Transforming the Ego with ADV – Part-2
Transforming the Ego with ADV – Part-2
Ego Transformation Practices: Video Overview
In Part 2 of Transforming the Ego, Amandha Vollmer (ADV) continues exploring ego transformation practices by returning to the spiral model introduced in Part 1. She explains that progress is not always experienced as progress. An old pattern can reappear after a period of growth, yet the important change is whether the person can recognize what is happening instead of automatically returning to the same reaction.
Amandha then focuses on what she calls “mind tapes,” the negative internal messages that can develop through childhood experiences and repeated conditioning. She describes her own method of catching these thoughts and writing a response that challenges the underlying belief. This becomes part of a larger practice of slowing down, observing internal reactions and building new habits rather than allowing familiar emotional patterns to run automatically.
As the discussion develops, Amandha applies this work to decision-making, self-worth and personal responsibility. She also explores spiritual discipline and inherited family patterns before addressing trauma, forgiveness and the importance of asking for help. The closing section returns to practical emotional work through accountability, conscious expression and learning how to respond to intense feelings without creating further conflict.

Important Context & Safety
Educational context: This video presents Amandha Vollmer’s personal and spiritual framework for ego transformation. She continues the ideas introduced in Part 1 by discussing negative internal “mind tapes,” repeated conditioning and the need to observe reactions before they become automatic behaviour. Her methods include writing down difficult thoughts, challenging the belief underneath them and developing disciplines that help bring unconscious patterns into awareness.
The discussion also moves into health and trauma. Amandha connects unresolved emotional experiences with physical illness and describes cleansing practices as capable of bringing stored emotions to the surface. She discusses cancer through this framework and later speaks about suicide, childhood sexual abuse and the process of forgiveness. These are Amandha’s interpretations and experiences from the recording. The video also contains spiritual concepts involving astrology, karma, past lives, Human Design and energetic healing.
Safety context: Serious physical illness, trauma and suicidal thoughts require appropriate individualized support. Spiritual reflection, ego work and complementary practices should not replace medical or mental-health assessment when someone is struggling with a serious condition. If someone is in immediate danger or at risk of self-harm, seek emergency or crisis support.
Medical emergencies: Information in this video should not be used to delay emergency assessment or treatment for symptoms of stroke, heart attack, serious head injury or another medical emergency.

Introduction: Part One Recap, Integrity, and the Upward Spiral
Amandha: Okay, you ready for these? I’ve got the notes. I started part one and I couldn’t finish it, because I told my store it was 10:00 AM and I’m open for business, and now I wanna finish what I started. I’m that kind of girl. I like to finish what I start. That’s actually called integrity. That’s an aspect of the ego being transformed actually, right?
Amandha: Is integrity because you’ve become integrated, an integrated being who has worked themselves out of hell or out of darkness into their awareness of self. If you need to go back to part one to start, it’s really when I teach this, it can be, it can begin anywhere. So it doesn’t matter if you missed part one.
Amandha: What we are talking about. I’m just gonna continue and I’m gonna put it all together in the video portion that I’ll put on YouTube for you. Okay. So it’ll be all together. All together. We talked about mirrors. We were talking about mirrors, understanding mirrors, and that it’s not really cut and dry.
Amandha: It’s not always a clear mirror that you get. You may get a distortion and that you work up the spiral in just this way. So the spiral is an upward spiral on an angle. And when you’re passing one of your egoic tests, you may dip down or sink or feel like you’re failing. You may feel like you’re failing when you’re actually achieving
Amandha: Isn’t that fun? Oh my gosh. Hi. Hi everyone. Right. Oh, you think, Hey, I nailed this. I figured this out. This is not triggering me anymore. I got those mind tapes under control. I’m not letting the little hamster wheel in my head go, I’ve got this. Look at me. I’m meditating every day. I’ve got this totally figured out.
Amandha: I’m journaling. I am on top of the world, baby. And then you go down the spiral dip and you get punched. You get a one, two. And that’s part of the ego too. Then you have to go, ah, you have to go. Aha, I see what’s going on here. Good. This sucks. I don’t like how I feel. I can accept that. I don’t like how I feel, but that I’m still on the upward moving spiral.
Amandha: And this is just at the low point. It’s the darkest before the dawn. Great. Awesome. I hate it. This sucks. I’m gonna acknowledge that I hate it, that it sucks that I need more self-care, that I might need to go take, put myself in a timeout, but I’m still achieving rather than going deeper back down the spiral.
Amandha: Oh I see. I suck. I thought I had it figured out. I did all this work. For what? For nothing. Right. That’s just the ego playing with you. Just keep going forward and you will achieve it. It’s designed that way. Really. Alright, so let me go with my art on the other side of my sheets.. See, it’s pretty. And then I can read to you and you can look at a pretty picture, right?
Mind Tapes, Inner-Child Patterns, and Rewriting Reactions
Amandha: Okay. Let me see, where was I taking full responsibility? I talked about let’s talk a little bit more about the mind tapes. We didn’t really go too much into that. The mind tapes are programs you’re running from childhood, from things that your teachers have told you. Oftentimes it’s one of your parents, your parental voices, it’ll take on one of those voices.
Amandha: These are unresolved inner-child aspects. This is the stuff you tell yourself. Basically like say you won an award or you looked really awesome that day, or whatever it is that you’ve accomplished, instead of being in integral and feeling in that moment happy about what you’ve created a mind tape may come up and say, ah, that’s not gonna last.
Amandha: Or what are you talking about? You’re a fraud. Or actually you suck. So why do you think or you know, your ass is too fat? Your, that outfit looks good, but your ass I’m sure doesn’t look good. Whatever the mind tape is, that is work. That is your work, that is your ego signaling to you from a neurological chemical cascade happening.
Amandha: It’s called a neural net. It’s like literally a net over your brain that is triggering you into this cascade. And you need to grab hold of that and rip that damn net outta there. And that’s the work, that’s the work of healing that aspect of the mind that is triggering and tricking you into a belief system that could come from a childhood or even an unconscious aspect or a belief that you’ve held for a while that you’re trying to work through.
Amandha: Okay. And yeah, so it’s a neurochemical cascade and if you can identify that as chemistry, it also can help you through it. And I like to, when this happens for me, how I like to do it is sometimes you don’t catch it right away. Sometimes it’s insidious, especially if you’ve been doing this work for a long time, this inner work for a long time, it sort of creeps up on you and then all of a sudden you realize you’re talking bad about yourself to yourself and like if you have self-worth aspects that are there.
Amandha: So what I end up doing is catching it and then writing it down. And then writing a statement that refutes it. I’ll write say I feel like a failure. That’s one that I’ve worked with a long time. Maybe a lot of people can relate to feeling like a failure. Feeling like you failed in life. You’ve made mistakes that you know, wish you didn’t mistake.
Amandha: Make that mistake and that can lead to that sensation where you feel like you’re a failure. Okay, so write down, I feel like a failure. Why? Well, because I did this, I made this mistake, whatever. And then usually what helps me correct is I’ll write. Making mistakes is how I learn. Making mistakes is how I grow.
Amandha: Without making mistakes, nothing can occur. Noth I can create nothing. I am nothing without my mistakes. I’m grateful for my mistakes and what it does for me. And there’s different methods of doing this. You could go on YouTube, I’m sure if I’d many. This is the one that works. I’ve seen, at least in my method again and again, where I can just shift my mind away from that neural net plugging away at me, and I can move it into a chemical shift in my body where I’m not continually playing that tape anymore and I move it along.
Amandha: Sometimes you need to stay in it and be with it. Like I was saying before about owning that I feel. Really bad about myself, but I’m bringing compassion with me and using that method. That’s another way of dealing with these types of thinking that you don’t feel in control of.
Amandha: Like I said, it’s a neuron net.
Amandha: It’s a, if it’s triggered, it will run. It’s running a course. It’s like a, it’s like a chemical trigger. It’s like having too much coffee in the morning, right? Or something like that. Having something trigger you, right? It’s gonna run its course. There are things you can do so that it doesn’t ruin your day or longer, or effect have a negative effect on others or have a ripple effect that you’re now dealing with for days and days that you really would rather not have to.
Amandha: with at all, really. Right. So, so that’s another method of dealing with the neural net. My, my spiritual teacher used to do real wild things. She’d go, she’d do this snapping, I don’t know if you know about this method, but it was too harsh for me. It’s not my way, but it worked for her. And she would go in and she would say, stop
Amandha: And I would go, what? She’d like stop the cascade. Like she would demand, she would command her mind to quit it, to just, you know, it was like a different disciplinary method for children,. It was like, just shut up. Like stop it. Like you, I have better control over this than like you be quiet kind of thing.
Amandha: And that worked for her. But for me, it’s not a method that works for me. I have to find the meaning in it, and I have to shift it and turn it around and then it works. Then it’s cleared or it’s less. Okay. And if you have any methods, like if you have done ego work and this type of transformational work before and there’s methods that you like, please enter them in the comments.
Emotional Health, Cancer Discussion, and Transformation Work
Amandha: Help other people out. Because I don’t feel, I feel this is an arena of healthcare that’s not even talked about. Half the time is. This whole thing is coming from the Kagan and beyond, right? This is a psycho-spiritual reality, and it we’re very emotional beings and we’re creating frequencies when we have that emotional field, that’s our power, but it’s also can do us in, right?
Amandha: If it’s emotional power turning in on itself in a destructive way, holy moly, right? That is not a healthy space. And especially if I’m trying to work with someone on their physical health. You have to address that level of their life. You have to address the mind. It’s one, it’s all what?
Amandha: It’s all interconnected. We know from Candace PERTs work and others like her, that in Bruce Lipton’s work, et cetera, et cetera, that the cognition the state of the emotions, the state of the mind it actually makes physical chemicals that we can measure. Right. Okay. And that cascade cascades into the physical body.
Amandha: It descends. And in fact, the more I deal with cancer patients, the more I’m realizing this stuff is all unresolved emotion.
Amandha: That has been, they have not been able to deal with it in the emotional realm. They haven’t been able to close that loop. It’s like an open running tape.
Amandha: They haven’t been able to close. And what they’ve done is they’ve put it, pulled it right into the physical reality in an attempt for the body to close that loop, to deal with it somehow, to express it somehow to figure it out.
Amandha: And it’s gone physical. I’m seeing this a lot.
Amandha: And it goes right back to German new medicine. It all lines up with that. It makes a lot of sense. And here we are. at a stage when that individual is starting to figure it out, they’re starting to manifest it physically because they’re getting to the next layer of their healing. And what do we do? We poison them, traumatize them,
Amandha: Right? Not we, but like, you know, medical establishment. We and they never allow them to actually go through it and finish the whole trauma, which could have started, like I see a lot of sexual abuse cases or any type of level of abuse in childhood manifest as cancer later. They haven’t been able to figure that out for themselves.
Amandha: And this is how they’re figuring it out. And then we don’t let them finish figuring it out. Right. It’s a real tragedy. I have a few new really. Cancer patients right now. So I’m really thinking along those lines and how would we approach that and what’s the way in which to help that complete and then resolve, right?
Amandha: And we hear a lot of spiritual healings and these kinds of things where people just, they just make that connection. They click and then boom. In a spontaneous healing, it happens. Commanding is taking your power. I’ve tried that. It worked for me, but yes, it didn’t feel gentle in the beginning, but now it feels really natural.
Amandha: That’s great feedback. You know, and that’s a very good point. Thank you for bringing that up, Karen, because you know what? It doesn’t feel na, none of it almost feels natural. I found that was one thing when I was going through a lot of this, it didn’t feel natural and it surprised me, and I fought, I think that’s why I needed a spiritual teacher to knock on my door because I don’t know if I would’ve done it without her necessarily I mean, I don’t know, because it didn’t feel natural. It felt like I was going against a current. Right. But it’s like that because you are transforming and shaping a part of yourself, and it’s like you’ve been given a big blob of clay and you have to like, Do all this stuff with it, and it kind of feels like you are forcing and you’re pushing and you’re molding and you’re like, right, and you are new to it.
Amandha: It doesn’t feel familiar and it didn’t feel familiar, but then it becomes familiar because it’s your new norm. So that’s a important point that you raise there, that don’t give up. That’s an ego trick actually. I think that’s an ego trick to say, oh see, it’s not natural, so therefore I shouldn’t do it.
Amandha: Right.
Amandha: That ego’s very clever. And that’s one of the things about ego. It’s very clever, but it is not intelligent. Oh no, you are, intelligence is far surpassing the ego.
Amandha: Right?
Amandha: The ego is just tricky, clever maybe witty, maybe it’s conniving, right? It has some good ideas. But once you see it, once you see the tricks that the ego is playing you cannot unsee it.
Amandha: It’s done. It’s over. It’s right. The show’s over the ego’s like, damn really thought I had here this time bugger. And then it moves on to something else because you’ve already seen it or you’ll identify it in another and you’re like, oh yeah. I know exactly where you are in your ego development.
Amandha: anyone gone through that where you’re like yeah. Ah, you’re at stage like 58. Yeah, I know. I totally been there. Right., that’s just classic cuz it’s So tell telltale, after a while of doing this work, right. This is so timely for me feeling recently, like my mind is loudly and negatively interfering with my mojo.
Awareness, Media Programming, Human Design, and Decision-Making
Amandha: Yeah. Yeah. And it’s. And something like, there are seasons where it’s more challenging depending on you. Right. And that, like what I was mentioning, this has all been triggered for me by this Pisces New Moon. My moon’s in Pisces. Holy moly. All the basement ego, like, came up for me to have to deal with.
Amandha: And it was kind of surprising. I didn’t realize there was just so much debris because what happened, what I realized through that is I’ve gotten so busy and I’ve gotten so into my work that I’ve left the other work. I’ve just been too tired to do my meditations every night or what things have been slipping.
Amandha: And it was a good wake up call for me to go, oh, you’ve been, you’ve been negligent about taking care of and cleaning house inside your morgue and it’s gotten kinda a lot of cobwebs and stuff going on, and things are starting to raise from the dead. So you better s go clean out cuz you’re right. And I think they’re just reminders like that.
Amandha: I think that’s how it rolls. And which the ego and fear are soul killers. Well, that’s the goal, I think is to like the fear and all these aspects of ego, parts of ego keep you down. They keep you suppressed, they keep you, you know, just like asleep. Like you’re just running, like I was saying, you’re just running in a hamster wheel.
Amandha: You just get up every day. You do your thing, it’s over. You’re not really present. You’re not really engaged in your existence. Right. And you see that all the time. We have a zombie nation. They’re just go, they’re hamster wheeling and they’re letting their cues trigger everything.
Amandha: That’s it. That, and we’re trying, aren’t we? I think the goal is raising consciousness to a level where we’re identifying all this stuff and we’re transforming it, and we’re clearing it. That we don’t need these challenges. And these challenges come on a personal level and they come on mass as well. Right?
Amandha: We see that in our world. We see it play out in our world, and it’s a little more complicated than just because and effect. It’s a quantum type of field, or it’s a holographic expression, and it’s a very multi-layered, it’s not something that you can just, you know, put out in a sentence necessarily. Do you know what I’m saying?
Amandha: But it’s being played out because we’re trying to figure all this stuff out for ourselves and bring our own awareness. The front forefront where we can see it or we can identify it, or we can own it or we can integrate it, right? Yes, people do watch too much tv and when they do that, what are they doing?
Amandha: You know, tv, the frequency of TV, even if you’re not consciously paying attention, and especially the dangers of children watching TV because they’re in a different wavelength, mind wavelength, everything goes in those eyes. Everything goes into that brain, even if you’re not focusing on it. So if it’s over here in the peripheral, it’s going in and if it’s just being flashed in the mind, right, it’s going in, but you’re not recognizing it.
Amandha: That’s the whole commercial industry is based on that. To get this thought form in your head where you didn’t notice that it comes out as an impulse that you think is naturally you, when you’ve actually just been programmed to buy that thing or to do that thing, or to say that thing. Yeah. That’s the whole hypnosis programming happening on mass.
Amandha: And that’s the other reason is we can be manipulated and controlled when we aren’t in full capacity of ourselves, or we are not in control of ourselves, we’re not in awareness and integrity of ourselves. That means someone else can go ahead and puppet it. You know? That’s leaks. Those are leaks. People can get in.
Amandha: Right. That’s the point. That’s where we’re headed. And it takes diligence and it’s worrisome because we have a lot of people who not only don’t know that this is important, they’re just in that sleeper state. They need either a teacher, like, I mean, look at, go to India, there’s gurus everywhere for this, there’s a lot of gurus.
Amandha: They understand that as a culture, that’s part of their reality. That’s the thing that you need to do. Is, raise your consciousness. Right. Okay. So, okay, I talked about this a little bit in part one. Just not to rush anything we call it opening the spheres slowly, but say someone comes to you and it says, Hey, I have a great idea.
Amandha: I have a great idea for your business, Amanda, why don’t you have this product or this or that or, how about, doesn’t this sound awesome? And what’s the first thing you wanna go your ego and go, yeah, it’s so cool. Yeah. Let’s, yeah, let’s do that. Yeah. That’s awesome. Yeah, baby, like, you’re like that, right?
Amandha: Well, that’s your ego talking. You’re not, you haven’t reflected on that. You haven’t sat with that, you haven’t slept on that, none of it, right? You don’t know. So don’t go ahead and be eager beaver. Yeah. Like a, you know, begging dog. Because you don’t know what God has planned. You don’t know your blueprint, and you don’t know if that’s gonna actually resonate with your truth.
Amandha: And there’s actually a method in which you, what the heck is it called now? I haven’t looked at this in a while. It’s called the Human Design System. Ah, there it is. the Human Design System, if you’ve ever looked at this. And what it does is it’s a combination of astrology, of runes, of a whole bunch of different systems.
Amandha: Even the shocker systems and the acupuncture meridians, and it’s all put together and by a gentleman who had a very amazing epiphany on top of a mountain is a cool story. And he’s changed his name to like, who Rock Who, or. Someone name and I studied it for a while. It’s pretty cool. And I did my own charting and to see what meridians were active, what were more egoically controlled and so forth.
Amandha: If you’re interested in it, you can Human Design System, you can look it up and there’s some free things online and it’s pretty cool. I even did a couple people’s charts. It was interesting and there’s this depending on the type, your type, my type is first. If someone presented something to me like that, my, I go to my hara, my belly, my, it’s my gut, my spleen that says yes or no.
Amandha: So it’s like an organ system response that I was training in myself to feel whether it was a no or whether it’s a yes, but I have to be invited. So my energy is I have to be first invited. If I start something, the energy of me, if I start something just from my ego, because I don’t wanna do it cause it’s, I have the, I’m got this brilliant idea and I’m gonna like do, no, I will fail.
Amandha: I usually will fail if I allow for the invitation to come and I then feel it and say yes to it. I’m successful. And that has, and once I’ve learned that about myself, that is how I’ve designed my reality. And it works great. It really does. But it can’t be like yeah, I wanna do it. I have to first feel it and slowly sit with it and see if it’s the right thing, and then go, you know, ahead and do that.
Cleansing, Stored Emotions, and Keeping the Inner and Outer Space Clean
Amandha: Every time I do a specific body cleanse, liver flush, it brings up old stored emotions and thought patterns to be finished with. Some of these old ego patterns are trapped in body organs. Yes. It’s fascinating. I’ll I’ll tell people when they’re doing coffee enemas cause I tell everyone do coffee enema’s.
Amandha: Cause I like them and that heals the liver. Right. And I said, anger may rise to the surface when this happens. This is normal. Don’t freak out. You might feel angry. Just don’t direct it at someone. Just let it come off of you. Go for a very vigorous walk or go punch a pillow or go yell on the forest or whatever you have to do.
Amandha: But you’re gonna feel that anger come up if you know, for stored energy, for stored emotions. It’s very true. It’s like the cell resonance, you know what I mean? Like the imprint on the waters of the cells have that imprint. That imprint. And when you’re cleansing that water out, it’s like that p right. It’s an expression, it’s like comes out.
Amandha: It just does. I see it time and time again. Spleen, worry, joy, heart or also grief can be heart, lungs is grief. What was the kidneys fear? Da that right? So kidney cleanse, you’ll see a lot of fear. Lungs. You’ll see a lot of grief. Okay? It’s where the organ system holds the memory of that. It’s very fascinating.
Amandha: The body is quite a, it’s like a holograph upon a holograph. It’s like fractals upon fractals. And we are energy and we’re vibration. And these things impact us in the imprint. So thanks for bringing that up. Cause that’s very true. Okay. That one’s done. I don’t know if we want this one. Okay. And alright, so this one, okay.
Amandha: It’s a na Maybe I’ll just, I’ll put this picture up., I like to, okay. An artist does naked bodies, so stop it. I was, I like, liked using oil pastels, when I was younger. Okay. The other thing is just on a level of keeping it clean, I call it keeping it clean. If you want a clean mind, if you want a clean emotional field it’s external, internal feed off of each other.
Amandha: You wanna clean up, and I’m bad for this cause I get potty mouth. I get trucker mouth, so, But you do wanna clean up your speech, the way in which you speak, vibration, right? The way you’re communicating the words you’re choosing to use. So cleaning up your speech, cleaning up your, what you eat, what are you putting in, are you putting in toxins all the time, right?
Amandha: Cleaning up the, it’s the whole mind body complex. So it’s, it all goes with everything. Cleaning your space being organized, your space not being full of clutter, full of things that are old or useless or any type of debris in your reality, right? Going through that regularly, giving that to someone else who can use it, or, you know, assessing the things that
Amandha: you choose to have around you.
Amandha: What is that saying about your consciousness? What is that saying about where you’re going as a human, right? Or how are you evolving as a spiritual being? and where’s your ego at? Are you really attached to items and attached to things? Are you in a, are you a giving person? Are you in that kind of a, is that what frees you?
Amandha: Because we get a lot of stuff, especially, I mean, I have a store, I have a child. I mean, you get stuff and you have to regularly, and I do this and it’s springtime coming is a good time to do it. You cleanse your body, you cleanse your space, right? You’re supposed to be a time of deep cleaning and you know, getting out the things from the wintertime and so forth and just getting out the clutter, right?
Amandha: So your personalize, your space, your diet, your speech, your thoughts, all these things, clean it up, get a nice desk room and just go on through there. What are things you’re doing is habits that aren’t really of that level of. Crispness that you’re after, right?
Amandha: And these are all things that you do as a discipline.
Amandha: What I’m talking about are disciplines that I don’t a lot of people don’t necessarily have in their reality. They don’t pull in too many disciplines. There’s like weird rituals that we have in our culture like Christmas or Easter and stuff. That’s to me, mostly warped. And I don’t participate in those.
Amandha: I make my own daily disciplines and my own, I guess you can call them rituals, where they’re things I do to ensure I am, I’m on the right track of my design of my life, right? Because no one else is gonna design your life for you. It just, there’s helpers along the way, but no one’s doing it for you.
Amandha: Sorry. There’s no pill for that.. Okay. Question, what do you think about meat eating? Well, again, you wanna, if you wanna clean up your body like I, I, there, okay, let me just say this. There’s as many people and subtypes and body types and metabolic types as there are food plans or diets. Okay?
Amandha: Some people, meat for them is how it rolls. It’s the type of meat or it’s the amount or whatever. For me personally, I find meat not so harmonious. For my, for where I’m at. I find when I’m very clean, I like, so I don’t eat any meat. Or even any like, like not even vegetarian, quite vegan, although sometimes I’ll have eggs or whatever in the winter it’s like a six month winter.
Amandha: It’s insane. Like if I lived on the beach, it’d be a different story. I’d be eating differently. Right. Okay. But yes, really keeping it, the food clean and I mean, if you’re eating animals, you’re eating a lot of their chemicals, so you are adding a lot of extra density and a lot of extra toxicity that your body has to, you have to be pretty clean to process that in the first place.
Amandha: And if you’re not, then I don’t, I mean, I’m not gonna tell you unless you come to see me and I formulate your diet plan. I’m not gonna say do or don’t because I know there’s a whole crazy vegan agenda and I don’t wanna promote a new age agenda that’s trying to feminize men and do all that kind of stuff.
Amandha: And I don’t wanna get into that too much. But the whole point is finding the balance and and the foods that are right for you. That’s always what it’s gonna be about. If you’re like, I have friends up here, they raise chickens, or I have you know, friends who do like lamb or whatever, right?
Amandha: And that’s their lifestyle. They’re not gonna change that, but they’re raising it themselves. They’re not adding poisons, they’re not, you know, using antibiotics or vaccines or whatever in the meat. So there’s different varieties of it. But anyway, I was vegan, vegetarian for most of my life. I think they’re, that’s the cleanest way I find when I eat a lot of meat, I do have more emotional challenges.
Amandha: I think it’s more hormonal. I think there’s more hormones that are triggered in the body for that. So, yeah, it’s a good discussion, but it’s not cut and dry is my point there. All right. Clean it up, mom. Do wash your socks, God’s sake. Journey people. You’re okay. Choose only that which you truly desire.
Self-Worth, Religion, Poverty Consciousness, and Doership
Amandha: Make it worthy of you. Say yes to life with the knowledge of your worthiness. Okay. This is an idea. This is what this is coming from is not ego i of worthiness. It’s coming from the self-realized God being, if you will, and we’re not gods, we are of God. However, it’s recognizing your divinity and honoring yourself.
Amandha: Okay. And you deserve life. You’re worthy of life. And you’re it’s about walking well in your life and making things worthy of you. It’s a self-respect aspect is what I’m talking about, right? Because self-love and self-respect and self worthiness are not self ish. It’s, there’s a, it’s different, right?
Amandha: One’s coming from ego and one is coming from your divinity right now, it’s important to make that distinction for yourself. It’s like, it’s this story of you gotta put your mask on first, you know, before your child or whatever, an emergency idea. But it’s beyond that. It’s saying it’s be when you’re in your power, you don’t really take shit from people.
Amandha: Pardon my s word. Okay? You know what I’m saying? You don’t let people abuse you and walk all over you. You’re going to say, no I’m a divine being. I make things worthy of me. They have to come up to my standards, right? I’m not just going to be a yes man, I’m, and in fact, if I, when I, if I ever meet people who are like that, I immediately am, I’m watchful.
Amandha: I’m watchful of them because they they’re the yin to the yang of abusers, right? They’re the abused. Often they’ve been used and abused. And I have to, you know, I really watch where they’re coming from energetically and what’s happened, and then, you know, always, you can’t necessarily trust them because what ends up happening.
Amandha: Is they are not in integrity and they are become untrustworthy even though they want to be. It could even be nice. But those are people that can carry a lot of entity energy or they can really give you a lot of triggers or be leaky because they’re not in their integrity. They’re just on the other spectrum of the like narcissistic personality disorder side of things, right?
Amandha: So you have to really watch that. Okay, so what’s my religion? I don’t have a religion. Religions are forbidden. Religions are What they are is a stepping stone, I’ll say, is I pretty much looked at every religion when I was trying to figure myself out, as in youth like I practice certain religions and so forth, but for me it was a stepping stone to find the commonality of the divinity within each religion.
Amandha: That I think was the nugget. And then I just kept going for that common thread until I found the common thread. And then I live the common thread, but I don’t know, I don’t need the structure of the religion anymore. Some people do, so I’m not knocking it, you know what I mean? Like some people need that.
Amandha: And that’s a growth process. It’s like, like what I said earlier, oh, they’re at that stage of the eco development. Oh, you’re in a religion. Okay, you’re at that stage, but guess. Everyone has to be at every stage. So why would, why do you judge one stage over the other? Just cuz this is what my spiritual teacher would say at time.
Amandha: She’s like, just because you got in the car and started driving before that person got in the car and started driving.
Amandha: Just cause you’re head on the road doesn’t mean they’re not behind you like gonna be there too. Okay. Like, right. You were that person to somebody else’s as well. Okay. But no, I, there’s not, there’s divine, there’s God, okay.
Amandha: and there’s a storyline as well, which we’re not gonna get into of how we’re here and the whole blah, blah, blah and the war heaven, earth war and da. Right? But no, as far as like, structured religion, that’s not, I I’ve gone through that. Like I’ve trav traversed that now. That’s all. But I, so some people need it, some people don’t.
Amandha: Okay. And there’s good sense of community and all that kind of stuff, but mostly what I find in the religious, the grouping part is if, is the religion should teach that it’s, that’s what their paradigm is that they’re working with. And then don’t like murder other people and stuff., right? Like the whole religious war thing, all that’s not really, that’s ego.
Amandha: They’re an ego. So if that religion is going to help transcend their ego and do that proper work, but mostly what I found when I was involved in different religious groups is they kind of just wanted to stay stuck. They wanted, most of them, they just liked their little thing and that’s it for their lifetime.
Amandha: That’s as far as they’re gonna pro progress this lifetime. The end for that. And that’s just not my path. My path is go. So that’s my path. There it is. the end. Okay. Stop being wait a second. I missed a few. Okay. So yeah. Choose that. Which you Oh, we did that one. Get rid of poverty consciousness.
Amandha: So, okay, so people who are in poverty consciousness are in ego. Yep. You were born. We are born abundant. Okay. We’re, so, we affirm our protection here and that learn. So know that when you need something, it’s there for you. You can look back on this actually. You can look usually at a story where you felt like, that’s it, this is bad.
Amandha: This is gonna go in a bad direction. I, this might be a really bad thing that’s coming. And then you’re, you can look back at it on the other side, say, well, here I still am., like I did it. Like I’m here, I made it. I’m fine. Right? You can do that often and it’s a, it’s an egoic trick that often gets you into fear to think that you know something, this is bad.
Amandha: I don’t have enough. This kind of poverty consciousness thinking. And then you always have enough, like I have friends who they’re, they struggle financially and that it’s, I can see they’re in this, they’re creating this froth around it that almost makes it more makes it sustained cause they’re working on something within themselves, like a poverty of this soul.
Amandha: Right. And that the way it seems to be designed to traverse the ego is it’s like you have to take that risk that God loves that courage where you take that step and you don’t know what’s necessarily gonna be on the other side of that. But when you do that, it’s rewarded. And this is just something that I’ve seen again and again.
Amandha: Like I’ve been totally flat broke, lost everything. You know, Eckhart tole sleeping on the bench kind of thing, which is often part of the spiritual transformation that people go through. You’ll hear a lot of these stories in there. I was one of those stories. I had all the things I thought I had, but I was in my spiritual ego phase.
Amandha: So ma the spiritual ego is, you already know, there’s an ego, you’re identified it and you’re working through it, and you think you figured it out. And now you’re in your spiritual ego, which is super annoying and everyone hates you, and they’re waiting to take you out. And that’s what happens. And then you fall from grace and then you really see it cause you really had to let go.
Amandha: You really had to see what it’s like to be at your most stressful lowest, your worst at your worst in your head. What you think it. is the worst. And you’re there and you’re like, oh, I’m here. Like, this is my worst fear and I’m, I just, I’m living it. And I’m like, I’m okay. Like, yeah, it sucks, right? Like, Steven what’s the guy?
Amandha: The va, he’s a vaccine anti-vaccine advocate cause his child died and he was brought into court, and I’m just blanking on his name right now. Steven and Stephan. Stephan. Last name’s Stephan, I believe. David Stephan? Yes. Okay. And he went to jail for that. He went to jail and he said, you know what it was like a huge fear for him.
Amandha: He’s like, it was totally empowering. It was empowering for him. It was transformational for him. So if you know this about life, it you can lose a lot of that fear and you can go out a little more. in your integrity and your truth and your boldness and your bravery, that kind of thing, right? And again, that’s a process.
Amandha: It go, you go through yeah, I’m, this is probably one of my weakest areas is stop being a doer. cause doership is ego. It’s hard not to be a doer because look at how much ha it’s like constantly things to do, right? It feels like that all the time. And especially for an entrepreneur, single mother, like it’s constantly doing.
Amandha: It is. But there’s a difference between in your beer ship creation action and in doership energy. Doership is ego. Oh ego, I gotta get this done, get outta my way. Or like you’ll see it driving. in. Thank God I don’t live in like huge centers where you have to like commute and stuff. Oh my God. Right. The road rage.
Amandha: Like, get outta my way. I gotta do, I gotta get, I gotta go. Right? That’s all ego. And that’s same, that’s a doership thing. You have to keep doing. It’s like somehow you’re trying to prove something to yourself that you’re worthy of being alive and taking a breath. Right., it’s always so don’t be a doer.
Amandha: It’s like you’re already whole, you’re already complete. You’re already perfect. You’re already loved. There’s nothing to prove. There is nothing to prove. You are, you already are. That’s the thing. If you can realize that you’re already, that. You’re there, you see, and this doership is like, I’m not good enough.
Amandha: I have to prove it. I have to show it. I have to achieve. Right? It doesn’t mean you have to sit and meditate all day, but there’s an energy with it. That’s what I’m trying to identify here. Okay. There’s no, this is, then, this is another one. And so, okay, I wanna make this distinction. Well, I’m talking about things on a plain of existence.
Amandha: That is the spiritual plain. And there’s rules and laws that are we don’t wanna apply rules and laws of spiritual necessarily to rules and laws that are playing out in the physical because they translate a little different. And I see people often making that mistake.. We do have physical bodies that have real repercussions.
Amandha: Like if you cut your finger, you’ll probably bleed. Right. Okay. But in the spiritual aspect of that, or in the vibrational aspect, you wouldn’t bleed if you cut, if you went at your, you know, shell of a body or whatever, or your vibration. I don’t know if I’m explaining that well, but I do notice that mix up of laws and rules, especially in the new age community, it’s a full of that.
Amandha: It’s all good like kind of stuff or you know, just let the, let this, you know, universe take care of it, kind of bull crap. It’s like, no, you still have to wash your socks., they don’t magically wash themselves, do they?. You see what I’m saying? Okay. So this is the only real agenda.. The only true agenda is the agenda of the pure light of love.
Spiritual Discernment, Oneness, Samskara, and Faith
Amandha: So your personal agendas are the ego under the illusion of separation. Now there’s a really cool video. I’m gonna post the agenda of oneness. We gotta be really super careful here when we’re talking about what we are. and it’s, I don’t wanna get too metaphysical. Really. I’m talking, I’m trying to talk practical ego issues, which, so it’s hard not to slip into the metaphysical or into the real spiritual, ethereal aspects, but the careful of the oneness agenda that we’re all one and because that has been stolen by the false light, okay.
Amandha: That has been captured by the egoic aspect or the darker aspect. And it’s be careful. Just be careful. It’s a nuanced little trick. Okay. It doesn’t take much. Just to flip that over to your on the wrong track, we are of God, whatever that means to us in our abstraction, because we are limited in this physical reality, for a purpose, for a reason, there is a limitation, for a reason to hone our aspect of our soul.
Amandha: To hone our differential. Okay that’s important. Or else we’d already be all knowing or seated with God or, you know, hang with the angels or whatever. But we’re not, this is our reality. This is what we’re seeing. Okay? And so let’s not just fall for a new world order oneness agenda, which is there to trick you The new age.
Amandha: Religion is a trick. It’s a trap. Be careful. I was in it too. Okay? Be careful. The whole oneness crap. You go to like Burning Man oneness. You get, you go to these festivals and you’re all dancing. 11 light whatever new. This is the dark playing and trying to capture by this slight little trick of the light there.
Amandha: That’s, that is be aware, as you mature in your spirituality, it gets trickier. You have to be wise okay. You have to look at these things. You have to really not just assume. Not just assume because it’s a smiley face, that is where you’re supposed to be, and that’s accurate. Okay. I’m just saying, so this aspect is, it’s hard to talk about because now we’re English language is the one of the worst languages.
Amandha: I wish I spoke a different language. Maybe it would be more, a better communication. You know what I’m saying? It’s like, a mixture of German and French, which have totally different ways of expressing themselves. So English is like a totally horrid, horrid language. Well, we almost need a new language in what we’re talking about to like what is it in like Latin?
Amandha: How many different ways to say love? You know what I mean? That’s the kind of language we should be growing into is something where we can understand the difference between this kind of oneness. and that kind of oneness. You know what I’m saying? All right. I know it’s abstract, but it’s because these concepts are quite fundamental and they’re like philosophical as well.
Amandha: This is something not, this isn’t news. This has been discussed for a long time right. But don’t fall for the traps. That’s my point. But we are of source. And now I studied the flower of life, the fruit of life. I drew that. I find that a very helpful exercise if you wanna understand on a root level, understanding how the A blueprint works to draw that it transforms you to draw it.
Amandha: I just, I took like huge full scrap paper in large protractor, as big as it would go, and I drew the Flower of life and it was like a map of how we became, it was like a story was there, it helped me to, it helped me to understand paradoxes, it helped me to understand fractals the stages of growth, of life of transformation.
Amandha: It’s deeper. It goes deeper. That’s a great exercise to do, just to understand this pool oneness concept. Anyway okay. The other thing, if you wanna know your ego study, your, the egos of your parents because, and they’re called well in Hindi sort of aspect, it’s called samskara. So I did study Hinduism was one of the religion.
Amandha: And Samskara is like a their own kaka., like I said in part one, right? Own your kaka. It’s like you’re looking at your parents’ kaka and mystically. We also understand that when a parent dies, your ego changes and you can carry, start to carry familial weight from that. It happens. And you wanna, so you really wanna understand what they, their samskaras, their ego aspects, what they’ve been really struggling with, working with.
Amandha: Carrying it can help you to own it and really take it to the next level. Mainly your parents. Okay, we’ll put the naked body away now. All right. Da. Okay, so this one. This is more like, this is a mix of understanding the ego and how to live ego with the ego in the morgue basically. And how to make sure you’re not there.
Amandha: I think I had, hold on a second. Let me just check one thing cuz I thought I had another page that I’m missing. Like I wrote this. Oh, here’s the here’s the, which one, this is the Fruit of Life. Show it to me. That’s the fruit of life. I’ve drawn that one as well. That one’s also equally powerful.
Amandha: You see that? That’s a oneness style concept. Gosh, I have a lot of notes in here. This is from my teaching of angel Reiki. Okay. I think I’m missing a page. But for the most part, the. Oh, well, let me go, I’ll go through the rest of this. But the main thing is under identifying when your ego is on the stage, when your ego is front and center, when you are triggered, when you have tapes, when you are feeling any of that rising fire coming up, then check yourself.
Amandha: My ex-partner used to say, check yourself before you wreck yourself. Right? Check it, check in. Whoa, what’s going on? I’m taking five. Pull yourself out of this scenario. If you’re shrouded, sometimes you can’t. You’re gonna go in it, you’re gonna make a mess, but then you have to do the cleanup crew has to come after that.
Amandha: The whole idea is to avoid the cleanup crew whenever possible. Okay. Any questions? Let me just check. So I hope that it’s helpful. It just for me, what happened is when this all happened for oh, I’m missing stuff. Sorry. Is there difference between religion and faith? Okay. Well, faith is like an action is how I see it.
Amandha: A faith is a, is like when I went through what I went through with this moon, I felt like I was actually losing faith. And I’ll have these talks with the creator. I talk often with the creator, like, I don’t know what the hell you doing,. I’m very candid. I don’t know what you think you’re doing here, but this is not working for me.
Amandha: I don’t get it. Why? You know, whatever. Express express. However, I need to get it from my heart, from my soul. However that works for you, right? For me it’s like, raw. It’s raw. It needs to be raw. And I said, I feel my faith shaking. I feel my faith wavering that we’re, for me, the faith was a b with a belief or the sensation that we’ve got, that we’re taken care of and that we’re protected.
Amandha: Okay.
Amandha: That’s really the faith is that it’s okay. Right. We’re loved. We have a heavenly father. We have this earth plan is our, like loving mother who nurtures us and nourishes us this kind of sensation and that we’re okay. And then I felt that waiver, I felt that me questioning that and that’s so that’s not religion.
Amandha: Okay. Religion is a structure of varying beliefs to you know, communicate to the congregation in order to fuel whatever. Sometimes it’s an agenda, whatever it is, and they’re all different types. But the faith part of it is that deep anchoring belief that you know, it’s a knowing, it’s a deep knowing that’s there.
Amandha: Do you see? Without having to see it with your own eyes, like faith is jumping into a pool and you feel, you sense that there’s no rocks below that’s gonna, you know, hurt you when you d dive in right now. Faith. Okay. I have no religion, but I believe in God, the Bible, in the sun. But yeah, I do too. I mean, I’ve gone through my whole, like I was raised Catholic, which is basically a very. Crazy religion. Oh my gosh. Very confusing religion. Oh my gosh. Okay. Won’t get into that. But anyway I just didn’t make any sense to me.
Amandha: And then I started reading the Bible. I couldn’t, I didn’t, I had no guidance. I had nobody, when I was trying to understand, like, I was very precocious as this child. I was like, I had you know, I saw invisible people and you know, I was that type of kid, right? I had my guides whom I saw with my two eyes.
Amandha: They weren’t invisible. Everyone kept saying that they’re invisible. I’m like, no, they’re not. Whatever. This was who? This was my, and they taught, I mean her name was Janelia or she had a few, I had a few names for her, but Jenny basically, and she would show me how the trees eat the air and they use the ORIC field, how auras work, how chakras work, how people I saw, like how people go up and down when they die, like through these like straws of light.
Amandha: Like all kinds of cool stuff. I just thought that was normal. I thought that was totally normal. And then I, even the moon looked completely different. The sun looked completely different. They spoke they had personalities. I could communicate with them. That was my growing up till I was about eight.
Amandha: And then Jenny came to me and the, there was a moon was full. And my room, I remember this. And Jenny was standing next to me and she turned to me. She said, sorry, it’s time to go. And I’m like, what do you mean go? And then the moon totally like, the communication from the moon was, sorry, I’m gonna change.
Amandha: I’m gonna look different. I’m not gonna be colorful anymore. I’m gonna be this officer to happen. And then they just, it went sh and she left. And the moon turned dull, like how it is now, like boring looking and dull. And I would, oh my God, I cry cried and cried and crie d for so long. And actually I felt abandoned.
Amandha: And one of the ego things that I had to work through in my lifetime is abandonment, feeling abandoned from that. From that is from being eight and having that happen, right? There’s more to this story than we can see, right? We have more senses than they’ve been dulled. So this is like, I’ve been trying to, it’s like almost like I’ve been trying to get back there ever since it seems like that.
Amandha: But yeah, I recently, it’s interesting because now I’ve had to reread the Bible because it was like the way it was when I was young. I just did, I was like, I was, would start a genesis. I’m like, all these names, look, hell is this. I don’t get it. Right? But now I get it. But anyway, yeah. So for me it’s like the Christianity side was interesting from especially going through all these different religions.
Amandha: I mean Tibetan Buddhism and Hinduism and Daoism and like, whoa. Right. So then Christianity is really resonating with me more. You know, but I don’t even like the, I don’t like the labels. I don’t do the labels, but I really felt like what happened was God sent God energy through a human to try to assist this mess that we’ve gotten ourselves into.
Amandha: And that’s the story Jesus. Right. So that just started to resonate with me. And when you use, when you call on Jesus is extreme, extremely powerful. I’d love to measure the frequency of that. Hey and so many people doing something similar at the same time. One excellent way of getting rid of entity attachments, which I do a lot with energy healing cause people are full of entity attachments.
Amandha: Is calling on Jesus.
Amandha: It’s like, works okay. I don’t, I don’t understand all the details, but I’m, I am doing it cause it’s working you know, you do what he work. You might not have all the answers. And like I said, we’re shrouded here, we only know so much. So just watch your ego in what you think you know, and don’t judge someone where they’re at on their path, on their ladder, on their stepping stone, okay?
Amandha: Where they are in the car. You were there too once. All right. Everybody begins and everyone achieves. Yeah. English was created in order to deceive. Totally. It’s the most ridiculous language. I can’t even, and as a poet, I write a lot of poetry. It’s, oh, it’s even more frustrating. I’m like, oh, I need a word for that.
Amandha: And it’s not there bible story is fiction containing metaphors, analogy about morality. From my experience, the Bible story aren’t stories. They’re layered, they’re like layers. So there’s a story aspect. There’s a historical aspect. There’s a manipulation of, so you have to go back to like the AKA and the original Bibles.
Amandha: You can’t just read like King James, all the ones at the, whatever the heck. You have to go back way. But it’s brilliant. And it’s more than metaphor. It’s far more than that. There’s code, there’s embedded code. It’s way more sophisticated than that. If you don’t know, if you don’t know that yet. You haven’t read enough.
Amandha: I forgot to my tea. See, I forgot to bring it. So I’m getting a little dry. As I grew a knowledge, I found the Bible as all the religions in it. Yeah. Sure. I mean, again, it’s like, multi-layered. So you could find, you can find a lot in there. I’m having strolling issues, so sorry if I’m missing stuff here.
Rewriting Neural Patterns, Emotional Education, and Free Will
Amandha: Anyway, I’ll Actually the sun. Jesus is the sun. The sun is the, is apparently Lucifer from what I understand from the cosmology that I study. But anyway, getting into a whole bunch of stuff that it’s not the intention of this discussion, but it always goes there, doesn’t it?. All right, so we talked about unhooking the neural nets.
Amandha: But I don’t think I read it, so let me just read it. So that’s been more clear. We etch out conditioning, there’s patterns, we etch out conditioning patterns that the brain has familiar roadways into.
Amandha: Okay?
Amandha: There are, this has been well documented and studied actually. And we have to clear these neural nets, that uncontrolled subconscious reactions so that the, okay, so that the unconscious reactions.
Amandha: Do not continue.
Amandha: They don’t create even deeper etchings. So that’s what I wrote there, right? So they’re familiar pathways that you’re trying to rewrite into a new neural pathway and like, it’s like making a new habit, what they say, making a new habit takes two weeks, that kind of thing, right? It’s like doing that with your ego, making a new discipline or a new habit or so look, it’s not gonna happen overnight.
Amandha: If you haven’t been doing this work you will catch yourself. Like my, I had to have a teacher with me to catch me doing things or saying things or reacting to things that I could catch. And sometimes you’ll do it 10 times and you’ll catch it on the 11th time.
Amandha: Don’t be too hard on yourself.
Amandha: The whole idea is your whole intention is to come into your awareness.
Amandha: and to study yourself. You don’t have to necessarily pick yourself apart. I think my path’s been very much like that, where I’ve very much deconstructed myself and done a lot of introspective work and a lot of almost too much like, so I had to a, that was actually part of my own journey where I had to stop doing that for a while.
Amandha: I had to even cut out all my disciplines that became too much and then reset myself into what works for me. And that’s the way the path goes. It’s, you start off very ideal or you start off very. You have a certain ideology that you’re trying to achieve that might not be realistic, and you have to be okay with that, that it’s a temporary part of your transformation and your, identifying yourself.
Amandha: And, you know, I feel that part of this issue, why we even have to have these conversations is because we’re not taught these proper things as a child, as children. We’re not taught the education of our minds, of our emotions and how to integrate ourselves. Because as like I know with my child what I try, I really try to engender that to her.
Amandha: Well, how does that make you feel? I always bring that into her feelings and then we discuss it. So she’s already bringing the consciousness about that of herself now, like. Being a child. And it’s amazing what a child can understand at that, at, you know, she really they’re very developed in their feelings.
Amandha: Well, at least my daughter I mean, I can’t say that for all children, but from the children I’ve met known, they’re really have a grasp of their own feelings and emotions, maybe even more than adults do and if you engender that, that will help them with their ego work later when they start to develop more of the self.
Amandha: Like when teenage years come and you’re trying to figure out who am I? You’re working at that shocker system, right? Who am I? The solar plexus. Then you already have the emotional framework with which to process the hormonal fluctuations and the need for extra sleep and all the craziness that you’re trying to become, you know, an adult or move into adulthood.
Amandha: All that stuff that happens at that, those ages, I feel like we’re missing out on that. I feel I see a lot of children that aren’t getting that. And then they go into their teens and they’re just lost. They’re totally lost. And then they become in their twenties and their thirties and they’re still lost.
Amandha: They’re still like children in adult bodies. And that’s another issue in our culture is we have you know, children and adult bodies pretending they’re adults, but they’re acting like they’re still in the beginning ego stages cuz they haven’t had that support or that proper teaching. You see?
Amandha: And it’s like we’re reparenting ourselves. That’s what I felt like. I like not to say that I didn’t have a good upbringing or anything, but it’s just not pop. A popular thing that’s taught right, is that level of consciousness. And we’re doing it later. And that’s what I, what I or you, if you don’t go after it at all, you won’t do it at all.
Amandha: You’ll be. Like a man, baby or woman, baby, forever.. You see it Because that’s the level of the transformation of the ego. And if we’re not transforming, then what’s gonna happen to our society? It’s gonna kind of look like it does now. It’s not very good. Sorry. It’s struggling. It’s struggling to find itself.
Amandha: It’s still young in its majority of people, right? Of ego. It’s still kind of here. And we that’s, and if you do this for yourself, it’s very empowering for the all. I find it. It changes the way people interact with you and then you can assist others like I’m doing, trying to do here with this expression on video, right?
Amandha: Is to help you through some of these little things so that you can say, Hey, I think this is ego. I think this is what she’s talking about. I’m gonna identify, this is a tape running. I’m gonna identify this and I’m gonna clear this and I’m gonna work on this. because I wanna transform it and I wanna mature in my emotions.
Amandha: I wanna be able to express myself properly. I wanna be able to know thy myself. I want to be able to bring all my drives, my subconscious drives to the forefront so that I am actually in control of this vehicle. And when I’m doing that, then I’m designing my destiny because we have free will on this earth.
Amandha: So now doesn’t, now this is the other part I wanna mention. Just with free will, and this is where you gotta start to understand paradoxes., is that there’s free will and there’s a blueprint design. Both. There’s both. And they’re running side by side. And you can play your free will in the blueprint.
Amandha: There’s room to dance, okay? But you’re gonna, either, you’re gonna eventually hit that town that you gotta get to. You may come from this side to that town. You may come from this side to that town, but you go into that town,. That’s the way it goes. That’s why sometimes at certain stages it feels like you’re not in control.
Amandha: And that’s the time sometimes that those are the times your faith can be tested because you’re not quite sure what’s going on. Right. And the journey is also a dance. There’s an art and a science to life, and really you just want to try your best and not be too hard on yourself when you fall, because you’re going to, because that’s the design you have to
Amandha: How do you find, we’re in a duality? How do you find the preciousness of life if you haven’t lost a thing? Right. How do you achieve if you’ve never lost? How do you feel that you can’t? This is the design, this is the way it goes. You can go do it gracefully or you can make a freaking mess. Totally. And even that’s totally up to you.
Amandha: And ultimately even that is perfect in a way, you know what I’m saying? cause that’s the life you’re in. What’s the doctor who’s the past life? Regressionist? He’s very famous in New York. Oh me in names. I must rewire that part of my brain. I’ll thi when I get his name, I’ll put it in. My dad gave me his books.
Amandha: Dad, are you there? Just kidding. I don’t think he’s watching right now. But anyway, this guy has done a, like a gazillion past life regressions. He talks about how that individual transforms themselves from lifetime to lifetime and what they go through. And it just it’s powerful to, to learn about what the soul goes through and from life to life.
Amandha: And guess what’s always the most precious thing for people? The thing that lasts, the thing that stays I are the interactions with other humans and life, like human animals is the life to life interactions. People come back into certain lifetimes for the people.. Because of love. Because of love.
Amandha: It’s love that drives it. I mean, wow. Right. And that’s really where we’re trying to get to. It’s not just about perfecting your life, it’s about raising the bar of your heart so that you can love unconditionally and you can be love. It’s a verb, right? Love is a verb and that is a very powerful place to be.
Amandha: But it takes work to get there. And I often find with the ego what’ll happen is when a spiritual awakening, you’ll get a, you get a taste of what’s coming. You get a morsel, you get the carrot a little bit, you get a taste and it’s like, Ooh, I like that. And then the rest of it’s playing that out till you get there, it.
Suicide, Trauma, Forgiveness, Vulnerability, and Asking for Help
Amandha: I noticed this pattern. I noticed that it’s incentive to get there to continue on and it saddens me when I hear of the mind so far gone and lost that there’s, you know, the committing suicide happens because it’s such a tragedy, because all that individual needed was that hope or that inspiration or that little bit of love or that little bit of it’s okay for them to just get past that ego.
Amandha: right? Just that little hand holding so they could get through that next phase of their ego jump, which obviously was very heavy and hard for them. And there’s all different levels of trauma, right? That people have to go through. And I don’t think anyone gets away with the zero trauma. I mean, maybe there’s like a handful, but if you meet them, let me know because I don’t, I, I haven’t met too many of those yet that haven’t had any trauma that they have to get through in this life.
Amandha: It’s part of the ego transformation, it’s part of the work. And that was one thing I wanna mention about my spiritual teacher. This was really a hard one for me because, okay what happened is her father raped her as a child for many years. It’s like one of, there’s so many abuses, but the parental abuse like that is just so embedded and so heinous, right.
Amandha: And she had a, obviously a really hard time go, you know, dealing with that as an adult. And she spoke a lot of it, you know, about her life with me. And she said that the most powerful thing in her transformation of her ego was to come from a deeply loving place into this forgiveness of him.
Amandha: Like, it was so powerful to witness her forgive this man that we would call a monster, right?
Amandha: And for her to transform that was just it just touched me so deep because she could do that, that she did that, you know? And she said, look, we forget how we forget this, that this lifetime is short and that we’re infinite and that.
Amandha: It’s this soul that matters here now. And whatever that contract was with him, there was a gift from this for my transformation.
Amandha: There is a part of that I scripted. There’s a part of that was written, you know? And that’s, now, whether that’s rationale or whether that’s truth, we don’t know. Okay? And it’s never excuses for someone’s abuse. Okay? Again, understand the paradox here, but the transformation that she was able to do from that was profound.
Amandha: And I, I don’t know a lot of people who’ve been able to do that, who’ve been able to take a trauma that intense and transform it into their own glory, because that’s what she did. She was a fully self realized woman. She was a visionary. This woman was a very powerful woman, you know? And she, this was her journey.
Amandha: And so for all the worst abuses that you can imagine and there are overwhelmingly amounts of them, but the suicide thing always weighs on me because I feel like they, they just needed that little more, you know, it’s like a, they just needed that. It’s okay. And I think we all need that. I think we all need, it’s okay.
Amandha: Like this sucks, but it’s okay. And you can do it. You can make it through. Take the next breath, take the next step. Stop what you’re doing. If it’s not serving, if you is just walk away, you know, go through. Sometimes I do this with ego, go through the worst case scenarios. It’s a very helpful process.
Amandha: Sometimes if you, what’s the bottom word? Oh, you know, what’s the worst thing? Oh, jail. Like what loss of money what?, right? And then it’s like it, if you are in that fear ego, that’s a process I like to do. That helps me go, this is bullshit. This is not that bad. Stop it right now.. Right? Because it’s a heavy reality.
Amandha: It’s a heavy existence and it can weigh upon you. You gotta make that shift on, you know, and you gotta reach out. And that’s the thing for the ego too. And this is something that I work on because I’m a, I’m have leader energy and a lot of people come to me. You know, if you’re a healer, a leader that kind, a lot of people ask you for help.
Amandha: A lot of people come to you. A lot of people want from you. A lot of people depend on you. Like you, you have to be in your responsible integrity energy, like all the time. But the other part of the ego is you gotta learn when to ask for help or when to say it’s okay to be vulnerable.
Amandha: It’s okay to be injured, it’s okay for a healer to be sick.
Amandha: It is. Okay. I really wish we, I really wish people would stop doing that to healers because they expect something from a healer in their own lifestyle. You know, one of, one of the most powerful piano teachers ever, she played piano like shit, but she could teach it, man. She could teach it, right?
Amandha: So if the, if you assume that’s supposed to be a very good piano player for her to teach it you’re not really you don’t really have it all. Right. You’re not, you see what I’m saying? So I’ve seen healers, yeah, they are bad. They are not taking care of themselves. They’re giving and giving, and they have self-worth issues and stuff.
Amandha: They’re human too. They got stuff to work on, man. Doesn’t mean they’re not good at it. Doesn’t mean they’re not good teachers. Okay? So just be a little more, it doesn’t mean they don’t get sick. Actually heal. Sometimes healers get more sick cause they’re always around sick people and they’re empaths and they’re picking up stuff all over the place.
Amandha: Okay, so I’m just, so let’s be a little nicer about that. But my point is like, this is a reality that’s difficult, I think for everyone because it’s supposed to be challenging and it’s like Earth school. I see it. Like, that’s how I see it. It’s like school and I wanna graduate. Sort of the lights coming along.
Amandha: it’s, oh I’m transforming right now.
Amandha: See? I’m done. There we go. Got it all figured out. It’s actually making me boiling hot. Okay. I’m fine. Sun, you’re fine. I’m, I didn’t take a little bit of vitamin D right now, but I, all I’m saying is that we are here to do the, this work and it’s heavy work at times make it light, but. You’re just gonna come damn well back if you didn’t get it done.
Amandha: So Weiss, Brian Weiss. Yes. The brain. She has a Dr. Brian Weiss for the past life regression work. Okay, so that’s a good resource. I don’t like, Hey, it could be everything could be a trick, but be careful. That’s usually the ego too. I find the suspiciousness, there’s healthy suspicion and then there’s egoic suspicion.
Amandha: We must be careful there. We get little carried away sometimes, and it’s ego and I see it, and I’ve been there where everything is bad, everything’s negative, and it’s.. It’s tough when there are days like that where it seems like that. I mean, just look out into our world. Watch any kind of news. Even, you know, the real news, especially real news, you’re like, okay, we’re doomed.
Amandha: It’s over. Oh, well. Right. I’ve been having a conversation with someone about this, like back and forth, like, are we doomed? Are we not doomed? Are we gonna make it through? Is it gonna happen? Or is just gonna like be the new world, order taken over, everything’s done, forget about it.
Amandha: Or are we gonna figure this out?
Amandha: And it’s like, I wonder what’s gonna happen because it’s like it hasn’t. Hi Lucy. It hasn’t happened yet.. Here’s Lucy. You know how old my dog is? Guess. Guess how old? Come here. Come here. Oh, you wanna go outside? Too bad. Come here, Lucy. How old is my dog? Hi. It’s hard to tell. Hi, Lucy. What? Say hi to everyone.
Amandha: Hi, pretty girl. Hi, 19. You 19. She was this big when I found her in Costa Rica. Or wait, where were you born? Honduras. Honduras, yeah. It’s what happens when you don’t poison them with drugs? They live forever.. They do. And guess what? They don’t get sick. Hasn’t been sick. She’s stinky cuz she doesn’t like water.
Amandha: But other than that, Anyway alright, did I get clear the, some scars? Okay, so what, some scars, I just do this last one. I think the, some scars are addictions and conditioning patterns fed to you over lifetime. So it’s not even, it’s like the Myas understanding and homeopathy. So there’s re-patterning that you need to do.
Amandha: Now what the heck is that? There’s a good doctor, I’ll remember his name too, that does this as well. The rewriting of the neural nets and stuff for clearing this, much of it needs to be walked through consciously. Most of it. That’s how it has to roll for it to be complete is walking through consciously walk through your karma with open eyes.
Karma, Excuses, Rage, Holding Space, and Closing Empowerment
Amandha: Everyone has to tour their karma and rebalance their accounts. You know, it’s karma because it’s very messy and it’s not very enjoyable. That’s karma. And oftentimes what happens with karma is you’re very shrouded at the beginning. You don’t see that it’s, you’re being set up and then you’re full blown in it.
Amandha: Karma relationships and that kind of stuff, and you gotta walk through your karma gracefully. No one gets away without balancing those accounts. It happens. All the time until you get to a place where it’s, you really cleaned it up. See, I still have little, what I find in my life, I get blips of karma here and there blips, sometimes even through a customer, it’ll come like that.
Amandha: And I just know I, it’s a, there’s a signature to it. It’s like I just, I’m like, oh, okay. I, this is karma. I’m just going to, I’m just going to give whatever it is I need to give, and off it goes. It’s done. I don’t fight it. I don’t argue back. Don’t make more mess. Right? Just learn to identify when it’s karma and gracefully give what it is you need to give to balance the count out.
Amandha: It’s pretty much, it’s pretty much the way to go. But it’s very ping pong. It’s somebody’s making, trying to make a drama or bring you into drama., right? So you go, homey, don’t play that. And okay, what is it that you need? How do we balance this? How can we do this gracefully? Bring that, bring it. Oh, this is a good one.
Amandha: No more excuses. Ooh, that was a big one for me. Don’t make excuses. I, well, I did this because of that. That’s ego right there. Yeah, that’s an oh, stop making excuses for your behavior. Use the reasons for energy instead to look consciously at your behavior. So what means is, what’s the, what are the reasons for why you feel you’re making an excuse for yourself?
Amandha: look at the next layer down. Why are you going on the defensive? What are you trying to protect of yourself? What are you not wanting to see that you don’t like in yourself? Like your kaka, right? What’s your wound, what is the thing you don’t wanna admit about yourself? Then it’s empowering when you do it, and then you really get out of that.
Amandha: Make excuses thing. It goes back to what I was saying in part one about taking full responsibility for everything automatically. Like whatever happens, take res. I’m just gonna own that. I’m gonna own that first, and then we’ll sort it out later. That’s how you stop arguments. You go, Nope wait, my fault.
Amandha: Let’s just, let’s diffuse this. Let’s maybe take five, come back at it when emotions are not heightened and our triggers are not, you know, wheels aren’t turning and let’s, then we can discuss it and see where we’re at that. Oh my gosh. Wouldn’t that be amazing if all relationships were like that zero divorce rate.
Amandha: Sorry. Zero divorce rate. I know this is a hand signal. You know what this is? I was looking at all the mudras. This is a signal for communication. This is a co communication mudra. Yeah. It’s not about the six success, whatever. They’d screw them. It’s a communication yeah. Go look it up. All right. Anyway, oh.
Amandha: And get out your rage. Ooh, this was big. The ego is full of rage. It’s got to come out though. The rage has to come out. Is this a sp, is this for all female and male? It’s across the board. However, I found that raid, the energy of rage is a bit different in the male, in the versus the female a little bit.
Amandha: And And I did this where with my spiritual teacher, she was pushing every button. She was really testing me and of course she was doing the morning when it’s not a good time to test me. And oh, I got so mad and I felt it. I felt the rage. The fires come up in me and I was like, this is very pure rage.
Amandha: Like, whoa, liquid heat. And she says, good. She identified how I said, get it out. She says, just, she’s like, I can take it. She’s like, I can take it. Just blast it at me. Just every profanity, everything you want. She says, good. I’ve been trying to get it out of you now. Blasted at me. And I did. I just went like crazy with it.
Amandha: She had already prepped me for that and she says, and what I, she says, when your rage comes out, what I’m gonna do is I’m gonna say switch. And she trained me to. Switch it on a dime, turn it off. Just like that. Just like boom done. Just like that. So once it, I finished blasting, she said, switch. And I just went, it just was so weird.
Amandha: I just went and it was gone and I felt so peaceful. I just was like, holy cow.
Amandha: What just happened? It was all out of me. It was gone, and it’s just had this whole. Level of peace. It was beautiful. And we have to get that deep. There’s a deep separation rage that’s come of being embodied that we need to clear.
Amandha: It’s part of the ego. So, so yeah, go. I think I meant, I alluded to it before about just anger when the liver’s triggered to get the anger out. But this is different. This is the inner rage. It’s a feeling of abandonment that we have from our creator that we feel alone. Here. It’s different.
Amandha: You wanna purge that and only do it to someone who says it’s okay,. She totally can handle it. She is good. She is good. She did not get, there was no transference going on. She already knew about transference. She knew not to pick it up like a sponge.
Amandha: Right.
Amandha: You know about transference that when somebody is in a mood.
Amandha: And express that if you resonate with them in an empathic way, you can pick that up and then you can walk around with that mood, right? That’s called transference. Also, another way of transferring somebody micro abusing you like a narcissist is micro abusing you through someone, through another victim.
Amandha: They can transfer the micro abuse to you that way. So this’s, this is another type of transferring abuse, right? So it’s called transference. Be aware of the transference, right? When someone grumpy or whatever they’re doing, they’re blasting off, you know, at you don’t pick it up, okay? But yeah, scream Two posts sacred.
Amandha: You have a sacred agreement with a significant other that you’re permit. Oh yes. So what she was saying is if you have your mate, your significant other or really good friend. Try to see if you can make that agreement with them, that if that inner rage comes up, that they’ll hold space for you. It’s another thing we’ve lost in our culture, people don’t hold space for each other anymore.
Amandha: You, it’s always, there’s always action, right? It’s not like, oh, you’re grieving. Let me just hold you and let you grieve. You know what I mean? Lemme just, oh, you’re raging. Let me just let you rage and I’ll be present for you. We’ve really lost that. That is a gift to give to someone, to be able to let them be in that energy rather than feeling uncomfortable or let you be.
Amandha: Or, oh, maybe it’s a bad time, like, no if you’re really a friend or a spouse, let hold a space for them. Do you see what I’m saying? This is transformational in that way. We’ve really lost a lot of these things. Okay. No shame. No blame. No guilt. No shame. No blame, no guilt, no shame, no blame, no guilt. We learn mostly through the polarities of our experience.
Amandha: Forgive yourself at every moment if necessary. You are infinitely loved. You are loved. There’s nothing to feel bad about. In truth, there’s really nothing to feel bad about. You’re having experiences, you know, no shame, no blame, no guilt. So watch that. Notice that doesn’t mean you are like an a-hole, and you get to walk all over people.
Amandha: Okay? Like, again, let’s be real here. Like, you see what I’m saying? You’re, yeah. Anyway, we’re talking about someone who’s in a realized state, so.. That’s it. There’s a difference with that. Okay, let me just do questions quick and then I’ll probably wrap it up even though Okay. Hi society’s intel. No doubt.
Amandha: We have a lot of growing up to do. We do. We really do. But we are right. We are in the car, we’re driving. Eventually we’re gonna get to the destination it’s written so we can be happy about that. Right. I think, sorry, my, I scroll bar doesn’t to do it for me today, so if I missed your comment on that study.
Amandha: Okay. I think I’ve gotten across what I wanted. I don’t wanna, you know, be labor too long. I just, we need to empower ourselves on every level. And one thing I’m here to bring is that, is health empowerment. When you take back your health, and you begin to transform things on your own that you don’t need.
Amandha: You don’t need an external authority to transform yourself, right? You don’t need someone to dictate to you what you need to do. You can take that own power, and it’s, that’s empowerment, right? When you can do that for yourself, when you, doesn’t mean you don’t need to ask experts for direction, but you’re doing it from a place of empowerment.
Amandha: You’re not giving away your power to a, an authority to say, I don’t wanna deal with that. I don’t wanna be responsible for it. You do it, just you do it. That’s different, right? It’s taking responsibility for yourself on every level. Emotional, physical, mental, all right? And spiritually speaking, transforming that ego so that you’re,
Amandha: I mean, don’t you want to have peace? I know I do. So this is the path to peace, right? Is transforming yourself in that way and honing that and working on that. What else is there really to do? Is it like, is your purpose in life to just, you know, eat sandwiches and drink pop and drink booze and smoke cigarettes and watch TV and scratch your crotch and have a lot of sex and then die?
Amandha: Is that it? I mean, if that’s it for you, have a fun time, but is that the purpose? I don’t know. That’s the golden question, right? So the, I mean, we’re developing souls for those of us who have souls, not, I don’t think every creature on this earth is got one. Sadly. But we do and we have a responsibility for that.
Amandha: And it’s important work. So I just wanna, wanted to speak to that on some level. My notes are, I know I have more of these that I found here, but I think I touched on most of them. And if you have any comments about it or you have other experience, I’d like, you know, share it for others, share different techniques for others.
Amandha: It’s very helpful. It’s very helpful to help our brothers and sisters on this earth because we are interconnected. You know, the Michaelson morally experiment and the repeat that the government, US government did, proves we have an etheric field and that it, everything we, every movement, every word, everything.
Amandha: It’s like water around us. We are making ripples, we’re making waves, we’re affecting each other.. And when we take responsibility for ourselves, we’re actually taking responsibility for the rest of everybody too. It’s, so you can think of it as not selfish, right? That’s to take care of the self is not selfish because it’s actually, you’re considering every, all humanity when you do that work, right?
Amandha: Because the ripple effect that you’re putting off of you is affecting people in good ways, is helping them grow, is bringing, is raising their frequency, is helping them to identify their own truth for themselves, right? That’s the work. That’s the work. But hey, if you wanna eat Ding Dongs in your underwear and watch tv, have fun, but you’ll be back
Amandha: And I don’t really wanna come back this time around. Sorry. I mean. Maybe I do, maybe this, maybe it, like, I always felt this was my last lifetime. I always did. Even as a child, I felt this was my last one. I’m like, okay. I came back to help people fine I know I’ll do it I know it could be an illusion, but it, you know, sometimes it just resonates and you’re like, yeah, kind of feels like that.
Amandha: Kind of feels like I had figured that part out and I had too much compassion that I really wanted to just do the work again and hopefully not get trapped down here and sink and stay here for another million lifetimes or whatever. Okay. Lucy, you’ll, I’ll let you out now. I know you probably have to go to the wash.
Amandha: she’s been very patient. My 19 year old dog from Honduras. Well, I love you lots. I will put this up on YouTube and I will put it on, you know, I’m trying to get on D tube, I’m viewing everything right.
Amandha: I didn’t have any spaces between my files. Nothing. It just won’t upload. So the uploader is actually not as good as I thought it was.
Amandha: So if there’s any tips you have about uploading these things, and there was the other one I was gonna do the one that’s the blockchain one. I’m gonna do that one too BitChute. So do that too, right?
Amandha: Okay, well, I can’t scroll down, so Bye hopefully I didn’t trigger your ego today and and, but I thank you for watching and if you need any more, just I’ll try, I try to answer questions later too, if I can.
Amandha: And Yeah, I don’t think I have any more to add. Just that I love you. Keep it up. Keep positive. Not in like positive. Keep cause that’s not real realistic keep staying positive somtimes time is fake. Don’t do that. What I mean is remember you’re de divinity, okay? And that when it’s hard and when you’re in the density, there’s gonna be, you’re gonna come up for air and it’s okay and to just remember that.
Amandha: Okay? Alright, lots of love. Bye for now.
