Important Context & Safety
Educational context: This video presents Amandha Vollmer’s personal experience and perspectives on the Molecular Enhancer, PEMF, ozone, resonance, terrain theory, detoxification, parasites, cancer, DNA repair, and related frequency-based devices. Dan Dial Technologies currently describes the Molecular Enhancer as an experimental device undergoing research. FDA-regulated PEMF devices do exist for specific uses such as non-invasive bone-growth stimulation, but those specific indications do not establish the safety or effectiveness of the Molecular Enhancer for the broad health applications discussed in this video.
U.S. federal regulation identifies ozone as a toxic gas and warns that inhalation can irritate the respiratory tract and, at sufficient exposure, cause serious lung injury; odor is not a reliable measure of safe ozone exposure. Do not intentionally inhale ozone or improvise the electrical setup of a high-voltage or ozone-generating device. Appropriate equipment instructions, electrical precautions, ventilation, and exposure controls are important.
The video also discusses cancer, Lyme disease, asthma, hypertension, smoking cessation, infections, and replacing or avoiding conventional medical care. Do not stop prescribed medication or cancer, infection, respiratory, cardiovascular, or other necessary treatment based on this video. This video should not be used to delay appropriate emergency assessment or treatment.

Introduction: The Molecular Enhancer and Amandha's Experience
Amandha: Hi, everyone. Today I’m going to show you my beautiful, marvelous, wonderful-on-all-levels Molecular Enhancer. I’ve got it set up in the background. You can see the pieces, and I’ll show you those in detail in a second and show you how I operate the machine. Many, many moons ago, a good friend of mine, Bruce – may he rest in peace – made this machine for me based on Dan Dial’s Molecular Enhancer technology.
Amandha: You can look that up. Dan Dial Technologies has information about what the device is and how it works. I couldn’t afford to buy Dan Dial’s Molecular Enhancer at the time, so Bruce, being an amazing inventor, whipped one up for me.
Amandha: I was really blessed to have one. After one of my trips to India, I came back feeling really ill and believed I had a lot of parasites. When I went to Bruce’s house, he said, ‘Just go sit on the Molecular Enhancer for a while and that’ll take care of it.’
Amandha: So I sat on the machine – I’ll show you what that means in a minute – for maybe 30 or 40 minutes, and then I felt done. I felt immediately better afterward, and I released some interesting contents from my body. I’ll spare you those details.
Amandha: I felt great, and I never had another problem with that particular issue. The Molecular Enhancer is a PEMF device. PEMF stands for pulsed electromagnetic field therapy. It’s electromagnetic in quality, but it’s an oscillating field. When you have resonance in an oscillating field, you have movement and what I describe as harmonic resonance in the body.
Amandha: So this machine is tuned to the frequency of the human energy field in an oscillating frequency. So really, it’s not like for a specific disease per se. What it’s really for is it enhances your own cellular activity. It opens up your electrical activity inside your cells. Your organ systems will start to harmonize together.
Amandha: The organ systems, in my view, start to work together more as a whole. So I think of it as a terrain-theory type of device. I don’t see it as directly killing a parasite, for example. I describe it as electrifying the cells so the body can respond to something that isn’t working well, whether that’s what I considered parasites, cancer, or another problem.
Amandha: I’ve had a few cancer patients use this and, in my experience, they had wonderful results. It’s an expensive gadget to purchase, but if you’re very sick, what’s two or three thousand dollars? I’ve had this machine for close to two decades now, so for me it has been well worth what it cost. The other thing about it is that it makes ozone.
Amandha: You make contact through your hands and feet, and you will smell ozone. Breathing ozone is not ideal because it can do lung damage over time. As a therapist, if I’m in a room with it while treating a lot of patients, I need to protect myself.
Amandha: For someone sitting on it once or twice, I didn’t consider that the same type of occupational exposure. I also describe the machine as affecting the blood. In my framework, I associate an alkaline, oxygen-rich internal environment with health and with making the body less hospitable to disease.
Amandha: So I want to show you the device. Hi, everybody. Hi, Alan. I’m going to sit on it. I turned off the light because I was hoping you’d be able to see the bulb itself. It glows this beautiful orange color, similar to my shirt.
Amandha: The glowing bulb is almost a meditation in itself. It’s quite mesmerizing. I’ll point out the parts now, and hopefully you can hear me from a distance. Over here is the bulb.
Device Components, Setup, and Live Demonstration
Amandha: Okay, I think we’re back. Sorry – there was a connection problem. I’ll review where I was. I was showing you the pieces before I light it up. This is the main unit, the power section.
Amandha: This part is plastic, and underneath it is a copper plate. I have to take that off and clean it routinely so the aluminum in the two glass plates has proper contact. Then there’s the ball – the bulb that plugs in and makes contact with the unit. Look at this glass. It’s beautiful.
Amandha: This is what lights up with that beautiful orange color. I hold it in my hands like this, and then I place my bare feet on the plate. The first step is to turn the machine on, then pick up the bulb quickly with both hands.
Amandha: You’ll feel that it’s electric. Then you put your feet on the plate. I’ll show you that now so you can hear what it sounds like when it starts. Let me move you back into a better viewing position. Thanks, Mateo. And yes – look at my funky pants.
Amandha: Woo. I got funky pants today. So me and my funky pants will go and sit down on this and I’ll show you how it rolls. So take off any footwear. And so I’ve got everything plugged in to switch here. So just turn that on. You can probably hear that.
Amandha: The first step is to pick up the bulb and make good contact with both hands. I usually tuck the cord here because if the cord touches my legs, I can get a bit of a jolt. Then I quickly put my feet onto the plate. So I’m sitting with the bulb in my hands and my feet firmly pressed onto the plate.
Amandha: Okay? So I would sit like this and, you know, if someone’s coming in to see me and she wants to use this, I usually charge 35 bucks for 40 minutes, which I think is reasonable. I’ll put like some music on or something, or I can meditate. And really, you don’t start to have your oscillatory frequency until about 25 to 30 minutes.
Amandha: In my experience, it takes about 25 to 30 minutes to reach what I call the resonance effect. Right now, I describe myself as getting ‘ozonated to the max,’ and that effect builds over time. I usually allow about 30 minutes for it to build.
Amandha: Then I like to sit in that resonance for about 10 minutes, which is why I use roughly 40-minute sessions. I don’t know whether you can see the color, but it’s a beautiful orange. I’ve also had people use the bulb directly around areas where they were having problems.
Amandha: When I believed I had parasites in my gut, I lifted my shirt and made direct contact around my stomach and intestinal area. I also had someone with lymphoma who moved the bulb along his leg, almost massaging the area with it. In my experience, directly contacting areas of concern felt effective.
Amandha: When you get off the device, to avoid a shock, you do the opposite of how you got on: first take your feet off the plate, then put down the bulb, and then switch the machine off. Afterward, my hands can feel sticky, which I associate with the ozone exposure.
Amandha: That’s really interesting. I clean the device before and after each client, and it needs a thorough cleaning because residue can build up on the contact areas. And yes, I know you’re laughing at my funky pants. They’re pretty awesome, I have to admit.
Ozone, Resonance, Session Timing, and Technical Questions
Amandha: If there are questions about it, I’ll stay on for a minute. I lost the connection when I moved the camera, so some of that may have been scrambled. As for exactly what is transferring into my hands, I don’t know the engineering details. What I’m observing most clearly is the ozone.
Amandha: The ozone is going in to, to the body. I mean, like my hands smell like ozone right now. I mean, the whole room does, but like this, my hands will smell of ozone for a good while. So obviously it’s getting in through the skin, right? The skin is the medium to take the O3. So oxygen is O2, ozone is O3.
Amandha: In my interpretation, that extra oxygen component is being absorbed and used by the body. Am I familiar with the Vibe machine? Yes. I tried one once, I think at a Total Health Show. It was pretty cool. If I’m remembering correctly, it had a purple light, and I really enjoyed the experience.
Amandha: How does this device create the resonance? That’s really a question for the engineers. I can describe what I experience and what the device is intended to do, but I’m not familiar enough with the engineering to explain exactly how the ozone is generated.
Amandha: All I know is it’s making ozone because ozone has a telltale smell and that’s what this machine’s designed to also do. Right? So I know it’s producing it. And the color also is the right color for this specific ozone from what I was told by Bruce. And then through the contact, cause our skin’s a two-way street, right?
Amandha: I think the bulb is the chamber where the ozone is being made, and the contact is through the hands. I’m less certain about what is happening through the feet. Let me show you the area I’m talking about.
Amandha: There’s a unit here, and the combination of aluminum and copper is important to the design. Then there’s the plasma tube. From what I understand, this is where the ozone is being produced, and it comes out either through the glass assembly or through the fan because there is a fan on the unit.
Amandha: Again, I don’t really understand all the engineering details. For that, I would go to Dan Dial’s website and look at the technical information there. These are great questions, and if you find a more detailed engineering explanation, let me know. That’s more technical than what I know about the machine.
Amandha: I just, I’ve had this for a long time and have been using it so successfully, so I really wanted to share it. And I’ve got it set up finally in my healing room. So, you know, I have some patients that are gonna be sitting on it. In the next little while and I’ll be sort of, I’ll be looking at how they heal from it.
Amandha: So I think that’s it for the device questions. If anyone is local and wants to sit on it, that’s an option, or you can buy one. Someone mentioned that the Vibe machine uses seven different colors with different noble gases. That would make sense of the color I remember seeing. The Vibe machine was huge, though; it would take up most of this room.
Amandha: I found the Vibe machine very noticeable. I felt very ‘electric’ when I got off it. With this Molecular Enhancer, I generally feel good afterward, like I have energy for the day, but I notice that more after the resonance period – around the 30-minute point I mentioned.
Amandha: Thirty-two grand for the Vibe machine? That’s a bit outside my budget and space requirements. This one is neat and easy. I’ve moved many times with it and it’s still working. I think I paid around $1,500 for mine, or something in that range.
Amandha: I think it’s an amazing machine. There are so many PEMF devices now. To me, healing involves more than the molecular qualities of food and chemistry; I also think about the body’s electrical aspects. Dan Dial has several pages online with information about his technology.
Amandha: Some pages are better than others, but there is a lot of information. One of the technical pages I was looking at discusses claims about DNA and helping damaged DNA. That’s one of the things described there.
Amandha: And then as well, it talks about like warnings for Herxheimer reaction. So quick die off. So. Like, it can shock the elimination system of the body because you’re, you’re gonna detox, right? So, it enhances the immune system like I was saying. So yeah, you wanna drink a lot of water and you wanna make sure that your bowels are moving properly and all of that.
Amandha: There’s more information from the inventor about this particular machine, and if you search PEMF you’ll find a lot of material. In my experience, the machine works. I often think about what healthcare might look like if more of these kinds of energy devices were available in clinical settings.
Zappers, Rife Devices, and Hyperbaric Oxygen
Amandha: To me, this isn’t even new information; these ideas and devices have been around for a long time. Someone asked whether I work with a Hulda zapper or a Rife machine. I have used a small zapper. Let me see if I can find it and show you.
Amandha: Here it is. It’s a cute little device – a mini zapper. This part here is copper.
Amandha: You turn it on and place it against the skin. It’s not what I would call a true programmable zapper, because you can’t program frequencies into it. It also has a piece of orgonite in it. Here, I’ll show you. It’s kind of cool, and I’ve used it myself.
Amandha: This is a travel device for me. If I’m traveling and eat something I’m unsure about, I put it on my gut. I find that helpful. As for a Rife machine, I’m saving up for one. I’ve been looking at several models and haven’t decided which one to invest in yet.
Amandha: I’ve had my eye on the Spooky plasma-style setup, and there’s another system I’ve been researching that seems more intuitive than a conventional Rife setup. I’m still on the fence and still researching, but I do find the Spooky system interesting.
Amandha: Some of those systems include the plasma tube and the rest of the equipment together. Someone also mentioned hyperbaric oxygen chambers. I think those are interesting too. Bruce, who created this Molecular Enhancer for me, lived in Niagara Falls on the Canadian side and was part of an inventors’ group. A friend of his had a hyperbaric oxygen chamber and used it regularly.
Amandha: I never got to use that chamber myself. It boggles my mind that more of these technologies aren’t readily available. I think people interested in them often end up building communities, sharing resources, or creating access themselves rather than waiting for larger systems to adopt them.
Amandha: That’s ultimately what I think we’re going to have to do – organize and make useful tools available ourselves. So there it is. That’s my Molecular Enhancer.
Amandha: Thanks for all the comments and for showing up. Someone mentioned a goal of hyperbaric oxygen chambers on every corner. I like that. Someone else brought up a woman with Lyme disease who reportedly used a Hulda zapper in relation to spirochetes. I can see why that story appeals to people interested in frequency-based approaches.
Frequency, Terrain Theory, Pleomorphism, and Cancer Discussion
Amandha: Absolutely. It’s simple. It’s like your parasite has a frequency, right? You can measure the frequency and then you can send it the opposite frequency and it will nullify to mean it’s basic, basic, basic., right? You have a wave form like this and everything has its own wave, wave form. And then you match the opposing exact opposing wave form and you nullify it.
Amandha: That’s as simple as it gets. And that’s what she figured out and that’s what she did, right? I mean, it’s, it’s, it’s a mind boggling. This is the old, I remember reading Hulda Clark’s books before I even started naturopathic college, and I was talking about it and I’m like, oh, she was crazy., what are you talking about?
Amandha: This is just science. I don’t care about her personality or whatever. I’m talking about the waveform and the, and the understanding of, of disease. Right. And like I was saying, I think, in one of my other videos, like we totally have disease wrong, right? We think that some like bug infects us and then, and then now we have a disease that the bug caused like in us, but that’s not, that’s wrong.
Amandha: That’s not how disease works.. That’s germ theory. That’s one bug for one disease, or one bug causes like a multiple different kind of diseases, right? It’s wrong, and we know it’s wrong. It doesn’t work like that., how infection even works is that you have to be diseased first. Like your tissue has to be rotting or have dead.
Amandha: You have to have diseased matter somewhere in your body, and then those creatures are invited to clean up your mess for you. They’re actually supposed to be. Degrading you like, like what happens out in nature with mushrooms, right? I mean, it’s degrading dead and dying tissue to, to keep the life life cycle going.
Amandha: Right? It comes down the ground and up again and like, so if you’re full of disease tissue, yeah, you’re gonna get infections. That’s why like put a whole bunch of people in a room together and like put polio everywhere. And you think everyone’s gonna get polio? No. Only the people who have already been poorly malnourished will get it, will be susceptible to it.
Amandha: So like the whole thing is just backwards. It’s not how disease works. We have to really get that through our heads, you know, that’s why these machines are so effective, because they’re just enhancing your terrain. They’re helping your body become stronger, and when your body is stronger and your immune system is.
Amandha: It will clean up all that debris. Like, you know, did you party that night and you’re, you know, you were drinking or whatever and you hurt your gut and you have dying tissue or dead tissue that has to get out now of the body, right? Which has to be detoxed with body. Yeah. You enhance your body, it’s gonna clean that up.
Amandha: You’re probably not gonna get a stomach flu or you know, whatever else is gonna come in like, or candida or something that’s gonna come in to eat. Dead material like on your behalf. They’re probably like so mad. Like I was just trying to help. I just came in to help you got, gave me all this dead tissue to eat and now you’re all mad at me and like vaccinating me and stuff.
Amandha: You know? I mean, come on. Like, this is easy to find information, like just a little bit of German New Medicine, pleomorphism, you know, like. Like, let’s just look up the Metamorphism versus pleomorphism. Just, just look that up. Look up Antoine Béchamp’s work. You know, somatids – there are things in our bodies that no one’s even told us exist.
Amandha: Only people who have like com compound microscopes or can do blood analysis. Know that these things even exist. I mean, you’re not even taught in school, so you gotta, you gotta go outside the box or you’re not gonna know anything. I mean, ultimately,, they lease the hyperbaric oxygen chambers in Quebec.
Amandha: Awesome. That is great. Maybe it’s time for me to go there. Sophia, small Storm. Who’s that? Is she, oh, sorry. She does shows on disease in the internal milieu and cle. Nice. Yeah, I mean there’s at least more of us than God knowing, but see it squash is a whole medical, oligarchy, right? Now vaccines don’t make any sense.
Amandha: Now drugs don’t make any sense, right? Like antibiotics, they don’t make any sense. We know they’re stupid, meaning they, we know, they just damaged the body further. When you understand pleomorphism, you’re like, well, none of that shit do we need, and not only that is hurting us like severely. What we need is we need to build up our, our bodies and our training.
Amandha: Like, I have a cancer patient. I have a couple right now, but I have one in particular. I mean, we’ve been cleaning him up for the past two weeks. And his tumor’s draining and he’s healing and he’s feeling great and we’re not going after the tumor. We’re not attacking the cancer. You know, the cancer’s saving his freaking life.
Amandha: The tumor’s saving his life ultimately cuz his immune system can’t keep up, right? So it’s making this tumor to like wall crap away. Wall, the damage away from the vital organs as best as possible. So he’s healing. Yeah. Woo-hoo. It’s like, we’re gonna run for the cure for cancer, and I’m gonna do all this stuff that’s like, we already have hundreds and hundreds of cures.
Amandha: It’s, it’s, it’s, what are you doing? You’re just being used. You’re being used, you know, for like evil. So just vote, like, you know, go and give some money to like somebody who’s doing the right thing, who knows about this. And help them, like run for them instead. You know, run for the truth., stop running for these fricking Cancer society fraudsters, man.
Amandha: They don’t know anything about health. They’re not gonna tell you about the molecular molecular enhancer that helps heal cancer. Go ask the can Canadian, cancer Society or wherever you are. Ask those organizations about these., you’ll probably, get a blank stare coming back at you. Right. So, you know, they’re all in bed together and the sex probably isn’t, ain’t that great.
Amandha: You know what I mean? Little blue pills are going around. Yes. So please study pleomorphism. I will check out this awesome Sophia, woman and yeah, sounds like she’s like my sister almost there. And, yeah, I really, I. There’s so much elegant, beautiful things out there to heal you. You know, like the molecular enhancer behind me.
Medical-System Critique, Prevention, Vaccines, and Emotional Healing
Amandha: And, I just, I just wanna encourage you to just look elsewhere for answers. You know, everyone says, oh, I’m sick. I better go to my doctor. That’s the last person to go to. I mean, there’s even a naturopath in one of my groups. Like, you know, there was a kid with horrible issues and I dare bring up that vaccines possibly pro probably caused it, right?
Amandha: Because I don’t see sick kids that aren’t vaccinated, like vaccinated kids are the sick kids. They’re the ones that have all these really weird things going on. Unvaccinated kids don’t get any of this stuff. So I was like, well what’s the vaccine history? Cuz nobody’s asking that question and like, maybe here’s how you treat it with the terrain.
Amandha: Oh, this is, that’s irresponsible. We have go to a doctor. I’m like, you’re not a doctor. Like, I don’t understand why you’re sending people to conventional medicine. Where’d the nature doctors go? Like, we don’t even have nature doctors left. They’ve all been captured too. So there’s like a few, few of us really talking about this stuff openly and saying like, this is calling bullshit on their fraud.
Amandha: So, Anyway. Any other questions? If, if not, I will you go to the hospitals to die? That’s exactly what you do. That’s, yeah. You got a blank stare about apple cider vinegar and heartburn. Yeah, sure. They know nothing. It’s zero. Yes. Sick Kids Hospital. Oh God. Don’t get me started on Sick Kids Hospital. Yeah.
Amandha: The hospital is a place of death and disease and I. And if you want to get an illness or you want to die, yeah, go to a hospital. Now, if you’re in an accident and you know you need the jaws of life and you need to, to get some suppression to get going again. Awesome. Thank you. Hospitals you have of the pie of health, you have this sliver, you know of the, of the pie.
Amandha: That’s your piece. Don’t hog the rest of the pie. For the rest of us who are. Helping people and healing people. Don’t think you own it all cuz that’s just arrogance. So Yeah, like why you even call it sick kids hospital, you even guys hear yourself. Yeah, right. Let’s, let’s harvest kids organs and sell them on the black market hospital because that’s probably what’s going on in there.
Amandha: So, and you know, again it’s hard cuz I don’t wanna judge people cuz they’re just stupid. But honestly, They’re cutting off little baby boy penises and selling that shit. I mean, that’s proof. So yeah, that’s the type of place that you, if you just stay away, have your babies at home. Yep. You know, stay away from the jabs and the pressure and the whatever the hell mind control that’s going on there.
Amandha: So, you know, you can invest in things like this. It’s not that expense. I mean, if you think about it, right? And you talk about preventative health. Nobody’s talking about preventative health, health. Everyone’s just putting out freaking fires. Like, you know, they come to you when you’re, when you’re half dead already, and go like, Hey, I’m almost dead.
Amandha: Save me. Okay? Okay. How about, here’s how you prevent getting to that place where you’re now, you know, on fire and in an alarm place.. Yeah. So I mean, that’s where I’m trying to get to with people. I mean, I only have a few that are like, yeah, I really wanna prevent illness and be healthy and like what should I do with my lifestyle and how should I make these changes now in my life so that I don’t get some crazy tumor G growing out of my face?
Amandha: You know, that kind of stuff. So, I appreciate those people very much that. Wanting to prevent illness because, you know, I was having an argument this morning. I get in these regularly because, you know, I am as anti-vaccine as you can probably get in any way, shape or form. And so I made a comment cuz they finally did an actual study on, vaccinated versus.
Amandha: Pure intact immune system, people called unvaccinated. And um, they found, hey, hmm, the vaccinators are sick and crappy and have poor outcomes and stuff, and the unvaccinated are awesome and healthy. And, you know, basically like that’s the, that’s my generalization of it, but that’s what the study was showing.
Amandha: And I was like, yeah. And so I made a comment. Stop calling my child unvaccinated like, like they’re missing out on something here. You know? Like they’re not, she’s not missing anything. Your child is now damaged and so you should probably take some notice of that and prevent the cancer that’s been injected in them, you know, for later on in life.
Amandha: You know, clean them up now. And I got a nasty comment back that I was being negative or something. Oh, poor, poor person. But they were obviously vaccinated. And, so I’ll, you know, I had to just kind of blast back at them a little bit lovingly, but, you know, kind of like Kali Ma, stern love. Like get your head outta your ass, sort of
Amandha: And so yeah, I said, look up pleomorphism. Like, what are you talking about? You know, I mean, you’re getting jabbed with all this crap. You’re getting disease and you’re calling my child like that. They’re missing out on something unvaccinated. No, you’re like unhealthy cuz you got that in you now. You know you can’t undo that.
Amandha: No, I’m vaccine damaged too. Every, every one of us is vaccine damaged. Look up Dr. Andrew Molden. He proved that. I will do, I know of karmically spawn tumor as well. Well, I mean, that’s an interesting point that you say there because, there’s always an emotional component to any disease. Disease doesn’t come from the physical only, really,
Amandha: Ultimately, like there’s, if you were damaged, like something, even an accident, you could even look that it came from an emotional, energy. So you really have to look at the emotional field I every time, if you’re gonna heal cancer naturally or heal any disease naturally. But it’s this, I see it a lot in with cancer.
Amandha: You have to address the, emotional system. Like you have to go, what happened in your life emotionally to bring you to this place? You’ll always get a story.. And yeah, it can come, it can come from lots of, like, now we’re getting esoteric, we’re getting pa you know, we’re talking about past lives and stuff.
Amandha: Yeah. That’s, you know, most people don’t even, don’t even, excuse me, don’t even understand about this life. Nevermind now bringing in past lives to them. Right. I mean, it’s, it’s insane. Like, they’ll think you’re crazy. It’s, it’s hard. It’s really hard, but when you break it down, you break energy down for them.
Amandha: I find.. And when you show them, like some of the chakra systems and you show them that everything has a field, right, and thoughts and emotions have fields that are measurable and you start to put it into science terms, then it like helps ’em understand that you’re not just some wacky person talking about voodoo or something.
Amandha: Like it’s actually tangible and it’s actually ancient. Like it’s not new, you know, it’s, it’s more ancient than like the modern medicine being practiced today, which I think is complete witchcraft. So, okay. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Do you know of a natural quit-smoking substance comparable to what’s available through a doctor?
Audience Q&A: Smoking Cessation and Support Strategies
Amandha: Okay, well, I mean, I would use molecular enhancer at any protocol to support, you know, detoxing the body of the like three, three to 4,000 chemicals that’s in most cigarette brands. I have a blog, a stop smoking blog, I’ll put it in later, but it’s, called Smash the Habit, I think – smashthehabit. Blogspot. Com.
Amandha: I built this a gazillion years ago and so it has lots of resources and some articles I wrote and whatever, because smoking is like something that bothers me a lot cuz I’m such a, I’m so sensitive that if someone’s a smoker and I like, I can smell them for days in my nose. Like it’s like,, like, who the hell are you that I have to now smell fricking your cigarette for three days, you know, pisses me off
Amandha: Nevermind that I just got, you know, blasted by your stink and your stuff and you can’t even smell it. So I try to help people, you know, quit smoking or whatever, but, the best thing to do is to, if you can just switch to a natural tobacco, I know they have it in states. I can’t find it in Canada. But it’s like Native American spirit tobacco.
Amandha: And if you just switch out your brand with all those toxic chemicals in it, cause that’s really what you’re addicted to, not the tobacco. Tobacco comes outta your body in two weeks. The addiction’s done in two weeks. So switch over to natural tobacco for a while and detox your body. Start working on your diet.
Amandha: Start working on sweating and infrared saunas and all that kind of stuff. And then, you know, figure out your quit plan. You know how you’re gonna do it. Launder all your clothes, you know, get your teeth done so they’re all nice and white and shiny and you don’t wanna. Stain ’em up again and all that, and it’s all in my blog, but that’s the way to go about it.
Amandha: And for natural substitutes, like Lobelia oats straw tincture, it’s like a one-to-one tincture you make with those two, and then you carry it around. And then if you have any cravings, you just drop it on your tongue or put in some water and drink it, and that’ll get you through the cravings till you’re done.
Amandha: And then you have to work on the grief, the lungs, you know, why did I smoke? Why was I sucking back my grief? What?, did my trauma come from? It could be past life trauma, right? Might not even make any sense. But doing some definitely like healing, emotional healing is ha you have to do a smoking. You don’t just, you don’t just smoke for long periods of time without, there’s a drug that you’re using to suppress something.
Amandha: What is it? Find that out. Smoking gave you up. Good to hear., I know I missed some questions up. There’s, sorry. Just let me, I will post detox Yeah. And stuff from my store. Sure. Good thing it’s raining today. And like flood warning cuz my store is open but nobody’s come in cuz it’s so dead. And yeah.
Audience Q&A: Cannabis, Self-Care Education, Breathwork, and Closing
Amandha: Non-separation. Totally. Yeah. I mean, everything’s here and now ultimately. Right. So, what about smoking cannabis? I. I don’t wanna judge that like, but you smoke, cannabis, you will get some combustion products in the, in the lungs. Like you will, you will do some damage to the lungs. Every drug, every medicine, like cannabis is a potent medicine, right?
Amandha: Even nicotine nicotine’s potent medicine, I mean, everything is a potent medicine used in the right dose. But the problem is we’re o we’re not getting doses right. And we’re also not getting the best delivery. So if I were to use cannabis, smoking it is, to me, the most wasteful way to use it. The next would be vaporizing it obviously.
Amandha: Then the next from that would be to ingest it like, in an oil format. And then the next from that would be to, to do the CBD fraction of it so you don’t get. Because, you know, it’s hard to function well, at least for I’m so sensitive. I would, I would be like, nothing would get done right,. So, no, I actually, the, what is it, the liposomal CBD I can’t wait for that.
Amandha: That’s powerful. You don’t need to smoke that. You just need a little, little spray of that in your mouth and your brain is on., your, you know, anti-cancer fighting chemicals or moving forward, your cannabinoid system is on. Like, I don’t, I don’t really think smoking. Is it smoking? I will only recommend smoking for like mullein leaf, and coltsfoot.
Amandha: If there’s a lung, issue or an asthma, you’re trying to heal, you know, basically like smokable herbs or some mosses. You can smoke that, clean the lungs, but you’re only using a little bit, and the rest is with a, with a total protocol. Yeah, you can eat the plant too. Totally. Yeah. Eat it. Yeah, eat it rather than smoke it.
Amandha: Exactly. I mean, I make a cream called Pain Away, and uh, it has, it has some of it in it. Shh. Don’t tell anyone. And, but it kills pain, right? I mean, it’s a huge painkiller. And that’s topical. That’s a topical application. So it has great app. It’s an amazing plant. Just has to be used properly. What’s the, what’s the method you said there?
Amandha: I don’t know, Wim Hof method. Tell me more about that. Okay, I think I answered questions. Wink back to you and,. So I’ll, you know, I’m gonna try to do some of these regularly cuz I have, you know, cool stuff like that, like to show you. And, I’m going to be doing my television show soon, so I’m kind of like gearing up for that and getting more comfortable.
Amandha: With talking and, you know, being face-to-face with people. And so what I’m gonna do with my show, I think is I’m gonna, so many people just don’t know what to do. Like, that’s the thing I hear the most, like, what do I do? I’m lost. Like I know that the medical establishment is fraud and I don’t wanna go there.
Amandha: I don’t even wanna go to my doctor anymore. But now I feel lost. I feel afraid, like I don’t know what to do. Right. So it’s like we have to train people all over again, to, to, to know how to doctor.. And so the show is going to be focused on how to do that, like how to actually train people to doctor themselves.
Amandha: And so I wanna, I do wanna take cases ahead of time, so if people have issues or whatever, then I’ll take the case and then I’ll, they can come on the show and I can interview them specifically and we can even follow along their case if they want and you know, whatever they. But what I feel like is I want sort of to, to help pro make protocols and just give those protocols so people just know, here’s what you actually do for these things.
Amandha: Cuz it’s like, it’s like there’s just a monopoly on that. And it’s just like, my philosophy is just give it away. Like, you know, yeah. I have to eat and I have to, I have a child, I have things that have to be paid for. I get it, I get it. But what I mean is like, give away the knowledge. Like let people learn, let people, take that and run with it, right?
Amandha: Like, it’s like the opposite of the greedy model, the greedy, health model. Like, like you have to keep them in the dark about their condition. You know, it’s like the opposite. Like give them the light about what’s going on with them and then give them the tools to, to do it. I mean, there are so many sick people, like there’s never gonna be no customers.
Amandha: You know what I mean? Like this whole idea is just bizarre to me. But, anyway, that’s, that’s gonna be the show. The show’s gonna be focused on that and, yeah, plan your cigarette quitting around a positive life event like travel, vacation, yeah. New patterns. Totally. Because you know what’s gonna happen.
Amandha: So with cig back to cigarette smoking, what happens is eventually you’re gonna have a crappy day, because that’s life, right? You’ll have a good event, and that’s a good day and a good quit day., but you’re gonna have challenges. It’s going to be challenges, it’s gonna get shit. And you’re gonna be like, now I wanna smoke.
Amandha: And that’s when you need your structure, your support structure. Who’s my, who do I call? You know who? What do I do? What? So you don’t have to really think too hard, you just open your little book or whatever and go, okay, I have to do this now cuz I’m feeling a craving because I’m emotionally not feeling great, you know?
Amandha: So what do I do to heal my emotions in this moment? So I don’t. Go back to, to smoking, you know? So yeah, there was one article on my blog, it’s like, it’s so easy to quit smoking. I’ve done it thousands of times., right? Because you just, you have that life event that’s not good and off you go into the cigarette pack again.
Amandha: So, yeah, but good point there. Hyperventilation. Yeah. Breathing. I mean breathing. Yeah. Yeah., that’s how you heal. Hypertension is through breath work, heal it. You know, you don’t need these stupid suppressive pills that like kill you slowly and give you all these other weird problems. No. Like, how about breathe?
Amandha: And then that carbon dioxide will trigger in the neck that there’s. In the neck here, there are sensors that will give your body a feedback loop that you’ve got enough oxygen and it lowers your blood pressure, like woo. It’s called guys Physiology. Yeah, some doctors need to read some physiology books., I had to read them.
Amandha: Do they? Don’t read them? I don’t get it. Anyway, it’s all in the literature, so yeah. Thanks for that, Jerry, cuz that’s, that’s good. Thank you Deborah. Thank you for your, for your comments. I appreciate that. Yeah. Open source. Exactly. Creative Commons. I like that. Instead of copyrighting, Creative Commons.
Amandha: Yeah. And uh, there we go. Okay, well, I think that’s good for now. That was 42 minutes. I always go longer than I’m intending so, because the questions come in and it’s fun, right? So thanks for playing and we’ll talk to you again next couple days. I’ll do something wacky or show something wacky or something that no conventional medical doctor would ever think is real.
Amandha: I’m just kidding. But, have a good rest of your day. Bye. Love you.
