Healing Rheumatoid Arthritis Holistically
Healing Rheumatoid Arthritis Holistically: Video Overview
In this presentation on healing rheumatoid arthritis holistically, Amandha Vollmer (ADV) explains the framework she uses to interpret rheumatoid arthritis as a systemic inflammatory condition rather than an isolated joint problem. She describes how she connects long-term inflammation with what she calls toxic burden, altered defense responses and impaired elimination. She also distinguishes rheumatoid arthritis from osteoarthritis and explains why she believes digestive health should be considered when investigating chronic inflammatory patterns.
Amandha then moves from her explanation of rheumatoid arthritis into the approaches she uses for pain and tissue support. She discusses massage and topical applications before examining research on turmeric and curcumin. She then broadens the discussion to nutrient status. Magnesium and vitamin C are presented as foundational supports, while omega-3 fats and probiotics lead into a longer explanation of circulation and gut health.
The final part focuses more closely on gut repair and Nigella sativa. Amandha reads from several studies involving black cumin seed oil and explains why she considers digestive health and nutrient absorption part of the same healing process. She closes by discussing botanical medicine and changes to food and household exposures. The medical and therapeutic claims in this recording remain Amandha’s perspectives and interpretations of the research she presents.

Important Context & Safety
Educational context: This video presents Amandha Vollmer’s personal framework for rheumatoid arthritis and her interpretation of the studies she reads during the presentation. She describes rheumatoid arthritis as a systemic inflammatory condition and attributes it to a model centered on toxicity and impaired defenses. She also makes strong claims about vaccination and conventional treatment. These remain Amandha’s statements and perspectives from the recording.
Prescription medication is a major part of the discussion. Amandha speaks about COX-2 inhibitors, NSAIDs and steroids and says stopping suppressive medication can produce rebound effects. During the LIVE discussion, she specifically states that these medications should be weaned very slowly. She also acknowledges short-term medication use while someone is developing a broader plan.
The recording also discusses topical DMSO, internal sulfur/MSM and IV vitamins. Pregnancy is briefly addressed near the end, including Amandha’s comments about detoxification before pregnancy. The video does not provide a complete individualized medication, interaction or pregnancy protocol, so these discussions should remain within the educational context of the original presentation.

Introduction: Rheumatoid Arthritis and Amandha's Framework
Amandha: Hi, and welcome everyone. I am doing a video today on rheumatoid arthritis. I just wanna focus on rheumatoid arthritis, RA; we’ll talk about the forms of arthritis. But I just want to touch on what it is and how to heal it. Now, I had a couple of inquiries the last, little few hours ago about it, and I’ve had some in last weeks about it as well, and that’s why I thought to do this video because it is treatable.
Amandha: The interesting thing about rheumatoid arthritis the lies and the myth around it in the medical community that it’s untreatable. And if you look online and you look at what the CDC says about it, or any of these agencies that are owned by pharmaceutical corporations, they’re always going to tow the party line.
Amandha: And they’re just going to tell you that there’s no known cure. There is only heavy medication as a treatment or suppression of symptoms. And sorry, it’s just bad genetics. Sorry about your luck. What they fail to tell you by design is that the causes of rheumatoid arthritis stem from their own medicine, if you want to even dare call it that the causes are oftentimes vaccines, antibiotics.
Amandha: The horrendous toxicity coming outta the food industry through genetically modified foods and the glyphosate in these foods destroying the gut health, chronic stress, lack of exercise, lack of sunlight, lack of nature,, huge amounts of stress. These are the causes, and it begins right out of the gate with the Hep B shot.
Amandha: I have a study before me that discusses. I’ll pull it up and I will post my resources for you that discusses the Hep B as a causative factor in where is it?, I’ll find it. Too many tabs open here. But it is a study done that shows post Hep B vaccination, the onset of RA.
Amandha: It’s quite a phenomenon and it’s studied.
Amandha: It’s not guess a guesswork, it’s not somebody’s idea. This is journal articles. We know vaccines create a a Th2 immune response. So there’s a Th1 response. So the Th1 response is your natural defense molecule, if you will. When you’re breastfeeding from your mother, you’re going to get Th1 responses in your body, and that’s going to give your body defenses and you get that as well if you get something natural.
Amandha: If you’re exposed naturally to something. If you really, what’s happening in the body, as I’ve discussed, is your own bacteria form into pathogenic bacteria to get rid of toxicity. Your exposure to toxins is the issue. Your exposure to toxins from other people as well can trigger that in you.
Amandha: And you have defenses that are built up that learn because the body’s adaptive and will, it will understand what’s happening over time when you allow the process to happen and the expression, which is the healing and the detoxing to occur, the lineages of the somatids will go back to normal after the expression is complete.
Amandha: And there are different cells that tag molecules that are either foreign and not supposed to be in the body. And these responses then go about doing their business of cleaning it up. And if you’re injected or you have a puncture wound, there’s a different process and that’s a Th2 response and that’s a pro-inflammatory response.
Amandha: When you are injected with anything, you’re going to create a Th2 pro-inflammatory response. And if you are injected with heavy metals and formaldehyde and toxins that come in the form of a vaccine, your body is going to be desperate. To increase that inflammation in order to move the white blood cells and the other molecules, and also to heat up and move the blood to that area to try to get rid of the poison.
Amandha: They were just, the body’s been poisoned. And that’s naturally what it wants to do is get rid of these things out through all your organs of elimination, okay? Vaccines are only ever going to damage the body, period. Foods that are damaging your own natural gut flora will again only cause disease. The thing is in these diseases, and I’m generalizing here, but in these diseases, when it’s shrouded in this mystery of, well, it’s your genetics or, we don’t know what it is, but here’s a drug, we’re never gonna get to the root cause of the understanding and in, in not finding that root cause or getting to that, then how are you going to cure it?
Amandha: And that’s why I do a lot of what I’m doing, is to help you understand the basic principles of healing in general, and then to understand each individual, disease, which comes under pretty much a similar umbrella through all of them, which is toxicity and stress related diseases.
Amandha: And diseases of lack of nature.
Amandha: Being in nature, being part of nature. We’ve been divorced from nature. This is where a disease comes from, and then you single that down and get specific and you, then you apply the natural solutions to heal it. That’s how it goes. Now, if you’ve been ill very long, so rheumatoid arthritis usually starts later on in life when the toxicity levels quit quite high or the your own defenses have failed Now, so the injury could have come at birth, but the manifestation takes a long time to be seen in the body.
Amandha: Once everything starts to really break down, the toxicity levels have really come up. No one’s taught anybody to detox regularly. So eventually things start to wear away, and we have this lack of understanding on nutrition and how to actually get these things out of the body and with ra, this is systemic.
Rheumatoid Arthritis, Chronic Inflammation, and Joint Changes
Amandha: This is a systemic issue. This just isn’t nodules on the joint. So what we have. Joint inflammation that’s chronic. All the joints of the body can be subject to this issue. Knees, elbow, you name it. Any of the joints that have a synovial capsule will be under chronic attack. It’s considered an autoimmune disease.
Amandha: Again, misunderstood in the medical world because their paradigm is skewed. What that actually means there are problems where things are tagged incorrectly and the body thinks it needs to get rid of it, but it’s not really doing things in a stupid way.
Amandha: What’s happening under chronic inflammation is there is something in that joint that the body is trying to get out of the body.
Amandha: Trying to get out through the organs of elimination and the inflammation is there to just really trying to work that out and get it out of those cells and get it back into blood, then into lymph, and then out through the liver, through the kidneys, or out through the skin, out through whatever can come out through the lungs.
Amandha: Okay. It’s it’s systemic. It can affect the eyes, the heart, the lungs, the kidneys. It’s a chronic inflammatory situation that then of course, breaks down the tissue over time and nothing’s being rebuilt back up. that’s just generalized. There’s more if you wanna go and study all the different interleukins and proteins that are involved in that whole response, but it’s coming from toxicity.
Amandha: And I wrote a blog article on my website, which is yummy mummy apothecary.com or yummy mummy emporium.org. If you go to my blog, you can see arthritis is toxicity. And when I talk about that, and I try to explain that, I’m referring in general to osteo or RA. Now osteoarthritis is a bit different there’s a wear and tear action happening on the cartilage.
Amandha: Things are breaking down over time. There’s a incorrect stature, there’s incorrect nervous system stimulation, and the cells are not getting fed properly. And in the ra it’s different. It’s a chronic inflammation of the body trying to get rid of a toxin that’s trapped in the joints and the body is brilliant.
Amandha: If there’s toxins, it will put it where it is not going to do as much damage as much as possible. It’s going to try to put it in the joints. It’s going to try to keep it away from the necessary organs or life, the heart and kidneys and so forth, until it can’t. Until it’s like, well, we’ve gotta try to process this.
Amandha: Or we’ve, we have no more room elsewhere to shove this stuff. And things start to break down. Or you’re not giving the body enough nutrients to get the proper cell to self communication happening. And once this starts to break down, it’s just a, it’s a toxic soup. The nodule formation, if you have any type of chronic inflammation like that.
Amandha: Over time, you will produce scar tissue and damage tissue that isn’t being removed by the body, and that starts to form into nodules or extra tissue is there. And that tissue over time, especially if that individual’s put on statins or any kind of drug that is now not allowing metabolic function to occur, that will start to calcify and harden and become very problematic to normal function.
Amandha: Nevermind the whole pain of it. I, it just, even moving the hands or being able to use the, these body parts is especially, it tends to attack the fingers is next to impossible. Okay, so if there’s, I’m gonna uh, this is live Facebook. I will be addressing some comments, and if you do have something specific, really what I wanna focus on is the way to heal it with what to do.
Prescription Drugs, Suppression, and Immune Dysfunction
Amandha: And we know that causes toxicity. Obviously you wanna remove the toxicity from your life and you don’t wanna keep poisoning yourself. You don’t wanna take any vaccines. You want to avoid COX-2 inhibitors. These are the drugs with the NSAIDs that are used in these pain syndromes and these inflammation autoimmune situations.
Amandha: The problem is they break down the glycosaminoglycans, which are the very base of your joint capsule. They’re part of your cartilage and they. Actually don’t help the problem. They make it worse because they destroy the capsule, joint capsule quicker. And not only that, they are poisons to the body which have to be detoxed by the body, which now adds an extra body burden to the liver and the kidneys and the lungs and the skin and everything that’s trying to get you Well, it now has to deal with that.
Amandha: If you can at all avoid it. I’m gonna tell you how to avoid COX-2 inhibitors. You do not want to use these drugs and you don’t want to use steroids as well for similar reasons. Prednisone is very dangerous will kill you so there’s that. But it is, again, it’s the body is growing to work hard to create that inflammatory process and you’re going against it and then having to also detox from that drug too. So again, through the liver, and we know that corticosteroids actually cause liver damage and kidney damage and adrenal damage. And when you take these drugs, they damage your adrenal glands. And your adrenal glands are the masters of certain hormones in the body. And pain relievers in the body are natural anti-inflammatories.
Amandha: Your natural pain relievers come from your adrenal glands. Again, you’re just these add insult to injury and reduce your life expectancy. Why do you want to do that for, yes, pain of course, is unbearable. You wanna deal with it, but that’s not the way to deal with it. There are wonderful ways to deal with the pain that will actually help to heal the situation rather than make it worse.
Amandha: The issue is, guys, your doctor’s not gonna know any of these things, and if they do know, they’ll never tell you. First of all, they’re mainly not allowed to tell you. They are the race car drivers of the big pharma industry. They push their products and they’re paid to do that, and they’re trained to only know those drugs.
Amandha: They can have their license pulled if they go against what they’re taught and basically they’re not very intelligent. They know how to pass tests. They know how to bubble in A, B, C, or D or E. They know how to follow rules and say, yes sir, yes ma’am. That’s about it. They are not logical beings and they are certainly not critical thinkers.
Amandha: If they were critical thinkers. Like we are right here, right now. Yes. You are a critical thinker right now,. You would be able to put two and two together as all the, as the studies have on these things. I’m gonna present to you today and go, okay, so if I’m toxic and I’m inflamed, then I want to get rid of the toxicity and I wanna help the body through its inflammatory process in any way I can to then go about actually healing and repairing the joint.
Amandha: Okay. Now I’m gonna go through I think that helps you understand what the disease is in basic terms, it’s chronic inflammation and toxicity. And if you are in injected with foreign matter, your body goes into this hyperdrive type two response that can get run away. As I mentioned, and this is obviously creating problems where you can have.
Amandha: foreign particles and DNA mixed with your own, creating what’s called haptens, which are partial antigens. Antigen is a foreign protein or foreign particle in your body that the, your own cells have identified as not belonging there, which can also happen from leaky gut. And a lot of what we’re seeing is from leaky gut or the gut not functioning properly and letting in these proteins into the blood, and then the body tagging them and trying to go after them and not quite able to mount the effect that it’s requiring to get the job done and hence the chronic inflammation.
Amandha: And they’ll say, oh it’s autoimmune. So you don’t wanna do anything about your immune system because you don’t wanna increase your immune system. And that’s just a load of crap basically because you do want to rehabilitate your immune system. This is an immune system dysfunction, you know, from previous videos.
Amandha: If you’ve watched any of my YouTube. channel before that. I don’t really like the term immune system. I prefer to use the term defenses. We’ve been sold a bunch of malarkey about the human body and like germs cause disease when they don’t, germs are a result of disease.
Amandha: And you do see that a lot in rheumatoid arthritis.
Amandha: You see a lot of co-infections or infections of all kinds of things, not just because the defenses are down. Okay? It’s not just cuz Oh, my immune system’s not working properly, so I’m gonna get sick. Okay? Yeah. Your defenses are down. They’re working very hard to get toxins out. What’s really happening though, is your own cells are changing into pathological form, in a desperate attempt to get rid of these foreign invaders or of your own making of toxins that have been put in, into you through food, through lifestyle, through stress.
Amandha: And these are the issues that need to be addressed. All right, so let me just quickly look and see if there’s any comments and I have a nice sunny day today, and so this, the light keeps changing is that cloud will come and then change the light and then it’ll come.
Amandha: Sun will come again.
LIVE Comments, Rebound Effects, and Medication Changes
Amandha: Happy holiday season to you as well. Thank you. So we have someone who has this condition commenting and their mother had it. Love you too. And yeah, COX-2 inhibitors. Yeah. These drugs are they’re very damaging.
Amandha: They’re only gonna make things worse, and the problem is also coming off of them.
Amandha: You get rebound effect because the body’s so used to suppressing or the suppressive medication on the inflammation mediators that when you now remove them everything comes back with rebound effect. And it can almost be worse in the short run. As you, you have to wean off very slowly and start to put in the things that will.
Amandha: all of the things I’m gonna show you pretty much are on my website right now until the 26th. I actually have a 15% off coupon that you can use. It’s yummy 15 that if you do any shopping online, then it’s a good time to get some of these things until the 26th and yeah, ditch the Norco ditch the drugs.
Amandha: But I’ll show you what to start to do instead of that and how to overlap that because again, drugs only mess with your metabolic processes and suppress symptoms. That’s not healing. It has nothing to do with healing. A drug will only create disease. It will never heal you. Ever. A drug could stimulate in a low dose form.
Amandha: I know that low dose eltroxin, for example, is something that’s used in some communities for fibromyalgia in these types of diseases.
Amandha: To assist in the short run or get.
Amandha: Okay I think we’re back.
Amandha: I just had a connection issue there. What I was saying was drugs will not help the problem., they’re going to suppress symptoms and lead to more toxicity. Short run, those medications are in a pinch. If you haven’t been able to do your research or figure out your plan yet of what you need to do to heal yourself, by all means, if you need to function day to day and you need to take something like a COX-2 inhibitor, the Norco, you’re going to take that for a moment and work hard to immediately get off of that.
Amandha: There are a lot of solutions and I’m only going to go through a cross section and like I say in almost all my videos, it’s a drop in the ocean of remedies that we have available to heal it. And it’s really what’s so alarming to me when I see this corrupt medical establishment. Pushing drugs on innocent bystanders, and they’re not helping at all.
Amandha: They’re worsening this situation and they’re also not reading their studies that show the problems, the causes, which is their own medicine. Yeah, if you just keep, if you keep starting to whittle away the medication and then you pull in some of the solutions.
Amandha: Alright, so let’s go through some of the things.
Castor Oil, DMSO, and Topical Pain Support
Amandha: I have everything on my table here in front of me. I’ll show you what I have and what I suggest. Issue on RA that’s long standing is gonna take some time. You have to understand it. Everything can be healed, but once tissue has gone past a certain. It can take quite a bit of time. And the general rule is for every year that you’ve had a condition you need about a month of healing, that’s just in general, they can go faster than that.
Amandha: If you have really distorted, contorted hands, you really have to work at that and a and you’d have to do massage. And the one massage, I really like that al that helps a lot with pain is with castor oil. castor oil is a very deeply penetrating oil and it’s very affordable. You can buy it at most stores.
Amandha: Most health food stores are pharmacies and in its penetration, it will lubricate it’ll also help to dissolve toxicity and carry that away. And you wanna make sure you’re well hydrated when you do this, but you could sit and if you’re, you know, watching a show or a movie or something, just have castor with you, you can put a few drops.
Amandha: Essential oils in it that’s anti-inflammatory. Essential oils like frankincense and lavender, there’s so many. Winter green is a good one. Ginger essential oil there. There’s ca you can get cayenne pepper in an essential oil. In fact, my joint care pepper rub, which I don’t think I grabbed, but my joint care pepper rub, you can look at that online at the, what’s in that and it’s got castro and cayenne pepper and wintergreen and all of these things altogether with cayenne pepper in it, like very heavy and it soothes pain, but it really helps to heal and draw blood to the area and then move toxicity out.
Amandha: And I formulated that one more for osteo based arthritis. However, it can also work for rheumatoid. Or you can just do the castro with some essentials and just really wanna get that massage and going that really gentle circular massaging on every single joint. And you want to pull through, so when you massage, go.
Amandha: Down the hand and down the arm and try to mobilize blood coming back to the heart, and that will really help with, again, mobilizing all of the molecules that are working really hard to deal with the trauma in that area, that poisoning in the area.. Another one that I’ve developed recently, which is my new love, and I’m almost thinking I wanna open an entire line of like a store just dedicated to products with DMSO in them.
Amandha: I’m running so much success with DMSO, which is dimethyl sulfoxide, and you can watch my YouTube video on that if you want more information. It is so fantastic. It’s anti-inflammatory. It opens blood flow, it actually heals and repairs tissues. It is bacteriostatic, fungistatic, stops strokes and heart attacks.
Amandha: I mean, this stuff is amazing and so what I designed on my website, you can see my pain away cream is been quite popular actually. It works really well for pain and I’ve beefed up a new formula and I call it DMSO, pain Away Super Cream. and this one is I’ve targeted more for inflammation. The other one, the pain Away Dream cream is more for assisting sleep and nausea as well as pain.
Amandha: It’s just a different formulation and it’s a different focus.
Amandha: This one is really for pain and inflammation, specifically inflammatory based pain. And it’s got a lot of DMSO in it, and I mean, a lot. It’ll pretty much take away pain on contact. So I really recommend if you’re really working for pain, trying to work through pain management and get off the COX-2 inhibitors, you wanna work with a DMSO based cream or product that is going to assist and decrease those markers of inflammation right out of the gate.
Amandha: This one has cannabis oil arnica and Hypericum. I make these oils myself and cacao butter, Shea butter, vitamin E, the DMSO. I put lanolin in there as well, and some essential oils, and I tune everything. I have a 4 32 tuning fork. When I make my products. I love them. I pray over them and I use, I trust my guidance when I’m creating to make something of high vibration that is a blessed product, not just some factory made.
Amandha: Something cuz everything absorbs energy. And so the energy that you put into something, especially something that’s for healing a healer should do this with love and intention. And when the product is setting, I tune everything to the 4 32 tuning fork. And I find it preserves longer and it works better.
Amandha: And at some point in time, I’d love to do studies comparing the difference. I’ve done a few rudimentary studies just where I make product with or without it. And what I have found is that the, I don’t add the preservatives in my products and I find it lasts longer as a natural preservative just raising the frequency of something, which is fascinating.
Turmeric, Ginger, and Curcumin Research
Amandha: So the DMSO Pain Away Super Cream. I do recommend for anyone with arthritic pain, but this specific one is for pain of inflammation. Another one that works is buy some ginger and take, make strong ginger infusions every day. You can mix the garlic with turmeric. Turmeric has been well studied. The curcumin, and this is pure turmeric here that I have in the store, and it’s a known anti-inflammatory.
Amandha: It’s well studied, I’m sure you’ve heard of it. It you wanna start off slow because it some people, it can upset their stomach’s a little. So start with about half a teaspoon a day and you can work that up. And in India you actually can make it into a pill., you can take ghee, which is anti-inflammatory; ghee is clarified butter.
Amandha: You can take gee and mix it with a, quite a bit of turmeric into a and make little pills with your hands. I mean, it’s very staining, so you might wanna use gloves if you’re doing this. And pop the pills, make their own pills and take it that way. I like to just put it in every., I, you don’t really taste it if it’s just a little bit here, a little bit there, everything’s yellow, whatever.
Amandha: And that’s how I like to get it in general. If you’re going after it as a very specific remedy, then you wanna do it a little more concentrated, a little more of a strength. I do have some studies I’ll post about how turmeric works to assist in anti-inflammatory processes.
Amandha: And the other thing I found is curcumin induces apoptosis and inhibits prostaglandins in.
Amandha: Okay. I’ll read this study for you. It’s a bit intense. I’m gonna read what it says and then I’ll break it down for you. Okay.
Amandha: How about this?
Amandha: So not in English, it says curcumin induces apoptosis and inhibits prostaglandin E2 production in synovial fibroblasts of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
Amandha: This is a study of 2007. Again, this is not news, this is well known and your doctor. Shame on him or her for not knowing. Okay. Because this is in the International Journal of Molecular Medicine. The abstract talks about the what it is and so forth. And what’s happening with the growth inhibition of this.
Amandha: So what’s happening is fibroblasts induced apoptosis, which is programmed cell death. Okay. And you have these types of cells in this area that’s causing that inflamed inflammation reaction. And these cells are, like I was saying, they’re partial haptens, they’re partial antigens, and they’re stimulating the immune system to go after the tissue.
Amandha: And they’re using. Inflammation in order to move white blood cells to the area and blood flow to the area. Now curcumin actually destroys those haptens and helps the body now manage and deal with the inflammation properly.
Amandha: It is so prostaglandin E2 is an inflammatory pro molecule. So it inhibits the production of basically molecule that creates inflammation.
Amandha: And the synovial fibroblasts are a type of cell it found in the synovial fluid of the capsule of the joint. So we have, you have so two boy bones that are coming together, right. You have cartilage that is here, and then you have a joint like this. And inside the joint you have synovial fluid. And that’s really the moisturizing capacity of the joint, like the oil.
Amandha: And then you have a capsule around that, and then you have osteoblasts and so forth all around you have a whole intricate system of then the muscles attaching in and all of this kind of thing. Okay. And so it will reduce the fibroblast is the type of cell in there and it, you can, when they study the fibroblasts are seeing less of these when they put in the curcumin.
Amandha: I’m just gonna see the amount that they used in the study. I don’t have the entire study. I just have the the abstract. So I can’t see that. Curcumin decreased the expression levels of the COX-2 mRNA. So the COX-2 inhibitor, right? That’s an inflammatory process. And the rna, which is the genetic material that creates more of these.
Amandha: COX-2, which is cyclooxygenase. It inhibits those and inhibits pro those proteins without co really causing significant changes in the COX one levels, which correlate with an inhibition of prostaglandin E2 synthesis. So what I’m explaining here is a pathway and how the curcumin affects that pathway.
Amandha: It says, these results show that curcumin might, I mean, it might help identify a new therapeutic pathway against hyperplasia of the synovial fibroblasts in RA. So what happens in these cells is hyperplasia means they’ve gotten big and swollen and they’re working really hard. These cells are inflamed and akin to like what’s happening in leaky gut where things are just swollen, the cell membrane is damaged.
Amandha: There’s not a proper mitochondrial process; the energy processing in the cell isn’t working properly. Now it’s getting technical, but it’s posted there and you can read it yourself. A curcumin is very effective. And okay, so that’s one, just one of many remedies studied
Amandha: There’s a question. Yes. Can we find the sources somewhere? Yes. And I’m gonna post all the sources. Just, you’re gonna have to gimme a bit, and I’m gonna put this on YouTube. And in the YouTube description I’ll have the sources. Okay. Is there any way to send this video through text messaging? Well, it’s a pub, it’s public, so you could just copy the, if you can find a link.
Amandha: You can just copy the link and send it to her that way. Or you can wait until it goes on YouTube and send her it that way. And I’ll post it on this video after the fact when it’s uploaded. That helps. Alright. So we just talked about, so Ginger ginger, you wanna do as a regular habit? It’s very anti-inflammatory.
Amandha: It’s been well studied, the fresher the better. I, it’s a wonderful taste and it will, it does go well with black pepper as well. Black pepper, turmeric and ginger together are a happy triad. They work well together. They have synergistic effect together and so you wanna do that.
Amandha: You wanna put those in a blend together and drink it as a tea if you wish, or work it as a, I like to make powders and then put it the powders in with. I have empty capsules and I put it in that way and then just swallow the capsule. I prefer to taste whatever I’m taking. I like powders and liquids more because you can taste it.
Amandha: That sends a signal to the brain, which sends a signal to the gut that starts to prepare the enzymes to for maximum absorption. And I do recommend if you can, it’ll taste a little bit of it, even if you’re going to encapsulate it, swallow it just for that whole brain stimulation aspect. It’s important.
Magnesium, Vitamin C, Omega-3s, and Probiotics
Amandha: Alright the other thing is, that’s key is magnesium, which I will say for probably just about everything you want. Topical magnesium, what you wanna use Now, Epsom salt bath. I just posted a really good study done with Epsom salts and how much magnesium gets into the blood. They studied that and found that it does absorb to the skin and is giving significant magnesium benefits.
Amandha: I like this. You can’t always take a bath twice a day. This is a twice a day application. What you wanna do is apply it because the calcifications happen in the joint. And if you apply the magnesium and rub that in, then it starts to break away that calcium, because calcium, magnesium have a really powerful relationship, a one-to-one relationship, and that will help to break down the calcifications in the joint spray them on the joint, rub it into the joint.
Amandha: You can use it with the pain away that I mentioned with DMSO, take it even deeper. Wonderful. It’s a wonderful product. I use about 10 sprays twice a day as maintenance, and you can do more than that if you’re really trying to get the pain and inflammation down. It does reduce inflammation.
Amandha: Well-studied magnesium. Okay. As well. The immune system needs the immune system or your defenses need the resources in order to keep working. It’s been working a long time in order to get rid of toxic material. It’s working overtime. It’s like your, the employees are working nonstop and they’re not e taking.
Amandha: Breaks to eat food or rest or anything. It’s, you can think of it like that. So come in with some food.. We’re gonna talk about food, but to come in with the right things that it needs to deal with it. And that is vitamin C. And I like to use the right C by biomed because it’s buffered and it’s a sodium ascorbate and it’s well tolerated and well-absorbed by the body.
Amandha: And it won’t inc increase your sodium levels. It will just be properly utilized and excreted. Meaning, meaning it won’t affect your blood pressure in a negative way because of the way of that it separates off the calcium, or, sorry the sodium separates off the ascorbate in a way that it will not cause hypertension as a salt wood as poisonous table, salt wood.
Amandha: Okay? And that’s also anti-inflammatory in its own right. It assists the blood. We know that it is a utilization for your own sumative or your own good bacteria to eradicate or deal with back bacteria that’s too pathogenic or any other foreign particles. It’s, it has so many uses in the body. I could be here all day talking about just what vitamin C does.
Amandha: It’s essential for life, okay?. And it will assist in thinning up that blood a little more because a lot of these issues we’re seeing when we have a lot of inflammatory markers in the blood is thick, viscous is not flowing properly. Then things get stagnant. And if you are having blood flow, then you’re going to have pain.
Amandha: And those inflammatory markers, those COX-2s, N one s and prostaglandins, they can’t get out. You want to always do that. And so the magnesium does that as well. The other thing that does it is omega-3 fatty acids we’re very deficient in omega-3 S. It’s not in the food you need to supplement with omega-3 S I like fermented cod liver oil.
Amandha: It has the A and the D in it, and D is also key for rheumatoid arthritis. You need a, a good amount of D or sunlight we’re not getting, so you need to supplement. But the omega-3s sometimes come fortified if it’s in the cod liver oil, they fortify it with A and D. Just make sure it’s not synthetic vitamin A.
Amandha: Make sure it’s natural and it is the amount. Omega-3s have such a wonderful effect on the body and thin up that blood and have its, has its own NSAID type of responses. It will inhibit these prostaglandins also and deals with pain because of that. And again, that is very well studied. Omega three s.
Amandha: Are extremely well studied, and it’s just, again, surprising on some level to me that the medical establishment doesn’t they should have vitamin D, omega-3s, curcumin, garlic, ginger, all these anti-inflammatory foods and it packaged in their offices. And they don’t hand that out to you when you leave.
Amandha: Okay, so omega-3should be 3000 milligrams of a mixed DHA and EPA, the one I have a vegan one. If you don’t like the cod, it’s a DHA and EPA vegan version. It’s from algae. Algae. And that this one is 695 milligrams mixed. So you’d need to take between two and three of these. There are all kinds just to ensure you’re getting a good mix and you’re getting you’re eating it with food or some kind of food, not on an empty stomach.
Amandha: That’s so anti-inflammatory pain relieving and cleans up the blood and helps the blood become more flowing, less viscous or thick, and that’s key. Okay. Probiotics are a requirement. Eating fermented foods. This is the one I like because it works. While I’m getting good feedback on it, it’s a seven in one.
Gut Inflammation, Leaky Gut, and Nutrient Absorption
Amandha: It has a lot of different strains our guts are destroyed by eating poorly and stress. And what happens is if the stomach or the, when I say gut it’s really the entire tube from mouth to anus,, and any part of the gut can be hyper inflamed. And then there’s areas in the gut, in the small intestines absorb your nutrients.
Amandha: And when that has been under chronic inflammation, the basement membrane begins to degrade it. What happens, what I was saying earlier about the cells in the synovial fluid, those cells becoming hypertrophied or larger or misshapen, that happens in your gut. First of all, the villi, which are the little fingers that are in your small intestine.
Amandha: And food travels like this and then gets caught inside the little, what’s called villi, which is almost like, looks like underwater sea currents. And then this is the area of transfer of those nutrients being taken in by proteins and in enzymes into where it’s supposed to go to rebuild all your cells and chronic inflammation damages these villai.
Amandha: And then what you get is a poor, so you get a smooth. Intestinal tract and you’ve lost all that surface area and you’ve lost all your absorption power. Okay, so there’s that. That’s one stage. This continues to degrade with chronic inflammation. Absorption is near nil, so how are you going to heal if you’re not getting your nutrients that stage?
Amandha: You’d have to go IV vitamins, I would suggest, or DMSO like the DMSO that I make with added vitamins in it.
Amandha: It’ll go right into the blood. You could do it topically. That way it’s fully transdermal. Then the basement membrane of those cells, so there’s different cell types or layers. That basement membrane becomes so inflamed that those cells change their shape, and as I’ve said before, form equals function.
Amandha: And once that form is gone, the function is now disturbed. And when you have a shape that’s supposed to be kind of like this, and they’re all next to other shapes like that. But then you’ve rounded it out and made it swollen. You get gaps in the changes of the histology of the cells. And then what ends up happening is instead, so your body can’t absorb, you have swollen tissue.
Amandha: Those food particles get in directly into your bloodstream, into your body and has not been identified by your body as being food or whatever it is. And that gets tagged by the defenses, by your immunity, your immune system, and now has to be removed by the body. That’s where you got a lot of allergies and you do see allergies in RA because now all of these proteins are in the blood and shouldn.
Amandha: And they have to be removed. And that causes a whole inflammatory cycle that takes resources to get rid of. It’s a big deal. This leaky gut is causing all kinds of havoc in our bloodstream where our bodies are attacking things that are normally just our food and our nourishment. And it takes a good while to heal that.
Amandha: And I would argue in every RA patient they need, they have leaky gut and they need to heal their gut. And that would be one of the first places to start a topical, as I’ve mentioned. But really, you have to work on healing the gut even before you start changing over the food half the time. I mean, you wanna start to get the inflammation under control in the gut and put those probiotics in.
Amandha: So that’s a probiotic, which will help feed your gut if you watch my video on how to tips, how to heal your gut. I think it’s the one I did in 22. That will help you understand the basics of what you need to add in to repair the gut tissue. Begin to bring back those villi and tighten up the gap junctions, which is the basement membrane.
Amandha: Zinc is key for that. It didn’t bring it out, but zinc is, is a necessity not only for healing the gut and the basement membrane, but also to assist the defenses. Cuz zinc is a component in a lot of these cells that tag form proteins and so forth. And it’s a requirement by the body and if you’re not absorbing, then you’re deficient and you need to increase your dosages.
Vitamin D, K2, Sulfur/MSM, and Nature
Amandha: Dosages of those things. Okay. Another thing that’s key is we talked about vitamin D a little bit, vitamin D the sunshine vitamin. We are supposed to actually walk barefoot on the earth and get sunshine and be in nature and be connected to trees and plants and all of that. And instead we live in concrete jungles, isolated from people.
Amandha: You know, out of sunlight, or we’re told the sunlight’s dangerous or all this kind of crap and we’re sick as a result. And you want to at least get 20 minutes of sunlight on your skin and not just your face. You wanna have higher percentage on your legs and your arms, or 20 minutes. Your shadow shouldn’t be longer or taller than you.
Amandha: That’s kind of a rule. Or you’re not getting enough. So it needs to be an enough daylight where your shadow is shorter than your height. That’s a, that’s that general rule to know that you’re in the right UV bracket to even create vitamin D, which happens through stimulation, through the skin. Which is a beautiful, elegant process, just shows you how brilliant the body is to have these processes and that we’re meant to be children of the sun.
Amandha: we’re meant to be exposed to light, and that’s part of our health. There are, so we do supplement with vitamin D when we’re not getting enough sunlight. Vitamin D is should be paired with k2, which we get from butter. If you’re using GE clarified butter as an anti-inflammatory agent, you’ll get it from that.
Amandha: We need it from, we get it from most meats. You, if you are eating meat, you do need to find clean sources where antibiotics have not been used. If you can know your butcher or you are in an area where you have hunters, then you can befriend a local hunter or a farmer and find out what’s going on and source your meat that.
Amandha: And use proper cuts and so forth eggs as well. And the same thing with eggs. The only eggs I would ever eat is from a local farmer, and I know that they’re feeding them organic and taking care of the animals and all this kind of thing. Okay, because this, it is this is going to contain the right amount of nutrients, but you’re not gonna addicts or poison extra toxins already into an overburdened system.
Amandha: And if you’re trying to heal the gut, you don’t wanna do that. But we do need K2 because that is the delivery method for calcium. It moves calcium where it needs to go. It’s a shuttle. And if you’re deficient in K2 and you start taking D, vitamin D, which absorbs more calcium from your food through your gut, that’s what vitamin D mainly does.
Amandha: It has lots of different aspects, but in your gut it absorbs calcium. And if you absorb calcium and then you have nowhere to shuttle it to, it will go into your joints and it will go where it’s not supposed to be. and you need enough k2. This one that I have has K2 with it. Now this is Janera and Janero has bought out by Nestle.
Amandha: So I’m selling these off and I’m looking, I’m sourcing other companies. I have sourced other companies. I’m using Biotics Research and Biomed now, and they are family-based companies that won’t sell out. And I’m, so I’m switching everything over, so I just don’t have everything switched over yet, but I’m, I bought these before Nestle took over, so, just gonna sell those off and then get better.
Amandha: And there’s actually probably better ones than even this company. Okay. Happy body sulfur crystals. So, so DMSO like I was talking about sulfur crystals are derived from DMSO. They’re buddies, but they’re different. This is you can hear it, it’s like a salt, it’s in a crystalline form. DMSO will also go into crystallization because it has it has a like it’s cold in my house and it’s already crystallized because it has that point in which when the temperature goes down, it has a high freezing point, is what I’m trying to say.
Amandha: So like water has a lower freezing point. Then DMSO, it will start to crystallize. You can extract this from DMSO, however, in the gut, it helps to repair it as you take it internally. In the crystal form, it also gets rid of parasites and we are rife with parasites. It’s anti-inflammatory to the gut.
Amandha: So when you’re healing the gut, this is important and it’s one teaspoon twice a day. I put it in my mouth and chase it with juice and they’re bitter.
Amandha: So get it in ya Fast but it works really well and it really helps the gut brain connection because the gut makes serotonin for your brain and we know that when your gut’s out of order, you are out of order.
Amandha: This is important. We see this in children who eat crap all the time and sugar and all this stuff. They’re just whacked. I can’t think properly. So the gut is the point in which has to be repaired and healed in order for proper serotonin function. Alright? Oh yeah, this was the other capsule I have this super EFA capsules for the omega-3 is just another one to show you.
Amandha: Okay. I don’t know why I’m getting messages because I turned off chat. Facebook doesn’t listen to me all the time.. I turned off chat and phone calls guys for a reason.
Nigella Sativa and Black Cumin Seed Oil Research
Amandha: Okay, now my favorite. This is black cumin seed oil, Nigella sativa. Okay, hold on, let me go closer. I really need to stop this person messaging me. black cumin seed oil. All right. Now this is from activation products called Panacea. It’s on my website under oils. This is the magic sauce. This won’t, will not only quit the inflammation and the pain and all of that, but it actually repairs the cells of the joints.
Amandha: It’s restorative. I have, Stu there’s a lot of studies done on this and I’m gonna read you a couple. I’m just gonna pull up what I got here. If I can find it do. So this is Nigella sativa. Here we are. Okay. Effects of Nigella sativa oil extract on inflammatory cytokine response and oxidative stress in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
Amandha: A randomized double blind placebo controlled trial. This was a study in 2016. It’s in the ACE Journal Phyto, and what they found was N sativa led to the significant reduction of serum MDA and no compare and n o nitrous oxide compared with baseline. And basically it was saying Nigella sativa could improve inflammation and reduce oxidative stress in patients with RA.
Amandha: It suggested that Nigella sativa may be a beneficial adjunct therapy in this population of patients. So that’s one study. Here’s another one. The protective effects of Nigella sativa and its constituents on induced neurotoxicity. This is a really interesting study. And it does have a sulfur based it’s interesting because it has therapeutic effects on the trachea and lungs as well in their neurotoxicity, and that’s what they were looking at in this particular study.
Amandha: It’s a big one. I’m not gonna go through it. Even in it’s huge. What they did basically they found that they sh it has beneficial effects in different central nervous system disorders, helps with memory epilepsy. It’s effective in reducing epilepsy and any type of neurotoxicity. And it inhibits it inhibits the acetyl ach h e It’s a type of acetylcholine activity that is too stimulatory and it increases the GABAergic tone, sore, increases neurological tone and has antioxidant effects on and improves nervous system diseases.
Amandha: The amount of studies done on this, that show that it’s reparative is phenomenal. And I’ll try to, I know I had a couple more up here. I’m not finding, oh, here’s one. Effectiveness of Nigella Sativa Oil on the management of rheumatoid arthritis patients.
Amandha: A placebo controlled study.
Amandha: This is the one I wanted to say.
Amandha: The constituents of Nigella sativa modulate the immune system. Okay, this, it modulates the immune system. No drug is gonna, is modulating the immune system or assisting the immune system to function. The aim of the present work was to study the effectiveness of Nigella sativa oil in RA patients. They took 40 female patients diagnosed and they were properly analyzed and discussed all of their situations what their symptoms were.
Amandha: The patients took two placebos, so there were two placebos, starch filled capsules daily for one month, and then this was followed by a month of Nigella sativa oil capsules, which was 500 milligrams twice a day. I suggest just to drink it in the oil rather than the capsules due to better absorption. The disease activity scores significantly decreased after receiving the Nigella sativa capsules compared with before and after placebo.
Amandha: And they have the measurements there. Similarly, the number of swollen joints and the duration of morning stiffness improved. A marked improvement in the disease activity was shown by both these responses. I won’t read them out.
Amandha: There’s certain cellular responses and there’s the criteria that they have in this study.
Amandha: And so they saw that these disease activity was improved after ni the taking of Nigel supplementation with Nigella sativa during Dmard therapy. So DMARD is a, again a, a type of anti-inflammatory drug therapy. So they’re actually saying that because they have to push their drugs somehow, don’t they?
Amandha: They say they work well together, so they’re saying it’s affordable and it works well together. Good for them. So the, yeah, quite a bit, few studies here. The main benefits. I could go on and on and it’s inflammatory. There’s a lot of studies on that, an antioxidant, a lot of studies on that. Pain relieving was studied as well, just specifically, and it was triggering certain kinds of immune response to relieve pain immune responses.
Amandha: It benefits autoimmune conditions in these studies. That was the one I just was reading about, the autoimmune situation of RA. Then it. The thymoquinone in Nigella sativa. It benefits an arthritis. It’s a phytochemical compound, and it can be obtained from the plant as an extract.
Amandha: I don’t recommend extracting.
Amandha: I recommend using as pure as possible in the plant because the plant is well balanced and it will work in a balanced way in your body rather than extracting all the time just these certain phytochemicals and focusing, because that’s getting more like a drug and it pushes the body too hard. It’s better, the more natural for in its more natural form.
Amandha: We, this thymoquinone is anti-inflammatory. It regulates the catabolic factors, which is the breakdown factors. It also reduces the gastric flareups that happen in rheumatoid arthritis.. And this was analyzed by scientists uh, through several experiments. And they did one on, remember we were talking about the rheumatoid fibroblasts, those cells that are affected over time the thymoquinone showed that arthritic preventative effects were quite remarkable when it was given by oral orally administered.
Amandha: The serum levels went down of that cata, those catabolic factors, which were kinase and alkaline phosphatase and tartrate resistant as phosphatase, they were lowered. And these are all those, again, those inflammatory media mediators that are causing a lot of havoc in, in causing the blood to be thick and viscous.
Amandha: This is repairing digestive disorders and in repairing intestinal damage. Well studied. This was a 10 day study showing the. All the apoptotic markers going up and killing, getting rid of all those half functioning cells. It was just beneficial across the board, protecting stomach health, healing, gastric ulcers, and any type of intestinal damage.
Amandha: And also any type of harmful microbes in the intestines, they cause flareups. And again, what I said is our, these harmful organisms are really from our own lineages, but they’re there to serve a function. But if they get over overgrowth of those, then it’s too damaging. And there’s Barella and Prevotella.
Amandha: Cori are two of these organisms and this black cumin seed oil will get rid of those or reduce those amounts. And if you’re gonna go after the toxicity, you don’t need the bacteria to do the job as much. So you can afford to get rid of some of those pathogenic bacteria and assist the body through using functional medicine like this.
Amandha: It actually helps with weight loss and metabolic syndrome as well. It will reduce obesity and because it increases the metabolic rate. So it’s good in all types of metabolic pro problems, including hypothyroid. And there was a study done that they reduce the waste circumference in when they were taking this oil.
Botanical Tea, Wildcrafting, and Herbal Supports
Amandha: Okay, I think I touched on that quite well. I make a tea as well. Lots of botanical medicines that help., a lot. This one that I made is called arthritic joint. Here, I hope you can see what’s in it. I’ll read it to you. And these are herbs that I wildcraft myself locally. I wildcraft them in a responsible way.
Amandha: So Wildcrafting is not harvesting. Wildcrafting is taking certain amounts of those plants. And if as a healer, what you do is you go to the plant respectfully and you ask for the medicine and you only cut in a very respectful way or pluck in a very respectful way. And if there’s going to seed in an area, you can stimulate the seed.
Amandha: And what a good wildcrafter should have is. When they come back year to year, they have more and more of the plant that’s all in balance with other plants that they’ve cultivated. And it just, it’s like this relationship with the earth where you’re a steward for the plants and you pay attention to their needs as well.
Amandha: If they’re starting to get any rot or any issues you’re paying attention to their ebbs and flows. You, there’s a relationship that’s developed basically, so when I go and I collect the plant, I only collect so much over a certain given amount of time at the right time, I dry that and then package it up and use it within a certain period of time.
Amandha: So Devil’s Claw is one that I actually purchased because it doesn’t grow around here. Devil’s Claw is known for Devil’s Claw, is known for pain, inflammation. It’s well loved in all kinds of arthritic complaints. Licorice root is anti-inflammatory. Licorice is taste nice as well. And it’s a good harmonizer, meaning it adds synergy into a lot of blends.
Amandha: So it, it’s good and supportive for mixing botanicals and it supports the adrenal glands and helps with stress and we can all use that as well if you wanna help out your body to reduce stress. Do you wanna take a good B multivitamin? I use biome there. Be multi, it’s really great. Take it with food, take it in the morning, gives you a lot of energy, supports your nervous systems.
Amandha: Supports your adrenal glands, supports your brain, supports your gut. Multiple things. These are general things we should be getting from our food, but our food is so damaged, we’re not, and we’re also so stressed that we’re using more of those nutrients up and we’re not getting enough to do even normal cleanup of our bodies in repair of our bodies.
Amandha: Nettle leaf nettle is well loved. It’s very prickly obviously. It repairs a lot of the skin, including the internal skin of the gut. It’s, it has a lot of vitamins and minerals in it, and especially vitamin C. It’s very high in vitamin C. It’s one of those ones that you wanna take as a nourisher in general, I give it to a lot of pregnant women that’s very nourishing to the fetus and to the mother, and very gentle.
Amandha: And it’s a gentle type of detox. It won’t overwhelm the body at all., you can eat it as well. You can grow it and eat it. I’ve tried to grow it three times and that’ll, I keep planting it in the wrong areas and it dies on me. I will figure that one out. I do go and find it locally.
Amandha: I wanted it in my own garden.
Amandha: It just couldn’t. I’m in a marsh and it only, I have a lot of horsetail, that is for sure. Certain things don’t wanna grow in marshes. Okay. Burdock root, I, the burdock are of those burs that get stuck in your hair. You’re walking your dog and they come out with a bunch of burs and the root is very assistive to the digestive organs.
Amandha: And it’s a bitter, and it helps the liver to upregulate its function. And it’s helpful in the blood; it’s a blood cleanser because of that. And it’s well loved in anti-cancer protocols. It’s used in Rene Caisse’s Essiac, and I believe it’s also in the Hoxsey formula. It’s in most of these, you know, cancer healers because it’s a blood cleanser.
Amandha: And cancer is again an issue of toxicity. Sarsaparilla, it’s another plant that is, again, very detoxing, supports liver function, sports, kidney function. Meadowsweet is like your natural aspirin. It thins out the blood slightly, helps the blood function better, and is pain relieving because it’s almost like a substitute COX-2 inhibitor, but without all the side effects.
Amandha: Yarrow is one of my favorite for harmonizing the blood and healing the blood. It is styptic, which means if you cut yourself and you take a, ya have it here, if you take ya and you put it on a cut and it’ll stop bleeding and it’ll stop internal bleeding as well from ulcers. It’s a very, it’s tasty too. I like this plant and it’s pretty
Amandha: It almost looks like baby’s breath. White willow bark is also used as an anti-inflammatory agent and almost like aspirin, like effects. It’s astringent; it’s a tissue tightener, probably one more I would put in here and I, maybe I made it and I didn’t have it in stock cause I use a lot of it as red raspberry leaf cause red raspberry leaf is will tonify and tighten the gut.
Amandha: Now I make a tea for gut healing as well and it does have it in it for that reason. We’re ti you wanna tighten up that tissue that’s lax, that’s not functioning properly. And these are, I mean, this is very elegant. Medicine. And if you start to introduce these things into your daily lifestyle, just one by one, don’t be overwhelmed, just start to introduce them.
Food, Household Exposures, Pregnancy, and Closing
Amandha: Change over the lifestyle. The other thing you wanna do is you wanna start to change your food over to organic as best as you can. A raw or sprouted like eating sprouts. And really be aware of avoiding packaged foods that are full of chemicals. I’m just gonna close my fire up here. Because the more you also, you’re trying to heal things and you’re also trying to release and then you wanna stop putting in the poison too.
Amandha: And that comes from the food and the lifestyle. Cause the skin’s a two-way street. What are you washing your hair with? Is the toxic chemicals? Are you dying your hair with toxic chemicals? Are you putting on skin creams that are toxic? Are you even wearing clothes that are, you know, fire retardants around the clothes and your, to giving yourself toxic chemicals?
Amandha: Where is it coming from? Assess your situation. Assess what’s coming into your lifestyle and start to switch it up. Is your toothpaste toxic? Is your soap toxic? The laundry soap? Oh my gosh. So many people, they stink. They use that poison tide and all those horrible companies that are destroying this earth, and they’re giving them their money and voting with their dollar to poisoning themselves.
Amandha: It’s insanity. It’s absolute insanity. Stop. I use Castile soap. I use soap nuts for my laundry. I don’t use synthetic chemicals in dryer sheets in this kind of garbage. H what length do you wish to go for static free laundry? use vinegar in the rinse and you won’t have static. There’s dryer balls and they’re natural felt ones and all kinds of things.
Amandha: Now that you don’t need any of this stuff, there’s even a type of product that’s magnetic, that you don’t even need to use soap at all. You put the magnetic ball in your washer and it cleans the clothes. Electric electrically basically magnetically the dirt, comes off just through water, just through changing the structure of water.
Amandha: We don’t need this crap anymore. Stop. Margarine is not good for you. You don’t wanna eat margarine. If you’re gonna eat anything, eat butter or ghee. Make sure it’s organic, pasture raised. Just buy it. Smart. Use it. Smart. Okay? Fruits and vegetables. Juicing. You want juice. Juice, carrots and beets and ginger and garlic together.
Amandha: Throw an apple in and make it sweeter, delicious. And you’re adding nutrients into your body in a concentrated fashion. Okay?. We have to think. Now we have to assess. Just open your refrigerator, open your cupboard. What’s in there? Is it pop? Is it chips? Is it chocolate bars or is your freezer full of ice cream?
Amandha: You know what? My freezer’s full of frozen organic fruit. So I can make smoothies every day and put superfruits in there. Put mac root and spirulina. And chlorella. There are ton, I mean goji berries I have ground goji berries that I put in my smoothies. Taste delicious. I mean the list goes on of the super foods.
Amandha: This you want dense nutrition, juicing super foods like feed powder, wheatgrass powder. Cacao, spirulina. There’s a lot of concentrated nutrition there, like hemp parts, chia seeds, sesame seeds, flax seed, lots there. This is a raw food pyramid. To give you some other ideas. The seaweeds, nutritional yeast lot.
Amandha: The term of the pregnancy and the woman feels great. When a woman is pregnant, she’s carrying foreign, a foreign material in her womb. She’s carrying a baby that has partially her d n a and partially not. And what happens is there’s a mechanism of the defenses or the immune system that shifts and they it because you don’t want your own body to attack the fetus.
Amandha: Otherwise you won’t hold a pregnancy. All of those tags of foreign material go down basically in an autoimmune condition. Those things that cause autoimmunity are greatly reduced in pregnancy because the body has to do that as a protective mechanism, and it’s fascinating that the RA will go down as a result, a, any autoimmune disease if it’s truly one where the body is trying to get rid of its own tissue because it is damaged tissue and has confusing HAPS or partial antigens related to it will reduce in pregnancy.
Amandha: and it’s a good time to, to, if you’re going to get pregnant, you want to even detox before that ideally. And then you’re gonna be way ahead of the game at post-pregnancy. This oil is eight fluid ounces or 250 mL and it’s in, this is a specific product that’s made in Miron glass, which will not let the oil go rancid.
Amandha: A lot of oils go rancid and you don’t wanna take those. And this process is organic sativa and it’s pressed and bottled in such a way that it won’t oxidize or be UV damaged. And it has a natural preservative to it. This color glass type of glass. I have a few other things to show you that assist through the skin.
Amandha: This is Hazelwood Medical Jewelry. This is from Quebec. This wood. Sorry. Here. Don’t mind my nails cuz I was dying some stuff today. This wood here. Okay, it’s Hazelwood and you wear it on the skin and it says gemstones with it, which is nice too. You wear it on the skin and it’s anti-inflammatory and supports the liver process and heal, helps heal the liver that’s worn on the skin.
Amandha: The wood will wear out over time. The Hazelwood sits on the skin. The process goes through the skin and then it has anti-inflammatory benefits. It helps the liver. It heals all kinds of skin issues from eczema to psoriasis pain. So it’s good for people with arthritis because the inflammation.
Amandha: The other one that’s helpful is amber, am Amber jewelry. This one’s really pretty. I’ll show you there. This is Amber. It’s ancient. It’s ancient pine tree sap basically that comes up on the Baltic Sea. There’s another one there. It comes in all different colors. Very pretty works.
Amandha: This is what babies wear for teething., the teething necklaces, but adults can wear them as well. And it also has anti-inflammatory benefits. I find this one’s more helpful for stress levels, reducing stress levels in dealing with sleep issues of sleep rather in the hazelwood’s. More for liver issues like constipation, acne, that kind of thing, or hormonal issues.
Amandha: And they’re all confer anti-inflammatory benefits. So as you can see, there’s a lot that you can be doing and get off the drugs, change the lifestyle and diet. Take the toxicity out, put the good nutrition back in, deal with the gut inflammation. Feed the good bacteria. And take supplements that are going to support your blood and moving things through.
Amandha: And this will, this, I’ll show you everything that I’ve read on this stuff so you can educate yourself. Well, I didn’t show you this one. There’s a supplement that’s a general nutrifier. It’s called Raw Phytoplankton, ocean’s Alive it’s called, and it gives you energy and focus. It heals the gut, it heals the brain.
Amandha: It’s like a total food. It’s a total green food, and it ha has a lot of minerals. And if you don’t have enough minerals, you can’t process your vitamins properly, and you wanna increase your minerals in all kinds of ways. Tissue salts are also very valuable. There’s specific tissue salts for rheumatoid arthritis, or you could take all 12 Schuessler tissue salts as well.
Amandha: That can be very helpful. Okay, so my website again is yummy mummy apothecary.com or yummy mummy emporium.org. And I really appreciate you spending time with me today and learning about rheumatoid arthritis and how to heal rheumatoid arthritis properly and get off the drugs and stop feeding the machine that’s only destroying life as we know it on every level.
Amandha: We want to boycott our doctors and boycott big pharma and boycott those who are destroying life. We wanna support life. We wanna support our lives, but also the life of this earth of all living creatures of plants and support truths on every level. And you can do that through your own life. Your life can be the legacy and it doesn’t.
Amandha: It takes some time at first to do that. I get that. It can be d. It’s very worthwhile to do that after when you feel good and your mind is clear and you can engage with life again your life can be a tapestry, like an artistic expression of truth. And that’s what I feel we’re meant to do in this life is become masterpieces and instead of falling to pieces,
Amandha: And so I wish you well. I wish you all the finest of blessings in your health and truth journey. And we’ll talk again soon on whatever topic tends to fall my way and I feel inspired to share with you all. And thank you for liking and subscribing to my channel, my YouTube channel, and sharing this so we can really wake people up to this level of health that everyone really does deserve.
Amandha: Okay, thanks and bye for now.
