The Top 20 Lifestyle Changes to Improve Your Health & Prevent Disease by Amandha Vollmer (ADV)

Healthy Lifestyle Changes: Video Overview

In this wide-ranging presentation on healthy lifestyle changes, Amandha Vollmer (ADV) shares a list of everyday food, household and personal-care choices she believes can reduce unnecessary chemical exposure. Speaking in a Facebook Live format, Amandha frames the list as a practical way to examine repeated daily habits — what you eat, drink, clean with, put on your skin and bring into your home — and gradually replace products she considers problematic.

The discussion covers soda and diet drinks, processed meats, white bread, trans fats, cooking oils and table salt before moving into microwaves, synthetic fragrances, phthalates, deodorant, toothpaste, tap water and television. Amandha also discusses MSG, lawn pesticides, household cleaning products, white sugar and high-fructose corn syrup, food dyes, artificial flavours, chemical sunscreens and petroleum-based skin products.

Throughout the presentation, Amandha encourages viewers to read labels, question greenwashing, investigate the products they use repeatedly and make changes gradually rather than becoming overwhelmed. She closes by returning to consumer choice, natural alternatives and her broader philosophy of reducing everyday exposures through awareness and education.

Introduction: Everyday Exposures and Lifestyle Change

Amandha: Hello. Welcome.

Amandha: I’m doing another live Facebook chat that I will put on YouTube for all my subscribers and I want to thank all my subscribers because it’s really an honor to have people participate in the important conversations. And today I’m going to have another important conversation with you.

Amandha: About basic things that I, to be honest, I’ve been doing my whole life, it feels, but at least for the last two decades. So I’m always, I always have to remind myself that not everybody lives the way I live. Sounds ridiculous, but I have to remind myself that people don’t do, you know, they don’t do the same things.

Amandha: They don’t know the same things, maybe, or whatever. Like they’re not making these changes in their lifestyles and that can impact their health. So today, I want to go through a list of things that I’ve created to, you know, you may be doing some of these changes already in your lifestyle, but these are.

Amandha: You know, some heavy duty ones that you can make a change like today, and it can make a huge impact on your health and longevity, prevention of disease. I mean, these to me are common sense, um, approaches because again, this has been my lifestyle, but I want to help you have a healthy lifestyle. And I’m just taking a break from my vaccine series to do this little one because.

Amandha: I, when I see my clients, I have to remind myself to remind them, you know, when they’re sick, I have to remember about all the different things they may be exposed to in their day that might be causing sickness, right? So I want to also create this for my clients and patients so that they have it as a go to.

Amandha: As a list that they can refer to and remind themselves to stop basically poisoning themselves. There’s not a lot we can do about certain things. There’s not a lot we can do when we walk outside and people are driving cars and poisoning us as we’re walking the street. You know, we can steer clear of people who are smoking cigarettes and try to Stay away from second-hand smoke as best we can.

Amandha: We can, you know, there are certain things we can do, certain things that we’re just exposed to on a daily basis. But then when it comes to the way you live, the things you buy, the things you eat, the things that you are, you’re using in your day-to-day lifestyle, you have a lot of options there. And so these are the things I wanted to touch on today, and get to the heart of the matter, and then give you some alternatives, so that You feel, again, empowered to change.

Amandha: You have that information, so you’re making educated decisions for your household, for your life. And if you’re the female or the main provider of your household, the one who does all the major purchases, you know, this is important for you to know, so that you can make really wise consumer decisions when you’re going out and buying things to bring into your household that your children may be exposed to.

Amandha: Your spouse, you know, your other loved ones, your animals, you know, these are things that they may seem insidious. Or fine, at first, or at first glance, but you have to consider build up, you have to consider common use things, and that’s really, if you know, if you really want to whittle away at your health, it’s the things that you do every day that really add up.

Amandha: And these are the things that we can just make simple switches, and we’re not adding the burden into our bodies this way anymore. So, so I want to go through a really pretty ambitious list today. No idea how long it’s going to take, because I might get laboring on more than one versus the other, but…

Amandha: This is, there’ll be things I’m missing, so, you know, by all means, I know I’ll get comments like, What about this and that and this and that? I was like, okay, I can’t do all of one thousand. I’m gonna try to do the heavy hitters here and the ones that… I think are reasonable for people to, to change over in their lives.

Amandha: But, you know, I welcome the other things that I haven’t mentioned or talked about today, by all means. You know, I’m not going to really talk about the things I normally talk about, which are drugs you know, drugs and vaccines. Like, you know, I go into that in other videos about why those are toxic and poison and shouldn’t be in your lifestyle.

Amandha: But those are very concentrated discussions. So, that’s kind of like a moot point in this one because that’s assumed, you know anything about me and my work? That’s assumed and we’re going to the other things now, the environmental things and some of the food items. I’m not going to talk about, obviously, stop eating junk, eating fruits and vegetables yeah, that’s yeah, that’s pretty much it.

Amandha: But I’m going to go into specific things. I’m seeing people buy that they actually think are good for them, are healthy for them, And what’s going on there. We live in a really crazy place. We live in a place that is so full of chemicals and toxins. I’m alarmed. And when I go and I do research and I look and I go, Well, who the heck is regulating all this stuff?

Amandha: Like, who’s saying this is just okay to poison ourselves on all these levels? I realize that most of these chemicals aren’t even regulated. They are, they, the FDA does not regulate half these things. If you’re a producer, and you decide you want to make a chemical, like say you want to make a cleaning product, okay?

Amandha: You can put that on the market without approval. So it could actually, like, kill you, and you don’t need approval to do that. Now, if it starts killing people, you’re gonna have a repercussion, right? Like, if people, like, start spraying around, and they’re dead, like, next day, yeah, you’re probably gonna be in trouble for that.

Amandha: But I’m talking, if it doesn’t kill people out of the gate, or they can’t make a correlation that’s a poison, Oh, well, buyer beware. So there’s a myth out there that I see a lot and the myth is, well, my government and these agencies are looking out for me and my health and they wouldn’t create something or put something out there that would actually harm me.

Amandha: I can’t go into a store and buy something that’s supposed to be for human consumption and it’s bad for me because my government is there to protect me and they would. They would tell me that was bad, right? Or they would at least warn me, or they would, you know, give me a heads up that’s a problem.

Amandha: Yeah, not so much. Other than, like, your black box warning on cigarettes and, like, alcohol may, like, hurt you. You know, you don’t drink the chemicals for your toilet, you know, cleaner. They don’t really tell you much. Or care! So, I think we have to really, like, whoop! Just wakey on that one, and go. These are not my parents.

Amandha: These are not individuals or institutions that really give a crap about me on any level. They care about their agenda and their agenda is a scary one. So let’s take the information into our own hands here. And let’s stop this infantile belief that somehow we’re being magically taken care of by these wonderful government agencies that take half of our pay.

Amandha: You know? Nope! Sorry. Sorry to burst that bubble. So now we’re the adults, right? Right? We’re the adults do the inner child work. We’re the adults. We make the decisions and we say, no, I am. I vote with my dollar. I’m not going to buy that and bring it into my house and support this company that doesn’t care about my health.

Amandha: It doesn’t care about my children and does not care about the environment. They care about themselves. So, there’s that part of the overarching theme. Okay, so, but this is super important, and I mean, honestly, I went into my business, so my website is yummymummyapothecary. com. I began my business five years ago because I couldn’t find, I got a baby, I couldn’t find a diaper rash cream that was all natural, and I mean all natural.

Amandha: I’m not talking about like, little preservative here, like greenwashed crap. So it looks like it’s natural on the outside, right? So it looks pretty, the packaging looks alluring, but if you actually take a moment to read the ingredients, please do that, please stop and read the ingredients of what you’re actually putting in your body.

Amandha: I went, I’m not using this natural diaper rash cream, it’s not natural, it has esters in it, it like, it’s full of preservatives. It’s unnecessary. I’m not putting on my little tiny baby’s skin. No. So, your skin is like your mouth. Okay? It takes in things and it pushes out things. Well, okay, it’s like your mouth and your butt, all in one.

Amandha: Very elegant analogy, I know. But your skin breathes, or supposed to breathe, your skin tastes. Your skin takes in a lot of things and so whatever you put on your skin. You should be able to kind of eat. I mean you’re not going to eat it, obviously, but that’s the point. It’s like you are eating it through your skin.

Amandha: So if you have questionable chemical on that label, you might as well be eating it, right? Especially things that are fat based. They’re very absorbable through the skin. Just don’t do it. Okay? So you say, no, there’s gotta be something else. And guess what? What’s awesome is there’s more and more awakened people who are figuring this out or who are so sick, they can’t even cope.

Amandha: There’s a new documentary out. What’s the name of it? If I remember the name, I’ll put it in the description. There’s a new documentary about people who are so chemical sensitive. They are so electro sensitive. They can’t live in modern society. They can’t live in cities. They can’t live around people. They can’t live around electricity grids.

Amandha: They can’t live around the air. They have to go out into the desert and live in a trailer and sleep all day. This is a growing epidemic of people who cannot tolerate anymore. They can’t. They are so full of these chemicals. They’re not. They’re barely functioning. They’re not dead yet.

Amandha: They’re on their way.

Amandha: But they are so sensitive now, they’re hypersensitive to it, that as soon as they’re exposed to it again, they have full flare ups, you know, they have huge react, like their bodies react, their bodies violently react, they go, no, I can’t have this, you, I will die, I must make it so uncomfortable that you run away from this, right?

Amandha: So, this is a huge and growing concern, and we really have to take some charge here. Like, we have to say it now. So, you have to take responsibility when you go shopping, just because it looks like a pretty green label you know, when I started designing my line, I didn’t put any preservatives in it at all, none and that’s like my claim to fame for what I do.

Amandha: I don’t put one chemical in it, one fragrance in it, no phthalates, none of these esters and alcohol bases. Nothing. You can eat this shit. I don’t know what it’s going to taste like, but you know what I’m saying? So because even hand sanitizers I make sunscreens, we’re going to talk about that today.

Amandha: I make all kinds of room sprays and deodorizers and deodorant. I mean, it, the toxic soup that people are putting on them and in them and then they think they can think clear and sleep well and maybe not get cancer and stuff and. It’s a lot. Okay, now, a little bit your body, you know, I always say there’s a 70 30 rule.

Amandha: You can kind of get away with poisoning the crap outta yourself for 30% of that time, of that 70%, and you’re gonna make it probably, okay? I’m not talking about chemically sensitive people. They’re, they can’t take 1% of it. Someone who is not chemically sensitive, 30%. You can tolerate, your body can deal with.

Amandha: Okay?

Amandha: That’s your average. I’m not encouraging that. I’m not saying that’s preventative. I’m not saying that’s the key to long lasting longevity, long lasting health, whatever. I’m just saying that’s a kind of a rule because people tell me, oh, it’s just too overwhelming. What you’re asking me to do is just too much.

Amandha: I can’t do it and they don’t do any of it. So, so I give that to people who feel overwhelmed by the changes that I’m asking of them to just kind of relax a little. Just to go, okay, at least if you’re doing 70 percent of this, you’re really, you’re way ahead of where you were. So let’s just take that as a milestone.

Amandha: Because otherwise people won’t do anything and I really want them to feel empowered just by taking even a few of these steps. So this list isn’t meant to overwhelm you. It’s just meant to be a guide for you to go, Hey, you know what, once a month I’m going to pick off one of these and I’m going to do them and I’m going to see what, how I feel and I’m going to, I’m going to bring in new products into my lifestyle and maybe it’s even more affordable than it was before.

Amandha: Hey, that would be awesome. So because a lot of them can be right. Okay, so let’s get to our list. I will try to get to some questions if there’s questions, but really I’m just going to try to pile through this data because there’s a lot and I’m honestly like slimming this down because there is so much information.

Amandha: I will give you all of my research links. You can do your own education and reading, which I always encourage because it’s you that’s going to go out there and be the knowledgeable one. The parent that says. Ah, I’m not going to buy this detergent with all this fragrance and crap in it. I’m going to buy this one, and now I understand why.

Amandha: And I’m doing good for my family when I do that, and for my own health, and for the health of other people that have to be around me as well. There’s a bigger implication, there’s a societal implication with these choices. So you’re not just doing it for yourself, you’re actually doing it for everyone when you make these choices.

Amandha: So, I hope that encourages your ego to want to do these things, because I will use every psychological tool out there to encourage you to feel empowered, okay? Alright, so let’s get to the list, because I actually made a list this time. Not off the cuff. I have links and I’m going to go through some of the links, so that I give you actual studies and evidence, because everyone wants, well prove it to me, well I’ll prove it to you then.

Soda, Processed Meats, White Bread, and Sugar

Amandha: Okay, where should we start? Let’s start with one of my favorites. Soda pop! Yeah, you drinkin soda pop? Everybody likes soda pop. Coca Cola, anyone? Anyone for a Pepsi? Anyone for a rum and coke? Seems innocent enough, because it’s everywhere, right? I mean, Coke and Pepsi and these big, uh, pop manufacturers are…

Amandha: They’re very wealthy. They’re very wealthy. They’ve been around a long time. I mean, you know that Coca Cola used to actually have cocaine in it. That’s that was extra special. I almost wish it was kind of like that now. Ah man, okay, so, there are people who still drink pop out there which is just shocking to me.

Amandha: I don’t know the last time I drank. I honestly can’t remember. Like, I honestly cannot remember the last time I drank one of these things. Anyway, like, if you want to, like, remove rust from, like, your car, a coke is great for that. It’s an excellent rust remover. You want to get some rust stains out of your toilet bowl?

Amandha: Yeah, you know, maybe you want to use, maybe you want to use a can of Coke. You know why it does that? Because it contains phosphoric acid. Does that sound delicious to you? Anyone for up for a bevy of phosphoric acid? Anyone? Anyone? Would you like to erode your stomach lining today?

Amandha: Tastes good going down, doesn’t it? Yeah, because it’s full of sugar. And corn syrup. And caramel color. And every chemical you ever want to meet is in that. So, what it does is acidifies your blood, for one. So it puts you into an acidic state. Anytime you’re in an acidic state, Your body has to buffer that because that blood has to remain at a very level pH.

Amandha: There’s only a little bit of a wiggle room in your blood. So once that comes in and shock the heck out of your body, it actually has to leach calcium, which is a buffering agent, an alkalizing agent out into your blood to buffer it. So if you drink pop, Then you really must like osteoporosis because that’s where you’re heading.

Amandha: Hip fractures, anyone? There you go. Just keep drinking that every day and you’ll be setting yourself up for a good old hip fracture and hip replacement surgery. So, so this is one thing that you can stop immediately. If you are addicted to it, then you need to start to bring in other things, other drinks or other beverages into your lifestyle that you They’re convenient for you.

Amandha: You know, like kombucha, for example, if you like that fizzy, you know, bubbly. sensation, if you’re addicted to that sensation, then you can buy kombucha, which is it’s a green tea ferment. So fermented, actually there’s lots of different fermented boozy types of beverages that you can make yourself or buy that have that fizzy kind of, carbonated sense of, you know, where you get a good belch after it if you’re after that, you know.

Amandha: That can satisfy that aspect. The rest is just sugar addiction. And that can take some time to reduce. I would slowly go to some natural juices. You know, just sort of balance out the sugar for a while, really up your water intake while you’re detoxing from that. Take high dose magnesium to assist the blood to come back into sort of a homeostasis and rebuild your bones, as well as vitamin K2, which shuttles calcium back into the bones.

Amandha: And just, you know, pop is, just should not go in your mouth, it should not go in your body. There, something else about pop is there’s actually Mercury. There’s actually mercury in these things. There’s heavy metals in the pot. So you’re not just drinking phosphoric acid you’re drinking you know, basically mercury.

Amandha: There’s mercury in, in high-fructose corn syrup. So high-fructose corn syrup contains mercury. Tongue that in your pop. We’ll talk about sugar and high-fructose corn syrup in a minute, but yeah, just, can you just switch that out. Try to find something else that you like. Lemon water. You know, you could make lemon water and you could put it in the fridge so you get a nice cold, you know, people like that cold beverage.

Amandha: So make different types of cold beverages that satisfy you. You know, phosphoric acid is actually tart. It actually brings in a tartness. And that’s why they have to add so much more sugar to balance out the tartness that the phosphoric acid actually gives. So, the amount of sugar you’re getting, like, Yeah, that inflammation that comes from that much sugar and from that much carbonation also is a problem and we see cholesterol levels rise from this reaction to the body because cholesterol just comes in naturally when There’s inflammation.

Amandha: That’s really what happens. It’s a, it’s like a band aid. Cholesterol is your internal band aid. Anytime you, anytime I see anyone who has hypercholesterolemia, I know they’re inflamed. That’s just a marker of inflammation. You can test their markers of inflammation. You’ll be, yeah, this person’s like super duper inflamed.

Amandha: That’s what cholesterol is trying to do. It’s like, Oh my gosh, you guys are totally. It’s dammit, the blood is gloopy and clogging and scraping the sides of the vessels and causing microabrasions. And cholesterol is just coming in to patch this stuff up that you’re doing. And everyone goes, oh, bad cholesterol.

Amandha: Better just take that statin. And then they’re just setting themselves up for heart attacks because now they don’t have their protective mechanism, which is the cholesterol to stop you from actually having a stroke or a heart attack. Okay, so, so. We’re going to talk a little bit more about that because there’s a few things that do the same reaction in the body when we get down the list.

Amandha: Cool experiment, and I’ll post this. You can take a bottle of hop and a jug of milk and mix the two. Okay, this shows you the phosphoric acid calcium reaction, what exactly is happening there. And leave it overnight, and what you’ll see is… A clear sort of dingy, dirty water looking coke, and at the bottom is the combined phosphoric acid and calcium in glumps that looks like, kind of like sand in the bottom.

Amandha: You can do that experiment, and that’s exactly what’s happening in your body. So, it’s taking your calcium away to buffer. They are just, they perfectly, make a perfect chemical reaction in your body. Okay? So, that’s what’s happening, and if you don’t like having healthy bones, then continue to. Like, I mean, I’m sure there’s dental associations that are kind of with it, okay, maybe like, damages your teeth, gives you cavities, please don’t drink that, because it damages your enamel, damages your calcium in your teeth, right?

Amandha: Okay. So, we’re done on that one, so soda pop, meh, oh, and let’s have a quick talk about what other soda pops have, and the worst is they’re the diet pops. Oh my gosh, like, like, I’m just talking about the regular high-fructose sugary pops. At least your body knows, hey, this is like, this is a poison, this is a sugar, but I can metabolize this.

Amandha: I’m going to get this out. Like, I’m going to work hard and get this out, this poison out of my body. Then you’re going to start throwing an aspartame on that. Whoa, that’s an excitotoxin. That actually damages. Brain matter. That, that, so you can take a brain cell, put it in a petri dish, put the excitotoxin, the nutracy, the splenda, whatever, on that, and what you will see is the cell goes like hyper, like, like its arms grow more, and it like freaks out, and then it goes shrivel shrivel, and dies.

Amandha: Bye bye, brain cell. So yeah, so then people are drinking diet coke and they’re the biggest, heaviest, obese people you’ll ever see drinking a diet coke. Have you seen that? Does that, like that right there has to tell you something. I don’t think that’s working for you. Okay, you’re drinking a Diet Coke, which in their hand is like this tiny thing, because they’re so huge, because what it does is it basically starves the body of glucose.

Amandha: So the body’s trying to use this fake sugar as glucose, and it can’t. So it just stores it away. It needs fat to store it away. And then you’re going to crave more sugar, so you’re going to go after more sweet. It tricks the brain, right? It tricks the brain into thinking it’s really sweet. Telling the body that it’s sweet, that glucose is coming, and we burn glucose as fuel, right?

Amandha: To make ATP. That’s how the body works. So, so we, they actually diet sodas make you fat because you’re poisoning the cells and it’s storing it in the fat and it needs more and more. It’s like fat. And if you have enough sugar coming in, it will actually turn itself into fatty acids and stores.

Amandha: So it just, I’m like, if you’re on like, first step is your diet Coke drinker. First, I’m going to get you off to like, you know. A natural soda, because you can buy natural sodas, they don’t have phosphoric acid in them. And they use, you know, organic sugar and stuff. At least, like, let’s go here first.

Amandha: Like when I help people quit smoking, like, okay, you’re just going to buy natural tobacco that’s not full of 6, 000 chemicals and you’re just going to start smoking natural tobacco and you’re going to heal yourself from all these chemicals, okay, and one step at a time and then we’ll get off the cigarettes altogether.

Amandha: For people who just, they just can’t do it, right? And so a lot of people have, it’s like heroin in their brain, same with the pop, it’s just a dopamine hit every time they take it. So, you know, so that’s why I say for people who are doing the nutrition, I’m like, just take a different pop for now that’s real sugar and then your body will figure that out and then we’ll go to the next stage.

Amandha: And that creates diabetes, so people think sugar doesn’t cause diabetes. Many things cause diabetes, and these types of sugars do in the sense that they cause inflammation, they basically tell the cell on the inside, like the cell gets resistant to insulin, so insulin is bringing in sugar.

Amandha: In. It’s not there to lower blood sugar, it’s there to just shuttle The sugar to the cell, which burns it. And the cell’s going I don’t know what you’re bringing me, dude, But I don’t like it, and like, Get away from me. Ha. And that’s resistance. That’s type 2 diabetes. It’s like, You’re giving me shitty sugar.

Amandha: No thanks. Take a hike. So then you got all the sugar floating around the body, And then the cell is starving. It’s called starving amidst plenty. That’s diabetes. So, it contributes to diabetes, of course, because it’s confusing the hell out of the cell. Now, most contributing factors, what we’re going to talk about down the road here is a lot of trans fats, and we’re going to get to that.

Amandha: So, that’s the pop rant. Kind of leads into the sugar rant because, but we’ll talk about that again, too. Next on our list, number two, mystery meat. Mystery meat, oh, darling. You’re so floppy and weird colored. What really are you? Where have thine come from? What animal parts have you come from? Oh, hot dog.

Amandha: Oh, cold cuts. You look so strangely alluring. What is really inside of you that I want to eat? ANswer? Nothing! Don’t eat that! I mean, okay. So, so hot dogs are washed in like I think three different chemical baths. It’s, yeah, it’s something to maybe figure out why you wouldn’t want to eat the chemicals that are in the meat.

Amandha: The meat is like your hand me down meat, kind of, it’s like your grandmother’s hand me downs. It’s like they take all the good cuts for the rich people and then whatever, just whatever, maybe some bones, like, nah, lips and eyeballs and everything else. It’s kind of all gooped together. Yeah, these are hot dogs.

Amandha: Go on How It’s Made and look, hot dogs, and watch how they actually make hot dogs. You’ll never get a hot dog again, I guarantee it. Okay, so these things are carcinogenic. They are full of nitrate, nitrates, so that’s the cold cut meats, full of all, a whole wonderful range of chemicals, and the animals that are used often in these cold cuts, mostly like 90%, are not organically raised.

Amandha: They’re not fed with the most elegant of foods. They’re injected with vaccines, they’re injected with antibiotics, they’re sprayed with Pesticides, because they get so the gate…

Amandha: Is full of chemicals and then you’re adding more chemicals and you basically have to sterilize everything and they get tumors in there. They don’t care. They don’t care what kind of aspect of the animal gets in there because this is all, you know, money for them. If they have to cut something away, they’re losing money, right?

Amandha: So, these cold cuts, these, you know, they have to add the nitrates into, to, the nitrates in, so like a preservative. So it’s a preserved meat. So a lot of preserved meat. or chemically bathed meats to preserve them. You know, it’s a nice idea. I guess. But it is cancer-causing. So just don’t do that.

Amandha: Like just if you’re going to eat meat, okay, if you’re carnivore and you’re like, well, nobody was taking away my meat yada. Kind of person like that. And please don’t eat spam. What the hell is that? Spam?

Amandha: Don’t eat that. Please. Oh my God. Okay. So like, and even tuna, like full of mercury in a can. No, if you’re going to do an animal product, you’re going to find a local butcher. Ask about where they get the meat from. Ask how it’s finished. Ask how it’s grown. Get certain cuts of meat that are fresh preferably organic, if you can find it, which you can, more and more now.

Amandha: The more we ask, the more they will provide, because all they want is that money. So the more you say, I’m not eating this crap anymore, they’re gonna go, well, we’re not gonna stock it anymore because these people don’t want to eat it, and it’s just going to go to the food bank, which I feel really bad for, like, the food at the food bank is basically all the food I’m talking about right here.

Amandha: By the way, when I first started my business, I had hardly any money. I ate from the food bank. Yeah, I learned a lot of that. So most of these no foods are at the food bank because no one else wants to really buy a lot of them. And there they go, right? Or eat a lot of them. Horrible. It’s horrible. You should have fresh fruits and vegetables.

Amandha: At the food bank, just like what should be in your refrigerator, not spam on the shelf. All right, not mystery meat So you want to avoid cancer you want to avoid and a lot of the cancers are of course where it hits stomach cancer and bladder cancer kidney cancer You know, you’re getting lymphatic tumors so that’s where you see a lot of the high confoundrance of those types of cancers that are going.

Amandha: Obviously, you know, if it’s going into the blood, you know, then it’s going to go into the lymph. So you’re going to get, you know, you’re going to get lymphomas and lymphatic system cancers. You can even get leukemia, which is blood cancers, brain cancers, of course, things that a lot of these chemicals are notorious for passing blood-brain barrier.

Amandha: So mystery meats, go to your butcher, have a discussion, local hunter. So here we have hunters. They, you know, each year they do moose and deer, you get a certain amount in your freezer, and that’s what you eat for your whole year, you’re not eating like a ton of meat every day or every square meal has to be full of meat, it’s just way too much, it’s too acidifying anyway, remember we just talked about pop being acidic, what does it do?

Amandha: It takes calcium out of your bones, it weakens your bones, it’s the same thing here. Every time you break down meat you’re creating arachidonic acid. Your body has to buffer that. It’s a process through your liver. So you know, moderate that and make, if you’re going to go for it, then go for it. Get really high quality cuts and really, you know, do it right.

Amandha: If you’re going to, if you’re going to cost that animal that it’s life and whatever, be responsible for what you’re doing, at least, right? Not getting into the ethics of death and all that stuff. I’m just talking about people who are eating all this randomness. And hurting themselves. And let’s just, here’s where we can make a big difference.

Amandha: So just stop buying those certain meats, and start buying other cuts of meats. That’s as a trade off, okay? Alright, so, next on my happy list is, so number three, is white bread. That Wonder Bread stuff, I can’t even believe it’s still around. You know what, there’s so many good breads out there now, like amazing breads.

Amandha: And people still buy this white, bleached out, dead bread. And it’s disgusting. It’s the cheap, and I know it’s because it’s cheap. It’s cheap. It’s cheaper than dirt. Like literally cheaper than dirt. But it’s poison to the body. The, okay, so basically it’s containing a lot of gluten. These are wheat based breads.

Amandha: That are chemical, again, all chemical washed. So they’re, you know, bleached, they’re bleaching agents. The type of flour that’s being used is very damaged. Oftentimes, a lot of our foods are irradiated, radiation on top of it. You know, this is like death. You’re just eating death. And it’s glue. It’s like glue to your body.

Amandha: It’s pro inflammatory. The amount of nutrition it can actually get out of that is negligible. You know, if you need help to like put your food in your mouth, like if you need a little like love around your food use cabbage leaves. I use that as like instead of bread slices to make sandwiches.

Amandha: These cabbage leaves or another type of heavy leaf to eat your, you know, if you have a cut of meat and a tomato and some lettuce and whatever you put in your sandwich, use other things to hold that together. Not white bread, you know, now there’s amazing other types of bread, spelt and, you know, there’s other types of grains that exist, ancient grains at least there’s organic wheat or our heritage wheat.

Amandha: Varieties. Now, the problem with the kernel of these anything that’s a grain, the problem with grains, okay, in general, is that they contain phytic acid. So any, we’re talking about acids again, guys, so anytime you have something that you could plant in the ground and it will grow, has phytic acid around it because it’s a protective seed coat.

Amandha: So, you know, you can save seeds for a long time, so that’s its protective coat. As soon as moisture hits that, the phytic acids wash away and then it can begin its sprouting process. And once it starts to sprout, all the enzymes begin, all the vitamins and nutrients start to, you know, be made into, from the cells and start to flourish so that it can grow a plant, right?

Amandha: So when that happens, you’re going to eat that, you get nutrients too. But if you’re just eating the seed kernel as is, you’re getting the phytic acid, and you’re not really getting… All those benefits of what’s actually the potential in that seed. So sprouted breads exist. Yes. So they sprout the green first and wash that chemical off or that natural chemical off.

Amandha: They sprout it and then they re dry it and then they grind it into flour and then they grow the bread that way. So that is a way more beneficial alternative than your white, you know, when did bread? 1950s? Wonder Bread came out in 1950s? Look like the most miraculous.

Amandha: It looks like cake, yeah it’s poison, like, literally, you’re not getting anything good out of that. So I can’t even I know, I remember last time I did I ever eat white bread? I don’t know. But like, people eat that stuff, like, even hot dog buns, those hot dog buns, that’s white bread. Those hamburger buns that are everywhere, that are on the street vendors.

Amandha: Every time I’m at a street vendor I’m like, why don’t you have an alternative bun? I don’t want your stupid bun. I want your stupid mystery meat either, but like, what’s with the buns? Like, get some alternatives. You know, charge a little more for it. At least help these people. They go and have a hot dog, they just ate cancer and inflammation.

Amandha: And they think that’s lunch. You know, they go out to the hot dog vendor and think they’re getting lunch. Probably the healthiest thing they’re putting on their hot dog is the sauerkraut. Okay? So, so, just look at these things a little more closer. What type of bread are you eating on a daily basis? Are you eating out this type of fast food bread?

Amandha: Are you going to vendors like that? Are you, like, what are you eating? Okay? Because that is, if you want to be healthy, you can’t keep putting that into your body. So, Yeah, there’s a comment. Mold is huge in those breads too. Yeah, which is, you know, like you’re going to have, I mean, anything has a shelf life of what, 100 years.

Amandha: I don’t know what kind of shelf life this stuff has, but I think that’s why they do it so that they’re, you know, they’re cheap and they’re lazy. That’s what corporations are watch the documentary called The Corporation. It helps you understand that they are psychopaths Because they really don’t care even about the product they’re making anymore, they just care about the bottom line that ever has to grow.

Amandha: So they will cut corners every chance they get and have to continue to cut corners on quality to continue to make more and more money. So, like, they, you know, they have to be really extra clean with their They’re, you know, all of the stainless steel tools and stuff that they use to make the product.

Amandha: But they, at the end of the day, it’s like hours and hours of cleaning. You have to clean everything, and they have to wash everything, and they use a lot of disinfectants on that. And you know, and we’re going to talk about this in a little bit, when you use something that has a disinfectant in it kills only a percentage of the bacteria.

Amandha: It can never kill everything. You’d have to, like, put it in an autoclave to kill everything. If you’re lucky. And so they don’t kill everything. So then you’re going to have little bits of bacteria that are really resistant to the chemicals that they’re using in the food. And then, you know, that’s inviting all kinds of other hosts into these things.

Amandha: So, yeah, I mean, mold naturally should occur in something that needs to be broken down. Like I think they did an experiment with McDonald’s food and they left it on a counter for like, what, I don’t know, a year or something. And It never got mold. It never broke down, right? So, like, that’s, if it doesn’t break down ever from mold, that’s another problem, right?

Amandha: Because mold naturally will break down things that are organic. Because that’s what, that’s the cycle of life. So it should be attracted to the healthy things, you know. Question, is gluten free bread as bad for us? Gluten free bread is horrible. Actually, any, I would buy basically nothing in any gluten free aisle.

Amandha: Because, it’s like, sugar free, gluten free. Well, hey, we’re gluten free, but let’s add 10, 000 different chemicals in there instead! How’s that? Is that okay? So that helps your celiac, but it doesn’t help your brain, or anything else. Right? So, 9 times out of 10, most of the gluten free, like, they advertise gluten free.

Amandha: You better read those labels super close because most of them are full of substitutes that you don’t want in your body either. So I just suggest if you are avoiding gluten altogether, then you can use grains, different kinds of grains, rice, and I think, you know, spelt is pretty good. You know, there’s other grain types that you can use that are alternatives.

Amandha: Basically corn, I would Avoid. Corn is a problem. Corn is GMO, and it’s heavily sprayed as a crop. It’s the most, one of the most heavily sprayed crops. So I avoid, I don’t basically eat corn. I only eat, or if I can find organic corn I will eat organic corn. Only. And I make sure that it is, because that’s one things of the dirty dozen, if you will, that just can’t put in your body, because it’s just so full.

Amandha: DNA modulators and chemicals and then it’s often canned and you have BPA in the cans and the lining which are endocrine disruptors which we’re going to talk more about endocrine disruptors. Problems! Problems! So you see what I’m saying? With this list. We’re going to take out the chemicals and the problems and we’re going to put in the real health.

Amandha: And if you really are hankering for bread. By a sprouted bread that’s using an alternative grain other than wheat, you know, oftentimes I will view pastas as well that are rice pastas, organic rice pastas, but if you really are in a pinch, at least if you’re taking in a one from Europe, because in Europe they don’t have GMO wheat, so if I’m in a place and I can’t, I don’t have too many options, sometimes you’re, you know, you’re in a situation where you’re not at home or you know, You’re cutting corners, you’re trying to like do your best, right?

Amandha: Then I find out where does the pasta come from. If it’s from Europe, then it’s good. They don’t GMO their wheat. And so I can go for a little bit of the gluten. And I don’t find… Most of the problems that people are having with gluten is because Monsanto’s spraying with glyphosate. And glyphosate is what’s causing all their problems.

Amandha: And gluten itself is a problem. I’m not saying it’s not. But I’m saying a lot of what we’re seeing is… Glyphosate poison when they’re eating this food that’s so heavily sprayed in it. So we have to really be careful of the sources of the food. Where is it coming from? Who did what to it? Is it GMO? Is it spray?

Trans Fats, Cooking Oils, and Salt

Amandha: You know, these things are cancer-causing, endocrine disrupting. You know, they have all kinds of problems. Cancer causing and so that’s the white bread. That was number three. Okay, the next one we’re going to talk about is trans fats. And I think I have a really good pull up for the trans fats.

Amandha: I have a really good study. It’s actually out of India. I’m going to post you this study. So this study was done in 2011 from the Journal of Food Science and Technology. It’s a review. So it’s called Trans Fats, Sources, Health Risks, and Alternative Approach. So I invite you to go to this this research.

Amandha: Basically it’s talking about how trans fatty acids, Okay, so, so trans fat, okay, trans fat is So, we’re getting down to chemistry here, so I have a lot of chemistry training. I have like too much chemistry training. Okay, so when you have a fat, and you have bonds, So there’s certain types of bonds between molecules, and between these fats.

Amandha: And you have a two types of bonds. One is called trans, and one is called cis. Okay? Cis bonds are, for our bodies, are healthy. Our bodies know how to read them, use them, apply them, digest them, assimilate them, etc. Okay? They can, it’s like a code. It can read cis. Trans, on the other hand, has a very difficult time with the trans bond it has, it creates a lot of havoc in the body, a lot of inflammation in the body, so you’re going to see anytime people eat trans fats, they’re going to get cholesterol problems, okay?

Amandha: They’re going, because the cholesterol is the response to the inflammation. So this one’s talking about the double bonds in the trans configuration, instead of the So, now why they’re desired in so called foods like margarines and fast foods. So, really we’re talking about margarine here because margarine should be thrown out of your fridge.

Amandha: Margarine is not a healthy food. Supporting food, even though a lot of the industry packages it like that. They sell, and all these freaking, these companies that just basically lie to you and say that it’s health, heart healthy, and that you should have that instead of butter, and it’s better than butter, and all this kind of crap.

Amandha: It’s basically you’re eating plastic, and basically you’re eating heart attack. So those things are actually the opposite of what they claim, which is… They’re saying that it’s heart, healthy. Any type of, any time you take a vegetable oil, like that, like most of these vegetable oils, canola, and sunflower and safflower, and these ones that they’re using, and you fry them on high-heat, you make trans fats.

Amandha: And that’s what these margarines are. And they like them because it makes the product solid at room temperature. That’s a desire for these, because they’re making it synthetically to do that. They’re taking a liquid and making it into a solid through this process, hydrogenated process. And that hydrogenated, adding hydrogen process makes these trans bonds.

Amandha: Okay, and that is a problem in your body. Throw out the margarine. I’d rather you eat organic butter instead. And I’m going to tell you the different fats that you do need in your life, because you need healthy fat in your life. Your head is made, your brain is made of fat. Yes, we are fat heads. Your nervous system is composed of a layer of fat around it.

Amandha: Without, you wouldn’t be able to function. I see that problem in MS. You see the fat being. The demyelination, so the myelin around the cells of the nervous system is fat, and if that breaks down, you have diseases, like MS. So, you know, we have to throw away the margarine, it’s just not, it’s just not food.

Amandha: It’s not food. Okay, so, research has shown that the direct correlations of trans fatty acids Transcribed are with cardiovascular disease, breast cancer, shortening of pregnancy period, risks of preeclampsia disorders of nervous system and vision in infants, colon cancer, diabetes, of course that’s one of the main root causes of diabetes is trans fats.

Amandha: That is, like, you stop eating trans fats. And high-fructose corn syrup, you won’t have diabetes anymore. Okay, there’s other causes of diabetes. I’m going to do a whole series on diabetes, by the way. I’m going to talk about the causes and solutions of that. That’s coming soon. Obesity and allergy. And that’s just some things.

Amandha: So in light of these findings that this study did, it suggests that basically there should be, the trans fatty intake should be zero. Zero. A new technology of hydrogenation of oils should be developed which produces zero trans fatty acids. At the same time, preserve the desirable properties contributed by trans fatty acids.

Amandha: Acids to the hydrogenated oils. So it talks about India. It’s saying that India, there’s no system to mon In India, there is no system to monitor and regulate the amount of trans fats in processed food, foods, and hence astringent food laws immediately required. They still don’t have that, and they don’t have it anywhere else either.

Amandha: So this is the thing that’s… Again, coming back to what I said at the beginning, they’re not monitoring what you’re eating, okay? You have to monitor what you’re eating. They’re going to give you a crazy study that they’ll put out in the stupid newspaper that will confuse you as to how much you think they can eat, whatever.

Amandha: They’re never going to give you a definitive answer. They don’t want you to stop buying their crap, okay? So yeah, just, so trans fats, where do you find them? Anything that’s deep fried. Chips. You know, chips. Deep fried chips, potato chips, I guess in Europe, or in Britain, chips are different chips, but both those chips, don’t eat them!

Amandha: Because they’re trans fats, okay? So you’re giving yourself confusion, you’re giving, again, insulin resistance in your cells when you eat that, because the body says, no thank you, and then it has to go into your ass. As fat. So let that be the motivation for you. Don’t want a fatty ass. Stop eating trans fats.

Amandha: I know, I’m a delicate princess. I get it. You know, it’s my, it’s who I am. It’s just who I am. Okay. So, what else about trans fats I wanted to talk about? Diabetes, obesity do. I did want to link, oh, I wanted to talk about another trans cisprome. So I will lead into that. Oh my gosh, I mean, we’re just at three and I’m like overwhelmed, or four, or whatever we’re at.

Amandha: You know what I’m saying? Like, just that alone, you’ve gotten rid of a whole handful of cancers out of your life. Okay, now substitutes for healthy fats. The healthy fats are, and oh my god, there’s just this debacle of like, what was it, the Heart Association? Another liar fraud institution that said that coconut oil is bad for you?

Amandha: You know they’re all in the pockets of the companies, do you know that?

Amandha: Because you have to know that so here’s the rule if any of these so called associations tell you something Just do the exact frickin opposite, okay? Then you’ve got it. You’ve got it.

Amandha: So they’re trying to tell you that corn oil is like the awesomest oil ever.

Amandha: Like, you should just drink that stuff. You just sip. Whoa. Yeah, corn oil, man! Whoa! But, you know why? Because they can’t sell their shitty corn oil. They’re poison, GMO, pesticide rich. Piece of crap! They’re not selling it, so they’re like, Hey guys, our bottom line really is shitty, so we better push the corn oil, so Let’s, oh, you know what?

Amandha: Let’s tell people coconut oil is gonna kill them. It’s a murderer! Coconut oil is a murderer! Let’s do that! Hey, you guys wanna like, formulate a study, make up some shit, and like, tell them that coconut oil is bad for them? And then we’ll just tell them instead they should use Mazola corn oil, cause that’s like, super good for them, right?

Amandha: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH That’s, there’s, that’s the people doing this. Okay? That’s what we’re, the children, stupid, careless, evil children, narcissistic children are running these institutions. Okay? So if you actually believe that, if you actually believe that corn oil is good for you, and coconut oil is bad for you, then I think you’ve had too much corn oil.

Amandha: Okay? All right. So. Like that, when that came out, that was recent too. I was just like, I was like, I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. And what’s that guy? What’s that funny guy? The red headed guy? The pretend guru that does like a whole bunch of spoofs? He did a really good one on coconut oil. Someone find me his name, I forget his name.

Amandha: Oh my god, it was so funny. So, coconut oil is good for you. It’s a good fat. Okay? It’s a saturated fat. And guess what? There are good saturated fats. And that’s a good one. So you can just eat spoons of that, and you actually lose weight when you do that. When you eat fat, when you put yourself in ketogenesis, you lose fat.

Amandha: You lose weight. You want to slim down? Eat fat! Put fat. So eat coconut oil. Okay? Oh yeah, thank you, someone put in J. P. Sears. Yeah, J. P. Sears. Oh, that was one of his best, I think, was on the coconut oil one. Gotta look that up. That was… That was beauty. He did a great job on that. I applaud him for that.

Amandha: Okay, so coconut oil, isn’t there like a meme, like coconut oil, I had like a hundred, I had like a hundred ailments and the coconut oil solved like 99 of them. That’s of true because, you know, I put coconut oil in a lot of my crops. Now, a lot of people are allergic to certain nut oils and stuff. So there’s a few that I don’t put coconut oil in for those people.

Amandha: But coconut oil is okay. It is a heart healthy fat. It is a good high-heat fat. So you can actually cook with coconut oil and even fractionated coconut oil which is in liquid form. And you won’t get trans fats, okay? Because it can take it pretty high, so you can fry with that oil. And you won’t get trans.

Amandha: And it is like, I like the fractionate because you don’t always want the coconut flavor and everything. Like, I love it, but I mean, not everybody wants that in everything, right? So then use the liquid format of that. Okay, so I brush my teeth with that. I make a tooth soap. We’re going to talk about toothpaste, too.

Amandha: I make a tooth soap, or, and a tooth powder, or tooth products, and I have coconut fractionate coconut oil in the tooth soap. And you can do oil pulling and so forth with that. It also helps your mouth and, I mean, coconut oil is just for everything. Hair. Okay, the only thing I wanted to say is using it topically, which is wonderful, but what it does is actually can dry out the skin because it makes a fine layer over the skin.

Amandha: So it’s kind of protective to the skin itself, but depending on what’s underneath, it could dry out the skin. So always mix your coconut oil with like an olive oil or a grapeseed oil or, you know, another shea butter just blend it with one other thing, argan, whatever, and then use it. And then it’ll actually seal in the moisture, and then you’ll get real deep moisturization.

Amandha: If you have a weepy type of skin rash, like a wet skin rash, then use coconut oil. That’s why it’s good for nappy rash or diaper rash, because it’ll actually dry that out. It’ll dry the area out. That’s what it does. It dries skin. It does dry it out. It depends on what’s underneath that layer. And a lot of people don’t know that.

Amandha: They just say put coconut oil, use straight coconut oil uh, for skin. And I don’t recommend that, because it will dry you out. Okay, so eat that. Eat coconut oil. You can eat raw, extra virgin olive oil. Okay? You can even ingest raw pumice olive oil. Now, pumice is the final press. of the olives and you get all of the seeds in there, which you get a whole bunch of antimicrobial benefits from the pumice oil as well.

Amandha: Now that’s when you don’t want a high-heat. You don’t want to fry it. You don’t want to cook with it on high-heat, but you do have benefits of that oil raw. So like on salads or you’ve cooked something and then you can put it on top. That kind of thing. It’s a great oil to use. Grape seed, not rape seed.

Amandha: No. Grape. Grape. From grapes. Grape seed. Grape seed is great for cradle cap topically so it gets rid of cradle cap and dermatitis. That flaky hair. Skin. It’s very helpful for that. It just moisturizes it in, breaks away the extra tissue out of there. So cradle cap, you know, you see on babies grapeseed.

Amandha: We’ll get rid of that. Okay, so, so that you can actually cook with on high-heat. You can actually use grapeseed high-heat. Another good fat is avocado oil. You can use that for high-heat cooking as well. So, avocado is a higher fat, you know, very saturated fat, and it’s delicious, and it’s healthy for you.

Amandha: So, those are the ones you want to have around, yeah, you can cook with a bit of butter, you might get a bit of prance, but not much out of that, but you’d do low heat for that, so you’d do baking and that kind of stuff, you’d get away with that. So, yeah, okay, so use those fats, uh, they don’t contain death, and if you want to be healthy, you need fats, like I was saying, so don’t avoid fat, just like we’re going to talk about salt.

Amandha: You can’t avoid salt, like healthy salt, right? So it’s like, it’s the same, like these heart associations, and these evil, they’re evil! How do they sleep at night, being liars like that? You know, tell you to avoid the good stuff and give you their crap, and they do the same with salt. They do the same with all this stuff.

Amandha: They tell you it’s fine, or, I love their, the bottom of their says, yeah, it’s like, yeah, okay, it causes, like, mouse tumors, and infertility in male mice, and like. Shrinkage of testicles in mice. But you know what? In humans, it’s probably negligible. So, it’s probably okay. That’s basically what they do. So, you cannot trust them.

Amandha: They are very shady. All right. So, trans fats are a no unless you like diabetes. Okay. So, let’s so, since we’re there, let’s talk about salt. gives you hypertension. Limit your sodium intake. It’s the American Heart Association. Canadian Heart Association. Brought to you by the devil. Okay, they’re right, sort of.

Amandha: Okay, that running table salt that you get, that perfectly white, every grain is identical salt, is poison. Use it for your ice. Use it to ice your walkway with it. I’m going to pull up, let me see where I put it. I do have one on salt somewhere. Anyway, you know, I have a bunch of links. That’s always how it works.

Amandha: So I have a ton of links, so I’ll give you the salt link. I’m just trying to find where the one. Oh, there’s the coconut and the milk one. Oh yeah, I wanted to talk about additives. So, so the devil’s in the details, right? Ah, perfectly white salt, what’s it gonna harm ya? Get it and everything, bleh. Alright, well, it’s mainly sodium chloride.

Amandha: But, you know, 3 percent or so of it are anti-caking agents, such as… Magnesium carbonate. Yeah, that one’s not too bad, sure. But the best one’s called sodium aluminosilicate. Wait a second, did you say alumino? What’s that? Oh yeah, it’s aluminum. So, it contains heavy metals, and not just aluminum, but the silicates as well.

Amandha: These are all synthetic, right?

Amandha: What they’re doing is they’re iodizing the salt with potassium iodine, and they have to make it free flowing. So, they’re adding potassium iodine because it’s dead, it’s killed, it has no benefit health wise in it, because they bleached the hell out of it. They’ve done all kinds of chemical baths to it, and they’ve put these anti-caking agents to make it free flowing into it.

Amandha: So that stuff is called poison, pro inflammatory it basically is like a roto rooter for everything in your body, and causes, you know, scraping of the cell, of the, outside of the vessels, and I mean, it actually causes migraines I know, like, who was it now Dr. Gerson. He found out that his migraines were being caused by sodium!

Amandha: You know, you’re running table salt. As soon as he cut that out, his migraines went. So, for anybody suffering from migraines, that could be the thing that’s doing it. So, table salt, buh bye. But, you need minerals. Your body, if you don’t have enough minerals in your body, you actually can’t utilize your vitamins.

Amandha: Because minerals are cofactors for usage of vitamins. Did you know that? So if you don’t have enough minerals, you can put all the vitamins you want in there and you’re not going to get much out of that. You’re going to just be wasting your money. So minerals, so what I recommend is our, there’s a couple types of salt and some is controversial and da because we’re mining the earth mostly for these salts.

Amandha: We’re taking it out of the ocean, we’re taking, right, the earth is our mother, the earth is giving to us. So we have to be really wise about how we’re getting these things, right? You can go and you can collect ocean water and you can make your own salt. I mean, if that’s probably the most ecological way you could do that, you want to get it from a source of ocean that’s not polluted, obviously, right?

Amandha: So there’s that. So there’s a salt called Redmond’s Real Salt, which is full of all the minerals, which is between 100 and 112 different minerals that your body requires, okay, for your cells to actually work, for your vitamins to actually work. And then there’s the Himalayan Crystal Salt, the Pink Salt, that I do sell here for my patients.

Amandha: That I put them on because they’re all on these low sodium diets and it’s killing them because they’re not getting You know, at least some of the minerals that they should be getting and also even some of the sodium and the chloride that they do need because we have pumps in our cells that need sodium and need chloride.

Amandha: There’s different pumps that move things in and out of the cell and they need enough of that, too. So they’re deficient on a few fronts, right? And they’re right, partially because they shouldn’t be taking table salt, right? But they’re not then substituting for the good, healthy salts with all the minerals in it that they need.

Amandha: So just. So substitute that out. Throw out your table salt or use it, you know, for ice, to melt ice. Or use it for like a craft project and then use your, or to clean, you clean your sink with with salt. You know, scrub, like a scrubbing agent.

Amandha: And then buy healthy salt and use it liberally. Use it on, in every part of your cooking.

Microwaves and Food Preparation

Amandha: You can’t really OD on that. I’m liberal with the salt. I put it on everything. I love it. And I just find my skin and like really shines with it like I find if I’m not getting enough you know I notice it in my skin the most. Okay, so, salt. alRight now I wanted to go, that’s a big talk, okay I want to go to on my list, I want to talk about microwaves.

Amandha: Do people still have microwaves? Not really. Because we talked about cis and trans and so I want that to be fresh in your head when we talk about microwaves because it’s relevant. So you can check this out here. Okay, so I think I threw away my microwave. I think I still was using one a little bit in university.

Amandha: I think I remember having one. I mean, I lived with roommates, so I know there was one. But then, once I started living on my own, I just, I never bought one. Like, I knew from the Russian studies, which I’m actually having a hard time finding right now, because it seems like our internet realm is being scrubbed slowly and slowly away.

Amandha: Things I used to find easily when I search. are harder and harder to find now. Anyone else noticing that? So I can’t seem to find the good, original Russian studies that were done on microwaves. They’re very good, and they’re very detailed. I can’t find the original studies anywhere. I thought I saved them, I probably saved them on a really old computer.

Amandha: I know I have them somewhere. Okay, so, Russian studies proved many moons ago, and apparently in Russia they’re banned, they’re not even allowed, microwaves aren’t even allowed there. Because they have non-ionizing radiation and they lead to all kinds of diseases. They cause retinal diseases. So just by like being near it, like if you had a leaky oven, uh, you actually can get eye diseases.

Amandha: You can get retinal diseases. The cataracts, for example. Okay, so, so that was one of them. And that, those studies have been reproduced and you can find those in America. That particular one. I think I have a link to that. Okay, so, so just from being near it, like my mom used to joke, she’s like, Don’t get too close to that or your nose will fall off!

Amandha: And I’m laughing now because it’s like, you kind of actually were right. You know, like, my nose could have fallen off. Like, if that seal was leaky, I could have got nose cancer and then my nose could have fallen off. So it’s actually what’s kind of correct. Mother’s wisdom, eh? So, so there’s issues with leakiness and exposure from the radiation itself, which is super high levels of radiation.

Amandha: I’m

Amandha: But, okay, the main thing, so I want to talk about the cis and trans again. Remember we were talking about how there’s these two different kinds of bonds? James bonds? Okay, so here we are. There were studies, lots of different studies done. Of course, the industry, again, they’re going to always try to bury the truth, right?

Amandha: So it’s really hard. There’s always going to be spin on a lot of this stuff. So you really have to trust your instincts and you have to really learn to separate the wheat from the chaff. on this information, like, oh yeah, who funded this thing? Oh yeah, them. Microwave companies. Meh, we can’t trust that study.

Amandha: Let’s go to an independent source and see what they found out. Okay, so microwaves have frequencies ranging anywhere between 300 million cycles per second, which is 300 megahertz, to 3 gigahertz. Okay. So then they have these specific absorption rates. And so it’ll tell you the rate that your tissue will absorb those.

Amandha: Kilowatt or those watts per kilogram of tissue, and then they’ll tell you about, like, there’s an upper limit of S. A. R. S. that you can that’s really how industry does it. They make all these fans, their own lingo, their own language. Watch my my vaccine talk about the cult of vaccines.

Amandha: I talk about how cults work. They make their own language so that you kind of don’t understand what they’re talking about, but it sounds good enough, you know, so it’s kind of like cult language. So microwave radiation leakage damages cells and tissues. It so if you’re like a chef and you’re working in a kitchen, you’re always opening closing that.

Amandha: Microwave, you’re actually exposing yourself. A lot of people, they don’t stop it and they just open it. So you, they’re getting a blast every time they do it. They’re getting like a 60 Hertz each time. And that adds up in the body. So, you know, talk about workplace safety and health. That’s like, that should be on the list of the workplace safety and health.

Amandha: SO it’s quite serious. And even the FDA kind of cares about you here. It’s a little like you kind of have to, I guess somebody forced them to. So they do have a strict limit for manufacturers on. On the seals, on the door seals, but old microwaves have crappy door seals. So that’s a big deal. So if you have one in your house and it’s old, you know, it’s been used a lot.

Amandha: You know, you don’t know that the seal is not really fully functioning. You’re exposing yourself or your children to these like billions of hertz, basically. So frequency shown to start harming the human body is just over 10 hertz. It’s not a lot. It’s not that big. It’s not that big to show damage. So that’s two hundred, 2.

Amandha: 45 billion hertz is the frequency inside your microwave versus 10 hertz, which can hertz you, you see? So a little leak is a big leak, okay? All right, so check your doors. Actually, chuck the thing. Don’t just check your door seals. So check your door seals if you can’t chuck the thing if it’s an industry issue.

Amandha: Otherwise, bye bye. Go take it to the dump. Have the metal, have them deal with it. Eyes are, yes, we talked about eyes and cataracts and so forth. There’s a study for that done in the 1950s Solman. Oh, sorry, Solman, 1980s. There was one done. Okay, now what does it actually do to the food? So what it does is it Reverses polarity of water super fast, like faster than I can do this on my own.

Amandha: Really fast, billions of fastnesses of this. So it’s friction free, and that’s what’s causing heat, it’s making heat. Okay, sounds innocuous enough, right? Yeah, it’s heating up the water and the water is just transferring the heat to the food. Makes sense, right? Seems fine, right? Yeah, sure no, it’s good. Not good.

Amandha: Because it also breaks chemical and molecular bonds. In all of these cells, it can rip atoms apart. So it disrupts the basic biochemical structures. So it actually you’re making you prepare this wonderful dish and then you put it in the microwave. You’re basically just made poison. You’re even organic, not lovely, delicious local food, not sprayed with pesticides or herbicides.

Amandha: And you’re, and you put that, might as well just, you just destroyed it. You just put it in the microwave and just ruined it. Because you destroyed the vitamins and minerals. Because you broke all the bonds up. Okay? So, you just ripped everything apart. And it looks the same. But at the micro, microscopic level, it’s no longer the same.

Amandha: And what happens with the cis and trans, is it goes, cis trans cis, goes from cis to trans and cis to trans. So it would say all cis, maybe a little bit trans. And it goes bleh bleh. And now you’ve got a whole big admixture of a ton of trans. So you’re basically making trans fats for yourself.

Amandha: You’re making trans, not just fats, but trans other foods, proteins, and so forth, that have any of these bonds. You’re making a trans bond. And bodies can’t recognize trans. We recognize cis. So you’re making proteins, and the body goes, meh, I don’t know what this is, what do we do? What does it do with something that it doesn’t recognize?

Amandha: I don’t know. Hey, Bob, do you know how to break this down? I have no clue. What do we do? Put it in her ass! Did I just say that? Right? Put it in the fat! Hide it in the fat! It can’t deal with it! Bring in fat, Bob. Just bring in the fat. Just roll it up in some fat. I guess, maybe Marty can figure out a way to deal with it.

Amandha: I don’t know. Yeah, me neither. Ah, I can’t think about it now. I’ve got other stuff to do. Okay. That’s what happens! Okay, and the other problem is with these microwaves is it also breaks DNA. So then you get DNA microparticles. And those microparticles can become their own living thing. All they need is some friends, like some bacteria and so forth.

Amandha: And they can become cancerous. So, you’re eating food you can’t now absorb nutrients from, broken food that’s got trans proteins or fats or whatever, the body just has to store away, can’t deal with, can’t metabolize. You’ve damaged the vitamins and mineral content in the food and, you know, basically made really delicious food.

Amandha: It looks the same and probably tastes great, but you’re not getting nutrition now from it. In fact, you’re getting now inflammation. And some of the other studies were talking about how it decreases white cell production, so it damages white cells. And guess what it also does? It increases cholesterol. Now, we talked about this a few times.

Amandha: What does it mean when we have high cholesterol, guys? Inflammation! Right, so it causes inflammation in the body, which means the body’s reacting to it. Okay? Throw. It. Away.

Amandha: Next on our list, what do we have? What do we want to talk about next? Talked about that.

Synthetic Fragrances, Phthalates, and Essential Oils

Amandha: Oh dear, well, let’s open the Pandora’s box of synthetic fragrances. Oh dear. You know, I used to live in a subdivision in Toronto, and I used to walk my dog every day. Well, twice a day. But every morning, I would walk my dog, and I would feel so sick when I returned from all of these people running their dryers full of those bounce poison sheets.

Amandha: And the air coming out of the vent into the vicinity of the subdivision was so toxic with these disgusting fragrances that I don’t even know how people like that. It’s so disgusting. They’re so overwhelmingly strong that, you know. It’s like a woman who’s put on a prostitute that’s overdone the perfume.

Amandha: You’re like, oh my god, right? You’re walking in the neighborhood and you’re being poisoned. And I’m like, I can’t believe that I’m walking in a quiet neighborhood, being poisoned, walking my dog. And I was so angry every day, like, there was a couple of them. I went to their houses and I just told them.

Amandha: I just couldn’t stand anymore. I’m like, do you realize that these… Dryer sheets that you’re using is poisoning the neighborhood. Not just you and your family, but the actual neighborhood. It affects people’s health. It affects my health. I had a nice walk with my dog or I could have had a nice walk with my dog.

Amandha: Instead, I’m now sick at home from this, right? And I mean, I don’t even have like a true bonafide chemical sensitivity. Imagine people have actual chemical sensitivities, how they feel when they come home from that abuse, from ignorance.

Amandha: So fragrances is a huge topic, but one of the things I want to focus on with fragrances because, I mean, it’s in everything, it’s in detergent, it’s in dryer sheets, it’s in actual perfumes, it’s in hair care products, you know, shampoos, all that kind of stuff, sprays and all that crazy crap and body care products, you know, it’s in those air freshener plug in blade crap things that, you know, it’s.

Amandha: It’s everywhere. It’s everywhere. Why do you have to smell like this? You know, deodorants. I mean, the list goes on for fragrances and they are full of phthalates. Okay, I’m going to focus on phthalates. There’s other chemicals going on there, and I will link you again to more information. But the main problem is that we have phthalates.

Amandha: And let me read you some phthalates because they’re dangerous. Now, I actually make, I make a whole bunch of natural products. Obviously, I told you before, but I make a couple of natural perfumes and roll on perfumes because people still want it. They want to smell like they want to attract men or something.

Amandha: I don’t know, like they want to. Or for themselves, like I, I wear certain fragrances like essential oils for myself because I like the scent, it’s enjoyable and it has some therapeutic benefit, right? I have a natural perfume from India, it’s a solid fragrance and they’re all natural fragrances. I make like, you know, those reed diffusers with natural fragrances.

Amandha: I have incense, I have sage, I have sweet grass for burning. If you want a natural fragrance in your home, you know, it sort of permeates everything and it really… Takes a lot of cooking smells away and stuff, you know, if you want to I get it I get the luxury aspect of it I do and I love scent and so those are the scents that I use and that’s what I invite people To start to play with you know, the essential oils and then phthalate 3 like I do have some Lab, you know made chemical Fragrances in so many things, but they’re totally phthalate free I will make sure that the main chemical that’s a problem in these things is not going on anybody’s body So, where’s my phthalates list?

Amandha: DO. I mean, carcinogenic, obviously. Yes, I mean, all these things are carcinogenic. Everything’s fine. Okay, here’s the perfume. So, the main thing with phthalates is they’re hormone disruptors. A lot of the things we’re talking about today are hormone disruptors. So what they do is they kind of mimic your hormones.

Amandha: They’re, but they’re not really quite right. So, they disrupt your hormone creation, but They don’t they don’t hit the, so there’s a receptor ligand relationship or a key in a lock relationship. with hormones in the body when they’re doing their processes. And so, if the key is like close enough, you know how you can get a key and it’s close enough and it might open that lock?

Amandha: They’re kind of like that. They’re not quite right. So they’ll block the receptor. They’ll fit in enough or shove themselves in enough that the regular hormone can’t go in there. They’ll block them. So then it starts to downregulate your regular hormone processes. But you’re still not getting the action that’s required that a normal hormone would actually do if it had a proper ligand receptor connection.

Amandha: So it’s like. It’s like somebody just blocking your way. I’m trying to do something. You get out of my way. No, I won’t get out of your way. Get out of my way. Nope, not getting out of your way. So that’s what happens, right? So, oh my gosh, like it’s going to mimic and block these things and it’s not going to have proper responses because it’s actually not designed with that function.

Amandha: So we, our bodies actually produce only a small amount of hormones every day. So even if you have like a slight variation in the hormone level, That can lead to problems, like you can get infertility, metabolic issues, breast cancer, birth defects, diabetes, obesity, on and on. There’s a study from Brigham and Women’s Hospital, they link phthalates to an increased risk for preterm birth.

Amandha: So you get preemie babies out of that. You know, you put on perfume and like you’re walking around and you don’t realize that you’re affecting other people’s lives. It’s them walking next to you, it’s going in them, it’s, and you’re actually giving them an endocrine modulating hormone just walking around.

Amandha: You know, isn’t, is, like, do you not care about other people, or what? Now, you know, the other thing is, so say, this is the, I love the ironic stuff. Like, what I said the really open, drinking a Diet Coke, that ironic picture. Well, here you have a woman who’s dressed up going on a date with a man. So, she’s going on a date, she puts her perfume on, they’re sitting at dinner.

Amandha: And all the while she’s poisoning him with phthalates from her perfume, which leads to infertility and low sperm count. I love you. I think I want to marry and have kids with you and right out of the gate, I’m actually decreasing your sperm count by like having dinner with you and you’re smelling nice one.

Amandha: Okay.

Amandha: And then the children. So, you know, women who have their children and they’re wearing these things, they there’s obesity, asthma, behavioral problems, genital changes in boys. Genital changes in boys. Think about that one. Early puberty in girls. How about we just stop doing it with the phthalates, guys?

Amandha: So phthalate concentrations in Oh yeah, so this story, there’s another study here I want to talk about. A recent study tested the urine of pregnant women, and they found women who used perfume had phthalate concentrations 167 percent higher than non-users. So there’s natural, so switch those out, okay, please, that’s a big one, fragrances.

Amandha: People who use that, whatever, Tide, and all these kind of petrochemical company stuff to clean their clothes, and then they put the dryer sheets in and all that, oh my God, and you smell it. Like, all you have to do is smell the clothes, and you know what’s crazy about this stuff? The way that they attach it to the clothes, you can’t even wash it out!

Amandha: Like, sometimes I’ll get hand me downs from my daughter, and, you know, I’m grateful, and, you know, thank you, and then I give them a sniff, and I’m like, oh my god, like, this is poison, I’m not putting this on my child! I try to wash it out, I can’t even wash it out! So I have to throw it out! Yeah. So, and when you wear that also on your skin it, so in Chinese medicine, all the outside layers of your skin, it’s called the Wei Qi.

Amandha: So it’s a protective layer so it’s like your first defense, it says, on the skin says, Nope, don’t want this. Let’s activate the white blood cells and things that will help prevent this from actually coming in the body. So it puts body into a stress mode. It upregulates the adrenal glands.

Amandha: All the endocrine system starts to get triggered because it’s saying, this is a poison and now we have to be on alert. So it’s like saying, great, you know, let’s get the troops ready to go to the front lines because, you know, we have a problem and that takes energy and resources, materials. Right? It’s stressful for the combaters and we’re up to stand there and like be diligent and these people are doing it all day, every day, they wash your sheets with it and whatever and they’re just soaking themselves in it all day, every day, damaging themselves.

Amandha: This is one of the biggest things that you can switch out of your life. It’ll cause that’s a big impact in your life. And even some of the greenwash products that call them natural, be careful with Costco guys. Costco is like touch and go. Okay? Because they have, like, a natural detergent there, that they call natural.

Amandha: But, it’s full of fragrance! So, it’s not natural! So, they’re liars! Okay, so don’t use that one. Just get one that’s, get one that’s actually natural. Or They have all these products now, these awesome products now. They’re, you don’t even need any soap. It’s like a magnet. So, you can invest in these…

Amandha: Little boxy things you put in the wash. I’ll find the name of it I have a link to it. And it magnetizes your dirt out. So you don’t even need to use soap, okay? So that’s another cool product that’s been made and manufactured. And you get clean, you know, that fresh smell that actually smells like air.

Amandha: Not pretend fake air that they fragranced. Smells like air! And like, look how many advertisings for this. They brainwashed you to think that you have to smell like this somehow. It’s a very weird… It’s very weird to me. I don’t get it and I like there’s one like in my community There’s a couple people who do this a lot and I can’t even go near them Like I maybe I’d even want to be friends with them, but I can’t because I can’t go near them I get a headache immediately I don’t even know how and the other thing is what happens after a while is it down Regulates your sense up sense like your sensation of scent because it’s so overwhelming your sense of right So, like, smokers, they don’t know how they, how disgusting they smell, right?

Amandha: Because they don’t smell, it’s like, I don’t smell bad. No, yeah, you smell really disgusting to a normal person. And so, same thing with fragrances. You get used to it. You can’t smell yourself. You don’t know what you smell like. And because it’s downregulating your olfactory system. So, you know, you’re just numb to it now.

Amandha: So, so, fragrances, guys, look at, just go through your house. This is what I say to all my patients, like, just go through your house and look. Where are your source of chemicals? Where are all your chemicals? Look at those areas and then start to, you know, switch those things out. Take those, dispose of the chemicals properly.

Amandha: You have to take them to the dump on certain days when they’re actually doing chemical processing of these poisons because they are environmental toxins and toxins to you. You don’t just dump them. So be responsible there and give them to the dump in the right time when they ask for these chemicals.

Amandha: And, you know, and then switch them out for simple solutions, you know. Things that are fragrance free, things that are really natural, find out from the company what they do, ask the right questions, and then find the brands you like and then stick with those brands. And you’ll just find like, you know, Hey, I used to get headaches and now I don’t, or I used to have more UTIs and now I don’t, like, but you’re preventing yourself from getting all kinds of hormone cancers, like certain breast cancers, right, for example, or uterine cancers.

Amandha: A lot of them, again, a lot of them wash through the kidneys and the bladder, so you see a lot of kidney bladder problems, okay? I mean, this is, this topic is a topic, like a full spread topic in and of itself, with the amount of information. On the issues of chemical sensitivity and fragrances and that kind of stuff.

Amandha: To give you sort of point bulletins. These are the things in your house you need to change. So, get rid of those glade plug ins. You can buy a regular diffuser. You can buy one for your car. You can buy one for your house. And you put essential oils in a little pad. And you can get aromatherapy benefits from that instead of poisoning yourself in synthetic phthalates.

Amandha: OKay, I’ll post links. I’m not going to go on. So, I think I mentioned everything there. And your own soaps, too. And shaving products.

Amandha: Okay, so that’s pretty good. Let’s see if there’s any questions. Any questions? We’re doing good, I think. And thank you for all the nice comments. Oh, thank you. You found some of the Russian studies. Oh, and natural news. Okay, great. Thank you for sharing. Yes, SyntheticFragMind says, I mean, why would you damage your Own liver? And your own hormones? And that of your children, and that of your husband, and that of everybody else in the community. Come on, man. Come on. Love thy neighbor.

Amandha: I stopped using any perfume. The brand I bought for years was Aromatics Elixir. You know what’s funny? When I was young, like before I knew any of this, I loved Aromatics Elixir. I love that scent. It’s a wonderful scent. If I could get it again, phthalate free, I would. It’s a really lovely scent. It said has patchouli in it, which is also one of my favorites.

Amandha: My sister told me and a friend of my husband would run when I came over to their house because they couldn’t stand my perfume. Yeah. So years ago I stopped wearing it all together. Yeah, so the, but the, so she’s asking now about the fragrance essential oils. The thing with essential oils, and you also have to be careful because there’s synthetic essential oils too.

Amandha: So not just any essential oil, you have to make sure you’re getting one that’s properly manufactured. Okay. So, so essential oils, yes they’re scented, like I’m, I wear patchouli often I wear sandalwood. I really like those earthy resins but I find that in, you know, they have health benefits, right?

Amandha: So I find that they’re very mild and when I ask people, and I have a, I have chemically sensitive people in my life and so they never complain about it irritating them. And there are some people they can’t handle even essential oils, like they’re at that point. They’re so full, their liver’s so full, they can’t take one thing, not even a natural thing.

Amandha: So they, so there are people like that. So you do have to be aware of that too, like even essential oils can bother people who are just, you know, Matt, remember a time when you’re nauseous? You know, I don’t know. I was nauseous during the first trimester, you know, anything, food smells, anything, just disgusting.

Amandha: So it doesn’t even have to be natural or unnatural once you get to that point, it can be anything. It could be anything. It could be the smell of a car, you know, a car, cars are another poison source of chemicals. Sitting in a new car, just getting poisoned. Furniture, you know. So, so just go moderate and ask people.

Amandha: You know, I want to ask your opinion of a friend. Can you get your opinion? I’ve been wearing this. the essential oils. Does it bother you? Do you find it too strong? Like can I get your feedback? Because if you can’t really tell, you should ask people. Ask your friends, you know. Give me some feedback on this, right?

Amandha: Think, you wanna, you want to self love, right? But you also want to love others. So it’s a balance. So you want to care for yourself. But you don’t want to do it at the expense of hurting other people. So, that’s, like, that’s a really important, everything in health is about homeostasis, which is balance.

Deodorant, Toothpaste, Tap Water, and Television

Amandha: Right? There we go. Okay. So, pregnancies, I could go on for a gazillion years, but I won’t. But that leads into deodorants, because, whoa, like, people are still doing that, eh? I go to the, I don’t go to the places that sell these things hardly, right? So I kind of forget. So I go to Shoppers Drug Mart and I’m like, I can’t buy anything here hardly, I can buy like five items or whatever.

Amandha: I go and I’m like, go into the chemical aisle, because that’s what it is, which they call the, I think they call the hair care, or body care or something. And I’m like chemical, I read everything. I’m like, None of this, none of it. Someone should just burn this all to the ground.

Amandha: Like this is just should not be being put on people. And these deodorants, I mean, yeah, full of aluminum and who knows, God knows what other heavy metals are in there. But fragrances and so there’s definitely phthalates and then there’s petroleum products in there which have their own problems. So you have like a coal tar, you know what I mean?

Amandha: You have like, hey, well they used to use coal tar, now they use petroglyphs, but you know what I’m saying? That’s basically, The same thing, and that is causing all, I think what that’s doing, what I’m noticing, is not only are you assaulting the hormones and so forth and whatever, and you’re giving yourself a dose of heavy metals, but you’re, this process by where you’re putting it under the armpit, in this localized area, so if you know anything about anatomy, You all here, okay, is a huge amount of lymph nodes.

Amandha: So we have a lot of lymph nodes throughout the body, but this, the whole armpits area is very sacred because it’s full of nerves. There’s a huge amount of nerve bundle in there and there’s a lot of lymph nodes. There’s huge chains in there. And so you’re, you know, you’re doing this every day, have a shower.

Amandha: Full of chlorine and fluoridated water, another topic, and then you’re slapping on this poison onto your armpits, which is going right into your lymph chain, okay? So in women, increases the risk of breast cancer, in, in other, in everybody, it’s like lymphatic cancers, you know, non Hodgkin’s and Hodgkin’s lymphoma, da.

Amandha: And we’re just poisoning ourselves, like, so we smell good, so we don’t perspire. I mean, antiperspirants have a whole other thing, because they actually affect the skin itself. They close up and dry up and damage the skin itself but the chemicals that are required to do that have a whole host of negative problems and all of them are anti cancer, all of them are pro cancer.

Amandha: So just the deodorant, throw it away, like the Old Spice, I don’t know, even some of the ones that are more natural, like Tom’s and like Colgate bought Tom’s. Do you really want to support Colgate? You have to be careful. So, some of the, a lot of the green companies. I’ve been bought out by big evil corporations, so you don’t even want to vote with your dollar on these guys anymore.

Amandha: So I don’t even support any of the ones that have been bought out by the big corpse because I don’t want to give them my vote. I don’t want them having my dollar. I don’t want, I don’t like what they do. I don’t like that they, yeah, maybe they give me, I want to encourage them to make more of the good stuff.

Amandha: Like, I’m always torn. I want to show my support that I like this. They’re not going to stop making the poison toothpaste, are they? Or are they? I mean… I don’t really think that. I like the mom and pop, so I make my own deodorant here in the store. And so a lot of natural deodorants, especially the one that I make, do the exact opposite.

Amandha: They actually make you drain. They drain the poisons that are stored in the lint. So when you use my product for like the first little while, you actually kind of stink more, and you sweat more, and you detox your armpits. You detox your lymph chain all in there for all the years of using all this chemical crap.

Amandha: And then you kind of get to neutral. And then you’re like neutral. You don’t really sweat extra, you don’t really smell extra. You kind of can use the product intermittently, like if you’re going to go out in public and you’re going to be sweating a lot or whatever, you can use it like that. So yeah, there’s, I mean, you can use coconut oil with a little bit of essential oils.

Amandha: For your underarm use as well. But find a real natural one that has, like, the one that I make has bentonite clay and essential oils if you really want a scent. You know, beeswax, coconut oil different kinds of healthy oils are in that product. Shea butter, cacao butter, right? So, so you’re moisturizing the skin, you’re taking care of the skin, and you’re not You know, you’re getting the deodorant part.

Amandha: You’re not going to get the antiperspirant because I don’t believe in that. I don’t think you have, you should be stopping sweating. I think you should be sweating with your exercise and then in normal health, you don’t sweat. Sweat regulates itself. You don’t need to synthetically stop your sweating. And if you’re sweating too much, then you have an issue.

Amandha: Okay? You have your own issue. Like, you have to look at what’s happening in your metabolism that you’re sweating like that. Maybe you need some infrared saunas. You need some detox going on there. That’s the problem. Okay, so, where are we? I’ve lost count on our 20 list, which I kind of suspected. Okay, let’s go into the toothpaste then now.

Amandha: YOur traditional toothpaste, like we’re talking about the Kohli, whatever it contains, fluoride. So, you should not be using a fluoridated toothpaste. Fluoride is an industrial chemical that comes from the aluminum manufacturing. It’s a waste product that they sold as a lie, again, which they loved doing because they don’t want to…

Amandha: They always want to take their waste and turn it into an asset. That’s all. Corporations are insane. So they, being psychopaths, that’s what they want to do, right? They just want to continue their bottom line at any cost, at anybody’s cost, too, right? They don’t want to just have to deal with paying to you know, have this neurotoxin called fluoride.

Amandha: Dealt with properly or responsibly, they would rather dump it in our water supply and put it into toothpaste and call it a health product. And then they’re actually, you know, two birds, one stone. They’re making money on it and they’re getting rid of their waste product. And that’s where it came out of.

Amandha: It actually came out of Edward Bernays, you know, Edward Bernays. He was like the, he was like the big PR guy. He created public relations. So that was his big baby. That was his like first claim to fame was promoting fluoride as a health product. Yeah, these people are demons, okay, to do this, and this has been going on and going on.

Amandha: Then you have these poor cult members in society who actually go along with it, and then they’ll fight it, you know, tooth and nail, haha, like the dental associations. I mean, they’re psychopaths to actually think that has any benefit with the amount of studies that have been done to show that it actually causes brittle teeth and brittle bones and leads to increase of hip fractures when utilized, causes growth problems in children.

Amandha: I mean, really? Like, there’s a lot done. It’s not new. It’s not news. Not news. So, don’t drink it. Don’t put it in your teeth. It calcifies the pineal gland, so it damages your endocrine organs. And a whole host of other negative things, which I will post in the weeks ahead, okay? So please do not use fluoridated toothpaste.

Amandha: There are lots of substitutes out there and a lot of ways to take care of your teeth by using clays, like in my tooth soap. You can go to my website and you look on tooth, under tooth care and I’ll show you some of the powders and things that I make that, you know, you can use that. And my teeth. Doing great, right?

Amandha: Yeah. I’ve been using that for five years, six years. And I haven’t been using fluoridated toothpaste for a lot, as long as I haven’t been using a microwave. And if you want to bleach out your teeth, you like it white, use activated charcoal. That will whiten the teeth. So my tooth soap is called Dub because that’s the Gaelic word for black because I put charcoal in it so it whitens and it refreshes as well the mouth.

Amandha: So for odors and stuff. Okay, so bye bye crappy toothpaste. Stop it. And so that sort of leads into tap water. So that’s the same. That’s another Important thing don’t drink tap water. Tap water is full of chemicals Because they, people throw their birth control pills in the toilet. They throw, you know, they pee out their chemical medicines and their poisons that they’re ingesting.

Amandha: And that all goes to the sewer system and all gets filtered and goes back in your water system. Don’t drink the freaking tap water, my lord. Full of lead. Lead is one of the most toxic things next to aluminum and mercury and fluoride. Neurotoxin. So, lead, no, that’s what you get in tab water, fluoride for most of the systems that are, you know, fluoridated.

Amandha: Buy a water filtration system. Go look up a good water filtration system and get one in your house for showers, and for cooking water, and for brushing your teeth water, and all that kind of stuff that you use for washing your clothes with, right? So get a good house filter system filter for that, and that’s your solution to avoiding some of these things.

Amandha: And take action like… You know, make complaints to the people who are in charge, like, nobody’s saying anything. Just, every now and again, just say, hey, I don’t want fluoride in my water, I don’t like this, you know, I don’t know what’s in the water. Like, make complaints, be a thorn in their side.

Amandha: The only way anybody’s going to do anything is if they feel like they have to. Otherwise, they don’t do a thing. Okay, so tap water. The other thing to throw out. I’m going to get some glass. Another thing to throw out. Is your television or at least can you go on a two week television fast? How about you do that?

Amandha: How about you do fasts? Okay. I know it’s a huge addiction. I get it Hey, I watch certain shows. I watch them on the computer. I don’t use a television I like my certain kind of strange entertainment. I get it. Okay, but I don’t watch commercials I don’t subject myself to brainwashing And did you know that for quite some time, the television has been a source of certain brainwave frequencies that can actually affect your emotions?

Amandha: And they have the technology, and I will post the patent. There’s more than one patent, but I’ll post this one specific older patent that they already, since the time of Edward Bernays, where they were trying to manipulate you through fluoride to dull you down and make you an obedient slave, they’ve doing it through the TV.

Amandha: So in the TV frequency, there’s a, you can tell like I’m sensitive. I can tell when I watch TV, I feel ill, I feel physically ill. I can’t even look at it for long periods of time. Like I mean, television piping through. I feel sick, I feel nauseous, I feel unwell, I look away, I don’t want anything to do with it.

Amandha: And my, it’s like, my intuitive sense is saying, ugh, this is bad for me, I can’t. Now, you know, I don’t get that on the computer, so they haven’t managed to do that on the computer, at least yet. So, so TV has a specific frequency to it that’s very hypnotizing. Ever see a child sit in front of a TV like this?

Amandha: They’re hypnotized. Then they’re, you’re putting, subjecting them to commercials. Then all of a sudden their subconscious mind’s going to be, I really need that toy or I really need that can of pop. I really need that, you know, X, Y, Z item. And they’re being manipulated. And so are you. So, do you want your own mind?

Amandha: Because if you do, you’ve got to stop, watch, subjecting yourself to TV waves. Those are mind control waves. Watch your programs on the, on, on the internet. Use the tele, use the computer, get rid of the television. I have a television connected to a like a VCR, basically. I go to the library and I get DVDs if you want to watch a movie.

MSG, Lawn Pesticides, and Household Cleaning Products

Amandha: But I’m not subjecting myself to their frequencies. No thanks. Preserve this. Preserve this. Preserve this. Preserve thine self. You’re worth it. Okay. Throw away the TV. Don’t get mad at me. MSG. Oy vey on the MSG, guys. Can you… You know what’s amazing to me? It’s like, we know these things are poison. Like, you’ll go downtown Toronto and you’ll see like, you know, Chinese food restaurants, right?

Amandha: And they will advertise no MSG. Oh. Why do they do that? Oh, because… People are like, know that it’s a poison, but yet it’s still everywhere. It’s still in tons of packaged foods. It’s still in like, you know, one of the worst is Campbell’s. Oh, that company must be, Campbell’s all their food products, all their canned food products full of MSG.

Amandha: All of them. So, MSG is an excitotoxin. Remember, we talked about neutrosuit being an excitotoxin and what that does to the brain cells, how it excites them. Whoop whoop! And then kills them. So it kills brain cells. Do you, kind of, need your brain cells? I think too many people have already lost too many brain cells, to be honest.

Amandha: LEt’s see, I had a really good site for that, they’re all over town here. What’s your cleaning products, fact sheets, I we’re going to talk about pesticides on your lawn next. You know, I just, like, my point with the MSG is like, wow, like, we… We really still allow this, like, we know that it’s cancer-causing, it kills the gut, it kills the brain, you know, I mean, wow, but yet we still do it, like, we’re just still put the additives in, right?

Amandha: I mean, I’m just amazed, I’m just, and that’s why I have to remind myself, you know, people still eat this, like, people still are okay with putting

Amandha: This we did… We did MSG, monosodium glutamate, oh yeah, and it’s a soy protein isolate by the way, so they have many names for MSG I wanted to mention. So MSG is like, has many different names, but often times it’s called soy protein isolate. So don’t, just MSG doesn’t mean it’s not in it. It’s in most packaged foods.

Amandha: So just be aware that they’re tricking you. They’re just renaming it so that you’re like thinking it’s some brand new awesome thing that is suddenly safe. This is these are the manufacturers. This is the mind of the manufacturer that they’re just out to trick you to eating it like because it’s cheap for them, right?

Amandha: Everything’s about the bottom line. Everything’s about cutting corners for them Okay. All right. So where are we at? So I think I did so Pesticides on the lawn, you know every time again when I live in Toronto, it was the same thing as like the dryer sheets I’m like seeing people out on their lawn, usually men, like, like men and their addiction to the lawn.

Amandha: It’s really psycho. It’s like, my lawn must be perfectly green, no dandelions, I must, every Sunday, I must definitely make this lawn have perfect lines on it with my tractor lawnmower or whatever. It’s a real freaky, it’s like men don’t have anything else to do than mow their lawn. Like mowing the lawn means you’re a man.

Amandha: It’s like this, brainwashing, right? Instead of, hey, maybe we should turn our lawn into a beautiful garden that attracts butterflies and birds and bees and pollinates and help our pollinators. Or how about we clean the air and we put in certain trees. Or how about we make a beautiful zen garden. Or maybe we could even have, I don’t know, like actual food growing there.

Amandha: Nope! Nope, gotta have the green open nothingness that I have to take, that I have to like poison and put gasoline in my, you know, I mean, it just nothing I’m interested in. When they’re using, so you’ll see sprayed lawns. We know there’s a danger with sprayed lawns, so they’re spraying for dandelions, which really should pick and eat because they’re medicine, they heal the liver.

Amandha: All parts of dandelion can be eaten and used. But it’s like the lawn devil to these people. And so they use, like glyphosate, they use, there’s like 30 different kinds of pesticides that are for, you know, the commoner to put on their lawn. And these cause birth defects, they’re carcinogenic, they cause reproductive tumors.

Amandha: They cause kidney damage. And if you’re walking your little dog and they’re going on there, they’ll get those things too. So, and they, it stinks, it smells, it feels sick when they do it. You know, you’re ingesting it just by walking by it. So, you know, and when I see people do it, I tell them. We need to tell them.

Amandha: We need to just say, I’m becoming more and more like my grandma. My grandma used to embarrass the crap out of me. She would stand up in restaurants and go, you’re taking too long with my bill. You know? Okay, I wouldn’t do that extreme, but at least she had a voice. You know what I mean? Like, when you see something that’s wrong, we need to say it.

Amandha: We need to say that’s wrong. Don’t do that. Right? Like we need to just don’t just put your phone out and take a picture or do a blind eye thing. Like, you know, there’s studies or there’s experiences of like, a woman being raped in an alley and nobody does anything, that kind of stuff. That’s like, wow, that’s where’s our moral ethical code there.

Amandha: It’s just gone. When I see a man spraying his lawn I, like, I tell him as I’m, like, if I’m walking by and I see that, I say, do you know, you know that shrinks your testicles, right? Well, what are you, to say to a man who loves his testicles? You tell him that the pesticide he’s spraying on his lawn is going to shrink his testicles.

Amandha: That’s a motivational factor, I’d say. Okay, so testicle shrinking pesticides, meh. Instead, you can use vinegar, hot vinegar, if you need to get rid of a pesky weed. There’s all kinds of alternatives. That you can use if you really need that green lawn if that’s really super important to you And that’s the thing that makes your world So shiny and happy if that’s the thing that you live for and that’s the thing that brings you joy If it’s genuine and you don’t want weeds in your lawn and you like that Maybe you like to play soccer with your son and that’s what you do Okay Well, you definitely don’t want to poison it then if you’re playing with your son or you having your dog walk on it so then How about you use natural pesticides or herbicides, that whatever you need to use, like hot vinegar you know, certain salts can be used, salts and baking soda and stuff can be used.

Amandha: Or you can just go out and have a bonding experience with your son and pluck, use a dandelion plucker and just pluck them out by hand. And then go inside and cook them and eat them. Or take the root and clean it and dry it and chop it up. And, or chop it up and then dry it, and then make coffee from it.

Amandha: Delicious. Heal your liver. It’s like a double whammy there. It’s like a double, you know. You get to heal your liver and save the earth and not poison yourself with pesticides. Okay? Alright, lawn pesticides end. So that leads me to cleaning products. Oh my god! I still can’t believe people even buy cleaning products.

Amandha: Do you like wasting money? Are You must be so rich that you can buy 25 different products for every different thing ever. You got your window sprayers, you got your toilet cleaners, you got your floor waxers, all of like Oh my gosh! Every name for every different kind of thing. You know what I use?

Amandha: Castile soap. Baking soda, vinegar. The end! Cheap, easy, you can find it everywhere, and you can mix those things together and clean just about anything. So, you know, if you need a little bit of salt, other salt, because baking soda is a salt, right? If you need, you can use, you know, other salts if you need a bit more scrubbing action.

Amandha: I have a whole list, I will put the link and it talks about every single chemical that’s in your life, how you can swap them out for cheap, natural, and easy solutions. They actually get the job done. Because these chemicals are that. They are endocrine disrupting chemicals, okay? They’re affecting your life.

Amandha: I mean, there’s studies done on, especially women who are house cleaners, like that’s their livelihood. Okay. Thank you. They’re getting lung cancers, like, through the roof, you know, you can’t, I mean, so, and there’s, I know there’s more and more people waking up to endocrine disruptors and like, cleaning up their life but not enough, you know, it feels like there’s not enough.

Amandha: Still knowledge, like, because I’m seeing it everywhere. I mean, if nobody bought it, why would they put it on the shelf? So people are buying it, right? So when I go into the shoppers yard, we’re going to go into these places, and I see these chemicals everywhere. I’m like, well, people are buying them because here they are, right?

Amandha: There’s a really good book. There’s lots of good books. There’s a book this last name Greer, I’ll give you the link. And so she was shocked to learn that there’s actually no federal regulation of chemicals in household products. Rebecca Sutton is a Ph. D., a senior scientist at the Environmental Working Group.

Amandha: It says, in terms of household cleaners, neither ingredients nor products must meet any sort of safety standard, nor is any testing data or notification required before bringing a product to market. So again, we have a delinquency in the agents, so called agencies that are purported to where this false belief comes from, that they’re supposed to be there to help you and protect you and make sure products are safe for use on the shelf.

Amandha: They’re not. And they’re not doing that work, okay? The average household contains about 62 toxic chemicals. So, how sick, right? We’re exposing to them all the time. You have oven cleaners. Oven cleaners, you know how you clean the oven? Baking soda and water. Or baking soda and vinegar. Scrub it with an old toothbrush all throughout.

Amandha: And just leave it overnight. Just like, leave it overnight. Get it good and wet. Leave it overnight. And then when you go in the morning, and you know, put on your gloves, wash it out. And take a little scrubby for the stubborn spots. And everything comes out and it’s perfect and shiny and great! I don’t see what’s so hard about it.

Amandha: Why do you have to use this toxic, disgusting stuff? You don’t. It’s totally unnecessary. And that those oven cleaners cause asthma, cancer, reproductive disorders, hormone, cause hormone disruption, and neurotoxicity. Like all these things do. So that’s one where you can just stop it. Use baking soda. So there’s your toxic burn soda.

Amandha: Yeah. So what, one thing with cleaning products that is missing in the logic is that you clean often. I’ll help you clean often. It seems like I’m always cleaning, but you know what I mean. I’m always cleaning your house, right? So when you’re cleaning your house, you’re using it again and again and again and again, right?

Amandha: Like every few days, whatever, you’re exposing yourself to it. Maybe once a week you do cleaning like I like to do Sunday as a big cleaning time, right? It’s a day for prayer. It’s a day for cleaning in a sacred way I like to clean in a sacred way like I thank God for everything I have I think all the things like you can do it as a healing ritual when you Clean you can say about how I clean this shit again.

Amandha: I Do the opposite I go thank you for this floor that I have like thank you for this toilet that I have and I When I clean and add extra love into it, right, and teach my child that too, obviously, that she learns, you know, by witnessing that anyway, so, but these little things add up, they add up. So every time you expose yourself, it’s like it goes in and it stays and it’s a toxic burden.

Amandha: So this is what really is the danger. So obviously with phthalates, we talked about phthalates. And you see a lot of air fresheners and stuff that are like, fragranced and, or that Febreze! Oh my god, you don’t use Febreze, what are you doing? Oh my gosh. You know that doesn’t even do anything about the scent itself, it actually damages your own sense of scent?

Amandha: It just damages you so you don’t just go like this, shhh, hey Febreze, everything’s great! Oh my gosh. That stuff is really toxic. Okay we have the Perc, which is Perchloroethylene. That’s in the dry cleaning solutions, right? Spot removers, carpet, industrial cleaners, all those are super duper toxic.

Amandha: They even, like the EPA, EPA even stepped in on that one. It’s a phase out of these. By 2020, EPA says you can’t use them anymore. And California says that in, by 2023, all uses of Percs have to go out. And so, like, dry cleaners won’t be able to use it at all, and carpet cleaners won’t be able to use it at all.

Amandha: But it’s been used, and it’s been used a lot. So then, what you want to use instead is a wet cleaner instead of a dry cleaner. They just use, like, a water based technology. And now we have these magnets for cleaning, so I’m sure the dry cleaning agent, the dry cleaners will get on with the program with the magnet cleaning, I bet you.

Amandha: I bet you’ll see, if someone was really smart and had some money to invest, that, if they wanted to be a millionaire, They would create a dry cleaning institution that did the magnetic cleaning and put out retail outlets everywhere. You’d be very rich. Somebody do that, please. And then give me a kickback, because I gave kind of all the ideas.

Amandha: Are we good with that? Just kidding. Okay. Not really. Alright, so, okay. And I’ll post all this stuff, of course, like I said. Triclosan. Oh! God of me. Triclosan. Like, everything that says antibacterial, no, don’t buy it. If it says antibacterial on it, don’t buy it! Antibacterial agents like Triclosan kill only the weak agents and the strong survive.

Amandha: And then the strong breed. And then you get resistance. You’re not really taking care of business. You’re just making monsters. You’re making bacterial monsters. So, don’t use a triclosan, just use regular, healthy, natural soap instead of the triclosan shampoos and all this kind of stuff that’s just poisoning your body and damaging your own bacteria in your own body by washing your skin with it.

Amandha: I use a, I make a natural hand sanitizer for people who want to avoid the alcohol and the antibacterial crap and it’s got like witch hazel and essential oils and, you know, I can’t even remember what the hell it’s called, oh, colloidal silver. Yeah. Now that’ll just take care of what you need to take care of without creating resistance.

Amandha: So yeah, just, so you can switch that out for natural hand sanitizer or just use soap. Yeah, just use soap. If you like something that you need to carry around and you can, you know, get a natural hand sanitizer, there’s more and more on the market. But the triclosan stuff and cleaning products and your self cleaning products, like your body cleaning products.

Amandha: No. Okay. We’re getting out of time. So, I mean, I can go on with the cleaning products toxins. So, baking soda vinegar, good ol water, good ol elbow grease, right, if you need to oil something, use natural oils, use olive oils and that kind of stuff there’s just, you know, those, if you have that, you can clean anything, and I’ll, and for people who are really, you know, pretentious about the way they clean and they want more options, I’ll list the link with all the options and all the substitutes for all the things.

Food Dyes, Artificial Flavours, and Processed Ingredients

Amandha: And save your money, you’ll save a ton of money, why not, right? Okay, so we did cleaning products, food dyes and food dyes, holy lord. We just had Halloween, right? So, Halloween candy. If you ever read what’s in this stuff. High fructose corn syrup, which contains, what did I say? Mercury. They were giving to children, they’re eating a ton of these things, so they’re giving themselves mercury poisoning, which causes neuro neurotoxicity, then, it’s full of food dyes, which does what?

Amandha: Gives them hyperactivity! This does, especially, our favorite. Red number 40. Red number 40 gives not only hyperactivity in children, which is known, which is studied, but it also causes all kinds of tumors and other diseases. It’s a big baddie. The red is the worst one. They did a, there was a private little thing on Facebook that went around.

Amandha: I don’t know who saw it, but it was three stalks of celery in three different colored waters. So there was a blue and a green and a red. And they left it overnight and then they checked it in the morning to see what happened to the celery. Well, the red celery was completely dead. The green and the blue were still alive.

Amandha: But not that red one. So red is like the worst of the bunch. They’re all bad. I Have a, I’ll give you a link. It’s about all the rainbow colors and… It talks about the, you know, the damages of these. It’s a PDF. Actually, it’s great. It’s called Food Dyes Rainbows of Risk. It talks about exactly what these dyes do in the body.

Amandha: And most of them weren’t even accurately tested. That’s the thing that’s wild to me. Like, they just put it out in all foods, everywhere. People just assume they’re fine, it’s fine. And it’s not even properly tested. I mean, it’s tested on a couple of mice in the 90s, you know? Like that’s it? Really? Like, red number 3 is also a really bad one.

Amandha: It was recognized in 1990 by the FDA as a thyroid carcinogen. And it’s in cosmetics, too. it’s in cosmetics as well. You know, all these colours. So we’re going to talk about that too in a minute. So there’s yellow, so yellow number five, it causes hypersensitivity reactions.

Amandha: It causes also behavioral effects in children.

Amandha: So has no, obviously has no nutrition. This is no, no nutrition in this. By the way, this PDF is 68 pages, so it’s got a lot of good data in it. So we have adrenal tumors from yellow number six. I just, so You know, you can use natural dyes, like you can make natural dyes from like beets or carrots or cabbage, like there’s, or turmeric, like there’s different substitutes that you can use.

Amandha: Like say you’re baking a cake and your child wants a rainbow cake for her birthday. Then, these are the things to do. Or you want to dye, like, eggs for an Easter, you know, use natural dyes instead of these dyes. It does leach into the eggs when you do it, by the way. Candies, again, you can buy, you know, if you don’t want to deprive your child, if you think you’re depriving your child of this, It’s weird ritual that we have and, you know, buy natural candies that have natural sources of color and so forth and aren’t colored at all.

Amandha: There’s substitutes for that, but understand that if you’re trying to figure out why your child’s bouncing off the wall and can’t concentrate and isn’t learning well, then, you know, you’re not going to take them to the doctor. The doctor’s not going to go, Oh, hey, maybe you should reduce the red number 40 and the yellow, you know, in the, in food coloring.

Amandha: From this child’s diet, because that could, and the amount of high-fructose corn syrup that’s going on with that. That could be the problem. They’re not going to tell you that. They’re, sorry, I just have a problem with my computer. They’re going to tell you that, that meat, that child needs Ritalin,

Amandha: Because they’re all part of it too. They’re not part of the solution. They’re part of the problem because they just push drugs from that, you know, they don’t look at what’s actually going on. They don’t ask you the questions to find out, you know, they might, they weren’t, they definitely aren’t going to go, Hey, maybe you should stop using that Windex.

Amandha: Maybe that’s causing your lung cancer. Maybe if you detox your body you’ll heal from lung cancer instead of going through this scary chemo radiation program that we have. They don’t know that. They don’t even think about it. They’re not really in, they’re not really in health care. If they were in health care they’d be talking about this like I’m talking about this.

Amandha: Okay. So, just looking at comments real quick, you, hello everybody. gOod, yeah, I, you know, I, this is going to be on YouTube, and if you’re on YouTube, please like and subscribe to my channel, and I’m. Do, you know, as many videos as I can on my days that I’m, I have time to do it. I am getting into crochet season now.

Amandha: I’ve already started my first crochet project, so I get a little busy with that. Yeah. I like to crochet. I do. I like to make things. But you know, there might be a few where I’m crocheting as I’m doing it. Hey, you can have good addictions too, you know. I’m making, I don’t know if anybody watches that show Outlander, but I’m making an Outlander cowl that Claire wears.

Amandha: It’s a really nice thick cowl, and then I’m gonna make a calf leg that she wears with the one with the collar and a little tie. Really pretty. OKay, so did I used to get migraines from aspartame and diet pop? I believe it. My doctor in 1992 told me to stop using it. She was seeing strokes, seizures, and migraines from it.

Amandha: Absolutely. So I stopped using it in 92 and I chew a stick of gum or get sandwich with m msg and aspartame in the mail. I’ll get a migraine in six hours. Yeah, good point. I mean, ’cause it’s a neurotoxin, right? So, and good point on the gum. That’s a big one. That really should be one of my twenties is that, is the gum.

Amandha: It’s all in all that gum. I look at the gum at the grocery store or convenience store and I’m like. Poison, Not one! There’s not one gum that I could not poison myself with. Not one. I’d have to go to the health food store and then I can get the ones that are xylitol based, like Spry is one of them that you know, that you can use, or Pure is another one that’s good that I allow my child to have that I’ll have occasionally.

Amandha: And xylitoxy can help with ear infections. There’s even some benefits even to that. There’s probiotic gum that can also benefit you. That’s the type of gum that should be out there, or real pine gum, like true true pine gum, you know, or resin. But this is all, it’s all full of chemicals, all of it.

Amandha: It’s everything, it’s actually everything, it’s food dye, it’s petrochemical, it’s it’s high-fructose corn syrup, it’s NutraSweet or Aspartame or Splenda are all the same, they’re all poisons. Right? It’s a whole package in one and you’re chewing it and chewing it and chewing it and just exposing yourself.

Amandha: Crazy.

Amandha: And synthetic fragrances as well. Oh my gosh! Yeah, that’s a big one. Thank you for raising that. Epsom salts is another good pesticide. Great, Epsom salts. Yeah, the salt seems to kill them, right? And yet, Febreze. No, Febreze! Stop it! Stop it! Oh, my God. Maraschino cherries. Oh, yeah, maraschino cherries must have the most red dye number 40, like, next to suckers.

Amandha: Hey, that’s, yeah, that’s poison right there. Okay. So, we’re moving along here, we got the food dyes, artificial flavors kind of go into the same lump, so, like, you know, artificial flavors and artificial colors, they all do similar things to the body, endocrine disruptors, hormone modulators cancer-causing, you know, they all do similar things, hyperactivity disorders you know, bladder cancers you know, infertility issues, see a theme here, by the way, see a theme, yeah.

Amandha: Do they really want us to have babies? Because I don’t know about that. They do the vaccines, which causes infertility issues and DNA damage right out of the gate. You know, they just, all the foods and all the poisons. They have a theme, don’t they? Of like, your gonads are going down. Questions.

Amandha: Okay, so yeah, artificial flavors. I do have links to the types of artificial flavors and. How about there? There’s a good one called NaturallySavvy. com that talks about artificial flavours, what it does to the mouth. It talks about MSG in that too. There’s one so basically it like, natural would come from a yeast, an herb, bark, bud, root, leaf, like there’s natural stuff.

Amandha: Vegetable juice, fruit juice. It can even come from like fermentation, it can, you know, they even call you know, but then they, after they divorce that further and further, that’s artificial. So it can even come from, like, it can come from some of these things originally even, and then they bastardize it and they make it artificial.

Amandha: But mainly it’s not from those sources. That’s what their definition of artificial is. So, and it’s top secret! It’s top secret! Because, you see, artificial flavors, what they do is they take a whole bunch of, they take about 1, 300 FDA approved ingredients. And because it’s proprietary, it’s like private, it’s like mixing your cigarette ingredients so that you get the right addiction out of your purchaser, out of your addict, right?

Amandha: It’s like that with the food, like, no, we’re not going to tell you what we’re mixing in the ratios, that’s like, shh, right? That’s our special taste. It’s like Colonel Sanders is special ingredients, right? Yeah, so it’s like that so they don’t just close it So basically that crazy can’t even find out what the heck is in it But we know what it does So we don’t know of all the admixture of 13, 000 different chemicals that create the food flavoring, but we do know that there’s some Acyclic alcohols aldehydes ketones carbolic acids esters, all kinds of esters, lactones, ketals acetols aliphatic acyclic, and alcohol as well.

Amandha: So there’s like a lot of them, and they all have sort of aromatic, they can have aromatic or heteroaromatic. Substances, so they have like this organoleptic, so leptic properties affecting your body, affecting the fat of your body. And they even have stuff like tar, crude oil can be in them, like, oh my god, no.

Amandha: If anything says artificial artificial color or flavor on the label. It goes back on the shelf. It does not go into my body. I would rather starve than eat it. And that’s where you need to get to. I would rather be hungry right now than eat that. I’m not that hungry. I’ll breathe deeper and I’ll drink some water.

Amandha: I’d rather that, you know, than this stuff. Allergic reactions, chest pain, DNA damage, fatigue, headaches, depression of the nervous system, and brain damage. That’s what artificial flavors do. So don’t go with natural flavors. So if it says natural flavors only, Okay, let’s try that, but make sure it doesn’t have MSG in it, because that can be called natural.

Amandha: So, be careful! Be a wise and savvy consumer! Because they’re liars! They’re tricksters! Okay? You can’t, you know, go shop at I don’t know, places like Whole Foods, or places that at least have a good variety of organic stuff that you still have to sort through, and you still have to look closely at, right?

Chemical Sunscreens, Skin Products, and Petroleum

Amandha: Do that. Okay, so, artificial flares, oh my, good job, so we did that one, I think we’re getting good here, we’re getting close, on my list, okay, chemical sunscreens, what on earth, when I go to the beach, I am alarmed, I am, I’m, Are you hearing that crunching sound? I have a mouse in my wall. You hear that?

Amandha: Oh my god. Unbelievable. So we have a buddy with us today. Okay, so I’m alarmed at the chemical sunscreens, like, usage. So, here you go. So you’re told by the FDA and all these agencies, they’re telling you the sun’s bad. Sun causes cancer, bad sun. Bad. Don’t get burnt. It’s bad for you. Okay, I get it.

Amandha: Like, of course. Like, I’ve been burnt. Ooh, it’s not nice. I don’t want to be burnt. That hurts, that causes me pain, that gives me fever, that peeling skin. Nobody wants that! I get that. But… Then they tell you the sun causes cancer so you better wear sunscreen and here’s all the sunscreens. And then you go to the beach and they’re like spraying this chemical cocktail of death on them that causes cancer!

Amandha: And I go, what are you doing? Like are you trying to prevent cancer or cause it? God, I’m confused. Are you confused? Right? And that’s what’s happening. Oh my God, it’s insane. You know, if they spray it on the lawn, like if they spray themselves on the lawn, it’s insane. With that and they walk away in and it doesn’t rain directly You can go back to that spot and the grass will be dead from their spraying on their body.

Amandha: Oh My god, it’s so full of him. It’s just it’s There’s a good one, like, talking, there’s like a good couple links that I have up that are, that talk about studies and all this kind of stuff and skin cancer rates and there’s a lot of great options now. I make one. I made one. I have, actually, it’s probably one of my top products because the one that I make is so good that people say they put it on once.

Amandha: They never burn, they get a bit of tan, and they keep forgetting to put it on. A lot of people forget to reapply, right? But they don’t need to, and they still don’t burn. I had the best success I’ve had is with people who golf, which is also very dangerous because there’s a lot of pesticides in the, you know, in the golf courses.

Amandha: But anyway, so they go golfing and they use the sunscreen, right? So they have their buddies who use the poison crap. So I get all these stories from golfers who come back for it. I have golfers and I have… A lot of builders, a lot of woodworkers or builders, people who are outside doing heavy labor, who love my stuff because they just put it on and they, that’s it for the day, right?

Amandha: And they really appreciate that and they don’t get burnt. And so, yeah, so I had some golfers say, yeah, by the end of the, what’s it, 18 holes? I’m not burnt, they’re burnt and they keep reapplying the poison too. So they’re like really poisoning themselves and they’re getting burnt. So they’re not even preventing.

Amandha: It’s not worth the poison because they’re not preventing the whole point, which is not to get burned, right? So there are wonderful lists of natural products, natural sunscreens that you can use that you’re not poisoning yourself, you’re actually moisturizing the skin and healing the skin and also your diet.

Amandha: Your diet on the inside protects you from getting burnt, too. So, vitamin D, vitamin C coconut oil in you as well cod liver oil and then there’s something called a astaxanthin, or astaxanthin, and it’s a very potent antioxidant, and it’s like an internal sunscreen. You know, it’s really what you’re eating, it’s really your levels of inflammation, and it’s really your internal health.

Amandha: That makes a huge deal. Yeah, right, another common fishing term is people who are out, like, in the reflective sun all day. Like, you don’t want to get burnt, right? I mean, it’s obvious. Like, people say, oh, don’t wear sunscreen, it’s a scam, whatever. I’m like, yeah, but you’re missing the whole point. Like, the sunscreen industry is a scam.

Amandha: Like, the chemical stuff, I get that. But you still burn. Like, I, you know, you can still burn and you don’t want to burn. Like, that’s skin damage. Like, that’s just common sense. So you do want to have a natural alternative so that you can. Like, if you’re at the beach, you can enjoy a full day, or if you’re at a fishing tournament, you can enjoy the whole day and you don’t have to worry, right?

Amandha: So yeah, so I, Sunscreen is one of my favorite products. I think it was the second product they ever made. Yeah, just eating high antioxidant foods. You know, eat healthy and you don’t, you know, hey, it’s one of you. If you eat, the people who come up here where I’m in cottage country. who get eaten the most by mosquitoes and get burnt the most are the ones who are the most toxic.

Amandha: They’re the ones who perfume themselves. They’re the ones that, you know, like they smell like 10, 12 different products and there’s some products that they have off gassing residues that are so disgusting. So even if they smell good originally after they degrade and they stink, they’re horrible smells.

Amandha: And those are the people that get bit. Those are the people that get burnt because, and they’re not eating well. If these, the sick people get. Are the ones that are, you know, not, it’s like they’re not part of nature, or something. And nature goes against them. Nature’s like, take this thing out, this isn’t even natural.

Amandha: Oh my god. Okay, so, did you do chemical sunscreens? Meh. I remember, I was at Wasega Beach, like, last year, and I’m like, I can’t believe this. I can’t believe they’re putting this on their children, like, I was just shocked. I kept wanting to walk around with my own stuff and go, Here, just take mine! Throw that out!

Amandha: Like, I even went to all the beach stores, and not one beach store had a natural one. They only had the oil for tanning, the heavy oil for tanning, or poison! That’s it! They didn’t give any options. I’m like I should market to these people. I might, too. Yeah, zinc oxide is in the natural ones. Like, I put zinc oxide in mine, and it’s a non nano zinc.

Amandha: And non nano zinc doesn’t absorb through the skin. So if the nano zinc’s too small, it actually will go into the skin, and It’s not really good to go into your blood like that, so, so it’s the right type of zinc. And it’s also the oil soap. So, I remember when I was doing chemistry in school, and we did one experiment where we put petri dishes, and we put all different kinds of bacteria on the petri dishes, and then we did different kinds of oils.

Amandha: Oh, on top lotions, oils, sunscreens and whatever. And then we irradiated them, and then we saw which bacteria lived through that experience. So which ones worked to protect them from radiation during different exposure times. And what I found very fascinating was that just about any cream, lotion that exists, It gives you 15 SPF, just about anything, like anything, like just some kind of hand cream will give you 15% sorry, will give you a 15 minute SPF.

Amandha: So I found that very interesting. So then I was researching different oils and different oils have different thicknesses and reflect it the reflection. So they reflect away, right? That’s what zinc oxide is doing. It’s a reflector. And so there’s different awesome oils that do different things like carrot seed oil is a big one.

Amandha: In this product, in sunscreen. And there’s other oils that actually have higher SPF. So what I did in this product is I mixed all these oils together that have all the highest SPF properties and together they have a really super high SPF out of that. And it also seems to just heal the skin to a level or protect the skin to a level where it just doesn’t seem to burn.

Amandha: When I’m out and I’ve experimented with it on myself a lot. And like, you know, if I don’t put it on, I’ll burn, for sure. And usually if I go swimming a lot, I’ll just reapply it one more time just to be on the safe side, because I’m kind of a weighty guy, and I don’t like to burn. Okay.

Amandha: Yeah, I don’t like the ones that have too much zinc oxide because it makes you look white. Mine doesn’t. So that’s a problem with some of the ones, some of the natural ones. I find they’re too heavy in the zinc, and it makes you look like a ghost. So, I don’t put, I rely more on the oils than the zinc as the main, you know, constituent that’s doing the anti burn, right?

Amandha: Or the protection, so that you’re not having to look like a whitey, like extra whitey. Okay, chemical sanity done! Vaseline, isn’t that fun, Vaseline? I can’t believe, like it’s like. I had a customer come in here who said that her doctor told her, because she had head to toe eczema, to put Vaseline on her body, and then cover her body in plastic.

Amandha: Like, this is the kind of stuff, right, that these doctors are telling people to do. I mean, that’s a different kind of party, you know what I mean? That’s a petrochemical. Petrochemicals are cancer, are carcinogens, they give cancer, period. Every petrochemical that you put on your skin, from makeup, to creams, lotions, all those things, go and look at them, and if you have petrochemicals in there, you’re poisoning yourself.

Amandha: None of that should go on your skin. You can get all types of natural substitutes for that. You know, I make an eczema cream that actually helps draw out the eczema, cause that’s just really, the liver is not functioning properly. So, it’s a burden that’s being given to the skin, and I just help the burden come off the skin by draining it out of the skin, using chickweed, and it goes away, you know, and help, and then tell them to stop drinking milk, which, a lot of the inflammation from drinking pro inflammatory things like milk, and wheat, and then they clear up, right?

Amandha: And instead, the doctor says, dang that, the doctor says, wrap the vaseline all over it. Oh, my good lord. Anyway, petroleum products are poison basically it’s like derivative of natural gas. We have so much evidence it’s overwhelming. We’re never meant to breathe, absorb, or ingest any of these oils or petrochemicals.

Amandha: Mineral oil, all that stuff. It’s endocrine disruptor, cancer, all across the board, anti fertility, all across the board. But you go to your, you know, your regular store to buy these things and they’re everywhere. It’s everywhere. Okay? It’s just like some sort of habit. Yeah. Yeah. That this is in, now, this, it’s just agreed upon, it’s just accepted, without question.

Amandha: Even though we have all this evidence, we have a mounting amount of evidence that it’s a poison, right? So they even like try to hide some of this stuff. They’ll change names and they’ll change labels and they’ll pretty it up. But it’s all distilled chemicals. We’re petro saturated. We can’t get away from it.

Amandha: It’s so everywhere. Like we put it in our cars, we put it in our bodies, we put it in our, all our products. It’s so everywhere. We can’t get away from it. We can’t get away from the formaldehyde and the chlorinated solvents in these. All these flame retardants and all these phthalates and all this stuff, I mean, it’s making people sick guys.

The Top 20 Recap, Natural Alternatives, and Closing Remarks

Amandha: So, so if you want to clean up your life and you want to be healthy and you want to prevent disease, you have to look at these things that I’ve talked about in this video and you have to switch them out and be aware of where they are in your foods, in your clothing, in your products that you buy every day, products that you use for cleaning, all this stuff.

Amandha: Stuff you put in your mouth, stuff you put on you. You have to reduce that. You can control that. You see, that’s the thing. That’s the empowerment. You can actually control that. You can take control of this and you can make these changes. And if they’re not hard, you can reduce your chemical exposure.

Amandha: But if you’re not knowledgeable, you’re just poisoning yourself every single day. And you will then get that diagnosis at the doctor. Oh, or you’ll be like, why can’t we get pregnant? Or why my children? Now I’m setting my children up for all kinds of problems. I’m curious. Yes. How fertile children will be now.

Amandha: The amount of vaccines they’re getting right out of birth, and plus all this poison, and then the food dyes, and then the unnatural flavors, and all this stuff. They’re like, where are their go nads gonna be? So, let’s just stop buying all the junk and toxic products, and use safe, non toxic products and materials that don’t pollute the environment, and don’t pollute ourselves.

Amandha: Please. That’s the take home message here. Alright? Okay, how many did I do? Did I do 20? Chocolate soda, mystery meat, 1, 2. White bread, 3. Trans fats, 4. 5 table salts, 6. Synthetic fragrances, 7. Deodorant, 8. TV, 9. Toothpaste, 10. Tap water, 11. My what’s that? Margarine. Yeah, I can do that already. Microwaves, what’s that?

Amandha: 11, 12, 13, MSG, 14, pesticides, 15, clean products, 16, white sugar, high-fructose corn syrup. We sort of touched on it. There’s a ton of info on that one. Food dyes. Where am I? 17 food dyes, 18 artificial flavors, 19 chemical sunscreens, and 20 Vaseline. I should put that as a theme song. There’s a really good Stone Temple Pilots song called Vaseline.

Amandha: Okay! And then my final bonus 21 is DO NOT FREAKING VACCINATE! Okay, that’s pretty much the top 20 you want to change your lifestyle, you want to get these things out of your house. It’s really that simple. So look, so go around, I invite you to go around and look at everything, just survey everything you’re using and everything you’re doing and just start to, just don’t be overwhelmed, just take it in stride.

Amandha: You know, you, I make you know, the, like the, instead to clean the windows, I just use a vinegar with water together. I find that’s the best, you don’t get streaks. And you can use newspaper to what, wash it, and you don’t get any fuzzies and stuff. It really cleans up the glass nice. There’s so many, there’s probably like the most amazing Facebook groups that are supportive like this.

Amandha: There’s probably so much out there to help you clean and green up your life for real and not be tricked into like, you know, greenwashed products as well because there’s a lot of that. And that’s what happened to me. So I started my business because I was seeing a lot of greenwashing and I couldn’t find these things that were 100 percent all natural, no esters, no alcohols, no petroleum products like nada, no preservatives, nothing.

Amandha: So I did. And you know what else I found is there’s more to preservation with vibration. So specific vibration preserves longer. So I use a fourth a fourth 32 tuning fork when I’m setting all my products. And I find that when I did tests where I did without and with, Um, that the tuning fork vibrations product had a much longer shelf life.

Amandha: So I think we’re going to get into an era where we’re understanding frequency and vibration even more and how that can actually change the nature of the product itself. Like, you know, Dr. Imoto would have this picture behind me all the time. And this is from Dr. Imoto. This is a water crystal.

Amandha: And it says, we love water. We thank water. We respect water. We are all water. We are all one. And what he was basically trying to say is that our, the vibration of us and the way that we are inside of us, that, that’s what creates our crystallization. That’s what creates the output from us. Right. And when he studied water, let’s say he said to the water, I love you.

Amandha: You’re beautiful. You have a really nice butt, or whatever. Then he, and then they’d measure it when it would start to freeze. That, it would have a very unique crystal pattern that was repeatable. So you say the same thing again, you get a similar crystal. And he would. So if they said something negative to it, they would find that it wouldn’t crystallize.

Amandha: Or you know, that’s important information. There’s other scientists that have repeated his work. So there’s, you know, There’s more to it as well, right, the way that you treat the product, the way that you feel when you engage with it, all these things, they all interplay in each other. So this is a takeaway message on vibration and also why I was saying, you know, the TV, what does that do to the waters of you?

Amandha: You’re mainly water. What are those frequencies doing to you? To your, the water of your body. What are all these chemicals doing to you? To your body? How would you crystallize? If someone took water out of you and did this test on you, what would it look like? Would it be pretty? Would it crystallize? Or would it not crystallize at all?

Amandha: Because I bet half the toxic people wouldn’t crystallize at all. On that note, I love you all. Thank you for joining me. Thank you for this journey of education. And putting up with my little quirky, my quirkiness and my… Sometimes bad language and dirty jokes. Yeah, I’m kind of like that. So, again, if you wanna, if you want alternative products, I have a lot on my website.

Amandha: So that’s yummymummyapothecary. com and If you have any questions, you know, feel free to email your message to me about substitutes for any of these things. I will post all the studies in the link on the YouTube link, so in the link below or in the description below I’ll give you that. And you know, thank you for all my subscribers supporting me, that’s really great because my whole point of doing this is to try to get it out there so when you like and subscribe, Then, or share, then I, you know, it’s like people can find out, like, more of this, because I just, I feel the more of us do this, then the voice gets louder, and people hear it, and people who are getting sick and tired of being sick and tired, then they know that there’s hope, that they can do these things, that they can change things in their lifestyle that make a difference, and If you do these 20 things, like saying, you know, give it a few months and like really do this, you will see a difference in your vitality.

Amandha: You will see things clear up in your life, you know, and you’ll reduce your, whatever your complaints are, you will see a reduction in those complaints. You know, so that’s, it’s a big deal and you will teach your children as well all about this. So you can use it as a learning or teaching tool. Okay? So thanks again and we’ll see you next time.

Amandha: I will be doing a video soon on diabetes and my next series in VA on vaccines. And whatever else, you know, God instructs me to talk about. I’ll do so. That’s how I roll. Okay. Bye for now. Have a wonderful rest of your day.
