GERD and Leaky Gut: Video Overview

In this live discussion of GERD and leaky gut, Amandha Vollmer (ADV) explores heartburn, reflux, and digestive discomfort through her holistic-health framework. She explains how she views stomach acid, the lower esophageal and pyloric sphincters, digestion, and “back pressure,” then discusses why she believes diet, stress, and digestive function can influence recurring symptoms.

Amandha moves through approaches she has used with clients, including aloe vera, marshmallow root, DGL licorice, L-glutamine, simplified foods, betaine HCl, diluted apple cider vinegar, digestive enzymes, and probiotics. She also discusses hiatal hernia, MSM sulfur, H. pylori, zinc, magnesium, essential fatty acids, vitamins, digestive bitters, fermented foods, ginger, and chamomile. These therapeutic explanations and supplement protocols remain Amandha’s perspectives and experiences rather than independently verified treatment recommendations.

The presentation also expands into her views on intestinal permeability, inflammation, antibiotics, DMSO, borax, liver and gallbladder support, hazelwood jewelry, dietary repair, mindfulness, and the gut-stress connection.

Important Context & Safety

Educational context: This video presents Amandha Vollmer’s perspectives and personal experience with GERD, heartburn, intestinal permeability, H. pylori, digestive supplements, and dietary protocols. Several explanations in the recording – including her view that reflux commonly involves too little stomach acid – should not be treated as an established diagnosis or individualized medical recommendation. Proton pump inhibitors are established GERD treatments and can help heal the esophagus, so prescribed acid-suppressing medication should not be stopped solely because of this video.

The video also discusses confirmed H. pylori infection, high-dose zinc, manual approaches to hiatal hernia, DMSO, and borax-related protocols. Current American College of Gastroenterology guidance states that patients found to have H. pylori should be treated and should complete a test of cure after therapy. NIH guidance notes that 50 mg or more of zinc used for weeks can inhibit copper absorption, while the adult tolerable upper intake level is 40 mg and is lower for children and adolescents. Prescription DMSO is approved in the U.S. for symptomatic relief of interstitial cystitis and has not been approved as safe and effective for other indications.

Persistent reflux, chest pain, repeated vomiting, trouble or pain with swallowing, gastrointestinal bleeding, or unexplained weight loss requires appropriate medical assessment. This video should not be used to delay appropriate emergency assessment or treatment.

Medical emergencies: Information in this video should not be used to delay emergency assessment or treatment for symptoms of stroke, heart attack, serious head injury or another medical emergency.

Introduction: Digestion, GERD, and Holistic Health

Amandha: Hi, I’m gonna talk with you, not to you, today about the gut and how to heal it. Common afflictions we see are GERD, which is gastroesophageal reflux disease, heartburn. I mean, we see so many issues with the gut. We see leaky gut going on. I see it all the time. It’s relatively new as a disease category, so I wanna talk about why these things are happening and how to heal them without using drugs.

Amandha: We, we have to realize, I think, in this world that we live inside of a ginormous cult,. Something that I’m writing about with a friend right now is that basically we’re run by elites and a system that’s very tightly controlled, and I don’t wanna get too far down the rabbit hole, but you can’t just go to a medical doctor and expect them to offer you so, For your health.

Amandha: Okay, and I will say this pretty much every time I have a conversation about health, I’m going to remind you about this cult that is run this medical cult, that it is not there for your health and wellbeing, aside from your basic emergency medicine. And there are good people in the industry. Don’t get me wrong, while I’m talking about the way that it’s set up, I’m talking about the flow of information.

Amandha: And how this has come to where it is right now where you go to a doctor because you’re in pain and they’re going to give you nothing more than a suppressive drug that is not going to heal you. So taking a risk here today, cause my store’s open, so it could happen anytime someone could come in. But anyway, it’s been slow, so I’m just going for it.

Amandha: So every time I’m gonna say, look, if you’re going to a cult trained medical professional, do not expect to go for health. Okay?

Amandha: You’re going for a band-aid maybe to get you by a few days. And hey, if that’s what you need, that’s what it’s there for. But that’s not health and that’s not gonna stop this problem.

Amandha: And if you’re taking something repeatedly, a drug, you will worsen that situation. It will never heal it ever either. Your body will become strong enough to overcome everything and heal itself, and then you’ll think, Hey, I don’t need this drug anymore, which is very rare, but does happen. Or you’re going to just continually degrade and get to a place where they’re gonna offer you more of the nonsense, which is surgery.

Amandha: Other drugs or other interventions that are, quite frankly, horrific in my opinion. So let’s educate ourselves here about how we can prevent these problems in the first place, but really how to treat them. Because honestly, so many people have this, and I wanna talk about prevention. I wanna get to, hi Loretta.

Amandha: I wanna get to prevention. I really do. I dream of a world where none of this exists because everybody’s eating awesome and they don’t poison themselves.

Amandha: You know, I dream of that every day. I work for that every day. That’s what I’m here for. But we’re so far from that and it just seems to be getting worse.

Amandha: So, you know, at least if I can try to share some of the things you can do on your own to, to help this situation, that’s the best I can do. Right. as I build this into my television, online television program that’s coming soon. I’m excited for that. I’ll, I think I’ll be able to build it a bit bigger so it’ll reach more people because the more ears that hear it right, the better.

Amandha: And we’re all, we’ve all been brainwashed into false systems, and brainwashing is not so easy to get out of you know, because you only see with your filters and with your belief systems. So you have to be very open-minded and you have to really do a lot of consciousness work where you really let all the subconscious programming come to the surface, they call it from the darkness to the light.

Amandha: Right into the light where you can. So then you can heal it. And it’s like that with the human body too. The disease is inside. You can’t see it with your two eyes, but it has to come to the light. It has to express, and that’s the healing. And people freak out when things express because we’re brainwashed to think, oh no.

Amandha: Hide that away. That’s not happening to me. That’s not real. Make that go away now. Make that thought. Go away now. Right? We do it on all levels. but that’s not healing, guys. And so you’re here on this, in this freaky earth realm to advance. To advance, right. And when you advance, you can achieve new levels in this game often say to people, if you don’t realize that you’re inside a magnificent.

Amandha: Then you have no idea that there’s rules to the game. And so you’re gonna be losing that game this is a game and you are playing it whether you like it or not. So it is a great idea to try to maneuver things in a heart-centered brain, mind centered, gut centered way, cause there’s three brains, right?

Amandha: There’s nervous system tissue in all these three. The brain, the heart and the gut. Yeah. So let’s get to gut health, shall we? Hunger games,? Yeah. Kind of, yeah, sure. I mean, there’s many metaphors. Okay. So if someone here, cause I’m doing a live video just for people who are on YouTube now. I’m doing a live video.

How Reflux Happens: PPIs, Sphincters, Stomach Acid, and Back Pressure

Amandha: I will publish this to YouTube so you can look at it again, later. So someone’s saying that they have really bad GERD. Okay, so let’s give you all the information that you can heal it. The thing is, a lot of people with GERD, they go to the doctor and they get what’s called proton pump inhibitors, or proton, sorry, pump inhibitors.

Amandha: So PPIs, so they’re suppressing the hydrochloric acid. Now that’s very rare to find these days where you actually have an issue of high acid too much acid being made. So what the medical system is saying is, oh, you have way too much acid, let’s get rid of that. Because that’s what’s causing the burning and the inflammation and the splash back that comes off up the esophagus.

Amandha: Okay, that makes sense. In a very uneducated simpleton kind of way because that ain’t what’s happening on a physiological level. So I don’t know what books these people are reading cause it isn’t, it just isn’t what’s going on. So when that happens, though, I actually had a client many years ago who was so frail and so skinny and couldn’t eat anything and was on these PPIs for so many years, and he was at his wit’s end.

Amandha: He was so frustrated. And I said, well, of course you’re frustrated. You’ve never dealt with the root cause ever. You’re just slowly dying. This pill is killing you. And so I. Anyway, so sorry. I’ve been reading some of the comments that I got distracted. Okay so I put him on aloe vera right away.

Amandha: I took, I told him to come off those. He went on aloe vera Juice. Okay. He went on, I put him on L-glutamine digestive enzyme, a good probiotic. What else did I do? I think a digestive bitter as well. He wasn’t eating, so he needed to stimulate his appetite. And he came back to me, and I don’t even think it was a week later, and he leaned into me and he grabbed my arm and said, thank you,

Amandha: You saved my life. I am like pain free. I’m eating, I’m gaining weight. I’m like, there you go. It’s that easy. And that’s to me what, you know, mind boggles me and what makes me go, well, we must live in a cult. there’s not logic or thinking or common sense or any of this going on with any of this stuff.

Amandha: Right. I mean, I deduced this from reading books research. Okay. I’m medically trained. Obviously I have a background in this. So I know how to sift. I know what I’m looking for. Right. But still, like it’s all there, all the information exists, so I just piece it together. Right. And then we have natural remedies.

Amandha: Will help the body deal with it. So, okay, so what’s causing this in the first place? So when we are eating food, okay let’s say we’re, we are actually eating healthy food. Let’s just go with that. we have made a delicious, nutritious salad and it is just full of sprouts, which are full of enzymes and it’s got, we squeezed some lemon on that, maybe a bit of maple syrup just to sweeten it up, but it’s full of mineral.

Amandha: Some Himalayan crystal salt on there, cause that’ll build up your hydrochloric acid to the right levels. Right? Because it’s got some chloride in it. Okay, awesome. Nice. And let’s throw some soaked nuts and seeds in that sucker. Oh yeah, let’s get an avocado in there. All organic, beautiful salad. Let’s eat that, shall we?

Amandha: Okay, so we’re eating this delicious salad.. And we’re swallowing, which will trigger the upper esophageal sphincter. Okay, what’s a sphincter guys? Question Time. One of my favorite words is sphincter. Okay. We have a few in the body more than just the one you’re probably thinking about right now. We have the upper esophageal sphincter.

Amandha: When you swallow, it opens. It’s a muscle. It allows you not to breathe your food, but to swallow your food. And that goes down the esophagus. Esophagus, sorry, all the way to the next sphincter. So that’s the lower esophageal sphincter. Okay, so that has to open obviously to let in the food. Now that’s the source of one of the problems with the sphincters.

Amandha: The next source of the problem is the pyloric sphincter, which communicates between the stomach and the small intestine, the duodenum. Okay. So those we’re just gonna go with those, mainly those two sphincters right now. We’ll leave the last one, out of this

Amandha: So they’re muscular structures. Okay. And they have specific triggers that open or close those sphincters. Okay? So the swallowing reflex obviously is part of it.. And so when the food goes in the lower esophageal sphincter and goes into the stomach, it’s mixed with the hydrochloric acid, right? That has to be very acidic, like a pH of around two.

Amandha: That’s very acidic. That’s like car battery acid, right? So no wonder if that stuff is splashing up that hurts. Ouch. That’s not supposed to be in your esophagus, my goodness. So we wanna stop that nonsense so when the chyme is being formed, which is basically the enzymes that come in and the hydrochloric acid, that’s all in the food, all mixing together.

Amandha: Okay. It’s like the first stage of digestion. Then it will open, the pH will come through into the duodenum, and that will then be injected with the gallbladder bile, which will help change the pH so it’s not so acidic, cuz you don’t wanna burn all the way down either. Right? Did I turn a bit? I didn’t turn pink.

Amandha: You’re right. I can talk about sphincter. Sphincter all day long and without turning pink.. So anyway, so that chyme has a specific pH when your body is operating optimally and the pH has a feedback loop that then closes the pyloric sphincter. Okay. That chyme has to be the right pH in order to do that.

Amandha: Drinking a lot of vodka is definitely not healthy. it is a, it actually is a class one carcinogen, so I don’t recommend that at all. But anyway, so say you now. Issues where you haven’t been eating that wonderful salad all day.

Amandha: Okay? You have been drinking vodka, you have been smoking you are under huge amounts of stress.

Amandha: You’ve been eating fast foods with all these bad trans fats in them. High pro-inflammatory foods. And you eat like you don’t even chew. You just eat and swallow and it goes, and you keep doing that repeated. You’re going to deplete your hydrochloric acid and when you don’t have enough hydrochloric acid, when that time is formed and it starts to move along, it is not now the correct pH to give a proper feedback to tightly close that sphincter.

Amandha: This is one of the chronic causes. There’s other reasons why it wouldn’t close the sphincters properly, and we’ll get into that in a minute. But this is one of the main things I’m seeing. So when that lower esophageal sphincter, which is supposed to be closed right when you’re not eating is having back pressure.

Amandha: So think of the stomach, you know, you can go look at pictures, stomach. Has now back pressure coming up or regurgitated food coming back up through that sphincter that’s not closed properly. It gives pressure now, it can be air pressure, it can be gas, like improper fermentation. I’ll talk about food combining a bit to prevent that.

Amandha: Pushing up. Now this sphincter, oh gosh, ugh. And can open prematurely or open when it’s not meant to. And now you’re going to get this muscle that’s becoming lax, becoming inappropriate. And we’ll talk about foods in a minute. But the main thing, and supplements as well, we’ll talk about that near the end.

Amandha: I just wanna get to what’s really going on first so you understand it. So now you have splashback coming into that esophagus. Esophagus and that’s going to start to wear away at the inner layer, which is called the mucosa. So it’s a layer of skin, almost an internal skin, is what I call it. And that will break down and you can actually get ulcers and other, you know, issues going on there from chronically splashing back that acid.

Amandha: And that’s a lot of the pain and the bleeding and everything that we wanna stop. Right. Okay. So, so obviously now taking a PPI and reducing acid further is probably the worst thing you can do. really, it’s not going to solve the problem of the back pressure. And now you’re adding insult to injury.

Amandha: You’re giving a drug that the liver has to detox. You’re putting pressure on all your organ systems, and you’re never ever addressing the fact that this is coming up because you’re not having enough acid to have the proper feedback to close that sphincter, the pyloric sphincter so you don’t have pushback.

Soothing the Esophagus: Aloe, L-Glutamine, Diet, Betaine HCl, and Apple Cider Vinegar

Amandha: Okay. So usually what I do is I give people more acid when they have this issue. One of the first things we’ll ask them to do, depending on the level of damage in the esophagus. If the esophagus is super, super damaged, I just sit, start with aloe vera or start with marshmallow root. Start with things that are called demulcent.

Amandha: Things that soothe and make things gentle, like licorice root, like DGL, it’s a deglycyrrhizinated licorice, sooth, calm. Get the inflammation down. Let’s try to repair the cells. Next thing, I usually put them on L-glutamine. So L-glutamine again will assist them in that soothing and repair because the cells use L-glutamine.

Amandha: The cells will use L-glutamine to repair themselves. So foods that are soothing, you know, that are easy to digest. I do like things like congee, you know, it’s a type of way where you can take rice and you can cook it down to a very soft mush, and that’s very easy to digest it. Foods that are like apple sauces or bananas, things that are very pre-cooked possibly smoothies or things that are mushed so that you don’t need, your body doesn’t need to work so hard to digest them.

Amandha: So definitely take people off meats take them off of wheat. I take them off of dairy. I take them off of things that we know are either genetically modified, so they’re pro-inflammatory, or they may have leaky gut actually, because it’s developed over time. I’ll get to that in a bit. you know, take them off of the foods that are causing the root problem, which is, you know, this inflammation.

Amandha: Okay. So we have now yes, I’m a naturopathic doctor by training. I have a lot of medical background and I’ve been doing this for, I’m actually 42. I’ve been helping people since well, 2008. So that’s my background just to, so you know, I have a bachelor of science in agricultural biotechnology as well.

Amandha: I’m trained in multiple forms of reiki. I’m trained in applied kinesiology. I went to India and I learned Ayurvedic medicine. So, you know, I have a lot of tools on my tool belt, but this is what I found works really fast. So, okay, so diet has to become very simplified for a while.. You could even fast.

Amandha: I mean, you can fast. You could do water, just water and some bone broth soups that are high in gelatin, organic only. Again, very soothing, calming the gelatin can repair the system as well. So I just really simplify the diet while you’re healing. Less digestive energy that is required, the better Trying to rest those organs is wise.

Amandha: We never really rest ’em unless we’re going to bed. So, resting them a little bit longer is something to assist that in healing. Okay, so the, I talked about L-glutamine. The other thing is if you are really super low acid, I actually will supplement them with something called betaine HCl. It’s, I’m literally giving a hydrochloric acid to them to try to rebuild that.

Amandha: The other thing at the same time that they can take or they can try, is apple cider vinegar. Never take apple cider vinegar pure, please. You can actually hurt yourself. People are just drinking that stuff. Dilute it. Please dilute it in pure water at a one-to-one ratio. That can actually treat heartburn in the moment if you, again, do not have

Amandha: Significant esophageal damage. That will help to repair it. So you take, I usually take one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with one teaspoon of pure water and mix it together and drink that, you know, before each meal. So you can do that to help you digest that food. Or you can do it when, if you’re having like an attack or you’re having heartburn that doesn’t always work.

Amandha: Sometimes you do want to address that with baking soda I very rarely offer that only if the apple cider vinegar is not working and you really need to stop the burning cuz you’re in pain. That’s like an in the moment thing to do is a little bit of baking soda in some water and just drink that down.

Amandha: You still have to dress the acid issues. You can’t just put basic in there and expect that to help, you know, long run. But it is a solution. You know, that’s why people go with the antacids all the time. But those, again, they just keep alkalizing the situation more and. they’re not ever addressing things.

Amandha: They’re just taking it palliatively long term. So those, again, aren’t solutions. They’re full of aluminum and other crap, so they’re not really true solutions. So okay, so now you have changed your diet up. You’re adding in the acids that you need to have the kind of feedback properly on the sphincter, so that closes to reduce some of the pressure.

Hiatal Hernia, MSM, H. pylori, Heartburn Essentials, and Digestive Enzymes

Amandha: However, obesity can also cause this because again, you have a lot of weight, you have a lot of pressure. abdominal wall on the gut itself that can lead to hernia. So hiatal hernia is at the lower esophageal sphincter, and it can push out some of the esophagus where it’s not supposed to be, or some of the stomach up through the hiatal orifice or space where the diaphragm is cut off where you have the diaphragm and the esophagus through it.

Amandha: And right there is, you can have tissue come up, and that’s a hernia. Worst cases, when that gets strangulated, that’s dangerous. You know, that’s serious. But usually, actually in autopsy, even when I was doing cadaver lab, most of the cadavers that we looked at and dealt with were having hiatal hernia.

Amandha: You know, there because and it’s very common. It’s very common. A lot of people, a lot of even children these days are having this problem. I advise if that’s a case. If you’re diagnosed with that or you suspect that is to go see a good chiropractor because there’s actually a maneuver that where, and I learned it in naturopathic college, but basically where you take your fingers and you go in and you pull down and it can actually replace the tissue underneath and pull it into place.

Amandha: And then you can allow for that healing. You might need to repeat the maneuver a couple of times, but there is an actual physical maneuver to put the hernia back in into place. So that’s one, one solution. There’s a few different causes of the hernia. I won’t really go into that. Things will get too long with this, but you know, the, that can be repaired, but also that can cause the splashback because now you have a mechanical problem with that sphincter.

Amandha: So that really requires mechanical support. So musculoskeletal support exercise, losing weight that kind of stuff because, you know, that’s gonna just continue to worsen. What I like for those situations. This is a product. It’s MSM sulfur. You can see that. So here, so this is one of my favorite products that I sell here in my store and online.

Amandha: My online website is yummy mummy emporium.org. And this is like a crystal basically I just take a teaspoon, I put it in my mouth and I wash it down with some juice cause it’s kind of bitter. But it supports muscles, it supports hair, nails, skin. It does a lot. In this case, what we’re after is the repair to the sphincter muscle.

Amandha: So I really like this product. I pretty much put everyone on it. Plus anyway, if they have H. pylori, which also can be a cause of this. That’s Helicobacter pylori bacteria, it can be associated with heartburn and GERD and all of that. this will help kill parasites and it will assist the body’s immune system as well.

Amandha: So I like to put them on that and always get them checked. For H. pylori, I think it’s so common. I think it was like half of North America is infected with H. pylori. That’s a lot of people with this. So, they give antibiotics for that. I have a different protocol with colloidal silver and high-dose vitamin C, zinc and some other things, but I’ll leave that for now.

Amandha: But you know, yeah. Okay. If you go on antibiotics, you’ve ruined your entire microbiome. So you have to repair that after, and you’ll never get it back the way it was at any time you’ve had an antibiotic. So I usually try to help people do things without the cult-run drug supply. And it works. You just have to, you know, if you wanna have your evidence, you just go back after and get retested and you don’t have it anymore.

Amandha: Right. Okay, so there’s that, the zinc, like I was just mentioning because it supports the immune system. I wanna start to get into how to heal leaky gut now. Okay. So zinc is essential for that. Okay, so we talked about GERD. Oh, one thing though, one of my favorite products, I really recommend it. I usually have it in store, but I’m out of it right now.

Amandha: It is here. I’ve got it pulled up, so I’m just gonna grab it. It’s called Heartburn Essentials. By pure encapsulations. And what I like about it is it works really fast because some people are like, I need it stopping now. So this is one of those supplements that just gets the job done. It helps with the autonomic nervous system because it has gamma-oryzanol in it.

Amandha: And so the autonomic nervous system is what controls your digestion, so it helps with gastric secretions. So even if you’re stressed, it will assist those secretions. It has the DGL in it, the deglycyrrhizinated licorice as I mentioned. It has marshmallow root and slippery elm as well, like I was saying about demulcent.

Amandha: So all in it, right? So that helps the mucosal lining. And then it also has artichoke and that’s what helps to stimulate the digestive process and helps with the heartburn. And it has turmeric. And turmeric can get rid of a lot of the indigestion that comes with that. So it’s full of enzymes, so you don’t need to make your own in case you’re not making enough enzymes.

Amandha: So typically I put people on a digestive enzyme for the short run. Apple cider vinegar can help with that, can increase the secretion of your normal enzymes, but that’s assuming you’re making enough. So sometimes it’s not enough and I need to give them enzymes to, to help them digest. So I usually like a chewable for that.

Amandha: I use a lot of janera products and that one is I like bio enzymes for that. Just a chewable minty kind of tad one tasty one. You can do pineapple juice as well, cuz that’s full of specific types of digestive enzymes or papaya. Papaya is very GMO. So be aware if you’re doing papaya where it’s coming from.

Amandha: But okay, so that one, that product is super, like I do give it to a lot of different people, and they get relief really fast, so, okay. Okay. So the other things I like to give in the situation is botanicals, lots of different botanicals and help them sort of rehabilitate their lifestyle cuz that comes with it.

Leaky Gut, Inflammation, Zinc, Magnesium, and Essential Fats

Amandha: Now the other thing with I was gonna say about leaky gut, we’re really seeing this a lot because people are eating. Foods that are causing chronic inflammation. Anytime you have chronic inflammation in an area, what happens is the tissue integrity begins to break down. So when you do not have proper tissue integrity, you start to get the tissue swelling, and when you have the swelling continuing, you’re going to start to get breaks.

Amandha: The tissues or the cells themselves, and it can damage to the basement membrane. So you have what I was saying earlier about the mucosal layer, which is like the inside layer. Then you have a few layers and so forth. And then you get to the basement, you get to the basement layer, and that basement layer, if those cells start to spread apart and things that aren’t supposed to get in there, like inflammatory mediators can start to break down the basement.

Amandha: And now you’re gonna start to get maybe candida, other bacterial forms because our blood is not sterile. It’s full of all kinds of bacteria all the time, born with it. They can start to change their shape because everything’s pleomorphic depending on the environment. So now you’re having your own bugs go against you and you can get holes poked.

Amandha: The gap junctions inside the basement membrane, that’s very dangerous because now what’s gonna happen? You eat and some of those molecules are gonna get into your blood system. And if they’re in your blood system, your immune system’s going to react to those and they’re gonna say, Hey, well you’re not supposed to be here.

Amandha: What the heck is this? And they’ll tag it. And now you’re gonna start to become allergic to just common everyday things. It doesn’t even just have to be food sometimes. Pollen or whatever you’re even breathing in, can get through, you know, anything that you’ll, you’re swallowing eventually. So this becomes the leaky gut problem, and it’ll keep progressing until people are allergic to almost everything.

Amandha: It can be delayed sensitivities, so takes few days. It can become immediate. It can, you know, there’s four different types of histamine responses. Arguably so. Yeah, you’re gonna get all kinds of stuff basically. I can’t eat that. I can’t eat that. I can’t eat that. So if there are things you know you can’t eat, you could have leaky gut.

Amandha: Okay? So one thing that is essential to heal leaky gut is obviously getting the inflammation under control. You do have to go off the foods that you’re now allergic to. You can repair that so that you can eat them again. Obviously don’t vaccinate. You know, I’m completely anti-vaccine on every possible level.

Amandha: It’s never saved a life. It’s only destroyed life. It’s based on germ theory, which is garbage. Things move in not monomorphic ways. They move in pleomorphic ways. So our own bugs, our own bodies, our own terrain is what governs health, not injecting synthetic crap into your body.

Amandha: Okay, I’ve talked about this a lot.

Amandha: I’ll probably do more talks about it. at some point, as people aren’t educated in this topic at all, including doctors which are never trained in any of this stuff. So don’t even go to them with it because basically they’ll just say they’re safe and effective. My cult leader says So but they will habitually destroy the gut lining.

Amandha: So will antibiotics, right? Because they’re gonna kill your good microflora. You’re gonna be poisoned by heavy metals you’re gonna go into pro-inflammatory states, you don’t have proper methylation going on in your bio pathways, you’re gonna be a mess. So I see all the time, the eczemas and these types of things from vaccinated people, their gut integrity falls apart and their full of heavy metals and this leaky stuff goes into their bloodstream.

Amandha: Okay? So you have to get the heavy metals out usually. I like to use these days I’m using DMSO to do that for the most part. And borax to get out other things like fluoride and chlorine and that kind of thing which I’ve talked about before. You can find those things on my blog as well. On my website I talk about some of these things.

Amandha: But to heal the gap junctions, you need zinc. So I usually use this one because I have children, so it’s only 10 milligrams per dose and it’s chewable. It’s easy to give to. And adults alike. So I usually use higher doses in adults, I can just do capsules for them. 50 milligrams go up to 80 milligrams if you want to.

Amandha: This I do three times a day in children to try to bring back now that integrity, the basement membrane needs the zinc. Okay? That and magnesium as well. Magnesium, as I’ve talked about probably before, is ease. Use it topically because it’s absorbed better topically than internally in the mouth. Okay, so the magnesium is it’s a hexahydrate, so it’s a magnesium chloride hexahydrate, and that goes right through the skin.

Amandha: So you’re gonna get maximum absorption. You’re only gonna absorb about 15% of anything you’re taking orally. And that’s just not enough. Not enough for our modern body that’s super inflamed, that doesn’t have enough enzymes to run its system. There’s 300 plus enzymatic reactions that magnesium supplies. So if your enzyme systems are off you need to have magnesium.

Amandha: You need to have magnesium anyway, but I’m saying that this is key for helping all the systems and including the digestive system. Okay. The other thing is EFAs or essential fatty acids. So the right fats, because our cells, each of our cells is surrounded in fat, and that’s the cell integrity, the membrane, the brain of the cell.

Amandha: So if you don’t have the right amount of fats, you’re not gonna be able to rebuild cells, right? I mean, you have to give the building blocks to the builders to make the new cells. It’s just common sense. Same goes with vitamin D. You need vitamin D to also build these cells back up, which is a fat soluble.

Amandha: Vitamin E as well is very helpful for leaky gut. So these fats now are going to be offered for repair. So now we’re at, you know, repair zone here. We’ve gotten rid of inflammation, we’re eating well. Okay. We’ve dealt with, if it’s a hiatal hernia, we’ve identified what’s going on in the entire body. We’re getting rid of the heavy metals.

Dietary Repair, Digestive Bitters, Liver and Gallbladder Support, and Hazelwood

Amandha: We’re rehabilitating the patients so that they’re not gonna go back to old habits. They’re not drinking booze or smoking cigarettes or any of those things that are contributing to the root cause, and we’re giving all the building blocks into the body to repair it. That’s a recipe for health. That’s how you heal things.

Amandha: You can do it food based, you can do it food and supplement based. I have people, they just don’t wanna change their diets and they just take a ton of supplements. Oh, well, I mean, it’s not ideal, but it gets them, they’re alive, right? So there’s different ways to go about it and different ways to heal. So you could talk to other people and they’re gonna say, well I like to use this.

Amandha: I like to use digestive bitters more than anything else. And I do too. Digestive bitters are marvelous, but it’s a compliance issue sometimes. Sometimes I can’t get people to take the digestive bitters cause they’re bitter. So, so it’s a bit tricky but you can look up digestive bitters.

Amandha: I learned about this because I’m half German, and my Oma always had digestive bitters.

Amandha: And it was a very European thing to do, to have a bitter, even at the end of your dinner you would have like a drink that was like a digestive bitter. And I think even it was an alcoholic beverage and it was a bitter so, but it helps you digest your food, right? So those things, and as well, another product I like wanna show you is called Biore.

Amandha: So Janera here.

Amandha: So this one has a ton of different herbs. It’s an herbal blend and it helps rehabilitate the liver and the gut. So the liver is involved in all these digestive processes. If the liver is congested, that means a gallbladder is going to be affected and the rest of the organ systems are going to be in deficiency.

Amandha: The thing with people getting their gallbladders removed, it’s unbelievable, I’m in shock. You know, honestly, every time that I see the level of gallbladder removals, wow. And it only is going to compound the issue because the gallbladder was never the problem in the first place. You know, the problem is they’re probably dehydrated and stressed and they, you know, had liver congestion.

Amandha: Their liver was not functioning properly. They’re making stones or whatnot, but it’s coming from the liver. And so you’re just getting rid of the sac and now you’re damaging the whole digestive process and that can lead to all kinds of heartburn and other things too. So, okay. I’m just gonna look for questions here cause I sort of didn’t get to that and then I’ll wrap it up cause I don’t wanna go too long with these.

Amandha: This obviously is just an overview. I’m just giving some ideas of how to heal it, ideas of how, why this is happening and basically what not to do. What to do in general. Okay. So we talked about the foods. Yep, you can do that. Okay I think that’s it. I think, oh, the other thing I want to mention, there’s something called medical jewelry.

Amandha: This is Hazelwood Jewelry. It comes out of Quebec and it’s very powerful to wear on the skin the interaction with the skin is that it absorbs acids from the skin for one, so it will wear out over time. But it tends to reduce inflammation in the body. There is a component or a constituent in the hazel that absorbs through the skin and reduces inflammation. So oftentimes if there’s people that are constipated or they have other bowel issues, I recommend that they work with the Hazelwood for a little while, as well as other protocols to get the, you know, if they run away inflammation to get it down. Also helps with pain. So a lot of people have arthritis like this type of jewelry.

Amandha: So I just wanted to highlight that as well. And I’m just gonna also show you the L-glutamine. This is the L-glutamine powder that I like to use because it’s a good price for what you’re getting. and that will help feed the cells, feed the new cells. It’s like fuel for the mitochondria, fuel for them. So that is something I even take preventatively on a regular basis.

Probiotics, Fermented Foods, Ginger, B Vitamins, Stress, and Closing

Amandha: Yes, it helps with muscle rebuilding as well. So it doesn’t just help the cells as well. It also rebuilds muscles. A good probiotic is key. I like fermented foods. You can drink cabbage. You can take a probiotic. There’s all different kinds. You wanna mix up your probiotics because your own microflora eat them, and they like different kinds of foods.

Amandha: So don’t just stick to one thing all the time. Change up your probiotics. I really, yeah, any type of fermentation is going to give you some of that, like kefir which is more like a culture dairy from any type of fermented food. That’s gonna help you as well as well for anti-inflammatory in that department.

Amandha: Ginger root and chamomile tea are also anti-inflammatory. There are studies on this that you can find. And ginger also suppresses H. pylori. So if you do have H. pylori, you wanna be on ginger root. It’s part of the protocol. I’ll put people on if they do have H. pylori, you know, present on testing.

Amandha: So before bed you can take chamomile tea. It helps, you know, soothe the digestive tract and also helps us sleep, right? We talked about we didn’t talk about B vitamins. I would always be on folic acid. Folic acid is, you know, part of what I look at when talking about risk for acid reflux, so we’re talking prevention.

Amandha: If you have enough like those B vitamins, especially folic acid. you’re going to reduce your risk of it forming just because of the way that digestive processes need folate to run themselves. So if you’re getting upstream now, you’re going to give all the right nutrients to prevent that from being a problem.

Amandha: That’s your prevention: eating well, getting all the nutrients, and not, you know, poisoning yourself. But, and you definitely don’t need a drug to, to deal with it. But you wanna get the right nutrients in your life to, you know, to prevent it, but also to, to heal it.

Amandha: And you can get it in multiple different ways. Okay there’s Chinese medicine. There’s so many things. There’s azine that’s another one. It’s a antioxidant. Again, good for H. pylori. That’s like 40 milligram dose for I talked about the aloe already. Aloe is the first one. Aloe will heal. Leaky gut too.

Amandha: I give that for leaky gut, definitely. Yeah, I think that’s about it. for this topic, I mean, it’s a huge topic but those are things I’ve seen repeatedly that work. So the patient comes back and they’re healed from the issue by using some of these items and changing their diet in that way.

Amandha: So obviously healing comes from within and mindfulness is also very helpful. You know, doing mindfulness meditation calming your stress levels, you know, when you’re stressed, you feel it in your gut, you know, you feel like your acids are boiling up and that kind of. So, getting your stress levels under control are also, is also super important to do to where’s your mental health at, you know, and the gut does affect your mental health.

Amandha: So if your gut’s off and your gut makes, you know, serotonin for your brain, then you’re going to have mental issues based on gut health. So that’s also something to think about and to consider. Anyway, I think I’m gonna wrap it up cause it’s probably gone on and on and maybe I’m rambling, but I appreciate everyone who’s joined and I hope to chat soon again about other topics and I will probably repeat myself on a few of the, you know, cult programming side of stuff.

Amandha: So forgive me for that, but you know, that’s really how I see what’s going on out there. I hope you have a great day, and we’ll talk to you again soon.

Amandha: Bye.
