Terrain-Based Healing and DMSO: Amandha Vollmer (ADV) with Dr. John Bergman

Terrain-Based Healing and DMSO: Video Overview

In this discussion of terrain-based healing and DMSO, Amandha Vollmer (ADV) joins Dr. John Bergman to examine how the framework used to interpret symptoms changes the way a case is approached. ADV begins with the experiences that shaped her path through energy medicine, homeopathy and naturopathic training, then explains how her first strong response to DMSO led her into the research and eventually to writing Healing with DMSO.

The conversation then moves from theory into application. ADV explains her view of DMSO as a transdermal, synergistic compound and discusses pain, inflammation, movement of waste and nutrients, medication interactions and why she begins slowly when the terrain is already burdened. She and Dr. Bergman connect these ideas with their broader terrain interpretation of microbes, symptoms and adaptation. Their statements challenging conventional germ theory reflect the speakers’ perspective and differ from current infectious-disease consensus.

The final portion returns to the person rather than the diagnosis. ADV discusses cleansing responses, individual variation and the Doctor Yourself framework she has been developing. She describes self-reflection and chronology as practical tools: ask when the problem began, what happened beforehand and whether the body has enough support before increasing detoxification or adding another remedy.

What You’ll Learn About Terrain-Based Healing and DMSO

  • How ADV’s early experiences, naturopathic training and first encounter with DMSO shaped her terrain-based approach
  • How ADV and Dr. Bergman interpret microbes, adaptation and symptoms through a terrain framework
  • How ADV describes DMSO’s transdermal and synergistic properties in relation to inflammation and tissue transport
  • Why medication interactions and gradual introduction enter her discussion of DMSO use
  • What ADV describes as cleansing responses and why she considers magnesium, elimination and the individual’s existing terrain
  • How personal history, lifestyle and present condition influence the way she approaches a protocol

  • How questions such as when a problem began and what happened beforehand are used to build chronology and investigate the case

Important Context & Safety

Educational context: This video presents Amandha Vollmer and Dr. John Bergman’s terrain-based perspectives, personal experiences and discussion of DMSO. Their statements rejecting conventional germ theory and describing microbes primarily through a terrain framework differ from current infectious-disease consensus. Many microbes are harmless or beneficial and contribute to healthy microbiomes, while some pathogens can invade tissues and cause infection.

DMSO is discussed in connection with topical application, medication reduction, detoxification and serious health conditions. Current U.S. prescription labelling identifies RIMSO-50, a 50% DMSO solution, for intravesical use in the symptomatic relief of interstitial cystitis and states that DMSO has not been approved for other indications.

Medical emergencies: Information in this video should not be used to delay emergency assessment or treatment for symptoms of stroke, heart attack, serious head injury or another medical emergency.

Introduction: DMSO, Terrain-Based Health, and ADV’s Early Path

Dr. John Bergman: Welcome to this episode and this is exciting. DMSO and terrain-based healthcare, terrain-based healthcare. It’s a hell of a lot better than terrain theory with Dr. Amandha Vollmer Now Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Biotechnology. Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, author of Healing with DMSO, herbalist Natural Medicine formulator Health Advocate, proprietor of a YumNaturals Emporium DMSO.store. And Yummy. Doctor Website. Yummy. Doctor website. You gotta love that. Doc, so glad to meet you now for those just meeting you. What led to your discoveries in DMSO and terrain-based health?

Amandha: Well, can I first say that you’re like one of my top heroes? Okay like I am so excited here, like it’s because I’m been watching for like a decade and you know, you were an inspiration for me way back when and also your humor and the way you speak and your, just your knowledge and it is just, yeah, very inspiring to me. Especially when I was just getting sort of my feet wet you know, doing videos and I was always like, True Health Tuesdays. Like, I was always excited for that, you know? So anyway, I just wanted to start with that this is really exciting for me.

Dr. John Bergman: God bless you.

Amandha: and yeah, what you do is incredible and I wish there were more doctors like you out there and I’m sure you run off your feet with, with clients as I am and it’s just a, it’s an insane world, but we’re doing the best we can despite the insanity. So yeah, I just wanna mention of that.

Dr. John Bergman: I love that way. You say, despite the insanity cause that’s exactly what it is. Yeah. I mean they’ve been talking about you know, germ theory. That is a theory. Terrain is the fact.

Amandha: Yeah. Yeah. Well, I mean the, sorry, what was your question?

Dr. John Bergman: Oh, okay. For those just meeting you, what led you to this?

Amandha: Oh, led me to it?

Dr. John Bergman: Oh yeah. My fellow warrior doc. I mean, you know, ’cause so many people, they don’t know about DMSO and coupling that with the terrain how the body works. What started you on that pathway?

Amandha: I just go back to birth, man. Like seriously, I feel like I was. When I was little, I was very spiritually tuned in. Okay and I started to pick up things that other people didn’t just in my nature and I think that helped a lot. The way I see my world, the way I learn. I was always curious. I always wanted to read. I felt like it was my duty as an incarnate being to like learn everything I possibly could. I have no idea where I got that idea from, but that I actually would walk into libraries and go, I have to read all these books. That’s a lot of books and poor little innocent me thinking I have to know everything, like when I was little, but it ended up that when I was, you know, very young animals would just, you know, come to me, they would just find me like sick or dying animals. I would, I just thought this was normal. This happened to all kinds of people and I naturally started to heal them with just my hands. Like, just give them light and send them love and, you know, well wishes and these kinds of things, or help them transition, whatever it was. And that’s kind of how the animal aspect began and the natural understanding that we are very powerful. My father also had those hot hands, the healing hands where he would naturally lay his hands on people and I felt intuitively that this is what we are. We’re naturally able to self-regulate, we’re naturally able to, you know, connect with our inner power and use that. And so that was all the early beginnings. Then I witnessed all of my grandparents routinely being. I would say murdered by the, you know, the cartel, the medical cartel with you know, the prevention and the blood pressure meds and the, you know, the cocktail that they have to get on all the elders for their marketing scheme. Right and I only had three grandparents that I knew and, I witnessed that and I said, they killed, they killed them. What is this, what is going on here? Like, this can’t be good. And that gave me the suspicions to, you know, start deep question questioning of that, you know, industry. So that was like another layer of foundation, you know. And I began because of the hands-on stuff, I actually was more interested at the beginning of like en all kinds of energy healing. I trained in every form of Reiki you can imagine. I learned about color therapy, I learned about dowsing, I learned about radionics and like, Rife machines and all of this sort of frequency healing was all the first stuff that I was really geeking out to and then the next stage was homeopathy because it sort of lends off of that, right? As an energy medicine and then to, you know, plants and I would be like that local. You know, person that everyone would knock on the back door, say, Hey, you know, I’m feeling sick and I would just put little care package together for them and send them on their way. And that was like, when I was living in Edmonton, that was like a well-known thing and I took a homeopathic animal course and then I was gonna go into holistic veterinary medicine from there. So that was already set. And I already knew about vaccines. I already knew about you know, all the, I knew about the marketing, I knew about the big, I knew about the Rockefeller industry. I like, I kind of was there already from my reading and then I went through naturopathic college that, you know, I asked my mentor, Dr. Steven Marsden he was like a genius. Okay. He was like, like idiots run from him because like, he was like a magnet of genius and I couldn’t believe how much he had studied. I couldn’t believe. What he was able to do, like he’d bring an animal would be carried in half dead and it would walk out like nothing happened and I’m, he’s put in acupuncture needles in these animals and stuff at us, blown away. But he said, why don’t just go to naturopathic college and if you wanna do vet stuff later, you still can. And as an naturopath you can still, you know, support animal health and that sort of thing. So that’s where I began that particular journey and it was eye open, eye-opening there too, because you know as much as and I’m sure you’ve experienced this in your profession, that there’s still like a lot of. False information embedded, even in, even there, like with vaccine support, right? And germ theory and that sort of thing. And in school is when I started to question about that I couldn’t resolve the idea of viruses and then the knowledge of isopathy or homeopathy. And they just, it just didn’t like, so are we killing a germ? Like, what are we doing here? I did, I, it just, there was an incongruence there and. That was just the back of my mind. Then I read a book called Vibrational Medicine by Dr. Richard Gerber. That one really set me on the tone of studying more about like how we heal, how we recover, and then that shifted my mind and how I’m thinking about, you know, disease and healing. And then later on I’m starting my work and I have had a baby at that point and I happen to be in health food store. I see this little bottle of DMSO and I’d only heard it mentioned once in school, sports medicine. Good, good for pain. Wrote it down. That’s it, that’s all I had. I’m like, I should have this for my store. You know, I should have, I should have some because I wanted to make sure I had everything available for people. And it sat for a while until I first started to use it, and I couldn’t believe the effect. When you have a strong effect on your body, you’re like, okay, whoa, what is this and then I went into a deep dive of studies. I read like the first 50 studies, I was blown away. I couldn’t believe this wasn’t more known. I read about some of the sordid history and then I just did one video and it was the only one I think ever that really went, you know, viral. The only viruses we have were the videos and it kind of went from there. I had a publisher contact me, say, would you like to write a book about this? And I jumped on the opportunity because I had read a lot and I hadn’t found just a very simple guide that made it feel okay to use right where you’re comfortable, you know enough to not do it wrong and there were recipes and just a real like, user guide for it in the layman’s terms. And of course I didn’t write it in layman’s terms originally. So I had to go back and rewrite it and then things just went from there where I started to formulate with it because I was already making. All kinds of products, natural products and I thought, Hmm, it has a wonderful synergy. Why don’t I start playing around with it? And I have a whole chemistry background, and it was incredible what I learned and I’m using it in all kinds of different ways now that I don’t think anyone else is. I haven’t found anyone else in the world so far that is mixing with it like I am. And it is, you know, it’s legal, not legal. Like there’s this weird gray area around it. So there’s a lot of loopholes, which is a good thing.

Germ Theory, Adaptation, Symptoms, and Pleomorphism

Dr. John Bergman: Oh yeah, yeah and you’re not, you’re not gonna find it like oral grade or anything like that. It’s just DMSO, you know? Right. It’s the byproduct. But it’s been used for forever. Yeah. I gotta tell you’re an international educator. You talk about terrain-based health and the false germ theory, you gotta get crap for that because people think that germs cause disease. They don’t. I mean one of my instructors would say, you know, you’re two thirds bug, you know, we’re an ecosystem. No germ is a predator. They’re scavengers. So what are the common habits that you see modern habits that are disrupting our balance, and I love your terms strengthening steps.

Amandha: Yeah, yeah, there’s a lot of that going on out there. I mean, since, you know, Fovid we’ll call it the amount of antibacterial use if we were to look at statistics went through the roof, and that’s just causing more problems and you can’t kill something that needs to live in order for you to live it. It’s just like going against the laws of this place to try to kill like this and what’s gonna happen as actually, I learned a lot from you as far as physiology in terms of holistic thinking as the key term being adaptation. Okay. Adaptation. They will, everything will adapt to the circumstance in order to maintain life as best as possible. It’s not out to get you, it’s not there to, you know, to do you dirty. It’s there because it has to be there. And if you alter it in the sense where you are making it difficult to do its job, it has to make a workaround and it will make freaky workarounds too. Like that’s your MRSA and your, you know, it’s your hospital acquired stuff because those places are supposed to be sterile. Yeah good luck with that. But you know, when I studied the nurse Florence Nightingale, right? Like, she was incredible. She was one of my first ones where I was like, she was like tuned into something, you know?

Co-host: Mm-hmm.

Amandha: She’s like, Hey, we opened the windows and everyone got better. Like, wow. You know? Like sunlight. Yeah and it was like, and the thing is in that one case where she had soldiers in this room and one had like, a fe just a bad fever, another was diagnosed with like rheumatic fever and there was all different levels of it. And then one by one, they just all started getting worse and worse till they were all diagnosed with rheumatic fever and she was like, what? How could this happen? Like if they caught a germ that caused a thing? And then like, are they all just contagious? Well, no, because she realized that they were in stagnant air and rebreathing the toxins that were coming off of them through their breath because the process by which they were experiencing the symptoms, like symptoms are actually showing us how we’re healing. That was the expression of the waste that was all being bottled up in the room and everyone was just rebreathing the same crap and getting sicker and sicker and sicker until she cleared the actual air. Had nothing to do with the microbe, you know, and it was just like stories like that over and over again. What really concretized like my understanding and then I went deep into, you know, the geeky science stuff, the things that you and I are trained in to read the studies and it is an advantage because a lot of people lay, people aren’t trained in the lingo, the languaging and the methodologies can be very confusing but I started to read right down to the nitty gritty, and I’m like, they haven’t isolated anything that like what are these experiments and. And being in like a very good actually like our, our professor was really really great at explaining the rigors of doing proper science and when I poured through that, this is like pseudoscience, I was like, this is pseudoscience. Where are the controls? Where’s your follow through with conscious postulates? Where’s your proof like, where the hell am I looking at? Really? It was shocking and I think that’s where a lot of my confidence came from too, about it, you know, so you’re right. I get a lot of flack for it, but I’m like, do you just show me a paper that proves that? You’ve really characterized and isolated this and this is not just junk science adding antibiotics into a medium on a Petri dish and pretending you’re creating something here. If we have so many virus particles all throughout our bodies, like if we have billions or trillions, then it shouldn’t be hard to grab some and then put it in another host that’s healthy and get the disease you’re looking for and you should be able to do that repeated as science states. Right. But they, that’s not how any of this happens and it wasn’t until Dr. Stefan Lanka, who was really my big eyeopener mm-hmm. You know, about 2016, 2017. That was when a lot of big awakening happened for me. I was like, and he was doing it, he was doing the science. He’s like, look, I can, I can have a healthy cell and put it in a Petri dish and I can shock the crap out of it, and I can put all kinds of antibiotics and drugs in there, and I can make whatever I think I want out of that. I could create measles, I could create, you know, you name the virus, HIV, whatever I could make, he could make it just by giving the conditions that would break down the cell in just so away, because all these particles are, are just cytopathic debris essentially. Right. So like,

Dr. John Bergman: oh my. Anyway. My God. When you mentioned Stefan Lanka, I mean, you know, you’re looking at the guy, what did he offer a hundred thousand dollars if you could prove that measles virus exists and that measles virus causes measles?

Amandha: Yes.

Dr. John Bergman: And he won in court?

Amandha: Yes, he won. He won on appeals. ’cause all the, they’ll come anyone in court. It’s like, you want an appeals relax? Okay. Yes. Yeah. Like, I mean by doing that and following through and saying, okay, well do your full controls, then you wanna prove it to me. Run the controls properly. And he’s like, oh, you won’t, then I will. And he’s like, see, it’s bogus. Alright? And if you take a blood product from somebody and you inject it into somebody else, you’re gonna get a reaction. And they kind of, they bank on magic it, if it really is it, right? Like pastures first magic trick was rabies, right? When he strapped that poor dog to his pole in the middle of the street, you know, everyone watching and injected the dog and then it frothed the mouth and died a horrible death in front of people. Like nice guy by the way. And but that was supposed to be science proving that rabies is real, right? And but what did he do? He took a rabbit brain and grounded up and put God knows what else in it and put it in a syringe and injected into that poor dog’s brain. What do you think is going to happen when you poison the nervous system? You’re gonna froth at the mouth and seize, right? And that was, that was the magic trick and once I started to see through the show, you know, I saw the magic tricks, card trick, you know, behind the back kind of thing. That was it and it goes on to other things that are not even just so-called microscopic or we have to just, you know, trust me bro on that. Like parasites too. Bacteria too, right. And the same idea, right as you said, those, those are scavengers. That’s how nature works. Stuff dies. Then other stuff has to eat it to make it down to little bits so we can remake stuff and that’s what’s happening in the body. So any of those things found in the body are working. Doing a job doesn’t mean there’s not problems, doesn’t mean there’s not other issues around all of those things. Alright? I’m not like, people are like, oh, you’re infection denier. I don’t know what like, it’s like, but what is that? Like, what is an infection like in like even the word I rebuke because it’s not really about where it even came from because we create that, like we have an entire cell lineage called somatids or pleomorphic in our bodies. That modern science almost wholly ignores. I’ve only found two studies really on that topic and, hey, there’s a 16 stage pleomorphic cycle that runs in your body. Guys, do we wanna talk about it? Because that’s what goes. You know, into motion when the cleanup crew has to get working and it gets very specific about what it wants to create to get the job done given the terrain condition. So the pH will dictate what’s, what monster, if you will, is coming to like, eat that mess, that buffet that you made for yourself and the same goes with parasites. So everyone chasing parasites and all that and I used to do that too ’cause I, you know, it’s an, it’s an. An an envelope of opening of like awareness. Okay. Common layers when you come out to something so big. So it’s okay everybody, it’s okay if you know, believed something different before we, this is how we grow and learn. Right. So

Dr. John Bergman: you changed the belief systems. I mean, when you said symptoms are the body healing and all modern medicine is doing is killing the symptoms.

Amandha: Yeah. [unclear]. Yeah.

Dr. John Bergman: Oh, good God. I love your thought process. I mean, when you look at, all the symptoms all the everything’s for a drug. I had a patient, and this happens, I know it happens to you a lot too. It’s got to, somebody brings the CBC or complete blood cell count and they say, oh, look at these values, these, these, you know, you know, what’s wrong? What can I do? And I said, no, there’s your body responding correctly based on the stimulus.

Amandha: Yeah.

Dr. John Bergman: It’s, it’s not a, not a, we’re not looking for a disease. We’re looking for how the body’s responding to regenerate.

Amandha: Exactly.

DMSO: Transdermal Delivery, Inflammation, and Drug Interactions

Dr. John Bergman: It’s a totally different thing. I mean, some holistic practitioners, you know, recommend DMSO to get off of pain relievers or pain meds. I, it does a hell of a lot more than that, but what are your, what are your thoughts? How do you use DMSO?

Amandha: I mean, that’s why I wrote a book. That’s why I’m doing like master classes on it because the wonderful thing about, so in and of itself, okay, DMSO has its own properties and supports and major, yes, you mentioned pain, but it’s, it’s really an inflammatory controller. It is transdermal, which means you don’t need, it’s not a suppressant because you don’t need the inflammation if you can get traffic, right? If you can get in and out of a tissue right through the transdermal nature and you have a, an assistant basically helping you through why do you need the inflammatory process? You don’t, because the whole point there is to open up and engorge the tissue and help things to move and mobilize, right? The swelling and the liquids that come into those areas, and you don’t need as much of that when you have something that’s helping the roads, you know, go back and forth, get the waste out and the nutrition in and the repair done, and then it p it plays nice with others. Okay that’s the most incredible season. It really does, like, it’s a synergistic compound and it binds with a small, low molecular weight, anything, which is where people get scared, right. Because it can bind with the things you don’t want too. Sometimes, like, aluminum, if you, if you go and mix it with the rest, like, don’t do that. But like if you go and mix it with a poison right, then yeah, it’ll carry some of that part that poison in or whatever. I think there was like a Colombo show or something where I, or some sort of mystery murder mystery show where they had like their snake poison with DMSO and they put it on the steering wheel and then the guy drove and died. Right or I think it was that MD show. Anyway, so the point is that’s where the fear, a lot of the fear and misinformation kind of comes along but what I found is that even if you were say, poisoned DMSO, because its relationship with water, it seems to always want to assist the releases. It always wants to help with a repair process. It’s not like it’s just turned into the dark side and now it wants to like, make destruction. It. Like that’s what I found with mixing with, you know, people are taking drugs, we’re trying to work to get them off of them and so forth and then I have ’em start on really low dose DMSO going very slow and they can, if they’re paying attention to their drug, what it looks like, if they’re overdosing, then they can slowly start to come down and use the DMSO to enhance what they already have and help the liver or kidneys or whatever organ is releasing the most do so, and it’s a little bit different with each of those compounds. But I’ve never found any issue, meaning I’ve never found like, that they, somebody really gets in a bad position or in a death, you know, situation by doing so, like you really would have to work at it to get there. There was a case of one woman who the only woman ever who died related to DMSO, and I think she drank like a ridiculous amount of pure DMSO undiluted and she was on a lot of drugs, a lot of medications, and she was trying, my god, to actually kill herself like that and that was way back in the seventies. Okay. So that’s like the only ever recorded, you know, death associated with and it’s because it’s that safe and the body knows what to do with it and it’s in some foods it’s, you go seaside, it’s coming off the algae. You know, our bodies recognize it and know how to metabolize it. And yeah, as I said, it plays nice with others, so now it’s gonna help delivery, right? You take a botanical or a vitamin or whatever, it’s gonna help delivery. So you don’t even need as much. They even mix it with chemo in some places because you don’t need as much chemo. Not that I support that at all, but I’m saying like, for those, doing it. If only they would read their own studies and offset the chemo with DMSO, they’ll get the DMSO benefits and they’ll need way less of the mustard gas to, you know, suppress the tumor and hopefully the body will recover naturally if you stop the poison and continue the DMSO.

Dr. John Bergman: Oh my god, I’m getting your book. Okay. The way you talk is freaking brilliant. I mean, I mean, you know, I’m an an obsessive learner too, and people will say, well, DMSO is an anti-inflammatory and I say, not really. It really facilitates it and your simple explanation of where it increases the fluid flow, because you don’t need that the whole point of the swelling and inflammation is to repair the tissue. Yeah. So it just facilitates it. So you don’t need that extra fluid in there. It helps that I’m getting your book.

Amandha: I’ll give you a signed copy. How about that?

Dr. John Bergman: I, it’s going on my shelf, I’m telling you right now, and I got a big, huge library at, at my Huntington Beach office. It’s, it’s fun. It’s open library, every, everybody can borrow your book. I’m reading the questions here, but what signs does the body give off? Cleansing, repairing rather than failing it, before we get into this, before we get into this, I got a patient whose uncle is going to, wants to build a hospital in Thailand, but a germ free hospital.

Cleansing Responses, Magnesium, and Individual Terrain

Amandha: Wow.

Dr. John Bergman: And I said, that’ll work. You can do it as long as you don’t let humans in

Amandha: Yeah. Or

Dr. John Bergman: anything, you know. Yeah. ’cause I mean, they’re covered in their two thirds bug. It, but I mean, you get people that are somewhat, you know, that highly educated and really stupid in certain areas.

Amandha: Yeah, I call that it the intellectual idiot.

Dr. John Bergman: Well said. Well said cause it doesn’t make sense when a body is cleansing and repairing, like we just used one of, one of our dogs and we were talking animals before we started, but I got five dogs and five cats and two peacocks and one of the dogs was in a horrible dog fight. I mean, you know, you’re talking big old huge puncture wounds, tear, and we’re doing, you know, topical iodine and we’re mixing DMSO and water and giving it, and they loved it, but we’re talking, the healing was incredible. And you know, I see that in dogs. I see that in, in people. But for everyone, what are some of the signs that the body gives for the cleaning, repairing rather than failing?

Amandha: Well, for one you have to know what you’re dealing with, kind of going in because like, what are your exposures? First of all, right? Like, are you someone who’s regularly cleansing? Are you someone who eats, tries to eat well exercises, you know, maybe not perfect, but does their best? Then most likely when you start to use something that’s gonna stir anything up or start to move things like metals well first of all, you always start slow with any new regime that’s just baseline. But what you’re going to, what you’re gonna notice things can move. Right? And when that happens, your body needs other substances. I usually tell people to magnesium load, both topically and internally before they’re gonna start any detox program because your liver depends on magnesium for as a catalyst. And if you’re low, then things are kind of sluggish and slow and it doesn’t, you know, things will mobilize, but then they could recirculate and you don’t feel that well, which means you could be tired, you could get a headache you could feel nauseous, you could have runny bowels, you could get a rash because the skin’s being used to push out the toxins instead of going through the liver. And so those are like what you’ll see often. In a, like a, what they call a detox reaction sort of scenario. And what’ll happen is that will clear up as you make the corrections in the metabolism. You put in the substances that will assist the liver to clear, then that will go away and so if you see someone who’s going through any of those symptoms and you know, you support the organs of elimination, that should clear up if it’s a, you know, really bad synopsis where someone is really doing poorly, you’re already way, way past a lot of those symptoms. Like you’re into like the fibromyalgia pictures or, you know, you’re already kind of, maybe even at cancer states and stuff, like you’re, there’s a lot of weakness. There’s a lot, maybe there’s rapid weight loss. That kind of, you know, very sallow looking. You can take their tongue and pulse like I’m trained in Chinese medicine. So you can really look at their tongue, you can look at under their eyes are, see how depleted they are and you have to be very careful in situations like that because you have to build them up very slowly and gently so that you don’t burn out more of their kidney energy just trying to get anywhere, you know, and that can set them back. So it really just depends on what snapshot you’re seeing of that individual. Their kind of, their lifestyle is why it’s good to question before you just, you know, throw things around. Like you, I actually have a course for this that the very first course I always suggest, it’s a self-reflection course where they walk through and they just start to ask themselves some questions about their lifestyles cause people just don’t really do that enough. You know, like, am I taking care of myself? Like, am I pooping every day? You know, and like, oh yeah, maybe I did eat one too many pieces of cheesecake, you know, or whatever and so, like, just to get some self-awareness and then you can really apply a lot of these holistic you know, remedies and the awareness in a capacity that you won’t set yourself back a little bit where you’re, you know, flatten your, sometimes you need to be in your bed for three days, but, you know, a lot of the times you’re just going through a cleansing response and you wanna just do it without having the throw off symptoms where it’s really just showing that it’s not clearing properly and it’s trying to find another route out. Might go through the lungs, might try to go through skin, whatever, instead of how it should go out, which is, you know, bowels mostly.

Individualized Care, Learning, and Spiritual Development

Dr. John Bergman: When people are listening to you, if you look at the standard thing, and this is one of the things that I’ve gotta challenge teaching my doctors, I say, diagnosis is foolish, and you’ve got 10 people with fibromyalgia, 10 people with rheumatoid arthritis, 10 people with whatever. Okay do they all have the same lifestyle? Everything else? You’re talking about individualizing care, and then during that care, you’re monitoring that individual for how they’re cleansing and detoxing and absorbing the nutrients and everything by looking at an objective analysis. Yeah no doctors do that. No. I mean, well, well, I mean, you know, I’m talking the MDs, you know, the net, the normal ones like, you know, you and me. This is like standard practice that where did you, where did you learn that? Because I know when you’re in school. Like for me, I would, I had revelations when I was doing the human dissection. They’d be saying, oh yeah, arthritis happens when you’re old and I’m looking at an 80-year-old cadaver and there’s no arthritis. Look at a 20-year-old cadaver and there’s arthritis at different segments. So they don’t know you had to, what was the revelations in school that turned you into a brilliant doctor and, not just one that’s regurgitating information.

Amandha: Well, I was a bit of a weirdo. Oh God, I wanna hug you. I have a really, really, like my worldview is very humorous and I was like thinking I wanted to be a standup comic at some point and I don’t know if you guys had this in school, but in naturopathic college we had our naturopathic cafes and many of us have multiple other talents, and you’d get on stage and show your talents and one of them was, I did a standup routine one one year, and I pissed off every teacher and board member. I could see their faces in the audience and everyone else is howling. Oh man, that was so much fun. I wish it was recorded. It wasn’t recorded. But I, that’s like a question. I don’t know how I can answer, but I did have like a spiritual experience in the year 2000 I had I was. I went to California, I went to Zora, California, right on the border down to Mexico, where your clinics are and stuff. And I went to this non-denominational monastery just as a retreat. My friends were there, they invited me. Then we were gonna drive up the coast, see the redwoods and all that, and go back to Alberta that way. And I was living in Montreal, and I was miserable. I was just a miserable sod. You don’t, you didn’t wanna know me then I was just like, couldn’t get a job to save my skin. Like I had this degree and I put out a hundred resumes and I got like one pervert who, who I could’ve got the job if I did things I shouldn’t do. You know, like, I was like, what is this? Like, I’m like, okay, obviously God has another path for me. So, I took the offer and it was wonderful. I was there for about a month and it was basically meditation, you know, three, four times a day. Eating super squeaky clean and you’re basically sunbathing all day long. And I had, and I read this Tibetan text and I did this exercise, I’ve talked about this before on different things, but I had this like kundalini kind of rush through my center body and my eyes and my, all my eyes opened and I just saw that we’re all one and that everything is okay and this is like a place for learning and I don’t know, it just changed the way I thought about my whole world. And as happens through sort of big realizations, my life fell apart after that cause everyone thought I had lo I’d cracked and I became like that, you know, annoying spiritual chi, new agey chick for a while. But it’s a phase. It’s just a phase. Okay god, everyone just wants to pigeonhole you. It’s like, man, I’m growing. All right. Like, let me, so, and then I was just like really tuned in to all kinds of stuff and I was studying Tibetan Buddhism very deeply and for a couple years, and then I went traveling. I saw the world. Maybe it’s just all those pieces coming together and just question, always questioning my reality. I would say Buckminster Fuller was like a good, really good role model for that for me, because he was the one kind of like, put that in my mind about, you know, there’s like the people of the sea and the people of the land and like the, it was just this interesting way of looking at the world of how we’ve been sort of taken over by, by pirates essentially. And so I started to, I was like suspicious of everything. And I didn’t even smoke any drugs. I was the cleanest girl. I didn’t drink. And do drugs. I was like a teetotaler, man. And I just, and except for acid. Okay. A little bit of that. But that was like, wait, that was, that was just a moment. So maybe it was the acid, John. Maybe that’s my mind

Dr. John Bergman: expanding.

Amandha: That’s what it was. Whatever it is.

Dr. John Bergman: Thank you, God. Thank you God

Amandha: Thank you, God. Okay. Yes.

Doctor Yourself: Self-Reflection, Fear, and Self-Responsibility

Dr. John Bergman: Okay. So now, now you got, your patients are the same as mine. Okay. They come in and they’re, they’re lied to. Okay. And they’re, they’re, they have this victim mentality, or, or it runs in my family. It’s genetic. You know, they just don’t know what caused it. How do you, how do you get that self-responsibility? I mean, I tell ’em, your body’s adapting correctly. Okay. Based on what the heck you’ve done. What and you’re talking more about people developing their own abilities to sense illness. What are your techniques I want, I wanna use ’em.

Amandha: Well, so

Dr. John Bergman: I thought about hitting people in the head with a two by four, but you know that

Amandha: it’s a little rough.

Dr. John Bergman: Yeah.

Amandha: I mean, it probably would, would be effective though. But like I would say, so what happened is I got burnt out. Okay. I got burnt out as a practitioner. I saw 19 clients one day. Okay. And I literally dissociated, I’m not kidding. I was like floating outta my body and I’m going, wow. Hmm. Maybe I’m working too hard, you know, single mom business making products, like seeing 19 clients a day, like, whoa and I had this moment where I had just sit with myself and go, I don’t know if this one-on-one what I’m doing is really healthy for me and I did see a lot of my naturopathic, you know, colleagues die young from the being very giving and loving constantly and forgetting the self in that. And I had to find the balance. So what I designed in Yummy. Doctor, so my website there has a membership. Portal and I do lives and all that kind of stuff. But what I’ve been developing, I’ve already done the beta testing is like a 12 step, 12 step to doctoring yourself. And it’s really about the, in fixing the inversion of this place. Okay and dropping the fear, just dropping the programming that everything is scary because how many times have we walked people off ledges of fear and it, and they were like, oh, okay. And they’re finally calm and then they just, you know, take the magnesium or do the th thing you mentioned, and they’re well, and it’s like, you know, and so just that’s the first stage is just grounding yourself and realizing it’s okay and to just accept where you’re at and try, stop trying to push everything away. The pain, I don’t want it, I don’t want the tumor, I don’t want the situation, and everybody just wants to run from it and it’s the same thing with childbirth. I mean, the most ecstatic, orgasmic. Birth experiences are when you dive into it. Like you go through the eye of the needle of the pain and you come on the other side, and the other side is bliss and resolve and healing and so forth and this culture just wants to run and hide from all this stuff and it’s not to say we have to like stay within our suffering, but we do have to feel it. We do have to engage with it. We do have to listen to it, and you cannot engage with it or listen to it if you refuse to pick it up. If the garbage is on the floor and you refuse to pick it up and put it in the trash can, it’s gonna stay on the floor. And so I think that people, when I help them through this process, I’m developing, get the confidence and the knowledge. Okay. So I will teach, you know, anatomy and the important things. But is it really like we have these degrees and all this languaging and stuff, but is it really, really, really that difficult? I mean, really, right? Like let’s talk about prevention number one. Like I swear if people just never vaccinated again, ever would we even be talking about half the problems that we have? Like honestly, like how many cases have you put, went all the way back to their childhood and you’re like, that shit started with the Mm. The MMR vaccine. That shit started with the DTaP, that shit, right? You can tell when something came into their body that just fubarred it and ever since they just have been one thing after another of problems. So I mean, that’s like prima facie. Let’s start with like not doing the damage first. And now we’re working on, okay, how do much do, can we undo? How much is permanent? How much is just acceptance and then how much is like ongoing maintenance or ongoing protocols, like for the really heavy stuff and just teaching them how to, in those stages and phases, self-reflection, asking the right questions, applying the correct remedies, and I repeat myself a lot, like I say, the same remedies over and over a lot because they all do more than one thing in the body, and that’s, I call them the heavy hitters. I love the things that do a lot of stuff like DMSO, you know, like magnesium, right? Like castor oil, like coffee enemas, you know, these things. I repeat, repeat, repeat, because it’s logical. It’s like, oh, we understand that the body is a whole. And it wants to move out, waste and bring in nutrition and rebuild stuff. And it’s that simple. It’s like it’s genetics or it’s like, oh, you know, just getting old. Like I love their excuses, love this shit. Like, oh, you know, just maybe wait, I love this one. Wait till it gets worse and then come back. That’s my favorite. Like, okay, that’s so logical. Like when it’s really, really bad, then it’ll come back and maybe you can figure it out, you know? But that’s, so that’s what I’m doing there with you.

Dr. John Bergman: We need more doctors like you because the body is adapting correctly. You’re talking about your vision of nutrients going in, waste products going out, allowing the body to regenerate is it’s common sense and Okay. I’m trying to come open the new term for common sense ’cause it ain’t common anymore. Do you got any ideas?

Amandha: I would say it’s intuitive. Maybe if you have intu intuition. I’ll think about that though. We do need, we do need a better overall term for what, whatever that is, because it’s definitely the most uncommon thing around

Dr. John Bergman: Yeah. It’s like you’re not treating the disease. You’re, you’re teaching the people how to live and how to live correctly. How their body can regenerate. That’s, that’s, that’s, that’s the doctor of the future right there. Yeah. I mean, what, can you share some success stories? ’cause I know you’ve got a bunch of them, but, you know, people that are, that have got that mindset of, of victimhood that they’ve, that it, they’re attacked by a disease and you turn that around.

Case-Taking, Success Stories, and DMSO Recovery Accounts

Amandha: Well, I mean, I will say that to people. I will say like, you have this for a reason. And I always say there’s a lesson and a gift always in any disease or imbalance state, there’s a lesson and a gift, and we’re gonna find that. And once you find that, then that’s full resolve, right? You won’t get a repeat offender or anything, or another kind of sneaky little warning. Like once you kind of find that you’re meant to expand from it. Okay. I see it like just a layer. You know how the, there you have a crystals and then you turn to goo and then, and then you become the butterfly. Right? That goo stage that, you know, it can be kind of messy and but that’s healing. Healing isn’t, isn’t linear. It isn’t the same for everyone. And you know, I feel like the successes I’ve seen have proved it over and over again. I mean, like, there’s thousands and thousands and thousands of these stories. Like, I actually have a testimonials page on my Yummy. Doctor website that goes through a lot of them, and it kind of goes like this. These are the, these are the ones I would always get in the store, by the way, because I get the bottom of the barrel, John. I get the ones that are rejects from the system. You know, those kind, they’re like been to every doctor, been to all the specialists, done all the stupid shit. Still sick or, and worse, you know, and they come to me like, oh, wow, thanks for, like,

Dr. John Bergman: I know you get a lot when you say, okay, well, I always ask people, what do you think caused this? And they’ll say, well, my doctor says I have, and my other doctor says, I, no, I’m saying, what do you think caused it and, you know, so devoid of even taking, you know, responsibility for describing their own symptoms.

Amandha: Oh, and let them talk. They will tell you, they, if you are a good listener and you just let them talk, they will come, they will come to the conclusion themselves. You don’t even need to figure out a diagnosis. They will diagnose themselves. Right. Because you just keep asking, okay, now tell me what happened before that. Or, you know, how many people had to say, when did it start? They don’t think about it when it started just, or what happened when it started. I mean, they’ll say like, oh, two years ago, blah, blah, blah happened. It’s like, well, what happened two years ago? Oh. Hmm. Yeah. Come to think of it like Yeah. Oh yeah an event. Right. Okay. Like, so you have to help them get outta their own minds, right? Because when you’re in pain or you’re, you know, you’re tired all the time, you can’t think straight and that’s half the battle, right? Getting them to comply with something or help, you know, help them to set it up so they can be successful when they’re really that sick. And that’s why I like to start with just building up the terrain first, even before we go after detox, even before we do any major stuff. Just like build them up so they can, they can handle that tho those changes. Well, and I mean, I’ve had. I’ve had so many stories of people, oh, let’s say sprain their ankle, or they’ve cut themselves very badly, or they had a stroke and never felt well since, kind of scenarios or it’s healing, really slow scenarios. And then they start using DMSO and they start pulling in the synergy with their lifestyle factors and something that, like shingles. One guy got used to get repeat shingles and said, you know, usually would take three weeks of three weeks of really terrible nerve pain before it would resolve. And he started to use my DMSO formula that I made almost specifically for shingles, applying it on and it was gone in three days and never returned. Right? So this kind of stuff like just accelerated healing, getting off of crutches after a week, I broke my, I broke this finger, actually, I broke my finger in the door. In the car door. ‘Cause I was like, oh, it’s in the door. I’ll just pull it out. You know, I’ll just, you know, ’cause I was in a rush. I had things to do. But anyway I do have a wounded healer path, so I’ve had to heal a lot of stuff in myself. But the finger, I was broken and even the marrow had spilled out like it was back. And yeah, I still have like a tiny little memory of that there, just teeny. And I put DMSO. I wrapped it in there and I was like praying and I was in so much pain. And I just waited and it just all, just about 10 minutes just faded away. And I went back to work. Just wrapped up my finger and that sucker healed in a week. I cannot believe that bone without any other than that little teeny, tiny memory healed, no pain, no problem, nothing. Right? So, tons and tons and tons of stories like that, it’s just accelerating the repair. And you know, pain and shingles, like I said, but cancers, tumors, dogs with tumors, cats I had one cat had seizure disorder took them off medications, put the cat on a dose of DMSO. Not only did they get rid of the medications, but the seizures were finished. Never had a seizure again. So these types of things, just on repeat, it’s truly something that I don’t think the big overlords want there for these reasons. And there’s a book that I reference often. That is called the, it’s called the Persecuted Drug. And it’s by Pat McGrady Sr. I think. Not junior. I think it’s senior. And that story is riveting. Okay. About how they shut down Dr. Stanley Jacobs, DMSO studies and his laboratories and, you know, the classic raid where they steal your stuff and you just go into obscurity and they shelved it for a long time. That was back in the seventies and there was like a 60 minutes documentary on DMSO back then because it was really gaining traction not just for horse races and sports medicine where it really lives all, you know, in people when they know about it, that’s what they think more. But it was getting more as like a really well-known substance for pain and for people with problems. And then that was right on the heels of the thalidomide disaster. Right. So FDA was real gun shy and they did one study where they imagine this, they just inject as much DMSO as humanly possible into a bunch of animals and see what happens, you know, cause science and then their eyes became like a little bit cloudy, you know? And they’re like, well, that’s it. Yeah. It causes retinal disease or corneal disease. We’re outta here. Like, okay and they just find anything to make an excuse and that was it and when I read that study, I’m like and did they not say that most of the animals sight returned to normal after they stopped pummeling these poor animals with overdoses of DMSO? No, they didn’t. Right? So it’s just all the same old rich man’s trick, you know?

Yummy.Doctor, DMSO Stores, and Closing Reflections

Dr. John Bergman: Can we do a part two and maybe, maybe get like comments or something on people that, with different conditions and go over how you would approach it and, you know, this has been so much fun and I know we’ve got limited time. So, where can, I know there’s gonna be links and stuff below this video, but where can the audience follow you, purchase your products schedule to work with you? What’s the best ways.

Amandha: Well, yummy Doctor, if you can just remember that everything’s, that’s the hub. That’s the hub, okay. It’ll offshoot everywhere else to all the other stores and everything else. So, if you even click on one public video and just scroll a little bit to the bottom, I have every single social media link and all the doodads there. Make it easy for you. But I do have, like, I’ve had to split my main store into two parts due to Health Canada. Love them. So I have my YumNaturals.store, and then I have DMSO.store. You can figure out where, what is there. So anything not DMSO related obviously is on the YumNaturals site. And then DMSO store, all my formulations and so forth. And we just went through Tariff Nightmare. I mean. Absolute nightmare. But finally, and with God’s assistance, we are somehow getting into the United States now from Canada. And it’s a green light, but that was six weeks of. Absolute unbelievable experience. I would say a lot, like I don’t know how many, but maybe thousands, even of small businesses, will no longer be able to ship to the states after that from Canada. So, like, I have a lot of friends who make really cool stuff like orus, you know, or MMS or other remedies, and that they’re done. Like there’s no, they don’t have the right labeling. The FDA says no. They don’t have their certificate of origin. They can’t afford bonds and stuff like it. It was really, so anyway, the good news is we’re still here hopefully for a long time. But everything can be found there. And I thank you so much for this. I was waiting for you to do a yes and yes, I really need you to say yes and yes, like I need to, yes, no. Are we gonna do a second part of this? Yes or yes. Thank you. We

Dr. John Bergman: got to man.

Amandha: Yes. Yes, we do. We definitely do.

Dr. John Bergman: I wanna make it simple. I’m going to give you one answer.

Amandha: Exactly. Don’t confuse them more.

Dr. John Bergman: Oh my God. And just yummy, doctor, now I get it. You are just so g darn fun to be with. You really are. Thank you. Thank you so much for this. And I know we got limited time when we ran outta time, but God bless you, hun. I mean, the courage that you express in dealing with your patients and dealing with the psychotic medical system go, you’re, you’re amazing. You rock.

Amandha: Thank you Dr. John. That means a lot to me coming from you, like I’m just totally blown away and thank you for everything that you do. Like seriously. I think the world is just so much better because you know you’re in it and you like. Tell, teach people why it’s important, what the spine is all about, why that’s so important. I mean, I take my daughter, we go to chiropractic all the time. She has dysautonomia actually. I know you just did a couple videos on that recently. And it’s from an injury which I think she’ll recover from but you know again, I’m on another trajectory of learning. Like every time something happens, we just, we’re forever learning and growing. And that’s, I feel, that’s what we’re here to do is, is have these experiences and come closer and closer to our pristine hearts and loving each other and like, you know, healing the world and I think it’s, we’re coming into really exciting times, so thank you so much.

Dr. John Bergman: If you ever make a chance, man, make it down to either Mexico or Huntington Beach. It would be, I’d love you to see the clinics. It, I think you’re gonna love, you’re gonna love Tijuana clinic really? For sure.

Amandha: And I wanted to open, like I have a vision of holistic hospitals to create holistic hospitals with hydrotherapy wings, like in the good old days of Kneipp and in Germany. Right. And I tijuana’s on my mind cause I don’t know if there’s any other in place that will allow what I vision up. So I definitely would love to visit you there.

Dr. John Bergman: I’m gonna do everything I can to make that vision come reality. Alright. God bless you Doc..

Amandha: You too.

Dr. John Bergman: Take care my friend.

Amandha: God bless you. Take care. Thank you so much.
