In this video, I want to help you understand how you heal and what that looks like – what to expect on an expression-based, whole body health journey. I got interrupted at the end and there was certainly more I had to say! For one, that often tumours are detox symptoms…it’s just that it is unable to complete the expression.

I also wanted to mention a stroke case that I had, when she was healing she thought she was having another stroke! She went to the hospital to get imaging done and she wasn’t having one, what was happening is the healing of that area, and it felt similar to the stroke (without many of the common stroke symptoms). When she called me about it, I said it sounds like a proper healing crisis but she wanted the imaging anyway…which was helpful, as now we have evidence to the fact!
