Menopause, DMSO & Urine Therapy: Amandha Vollmer on the Jennifer Goodwin Podcast
Menopause, DMSO & Urine Therapy: Video Overview
In this Jennifer Goodwin Podcast conversation about menopause, DMSO and urine therapy, Amandha Vollmer (ADV) joins host Jennifer Goodwin for a wide-ranging discussion about the physical, emotional and personal changes women experience through perimenopause and menopause. Jennifer shares aspects of her own menopause experience while Amandha describes menopause as a major hormonal transition and discusses her perspectives on stress, self-care, adrenal and thyroid support, progesterone, xenoestrogens, magnesium, herbs and changing nutritional needs.
The conversation then moves into dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). Amandha explains where DMSO comes from, why she considers dilution and informed use important, and how she describes its transdermal and solvent properties. She also discusses experimenting with DMSO as an herbal-extraction medium and connects the conversation to skincare, collagen changes, facial care and other natural approaches she uses as she ages.
Jennifer and Amandha conclude with an extended discussion of urine therapy, including Amandha’s explanations of kidney filtration, urea, topical facial use and structured water, followed by skin and scalp pH, borax, lymphatic practices and dry brushing. The final discussion returns to menopause from a spiritual and vibrational perspective, with Amandha presenting it as an opportunity for reflection, intuition and transition into a different stage of life.

Important Context & Safety
Educational context: This podcast presents Amandha Vollmer’s personal experience, therapeutic perspectives and interpretations of menopause, hormone balance, DMSO, urine therapy, borax and related natural-health practices. Some statements and applications discussed have different levels of clinical evidence and may differ from established medical guidance. They should be understood as part of the speakers’ educational discussion rather than individualized medical advice.
DMSO is discussed as a transdermal substance and carrier, and Amandha herself emphasizes learning how to dilute and use it appropriately. The conversation also includes progesterone cream, other hormone-related interventions, internal urine therapy and ingestion of borax. Hormonal products can affect individual physiology, while DMSO can alter how substances contacting the skin are carried across the skin barrier. Internal use, significant hormonal symptoms, unexplained bleeding, pregnancy-related concerns, prescription medications or serious medical conditions warrant individualized guidance from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

So I’m very excited to speak with you today and to have you on the show because this is right up my alley.
Jennifer: I love everything to do with holistic health and especially frequency medicine or frequency healing. And I also want to talk about the fact [00:02:00] that I just went through menopause and now you’re going through it and what you think women like us can do using all these fabulous things you know about. So just go ahead and tell us, you know, really, I remember my holistic journey of what, when that light bulb went on and when I shifted away from what I had been taught.
Jennifer / Amandha: What was your moment? Well, I always was suspicious of what I was being taught so, And that came from an early age. Nice. And I think also my ability to recognize patterns early on helped me too. I would take the information, but, you know, if it’s melt off to me, I, so I guess my path is a little easier in that way where I didn’t have to do the same level of, you know, deep work on my paradigm shift.
Amandha: I was really happy to be open to all ideas and then take in what [00:03:00] I liked and experiment with it. And if it didn’t hold water, throw it out, you know, and this sort of process. And I think that kept me in like a more open-minded place, naturally and very explorate.
Amandha: Like, I like to explore ideas and read a lot.
Jennifer / Amandha: I felt as if it was my duty to learn everything I could when I became around 10 or 11, and that’s when I became an app creator. Yeah, that’s what I thought I was supposed to do. This is really your calling then, abs. That’s awesome. That’s great to hear that you, you felt that calling at such an early age and you’ve been living that since then.
Amandha: That’s great. Yeah. The information started to come and I wasn’t fully conscious of course, of why I was learning the things I was learning. But what was interesting is later on in life, I realized how all of the skillsets I gathered over the years amalgamated into my life as an adult, and [00:04:00] they all added value to what I was doing and what I needed to create.
Amandha: For the business acumen and things I needed as an entrepreneur. And it was, yeah, it’s been quite a journey. I’m 48 now. I’ll be 49 in August. I’m not, I’m still pre menopausal. However, I had some pre perimenopausal as they say, which is sort of the lead up to it, where things are beginning, their process of changing.
Amandha: You can tell that, you know, the period is lightening up. So every month I’m still very regular. However, it’s just lighter and lighter. It’s just like, it’s gently sort of fading away. And the hot and cold flashes, I started to get them occasionally about a year and plus ago, and that’s when I realized it was start, the whole process was starting.
Amandha: And yeah, it’s, I learned a lot in a short amount of time. Yeah. I had helped menopausal or [00:05:00] post-menopausal women before, I obviously would see clientele like that, so I had been educated in it. Not experienced in it though, which is all the difference in how you’re going to treat it then moving forward.
Amandha: And I’ve learned a lot since that time. Yeah. The mind screwing that we get and you feel less than a woman and you feel bloated, you feel less attractive. You just feel less in, in so many areas. And yeah, that was the hardest part for me was what was going on up in here.
Amandha: And, oh, you know, I can’t have children anymore. Gee, I probably should have. And you know, just all kinds of things. And but thanks to like, you know, the natural world and the natural things that are out there for us, there are hormone balancers and plants and all kinds of things that, that people can do.
Jennifer: What I’m super excited to talk about, and I hope my audience is just as excited to listen to, is a couple things that stood out when I was looking over your [00:06:00] information is the energy or the frequency healing.
Amandha: Frequencies. Well, energy and frequency. They’re one and the same. And the DMSO product.
Jennifer / Amandha: So which one do you want to start with? Well, what I was thinking is to sort of tie it in as like an understanding of menopause, where those things would fit in from just Okay. Perfect perspective. Yep. And then we can also go from there too, to other options obviously of how to use and apply those things, that knowledge.
Jennifer: Sure. But just using it like a case example, because. There are lots of us who like, I’m Gen X, I’m baby boom echo, right? And there’s a lot of us in this demographic and are going through this right now. And also there are elders, our elders who went through it and still don’t know what the hell happened.
Jennifer: And we’d probably like to know.
Menopause as a Hormonal Transition: Emotions, Stress, and Self-Care
Amandha: And also [00:07:00] could still treat themselves because if you don’t, you can be in like an endless menopause, which is just like living in hell, right? You’re, wow. It doesn’t complete properly. And if you’re continually having liver challenges, that’s when you really see it.
Amandha: Cause it’s the whole endocrine system, you know, when you were saying about how you are feeling, how your emotions are and how that plays with your mind. Well, I really do see menopause as like a second you know, teen transition where you’re now going through another hormonal shift.
Amandha: Like what we see with teenagers, why we talk about them in this light, right?
Amandha: When we see mood changes and fly, of they handle behavior and sensitivities more sensitive to sugar and more sensitive to stress and other impactful environmental aspects. And we’re doing the same just on the flip side, where we’re now moving out from needing [00:08:00] estrogen as our our modulator in the same way.
Amandha: And we go more into our androgens and our progesterones to lean on those for our balancing. And we probably should never even have menopausal symptoms. This is a North American modern culture phenomenon that never existed when we weren’t really, yeah when we were tribal we didn’t have such behaviors or changes.
Amandha: You don’t notice the changes. You wouldn’t have teenagers in tribes because it doesn’t matter because they, you don’t notice the same changes necessarily. They’re smoother because we’re not messing with the hormonal system. What’s happened in our culture is we’ve altered our processes because we have allowed things into our lifestyles that com make things complicated.
Amandha: Yeah, heavy metals. How many children are getting food dyes on a regular basis? When was that ever a [00:09:00] normal thing, right? All these pesticide residues that mess with our hormones, all these xenoestrogens, that can also make you feel like you’re not part of your body. A dissociative sense. That you aren’t what you are.
Amandha: And we go through this in menopause too. And and not just like all people, men and women go through change in hormones as well, and the men will call it a midlife crisis or something such like this, but they have a different hormone cycle. They cycle by the sun while we cycle by the moon. Their cycle is 24 hours.
Jennifer: Our cycle is 28 days. Interesting. It’s a different flow. Of hormones in their ups and downs. You will notice when you’re here for a while and then now you are here for a while rather than a man who’s here at noon and there at six o’clock. That makes so much sense looking back. Yeah. Yeah. That [00:10:00] probably relates to why they can just brush stuff off so easily and we’re still stuck on here and they’re like, that was so yesterday.
Amandha: Like you’re still talking about that. Yeah. We can get very stuck in a mood or a sensation. Wow. And it can be tricky to clear. And if we can realize that if we understand that a lot of the emotional aspect inside is actually hormonally driven or driven through processes of the gut.
Amandha: Which make a lot of our neurochemicals that affect the way we process our thinking then, or heart is involved too, right?
Amandha: If you’re in grief, that’s another level where you’re going to have another filter of the way that you’re processing and thinking through what’s happening on a hormonal level. We can understand that from a physiological standpoint. We can remove the drama out from the scenario and get a better [00:11:00] witness perspective and say, oh, I see I’m frustrated, or I’m feeling said emotion.
Amandha: Where’s my cycle today? What have I been eating? You know, have I been doing self care? Is it time to take a bath and just do some breathing? Have I done my yoga today or my stretching, or whatever my physical activity that I should be doing every day? Have I done it? And instead of just flowing inside the motion and letting it really get at you looking it as a sign, like an engine light saying, warning, not care of self here.
Jennifer: You know, this sort of, because then you train yourself to go get a glass of water and take some magnesium and, you know, reflect rather than cause a mess right? Yes. And I have been experiencing all those. Great clarity moments and taking the water to reduce something because I have recently cleaned up my diet [00:12:00] and not doing, having a, you know, glass of wine every night and just, I’ve really noticed the benefits of paying attention to those things, like you said.
Amandha: Yeah. And it’s not an easy transformation, but that’s what it is. It’s a metamorphosis and there’s changes that are happening and we have to be gentle with ourselves. And here we are in a culture that prizes us, especially women, to be able to do everything. So we’re going to be entrepreneurs, but we’re also still running the household, we’re also still raising the children primarily.
Amandha: We’re still paying the bills and we’re doing all of these tasks, organizing the family trips, whatever it’s on us. And burnout is a real place. And I know it personally, and I also understand it in terms of when your life changes. You have themes in your life, and then they change before your eyes and you must adapt to those because if you’re trying to still [00:13:00] run this type A behavior that you did in your twenties, thirties and forties, as you’re approaching fifties and your sixties and so forth, if you miss that critical time to go within and really do that inner work, It’s going to, you’re going to miss that for when you are in your golden years, when you’re really reflective and you’ve integrated your lessons, and now you are in a space of gratitude because you’re looking at what you created in your pa like through your life, and you’re taking stock of those in your, you’re valuing them differently and you’re thinking differently just about your life and what you’re producing going forward and what you maybe have missed.
Amandha: And that’s become, you know, reprioritized for you. And that will become where your goal setting comes in for the next 10 years and so forth. It really does change everything and help everything. I mean, just some small [00:14:00] tweaks I made, I feel like my whole life in reality has changed in a matter of weeks for the better.
Jennifer: It’s amazing how all these systems actually do work together, just like we, we know they do. And you can change a couple things on the left and a couple things on the right, change and yeah it’s fascinating. It does put you in a place where you know you have to do the work. It does tell you things that you know are not acceptable any longer.
Amandha: You honor yourself better. You make those better boundaries. You make different choices. And all of this requires contemplation and pondering and reflection and the dreams change and the way you sleep can change. And there’s all these habits and behaviors that start to, to change. One thing that I learned early on, this was when I was going from maiden to motherhood.
Jennifer: So I was going through that changeover. How important progesterone levels were for conceiving and holding a [00:15:00] pregnancy. I had a miscarriage and realized even in my peak health, okay peak health, cleanest diet ever in my entire life. And I could not hold a pregnancy.
Jennifer: I was and the two factors for me was I was, I got back on the coffee somehow that just crept in.
Amandha: You know how it can creep back in that I’m not quitting my coffee yet. Well, if you want the hot flashes to go, you’ll, when you give that up, you’ll be like, why didn’t I give that up earlier? Really? Oh. Because understand that your ovaries were producing your estrogens and your ovaries now are like going, yeah, we’re done.
Amandha: We’re not making babies anymore. We’re shutting this factory down. Right. And the roll of making certain estrogens now falls upon the adrenal gland. And as you know, in our culture, yet again with this high stress lifestyle, we are so prone to adrenal fatigue, which [00:16:00] is even wasn’t even, again, something not heard of back in the primal days.
Amandha: That just wasn’t a thing. So we’ve all these new conditions now, but it’s all because we’ve depleted ourselves so severely poison ourselves so much that our systems don’t work as well as they should. And this is where we get to problems. And with those adrenals now taking that pressure and you’re already stressed out, you can’t handle it any as well, like a little bit of anxiety.
Jennifer: Now’s a lot of anxiety. Now you can get panic attacks. So women will have no panic attacks or whole life, then they hit menopause panic attacks with headset sex. You see it on tv. It’s like a common thing that, you know, on, on the reality shows or whatever. Oh, you know, Susie’s having another panic attack.
Jennifer: Like, it’s like it’s normal. Yeah. Not normal. Not normal. I mean, I know that there are triggers for these things. If you have already a sensitive system, like going into hot tubs or saunas can be like a trigger, right? But I’m saying getting to a state of anxiety where you can’t get it under [00:17:00] control.
Amandha: Right? And that is when your body is still, your hypothalamus pituitary axis is still pinging and wanting the ovaries to report back. And this is a hot flash. It’s pinging and ping. And ping Really, it’s a message disconnect, right? And the ovaries saying get lost, like, no, we’re not, we refuse.
Jennifer: And it’s still trying and trying. So that surge is your hot flash and I don’t know what the cold flash, it’s an energy surge like in a circuit breaker. Yeah. So, so I’m trying to deduce what is a cold flash? Ha. What’s happening in a cold flash? I don’t know if you had cold flashes. I have.
Jennifer: Don’t, no. They’re just as terrible as hot flashes like on the other side, where you get like just a, all of a sudden you’re flipping freezing cold and nothing can warm you up. Your hands and feet go cold. You have to put something on. Well see. I feel like I lived that whole I feel like that was my normal growing up in, in the northeast of [00:18:00] America.
Jennifer: I mean, yeah, everything’s cold, but I was always cold I could walk into, but even here in Florida, I was always cold until I hit menopause. And now I’m like, I’d rather be cold than having these hot flashes. Yeah. I’d rather be able to just put a sweater on, then feel like, oh my God, I have to rip everything off and jump in the pool right now.
Amandha: So well you can get back to that state. Okay, good. Really the understanding is your ovaries stopped and that, I mean, that’s the main understanding. And if you then, if you were to look, okay, now what do the ovaries do for me? And then see where’s the body trying to compensate now how can I support those systems that are trying to compensate for me now?
Amandha: And that’s how you get to resolve, because the body’s going to do what the body is going to do. And what you’re doing is trying to understand why it’s trying to do it and then support it any which way. And that means understanding the nutrition of that organ and giving [00:19:00] that nutrition, understanding the co-factors between different organs that you know are communicating in that system.
Amandha: In this case, it’s the HPA axis, and that’s going to be basically an entire nervous system support and a hormonal support and have helped. Thousands of women through this type of insanity with just protocols essentially to rebalance. It’s really health literacy. And knowing, you know, I’ve recently, I’ve studied a lot of things in my life.
Jennifer: Too many things. So I’ve been scattered. You know, what is it the you know, Jane of all trades master of none, right? And so I’ve recent, in recent years realized. I don’t have financial literacy, I don’t have the right health literacy when it comes to my own body. I need to learn. So it really comes down to learning your body, you know, how body, how human bodies work, and then the nuances for your own body your [00:20:00] own genetics, hereditary, your own environment whatever those nuances that you match into how the body works.
Jennifer: And then understanding you can create a blueprint at any point in your life to, like you said, start supplementing or supporting systems that are changing because life is just constant change. And what we did 10 years ago we might not be able to do today.
Jennifer: So that makes a lot of sense.
Amandha: Well we know that licorice root, for example and vitamin C, those are really important. Inputs for supporting adrenal glands.
Adrenals, Thyroid, Xenoestrogens, Herbs, and Progesterone Discussion
Amandha: And sometimes just making those adjustments can make a big difference in the way you’re feeling from month to month. We also know that the way in which your hormones work through this change is that what has happened to us as a people, it’s around the age of 30. [00:21:00]
Jennifer: Like we have 30 year olds that have tanked in their progesterone levels because they are saturated with false estrogens that do not work appropriately in the body. And what are some of those examples are false.
Jennifer: Do you mean like eating something? No, like xenoestrogens mean synthetic estrogen, so birth control pills. Right. Okay. Are a big one. Anyone who’s been on a birth control pill, even for a short amount of time, will have usually issues with menstruation issues with pregnancy and issues with menopause.
Jennifer: Got it. Okay. Yeah, because those, that those chemicals don’t lead the fat. You have to get them out and they’re always cycling or being used here and there as you are burning fat. So, so if I took them in my twenties and then realized, whoa, this isn’t good for me. They’re still with me now. Could be probably a good deal of it depending on how [00:22:00] long you had it for, depending on your lifestyle.
Amandha: Like, did you work out a lot? So you’re always burning fat and maybe you cleaned them out of you, or you sweat a lot, maybe cleaned them out of you. But for a lot of people who live a type of sedentary lifestyle and have extra fat stores, they could still be having the same expressions of those false estrogens.
Jennifer: Wow. And it also, there, there’s a resistance to insulin when you have those things as well. So it can lead to states of diabetes. And then you will have even metabolic syndrome thrown in for the mix two, which a lot of women will start to gain weight and their bodies change as they hit menopause because all, everything just starts to shut down through the thyroid.
Amandha: Thyroid gets pulled on because as soon as your adrenals are overtaxed. Now it’s calling on the next level organ to take charge because it can’t do all the tasks. Now it’s asking that thyroid to work harder and do more work, because it can’t. Cause now it’s [00:23:00] dealing with estrogen and that means that thyroid will become a workhorse.
Jennifer: And you could get goiter, you could get weight gain, you could get diagnosed with hypothyroidism or Graves disease or any disease. Yeah. This is making a lot of sense. It’s like if one organ’s not being supported or cleaned out or detoxed, it has to tag in the next one cause the body’s not going to just fail from one thing.
Amandha: It’s going to keep going from system to system until eventually it just runs out and you know, you know the ending. But yeah. Right. It will always go to so primary organ and you have secondary and tertiary and quinary organ systems that will lean on next systems as like a redundancy system or a safety net system.
Amandha: And you can totally burn out all those organs as you go. And this is why we must always support the thyroid through menopause and increase our iodine, selenium, all the co-factors involved. We tend to be lower in copper as we age is the, we get gray haired and that’s usually [00:24:00] because the coppers.
Jennifer: You know, dumped pretty low. Our zinc stores become low. We already are going in with blood deficiencies as women in modern culture. Also on top of that. And you described yourself as how always being cool, colder and you know, you liked that. And I was also very cool growing up and I realized that a lot of it was because I had, I didn’t, wasn’t making enough blood volume wise.
Amandha: And it was so, it wasn’t going to the hands and feet as much. It needed to go to brain, it needed to go to vital organs before there. And
Amandha: I worked on increasing blood building herbs into my lifestyle and a lot of Chinese medicine. As I’m sure you’re well aware of have, you know blood building powers to them?
Amandha: A really lovely plant for a menopausal or perimenopausal woman is sage. Sage is a beautiful sacred plant, but also for medicinal properties. It has a cooling aspect to it. It has a [00:25:00] hormonally active aspect that supports the balancing of the progesterone system. And it’s just a wonderful aromatic as well to just, how do you, how would someone, I like sage.
Jennifer: I put it on my chicken, but how would someone get it more into their body? Sage capsules. Sage teas, what? Just having it around the house. I think tasting the herbs is the best way to get the medicine to the body because when you taste it in your mouth, it sends it to the limbic system through the roof of your mouth.
Amandha: And that cascade effect begins for optimal digestion utilization. So just putting a leaf in your mouth and sucking on it a little bit and throwing it out. I make tea blends. I really enjoy designing synergistic tea blends and so sage would be one in, like, ano a whole blend of tea, because it’s a very strong sensation for tea.
Amandha: It’s wonderful in blends with other mints. If you’re making like a cooling blend or [00:26:00] if you are after more of a, you know, a progesterone boost, then you could ask like black cohosh or, you know, you could even make the tea and then embellish the tea with tinctures.
Jennifer: I like using a lot of tinctures as well because you’re tasting it and you have that same process. If you’re really healthy, these on your store? Yeah.
Amandha: At YumNaturals.Store. I have tea blends and I have tinctures and I’m, I’ve been actually making a lot more tinctures lately. Okay, awesome. I’m heading there after this. Yeah. And so that, so those few, addressing those few things, increasing your magnesium levels.
Amandha: I really like to take Epsom salt baths. I make a topical magnesium spray. I make one just pure with some aloe.
Amandha: And I make a blend with dimethyl sulfoxide DMSO as well 50%.
Amandha: Which also can help with a lot of menopausal symptoms. Just really well, because what also is going on is there must be xenoestrogens [00:27:00] present and there must be progesterone too low for any symptoms to be seen really at all.
Amandha: Because if you had ample of those, if you had ample progesterone and not a lot of these circulating false estrogens, Then your operations should run accordingly and you shouldn’t have surges and other symptoms. And what I suggested for a Xenoestrogen detox is there’s a video I did on Yummy.Doctor.
Amandha: Doctor is the domain name. That’s my website for information. And I have a video called Happy Hormones, how to Detox xenoestrogens. And it walks you through a protocol on how to go about this using certain supplements fat soluble vitamins, magnesium like I mentioned, but also progesterone cream from yam extract.
Amandha: So they do extract the progesterone proper, but it is from a natural source extraction. And then they purify it and they add it to a cream base. And what’s happening there is you’re [00:28:00] adjusting your progesterone levels through a transdermal medium. And you are helping the body to clean out those estrogens that shouldn’t be attached to anything in your body.
Amandha: And it will rev up your estrogen production, the proper estrogens. There’s E1, E2, E3. I’m not going to get into all the different estrogens and right their rose. But ultimately you go progesterone before that would be predone. And then before that would be DHEA. So any of those precursors to progesterone or progesterone itself are safe to use to create forward estrogen, testosterone, you know, all the androsterone that all of those will be made from your progesterone base as well as the vitamin D analog that comes in.
Amandha: It’s also acts like a hormone support with the progesterone and your thyroid support. So it sort of goes together as a package. And what happens is the fir. The [00:29:00] fir I’ve done this. Okay. The first few months, at least, depending on where you are at, you will know how screwed up you were with your progesterone levels.
Amandha: When you do this and the first couple of weeks you have to, you don’t know your levels, and so you have to really pay attention to your body to see if you need more progesterone, because what happens is, say you have your xeno, estrogen levels are here. And your progesterone levels are down here, and maybe your true estrogens are also on par.
Amandha: Now you’re adding progesterone. And as you add progesterone, you’re stirring up some of these xenoestrogens because they’re knocking them out of place. So they’re actually recirculating now. So this is, so this gets fluffed up at the beginning. You can feel terrible menopausal symptoms if you’ve only put your progesterone levels from like say here to here.
Amandha: But if you put your progesterone levels to here, then you feel good and you don’t feel this. And so [00:30:00] at first you’re not sure when you start to apply the cream, should you do two pumps twice a day, three pumps twice a day. So you’re playing with that. So I advise people, women to do this when they have maybe a weekend time to themselves.
Jennifer: Well, what’s going to happen? Anybody? Yeah, because they’re going to be angry. You might be very angry. Yeah. Yeah. You need a punching bag set up or something. Wow. Wow. You are truly, I wish I could download your brain into my brain like the matrix already. Yeah. This is amazing information. We, this should, this is information that, that should have been taught.
Jennifer: We all know that it should be in our classrooms, it should be in our, you know, what is it? The health classes they give where they, you know, they whatever the birds and the bees classes, the stupid ones they have in school. And this is all the stuff that really needs to be front and [00:31:00] center.
Jennifer: I mean, that’s a whole other conversation, but it’s, I just, I could talk about this for hours for months. I hope that I hope that the awareness just keeps growing and growing because, you know, mother Nature, God, the universe, the creator, whatever it is you believe in, provided everything for us.
Jennifer: It’s all here, and it’s up to us to study. It’s up to us to turn off the tv, stop watching sports. If you’re being entertained, you can’t be educated and then you’re going to complain like a victim, that everything’s wrong in your life and everything’s wrong with your body, but you’re not listening to people like Amandha and you’re not reading things and, you know, just, I mean, look at all the free resources that you provide on your sites and your YouTubes and you know, you’re always giving out free information.
Jennifer: So there’s really no excuse for someone not to be able to Help themselves and everyone’s different. So you really have to, you know, [00:32:00] listen to your body and fig, you know, find out what works for you. You know, one thing, something that works for one person isn’t a blanket pres prescription for everybody.
Jennifer: So, but this is great. I mean, you’re doing priceless work. Yes. You used to have clients and you got paid for that, but isn’t it great just to know that you’ve saved lives? Yeah, it’s weird. I don’t I don’t think of it like that. And maybe I should be more Self appreciating in that way.
Jennifer: Which I’ve been working on at that because we all, depending on how you grew up or how you think about yourself, everyone has some aspect of self-worth issues that they come up for. I guess the first issue we all get dealt Yeah. First issue, right? Yep. You know, name gets made up fun of at school, first thing, you know, already, you’re like, what’s wrong with me?
Amandha: Right? So, but really I’m just happy that we’re learning this now that we’re in a paradigm shift that we’re, we [00:33:00] had a lot of us had, you know, a great awakening maybe a long time ago, but we were really walking the pathway alone. And now with this whole, everything that’s happened, there’s more people that are shaking off the slumber and are looking around going, wait a second, this doesn’t feel right.
Jennifer: And how can I take more control over my life and how can I homeschool my kids and get out of the system and home, do my homesteading and grow my own food and get, take charged and be empowered, you know? Yes. It’s very important. Yeah. I see it all around me as well, and I’m so proud of my friends that have children for yanking their children right out of the system in homeschooling.
Jennifer: I can’t tell you how many thousands of people I saw do that in the past few years. And I was just, you know, like, good even, I mean, you’re taking charge even if you don’t know what you’re doing. So many moms were like, I don’t know what I’m doing. I don’t know how I’m going to juggle this.
DMSO Basics: Origins, Transdermal Delivery, Solvent Properties, and Safety
Jennifer: I don’t know what I’m teaching them, but I’m going to figure it out. [00:34:00] And I really applaud those people that do that. You talked about the delivery system of DMSO, and most people don’t know what that is. Can you just speak about that a little bit so they understand what that is?
Amandha: Dimethyl sulfoxide. So DMSO is just an acronym for that longer chemical name. And it is a substance, it is clear and odorless and just a clear liquid. And it comes from trees and we tend to get it a lot from pine trees. How it’s used is got lots of variety towels used, and I wrote a book about it called Healing with DMSO, which helps you understand.
Amandha: How to dilute it safely, how to use it and apply it properly because there are some risks. Because it’s such a powerful substance, you have to know a little bit about what you’re doing. But once you do, it is life changing because you are able to take charge of so many things happening as far as health [00:35:00] in your fam with your family with one particular remedy.
Amandha: If you have in inflammation, if you have an emergency, like a heart attack or stroke. If you have pain, any type of pain. If you are trying to heal a wound faster, a broken bone faster. If you are trying to prevent radiation damage, like say someone’s going for an x-ray, you can take it ahead of time and it will prevent d n breakage from x-rays.
Jennifer: I didn’t realize that. Yeah. And also other EMFs, emf energies, it will prevent the DNA from breaking. This is very important for preventing, I’m going to go get your book. I don’t order a lot of books, but I’m going to read that I have DMSO I soaked my broken toe in it, but I didn’t realize all the other great things it can do.
Jennifer: So, and basically for the audience, you know, I guess the most, in my layman’s terms, the most common use is you take some of the DMSO and it’s usually diluted, and then you put whatever it is you’re trying to get into your body [00:36:00] and the DMSO acts as a carrier and it can penetrate more deeply.
Jennifer: And so it, it brings that thing into your body at the spot, wherever you’re putting it. And so it’s a opener, you know, it allows things to get into your body deeper because of its chemistry. And That’s what I know about it in layman’s terms. But everyone I know has it, uses it, takes it, promotes it.
Jennifer: So I definitely need to read your book and get a little bit more well versed on that. So is there anything else that you want to share before we move into Yeah, go ahead. Oh, sorry. It was just breaking up. My internet comes and goes. Yes. I would like to just say with the DMSO, as you mentioned, being transdermal like that where it will, you can make blends.
Amandha: It’s a perfect solvent. And one thing I’ve been experimenting with is making tinctures using DMSO solvent instead of alcohol or vinegar. And I’m getting really great results [00:37:00] with extracts because it will, it has an affinity for both water-based and some oil-based constituents, which means you can really extract as much of the plant material as possible into one solution without altering the constituents at all.
Amandha: Because DMSO doesn’t tend to do that. It will connect with it, like it will hold its hand, but it won’t change it. And that’s why they use it so much in organ transplant surgeries because not only does it preserve the tissue and you can freeze the tissue cause it changes the freezing point. So it won’t break the cells with too much water inside of them.
Amandha: So it’ll keep the integrity, but it won’t, it also won’t alter the materials at all, which is pretty profound because there’s not too many, I don’t think there’s any others up that I looked at that can do that, at least that we’ve discovered so far. Wow. And it will carry small molecular weight. Mal use molecules through the skin, not, but not very large ones.
Amandha: So, so that’s a bit of a trick. Like essential oil, [00:38:00] sometimes essential oils are very heavy or they’re larger, heavier molecules or combinations. And so DMSO might not take them all in, or they’ll try and you’ll, it’ll, you’ll feel that sensation where it’s trying to get it in and it just won’t.
Amandha: But that’s fine cause eventually it will all work in anyway. But it’s an incredible substance for Yes. Pairing and delivering and healing tissue and and youthfulness and getting rid of wrinkles and old scars and Really, oh yeah. Slap, slap it on my face. Oh, you haven’t tried my facelift in a jar yet?
DMSO Skincare, Collagen, Facial Care, and the Transition to Urine Therapy
Jennifer: I’m just going to just take my credit card right now and let’s go shopping on your site. No, yeah, that’s that. And my wrinkle reducer with its cousin MSM sulfur. Or like my top two sellers for skincare, for women. I mean, I’m not doing too bad for my age, but, okay, good. Thank you. But when menopause started, I felt dry.
Jennifer: [00:39:00] And you know, kind of like when you put on foundation, you feel all cakey. I felt like that’s what my skin was doing naturally. And I thought, I am not ready for this. And I, you know, I’m not willing to go get cut and do all those things, at least yet. And I was like, where’s all the topical things?
Jennifer: Where’s all the natural things? And I bought natural oh, what’s the bakuchiol? It’s a, it’s an alternative to retinol. It’s an, it’s from a plant and so that helped a little bit, but I’m all about the natural face stuff, so yeah. I’m going to do some of that. Well, I, the things that I like to do to keep this, you know, the collagen, what happens is the collagen begins to deplete.
Amandha: Right. And then, and also the fats where the fat lays down. Also, we lose fat in our face, and so we don’t get that plumpness anymore. And the muscles atrophy also. I like to do face yoga and gua sha as well. Yep. Because it’s scrap big. Yep. Because we need to remember, these are muscles and they make [00:40:00] exercising.
Amandha: And that combination with, you know, I use facelift in a jar every morning and night on a clean face. And then if I do feel I’m getting drier, like the winter’s dragging on, I’m getting a little bit of dry patches. Then I use the Wrinkle Reducer cause it’s like a really thick cold cream and I blend it with the DMSO, you know, together, oh my God, I’m so excited.
Jennifer: I can handle the heavy creams. So yeah, that’s, yeah. You wouldn’t want, I don’t think in Florida you would, you need wrinkle reducer. You facelift and jar is enough. And you know, I’ve also taught about urine therapy and urine has urea and urea kills, kills the skin. I’m out. Well, but if, you know, you wouldn’t be out, cause you know, on your face ingesting it, drinking it.
Jennifer: Yeah. I’ve done a lot. I know I’ve heard of it forever, but you’re like a bonafide. Person here, and you’re really saying this is a thing that works. Oh yeah, massively. [00:41:00] So, yeah, it’s your own perfect medicine. It’s literally like your own homeopathic titration that’s coming. Okay. Let’s talk about this.
Urine Therapy: Kidneys, Urea, Structured Water, Skin, pH, and Borax Discussion
Jennifer: We should led the conversation with this, but, okay, so my brain sta says two things immediately. Gross. Yeah. Who was the first person that said, I’m going to try drinking my piss and see if it helps me? You know, at what point in history did people really start doing that and discovering benefits.
Jennifer: And then two, we are programmed to believe that our urine is the leftover toxins. That our body took the good stuff and the toxins and the still the waste is what’s in the urine. So correct me on that. Yeah. Like, like we really opened with, we’re not taught about our bodies. We are, we’re just, we’re, there’s assumptions.
Amandha: It’s like, oh, we assume that’s actually not how, what’s happening with the kidneys, they don’t actually produce waste like you would [00:42:00] think. What’s happening is the blood has to be filtered constantly, right? It’s filtered by the liver, it’s filtered by the kidneys, but first it has to be decided what’s what we save and what we don’t save.
Amandha: The blood hot volume of its liquids has to be very carefully monitored and the kidneys are responsible for the water aspect. How much water with our hormone system and our tubule system, are we going to allow out how much is staying in? So there’s that aspect. And then what waste materials or sautes or metabolites are we not needing in?
Amandha: We have been excess and must go. So the kidney release is distilled water. Most of it is distilled water, like 90%. And the rest are, you have about four, three to 4% of urea, which is the kidneys own waste. It’s a kidneys processing of [00:43:00] nitrogen waste, which is actually a medicine for us when we re-ingest it and we use it on our skin and it’s heals wrinkles.
Amandha: Gets rid of wrinkles.
Amandha: It’s a youth serum.
Amandha: It’s, if you want to drop age, you’re going to get with the urine. Okay. If you want your, you put peepee on your face. Oh yeah. All the time. Yes. Morning. Yeah. Yeah. And if you want to enhance your facelift in a jar, collect your first morning urine, clean catch, take a take it.
Amandha: And just after you wash your face, put the urine on, let it dry, and then put the facelift in a jar on, and you’ll get all that urea going into your skin and your mind will be blown with what you see for your skin repair. I’m going to test this and I’m going to update the audience on this. I am willing to put it on my face.
Jennifer: I’m not willing to drink it yet. I’m definitely willing to put it on my face cause that’s not going in, that’s going on. That’s a good place to start. What, how is [00:44:00] it actually fixing the wrinkles? Is there like cells in there? Does this have something to do with like stem cell stuff Or like what is the urine telling the skin to eliminate that wrinkle?
Amandha: First of all, you’re making structured water. Now structured water. It is H3O2. It’s not H2O. So structured water is a natural cleanser. So you’re first of all doing a deep cleanse on your face. So whatever crap, Ola and who knows what the heck got up in there, you know, from old creams and stuff we make up and whatever, you know, we put on our skin, it’s a natural toner cleanser, and because you’re applying structured water now you can structure a water.
Amandha: I have water structuring devices all over this room and do it that way if you want to, but why? You got it right there. And then you have urea, which is part of the, what we’re asked after. There’s certain types of like tannic based acids or more acidic compounds that, so if you test a pH of your urine if you [00:45:00] really want to use it for your face, it probably should be, you know, a little more on the acidic side because you’re really trying to get your acid mantle to be as well established. Cuz we do have acidic. Skin. Yeah. What is the range of our face? I know the scalp is like 3.4 to 3.5 to 4.5, and I’ve actually been regrowing my hair very successfully because I did scalp.
Jennifer: No, I just researched the pH of the scalp and I realized that the store bought shampoos were not that pH. And I went to a company that was all essential oils and I literally tested their product and it came out the right pH. And so I only will use things that are pH balanced to my scalp and are all natural.
Jennifer: I stopped getting my hair. I went back to using henna and Indigo for color. Yeah. I got the filter for the shower. You know, I’m drinking more water and taking wild salmon capsules, all the things that my, you know, my, my hair needed. And it’s, I mean, it’s gotta be eight inches longer and way under a year.
Jennifer: I mean, it was falling out six months [00:46:00] ago, eight months ago. In, in, by the clumps. Nice. Yeah, you’re right. I didn’t know it was that low for the scalp. I was just looking up to see. But yeah, 4.7 and that kind of thing and really between around five mark the, you know, five pH where we should be as adults.
Amandha: But when you’re a baby, you’re not, you’re alkaline, you’re seven until you, you go through your growth, right? So that, so you’re developing acid mantle as you’re experiencing life. So, yeah, you keep making, people don’t realize that, and they’re using all kinds of alkaline shampoos and soaps and things like, I’m, I make soap.
Amandha: I, I love to create, And I make cold press soap and I make sure that the pH is where you want it. Cuz what happens is you’re using lye because ly is like wood ash and it’s what transforms oil into soap. It’s a chemical reaction called saponification, which I find absolutely fascinating that we can take oil and make soap from it.
Jennifer: I know we can talk about that. They make soap, there’s soap nuts on the planet and all kinds of things. Yeah. [00:47:00] Just blows my mind. So, so that, so I make sure before, you know, I test I pH test the soap so that you know, it’s acidic enough. Sometimes you have to add like lactic acid into the soap base to make it like the right pH.
Amandha: So I p I have to pH alter some soaps. Anyway, you so be careful like what we’re doing to this all the time and the over as well and the stripping of the oils and all this, you know, it’s just ridiculous. Maybe I believe. I was programmed by society to think that I was supposed to wash my face morning and night.
Jennifer: I never did. I would go to sleep with my makeup on for 20 years. I think I actually protected my face from not over washing overs, stripping, overdoing, all the things. I would just wake up. Sometimes I’d just keep going because you know, back in the day you’d go out with your friends drinking and then you’d wake up at 6:00 AM half whatever, and then you’d go back to work.
Jennifer: You know, that was the routine [00:48:00] up in Boston, in the eighties, nineties. But yeah, who knows what you would’ve used. Yeah. The cleansing product you would’ve used. Yeah. So now I gotta buy soap on your site. This is great. That’s one I love to create. That’s what I, and when I started, like, it’s when I had my baby and I couldn’t find what I needed.
Amandha: And I’m like I don’t care about this company that says it’s clean. I just read the ingredients and I know it’s not clean and can tell me it’s green till the cows come home. You can’t convince me. And I’m so sick of the green washing shit and the woke culture like, It’s so insa. It’s just hard to watch.
Jennifer: I probably should just stop looking. No I get it. It’s, you know, like the pest company will come through the neighborhood. Oh we use green chemicals and I say, drink it. Yeah, drink it. Well, you just said it was healthy. If it’s healthy, you can drink it. No. I [00:49:00] just mean it’s healthy for pests.
Jennifer: If you can’t drink it. It’s not healthy if it kills life. Yeah. I just, oh my gosh. But I mean, I know it’s all based on, you know, there’s different poisons for amounts and there’s different, we know the poison is in the dose and all that stuff. I understand that. But at the same time, you know, they do this, they lie, they, yeah, they’re, and they’re fooling themselves.
Amandha: Yeah. Exactly. Yeah. And those exposures that we, we accumulated now are with us and the fluoride too. And I think when we get, just back to menopause for a sec. I think a lot of it, imagine now the thyroid, which collects all of these highlights, these fluorides and chlorides and things, and competes with iodine in our system.
Jennifer: Now you’ve kicked that up a notch. Now what’s where are you standing with your levels? Right? And
Amandha: if you [00:50:00] can go after the fluoride and help those come out in the bromides and all these things come outta your body, the best way I found was using borax. I bathe in borax in my water, put it in my water, and I make a diluted borax solution.
Jennifer: You can take boron, boron will get a lot of it, rid a lot of it. But borax seems to have more of an affinity. So it’s like stronger as a detox for fluoride than boron itself as like the elemental or the compound. I need the borax bath recipe. I just need to live on your site. Do you have that on a blog post about the bath?
Jennifer: Yeah. Yeah. Okay. If you type in borax on Yummy.Doctor, you’ll get all kinds of information. Awesome. Okay. Yeah.
Amandha: And you’re into, and all of these things like, so really it’s about you know, What is, what are our real simple things that we have that we can use that are, you know, wow, close to us or close to nature that are cheap and easy to get, you know, [00:51:00] urine’s one of them because you can always have that remedy.
Amandha: I mean, if you have an injury or you have an emergency, urine’s the first thing to go to, if you have an allergy, urine’s your first remedy, that is literally, yeah, you do pee on your leg or someone else pees on your leg when you get stung by a jellyfish. That’s true. Yes, it’s an antidote. You know, as soon as you’re stung by anything within 20 seconds of that sting or bite, the antidote to that is in your urine.
Amandha: And as soon, gosh, yeah, if you can drink or even just take a few drops and put it under your tongue like a homeopathic, it will stop the whole process. A whole histamine process, just pulse it completely, and it just is like, it didn’t happen. People should be talking about this more in Florida, where everything tries to kill you here.
Jennifer: Snakes, spiders, alligators, whatever. I don’t know what the alligator ants, yeah, it’s not an alligator antidote. I’m sorry, my dog’s trying to jump up. But wow. Wow. That would be funny though. You’ve got me curious [00:52:00] about the urine. Not convinced yet as far as I want to ingest it, but very curious about, The way you’ve explained it.
Jennifer: I’ve heard it before many times. And I was like, oh, but I mean, you got me at Wrinkle Reducer. So, and also you, like, you had asked about like, who was the first dude who were, did this probably wasn’t Yeah. When did they do this? Yeah. Like why would you drink your own pee? Well, the thing is like, this is so ancient.
Amandha: Like if you go, we’re going back like in BC times here, I mean, urine drinking is ancient, literally ancient. And so the, they probably were just, I don’t know, floating, enlightened and decided to, like, they wanted, we’re stuck in the desert, thirsty. And all of the, a sudden their wrinkles went away and they were like, I gotta tell the rest of the tribe when I get back to the oasis that they need to start drinking their piss.
Jennifer: This is amazing. Amazing. And it’s salty taste like the ocean [00:53:00] in my pee. Yeah. But no, really, like they, I, they used it for tanning, you know, they tan hides with urine, right? It’s a method of preserving hides. And so they knew these techniques. They knew a lot already about these section. I’m going to save it so I have enough for a bath.
Lymphatic Support, Dry Brushing, and Avoiding Overstimulation
Amandha: That’s it. And Cellulite’s going to disappear. Yeah, the only thing I’ve found that really touches cellulite is are, you know, really good lymph based work, like lymph based massages mobilizing the waste out of the area and then dealing with the fascia healing the fascia because it’s like pockets in the fat, but it affects the fascia.
Jennifer: And so it, and also I was trying to work on my limps and I bought a rebounder and I thought this is great. I’ll just start, you know, jumping around and get my limp system activated and my stupid butt [00:54:00] was twisting while I was jumping and threw my back out for 12 days and then had to take narcotics because I was in so much pain.
Jennifer: So. Yeah, I, you know, a for effort, but I failed on that one. Miserably don’t twist when you’re jumping, when you’re in your fifties. Yeah. The, I don’t do the rebounding per se. I do the dry brushing. I have a nice dry brush. Oh, I have hair actually. I have my, sometimes when I sit I and I work, I use this very soft, it’s a very soft bristle.
Amandha: Yep. And I just do this. So, for the lymph in the face, I go up and down the neck. And usually you start with the neck and then you do the back of the neck and then you do the lymph under here, you move that. It’s fascinating that, and I’ve had a dry brush and then I never committed to it. I’m terrible at that.
Jennifer: But I like that little one, especially for the face. I never thought about that. I always thought about dry brushing the breasts. It’s fascinating that just some bristles can stimulate all that and can [00:55:00] make such a big change. It’s really everything’s good. Oh. And one day I was I’m gung ho, right?
Jennifer: I’m so gung ho. So one day I was sitting watching some something and I was doing it, and I kept doing it, and I did too much. Oh. I didn’t know I could go too much with it. I didn’t realize that I was, it was like a sunburn. Yeah. Yes. It was, I inflamed the skin from all of that. Because what you’re doing is you’re enhancing micro circulation and once, and it’s enhanced.
Amandha: You don’t need to keep enhancing. You’ve got Right. The job where you’re going. Right. And so don’t keep, otherwise it’s Overstimulating Moore is not always better too. I’m sure that’s on your store. No, I, no, actually, I wish okay, I got this from Province Apothecary. Online. I’m sure we can. I’m sure we can find them, but wow, this has [00:56:00] been more than I thought we were going to talk about.
Jennifer: In such a great way.
Jennifer: The menopause the DMSO the peepee. I mean, I just love all of it.
Jennifer: This is great. I’m definitely pulling those five minutes out for the segment tea, for the teaser segment, that’s for sure. Well, I just wanted to tie back quickly, if I may, to what you, what we said about, you know, the vibrational aspect. Yes. And menopause. I remember, I don’t remember who said it.
Menopause as a Spiritual and Vibrational Transition
Amandha: You know when there are very poignant people along your path and they will speak to you and they’re sending you a message and you kind of hold onto it and it was weird and you didn’t know whatever. But then later something. Yes. Yeah. Yeah. So this was one of those things where someone said to me that menopause is a missed opportunity for enlightenment.
Amandha: And I was like, what we mean? And [00:57:00] what they were saying or what was being said with this is that the, this is an opportunity for such a transformation that if you haven’t gone through your Kundalini awakening yet, or you haven’t had experience of a clairvoyant moment, this is your opportunity.
Amandha: Because you are in such a deep sense of the ability to go inside your intuition. Like you in the menopausal situation. You have the power, you have the access to the power. I don’t know if you know what the Native American culture and the aboriginal cultures. They do sacred rituals like sweat lodges.
Amandha: And when you’re, when a woman, a maiden is having her period is actively in her menses, they’re not permitted to go into the sweat lodges because their power will soak up. All the prayers and everything will be attracted to them. And so what they’re saying is there’s a pivot point inside of your body of power, of access to power.
Amandha: And we’re missing as going into crone wisdom. [00:58:00] We’re accessing other realms. Now. We don’t need to put energy into baby making. Now our bodies shift to different wisdom to distilling that toward the next generations. And so we have access to it and it’s a missed opportunity. If we don’t tune into it.
Amandha: And so really it’s a vibrational awakening aspect. Menopause, it’s meant to be a type of enlightenment toward that wa the wise woman who has matured through her experiences as integrated them and is now drawing upon her connection to source, to enhance them or to embellish the knowledge that underpins them.
Jennifer: Right. That’s such a positive spin on menopause. I love it. Yes. That really is. That’s deep. It’s not a, it’s not a bad place to be. It’s a change that happens like when we’re born, we’re very close to source. And when [00:59:00] we get to the end of life, we also become close to source again. And so, but through life we might.
Amandha: Get off the path. Oh, there’s source up, but we’re going over here again. Oh, the source button. Where, yeah. It’s a very, it’s hard to stay right on that perfect line of where, you know, I always call it our perfect blueprint is from source. This is great. This is I just had a thought too about you know, when I hit 40, I thought everything was great.
Jennifer: I’ve left my stupidity in my twenties, I left the practicing of the lessons that I had learned in my thirties, and now 40, I’m ready to take on the world. But then you get towards 50 and it’s like, ugh. I could do without another birthday ever for the rest of my life. But now that you just said what menopause was spiritually, it kind of makes sense.
Jennifer: Like, well, but wait, you’re about to have another great chapter in your life. And oh yeah. What a positive way to look at. Because I did, I just went through [01:00:00] some major spiritual changes, awakening realizations and I love being self-aware, but this was yet another level. We never stopped learning.
Jennifer: And the future looks bright right now. It didn’t a month ago, but I’ve powered through that and now things are, miracles are happening weekly. So yeah, I agree with that explanation. Totally. And your manifestation powers are amplified. You’re the, they’re, they were always good before. It can be a matter of seconds now.
Jennifer: Yeah. I can say it in there it is. And I’m like, whoa. Where’d you come from? Just, yeah. I can, there’s some things I can’t even talk about publicly that are manifesting and it’s mind blowing. So this is, this has been great. I’m going to put my glasses on because I want to read your sights again because people really, at this point are definitely like, what are her websites again? [01:01:00]
Yummy.Doctor, DMSO.Store, YumNaturals.Store, and Closing Remarks
Jennifer: So lemme put this right in front of me here. And if there’s anything else you want to contribute before we wrap up, feel free to, to let me know. Sure. One thing I thought to say here is with my businesses and the way that I’m operating is in the private, if so, to view any of the products on either DMSO.Store, which I’ll are all the DMSO infused products.
Amandha: Or YumNaturals.Store, you must make an account and sign the agreement, because what’s happening is we’re moving it from the public forum into the private. Okay. Okay. So like a pma? Yes. I’m operating as a pma perfect. And this is how, this is the way to do it. Like a club, like a me a membership club.
Jennifer: Yeah. Most of my audience is very familiar with that. So that’s great. Great. Yeah. Now I will do, I have plans to do exposes on every product and really get into deep dive on [01:02:00] why I formulated the way I did and what’s in them and how they work and different ways to use them and that sort of thing.
Jennifer: So that it’s like a spotlight on the product so that if you’re not sure or you know, you don’t want to make an account yet, then at least you can like peruse the each product and kind of make your decisions first. Because we can’t just let people browse in the site because we’ve got bots and, okay.
Jennifer: Yep. You’re either public or private. You can’t mix the two. So, yes. Right. Yeah. And so the sites that you know, do you want everyone to start@Yummy.Doctor or go to any of the four sites I have here that I’m going to read? They don’t tie in, so they all tie in. So Yummy.Doctor DMSO.Store and again, these are domain extensions.
Amandha: You don’t have to add the.com or the Dotbiz. When I say the dot, that’s all you need to type DMSO.Store, Yummy.Doctor. Another one is yumnaturals.store. And the last one, healing [01:03:00] with dms o.com. Thank you so much for coming here today, sharing your wisdom, being brilliant. I noticed when you were saying that you’re very creative, you know, you had your daughter and you just.
Jennifer: Kept creating things that didn’t exist, I would call you an inventor because that’s how I am. And I finally said I’m an inventor. So thank you for your awesomeness and I hope to have you back on again and again, everyone, this is Amandha Vollmer and you can find her@Yummy.Doctor and all over the social media.
Jennifer: She’s everywhere. So, look her up. Go shopping. I’m going shopping right now and we’ll talk to you soon. Thanks everyone. Thank you, Jennifer, for having me. Thank you.
