: Because frankly, healthcare systems have failed across the world and doctors aren’t trained in this knowledge in fact, if you go to most MDs, like conventional practitioners, most of ’em still don’t even know what the substance is or they’re told things like it’s dangerous and are given like a skewed idea about it.
Amandha: And this happens, of course, because we have a pharmaceutical cartel that really doesn’t want you to have safe, effective, really safe, effective substances to use for these things. They want you dependent on their expensive drugs that fuel their industry, of course. And when it comes to a tree extract, which DMSO is it’s very affordable and it’s not patented, so they can’t make money off of it the way they’d like to.
Amandha: And it’s just not part of their system for you to be, you know, free and empowered and know how your body works and know how to use these substances for your health.
Amandha: Okay. I just changed my audio over. I’m really sorry about that. Because I was actually on a different system, so it might have been more echoy. So hopefully that’s a little bit clearer or richer for you. Okay, now I’m in the middle. I’m running a generator. So I’m in Ontario, Canada and we had the mother of all ice storms and sorry, my camera’s super up high.
Amandha: I have a new system, hasn’t sorted itself out yet, so it’s really hard to like look at everything. But we had the mother of all storms and I’m on a generator. I’ve been on out of power just running on that generator for five days. So, the internet. Has been working, which is amazing. So hopefully hopefully we’re gonna be okay.
Rotator Cuff Injury: Layered DMSO, Pain Tracking, and Recovery
Amandha: Forgive any little glitches and things. I know I, I canceled it last week. I haven’t I have a story actually about DMSO. ’cause last week I ripped my rotator cuff and I did some serious damage to myself and I couldn’t use my right arm pretty much at all. And so, sorry, I’m just looking at your comments here.
Amandha: I’m there. I don’t even know how many people are in here right now. If my support team can tell me how many 762 people so far, all right, here we go. We had like over 1300 people sign up for this, so that’s awesome. So anyway, like I couldn’t like see how I’m moving my right arm right now. I couldn’t it was excruciating pain.
Amandha: I don’t know if any of you have ever torn anything in your shoulder before or to torn a tendon before, but it is like I’ve given birth and I would say it’s like on the edge of that kind of pain. Okay. So, you’re hearing twice there’s a echo might so hold on a second. Is that what you’re saying?
Amandha: Can my support team say if, is there an echo? There shouldn’t be an echo. I thought I turned. Internet’s not good. Just wait for it to clear up. Starlink ethernet, no echo. Okay. All right. Either might be a little glitches. We’re just gonna have to roll with it because it’s literally a miracle that this is even happening right now.
Amandha: So if you’re having any echoy stuff, it’s probably on your end. Okay, cool. So what I did with this excruciating pain, well, first of all, I had to cancel all, everything last week including this because it was supposed to be last week. And I, my two favorite pain products are two that I make. Okay. I did not just pull out the DMSO 99.995% grade pharmaceutical, grade DMSO and start putting it on there because I know that with tendons in particular, tendons are, do not have a lot of water content.
Amandha: And when you are going to think about your dilution, which I highly recommend, of course, my book because it has a dilution chart in it to help you understand what dilution you wanna approach your application in. I knew that it had to be higher water content for me. So what I did, and I still have frozen shoulder.
Amandha: It’s a, it’s actually an aspect of menopause. Menopause. I’m in perimenopause. I’m 50 years old, and so I’m going through a lot of, you know, changes in my body and in my brain. Not all fun and but I’m in like a transition through this process. And I had frozen shoulder on the left, which I repaired and then it moved to the right.
Amandha: And so, so it was already strained. And what I, what happened is I’ve been at the gym, you know, doing exercises to repair it and I had worked out pretty hard the day before. And then I went to the office and there was a really heavy box on the bed and I just heroed up and picked it up and took it to the car.
Amandha: And that action of like lifting this uber heavy box on an overworked, already tender shoulder, just set it in motion. So that was, so it was a true actual injury. And so the first thing that I did was I immediately did a little bit of ice just because the inflammation was outta control. And then I started doing hot and cold alternating, a little bit of contrast hydrotherapy, which I talk a lot about.
Amandha: I’ve done, you know, videos about it and it’s three minutes hot and 30 seconds cold. So I did a few rotations of that just to calm everything down and get it ready. Then I took my aloe gel that I make. It’s a 30% DMSO and the gel is, so it’s with aloe vera, it’s 30% and it is very helpful for kids, for animals, for burns.
Amandha: I designed it for burns, specifically like sunburn or, you know, oven burn, whatever. And because allo and dimethyl sulfoxide work very nicely together, so I began to slather that all over my shoulder. And then I alternated that with my peace cream and my peace cream is for pain. Specifically, it contains CBD, THC, Arnica.
Amandha: And St. John’s wort that I actually collect from my land and soak in in olive oil for extracting the medicine, the hypericin specifically, which helps with nerve pain in case there’s any sort of nerve involvement. And I basically just kept doing, I was sitting there and I did take some curcumin because it’s great for inflammation.
Amandha: I did not use an oral protocol. I specifically just wanted to test, like opportunity. I’m gonna test just topical application. I. The thing about pain and application of DMSO is you usually wanna do it in a layered amount. One, you know, application and hoping it goes away isn’t really correct use. So I started to apply and alternate wait till everything was absorbed, assess my pain scale out of 10.
Amandha: So it was 10 outta 10. Once I did one application and waited 15 minutes, then I reassessed my pain scale. In my case, there was no change. So I applied the same procedure again, and I used my entire arm because I wanted more surface area. I was trying to absorb as much as possible. As we talked about in the last webinar, DMSO is transdermal and I, you don’t necessarily need to drink it to get it where you need it.
Amandha: And I, so I used the whole entire surface area of my arm for application. I just sat there and hummed and prayed and did this procedure again, waiting 15 minutes. Assessing my pain scale out of 10, applying another layer again, and I continued to do this until I was satisfied with the pain starting to reduce, which took about three or four applications.
Amandha: I got it down to about an eight, seven or eight. The next thing that I needed to do once everything absorbed I actually rubbed castor oil all over it. And then I have kinesiology tape. I highly recommend if you don’t have any in your med kit to buy some good grade kinesiology tape. And what felt like my arm was doing was falling.
Amandha: The worst type of the pain was in this descending energy where the bicep felt like it was detaching and falling forward. So my, my instinct, I mean, I have the training, but I really trust my instinct over anything. And my instinct said I want it to go up. If only I could bring the bicep and tricep up, I would have some relief.
Amandha: So I taped my arm. It was very difficult to do with my nondominant hand, but I taped it up to the shoulder all the way around and reinforced it across. And did get quite a bit of relief with it taped, and I left it taped on for three days. And in, so now I didn’t have access to the upper part of my arm for application of DMSO.
Amandha: So what I did after that is I just kept rubbing it into my forearm and hand. And in three days of that process, I would, and I would do that repeated. So three times, three times a day application, alternating between the peace cream and the 30% DMSO with aloe. On day three, it was recovered, which is incredible because most tears of a tendon are at least two weeks out for function.
Amandha: So right there, and I, and this is not just my me my testimony, I’ve had many people roll their ankles, pull a tendon in their knee. These types of injuries are very common. Come back and say I was able to walk again within a couple of days, whereas previously when I rolled my ankle or pulled this particular aspect, you know, for the knee, for example, it was weeks or I was on crutches, this type of thing.
Amandha: So rapid style healing can happen with DMSO when you apply it in this layered fashion when it comes to some sort of injury like this. So I had a very happy result. I am going to continue and have been continuing the same application, including magnesium because I would like to take it to the next level of the frozen shoulder repair, especially since I’m.
Amandha: Actively exercising it and causing local inflammation in the area for recovery. It’s excellent. DMSO for recovery is profound. It is used in sports medicine because of this. So imagine your workouts. Imagine you are playing a sport or you’re an athlete in any way. Like when my daughter comes back from her skating for example, that is a perfect time after cleansing your skin of any sweat residue to apply your DMSO at that point for increased recovery.
Amandha: Okay, so, can you do this method two months after the injury? I just saw a question. Absolutely. The sooner you use it, the better. However I, if you’re just finding out about it now, you’ve already, you know, had an injury or you’re suffering with something that’s been going on for a while, just begin and start to do this layered approach.
Amandha: But I suggest keeping a little health journal or day journal where you write the date, write your symptoms. Okay, we forget, I mean, we forget things that we don’t care about anymore. Like why am I gonna keep remembering that pain that I had before? But it’s really good record keeping for you as a self-responsible adult, right?
Amandha: Who’s caring about their own health to write down what happened, what you know, what occurred that caused that injury or caused that situation, and what level pain you were at the date. And then and what makes it better or worse is often helpful. It’s helpful, especially if you’re using something like homeopathy.
Amandha: It’s very important to know better or worse when you’re looking up rubrics for homeopathic remedies, for example. So just take notes and then say, okay, I applied this. I did it three times. I got my pain down to a seven. I was able to sleep, I was able to do whatever I needed to, and then I did it the same day and et cetera.
Amandha: And see how rapid you are able to produce your results and usually post healing. Like say you’re satisfied with what is happening. I would continue a few more days even so, because, just because you’re not exhibiting a symptom or something very overt, our mind, we tend to move on, but under the surface, things are still repairing.
Amandha: And DMSO helps to not just. Get rid of pain or deal with inflammation, but actually repair tissue. And at the micro microscopic level, there’s still tissue repair going on, even if you don’t have overt symptoms to continue that healing so that it prevents it from happening again. And you complete the whole symptom picture from even a subtle level.
Amandha: So if you have like disc problems, if you have spine issues, a bulging disc any of those things definitely applying it over the area. Plus, so when, say you have a spot, you know, you have a disc degeneration, say at like L five or something, right? Then you’d think, okay, I’m gonna just apply it there.
Amandha: But you want to actually do as much of the spine as possible, plus the muscles surrounding the spinal area to get a good amount of the dose. ’cause it will. It will assist the healing a lot more. When you get enough of it. When you’re just using little a mouse, you might not see the result you need, right?
Amandha: You need enough for the body to mobilize the wastes out and to bring in the nutrition through the doors that it opens in the tissues because it is transdermal on the top and it’s transdermal on the inside. And it will assist the transport of all these things. And you want enough of it because once it runs its race, it’s done right.
Amandha: And if it’s shuttling, if it’s supportive in that way, then you wanna have enough of it to get the job done. And if you feel like it’s stalled, then you reapply. And of course, always start with small test spots, test areas, just to see how you’re doing with it before you go slathering it on all over yourself.
Topical Application, Test Patches, Pets, and Practical Handling
Amandha: And I would even, for spine, I would even apply it on the abdomen too. I would do the entire flank. And if you needed help applying it, then do so. Or you can actually buy a horse hair, a natural bristle paintbrush. That’s what Dr. Stanley Jacob, the godfather of DMSO would do for his patients. Instead of touching it with his hands, he would use a natural brissled paintbrush to apply it.
Amandha: Another way you can do it if it’s a hard to reach area, is you can soak cotton. But it has to be natural, organic cotton, not your conventional stuff cause unfortunately that’s full of pesticides. So organic cotton you can wrap that batten or the cotton balls around, say a paintbrush and do it that way, and apply it or a stick and then get it, you know, on your back or the area of application.
Amandha: And then ideally, depending on your percentage, you should let it air dry a little. Within 15 to 20 minutes is when the skin will close back up after it’s opened again. And so you really shouldn’t put clothes on or you really, you know, you should hang out in privacy, you know, just allowing to be air dried before you go ahead and put your clothes on or bandage it or whatever you’re doing.
Amandha: And then if there’s any excess kind of goo sitting on top, if things didn’t fully absorb, then you can just cleanse it with a damp cloth before getting dressed because most of the activity has already taken place within that 15, 20 minute framework timeframe rather. So if you can, if you can’t if know if you can’t like sit around and wait, say you gotta go, but you just want, you know, to apply it while you’re getting ready, you know, put it on for 10 minutes and then just wipe off your excess and then get dressed and go, like, if that happens, right?
Amandha: A little would be better than none. Okay. So, and for dogs and animals, yes, you can use it 50% or less, and I would suggest either my 50% DMSO with magnesium or my 30% with aloe vera for pets and animals. And again, always do a little test patch. And if, you know, an animal doesn’t always get a bath so you would want to take like a worm washcloth and, you know, just wash the area you’re going to apply it in before you use the DMSO.
Amandha: Okay? Yes, you can use organic, well, you can use any natural substance like that. Even like an old cotton shirt that’s washed for application, you know, if you don’t wanna use your hand. And I have a cat on my lap now, speaking of animals, so, well we just got started here at a half an hour ago, so yeah, it will be re it’s recorded and will be on yummy doctor.
Amandha: So let me just launch into my presentation and please don’t drink my water. My cats refuse to drink water out of a regular dish. They like this. So I basically fill up a regular cup and give it to them on the floor now because that’s the only way they’ll drink water.
Amandha: Excuse me, miss and I help you. Let me assist you say hi to 830 people. Okay, cool. Alright. And we oh, and with tattoos I just saw quickly I have a tattoo. I’ve used diluted DMSO in my whole body. I use facelift in a jar, head to toe. Okay I buy the eight ounce and I or I get the eight ounce and I just slather it all over.
Amandha: I have not had any issue with my tattoo at all. But if you have a lot of tattoos and you’re using very high concentrations of DMSO, it can fade the tattoo. So be careful with that and try to do it around it or a patch on your body that doesn’t have it. But try not to use it on directly and very strong.
Amandha: Okay. So, I will get to your questions near the end. I will try to answer as many as possible and
Amandha: Sorry, I was just reading there. And then, but first let me get through the bulk of the presentation. So you’re primed. There’s Bija behind me now and my staff also is with us and can answer some of the common questions. As well, I have an entire library that we built in the Yummy.Doctor membership.
Amandha: So really consider the membership because there’s a lot of value you’re getting for very good value. Okay. Very good cost is what I’m saying. So it’s worth it to get free protocols and all kinds of DMSO information in my private membership. Because it’s like we have a FAQ, we have commonly asked questions and a very detailed library for all of these sorts of things that are more common.
Amandha: And we also my staff also will drop any links and things that they know they have for like products or whatever. That’s again. You know, frequently asked questions. Okay? Yep. Just 17 bucks a month. That’s the high end one too. If you have a child or an animal and you do wanna do it orally Dr.
Amandha: Stanley Jacobs just said, add a few drops of the pure DMSO into their food. Just sneak it into their food if it’s wet food. So that’s one option. He would just every time there was a like a main meal, he would add a couple of drops, like for Down syndrome, for example, he would mix in half a teaspoon into food and give it that way.
Amandha: So I tend to use we’ll talk about some of the odor issues and things I’ve mentioned also in the previous webinar. Using something that has an ability to a lot of antioxidants with it. So, for example, MMS or hydrogen peroxide, or pomegranate juice or anything with a lot of polyphenols helps to reduce the odor of DMSO, that offgassing sulfur smell, and even honey, some people report mixing it with raw honey and finding that the odor dissipates a lot quicker so they don’t, you know, scare off friends and family with the odor.
Amandha: So, and just a quick housekeeping. So I operate in the private. This is a private membership association. This is so that like you and I are adults and we’re I’m a responsible adult. You’re a responsible adult. We don’t need a third party governing our interactions. So we created PMA for all the stores and for the membership.
Amandha: So that means when you go to DMSO.Store or you go to this is the DMSO.Store here, or you go to Yum Naturals you just have to sign up. It’s a free, it’s a free registration. And you basically are saying. Yes, I agree to be a responsible party and those, that’s our interaction. Okay. So that’s why you have to sign up before you can view the products or purchase the products and agree to the, we just have like a agreement there that for you to read.
Amandha: And same thing with the private community. And this is how we protect ourselves. Because when you are operating in the public, there’s a different set of rules. And when you’re being when you’re working in the private or operating in the private law, all of these things, that’s another set of rules.
Amandha: And so what we’re saying is we’re adults and we’re not trying to harm anyone. We’re not trying to rip anyone off. And in, in that, we’re making contractual agreements together. And so that means if there’s something, an issue with something, you just take it to us and we talk about it and we work it out together as adults should instead of, you know, getting third parties involved.
Amandha: And that’s how we’ve, that’s how we’re working the businesses and everything like that. Okay? So that’s why you have to sign up. Alright, so let’s let’s open up the presentation now and thank you Jessica for putting this beautiful, putting my words to beautiful pictures because she’s got quite a talent for design.
DMSO Origins, Purity, MSM, and Why Terrain Preparation Matters
Amandha: And so as you can see by the picture, there’s a bunch of trees because that’s where it comes from. Okay, so dimethyl sulfoxide is in a liquid form. Its cousin is MSM sulfur, which is methylsulfonylmethane. All right? And that’s in crystalline form. And we do carry that at DMSO.Store as well. It’s called Happy Body and they are good buddies.
Amandha: Together. You can actually take the oral MSM one teaspoon twice a day, which is 5,000 milligrams twice a day as you work up to that dose to support your glutathione levels and your liver support and your detoxing, which will also get rid of a lot of heavy metals and will support the liver to cleanse.
Amandha: And so I like to use DMSO topically. I prefer using dimethyl sulfoxide topically in my combinations for the most part. And then internally, if I wanna boost everything to that I’m using, I take MSM sulfur internally and so the, they work well together being cousins of each other, I. So it is an organo sulfur compound.
Amandha: And it is from mainly pine trees. That’s why this picture is beautiful. It’s from trees. This is coming out of the lignin of the trees, and we get it as a byproduct of an industry we’re not really a fan of. But if the pulp and paper industry exists, why wouldn’t we use the what comes out of the trees to the best that we can instead of wasting this aspect?
Amandha: And so companies. We’ll take the waste product, which is considered waste in pulp and paper industry and we’ll purify it. And my supplier in Canada has is really amazing and he has mastered the purification of DMSO. And what I mean by that is that dimethyl oxide, once it’s removed from lignin, it’s bound to something they call white liquor, which are two different chemical additives that just bind to it.
Amandha: So it gets away and makes strong wood into soft wood into pulp. And so you have to wash the white liquor away to get pure DM. So through filtration and distillation system that isn’t very easy, it’s not really easy for us to just go and set it up and do it. And so they do this process and he’s ha he has the purest.
Amandha: So we carry the purest DMSO on the earth and I’m very proud of him for inventing like the, taking the DMSO to the next level of purification. I really think hi. His mind works wonderfully and he’s not just the activated charcoal step, but beyond, he’s got a micropore technique that really cleans it up.
Amandha: So it is his pure as it can get. Okay, so let’s go to the next slide. I just have to make this a little bigger for myself. Okay. So this is a powerful tool. Everyone should have DMSO in their first aid cupboard available at any given time, okay? And it’s pretty easy to obtain in every country, whether you get it through me or if you’re in the UK or overseas, you can usually get it through the pharmacies or through veterinarians as well.
Amandha: And now this is not considered, like I said, a pharmaceutical approach. It’s actually really about proper healing. And we don’t want you to misuse it of course, we don’t want you to under or overuse it. And that’s why you really want to apply it in layers and then you will know that you’re a you’ll learn your relationship with it, how it works for you.
Amandha: And once you have right relationship with DMSO, this is such a powerful tool for your healing. So, of course, we talked last time about oxidative stress, circulation, debris removal, transporting substances, and working with detox pathways. Okay, because here’s the truth, here’s one aspect that I wanna talk about before we move to the next slide.
Amandha: When we’re talking about healing, why would things become stuck? Right? Why would you be applying something and it doesn’t give you the results you need? I had one case of someone who, they had really bad arthritis, okay? And actually, DMSO is excellent for arthritis. They had very intense arthritis and they started, they bought just the 90%, which the 90% is kind of a joke in a sense.
Amandha: It’s, it is and it isn’t meaning. For most people, that’s too strong. But ironically, that’s the only percentage available on the shelf that is considered approved by the agencies, if you will, the lettered agencies. And I feel like they did that to set us up. I, as they usually do, I feel like they approved that because people will take it home like I did and immediately apply it and feel the burn and get redness and feel sort of even stress about what it’s doing because there’s no information on the label.
Amandha: Because you’re not allowed to make claims. So you can’t even tell people what it’s for or what it’s about. Right. And I feel like they set up DMSO to fail in that way because if you took it home and you never knew what was it was for and you put it on, you might get thickened skin, you might get redness and itchy skin.
Amandha: You might have this odor you don’t understand. Speaking of odor, I’m like, how’s my wood stove doing? Like I always give it a sniff, like, are we good? And then, you know, you’re applying the DMSO in a way that is going to make you freak out and never wanna use it again. And that’s why I think they’ve approved the 90% for sale.
Amandha: So this person, we do offer the NPN, you know, labeled oh, how did that pop up? Did I do that? I didn’t know popups were happening. So I yes we deliver to Ireland, some European countries we can’t deliver to because their customs are like terrible. People who destroy the product, steal the product or return it.
Amandha: Because, you know, they don’t want this powerful medicine. They’ve blacklisted a lot of it. Like we can’t ship to Spain, for example. Yeah, there’s places that we just can’t go. So, we have. So in, in this case where they applied the strong 90%, right? They got the redness and the itchiness and it freaked them out.
Arthritis, Liver Support, Hydration, Nutrition, and Drainage
Amandha: And they also didn’t get the pain relief because they just did one quick application. So that’s like a setup to fail scenario. They’re like, well, this is crap, it doesn’t work. And you know, I want my money back kind of thing. And so this is why I’m teaching you the understanding of how the best application would’ve been for them.
Amandha: And in that case, we have to understand that we have routes of elimination in our body that have to be optimized. Okay? Because if you start to. If you apply something that has multiple actions on the body, you need to be able to eliminate, okay? You need to be able to assist the body in removing the damaged tissue, the molecules of inflammation, all the things there.
Amandha: You want them to go out through the liver. And if your liver’s congested, if you have, very thick or viscous blood. If you have a lot of debris in the body, you’re gonna start to kick up that debris as a detoxifier. And that debris now has to go somewhere and it has to usually go out the liver. And if the livers congested or the meridians are blocked, then it will start to push out.
Amandha: In other areas, you could get different kinds of symptoms like a rash where the body’s now pushing it out through the skin. You could get lung congestion because the body is now mobilizing the waste to the lung because the liver is unavailable for release. You could start to upregulate your excretions through the urine because the body is really trying to, might even open up areas in the ureters to try to get it out through the bladder.
Amandha: You could experience these types of symptoms that are uncomfortable that you don’t need to have. But if you understand that. Your body is not able to handle the physical load, then you may get a headache, you might feel tired. You might even have a gastric upset, you know, or your bowels start to move.
Amandha: Incredibly so, and that’s because you’re saying the body, could you please release for me? And it goes, well, we’d love to honey, but we have a problem. You are overloaded. The other complication could be the fact that the nutrition is less, is low, is not being either absorbed or utilized in some way. And you need enough nutrition to actually get the job done to shuttle to repair, right?
Amandha: ’cause sulfur will repair the cross linkages between the tissue and so it will help tighten and tonify the tissue. But there’s a lot go more going on with tissue repair that’s required, that needs good nutrition. So with all holistic minded protocols, you have to consider your nutritional status and your elimination abilities.
Amandha: Okay?
Amandha: So this is why we wanna work with the body’s detox pathways and we don’t want to overwhelm them or challenge them okay?
Amandha: So, let’s think about DMSO differently, not as a quick fix, and certainly not as symptom suppression. We’re not here to suppress symptoms. We are here to understand what the symptom is telling us.
Amandha: And then applying the medicine appropriately to that information as a different way of thinking, okay. Than say like, oh, I just want it to go away, so let’s dull it out. Now, even saying that, you know, DMSO is an analgesic, it d will numb, but only because it is controlling the damage and it is a, and so there is a temporary aspect that will calm things down while it’s healing everything, but it is not a true suppressant.
Amandha: Whereby once the DMSO is removed, everything just comes back, right? It actually is assisting repair in a very deep way. Now drainage pathways as well aren’t just through the liver. Now I have an entire video that talks about the liver and how magnesium is essential for the seven main pathways of the liver to remove waste.
Amandha: So one of the things, if you are like this gentleman with the arthritis, what he would’ve been well advised to do first is probably maybe fast for a day or two, do a coffee enema or a castor oil pack to upregulate his liver and take magnesium before bed. I usually recommend one that I carry on the YumNaturals site.
Amandha: The magnesium BSG glycinate, 300 milligrams before bed, and topical magnesium where I make one called Zen Magnesium. Twice a day on the skin to ensure that the liver is happy is going to work for you. I would’ve also ensured that the body was hydrated well, there is enough water in the system because DMSO and water have a very intimate relationship.
Amandha: They rely on one another to mobilize and to dispel and move heat because DMSO is will create exothermic reactions in the body. So it produces heat. So you put it on your skin, you drink it. There’s a heat reaction once it hits. Water once it hits everything else going on in the body and the water is there to dissipate the heat.
Amandha: So, making sure you’re hydrated is really important for when you’re going to have any kind of detoxification of any sort or a rapid healing of any sort, which requires removal of these waste and management of the nutritional aspects that are needed for the tissue repair. And then I would’ve also said in this case, because the arthritis is toxicity, I actually wrote an article called Arthritis is Toxicity.
Amandha: And knowing what you’re dealing with, like you’re in pain. Okay, great. That you know, you are gonna use DMSO for pain, but why are there knots in the fingers and why is there crepitus and why is there, you know, a limited range of motion? It’s because the body has parked wastes in the joints. And what you’re doing when you apply the DMSO is you’re opening up the joints and asking the body to remove that waste.
Amandha: But if you’re saying go and has nowhere to go, you’re not gonna get action. You’re not gonna, you might get a little bit of pain relief. At best. So you’re not gonna get the healing response you truly want in that case. And to prep for that, I would have rubbed cap castor oil into the joints first. And maybe even done a little bit of alternating hot and cold.
Amandha: The contrast hydrotherapy that I mentioned in the beginning, because what it’s saying to the body is we’re gonna start dissolving these crystals and these calcifications with magnesium and with castor oil and with alternate hot and cold to prime the body to want to start to take these wastes out already.
Amandha: Then we’re gonna apply the DMSO, which is the action point, that’s gonna be the main mobilizer of the things that we just primed, right? So what if he primed the joints first by starting dissolving, by hydrating, by allowing ma magnesium to be on the scene to upregulate the liver and to support the mobilization aspect before applying the DMSO, he would’ve got probably miraculous results.
Amandha: Okay, so, just gonna look at your comments quickly. So, yeah, I mentioned the magnesium. I recommend either a mixed magnesium or magnesium bsg. Glycinates is one I like the most as a well-rounded, well-absorbed one. And then the magnesium chloride is one that I make it topically, that’s considered a magnesium oil.
Amandha: It’s not really an oil, it just feels slippery, so people call it an oil. But that’s applied topically and rubbed in. And if it, you have, sometimes you have sticky residue and you can just wipe off any magnesium sticky residue. The other thing I highly recommend if you have an issue with drainage, because drainage is also on a subtle level.
Amandha: So we have meridians in our body, well-documented by traditional Chinese medicine. This is the basis for acupuncture and other types of therapies that need to move the meridians, which are like little tubes in your body, that shuttle things. So it’s not just your lymph that shuttles, and it’s not just your blood that shuttles, but also these little tubules that go into the lower tissues that send energy, that can move certain amounts of substances and mainly are avenues of very rapid nervous system c communication and water memory communication.
Amandha: And if those are congested, then there can be also this problem where the body is not eliminating efficiently. And the best that I found for this if you can’t, you know, get acupuncture on a regular basis, are the Pana products. The pana range is a spageric homeopathic and they’re in blends. And these particular blends have an affinity for different systems.
Amandha: For example, apo, hepa. Ana is specifically for the liver to allow for all those microtubules to be cleaned out. And for intracellular, not just extracellular but intracellular cleansing. So it is priming things from a deeper level. There is one for the kidneys. It’s called Rex. There are ones for the spleen.
Amandha: There’s ones for the thyroid. So for each system there, these gers are designed for cleansing. There’s even one for anxiety and panic attacks which is usually a nervous system overload that’s happening. And the body is trying to push, the energy is giving a frenetic, you know, ungrounded sensation.
Amandha: And the one for that is called size to bill and it can even stop a panic attack in its tracks. So it’s good to have on hand if you do suffer from panic attacks. Or if you have a bifocal issue a lot of people don’t talk about that. There’s something called BPD, which is a bifocal issue where the two eyes are not working in sync, and generally it’s because of vaccine damage or other heavy metal damage to the body where the two eyes are not working in sync.
Amandha: So when you go into a more stimulating environment, like going shopping in a shopping center, or, you know, with those terrible fluorescent lights and all the stimulation from this piped in music and all these people and all these sounds, and you have this bifocal issue, it can bring you almost to a panic attack.
Amandha: And so, you can I for that, one of the ways to heal it is yoga for the eyes, prism glasses are the way to also correct that. And as well helping the nervous system cleanse itself in the moment from being overstimulated and overwhelmed. Right. So I really highly recommend the, these pecan products.
Amandha: I’ve been using them since I began, before I began my practice. You know, I graduated in 2008 and I was well versed using them by 2006. So, you know, basically 20 years of using these remedies and they still impress me. And basically they’re very easy to take. You just add them into your water.
Amandha: So yeah, we wanna restore flow and function, and we don’t wanna suppress symptoms. We wanna understand the symptoms, and we wanna help the body to release and repair and understand how it does that is the goal. Okay, so, this is what I mentioned in my book about dilution. Always testing your responses.
DMSO Dilution, Nebulizing, Eye, Sinus, and Internal Use
Amandha: Looking at the proper dilution for what you’re a after, what you’re trying to do. Higher concentration doesn’t necessarily mean better results as we talked about and we’re gonna adjust based on your intuition, your sensitivity, your responses, your experience with it as you go. So for the most part in general, what we’re gonna, how you wanna start to think about it when you’re like, well, what do I do? You know, what do I use for my dilution? Is, think of it like this. Anything that’s 50% or under is safe for internal use. Sensi, more sensitive tissues, okay? Or even wounds or open wounds. Anything 50% or greater is considered quite strong or stronger.
Amandha: Should be used topically only on unbroken skin and not above the, in general, not always in general, not above the neck. Okay? And there is more sensitive tissue in the you know, for example, like the under eye tissue is, we know is more delicate than your forearm tissue, okay? Right? There’s thinner skin in different areas.
Amandha: There’s more fragile skin in different areas that you wanna consider and think about with your dilutions, if you wanna use it in a nebulizer, for example, so say you have a lung condition, you’re wanting to cleanse and heal the lungs, then when you use it in a nebulizer, you want to start with something like 20%.
Amandha: You never really wanna go lower than 20% because interestingly enough. When you go around 10% or lower, the results are different. The behavior of DMSO is different and it not only is not really effective at that level, it can actually cause a reaction to the body that is unwanted. And there’s some studies on this where they’ve done some like you can find studies where it’ll say, oh we try to like a 0.2% DMSO and it caused this kind of tissue damage.
Amandha: And that’s because they’re not using the medicine properly. And also there’s not really enough action to even complete what it was starting in the first place. And you really don’t want stalled action. So, 20% is the lowest I suggest, and it’s a good starting place for things like eyes. So the eye drops that I make are in sa in saline, normal saline, which is point 9%.
Amandha: And that is safe for eyes. You can use my eye drops as well in the ears at 20%. You can ingest it at 20%, you can nebulize it at 20%. You can use it in a neti pot at 20% okay. In. You can use it then incrementally as you go. So what was your response to the 20%? How did you feel? How did the recovery go?
Amandha: Okay, now you can move it up to 30% in nebulizer. Then you can move it up to 40%. But usually at that stage, it’s enough. I’ve not really recommended it. Even though you can go to 50% or probably technically higher in a nebulizer, I don’t recommend it. I don’t think it’s necessary. So generally stopping at 40% for nebulizer is the max.
Amandha: And usually once a day is enough because it should start to produce phlegm. It should start to encourage release. And again, anytime you use things, just, I want heal my lungs, I wanna clear my lungs, that’s fine, but you still need the liver involvement for that. So that means you still wanna prime the liver with those things that I mentioned, especially magnesium and hydration.
Amandha: So that when you begin to mobilize the waste from the lungs that they, you really would love it. It would be great if the body would just dissolve that and take it through the liver. Why do you need to cough? Why do you need to phlegm? Why do right now, not necessarily are you gonna be able to avoid cleansing responses or reactions?
Amandha: Because if you’re full, you know, say there’s cancer and it’s like there’s a lot going on, you may not be able to completely avoid a detox reaction, but we are trying to prevent that. That’s the goal. So doing so by supporting your liver, making sure the blood is flowing properly, making sure your nutrition is taking care of is going to, is gonna set you up for the best outcome.
Amandha: Okay? So, and yes. And for sinuses it like in a 20 or 30% it will sting. You do wanna do it in the saline, it will sting. You will get a response. Same thing with my eye drops. They are liquid fire. They do feel, you do feel them for a certain amount of time as the transdermal effect happens. And then you recover and you’re better for it, right?
Amandha: So it’s the same in the sinuses. You’ll feel the good burn, if you will. And then it’ll calm down and you’ll be able to assess the relief that you’re getting again, same method out of 10. 10 being the worst, right? Or 10 being the best. However you want to have your scale, right? And we, you know, okay, how much relief did I get?
Amandha: Or if pain is 10 outta 10, where am I at now? And reassess. And I wouldn’t do it more than three times every 15 minutes per session, you know, because you do want the tissues to calm back down again. And you want to be able to give it time to work essentially before you reassess again.
Amandha: Say, okay, do I need to do it again? Like, when I used to get migraines they would become, they were sinus migraines and they would come up through the eye and into the temple and down the neck. And now that I go to a chiropractor on a regular basis, I’ve, that’s corrected because my main issue were was my muscle tension caused by all kinds of things.
Amandha: Could be the weather, could be my cycle could be anxiety or stress that I had that day, lack sleep, all kinds of triggers for this for the muscles here to be tight, which would pull my neck at the c at the Opu C one level out, I would sublux on that side, would pull it right out. I could feel it out with my finger and I’d be always trying to push it back in.
Amandha: And then I’m like, I’m trained in chiropractic medicine, but I cannot actually do the maneuver on myself. And finally found a chiropractor I trust, which took some time. ’cause there’s good and bad practitioners in every single healing art out there, so you have to be very diligent. But I found a good one.
Amandha: We cor, we’ve corrected this and I get no migraines anymore, but when I did, it’ll cause this entire all my dental injury that I had to go into inflammation. I be in inflammation. It’s always best to prevent inflammation where it starts, right? But ’cause if you know your triggers right, but if you can’t, and now you’re in an inflamed state, it takes time to get out of that inflammation cycle and you have to approach it with many layers to get to that place.
Amandha: So I would, one of the things I would do would be a Neti Pot, or if I was on the run, or I was, I didn’t, you know, want to put, I wasn’t feeling good enough to like, set up the Neti pot, I would actually take my eye drops 20 or 40%. I usually use the 40% and I would put it in my anatomical snuff box. That’s your anatomical snuff box right there.
Amandha: It’s a little good sniffer spot. And I would put a few drops in there and I would sniff it very rigorously so that it went up into my sinuses. And I would find a lot of relief both putting it in the eye and snorting it essentially through into the sinus. If I was not feeling, you know, ’cause when you don’t feel well, the hard part of course is that now you gotta do stuff.
Amandha: Like, now you gotta think. It’s hard to think when you’re in pain. It’s hard to function when you’re suffering, right? So this is why when you’re, when you have your good days or when you’re feeling good. Prepare, just, you know, what you’re going to do without thinking. Have a little notebook, take this, do this and do that.
Amandha: And then go to bed. You know, have something for yourself that’s going to help you through it so that you’re not in a panic. I’m in pain, I don’t know what to do, what do I do? Because we don’t need to be victims of our own circumstance, right? We wanna be empowered and be empowered in this way is to be prepared so we can set ourselves up for success as we’re healing for when we’re triggered into inflammatory states and we’re pain to not have to really, you know, figure it out.
Amandha: We’ve already figured it out, and now we’re going to go and read our notes and we have everything in our medicine cabinet and we know what to do and we just start doing it. So I would begin immediately DMSO and magnesium, my 50%. I would start applying it. I would immediately start drinking lots of water.
Amandha: I would, if I felt the trigger, I would immediately start doing the sniffing and snorting and drops of DMSO and keep applying it to try to get it under control as best as I could. And I would take things orally and homeopathics and things that I already had set up for that.
Amandha: So is one teaspoon of pure DMSO in four ounces of juice a safe concentration?
Amandha: Yes. And in my book, healing with DMSO, I talk a lot about that as a common general practice. That’s essentially saying yes if you just need to take some right away, one teaspoon diluted 4, 5, 6 ounces, totally fine. It doesn’t taste that wonderful. So, and that’s why I recommend Pomegranate juice because it won’t it helps a little mask it.
Amandha: I used to take it in orange juice personally when I would take it orally like that for the migraines. But yes, that’s an acceptable dose. You can take it on an empty stomach, no problem. But if you’re taking, if you have something in your stomach and you and you ingest it, right, it’s going to start working with whatever it is you’ve eaten.
Amandha: And you might want that, I mean, you might want the DMSO to blend with what you’ve eaten, or say you’ve taken supplements and you want to enhance their absorption, then you can take it with your supplements and it will increase the absorption of the supplements or foods that you’re taking. So it’s really your choice as to how you want to apply it, but both are acceptable.
Amandha: Just know that if you ingest it with food, you know, be aware that you want, make sure you, you know, you didn’t eat something you shouldn’t have eaten beforehand. Okay. Okay, so let’s just go back to our PowerPoint. So yes, we talk about this is sulfur based compound. We talked about magnesium.
Minerals, Digestion, Circulation, Medications, and Lymph
Amandha: Another couple of minerals I wanna mention here that are notable is iodine. Iodine is important because it really assists your endocrine glands and your hormone production. And those are communicators in the body.
Amandha: When the body has these molecules, what they’re for is all this type of communication cascade.
Amandha: And we tend to be low, we tend to be low in sulfur, magnesium, and iodine as a rule in our culture as well as vitamin D. This is like an epidemic actually.
Amandha: Even I’m seeing even now you know, kids, like little kids getting rickets. I mean, that should not be happening in an educated society. Okay.
Amandha: And we should not have these deficiencies, but here we are, you know, we’re in a sea of plenty, but yet we’re ignorant.
Amandha: We’re drowning in the information. It’s like we can’t seem to organize the information. So iodine is important. I tend to try to get it through seaweed. So that’s one good source that you can cook with seaweed, you can sneak it in foods, you can eat it, you know, as a snack. Or you can take it as a supplement.
Amandha: I. Use iodine from I think it’s bio research is the one that we carry. I like it because it’s clear and it doesn’t taste really gross, so I sneak it in my water. If you use lugols, you can do a test patch. I actually did a video about that you can find on Yummy.Doctor, that is where you brush it on your skin and let it dry and check your time and it, if it is absorbed quickly, then you’re deficient.
Amandha: It’s a basic test, right? It’s not specific test, but it gives you an idea. And if you wake up the next day, if you go to bed and within, you know, you check it in 24 hours and you still have iodine stained on your skin, then you are ample, you are loaded. And to this day, I’ve not seen anyone actually go to the 24 hour mark.
Amandha: Okay? Most people absorb it within a few hours and those who already have a decent amount of iodine in their body it’s probably gonna be there, you know, or at the 12 hour mark or a little bit later. And yes, bladder rack has iodine as one of the seaweeds. Exactly, so Molybdenum is a trace mineral.
Amandha: We have it in our Concentrate pro product. We actually have an essentials bundle. If you go to Yum Naturals and click on the essentials bundle, this is one of those like, how do I know I’m getting everything? Or whatever. This is what we put together to make sure that you’re covered. It has every mineral and every vitamin, every nutrient.
Amandha: So if you use the bundle, you know, you’re getting everything. You’re not missing one thing including molybdenum and molybdenum is needed by the body to help process those sulfur compounds. And it is done in trace amounts. You can get it through quite a few foods, but believe it or not, people are deficient in a lot of these minerals and it’s kind of shocking.
Amandha: So if you aren’t getting the effect you want from your DMSO, you gotta check and make sure you’re not actually deficient in the very minerals that are needed to metabolize the thing you’re taking, right? Like, again, this is the holistic terrain thinking here. When I take my substance, I want the action.
Amandha: If I don’t get the action, I blame the substance but the real thinking is, oh, there’s a whole metabolic process happening when I use this substance that requires other supporters, right? It requires the magnesium, iodine, and molybdenum to actually break this down and metabolize it and complete the process.
Amandha: But does anybody even think to check maybe, oh, maybe I’m deficient there. Oh, well maybe I haven’t been eating magnesium rich foods. Or maybe I’ve been so stressed, I’ve been using up the magnesium I am eating, even though I’m getting it and I’m not getting enough for the action. I’m asking the body to perform.
Amandha: Okay. So liver, we sort of discussed, but, you know, a toxin clearance organ, it actually is like your it’s like your receptionist Okay. In a huge company. It’s gotta know who everybody is, where everybody is, has gotta communicate with everybody and it has a lot of things. It’s doing all at once. So that’s your liver.
Amandha: It’s like the welcome wagon. It’s like, Hey, what’s happening? What’d you eat? Or what’s your hormone? What are your hormones doing? Or what’s everything going on with the blood? What’s up? And it has to guide, it has to create things, it has to break things down. Like it is a massive and most important organ, I would say, in the body.
Amandha: Okay? It regulates so many things and we abuse it terribly. I do not recommend drinking alcohol whatsoever on any given day, but definitely do not when you’re using DMSO because the alcohol requires a compound that is a hydroxy nase, which actually breaks down alcohol. And this hydrogen compound is slowed down.
Amandha: It’s not produced as much when you’re using DMSO. So you can become, you could actually, breathe, you know, in a breathalyzer you know, after a couple of beers, you could be still considered drunk when you should have cleared it if you’re using DMSO. And so those two are not buddies. And in the next, when we go into the next webinar series, I’m gonna get into some details about specifics, about the, about alcohol and DMSO and the studies done in the very interesting aspects there about what we’ve learned.
Amandha: But they aren’t friends in that way and they shouldn’t be used together. And also we know that alcohol is a carcinogen. It is also causes fatty liver and can cause all kinds of problems, mental health problems as well. And so just say no and you know, if you want a beer, get a de alkalized beer and you, but definitely do not combat, use a combination of alcohol and DMSO.
Amandha: So liver congestion alcohol and tinctures is fine because it’s really not very much. Your body does make a certain amount of oh, or alcohol moieties that it needs for certain things. So minor amounts, like 30 drops of alcohol or like, so that’s why they say one standard drink a day for a woman and two standard drinks a day for a man is fine.
Amandha: Beyond that, it’s poison. So because that’s the amount the body can handle, knows what to do with knows how to metabolize right. And that’s basically the standard amount is based, it’s based on your weight essentially. But it’s about an ounce. If you give or take, so for like if you’re using a tincture, you don’t have to worry about it.
Amandha: And if you, but if you are, you can actually just use it in like hot or warm water and let the alcohol evaporate off and just get the medicine that way. That’s what I recommend for children or animals, right? If you’re giving, like even the spageyrics, they’re put in the ana, they’re put in alcohol. So if you’re giving it to an alcoholic or children or animals just app, just boil some water and set it out on, in a glass.
Amandha: Apply your remedy into the glass and just let it cool down and then you’re ready to administer or take. So, liver congestion, these are just some signs. Brain fog, fatigue, joint pains, like con you, constipation, dry skin. There’s like what? The liver is such an incredible organ and when it’s congested, you do have problems.
Amandha: Like if you eat food and if you eat and you get bloated, then there’s a problem that’s not normal. You shouldn’t bloat, you shouldn’t fart, sorry. You shouldn’t have gas. Okay? Be that’s what’s happening is you’re fermenting, IM improperly, which means digestive chamber is not working optimally, okay? And so if you eat something and that happens, then that’s a food you should omit for a while or you should reconsider.
Amandha: If you are you know, like eating heavy, dense foods and then you put fruit after, so you eat like a steak and potatoes or something, and then you go to have dessert, which is like strawberries, you’re gonna ferment those strawberries and your gut and you’re gonna create bloating and gas. That is bad food combination, right?
Amandha: And what it means is you are going to strain your organs there, your digestive organs, and that’s not a good like starting position to start working with detoxes, right? So you wanna get that gut inflammation under control first so that your liver is happy before you go and launch in on these types of remedies for best practices and best outcomes.
Amandha: Okay, so let’s go to the next slide here. And of course, like malnourishment. So thing is like if you do have this inflammation, if you’re eating like poor combination or you’re eating a lot of GMOs or a lot of pesticides like glyphosate which, you know, if you’re eating wheat that isn’t fermented, that’s causing a lot of inflammation, then what me it means is your gut is, that inflammation is unable to create the pockets required for the metabolic processes to occur, to actually shuttle take breakdown and shuttle nutrients through those membranes into the locations. So there’s a few things you have absorption. First, you have digestion, a proper digestion. Then once it breaks down, you have absorption.
Amandha: Then after absorption, you have delivery. And then at delivery you have utilization. Those are four steps that have to happen for your body to get those nutrients. If at any one of those four spots is chunked up or blocked or co compromised you could eat all the things you want or you what you think you’re getting and you’re not getting it.
Amandha: All right? So all those steps need to be working. And so for the absorption you need to chew properly, you need to have enough of microbes in your gut to do the work of breaking those things down. You. And so people are taking antibiotics or eating pesticides and glyphosate and all this stuff.
Amandha: What does that do? It kill vaccines. They actually did a study, especially this covid nonsense. They did this, a study of a woman, a doctor, she tested stool samples of before and after the Covid vaccine. And what she found is the vaccine wiped out the microbes from the gut completely. So in the stool sample, after there were no micro, there was no microbial a activity.
Amandha: Okay? So that’s very dangerous and. This is why I promote probiotics and these rebalancing tools because we need to feed our colonies back and help them come back like they’re set up at birth. They’re set up like throughout your youth, right? These colonies, and they need to be fed and they’re fed other bacteria.
Amandha: They need that trigger. They need that food support, like fish food, I call it. So this is why we use probiotics is to help those colonies come back from decimation, from these sorts of things. And if you can do not have your microbial milieu in good standing, you’re not breaking down that food. And that means you’re not getting nutrients down to the level they need to be to then be absorbed through the membranes and to the other locations of the body.
Amandha: So again, if you’re in a circulatory problem, so what is high blood pressure? So you feel hypertension, okay? That means you’re toxic generally. That means that your blood is thick and viscous. That means that your blood is not hydrated and working properly or electrified properly. It’s sticky. Right.
Amandha: So if you don’t have proper circulation, the body has to adapt and it adapts by increasing the pressure. And then you go to the doctor and the doctor says, oh, you have hypertension. That’s really bad and dangerous, and all the skin tries to scare you. But what they don’t tell you is that’s a normal adaptation.
Amandha: And what it’s saying is that the blood, the body feels it has to do that just to get the blood to the brain. It has to get it there somehow. And because it’s so thick and so stubborn, the pressure has to go up. And in order to recover that, what it’s saying is you need to cleanse, you need to hydrate. And that’s the solution to hypertension for the most part.
Amandha: Right? And when you do that, instead of suppressing it, which is very dangerous, in fact it’s the opposite of what they say. They say, oh, you’re gonna have a stroke or heart attack if you don’t take this statin, or sorry, you don’t take this hypertensive medication. Well, it’s actually the opposite.
Amandha: The, when you artificially lower the blood pressure, you are at risk for cerebral stroke and actual heart attacks and true strokes, ischemic strokes because the blood is still thick and viscous. It did not change that, it actually just slowed the circulation down. So then you have all, you can get ulcers, you could have cold hands and feet.
Amandha: You have all kinds of dizziness and problems with thinking and brain fog, and it can actually lead to Parkinson’s and dementia, like serious problems in taking hypertension lowering drugs. Okay. They should never ever be used. So, I have a whole series on hypertension on at Yummy.Doctor, if you’re interested.
Amandha: It’s a three-part series that explains it in fine detail and has a protocol in the third part. So, so what this means, if you are going, wanting to use DMSO and you have hypertension, you are toxic and you need to begin your cleansing routine. There actually is a pana drainage remedy for for hypertension that you can use.
Amandha: I think it’s called Cardio Norm. There’s one for heart and there’s one for blood circulation. And, maybe my staff can pull them up for you. I forgot the two names, but one is cardio norm and then there’s another one for hypertension. And, but this is like, has to be addressed right now. The good news is you can slowly start to use DMSO while you’re correcting the blood because DMSO does very slightly thin the blood.
Amandha: It is a blood thinner and it actually starts to break down blood clots. It prevents blood from clotting excessively for those who got, you know, wooed by the agenda and took the shot. What we’re seeing are a lot of blood clot problems, a lot of strokes, a lot of heart issues because of the clotting that this shot did.
Amandha: And DMSO can be to the rescue for this, not only by cleansing the body of all the crap that it caused, but by correcting the blood so it doesn’t clot and no one should be on warfarin. That is literally rat poison is absolutely toxic. They tell you have to be on it for life, which is ridiculous. And you can easily wean yourself off of these drugs and start to supply your blood with the DMSO instead so that it corrects the blood properly while it cleanses you and prevents any blood clots or secondary issues.
Amandha: So proper nutrition, eating right, digesting properly, making sure your gut terrain is ample, is very important for especially very, you know, chronic diseases. And these are things we’re gonna go into in the masterclass, which is going to be, I believe, April 12th. Lemme just double check my, I think it was, I think we said Saturday, April 12th.
Amandha: So please sign up to the newsletter so you get the notification that particular one is gonna be paid. So all the masterclasses are gonna be paid, so there’s gonna be many free webinars plus the alternating paid masterclasses for those who are really interested in sort of taking things to the next level.
Amandha: And so if they have blood clotting issues or problems like anything, always start slow. Just little by little with DMSO is corrective. Keep in mind, this is not just something you take all the time because you’re trying to suppress a symptom. It’s corrective. And so if you have an issue with your tissue, you can use DMSO for correction.
Amandha: And that’s what you’re doing. Like with, you have blood clotting issues or you have hypertension. It also helps relax and or create an, oh, the nitrous oxide that helps relax the blood vessels. And I talk about this a lot in my book that DMSO is a remedy for hypertension because it relaxes the vessels and allows for better blood flow to occur, which is, we see obviously when you apply it topically, you see it’s upregulating blood flow.
Amandha: Immediately you’re getting redness. That is the immediate action of the vessels moving blood right there. Once we set up the it will be stream yard again, once we set up the Streamy yard system, then you’ll be able to sign up for the masterclass through that. Yes. So we talked a little bit about meridians and circulation we just discussed.
Amandha: And then now let’s talk about lymph Now. DMSO has quite a strong action on the spleen and the lymph. It can help with all sorts of lymphatic conditions, but again, you really wanna make sure you’re hydrated. Actually, the lymph, it has more water I think three to five times more water than the blood circulation does.
Amandha: And lymph is so not thought of, you know, as much as blood circulation, but this is basically your sponges and your cleansers and your tagger system, your system for bagging and tagging. Waste your lymph. It’s deciding what’s supposed to stay in what’s not supposed to stay, right? So, optimizing your lymphatic system is really important.
Amandha: And oftentimes I talk about you know, activating your lymph system. And if you’re going to start using DMSO, it’s a really good practice. First of all, it, to move your body, have an exercise program in place exercising at least three times a week, stretching every day, but you can tap the six points of the body to activate the lymphatic system every day.
Amandha: And so really you start with the area under the collarbone. Where you just had a cat do something where you slap or tap under this area, there’s a lot of lymph nodes here and you’re tapping this region and activating the system. And so that’s one area. You just do it for a few minutes and there’s an area under the arms, back of the arms here where you tap that area as well.
Amandha: And then you tap the belly because the belly has a lot of limp all around the umbilical area, the groin, the back of the knee. So all of these areas on the body, you can stimulate the lymph to start to move. You know, before you’re gonna apply the DMSO, say you wanna use DMSO and magnesium topically, you could activate your lymph and then apply.
Amandha: The DMSO and magnesium. This is terrain thinking. This is how I want you to start to think, okay, you, why would you apply something to a sluggish system? Why not optimize your system before you apply the remedy? You’re gonna get maximum results. When you do that, you’re gonna get the reduction of secondary, you know, side effects if you will, which are cleansing or detox effects, right?
Amandha: You’re going to then also make sure that your body is able to eliminate properly and you want results. Okay? Like, that’s the whole point. You’re wanting results. You’re not wanting suppression, but you are wanting results. And that’s why we’re thinking about whole body when we’re gonna say you have one issue say of a toothache.
Dental Terrain, Colloidal Silver, and Tissue Repair
Amandha: This is very common. I actually make a very potent clove extract with DMSO because dimethyl sulfoxide is a beautiful, perfect solvent, which means it can absorb all kinds of medicines, it can absorb oil-based and water-based aspects, which is very rare for one substance to be able to do that without damaging tissues, right?
Amandha: Without like altering tissues permanently. So to be able to use it as a tincture medium, I do this. And so one of the DMSO tinctures that I’ve made is with clove and it recovers dental caries with my whole dental system, which is now integrated into my library, by the way. So that protocol is there in the library.
Amandha: And what you can do, it’s just a very concentrated clove DMSO extract. It’s 99.9%, 99.995% pure DMSO that I use. And you just put a cotton swab in there and you, if you have pain, inflammation, abscesses, cavities, whatever in the mouth, you apply that all around the tissue area a few times a day like morning and night, for example, after you brush and that it will begin the caracol.
Amandha: In the clove that’s extracted from the DMSO has bound to it. And so the DMSO is delivering the actionable item of that botanical into the tissues, driving it there and getting the action that you want, which is recovery. And so you have tooth meridians all through here. So a lot of people have like breast cancer or other cancers or neck cancers or thyroid issues or even gut problems, whatever.
Amandha: If you have tooth root canal or any issue in the mouth in another system, failure if you will, or problem connect the dots because that meridian could be completely clogged by that tooth. Being blasted. If you’ve had any dental work or anything done to the mouth, the lymphatic system is like in nature’s toothbrush and what’s supposed to happen is the body’s lymph in the mouth.
Amandha: Naturally cleans the teeth, naturally pushes the waste out and excretes them. And what happens is when you have dental work done or any tooth pulled, or any drilling or any, which should not be done, you never drill and fill, you never get it early. You can repair any tooth. Actually, even if you left a cavity, it usually 75% of left cavities heal on their own.
Amandha: That’s science. That’s a scientific study. 75% of just abandoned cavities, okay. Heal on their own. Okay? So you don’t drill and infill ever. And but if you wanna heal it, the clove DMSO applying it will assist. Plus, you know, you can remineralize the body of course, that’s the terrain thinking. You want your DK two system.
Amandha: You wanna make sure you’re getting calcium for your, from your diet. You wanna make sure you’re getting iodine and magnesium, all the things that allow for bone and regeneration. ’cause your teeth are bone and the enamel to come back as well, which is part of the clove system. The clove helps the enamel grow back.
Amandha: Yes, your enamel can grow back. Yes, your tooth can grow back. I’ve done it. I’ve personally done it. My daughter had a cavity, which we repaired. I designed my dub tooth soap. My one of my. Top products to specifically remineralize the teeth to like allow for those minerals to be present and absorbed through the gums.
Amandha: And DMSO will enhance that system. I’ve had people also use my DMSO with added nutrients for that purpose too, that with success. And that same idea, cotton swab, dab it on, especially for pain, nerve pain in the mouth has vitamin C in it, all the compliment of B vitamins, iodine is in there. So you’re using the wisdom of DMSO as a delivery agent, as something that holds, as we talked about in the first webinar, that hangs on to nutrients and then delivers them.
Amandha: Okay. To have that action is very powerful and you can use it to your advantage to get the things to where you want them to be. Right? And rebuild tissues and repair tissues, usually quite rapidly. I don’t know if my staff wants to just pop the link to the products, but if you go to DMSO.Store, any of the DMSO products are at DMSO.Store.
Amandha: So DMSO.store the clo, the clove DMSO one is there. So you just have to make free count and then you can just shop the products. You can see them all come up. Okay. And also I have videos and all kinds of information on Yummy.Doctor on protocols oil pulling. I prefer coconut oil pulling can really help rebalance the terrain of the mouth.
Amandha: I talk about wheat grass pulling. We have a powdered wheatgrass juice, like it’s a dehydr or I think it’s freeze dried or no, maybe it’s dehydrated, wheatgrass, organic wheatgrass that you can rehydrate and do pulling through. And what’s interesting about that is if you have plaque, it’ll like show it, it’ll make the plaque look green, so you’ll see if you have any plaque happening there.
Amandha: And then you can, you know, do the oil pulling afterwards to help it dissolve. And also my tooth soap breaks down plaque. Like, I remember when I designed it, I was frustrated. I, like, I have a whole dental disaster history, like dentists wrecked me. So, you know, I didn’t want to have to go to any of them ever.
Amandha: And that was my motivation. But also I was getting plaque buildup every six months. Okay. And no matter what I thought I was doing, I was just still accumulating it and it was annoying. And then I had to go get scraped off and I didn’t want that anymore. And I’m like, this isn’t natural. I mean, this.
Amandha: There has to be a way to not do this. And when I designed my tooth soap, well first I did my powder, which helped a lot, my tooth powder. And then I designed the tooth soap with the coconut oil in it, and a little bit of soap and a glycerin. And it helped. My plaque just crumbled away. It just crumbled away.
Amandha: After that, I was so excited. I was like so I got kind of addicted to making effective products. My goal was get up every day and design something that really actually does the thing it should do. And if I can’t, I’m going to keep redesigning it until it does the thing I want it to do. Like, if I have mosquitoes, I don’t want them to bite me.
Amandha: I’m gonna design the repellent that’s gonna work, you know, this kind of thinking. So I just continued I was like, well, what are all the things we need? And there’s so much crap out there that is greenwashed or you know, promises. And I’m so tired of it. I’m like I basically just got fed up with this stuff out there.
Amandha: I’m like, I’m gonna do it myself being like this, you know, type A personality. Like, well, I’ll do it better. And that’s what I did. I mean, that’s how I designed all, like whatever, hundreds of something products that I’ve designed. So. The approaches is that what you’re thinking about is I’m gonna remineralize, I’m gonna, I’m gonna gift it with what it needs to rebuild.
Amandha: ’cause I know that bone turns over, that tissue turns over. Okay. I know my body’s intelligent. I know my terrain is all connected. Okay. The meridians are all connected. Right. I’m gonna, oh, give it what it needs. I’m gonna cleanse it. Right? That’s what the oil pulling, that’s what the wheatgrass pulling is, does both.
Amandha: It’s gonna cleanse and give nourishment and then I’m gonna look at what’s happening with my oral cavity, that the pH is probably off. And you can actually get pH strips and test the pH of your mouth, like test before and after and see what happens. See how it changes and see if you can get that natural toothbrush where the lymph is supposed to like push out to repair itself.
Amandha: ’cause what happens when they pull everything out is it reverses and it becomes like a vacuum and it starts to suck All the sugars and the waste and the breakdown of food particles. That bacteria is doing a good job. ’cause that’s what germs do in nature. It breaks down stuff for you. It’s not a disease causer, it’s just there to do the work for you.
Amandha: ’cause you didn’t clean your darn mouth. So that’s what the bacterias are making acids because. It’s gotta break down the food particles that are all between your teeth. Okay? So it’s just don’t blame the person doing the janitor job, okay? It’s just there to work. But then all the damage done to the terrain of the mouth and the lymphatic system of the mouth is now pulling in like a vacuum.
Amandha: All those particle waste that are supposed to not be there into your lymphatic system, into your body, guess who has to deal with that? Your liver, your blood has to deal with all that. Eventually that’s an extra burden that you don’t need. So to repairing the mouth and the oral cavity and cleansing the mouth after you eat, even if it’s just rinsing with water, something isn’t very important.
Amandha: And I do chew a xylitol gum, like if I can’t rinse my mouth, if I’m out, I eat something. I always have a xylitol, natural xylitol gum with me just to help the saliva. Because your saliva is, the more saliva you have, the faster your enamel grows back. Right? You do not wanna dry mouth. You do not wanna mouth breathe.
Amandha: Okay? Okay, so if you have a loose molar, don’t pull it. If you can tighten up the gums, do a therapy like I mentioned, to try to tighten and tonify the gums, get the DMSO on there as soon as possible and try to tonify, you’re trying to tone the tissue. So to tone tissue is basically so when it’s inflamed, it’s lax and that’s why you can get like loose teeth, right?
Amandha: It’s lax, it’s chronically inflamed, it’s missing something. It’s not able to repair itself. It’s not able to tighten and tonify. That means when I say tonify, it means to tighten up and deal with the inflammation. So DMSO does that. I also make a structured colloidal silver, which I highly recommend for any dental issues or the first site, like the first feeling of like that scratchy throat because same thing, your glands in your throat are HEPA filters.
Amandha: And same idea, if they get clogged, they get overfilled, then they’re gonna start to tingle and they’re gonna start to want to cleanse and they’re gonna want to purge. And that’s when mucus starts and that’s when pus can even be created. That’s when stones even can be made for tonsils. These are HEPA filters.
Amandha: They’re not to be cut out, they’re not to be taken away. They are essential. They’re not like whatever. But when they get full, you get symptoms. And colloidal silver is a will naturally cleanse and detoxify the HEPA filter. It helps to purify that. So at the first sign of like a scratchy throat, if you take an ounce of colloidal silver a couple times a day, usually that can sort it out.
Amandha: And especially when you understand how powerful water is and that there’s different types of water in our bodies, there’s structured water or fourth phase water, which is electrical. It helps our electrical communication of the body. When you’re taking substances that are water based it’s more advantageous to have them structured.
Amandha: So with the colloidal silver that I created we structure the water first so that it’s in fourth phase. And so it’s a beautiful hydrocolloid of the silver ion with which is electrical. We’re talking electricity here, which allows for that electrical communication to go, oh, we, okay, let’s upregulate our cleansing.
Amandha: Let’s get this HEPA filter cleaned up. It’s not about killing bacteria. None of that. In fact, a lot of those studies that show it kills is not they’re not really fair because they’re done out of body and in situ. There’s, so there’s studies done. And same with DMSO. There’s studies done outside the body in Petri dishes, which is not real, meaning that’s not real life.
Amandha: So to say that it does an action in a Petri dish is not relatable to an in vivo, in situ situation in your body. When you have organs of detox, when you have electrical communication, when you have meridians involved, it’s a totally different show. So you’ll have a lot of disingenuous studies done that show that say, DMSO is toxic.
Amandha: That was one of the reasons why the FDA pulled it. They actually truly pulled it off the market because it was right on the heels of the thalidomide disaster. And they were gun shy, but not, that wasn’t really why, that was just the cover story. It really was pulled because they were seeing a lot of com competition with their drugs.
Amandha: Okay. And they didn’t want it. And, you know, they were starting to realize the potency of what it was, and they would only really allow for some of the studies. Or they only sort of leaned on the studies that showed anything negative because they wanted to. Lean on that to say, see, it’s dangerous.
Amandha: We shouldn’t do it. So one of the disingenuous studies that was done was with rabbits, and they injected pure DMSO over and over until they developed a lens blur or like a cornea covering of the abuse of DMSO. And it only happened in species of rabbit and one other species. It didn’t hap, I think it was dogs.
Amandha: I don’t think it happened in cats. I don’t think it happened in other species, and definitely didn’t happen in humans. So it was a dis, see what I’m saying? They had, there are disingenuous studies that they do. They’ll do studies where they put DMSO in petri dishes with a certain tissue type and say that it’s causing tissue damage, but it doesn’t cause tissue damage in the body when you have everything functioning and everything communicating and all the organs operating, you see?
Amandha: So they do these sorts of skewed studies on purpose to again, cherry pick the data, make people afraid, this kind of activity. So be very careful if you are looking up DMSO studies, because some of them are like, especially if they’re in Petri dishes, they’re kind of to be taken with a grain of salt or many grains of salt.
Heavy Metals, Amalgams, Implants, and Material Compatibility
Amandha: Okay when it comes to he, I wanna make a mention about heavy metals when it comes to terrain and detox, because we’re full of metals and it is, I do have a, so I have a bunch of courses currently at YummyDoctor and one of them is a heavy metal detox course. Okay. And it’s very comprehensive and quite intensive as well.
Amandha: But what I warn about in this is that DMSO is a mild chelator. So is MSM and mild chelators are helpful in cleansing metals. However, if you do not prepare the terrain before you do this is why the entire heavy metal cleanse protocol, even before you get to chelating, you are. Preparing. It’s like you’re going to, you wanna repaint a wall, okay?
Amandha: And the wall has like all this holes in it and it’s like, it looks like crap. You’re not just gonna paint over that. It’s got nails in it. You’re not gonna do that. You have to prepare the wall first before you paint. The painting is the last stage. The prep is all the beginning stuff. Same thing here.
Amandha: So I went at great detail to help you prepare the terrain to then be effective at the metal removal. Even though parts your prep will naturally upregulate the organs and naturally get rid of some of the metals, that’s just a side effect of the terrain prep. And then you can dive in and really chelate.
Amandha: And so you don’t really use a lot of DMSO when you have, you know, you have heavy metals or amalgams or any of that stuff until you’ve actually done some of this prep work. Okay? So, the first stage is to basically look at your situation. If you have metal amalgams, you can use and take DMSO. However, if you’re talking about mercury and you’ve had amalgams for a long time, for sure, a hundred percent, you have leaching.
Amandha: That means you have mercury in the brain. You have probably Mercury that’s been in your gut. Okay, there you go. And it’s totally fine to use DMSO in this situation, but I highly recommend that your magnesium levels are ample, that you’ve done at least some of the things I’ve mentioned here, okay. About supporting your liver, doing a little pre cleanse before you go and start using it when you know you already have metals in the body.
Amandha: Okay? Because something had happened and has happened only in two cases. We’ve only had, I mean, we’ve had thousands and thousands of people using this. And you know, only two cases of this Mad Hatter syndrome. So Mad Hatter syndrome can occur. It can occur in when the metals that have settled in the tissue begin to mobilize and do not complete their re removal.
Amandha: So what happens is, say you only use a little bit of DMSO, maybe your liver is not optimized in that scenario. Maybe have like four or five amalgams. You take the DMSO, you use it topically and you use it to a level where it’s starting to move the metals that are parked in the brain specifically. And you start to feel unhinged symptoms or might be present as anxiety might present as brain fog.
Amandha: But the Mad Hatter syndrome presents differently. It’s a little bit more unhinged than that. It’s a very ungrounded energy. And if you start to feel that if you start using DMSO and you have amalgams and you start to feel that, you kind of have to commit, not to an institution, but you have to commit to completing your cleansing.
Amandha: What it’s saying to your body is you have a lot of mercury and a lot of metals in this scenario in the brain, and you’re moving them now and you have to finish what you started. And some people who just start using it and they haven’t primed the body, that’s when this happens. I have not seen this.
Amandha: Happen in an, excuse me, in an individual who has enough magnesium in their system who’s done maybe a coffee enema, a castor pack, something to optimize their gut and their liver. This just doesn’t happen because the body knows how to get rid of it. But this is for a congested body, an overloaded body, and then you go ahead and start to move metals.
Amandha: And this is why I designed that course. So if this is you, if you have heavy metals that you know specifically mercury and which, so that means that you have it in the mouth, that means you have it in the brain, and you wanna use like a really decent DMSO protocol. I highly recommend that you take my heavy metals cleansing course, detox course, because you’re gonna learn tons.
Amandha: Like it’s not just about metals cleansing, it’s about everything cleansing because the setup or layup and the prep for cleansing is. What you’re gonna do for anything that you’re trying to go after, anything that you’re really trying to clean up in the body, because it’s really going to help you understand the terrain preparation that you need to do.
Amandha: The n the nourishment, the pH correction, the gut healing the liver support that is now your organs are good as gold. Now you can start to move the really bad stuff, the stuff that’s so bad, okay. That the body won’t, the body parks it, the body puts lead in the bones. Why would the body park lead in the bones?
Amandha: It’s because it’s so volatile. It’s so damaging, and it’s so dangerous that it doesn’t even wanna risk moving it. Okay? Conditions have to be perfect for it, to want to move it. And if you allow or set up the body in those conditions and then encourage it and give it a nudge, it will do it. Okay? It will get rid of it, it will metabolize it.
Amandha: But so if you have amalga Yes. Or breast implants, I get this question all the time. Can you use it safely with breast implants? Yes. Now, DMSO does break down silicone. So if you take silicone A-DMSO in a Petri dish, DMSO dissolves the heck outta that. But we’re talking about silicone in bags in a body, right?
Amandha: Different situation is the body gonna automatically like put DMSO in your silicone and it’s gonna break down. It doesn’t work like that. So yes, you can take it orally. Yes. You can use something that’s like say a 25%, which is like my face lifted a JAR product or my eczema lotion or my dandelion lotion, which is DMSO based with herbs that support the liver.
Amandha: You can actually use a cream to help your liver recover topically, which is incredible when you think about it, when you think about the power of DMSO to be able to deliver nutrients like that to your actual just adjusting my camera here, I realize to your actual organs like that, to deliver that through the skin is amazing.
Amandha: Like you can, and yes, someone asked it, can you use it in a feeding tube? Yes. The only problem is you gotta keep it pretty low and the feeding tube material if it’s soft plastic you may wanna watch my video on plastics and DMSO because some are not friendly to one another. Okay. So like, yeah, if you ha if you, and if you had amalgams removed long ago, I have people who’ve had that happen.
Amandha: They use my products no problem. They use like my facelift in a jar. They use even the 50% with magnesium with no problem. I’ve only had, like I said, two cases where they just dove in hot, didn’t do any prep, had loads of amalgams, okay. Had tons of mercury on the brain and they started moving metals and freaked out and didn’t understand what was happening.
Amandha: Okay? And that’s what was happening. Let’s just finish the last few slides and then I will take questions which I’ve answered some as I, they popped up at me. I do recommend like mercury, if you start cleansing and healing your teeth, those cavities will fall out. Oftentimes they fall out on their own, but you don’t wanna swallow them.
Amandha: So if they’re very deep you may wanna get them properly removed by a mercury safe and Mercury. Smart doctor, like they, they have to know how to actually do it properly, which means they should give you a protocol before and after. They should have their proper vacuum system and everything so that they don’t expose you to the mercury as they’re removing it.
Meridian Tools, EFT, Paida-Lajin, and Common DMSO Misconceptions
Amandha: Okay, so this is just where were we here? I want to make sure. Okay. We talked about that. So these are just other tools that I use in conjunction with DMSO that I really like to unblock yourself, basically to make sure things are flowing and moving. And they’re active. The meridians are open, the lymph is going, the circulation’s open.
Amandha: I have a couple things you can email my staff if you’re interested in some of these things. I use and recommend the ioc. So the IOC is, is basically a tool, a meridian based stimulatory tool that you can use. I prefer to use on my ear tips for stimulating my vagus nerve that for and supporting my adrenals.
Amandha: For me, that’s the favorite thing, my most favorite thing that I use this electro acupuncture device to do. So as I was mentioning, you know, acupuncture. You can’t always go and get the needles and stuff, but this is like a substitute acupuncture device that you, it’s electrical so you can, it has a point so you can stimulate your different points yourself with the electrical device if you wanna do electrical acupuncture on yourself.
Amandha: And I just, like I said, I like the overall function where you there’s these little clips and you put the clips on your ear lobes and your ears are connected to, you know, the rest of your body. And that we have an issue with our nervous system and we have a major nerve, cranial nerve that runs all the way through our lymph system, our neck, our lungs, and our gut.
Amandha: And it’s the vagus nerve, not the Los Vagas nerve, but the vagus nerve, not vagus I guess. And it is very sluggish in a lot of people. It’s a major nerve and it’s our biggest one and it has a lot of actions. So I use this tool specifically for stimulating my vagus nerve, which then puts you into more of a parasympathetic support state.
Amandha: So I use that as a terrain tool. And yeah, if I have something particular, like using it for my shoulder for example would be a good idea. I haven’t, ’cause I didn’t have time, but. As I continue to heal my frozen shoulder, I’ll be using it on the meridians down the arm and you can look up meridian charts very easily online to see where the points are and you can stimulate those points.
Amandha: And there’s also has a te it also is testing, like you can test the point as well, give you a feedback to see if it’s blocked, show you if it’s blocked or not, and then you can apply the unblocking of this particular device. And then one of my favorites is the iCare wand. It’s a frequency therapy, but it also unblocks meridians and basically you use it on your shocker points and your meridian areas to open up and get blood flow and mo electrical movement.
Amandha: And this is specifically a hertz frequency therapy. Which is one, it’s one of my favorite things ever. I use it all the time. It just helps with, you know, energy and meridian flow and tissue repair and all stuff. And now that I’m on my generator, I can’t use like, hardly anything. I mean, the fact that I have the computer on and the lights on is a big deal right now.
Amandha: But but that you can just email. So this is the information from Fabian here to email if you’re interested in any more information on that or to order that, the emotional freedom technique, tapping. You can go to yummy doctor for some of that information. But for nervous system clearing, this is like.
Amandha: Not to be underestimated, honestly, like we are electrical beings. And o one of the ways you can rewire your thinking, your negative thought patterns pain, anything you’re going through, you can begin to tap through your system. So there’s different points that you start to tap top of the head over the eyebrows, under the eyes, under the nose, at the chin right here where the lymph is under the armpits, where the lymph is, and in the inside of the hand here.
Amandha: So you run through those points claiming the thing you’re struggling with. So I am struggling with frozen shoulder right now. I’m very frustrated with it. I really want it to heal. It really sucks that I have it. Whatever it does, it can be messy. It can be messy, say whatever, but then you’re rewiring with the new statement.
Amandha: But I know that this is here to teach me something and I’m learning all my lessons and I know that it’s going to heal and clear as I do so, and I’m confident that it will completely heal itself very soon. Voila.
Amandha: So what you’re doing is slowly as you’re stimulating these, the PowerPoints, essentially you’re rewiring your subconscious with the new statement you’re owning and acknowledging what you feel.
Amandha: Which is very important ’cause you don’t wanna suppress anything in real healing. You’re acknowledging it and then you’re rewiring it with the new statement. And you can do that as anytime any emotion that comes up, any sensation comes up, any frustration that comes up, you can do this. It’s, and it seems like it’s not effective or seem like it’s minor, but it’s not.
Amandha: It’s pretty major. Okay, so this is part of unblocking. This is a typo here, but it’s Paida-Lajin. So this is a stress stretching and slapping. It’s more intensive. This is something the shall and monks do. I went to Bulgaria and learned this very specific technique. It’s not for the faint of heart. It’s very intense.
Amandha: But one of the methods that is more popular or more known is that if you ever know anyone who has a heart attack, say you’re in a movie theater or you’re out or whatever, and somebody has a heart attack, you’re on an airplane, somebody has a heart attack, you and someone else get someone immediately right at the elbow crease here.
Amandha: Start slapping as hard as you can. Get it, it’ll get red, it’ll get bruised, it’ll get even bleedy, whatever, slap that with a heartbeat or one, two, like this and you will unblock all the meridians in the area. You won’t just, it’s not just blood for blood flow, it’s for electrical flow. And you can actually have that person come out of a full on like heart attack, come get breathing again and come out of it be, you know, while emergency services are being called and whatever.
Amandha: There’s actually an example of this happening in China. They know this in China. ’cause this is Chinese medicine. And there’s an actual example of someone who has a heart attack and one person’s working on one side, and the other person’s working on the other side, and he recovers from this procedure.
Amandha: So Paida-Lajin is very powerful very misunderstood and attacked like most real good holistic therapies are. And it’s can bring up trapped emotion that we hold in our bodies and clear it. So a lot of the times when you don’t heal or something is stuck, it’s because you’re holding the emotion in the physical body and it has to be released.
Amandha: So Paida-Lajin is very powerful for that. And of course, the usual exercise. So that’s blood flow, lymph flow, sweating, which is moving out waste as well. Movement, stretching, breathing, all of those things are un blockers. They, are going to help your overall terrain, take the medicine better, utilize the systems that you know, together so that they’re working in harmony and upregulate all of the communication.
Amandha: I mean, that’s really what you want. So here’s some, you know, common misconceptions. DMSO post toxins into the blood bloodstream of poisons. You, that’s not. That’s like a general, like people will say that, that don’t understand DMSO, right? Yes. DMSO can connect with low molecular weight. Other things, anything of low molecular weight, it can bind to.
Amandha: Okay. But if it’s a toxin, what I’ve noticed that the bo, if the body doesn’t want it, it stays bound to the DMSO until it’s removed. So oftentimes it will not poison you. It will, the body will just say no and it will be removed right away. Sometimes it’s the opposite where DMSO, when it’s taken and you have toxins in you, it’s protective against the toxin.
Amandha: For example, radiation. We talked about that in the last session a little bit, right? DMSO, when you take it before you’re gonna get an x-ray or any type of radiation, protects your tissues from DNA damage. That’s massive. I mean. When you get an x-ray or HA or go to an airport, you’re getting blasted with these, with radiation.
Amandha: And for you to prophylactically use DMSO to prevent that oxidative damage that’s coming, and that DNA breakage, that is a guarantee from those technologies, that’s a win. That’s preventing cancer, that’s preventing heart disease, that’s preventing all kinds of aging. I mean, DMSO is an anti-aging compound as well, which is why it’s so famous.
Amandha: My top seller just happens to be facelift in a jar. I guess we’re a little bit of a superficial culture, but what, you know, we still wanna look good, so that’s fine. Right? But the but with why is because it’s preventing oxidative damage to the tissues and tissue dehydration, right? Which makes you look old and make, creates wrinkles.
Amandha: And that happens on the inside and the outside. It’s both. So your chronological age, you can reverse it using DMSO and preventing radiation and EMF damage, which, and it’s not just x-rays, like we’re literally bathing in it. I mean, even me sitting here, I’m in it, right? Like we’re in these energy fields all day long from that we can’t see that.
Amandha: We can’t taste, sometimes you can hear it, sometimes you can sense it, right. Especially if you’re electrochemically sensitive. So, but you can use DMSO to prevent the damage that those things cau. Cause that’s pretty massive and there’s not a lot of things that do that, that I know of okay, so also stronger is better.
Amandha: No, not necessarily. And same with more is better, not necessarily Right? Proper dilution, proper application. That’s better. It numbs the pain instantly. So it’s a cure. No relief is gonna depend on circulation. Relief is gonna depend on the organ systems that are serving. That circulation relief is going to be based on the organ’s, elimination of elimination, getting through and chunking through the waste that it’s mobilizing.
Amandha: You don’t need to change anything else. Just use DMSO. False. I will never, ever teach that. I will never, ever encourage that. This is about your lifestyle. This is about your life. This is about your overall health and wellbeing here, right? This is not just about quick fixes and whatever, even though yeah, it can do that.
Amandha: That’s not what we’re after. That’s not why we use it. That’s not the goal, right? The goal is betterment, overall. Betterment, right? So this is why we bring DMSO into our sphere, into our world. This is how we wanna think about our applications. We wanna think about it as the big picture. What are our real health goal?
Doctor Yourself: Self-Assessment, Safety, and Terrain Thinking
Amandha: My very first course, and this is why I designed it, my very first course is a self-assessment course and why? And the very first step of my 12 step program that I’m designing, which I’m taking my live members through. So if you’re a member, you get access to my Thursday live events every Thursday evening.
Amandha: And what I’m teaching is I’m going through a 12 step module program that is teaching you how to doctor yourself how to do that. Okay? So why, like, why do we start with self-assessment all the way through to becoming your own doctor? Because you have to be self-aware and you also have to know what are my needs, what are my values?
Amandha: You know, what are my wants and desires? Like what even is going on with my body? Do I even sit and scan my body every day and see how I’m doing? Like, do you even take the time to check in with yourself? So I designed that course and it’s step one of the 12 step program to, to be become aware, right? ’cause if you’re not aware, how are you gonna apply?
Amandha: Medicine in a conscious terrain based manner. You could, you cannot, you have to know why you’re doing it. You have to understand what you’re doing it for. And in order to do that, you have to know why. All the values, all the rationale, all the reasoning for yourself. And it starts with reflection. It starts with self-assessment.
Amandha: It starts with asking yourself serious questions. Right? And that can change over time. Our values change over time. Our beliefs change over time. I mean, a goal that you had when you were in your twenties is gonna be different than a goal that you have in your forties, you know? And but do we really take decade, every decade sit and like, or every five years really was when it should be done, maybe even more than that.
Amandha: Sit and really reflect on that. Did something change even though if I didn’t achieve the goal, I thought I wanted to, why am I still hanging onto it? Right? Maybe it’s time to let that go and reassess my situation and what I wanna do, right? That’s what we’re, that’s what we’re inviting into. So that is, those are the, some of the false things.
Amandha: So safety. We sort of talked about these things a little bit already, right? Rotating application sites is something to do. Obviously, basic cleansing, making sure you don’t have actual, you’re not actively sweating or you didn’t put on some sort of random cream that you don’t owe the ingredients in or whatever.
Amandha: You really don’t wanna mix those things because yeah, maybe it does have an affinity for something in that particular substance and you don’t wanna be bothered with having to now detox that. But rotating spots is important. If you’re using higher doses doses of it because it can irritate the skin temporarily, so you just wanna move it around for other areas.
Amandha: And because it’s transdermal and it’s gonna get systemic, even if you’re treating your shoulder, you can apply it on your knee. You know, it’s going to get systemic, it’s going to become within 15 minutes, it’s found in every area of the body. Okay, so let’s get into the q and a because it’s already time.
Amandha: You know, it’s, there’s a lot here. There’s gonna be a lot more is this is one of the topics that just keeps opening up, right? Opening up into other areas and how do I apply it for this and how do I apply it for that? And how do I integrate it into this protocol and what do I mix it with? And these, that’s what we’re gonna do going forward.
Amandha: We’re gonna get into more and more of these details.
Amandha: So, let me just see here, see if there’s any, okay. So to recap, DMSO, we’re wanting to work with the terrain that is your advantage. Make sure to get the book. Okay. I wrote it because it’s science backed, it’s practical. There’s recipes there, there’s protocols in the back.
Amandha: I have people who’ve got this earmarked and flagged and they carry it where they go. They even travel with it so that they can open it and just go, okay, how do I use it for what I got? Toenail fungus. Okay, I’m gonna use a recipe, et cetera. We’ve got the links and resources here, and then just make sure to subscribe to the newsletter.
Amandha: Like, we’re gonna have all kinds of things happening. This is how we communicate mostly with you. Yes, like we do social media and stuff, but I am extremely shadow bannned. So really the best way is to communicate with you know, communicate with us and keep in touch with us is the newsletter. So Fabian, my marvelous pa, he’s gonna pop up some questions on the screen now, and I’m going to answer those.
Amandha: We’ll do a handful of them and some, you know, whatever’s commonly coming up, and we’ll do our best. Okay. We’re not gonna get to all of them, so I don’t want you to be disappointed. We are, you know, we I’m very happy that we had such a great turnout and so many people are interested in it.
Amandha: It really fills my heart to know that we’re getting there. You know, we’re arriving into our knowledge. We’re figuring this out slowly but surely, right? There’s more, like, when I started this journey, nobody knew about DMSO. I mean, it was big in the seventies that it died out, you know?
Amandha: And that was it. And then when I found it, I was like, and I started talking about it. Nobody knew what it was, but now it’s coming, right? More and more people are starting to learn, and it’s exciting times that we’re learn, relearning and retooling ourselves to these things. Okay.
Audience Q&A: Menopause, Veins, Spine, Children, Eyes, and Closing
Amandha: So how would you use DMSO for hot flashes and night sweats due to menopause? Well, I know that one because that’s my bag right now. So one of the things that I designed, well actually I think it’s my latest design, is I created A-DMSO extracted and infused wild yam cream and it is amazing. So I.
Amandha: It, you should read the description because what I did, I used the power of DMSO for extracting, right? Extracting herbal medicine. So I’ve soaked these herbs. So it’s not just wild yam. I also use Black Co-Host and Vitex. Okay. And I used DMSO to extract that medicine. I also used vodka or brandy to extract another batch.
Amandha: Then I used oil to extract another batch of those three herbs. Then I used a water extraction method. So I have four extraction methods of three herbs all combined into one cream. Yeah. There’s nothing like that on the market. No. Like, nothing such as that exists other than this product. So it’s very potent.
Amandha: I have actually been using up to a teaspoon amount because you start slow and you work up. Like you go to one start with one eighth tea teaspoon. You can work up to a teaspoon a day. You can do it even through your cycle if you want. I tend to stop, I tend to do it from right after my cycle all the way into sorry, I do from ovulation through my cycle.
Amandha: That’s when I use it. Plus the Nap Pro progesterone cream, which I’ve been using for years to help control hot flashes and night sweats. And magnesium. Magnesium of course. Nutrition is really important and this look, menopause is the time where we find ourselves again. You know, as women, we get a different type of power.
Amandha: The power of us that goes to fertility is changing into our wisdom now, and our kundalini wants to rise our energy up. The spine wants to rise, that the heat, the push, all of that basically it makes us to the point where we know what we do and don’t want anymore. We’ve become very clear about the injustices that we’ve endured and we say no more.
Amandha: Menopause is a time of a wise woman saying, here’s my boundary. Right. I love you and here’s my boundary. And so it’s a very powerful psychological changeover and time, and it may, you really need to honor your body. So using those herbs you can also take them internally as well. Like you can do the topical cream and use internally.
Amandha: You also on YumNaturals site, if you look up the pine pollen, this is great for men who want their testosterone to lift, which happens for them in andropause. And actually everything starts dropping for all of us around the age 30. These days, our progesterone starts tanking testosterone in men starts tanking estrogen and women stars tanking.
Amandha: Like we have problems in this world that’s not normal. So that pollen supports our testosterone. And we have some too. And we get a surge of testosterone when we ovulate. So during ovulation, that’s usually when I take the pine pollen. Otherwise if you take too much of it, you get a little bit Randy.
Amandha: So be careful. Just be careful. But it is a very potent supplement. So that, but that can also help a lot with your, with balanced ovulation during the changeover. So, okay, next question. Thanks for putting that in. Jessica. Does DMSO work on spider veins? Yes. I, one of the products I designed is called DMSO vein Tonic.
Amandha: You can find it on DMSO.store. So the vein tonic, ha well, remember I was saying about ification tonic that is tightening. So what’s happening with the veins is your estrogen losses. So I do recommend the product. I just mentioned the DMSO Wild Yam Cream for that because oftentimes it’s not just structural, it’s collagen loss, which you can also take orally collagen.
Amandha: That’s what I’m taking for my frozen shoulder as well, is collagen helps a lot to rebuild things. We have a really good can, I think it’s can prev collagen on yummy sorry. On YumNaturals store and the vein tonic, you apply liberally at least twice a day to the spider veins because what’s happening is the DMSO is delivering those toif fires to help tighten up the structure.
Amandha: So the structure of the veins is basically lacks and is collapsing and then it’s blocking blood. And that’s why you’re seeing the discoloration. So, it helps with blood flow. It helps to dissolve waste and it’s delivering like the witch hazel and the chestnut and all of the medicine, you know, to help rebuild that tissue.
Amandha: But you still have to make sure that you’re getting enough minerals. That’s why I suggest the life essentials bundle. Like, you wanna make sure you’re getting, like, think about it you’re asking the body, can you fix this? Can you rebuild this? But I’m not gonna give you the resources, do it anyway.
Amandha: Right. So it’s like, I don’t know, we’ll try to do our best. Right. So with the DMSO and the herbs Yeah. You’re giving some minerals. Yeah. Like I have a whole lot range of tea teas that I made that are also very remineralizing and very supportive for all kinds of systems. I have like a terrain rebalancing tea, for example.
Amandha: It has lots of minerals, helps the gut, et cetera right? So you can do, you can apply all these things in multiple myriad of ways through food, through herbs, through DMSO, like delivering the nutrients topically, all kinds of ways. So you’re trying to strengthen this vein and ask it to do that and hope that all the pieces are there.
Amandha: And if you don’t get, like, if you’ll get temporary resolve, you know, you’ll definitely get pain relief and you’ll definitely get inflammation under control. But if you’re not getting like complete healing, then you may wanna do things like castor oil as well. You may wanna do some coffee enemas. I have all kinds of videos how to do that.
Amandha: So you may wanna like, think about, again, think about it from terrain, right? The whole body is involved here. Why that spot? Why that area, why that weakness in that space is circulation delivery. All of those things need to be considered. So, so I designed that DMSO vein tonic specifically as that synergistic approach for veins to help them heal and prevent also from worse.
Amandha: ’cause the thing is with spider veins is they tend to just keep going and going. So I had a bunch of spider veins from dancing. I was a ballerina for 11 years and I, that strain caused all kinds of vessels to collapse and break in my body. And so, it was bad like. You didn’t wanna see what I, what was there.
Amandha: I couldn’t like, heal everything ’cause it was so long, the damage, but I got, I was able to heal up to a certain point and stop, like, stop it from progressing by using some of these methods including DMSO. So, yes. And again, start slow. Work up, keep your journal, see, you know, your progression over time.
Amandha: And if it’s too slow, then you know you’re gonna have to do more systemic approaches, more terrain based cleansing to enhance the whole process. Okay, next question. I have scoliosis stenosis, a pinched sciatic nerve, and other issues along my entire spine. I’ve been using DMSO topically internally for probably three or four months.
Amandha: What is a realistic timeframe for me to expect pain reduction? I’m terrified of surgery and mainstream doctors okay.
Amandha: Well, if you have scoliosis stenosis and the sciatic nerve and all these issues, you’re gonna need more than just DMSO. Okay. Find a very good chiropractor, one that you trust, you, you can correct the scoliosis.
Amandha: Scoliosis can be corrected with chiropractic adjustment and proper exercises. You have to be able to move and mobilize the body. This is a physical imbalance that has to be physically altered and cr and actively adjusted. So with scoliosis, it’s a chronic pain problem because of malalignment.
Amandha: And DMSO is not gonna realign your bones, okay? It’s not, it will help if you fracture, if you break, absolutely. But it’s not gonna realign scoliosis like that. You have to actually physically have therapy to correct that. So I do suggest a really, a trusted chiropractor. So one that you get referrals to, one that deals with scoliosis patients the pinched nerve and stenosis, that’s all a result of the scoliosis.
Amandha: So it’s all really one kind of problem, one misalignment problem. The nerve. I suggest my peace cream for that because you’re, it’s nerve involvement. And so you wanna have DMSO with something that approaches, like helps or supports nerves. And St. John’s wort is your remedy or one of your top remedies for that.
Amandha: And the peace cream contains it. So it’s not just a muscle res muscle healing or muscle relief, it’s also nerve relief through the St. John’s wort extract. Specifically make sure you’re taking a B complex or, and, or a B12, so B12 to support the nerve. I do also have a nervous support tea. So it’s a, you may, and now this isn’t like a tea where Yeah, I just pour some hot water on it for five minutes and drink it.
Amandha: This is, these are medicinal teas that I designed in a synergy. So you actually boil it and simmer it on the stove for like 40 minutes and then strain it like you make enough for the week or whatever you want, and then store it in the fridge, warm it back up, you know, drink a cup or two a day kind of thing.
Amandha: It’s therapy and I would, so I would suggest those together. All those together. You’re gonna want the DMSO with magnesium for sure. So for topical, the DMSO 50% magnesium for you for sure. Because the spine is misaligned, you’re gonna have pulled not just nerve pain, but you’re gonna have muscle strain and pain, and the magnesium’s gonna help relax those muscles and help to tonify them.
Amandha: And then, you know, tissue turnover is gonna happen there too, and it’s gonna help the liver, you know, handle the load essentially. And that should be liberal, a application twice a day over that area. Castor oil packs can also help hot and cold alternate. You’re gonna have to use a multi-pronged approach with DMSO for this condition.
Amandha: I also highly suggest the homeopathic remedy kin item probably in like a 30 ch for you potency. Aconite is one of like the top remedies for sciatica, and there are specific stretches for sciatica. You’re gonna you’re really going to want to do. So again, multisystems approach, multi-pronged approach for getting the synergy that you want to get the relief you’re after, but then seeking the healthcare practitioner that can take you all the way with the corrections that have to happen along the spine.
Amandha: Okay next question, Fabian. And I just see there I have scoliosis, DMSO has really helped loosen the muscles along my spine and have made it much more responsive to chiropractic adjustments. There you go again. Where you’re getting this synergy, you’re getting like a paired response, working together type of response for maximum efficacy.
Amandha: Right. For me, it seemed like I needed to take it both internally and externally to get more noticeable results. There you go. I had severe nerve pain, which is almost completely gone after a few months. That’s great, James. Thank you for sharing that. Meg Foss 200 C is really good for nerve pain as well.
Amandha: Good. Thank you for that. Christine Aconitum is A-C-O-N-I-T-I-N-U-M.
Amandha: Do you like your DMSO clove oil for a 7-year-old child who has a cavity in the center outside face of a permanent molar. I’m doing fermented cod liver oil, butter oil capsules and ozonated coconut oil topically. He won’t pull oil. Yes, absolutely.
Amandha: And my tooth soap, my dubbed tooth soap or tooth powder. If he won’t do the tooth soap I would do the both of those. And if he can, if you can get him to. Yeah, if he’s getting the butter oil capsules, then he should be getting enough K two, right? He may and fermented. So he is getting enough D he’s getting enough A, he’s getting enough K two because the thing about fat soluble vitamins, they all work together.
Amandha: So if you ever take one fat soluble vitamin in an imbalanced way, then you can get problems. This is where all this insanity out there about vitamin D rat poison stuff I wrote an article dispelling all the myths about vitamin D. The most important thing about it is that you need K two to shuttle vitamin D because vitamin D helps you absorb and utilize your calcium.
Amandha: But K two is the shuttle and vitamin A helps the whole metabolism of it. And also vitamin E is a player too. So, you know, make sure he is getting eggs, make sure he’s getting enough balanced fats. And also that xylitol gum is like a lifesaver, honestly. But yes, apply, he won’t like the taste, but if it’s on the outside, he won’t really get it on his tongue that much.
Amandha: So just apply it, you know, topically over the area, get a little bit on the gum, and, just be diligent about the remineralization. That’s really what you want. And getting enough saliva. And anytime he eats no sugar, okay, seriously no sugar. Anytime he eats anything, he must rinse his mouth or take a gum or brush his teeth.
Amandha: And no, there should be no food particles hanging out because when the food is there, the bacteria come because that’s this job. And then you get more acids and then you can get more enamel breakdown. And it’s a vicious cycle so that even if he brushes a little bit with baking soda to just balance out the pH a little bit, that can help a lot.
Amandha: Okay. Alright. A couple more questions. Oh yeah, we should talk about eyes here. I’m just gonna do the, click this one Fabian, if you don’t mind. Can you please talk about DMSO to treat eye issues, cataracts, floaters, glaucoma, and macular degeneration? The current approach is suboptimal needles to the eyes.
Amandha: No thank you. Don’t put needles in your eyes. Don’t put lasers in your eyes. Not necessary. Not necessary, honestly. So I have helped heal thousands of cases of cataracts, all kinds of retinopathies, all kinds of floaters, dry eye pressure problems with my DMSO eye drops. Okay. Start with the 20% with vitamin C and then work up to the 40% with vitamin C.
Amandha: Okay. Because. Start low and work up because it’s kind of intense. It’s an intense protocol. If you’re concerned. We make just the plain saline also. So like you put the DMSO and it burns and it drips and it gets a little red, but then after you can take the normal saline and soothe it after. Some people like that approach and again, the eye is related to the liver in Chinese medicine.
Amandha: So if your liver is got a problem, then you may see the expression through the eyes. Okay and I actually talked with a retinal surgeon specialist and encouraged him like I taught, I did a private lesson for him teaching him about DMSO and also teaching him how to use the recipe in my book to make his own eye drops and give them to his patients.
Amandha: So he is a surgeon, a retinal surgeon, using my eyedrop recipe for his patients because he realized that it can actually heal the retina. And there’s all kinds of studies and information that it does so that has effect on the retina. And so you just have to be consistent with use. And also, again, we’re talking terrain.
Amandha: Today we’re talking about holistic protocols. You want fast results, you want success that isn’t taking like six months, seven months, eight months, like if you just using DMSO could take a long time, but if you wanna optimize the healing. You’re gonna do the whole system. So yeah, you’re gonna make sure you’re getting enough vitamin A.
Amandha: Yes, you’re gonna make sure that your liver’s not congested, that you’re not eating foods that are causing bloating and congestion, that you’re supporting the liver function with magnesium. That you’re making sure that your nutrition, you have enough minerals to electrically communicate with the body that the meridians are open and not blocked up.
Amandha: You see that you don’t have other problems compounding it like dental issues or root canals or any of these things that are causing secondary problems. Okay. So we’ll just do one more question and then we’re gonna wrap it up. And thank you so much for today. This is great. It was a great turnout.
Amandha: I’m really happy that we were able to do this and there will be more coming. Did you find one that you like, Fabian?
Amandha: We have this Susan, I have nerve damage and the peace cream’s been very helpful. I’ve tried many different things. That’s great, Suzanne. Thank you for that.
Amandha: Just looking here. Oh, here’s one more. Okay. Michael.
Amandha: All my previous, yeah. I’m losing my voice already. All my previous dilated eye appointments, I had signs of macular degeneration even in, oh, this is more of a testimonial. Okay. Even in August of 2024, sign of macular degeneration, I started using DMSO in September of 2024 For hernia pain. Yes. Very helpful for hernia as well as taking collagen and gelatin.
Amandha: In November, I started drinking distilled water and in January started using 40% DMSO, yummy doctor eye drops. And four week of, in the fourth week of January, no signs of macular degeneration. So that’s from September to January. Healing macular degeneration with DMSO. That’s really cool. Even though my mother has it in her right eye.
Amandha: Hooray. For DMSO. Yes, absolutely. This is what I’m saying, like these are major things. Okay. Major skin problems, major systemic issues, okay? Gut problems, inflammation, you name it. It has an appli like DMSO has its place or has its role in these systems, okay? In helping all of these conditions. So any conditions say, I have this condition, can DMSO help?
Amandha: It’s going to be a yes because of the actions that we described in detail that I described in detail in my first webinar, which I, again, if you missed the intro, if you missed the beginner class, please go back and take that class. It’s available for free at Yummy.Doctor all the information is there for you.
Amandha: Learn and understand. Get the book, understand it because when you do, you can you understand the applications, okay? The whole point of all this, why do any of this is to empower you so that you feel knowledgeable, you feel safe, you feel comfortable in going to your, you know, remedy closet and applying the remedies for yourself for any type of condition and understand its principles enough so that you can use it for children, you can use it for pets, you can use it on your grumpy spouse or whatever.
Amandha: Okay? You can use it on your elderly mother or father that may have arthritis or may have, you know, some sort of degenerative issue, right? You understand that it detoxes you understand that it mobilizes and you know you have to go slow and you know that you have to upregulate the liver and you have, and you understand that there’s this a systemic involvement here.
Amandha: And if you want maximum effect, then this is the way that you’re going to do it successfully, without complications and with really happy outcomes, really good outcomes. So, that’s my hope for you. That’s why I do this work. I hope you join our membership. I hope you sign up to the newsletter so that.
Amandha: You keep abreast of our next webinars coming up, and maybe you feel called to the masterclass coming on April 12th. I look forward to seeing you then. I thank you so much for spending this wonderful time with me today. I’m so happy my generator kept going and everything worked out, and I appreciate you very much.
Amandha: I appreciate everything that you’re doing to learn, to understand and to heal yourself holistically and, you know, get out from the systemic clutches, the medical clutches that you know, are there to sort of feed off of you and not really love you and care for you and support you, because that’s really where we need to be now in this day and age, is really caring for each other and applying, you know, the truth and getting the resolve and the resolutions that we need.
Amandha: So thanks everyone, thanks for being here and appreciate you very much and we will see you next time. Here’s some of my information. Yummy.Doctor, the main hub. You can get to all the websites and all the information on the main website and we’ll see you next time.
Amandha: Okay, much love, and bye for now.
