The 40 Year Debate: Germ vs. Terrain
The 40 Year Debate: Germ vs. Terrain
Video Overview
Amandha Vollmer (ADV) explains how questioning the ‘medical norms’ can lead us to a more holistic understanding of our health.
The full video can be found here: Full Video
Amandha unpacks the history of medical practices, questioning the scientific validity and ethical implications of past experiments. She addresses the all-too-common approach of symptom suppression in modern medicine, where experimental and off-label drugs become the go-to solutions without fully understanding their effects.
We need a paradigm shift, one where we listen to our bodies and address the root causes of illness rather than merely fighting and suppressing our symptoms.
