My Birthing Story – Motherhood Empowered – Part 1
My Birthing Story – Motherhood Empowered – Part 1
Home Water Birth Story: Video Overview
Part 1 discusses my home water birth experience and working with midwives in Ontario, Canada. It is time women take back their bodies from the corporately captured medical establishment, birth their babies at home and stop the make-work meddling of natural childbirth. We must stand up to the bullying of this truly lost industry and say no to unnecessary interventions, constant ultrasounds, dopplers and heart monitors and other fear mongering tactics that damage our children & take a mother out of her true birthing power.
The FDA has known, since at least the early 1990s, that ultrasound causes growth retardation in children. They nevertheless decided to raise the maximum allowable output on obstetrical ultrasound machines 8-fold, malevolently and knowingly exposing developing babies to even more radiation.
“Etzel and associates (1997) found studies suggesting that exposure to excessive noise during pregnancy could result in hearing impairment, prematurity, and IUGR [intrauterine growth retardation]…”
Please note that babies HEAR ultrasound and to them, it is like being in a subway station when the trains are coming in.

Important Context & Safety
Educational context: This video presents Amandha Vollmer’s personal pregnancy and birth experience together with her perspectives on miscarriage, progesterone, folate, ultrasound, Doppler monitoring, home birth, water birth, labour, lotus birth, breastfeeding, newborn care and medical intervention. Several medical and safety claims expressed in the recording differ from current maternity guidance and should be understood as Amandha’s statements rather than established clinical guidance.
Canadian maternity guidance recognizes planned home birth as an option for appropriately selected low-risk pregnancies when care is provided by a registered midwife or appropriately trained physician within an integrated system that includes ongoing risk assessment and timely access to consultation and hospital transfer. Health Canada states that medically indicated diagnostic fetal ultrasound has an excellent safety record when performed by qualified professionals, while recommending that exposure be limited to situations with expected medical benefit.
The video also discusses prolonged labour, premature labour, shoulder dystocia, placenta delivery, postpartum bleeding and unassisted birth. These situations can require urgent skilled assessment or intervention. A planned out-of-hospital birth should include appropriate risk assessment, qualified support and a clear emergency-transfer plan. Heavy bleeding, seizures, loss of consciousness, severe breathing difficulty, significant maternal or fetal distress, or serious newborn breathing or responsiveness concerns require immediate medical assessment.
Medical emergencies: Information in this video should not be used to delay emergency assessment or treatment for symptoms of stroke, heart attack, serious head injury or another medical emergency.

Introduction: Why Amandha Shares Her Birth Story
Amandha: Hello everyone. I had a request to share my birthing story with you, and so I wanna take some time this morning to do just that. The request was, Because the, this woman, she is going to have a baby and she’s having a challenge in navigating the medical world in what she wants for her birth. And she’s finding a lot that doesn’t line up and she’s feeling very not as supported as she could be, is what I sense.
Amandha: And so I feel like it’s important to share natural birth stories in a world where this right is being taken away from women at an alarming rate and women are being fear mongered into having their babies in places of death and disease, which are called hospitals. My experience was very powerful as having a home water birth.
Amandha: And I think we need to be empowered to make these choices as families, as women, and as a community in the understanding that when we have babies in an empowered way, it affects the entire community as a whole. Because when you have a stable child, you have a stable community, you have a stable family network, you have peace, you have a flow in your life, you have happiness.
Amandha: And let’s be honest, raising children is no easy task I’m a single mom and it is a very challenging experience and it’s there are sharp learning curves and it’s not easy now, it’s rewarding, but it does take a lot of work and a lot of trusting yourself, trusting your instincts, and doing your work, doing your research.
Amandha: And we’re in a world that is forcing us to listen to a dominant voice. A voice that has a lot of money and a lot of influence They own, you know, everything. And pushing that on, you know, through the television and so forth, that onto us. And when we subject ourselves to their propaganda, then we find ourselves confused, and then we, but we know intuitively there is confusing and conflicting information, and we need to sort that out.
Pregnancy, Miscarriage, Conscious Conception, and Preparation
Amandha: And we start to do research and we find all kinds of information on. On birthing, on issues around C-section, on issues around being given drugs when pregnant on the vaccination issue on the vitamin K issue, even the erythromycin in the eyes of the baby. All of these things start to come to surface and it’s confusing if you don’t understand that you, that we have a medical system that is captured by evil intent, essentially.
Amandha: Alright, I want to I want to get to this birth story now, birthing story and try to not be too elongated with it and get to my points. And, you know, obviously this is a personal story. And it was powerful, a powerful experience for me because I. Didn’t have the intention of having children.
Amandha: When I was in my youth, I felt that there are so many orphans on this earth that I would not have one of my own loins. I would have, I would adopt, or I would or would, I would find a family that needed a mother, and I would stand in as that surrogate mother. Now I was in a very interesting phase in my life when I got pregnant and I was in a, which is a whole other story.
Amandha: I won’t get into. However, I was practicing in a spiritual way very diligently, and I was very clean with my food for quite a long time. Very clean. The only thing that I had been drinking was coffee. That was not congruent having a baby. because caffeine can lead to miscarriages, which I did have one when I met my daughter’s father.
Amandha: I was in a place where I was very alone. I felt very strong within myself, but I did I did feel like I wanted to be connected with someone. I wanted to have that experience. And being healer, I attract a lot of people who need healing, and sometimes it’s masked and I don’t see through my own filters that’s what I’m attracting into my reality.
Amandha: Regardless, I felt a draw probably a carmic draw to have child. What happened was I was pregnant. I got pregnant without the intention to be pregnant, and then I miscarried after six weeks and through that process., I learned so many things I could never even explain in this little video, but I did learn there was a desire within me to have a child at that point.
Amandha: And when I, when we got pregnant the second time, it was an intentional conception. I learned about conscious conception soon after that. And in the lovemaking process, if you are trying for a baby during that experience, you focus on what you want to create with both partners. Focus on that. During coitus and that happened with us, this is what our plan was to have a conscious conception to get pregnant on purpose.
Amandha: And there’s a very different energy behind that than just letting it, things just happen as they will. So not to say it’s wrong or judging any other direction in life, I’m just saying that there’s a power behind it. And there it was something that in the way that I had birth, it was like right from conception all the way through, that my journey was to do it in this way, to have a baby in this way.
Amandha: And what I learned about the miscarriage is that coffee contributed to it. Caffeine did, and that I was low in my progesterone stores. And so I did a topical progesterone cream. I have one in the store here. But I use Natpro Progesterone Cream. It’s a natural source. Progesterone topically. I had been eating vegan.
Amandha: I had been full, like lots of folate. I mean, I had built up my folate stores over a period of years. I had been. even doing B12 injections with folic acid. Well, I guess that was synthetic at that time. I’m not too sure, but I’m pretty sure that there’s a lot of synthetic folic acid going on, which I do not recommend.
Amandha: Make sure you’re getting methyl folate. Make sure you’re getting the proper kind of folate, not folic acid in your diet before conception to prevent neural tube defects and other types of MTHFR issues and so forth that we’re seeing. Okay. Well, so I was already primed in that direction, but it still didn’t hold a pregnancy, even though I was highly like dense nutrition, juicing every day, eating sprouts, raw foods, like the whole thing.
Amandha: And I still couldn’t hold a pregnancy. That was a real eyeopener for me, that it was. And I had also set the intention to my body. I said to my body, because I was meditating a lot at that time, more than I am now. And I said to my body, I only wish to have a child that will be come to full term in all the healthy ways that I could ever imagine.
Amandha: I want a healthy child. I want a child that’s built in all the ways that a child is meant to be built. And if the child, if the body is not able to hold the host, then I wish to remake that. And I did. I remember that. I remember going through that. It was a very interesting experience for me.
Amandha: And I did end up aborting and, and it was like, it was very emotional. It was a very, at the same time though, I felt the soul of this child was hanging around and I, it was a different that the child, it would be the same child, just a remade body. But that was my spiritual sense. I’m very intuitive and I have that, that, that sense I guess, if you will, or I’ve developed that sense.
Amandha: Everyone has it, it’s just developed or not in people. And then when I was pregnant again, I was off coffee for that period of time. I went off right after the miscarriage and I started the progesterone. I took the progesterone all the way through to the middle of the second trimester, and then I stopped.
Choosing Midwifery, Water Birth, and Amandha's Birth Philosophy
Amandha: Things were holding well at that point. Now here, I’m in Ontario, in Canada, and we have our health insurance is OHIP and it’s covered by the province. And we’re lucky in Ontario in this particular province that midwifery is, And there was no way on God’s green earth that I was going to be in a hospital on any level with this baby
Amandha: That intention was made very strong right from the beginning as a holistic practitioner trained in naturopathic medicine. Having gone through what I’d gone through in the industry and seeing the mess of this medical mafia and knowing the truth of our history, no, thank you very much. I don’t need to put myself in harm’s way and my baby in harm’s way by going into a hospital, being tricked to go into a hospital.
Amandha: And that was clear right from the beginning. I had taken a course with Barbara Brennan, and she of Water birth International And this water-birthing course was huge for me. It was an eye-opener for me on all the benefits of having a baby born into water. the when you are in, the mother is in a birthing pool and has a baby this way.
Amandha: The there is no air shock on the body. Coming from watery environment into air is a different energy than a watery environment into water. It’s a very peaceful, non-violent, gentle birth. Often the babies do not even cry or they, their entry into this world is very welcoming. Let’s just, And as well the understanding of the importance of having a vaginal birth for the microflora of the child, for the seeding of the proper vaginal bacteria in the gut.
Amandha: And as well as the squeezing of the vaginal wall as the child is moving out of the birthing canal to stimulate the nervous system properly. And this is just a, this is just a few benefits of having a vaginal birth but then having the birth into the water the softening of the cervix, the softening of the vaginal walls, the softening of the opening for having the mother not going into a lot of tearing or issues.
Amandha: Even reduction in shoulder dystocia where the child’s shoulder can get stuck in the vaginal canal. All these types of benefits and the and it was beautiful. It’s a beautiful birthing experience. Every mother and every father, I’d imagine, but every mother having a baby wants to have a beautiful birthing experience that she can come through and out of.
Amandha: Because frankly, having a baby is a lot of work. And you want your strength to be there when you have a baby. You don’t want to be. First traumatized. Secondly cut in any way or under a knife on any level. And fear for yourself, your health, your life, or your baby’s life. You don’t need to be in a fight or flight situation having a baby because you won’t have a baby.
Amandha: If you’re like that, you’ll tighten up because it’s a, you’re in a fierce state and if you’re in a fierce state, that state makes you want to run potentially, and you can’t have a baby. If you think you have to run away from something, everything will shut down. And we see this again and again in hospital birth.
Amandha: The mothers go in, they’re ready, they’re all excited. They the contractions have begun. They go into the hospital, they get the nasty nurse poking them and prodding them. They get the heart monitor put on them. They get all this stuff, the bright lights, the horrible other noises and disruptions in the energy, even in the birthing rooms, it’s still sterile and smelly and not home.
Amandha: Right.
Amandha: And the stress and the pressure to have a baby within their time constraints can slow and stop a birth just in and of itself.
Amandha: That nevermind all the rest of the poisons are going to try to push on your baby and you have a birthing plan and you’re hoping it’s going to go along your parameters, and yet then you’re stressed that because these stories happen all the time.
Amandha: I read about these things all the time where the mother is trying to rest or whatever and the nurse just takes the baby and goes and injects it. The child without the permission or without consulting them, and boom, ruined right there. As soon as there’s one injection, you can never undo that again. I would sue so hard, I would sue, I would take 10 years to sue if I had to for that, for destroying my child’s health, for injecting them like that when I said no.
Amandha: and this is happening. They’re just taking their own liberties. These people are mad, they’re insane. I’m sorry. They have lost their minds. They really have. There’s no respect. There’s no personal respect for some, for health freedom. There’s no respect for the mother for what she’s going through.
Amandha: There’s no compassion. There’s no space. There’s space to be allowed to get up and move and eat and do all of those things that you need to do or you may need to do. Having a baby. It’s as individual as each of us, how we birth. Right? I understand the fear. And some women they’re too scared and they don’t wanna have a natural birth.
Amandha: They’re afraid of pain. And they want, they wanna have the drugs. I understand. But guess what? There are holistic ways of dealing with pain. There’s homeopathics, there’s botanical medicine. There’s breathing techniques.
Amandha: There’s preventative meditation techniques and visualization techniques that you prepare for.
Amandha: There’s other ways to manage pain than getting an injection in your back that now you cannot feel the baby and you have to be told when to push cause your body pushes on its own. Nobody needs to tell you to push. Your body pushes and now you have to have somebody else control your birth.
Amandha: Why would you do that to yourself?
Amandha: I don’t get it.
Amandha: Why would you wanna take the control away from you and give it to some megalomaniac who’s going to hurt or harm your child Or you they’re not to be trusted I’m sorry the birth stories, birthing stories are here again and again of the trauma and hell and post-traumatic stress and postpartum depression after these hospital births from these maniacs who think they know something about health, which they don’t, is, it’s an abomination.
Amandha: I’m constantly just shaking my head that anyone, look, if you are a pregnant woman, you know, inside of you, you’ve got this fire, there’s this like, mama bear in that’s coming to life. That’s like, I don’t think so kind of attitude like, you are gonna do what to my child? No. That’s a fucking no.
Amandha: Sorry. Had to swear there. But it’s that strong, you know what I’m saying? There’s a mothering instinct that is like violent. It’s like I will do what it takes to save my child. Right. We need that back. And we need it at the right times. We need it when the maniac doctors are trying to force you to do something against your will and against your better judgment and against your true instinct.
Amandha: Cause when you’re pregnant, those hormones, they are strong and they, you know when something’s wrong, you just know it in your body and you just have to take it to that next level of fire and say, no, get away from me. Right? It whatever you have to do to protect that child, we need that mothering instinct back badly.
Amandha: And mine was very strong from the beginning, but I knew that even with the midwives when I was in Toronto at that time and I went to the midwives. See, they assign you a midwife in Ontario. I don’t pay for it. So I didn’t get the choice of who I want, which was a disappointment for me because.
Amandha: I did not gel with my midwife at all. And one thing that I was ignorant on and didn’t understand was that midwives are medicalized. They’ve been captured as well. And because they wanna prove themselves because they’ve been allowed back, because they used to be it, you had a baby, you called midwife, there you go.
Amandha: Like the end. And then the medical mafia destroyed them. And this is like a comeback. So they tiptoe around things and they wanna be allowed into the hospitals. And so they don’t rock the boat. They don’t say no to the things they should say no to. They should actually get some balls and say no to these quacks in the hospital industry.
Ultrasound, Doppler Monitoring, and the Single Umbilical Artery
Amandha: There’s killing our children at an alarming rate. If you look at the statistics of iatrogenic medicine, it’s outrageous. The, there’s like what, fifth on the list of the amount of deaths for babies in North America. I mean, This is like, are we living in a third world country? Well, your stats look like we are.
Amandha: Okay. It’s bad and it’s, even if they survive the getting outta the hospital, they’re poked and with all kinds of they’re, you know, the heal prick. And nevermind even, okay, even let’s go before that. The ultrasounds and the monitors and the dopplers and this stuff that’s absolutely destroying them in utero.
Amandha: This has to end. Janice Barcelo, I recommend you read her information. I’ll put it in the video. You can go to her great book. She’s written on this. That highlights the dangers of ultrasound and the dangers of these these ridiculous very loud sounds hitting your child’s head and all the things that it does to the fetus, to the, to child in the womb.
Amandha: It’s important information. So I’m gonna share that. I’ll share that with you below. Say no the most powerful thing you can do to have a safe and healthy birth is just keep saying no to these people. You don’t think your body’s capable of doing it. Like all of a sudden in the last 150 years, the thank God for hospitals goes, man, we sure weren’t figuring out how to have babies.
Amandha: Like, I think my great grandparents, like they would have, like, they had litters of kids, like they had like 20 kids. I think they knew how to have babies just fine at home. You know, like, and even if you look at the farm midwifes statistics in, I think in Texas in May gaskin, she, like they did home birth, all home births.
Amandha: I think they had like less than 1% of any type of issue it needed even to go to a hospital in all of their thousands and thousands of births out of hospital and just look at the statistics. Come on. Anyway, okay. So, yeah, that was my little rant but anyway, I did not like the midwife that I was with and she kept dop Every time I go in the Doppler came out first thing, not, how are you not, how are you feeling about this process?
Amandha: What are you reading? What are, you know, what are you learning about your body and all this stuff. And I had horrible. Nausea at the first trimester. I was very ill for a little while there. A lot of ginger tell you that much I’m surprised my child didn’t come out spicy well, she’s been spicy.
Amandha: But I was, I ha you know, I was not carrying that well at the first little while, which is kind of normal. There’s a lot of pressure and change going on your body. Anyway. But the, this midwife, she just pulled out this Doppler, and I’m like, I don’t really want you to put that on my child, like every week.
Amandha: I mean, that’s what’s the point of that. Like I know that the first time, fine. Okay. The heart’s beating. Got it. There’s a child in there. I got it. You know, I can kind of tell, but Okay. We have it on paper now.. So I, to fight off this midwife and then I decided I was looking to move up north and get out of the city.
Amandha: Anyway, the hormones just were speaking loud to me and saying, no, I can’t raise my child in this place the way I need to. And I moved up north a couple of hours and I got a new midwife and it was much better situation. They were a much more amenable to my needs and what I wanted, way more flexible. And, but what had happened is in that first midwife, they found a I had a normal variation.
Amandha: See all of these things that there, ooh, there’s something scary, something bad going on. I had a normal variation of the umbilical cord. Basically there’s different blood flow that goes through to from the mother and baby, right through the. and I had a single umbilical artery, and the typical is a double umbilical artery.
Amandha: So I had a single one which would just compensated into a larger structure. And when I did the research on it showed that it’s actually a normal variation. It does not indicate an illness, a disease, down syndrome, any of that stuff. And being in my late thirties, they were all over me. Like, oh, you’re past 35.
Amandha: That means you’re at higher risks for all these things and more fear. And I was like, really? Well, I’m in my pinnacle of health and the healthiest I’ve ever been in my life. I feel strong. And even when I looked at the stats on Down Syndrome, actually the most prevalence for Down Syndrome was in younger kids, having kids like in their early twenties.
Amandha: Late teens, early twenties was the higher prevalence for Down Syndrome. Not older at all. Anyway, I they really liked to scare the pants off of you and Down Syndrome was the one they really used on me a lot. They were trying to like, make me scared that I was gonna have a child that was gonna need a specific care for life and all this stuff.
Amandha: And here I am just trying to grow a baby and live my life. And I had, I moved up here and then I had to move again. I moved twice while pregnant. I mean, there was enough stress going on. I didn’t need extra stress.
Amandha: And what they did is that they did the one ultrasound and I didn’t know back then that ultrasound was that dangerous.
Amandha: I had the one, and then they sent me to a cardiologist because they said if you have a single umbilical artery, then it’s more risk for, you have the child potentially having a heart defect. Again, they’re just make shit up, man. That’s not even the case. Okay. Yeah. Maybe in someone a mother who’s a smoker, drinker whatever, like doesn’t eat properly, all these things.
Amandha: Perhaps you’re looking at a nutrition problem. I get it for, cuz that’s what’s growing the baby is your nutrition. That nutrition status in the mother’s high. None of this stuff is necessary. I mean, not just nutrition, but also toxicity level. I get it. The heavy metals and stuff. You know, how vaccinated are they?
Amandha: Cuz that’s gonna be your risk. If they’re highly vaccinated individual, then they’re gonna. If they’re lucky to even get pregnant. Cause the whole agenda, you know, to vaccinate is to make sure we’re infertile. Cause these maniacs at the helm, they don’t want so many of their slaves. They wanna reduce the slave number and these, but in my case, I hadn’t been vaccinated since I woke up in my teens and realized the malarkey and the junk science that it is.
Amandha: And I’d been cleaning that stuff up for decades. Like, yeah, at least 15 years, I would say not two decades at that point. Okay. And, but they sent me to the cardiologist to have a second ultrasound, which sucked, which I did not want. But what was good about it is I got to pick the brain of a cardiologist, which was very fascinating for me.
Amandha: And even he was like, why are you here? This is stupid. So he got paid for that. Why are you here? This is stupid. What kind of a system is this? What a mess. Of course, there’s nothing wrong with the baby’s heart. It’s like you have a perfectly normal baby. He’s the one who told me that they see more, sees the down syndrome in the mothers who are in their early twenties.
Amandha: And everything’s fine. And guess what? Only thing, the only side effect is I carry a little bit smaller that my child will be a little bit smaller with a single umbilical artery. Big whoop. Guess what happens when the baby comes out of the womb and you start nursing? They grow. It’s amazing. They just figure that out and it, the baby grows from eating and breathing.
Amandha: Amazing. Oh, did they ever torture me on that? I wish I never had the ultrasound at all because they wouldn’t have known that. They wouldn’t have tortured me with it. They wouldn’t have sent me to the specialist. They wouldn’t have made me scared to have this baby this, and this is just midwives. I had no ob g I had was not interested in any anybody of that system.
Amandha: Thank you very much. They’re all brainwashed and they’re all stupid. No thanks. I know it was people. I really like Miami. She really great. Fine. I’m glad for you that you like them. That’s good. But when it comes down to the wire and their programming comes in, they’re gonna do what? They’re going to become robotic.
Late Pregnancy, Midwife Conflict, and the Start of Labour
Amandha: They won’t care about you. Okay? So just still have to have your guard up. These are system doctors. They are trained, they are mind controlled on a very deep level. They think vaccines are safe and effective as your ob g are vaccines safe and effecti, of course, you must get vaccinated. They don’t know anything.
Amandha: So you can be, they can be nicest pie, but their programmed. So just said, just a argument. Alright. Then I finally got, I finally just said, no more dopplers. I can’t do this anymore. And what ended up happening is there’s two midwives. There’s the primary and then the backup.
Amandha: And my primary was going on vacation, the time that I was going to have my baby. And I didn’t find out that until like a couple weeks before I had my baby. And I was like, Okay, well, this really sucks because if I had known that I would’ve asked the primary to switch, and the, there was a backup primary midwife that came on the scene.
Amandha: I didn’t know her. I hadn’t been seeing her every week. I hadn’t no relationship with her. And this was a medicalized midwife. Okay. And she, when she got control of my case, she was like, you’re carrying too small. Something’s wrong. We sh we need more tests. We need another ultrasound. I remember having a conversation with her on the phone for like an hour and a half, stressed me to the max, how you trying to help a pregnant mother by stressing her out.
Amandha: And I had to fight for her to back off on this ultrasound. I’m like, I’m not having an ultrasound. I already had two. This is crap. I know my body. Everything’s fine. I’m carrying small cause I have a single umbilical artery. It’s a normal variation. There’s nothing wrong. Leave me alone. Let me have my baby when I’m gonna have my baby.
Amandha: Why do you have to keep meddling? Do you have to, are you trying to justify your job? Is that what you’re doing because you feel like you’re useless? Because you are useless? You’re not helping me. I’m not. I have to fight you off. And if you don’t like what I have to say, you can complain to me. Like they can cause trouble.
Amandha: Right? Like they’ll complain to you, to the cas or whatever. I mean, these people are all nuts. It’s like they have a job to help you, but they instead, they lord over you and take your power and then try to boss you around and dictate your own like you’re an idiot. Like, you know what? I’m an educated woman.
Amandha: I went to naturopathic college. I went, I’ve been to birthing courses. I’ve been, I’ve done things I’ve researched. Don’t insult my intelligence. Leave me alone. And so I remember after that conversation, I don’t remember if it was the same night or next night or whatever, but she was adamant. Cause now at when you have a midwife at the end of the, when you’re in the third trimester and you’re nearing your date, we’ll talk about date’s in a second too.
Amandha: When you’re nearing your date, they they come to you. So she was coming to me, this midwife, I didn’t even know Anne did not really gel with. And so I remember she came over and she was kept measuring me with the tape my, the size of my belly. And I was like, she was so aggressive. It was crazy.
Amandha: I’m like, how many times do you need to measure my belly? Like, do you need me to do this for you? Like, what’s going on? And she’s measuring and measuring and fiddling with my belly, moving it and moving it. Now my date, my due date wasn’t until two weeks after this visit. And her meddling with my belly and measuring and fiddling put me into labor that night.
Amandha: I went into labor. She stimulated my uterus, she put me into early labor. She put me into danger and my baby into danger essentially. Isn’t that something? See how fear begets the fear creates the thing you’re afraid of. It actually manifests it. If you’re afraid of something and you keep putting your energy into that, you’re gonna manifest that.
Amandha: And so this woman being afraid of me, like having this baby that was too young, put me into an early birth that could have landed me in the hospital, which was the last thing I wanted, was to go, have to go to the hospital, right? She endangered my whole birth plan… Yeah. There was a demonn puppeting her, I’ll tell you that much.
Amandha: Okay. I w so I went into labor that night. It was a full moon. And also I noticed that a lot of births do happen during full moons when that electromagnetic energy is higher. Full moon November geez, it was November 9th. I labored for 36 hours. Who in the hospital system is gonna let you labor that long?
Labouring at Home and Listening to the Body
Amandha: No one, you would be cut open. They don’t let you have a birth. That’s normal. They don’t let your body do what it’s doing. They have a schedule. You don’t waste their time. Get in and get out, get your baby out. It’s, they’re like machines. They have no respect for your process at all. I went into labor that night and I didn’t tell anyone I was alone.
Amandha: My partner at the time would go far away for work, so he was, Staying at work, and I was at home in my little cabin in the middle of 600 acres. It was beautiful. I turned on the radio and every contraction I would dance, I would just sway my hips in a figure eight. Figure eight really helped me through each contraction.
Amandha: It was really I danced. I danced through most of the night. I couldn’t rest. I couldn’t really sleep. I did lay down for maybe about an hour and it was just too uncomfortable for me. I had a few snacks and I was writing down my contractions on a piece of paper every time when we’d come and I was seeing how they were shortening, and they’ll tell you this, the midwives will tell you, well, don’t call us until you’re like exactly two minutes apart, and your contractions are two minutes apart.
Amandha: Like as if we are machine just machines and this is how it’s gonna go. Right? Like, This is how birth goes. We’ve got it all figured out, and birth is like exactly like this. And it’s the same for everyone.. I’m like, okay, I’ll call you when it’s two minutes apart. Like I’m in boonies, right? I’m, it takes them like an hour to get to me.
Amandha: So I have to get, I have to like communicate ahead of time, right? So by the next day in the morning, so I labored all night. So it was 12 hours around 7 30, 8, 3 in the morning. I called my partner. He got home and that morning was just trying to set up the birthing pool and all this stuff. And I think I called them like late morning or whatever.
Amandha: Wouldn’t it started to really get intense where I needed to lean on him through my contractions. And the pool was getting set up. Everything was fine. I got to go outside. I got to do what I needed to do. I’m not sure I even took a shower. I can’t remember if I took a shower. I don’t think I did. This is November, it’s winter.
Amandha: I had to keep the fire going which was fine. I just remember the whole experience being really sacred and really personal and really beautiful. And I just was listening to my body and I was welcoming this little child. And it was like, and the baby’s the one that births, the mom just listens to the baby.
Amandha: And that’s what I said to her. I said, I’m just listening to you, honey. I’m listening to what you need. I’m listening to how you need me to place my body. What you need outta me to help you through this. I know you’ve got this. And it was like me just encouraging her, cuz it’s her doing the work. I’m just listening to the cues.
Amandha: Right? And so that was all happening and, but they said, don’t call us until your two minutes burn. Okay, fine. No problem. Everything got said and then I felt. Like really intense. Started to get really intense by the evening. So that was the second evening. I was like, yeah, this is getting, this is coming.
Amandha: The whole thing. That was the only thing that was, there were two things that were hard for me. One was, how the hell long is this gonna last? This is because you’re in it and it feels like forever. Right? How the hell long is, when is this over? And two am I fully dilated so I can, so the pushings, okay, you see pushing takes you over.
Amandha: You don’t need to tell, no one tells you to push. It pushes, it happens. It’s like a bearing down. It takes you over. And I wanna, I, pardon me, wanted to stop that because I wasn’t sure if I was at full dilation and I was really not in a position where I could see that of myself. And my partner really didn’t know how to do that.
The Home Water Birth and Meeting Her Baby
Amandha: We had called at that point, I was not two minutes apart. I was all over the place. I was constantly all over. I was all over the place, right till birth. There was no two minute, nothing. If there that was the case, no one would’ve ever shown up. And I finally just said at the end, I’m like, just get here now.
Amandha: And thing is, I did not call the midwife that I didn’t gel with because I was angry that she put me into labor and I didn’t even want her to be at my birth and didn’t want anything to do with her. I called the secondary midwife and I begged her to come. She walked in when I was in the pool and I was like, she didn’t even put down her bag.
Amandha: I was like, can I? And she looked, she says, yes, you’re fully dilated. I’m like, oh my God. And I just, I think it was like five or six pushes and the head came out and my partner delivered the. And we were under the water. So when you have a water birth, you’re in the water, you’re submerged the baby, submerged, there’s no trigger to breathe because the baby is still in water and there’s no trigger to take a breath.
Amandha: So they’re still just on the umbilical cord oxygen until, so they’re under the water, until you birth the body. Right. They’re in the water and you don’t wanna lift up. That’s the only thing with water birth. You wanna make sure yours just submerged until everything’s done. The head is birthed under the water and he caught the head and that was really special for him.
Amandha: And then the midwife just checked, make sure the cord wasn’t around the neck and everything was fine. And then and I think it was a few more bearing downs and out she comes and I pulled her through my, so I don’t understand how women can be on their back having a baby. I don’t get that. I watch these movies.
Amandha: and they’re like on their back. Ugh. I’m like, whatcha you doing? And man is saying push and like, oh, it’s so much propaganda. I can’t, I wanna barf every time you see them, I’m like, I like wanna pull on a cord? You know how they’re, they, you can get a rope from the ceiling. Pull on that.
Amandha: It’s very helpful for bearing down. I want, I was on all fours. I was like howling like a wolf. I was as primal as it gets. Ok. There is just no on my back. All like pretty up and whatever. Like, no, I was on my front. I wanted, I was on all fours pushing. That was the best position. Just let your body help yourself get that baby out.
Amandha: Why would you want your coccyx closed off on your back? It’s like the worst position to be in of a baby. You want thaty to be open and the baby to come out. Right. Oh man. So on your front or standing, those are the best positions. Have a baby anyways. And then I just pull her through. And now in the water birth scenario, you almost want, you want to let them stay in the water until they do a reflex.
Amandha: And it’s a reflex like this where they do this with their arms and their legs like that, and then they’re ready to be pulled out of the water. And that can be a minute or two minutes. And it’s like the longest minute or two minutes of your life, where you have this baby in the water and you just wanna pick them up.
Amandha: Right.
Amandha: And what I ended up doing is just letting it, letting the baby glide to the front, letting her glide to the front. And I just picked her up. I didn’t let the reflex go. It was really dark in the space and I didn’t wanna miss the reflex and I was too eager to see her. So I didn’t let that happen.
Amandha: But that was the way we were trained into the water birth, is to let the reflex happen.
Amandha: And you can find YouTube videos on this exact reflex. It’s well documented. You can search water birth, and they’re, they birth in these really cool, clear tubs where you can actually see it. It’s really awesome In other cool countries where they actually let you have a birth that’s normal, like Norway or the Netherlands
Amandha: And yeah, and it was now I had a lotus birth and all I had to do with the midwives of the lotus birth was sign a waiver that it, you know, absolving them of any liability. And lotus birth is when you do not cut the cord.. You leave the cord and the umbilicus and the placenta attached fully until it falls off naturally.
Amandha: And that’s what I did with her. Now I’ve had this question a few times. My, when I was after this process and everything was fine. She was perfect. She was perfect. No issue with the single umbilical artery guys. Their little floppy feet, they’re so cute. Looked like a little wrinkly, alien thing. And she suckled right away.
Amandha: Cause you want, so you want the mom immediately. That baby is gonna root right out of the gate, right out that baby wants to root for the breast. Yeah. To set up that neural pathway right away. So I let her root, I let her latch and get her what she needed to do. That first initial experience. They’re awake, they want eye contact.
Placenta Delivery, Breastfeeding, and Early Postpartum Care
Amandha: You have an immediate bond with them. They immediately connect with you. They identify who you are and the father. Hello. Nice to meet you. Welcome to Earth, yada.. And then later they nap. But at the beginning they’re alert, they’re awake, their eyes are open, and they wanna connect with you.
Amandha: And if you are in a hospital and they whisk that baby away, you miss all of that. You don’t get the rooting, you don’t get that neural pathway. You don’t get the eye contact. You don’t get that, none of that nada. Okay. So we did all of that. And then her dad had her while I was relaxing to birth the placenta and the birthing of my placenta took 45 minutes.
Amandha: If you’re in a hospital past 20 minutes, they start to freak on you that you have to get it outta your body. Placenta can’t stay in there. That long’s dangerous fear. Right. And even the midwives started to do that with me. Oh, it’s taking too long. We’re gonna have, and she even drew up the pitocin, the oxytocin to give to me to get that, stimulate that contraction, to get that placenta out.
Amandha: So here I am trying to relax so I can get the placenta out, and I have a midwife with a needle coming at me. This is the second midwife who’s now pissed at me because she missed the birth. She came afterwards, whoops. Anyway, and coming at me with a needle, I might get that needle away from me because what happens if they give you Pitocin, which is the synthetic oxytocin.
Amandha: Yeah, it starts to stimulate everything, but guess what? It also screws up your whole nursing, your breastfeeding. It messes with that. You won’t get enough. Proper normal stimulation. You won’t get enough breast milk in all these rooms. I just didn’t have enough milk to breastfeed. I really wanted to breastfeed, but I couldn’t, and that’s why my baby’s not a nu bottle.
Amandha: I’m like, no, honey, your hospital screwed that up for you. By giving, by going in and giving Pitocin and screwing up your hormones so that you don’t have proper letdown and you don’t have proper amount of milk, has nothing to do with you, has everything do with what they did to you.
Amandha: Don’t let them inject you with anything.
Amandha: If you want a normal, healthy birth, just get, just back them away. Train the man to be your your weight. He’s your wing man, right? He’s like back off bitches. Back off get the hell away from my wife, from my girlfriend. Get outta here. Right. You need someone in your corner.
Amandha: Okay.
Amandha: It should be your partner ultimately.
Amandha: So I was like, no, it will come when it’s ready to come when you guys stop stressing me out. All they were, you know what? Midwives have become just paperwork. They’ll just do paperwork basically. That’s really what it was like. They’re just doing the processing and the paperwork. Now, it was a miracle that my child, she was only five eight and she was 2,500 grams.
Amandha: If she was 20, if she was 24, 99 grams, 2000 4, 9, 9 grams, one gram less where she was by law, they would’ve had to take me to the hospital. Yeah. Because she would’ve been considered preemie. So you see how that midwife endangered us I did not wanna go to that hospital. Okay. Which I, so we were lucky or they were lucky cause I would’ve done some crazy, I don’t know, I would’ve gone bat shit crazy on them.
Amandha: to me so we were fine. I birthed the placenta after 45 minutes. Everything came out, they checked all the lobes, everything was there. I didn’t really have any bleeding. They did their paperwork and off they went. Now that second midwife was helpful for breastfeeding cuz that’s a lot of hard work learning that at the beginning.
Due Dates, Intervention, and Lotus Birth
Amandha: And if you don’t have the training and you don’t know what you’re doing, it’s to figure out the latch and figure out all the different holds and how to actually hold this little Wrigley thing. And that’s the real hard work is actually when you have the baby. That’s now you’re really into it. I think we focus so much on the pregnancy and we do not prepare for what’s coming.
Amandha: We like, after all that drama, now what? Now you have a little innocent creature that you have to like, make sure keep alive. where’s that support? You know, that’s where it’s lacking. The birth is nothing. Okay. That’s after my experience. Like, oh yeah, this is, now we’re into it. Now this is hard. Now I need support.
Amandha: Now I need the help. Right? Before I was like leading the hell alone. Let me just do what I gotta do. and yeah. The problem in the hospitals is the fear, the environment, the pressure all of the energy, the EMF fields, all this stuff in there, and the, even the stretch and sweep. Don’t even let the midwives do a stretch and sweep.
Amandha: You know what? Your water doesn’t need to break. Okay. It doesn’t, there are births where the water is still intact. Why, what is this obsession with moving things along? Oh, I’m carrying past my dates. Okay. I wanted to get back to that, the dates I made sure so I know how to do the dating, which is so weird.
Amandha: But anyway, I know it. I knew, first of all, I knew my date of conception because I, we had a conscious conception, so I knew the day I got pregnant. But I fudged that just a little so that I gave myself more room. Because these maniacs, when you get at your dates and you get post dates, they start breathing down your neck and you gotta have this baby now.
Amandha: And I can better hurry up because if you get the baby gets too big, you’ll never be able to birth it. It’s like they tell you all these lies. Your body is way more than capable of birthing a large child. Give me a break.
Amandha: Even. I’ve seen a small woman give birth to a freaking eight pound Turkey child. Okay?
Amandha: Please, we have forgotten who we are. Come on. That vagina is opens up. Okay, it’s a stretchy thing. You’ll get that baby out, don’t worry, if you gotta cook your baby a little longer. Let it be. All these people trying to stimulate their birth and dah, okay, fine, have sex, go swimming upside down.
Amandha: You know, do the acupuncture. Take some castor oil. Do what you gotta do. If you wanna stimulate that birth, if it’s getting too far post dates, but guess what? Your date probably was off. And so what I do is I just tell them, I would just go from the beginning, give yourself extra week or so on your dating system.
Amandha: Just give them a little more whatevers.
Amandha: Just do that to yourself do a favor for yourself and fudge the freaking dates so that they don’t bug you if you’re a weak or too late. My late, as if we’re all cookie cutters. This is the problem with this medicine. It’s like one size fits all medicine.
Amandha: It doesn’t work like that. Guys, I have a German background. I have on in English and French and Welsh on the other side. And you’re gonna tell me that my birthing is gonna be different than someone with a totally different heritage, different bone structured body structure, history, lifestyle.
Amandha: Really? Yeah. I don’t think so. There’s generalities. Sure. We kind of take this long to birth on average, yes, we do. Give or take. Right. I looked at my placenta, it was just fine. So what I had a single umbilical artery whoopy do right.. That’s why the ultrasound is dangerous for more than one reason.
Amandha: Not just on to the damage to the fetus, but it’s the, it’s this immediately now they have something over you. So if they find anything and this, the radiologist could be an idiot. And there the, oh, there’s a little, there’s a little spit mark on there. Ooh. I think there’s a heart hole in the heart.
Amandha: I dunno. Okay. I get it. Yes, I know there’s many stories. Well, if we didn’t know da. Thank goodness we did whatever. I’m sure great and good for you. I’m glad you, that was what happened and you were able to find out what you needed to, but that’s not how it’s working for the most percentage of pregnancies.
Amandha: Mostly it’s used to abuse and it’s not the percentage is catching things versus the percentage that is doing harm is the ratio is too skewed. Okay. Anyway, I was two weeks early. I really wanted a sag baby, dammit. Got a freaking Scorpio anyway, whatever. I joked for that. But here we are and I had the placenta. We did the placenta print, which is really cool. You take two pieces of paper and you just write, when the placenta’s born you do an imprint on two pieces of paper, one for the mom, one for the baby.
Amandha: And later in life I still have it. And later on we’re gonna make art. Like, we’ll color it together and make and frame it up and whatever. And it looks like a tree of life. It’s beautiful, placenta’s. Beautiful.
Amandha: And when you have the lotus birth, you there’s a preparing method for the whole thing.
Amandha: Like, you kind of basically make it like a turkey, actually. You put oregano and spices on it to kill the bacteria so it doesn’t, cause bacteria will.
Amandha: Is there to degrade rotting tissue, right? So you don’t want it to rot, so you clean it. There’s a whole drainage process you go through, and then you wrap it and then gauze and everything and just sort of, keep it with the baby until it falls off. In our case, it fell off in seven days and perfect umbilicus, perfect little belly button on her.
Amandha: And, you know, it’s like this obsession with cutting, like, welcome to Earth. Woo. Out into the lights and ah, like poke pro and cut. Like, wow. Okay. You gonna have fun here,. How about this welcoming like that, what kind of being is that gonna be now? A peaceful being? A powerful being a grounded being.
Amandha: They say Jesus and Buddha were lotus births. I don’t know if that’s true, but I did read that. You can look that up if you’re interested. Definitely can’t do that in hospital. Then after, yeah, I had a very powerful birth. I’m very glad for my birth. I still had to fight off of midwives, but I, you know, I came out unscathed.
Amandha: I don’t have these stories that I hear, these horror stories. And what I was saying there earlier is once they do the stretch and sweep and once they do an any injection on any level of messing with your own hormone system, then you’ve lost control. And now they have to come in and it’s like one, one intervention begets another.
Reflections on Natural and Unassisted Birth
Amandha: As soon as you’re interfered with, then that begets another interference and so forth. And this is how the heroic medicine model works. First they come in and they screw you up, and then they come in and they save you. And then they make sure at the end they tell you how much they saved you, but they forget to tell you that they started your trauma in the first place, that you even needed to be saved in the first place.
Amandha: That’s how heroic medicine works.
Amandha: And that’s the model that’s there. They screw around with you and tinker around with you, and then they tell you are in danger and good thing you were there or else you would’ve had a problem. And then that’s the story that the mothers are coming out with. Well, thank God we were at the hospital because I’d have a C-section because I, you know, I wasn’t I was, I had stalled labor.
Amandha: I couldn’t continue pushing anymore. I was exhausted or all these stories, right? Yeah. But if you just had your baby at home you wouldn’t have had stalled labor because you would’ve been in the comfort level and you wouldn’t have been toyed around with, you wouldn’t have been injected. You wouldn’t had the stretching sweep, you wouldn’t had them breaking your water, any of these other unnatural procedures.
Amandha: and you would’ve had a normal natural birth, you would’ve been able to do it. And see, when you get a birth where you’ve done it yourself, it’s like nothing can stop you. You are a woman in charge. You realize the power of your body. You know that you can do anything cause if you can birth a baby naturally like that, like I didn’t do painkillers, I didn’t do anything.
Amandha: I felt that pain. I wanted to feel that pain. I wanted to feel it all. cause I knew that when I got through that I would be strong for it. And I was. And I still am to this day. That is a strengthening milestone of life. And why would you wanna take that away? Because you’re afraid of a little bit of pain.
Amandha: Really.
Amandha: Do you know when you come up through that how strong you feel that you can do this now you can do this, now you can parent this child. You just went through a war in a way you went through. Now it can be orgasmic. I didn’t have an orgasmic one. You can do that if you want. You can have an orgasmic birth.
Amandha: I wish everyone in orgasm birth, but I felt it as pain in my body and my joints are opening up for a child to come through. It’s painful. And I was okay with that. I just screamed like a banshee through it.. But after you’re like, wow, I did that, my body did that. Wow. You know, it just is some, there’s an empowerment and that’s what I wanted.
Amandha: Why I’m sharing this. I’m hoping to inspire and empower more women to do what we’ve always done, which is have our babies at home. Why would you subject to a disease ridden institution subject your innocent, new baby to that? No. You know, more and more women are having unassisted birth and if I were to have another, which I’m not, but if I were.
Amandha: I would do it unassisted. Nobody, I’m not interested in any of them. I don’t want the midwives, I don’t want anybody. And how I would get around that is I would have a baby and maybe I would even go to the midwives or whatever. Initially no one would be phoned. When I have my baby, I’d just say it came too fast.
Amandha: Sorry just happened it just happened. You know, to hear the stories, they’re in the car on the way to the hospital just happened. I’m maybe in a taxi. That’s how I would play it. Sorry, but you guys are a bunch of wackos. So I’m gonna do what I have to do to protect myself and I would just have my partner there and maybe a doula, whatever, someone who knew enough to, if there was an issue, they knew what to do.
Amandha: There was the core around the neck or shoulder dystocia. They knew how to make the, those corrections. You can read a book to study that, read a nursing book, or read a midwifery book to understand that. And if there’s a problem, then you, that’s when you go to the hospital, you know, you have your backup plan, but the, again, the percentage of that happening, unless you’re in a situation and you know, your body know, you know, I don’t know, I don’t feel good about it.
Breastfeeding, Pediatric Care, and Parenting Perspectives
Amandha: I don’t feel right. I think we should be in the hospital. That’s my true intuition. That’s, I’m sensing that then you will fine. Of the, one percentage of you that will have an issue, a true, valid issue, or if you’re carrying, you are, you know, pre you go into preterm labor. Fine. It’s so rare though.
Amandha: Okay. So I had an empowered birth and I nursed her for three years and she’s six now. I would’ve, she would still be nursing me, honestly. like, get off of me now. love you, but alright, I need my boobies back. All right., yeah, that’s her immune system, if you will. That’s her defenses being set up for her life, right?
Amandha: I’ve nev she’s never been to a hospital or a doctor.
Amandha: We got fired actually. So here’s the thing I know about the scam of vaccines. You can watch my other videos on that and I’ll do more on them, but vaccines are complete and utter fraud. Never saved a life, never have and never will. They are based on germ theory, which is a false theory.
Amandha: The terrain theory is the truth theory. You can watch my videos on that. There are no viruses. And to understand the somatids, which are the cell line in her blood, that makes our bacteria and our fungus.
Amandha: That are endemic to us, that help break down dead tissue and damaged cells and help to rebuild our terrain, rebuild our body.
Amandha: And that’s what they’re there for.
Amandha: They’re not disease causers, they clean up disease once it’s present diseases from lack of nutrition and toxicity and emotional issues. All right. And like
Amandha: I dunno. I just, I understand that, you know, I wasn’t going to subject her to that, but Okay. I still wanted to have maybe like, I don’t know, at that time I still naive, maybe still have a doctor.
Amandha: Let’s just do the, well baby checks anyway. Like, let’s just, I’m a health practitioner. I’m a let’s talk, like, let’s communicate. I just, I really thought it would be cool. I thought it would be great to have another doctor to have a discussion with. Right. Well, I find out from the nurse practitioner that because I’m not vaccinating that they don’t want anything to do with me.
Amandha: So I was basically fired as a patient in a free healthcare system. I was fired. Yes. They would have nothing to do with me. I’m like, oh. So the only, so what you’re saying to me basically is that vaccines are the only things that you offer as far as health for my child? Is that what you’re saying? Because I won’t vaccinate that and you don’t wanna see her.
Amandha: That means that’s all you’ve got. Interesting. So you guys basically offer nothing. You offer death, poison, and otherwise nothing. I’ll take the nothing. Bye-bye. But by now, that’s basically what happened. So she’s never been, and of course she doesn’t need to go to a hospital because she’s never sick, because she’s not poisoned.
Amandha: You can see my video and vitamin K. Why? That’s a scam. You can do your due diligence, please. If you’re going to have a baby, you need to be an adult and you need to be a responsible party. And in order for you to be an adult, you need to do your own research. You need to educate yourself because this world is not about educating you, helping you or anything.
Amandha: This world is succubus on your energy. You need to stand up for yourself and your rights and your health freedom and say no, and do your research so you know what you’re talking about. And we, if we’re gonna survive this guys, we need the mamas and the papas and not, I’m not talking about the band to.
Amandha: Stand up and fight for your children, okay? And keep them out of the hands of these insane people and these institutions and corporations that only wish to brand your children, own them, and make them into slaves for their own agenda. Okay? And I mean, this is a, this is something I’ll share a book in the description.
Amandha: You can read about what’s gone on over history. You need to understand the history. The propaganda’s history is not true. None of it is 90% of what you’ve been taught is wrong. And you have to relearn, you have to unschool yourself and relearn the information so that you know where you’re coming from with what’s going on.
Amandha: So you can identify the sharks that are out there in the waters waiting to take a piece off of you and your child. Okay? And I say this with compassion and passion, cause I know this is the truth. This has been my life work. This has been my research, education, and experience, and it’s all corroborated.
Amandha: All right. I’ll also post a link about how most science is been tainted or misinformed. And that will help you kind of come to that light. That things that are done in the name of science is just more manipulation and propaganda. You don’t need to be a victim. You don’t need to be a victim.
Motherhood, Community Support, and Closing Reflections
Amandha: Okay? Take back your rights. Take back your power, and just stop. Just stop their meddling and their insanity at all costs. I was trying to think if there’s anything I wanna touch on else. I just wanna, I’ll summarize this. I had a very amazing birth experience that I wish all of you to have. Okay.
Amandha: I wish for every baby to be born as nature intended, which is vaginally, and for no mother to have to go through a C-section and have to care for her own wound and health while she’s also trying to learn about a new baby and that baby’s health and that every mother is supported through this experience, that she understand the power of breast milk for healing, for growth, for prevention, of any kind of illness, for learning about the strength that she holds and that her mind be well after the experience so that she can mother properly because we need a society of healthy children who are going to then become healthy adults, who will then take care of this problem that we have in our society where the sharks.
Amandha: Have taken over everything and are continuing to strangle, hold everybody. And if we don’t do it now, I just don’t see where we’re gonna go with it. Honestly I don’t wanna be a doom and bloomer, but honestly it’s not looking so good. We have to walk away from them and en masse. On mass and just if we’re not there to feed the system, it will fall.
Amandha: Right? If we’re not there to give them the power, then it will go and we will have a new way. I envision a beautiful support network of women and men. It’s not just a women. But the women banding together in this way. Because we are the carriers, the physical carriers. And I don’t see men nursing
Amandha: There are no men. That nurse, sorry. It doesn’t exist. There are women and there are men at the end. And the woman the women really need to be the change makers here. Okay? And always have been in history really, and just band together. And if you need to support each other through birth, then that’s where we need to be.
Amandha: cause it’s a community that raises a child, right? And we’ve been way too isolated and we’ve been way too pummeled down over the centuries, really. And we have it. We have it. And we need to use what we’ve got and trust ourselves. And it’s not in an uneducated way, it’s in an educated way. But we need to do it.
Amandha: We need to actually take those steps to do it, to educate ourselves and so that we know how to get by the little blips in life that are going to try to trip us up. And because of fear, we then give our power to the, to others. And we don’t wanna be in those positions. We wanna be strong so that we know how to stand in our truth.
Amandha: And we feel that even if there’s some wavering energies, we can still stand strong through that, you know, through that test. And if we have each other’s backs, then right, we have each other’s backs. Imagine a whole bunch of mama bears going, right? Can you see that? Well, I can anyway. Yeah. So I wish you all an empowered birth.
Amandha: Listen, God gave you everything you need. You’ve got it and your baby has it. And you don’t need interventions. Your body knows what to do. You have to trust that. And you have to feed your body in a healthy way and support it in a healthy way and you know, do what you need to do to get there.
Amandha: That’s your goal. That’s your job is to get there. And I know there’s different, like if you’re in the states or whatever, there’s different laws, there’s different things you have to work around. We’ll work around them as best you can, obviously. But hey, if you were walking through a forest and, whoops, you got your labor started and you had a baby, oops.
Amandha: I guess that’s how it happened. Oops. Just happened so fast. I just couldn’t get to the hospital., there’s always ways around it. Okay. Anyway, I wish you the best. This is just been a highlight of my birth and my opinions on birth. And obviously you’re gonna listen to what’s true for you and do what’s best for you and your baby.
Amandha: I understand. But don’t do what’s best, what you think is best based on propaganda, because that’s not that’s not true. Disclosure to you, that’s not truth. You wanna go to the truth and then make that decision for yourself, right? Then it’s a balanced decision based on logic and fact and so forth. All right.
Amandha: I wish you all the best. And if you need more information, I mean, I have a, an entire website and blog devoted to a lot of these topics. It’s yummy mummy emporium.org, and you can go to the blog and I have like, how to increase your milk production. I have a lot of topics. How to heal your liver, how to heal your body when you know, trying to get pregnant, et cetera.
Amandha: And on. And I do take distance clients to assist clients like through Skype or phone or whatever. If you’re having, needing some guidance and just needing some one to talk to, some information I am for hire for that. and so you can contact me through my website my email’s yummy mumm yum gmail.com.
Amandha: Yummy mum yum YM gmail.com. You can email me. I do get a lot of requests, so just be patient with me. I do my best. And I also make a whole, like my store started on natural childbirth and helping women have empowered births. I carry amber teething necklaces. I carry supplements for babies and children.
Amandha: I make creams like diaper creams and rash creams and things like that. Well, if you don’t vaccinate, basically don’t get rashes anyway. But for the most part, and I do have a whole line of natural care products that are safe for baby. You know, if they bruise themselves to use Arnica and so forth. And there’s a whole bunch of tissue salts I have for helping their bones grow properly, et cetera, et such.
Amandha: So if you’re interested in any of that’s on my website as well. And I’m continually expanding my products and making more products and it’s the way I roll. Gotta save the babies here to save the babies., I love you all. Thank you for your support and your feedback and I appreciate your, to you again soon.
