FREE Webinar: Using DMSO for Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Conditions Safely at Home
DMSO for ENT Conditions: Video Overview
In this free webinar on DMSO for ENT conditions, Amandha Vollmer (ADV) presents her at-home framework for understanding ear, nose, and throat concerns. She begins with drainage and fluid stagnation, inflammation, mucus and mucosal changes, microcirculation, lymph flow, posture, jaw alignment, and structural influences. She also explains her terrain-based and Traditional Chinese Medicine framework, connecting the ears, nose, throat, and drainage patterns with organ systems including the kidneys, lungs, spleen, liver, stomach, gallbladder, and large intestine.
Amandha then discusses DMSO-related protocols and supporting remedies for ear blockage, Eustachian tube dysfunction, tinnitus, earwax buildup, ear pain, sinus congestion and pressure, postnasal drip, nasal obstruction and dryness, seasonal rhinitis, tonsil and throat irritation, hoarseness, and cervical lymphatic congestion. She discusses topical and localized DMSO applications alongside magnesium, colloidal silver, herbs, homeopathy, castor oil, hydration, steam, contrast hydrotherapy, and structural work. These protocols and therapeutic statements remain Amandha’s educational perspectives and experience.
The extended audience Q&A addresses persistent earwax, Eustachian tube symptoms after flying, reduced hearing, middle-ear fluid, sudden hearing loss with vertigo, swollen lymph nodes, mouth and throat scar tissue, blood-pressure questions, nebulizing, and additional ENT concerns.

Important Context & Safety
Educational context: This webinar presents Amandha Vollmer’s perspectives, personal experience, terrain-based framework, Traditional Chinese Medicine interpretations, and DMSO protocols for ear, nose, and throat concerns. The otic, intranasal, nebulized, oral, and other ENT-related DMSO applications discussed in the webinar are not FDA-approved indications. Current U.S. labeling for prescription dimethyl sulfoxide identifies intravesical use for interstitial cystitis and states that it has not been approved for other indications.
Do not stop, reduce, replace, or otherwise change prescribed medication based on this webinar; discuss DMSO use, medication interactions, persistent symptoms, and higher-risk applications with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Sudden unexplained hearing loss, particularly when accompanied by ear fullness, tinnitus, or dizziness, should be treated as a medical emergency and assessed immediately. This video should not be used to delay appropriate emergency assessment or treatment.

Welcome, DMSO Foundations, and the ENT Webinar Framework
Amandha: Hello, and welcome to another teaching, DMSO teaching based on general body parts. We’ve been doing themes, and this theme is ear, nose, and throat theme. So welcome everyone. I see a lot of people joining. We started the live a little bit ahead of time so that it would give you a little bit of time to come in, and we got people from all over the place, which is wonderful.
Amandha: So I have my team with me. They’ll be helping to star questions for when I do Q&A at the end, and then they’re also going to try to answer some questions that are sort of general. If there’s a link or something, then they will give that to you in the chat itself. We have a lot of people signed up and it can get kind of chaotic, so a little housekeeping is please do not put external links in, do not promote no commercial promoting, that kind of thing.
Amandha: Of course, there’s always a replay. Every one of my webinars that are free and my masterclasses that are paid are available on Yummy. Doctor. So the webinars we… I don’t think we have a section yet, but it’s on our to-do list to make, like, a specific section for all webinars. But right now you can get them just going to public videos and searching DMSO or searching for the topic that you wanted or just scrolling down and then the masterclasses are all available under the Masterclass tab, and everything is uploaded within a few days after the event, and I believe you also get an email sent to you through the StreamYard sign-up link that you already have done. And I’ve already talked about eyes. Eyes have been done, so you can go back and do DMSO for eyes.
Amandha: So look at the… look up the webinar for eyes, and then there’s a masterclass for eyes already. So we’ve done eyes, and you know, this is a series and what I’m… Where I’m kind of hoping you’re at is you already kind of know DMSO. Now if you don’t, it’s okay. It’s okay. But I really do suggest that you go and watch my first two free lectures on DMSO from this series that are…
Amandha: Will catch you up. They’re all introductory, you know, helping you understand basic principles, safety, you know, do’s and don’ts of DMSO. Everything kind of goes from there. So I’m not really giving you a lot of details about DMSO here because I assume that you already have those prerequisites because you’ve either followed me along already, or, you know, you already got the memo to watch them.
Amandha: I also always encourage that you pick up a copy of my book because it is written for the layperson, it is digestible. You know, you can get through it really quickly, and it’s a common use guide. Like, people mark this up. There’s recipes and formulas in the back. There are definitions and things of like, you know, basic like injuries, how to do for injuries, how to do tendonitis, et cetera, et cetera.
Amandha: And then different dosing for pets. You know, there’s a lot of protocols, there’s a lot of recipes and that kind of thing in there. So I highly recommend if you don’t have the book by now and you’re using DMSO, it’s just really good to have. And then you can start to play around with how you wanna use it and how you wanna mix it.
Amandha: Because thing is, there’s not really one correct way to do it. Okay? There’s multiple ways to do this Right. And that’s why, like, you’ll see different recipes floating around that I’ve come up with that all work. And the most important thing to understand with holistic medicine is that what you’re doing is you’re not really looking at just generalized protocols.
Amandha: You can take that information, but what you’re really trying to do is apply the information to the individual. So really we’re teaching you enough principles. I’m teaching you enough principles that you understand correct usage correct understanding of the health of the body, what organ systems are involved, right?
Amandha: What are the major histological issues and then you can use that as a framework to go, okay, here are my, here’s my situation. Here’s where I’m at. Here’s what I’ve already done. Here’s all the detective work I’ve already figured out about my body and now I’m going to apply those things so that I can get my, my directive.
Amandha: So I know what I’m doing for me in this situation rather than like a general use, like one size fits all kind of thing, which is fine. You can start there, but you’ll know, you’ll start to see like, oh, I’m getting better with this. I’m going to start to back off or I’m needing a little more than the dose is offering.
Amandha: I’m going to increase my dose because I’m a bigger person or my metabolism is different than other people, whatever. So when I start teaching, so after this webinar masterclass series, I’m going to start doing a webinar masterclass series on the 12 step program that I created on how to doctor yourself.
Amandha: Okay. And it will help you have even more holistic framework and education so that you can really take care of a lot of things on your own with your family members, with your loved ones, where you don’t have to feel fear and run to, you know, the medical cartel anytime you get a sniffy nose or you don’t, you have malaise or something that you know how to assess what’s going on properly.
Amandha: You know how to take good health notes. You know how to calm yourself in, out of a panicked state, get your brain and your heart working again in the sense of like thinking and distilling wisdom, and then start to automatically put together a plan for yourself to get out of those situations. And really that’s where we need to be at because if you’ve looked out in the world lately, You’ll notice some things, okay?
Amandha: And you’ll notice that the trust is way on the low side right now in our society, especially for the capitalist style Rockefeller medical shindig. We don’t like it and… But we need to know what to do instead, and we need to know when it is appropriate, when we do need help, and where our red flags are, where our line in the sand is for those things.
Amandha: And so that’s what I’ll be teaching going forward. Yes, thank you Marianne. She put in the comments section the masterclass number nine, which is Advanced DMSO Protocols for Ear, Nose and Throat Conditions. In that masterclass, I take this information and we go deeper. I’m gonna go into a little more rarefied situations.
Amandha: I’m going to talk a lot about anatomy. I always teach anatomy in the masterclass more than the webinar. And then we… There’s other conditions that I don’t really touch on in this one today that I’ll be doing in the masterclass. And so it takes your learning of the topic to the next level. And of course, if you can’t do it when it’s in…
Amandha: It’s actually gonna be in two weeks’ time, and if you can’t do it in two weeks, that’s fine live. Again, the replays will be available. Okay. So this is great. We got hundreds of people here. Right now my count says 324. That’s awesome. I know over 400 and something, around 450 people signed up, so that’s great.
Amandha: Always get a good turnout for these, cause I know you’re hungry for it. You know, you’re hungry for this knowledge. You know that DMSO is powerful, and that you can solve a lot of things using it, and you can avoid a lot of the common and frankly boring drugs that the doctor offers you, which is pretty much, like, the same categories over and over again, especially for ENT conditions.
Amandha: It’s like, “Oh, a steroid again. Oh, a painkiller.” A benzo, you know? Oh, an antihistamine, I’m so surprised. Like, like when you finally do get that, you know, otolaryngologist’s appointment and you finally get to the ET practitioner, right? And take… In Canada, it can take almost two years if it’s not an considered an emergency, it can take you two years to see a specialist.
Amandha: Like, say, of nasal polyps, they don’t think that’s an emergency, so the… You can wait two years in Canada for one of those. And really all they do is scope you, poke and prod and scope and cut out material which is dumb. You never do that. And then they take their sweet-ass time on their diagnosis.
Amandha: They come up with something that it might be that or it might be this, and then they give you one of those drugs I just mentioned, or maybe a surgery that destroys your, the rest of your wellbeing because those surgeries, like 99.99 of them, never go well. They never resolve root cause, because the root cause, guys, is not the cutting out of tissue.
Amandha: That’s not… The cause isn’t just the tissue. That’s not the problem. The problem is why did your body make that extra tissue, or why is your body creating chronic inflammation, or why is the mucosa in that specific way? Why are the sinuses blocked? Why are the ears blocked, right? Why are there issues in the throat?
Amandha: Right? Like, root cause, but these doctors don’t do that. They just look at symptoms. It’s surface level medicine. It’s like, “You have these symptoms, and I’m going to just basically match those symptoms to a drug that I was told in my expensive med school. And if I think outside of that box, I lose my license.”
Amandha: So there’s no way they’re going to prescribe much outside of that. Like, they’re not gonna say, “Hey, I heard about this great thing called DMSO. Did you know you could use eyedrops? You can snort it, you can put it in your ears, you can ingest it, you can rub it on your skin ’cause it’s transdermal and it’s a totally amazing painkiller, and it gets inflammation under control, and it heals the tissue, and it gets the blood flow going,” and like blah, blah.
Amandha: Right? I mean, you can throw the benzos in the garbage by just taking GABA, by the way, ’cause benzos stimulate the production of GABA. But they’re not gonna say, “Oh, just go take GABA,” right, as a supplement. Like say you have ringing in the ears or you have some sort of issue, like, in the temporal membrane, right, and you’re having some sort of ear blockage or some sort of sinus issue or something like that where things are really…
Amandha: You have hyperacusis, for example, right? So you have, like, the nerves are zinging off. Then GABA can really calm that down for you, right? But your MD’s not gonna go, “Hey, like, go get a supplement of GABA.” They’re gonna go, “Benzos.” And they’re not gonna tell you that they hurt your liver and your kidneys and your gut and also they could become addictive, they’re just gonna say, “Safe and effective. Yeah, trust us.” You know, that’s what they do. So we have better things, okay? Lots. I mean, we have so many things. I always say this, we have so many remedies available to us. Like, what I’m even covering here today is, like, a drop in the bucket of what we have available to heal us, to help our body heal itself, which is what’s really going on.
Amandha: We can listen, we can apply the right things, and we can watch it heal in real time and the doctors have, like, their five things that they offer. It’s embarrassing. It’s embarrassing. It’s like, God. I mean, you have to be really willingly blind to just, we’re not gonna talk, we’re not gonna think about acupuncture.
Amandha: We’re not gonna… Forget homeopathy, forget thousands of herbs. Forget diet and exercise, forget chiropractic care, forget all of that stuff. Like, you know what I mean? That’s all quackery. Like, they just… It’s really sad. It’s just really sad. I kind of feel sorry for them. But you, dear listener, you are smart ’cause you are here, and you know better.
Amandha: And you’re like I’m not falling for that.” And a lot of people are like, been there, done that, got the pain T-shirt. Got the suffering T-shirt, and I’m done that road. I’ve been there. I’ve tried it, and I… Like, most of my patients when I was actively practicing back years ago, right? This is what I would get.
Amandha: Like, this is what I would get, the throwaways, the discards from that system. Desperate, suffering. All the things that were promised did not come to fruition, okay? And not just that. Gross, despicable, horrid, abusive stories from MDs that these people had experienced. I mean, so it wasn’t just like, “Oh, we did this, and we did that, and they were really nice, but it didn’t work.”
Amandha: No. Like, horror stories of, you know, egos and arguments and shaming and denial. Like, bad ego mojo, right? So it’s… You get gaslit on top of it, and then when you, like, go off book and you heal it, ’cause I have helped thousands and thousands of people heal from those, you know, discarded situations- And they go back to some of these doctors and tell them, “Hey, this is what I did and now I’m healed,” and they constantly just gaslight them.
Amandha: They usually say one of two things. They’ll say, “You we probably just misdiagnosed you, and you never really had that condition in the first place,” even though they have the labs and the imaging and the tissue samples, whatever. They just say that. Or they’ll say that, “Well, whatever you’re doing, I guess keep on doing it.”
Amandha: And they never asked you what you did or care, and that’s the end of the story. So that’s like most of the stories of people who’ve gone back to say, “Hey, I healed it using Amandha’s methods,” and that’s what they’ll tell the patient. I mean, it’s just abominable. It’s like it’s truly embarrassing. I’m embarrassed for them.
Amandha: Anyway so that’s great. So great comments, lots of people from the States and Canada here, some in the UK. You’re so awesome and you’re gaining ground in USA. Many natural fields refer to you and your book. That’s wonderful, great to hear it. That was my goal, my intention writing that book, was that people gotta know.
Amandha: People gotta know how could we have had this beautiful substance from trees since the well, really the ’50s, then shelved throughout most of the ’60s, and then really coming to the fruition or to the forefront in the ’70s. How could we have had this since the ’70s actively, and most people, like 100% of people that would walk into my store or would be a client of mine, didn’t know what it was.
Amandha: They didn’t know what it was. So good job cartel for keeping cheap natural remedies away from the people. Good job. They really work together, don’t they? So, I’m happy to hear it. I’m very happy that more and more people know about it, are writing about it. You know, we’re really gonna ride that, and it’s just about really important just to understand how to use it, just like anything.
Amandha: You have… If you were to get pills from the doctor and not read the instructions and just start popping them, you’d really hurt yourself, right? And those are actually dangerous things. Like the worst thing that can, you can do with DMSO if you start misusing it is you’ll get like really red skin. It’ll be like really…
Amandha: You’ll get really hypersensitive tissue for a little while. You know, you might feel, get… Put yourself into a detox- kind of spiral where you’re, you know, sleeping for a couple days. Like, those are the worst things that can happen, but death can happen when you don’t listen to the instructions of pharmaceutical products, for example.
Amandha: Even if you listen to the instructions of pharmaceutical products, that can end in death. But DMSO has a beautiful safety record. So anybody who ever tells you it’s dangerous or has negative things to say about it, just plug your little ears and walk away, because they don’t know what they’re talking about.
Amandha: And I wrote my book back pretty much 10 years ago now, which I can’t even believe I’m saying that. Like, I can’t even believe that much time has passed actually. But that’s… I started writing it at that time, around 2016, and then it published right before the plandemic began. Minute, the minute my publishing went out, the scamdemic began, and I’m like, “Well, yay me.”
Amandha: Guess it, like, lost some momentum there, and I couldn’t really do a book tour. So, but I’m still glad that even though it got a, like a bit of a break at the beginning, here we are down the road, and a lot of you already are well aware, so that’s awesome. Hurting liver enzymes, God’s gift, he’s not cool.
Amandha: Yep, Kaiser always trying to sell you drugs, of course. Will DMSO help with earwax buildup? That’s starred for later. We’ll answer that. Itching ears, also when we do the masterclass, I’ll talk more about that, because it’s very common to have itchy ears for women in perimenopause because there is more wax that’s created.
Amandha: So if you do have more secretions inside the ears, more cerumen, then that can be create an itch or an irritation. And a lot of times the body will make itch because it wants you to scratch there. When a scab is healing, sometimes it wants you to scratch off the scab, you know? So think about why would the body make something itch in an area, and oftentimes it’s to clear out some of the dead skin so that things can progress.
Amandha: And so even itching sometimes can be purposeful, or the body is creating it for an actual smart reason, not just to annoy you. Same thing in the ears. If it’s itchy, you’re more likely to go in there and clean them, which is what needs to happen because there’s stagnation going on. Okay, great. So let’s get started with the beautiful PowerPoint presentation.
Amandha: Thank you, Jessica for making it so pretty. She’s my pretty, pretty up girl. Luisa, what’s Luisa have to say? “Greetings. I just want everyone to know that Amandha saved my life when I was in the ER last year.” I remember Luisa. I remember every moment of that. “And I end up healing the problem myself.
Amandha: The diagnosis was 100% wrong.” Yes, the doctors were dumb as. I was so frustrated. You were totally frustrated. I was like, “No, get out of there.” She helped me calm down and really look at what was happening. I’m so grateful. I’m so happy for you, but you were brave. You did it. See, I can tell you the truth, but if you’re in fear and you got…
Amandha: Like she… Think about this, in a hospital with all of the lights and the shiny things and the fancy stuff, and it looks so professional, and it looks like they know what they’re doing, right? And they all like are… The way they dress and the way they act, and it’s… And they’re pressuring you, and you have to stand up.
Amandha: It’s like going to court, you know, and you gotta stand up in that environment. So not only are you not feeling well, you’re going through something, and then you’re just, you know, berated by the environment, and you have to overcome that and overcome the fear and, like, say no to protect yourself. It takes quite a bit of stamina and, like, courage to do that, and you did it, Louisa, so very happy for you.
Amandha: Okay, so that’s great. Seasonal allergies, we will… Well, we’ll talk about rhinitis, so we’re talking more about what’s happening with the system. We’re gonna I’m really focused on systems, guys. You can go all with diagnosis names, okay? All those do is label sort of a potential situation, right?
Amandha: But they’re not telling you why the thing is happening, why the body is doing what it’s doing, right? And in the masterclass, I’ll get into deeper of like, okay, if you have this specific thing, then, you know, this is where you can try X, Y, Z. But you’ll get a lot of answers just when you understand what the body’s trying to do and then how to help it, you know, complete its event, which are the symptoms.
Amandha: The symptoms are the body’s way of healing the thing. And what modern medicine does is it’s twisted it, and it says, because we don’t like symptoms, meaning they give us discomfort or pain or whatever, but we don’t like the symptoms, but they’ve made them made us read them backwards. Like symptoms bad, make go away.
Amandha: But symptoms good. Symptoms information, but not just information. Symptoms healing. Symptoms are the body in healing mode That’s what’s happening when you have symptoms. It’s the active form of healing when you have symptoms. And so we have to watch and listen and understand because the body is intelligent.
Amandha: We have to then go, “Why would the body do this?” It’s not stupid, it’s not attacking itself. It’s doing it because it has to. And what kind of nutrition is involved in this process? Okay, maybe it’s struggling and it’s not doing it as refined as it could because it’s missing a key mineral, a key vitamin some nutrient, some element.
Amandha: It’s missing, so it’s not doing it as efficiently as it could. Let me make sure I have all those things that will help that run better and finish better, not let me take a drug and shut down the symptom. Because then the body goes, “Hey, whoa, like, we were doing something.” And then, okay, well, should we try that again when the coast is clear, when the drug wears off?
Amandha: Should we try it again? Like, we see this all the time with cortisol use. Like, the cortisol goes, fades away, and finally like, “Okay, let’s try this again.” And then they’re back at the doctor getting a stronger prescription. It’s madness. Like, or the strep throat, and I’m like a perfect strep throat case, like of what happened to me.
Amandha: MMR vaccine, all vaccines create disease. None have ever saved a life, right? All germ theory fraud, all actual medical fraud. Vaccines are 100% medical fraud. You should never ever take them. And so I was a child, and I was given the MMR, and the MMR damaged and destroyed my tonsil tissue. And so I would get what they would call strep throat.
Amandha: And it wasn’t that strep, the strep agent, was causing a disease in me. The strep was there to try to clean up my HEPA filter, which was my… which were my tonsils, because my tonsils were clogged with the terrible poison that they had put inside my system, and it had concentrated there. And the bacteria were just doing their job, which was trying to help me get that out.
Amandha: But what was happening is my body wasn’t in wasn’t getting the nutrition and the resources to help it finish, to help it complete itself, right? And so but because I didn’t know anything back in my teen years really much about it I just went to doctors, and they gave me antibiotics, okay? They gave me repeated antibiotics.
Amandha: So what would happen? Goes away, right? Go on with my life. No problem, right? No, until it comes back again. Go to the doctor, get an antibiotic. This happened 12 times with me. A one dozen times. Do you understand how psychopathic that is, how crazy that is that any doctor anywhere would do that to anybody and not really clue in and go, “Wait a second.
Amandha: Wait a second. Not only is this not working, but we’re missing something here”? Like, that’s where the brain, a smart mind should go immediately okay, let’s just assume the body’s smart. Why is it doing that? Why does it think it has to do that? And why do we keep shutting it down? It keeps coming back to do that,” right?
Amandha: And thank God that it did, but then what do they do? “Well, we’re gonna have to remove them,” so they remove them. But the process is not over because there’s poison of the same issue elsewhere in my body that was already going underlying anyway. It was already happening in multiple subsystems of my body, not just tonsils, for example.
Amandha: Then it started to affect heart and gut at that point, so then had IBS. Did you know that if you look at all cases of IBS, like 99 percent of cases of IBS, they’ve had a tonsillectomy? That was a study done. There’s a relationship between IBS creation and removal of tonsils.
Amandha: We don’t want to remove these, guys. The process doesn’t go away when you cut it out, right? This is where we have to use our intelligence and this is where we have to understand nature and natural principles, how the organizing principles of the body, and apply those, and that’s what I am teaching you.
Amandha: So this is what you’re here to learn, and not even just about, “I’m gonna take a miracle remedy and everything’s gonna be fine.” That’s not ever going to be the picture. That’s never gonna be what I teach. It’s, “Here are all the types of remedies, and here’s the big ones that do a lot. Here’s some that do very more targeted and so forth, and here’s how you can start to apply those into your life and how you can use them in your situation for the organs that are active in your life and while you build the nutrition, while you feed the system forward.”
Amandha: Okay? All right, lots of comments, but we’re going to Yeah, well, I know my tonsils were removed too, and now what I had to do was heal my IBS, and then after that I had to continually heal my lymphatic system and my spleen that took the brunt of the workload after the fact. And so as a 50, almost 52-year-old woman, now I have to continually do lymphatic supports for myself in order to prevent them from getting blocked, and it has happened many times in my life where I do have lymphatic blockages because I’m missing a vital organ in my body.
Amandha: So you’re just gonna have to now be a… You have to adapt. Your body is very adaptable, but you have to adapt to the need, understand what the need was as filtration, and I do regular coffee enemas, for example. I have to. I have to keep things clean and filtered constantly because I’m missing one of my key organs that was doing that on my behalf.
Amandha: Okay? Okay, great. Great. Okay, so we’re gonna… Just gonna put that, star that. All right, let’s add to stage our presentation. Let me just get this a little bit better for me to see, and I’m going to also show you screenshot some other things for you after the fact because really understanding the holistic nature of the body the meridians and the traditional Chinese medicine understanding is gonna help you really make the connections and understand why something happens in one organ system and it expresses out a different area of your body.
Amandha: Because the thing is, the specialists are really stupid. The specialists just focus on one area of the body, and they don’t look at the holistic system, right? They don’t get it. They don’t they don’t think about your big toe related to your ear, you know? They don’t think about your kidneys related to your knees, related to your ear, related to low back pain.
Amandha: Like, they just… Everything is isolated, and that’s how they really separated us out. You know, they separated out the knowledge so nobody really knows. There’s one big elephant, and everyone’s seeing a different part of the elephant, right? Okay. So here we go. This is moi and what I do, this is obviously a summary.
Amandha: I’ve been a holistic practitioner for even before I graduated naturopathic college, but formally when I graduated naturopathic college in 2008, and those are my active websites. So Yummy. Doctor is the main teaching website, but you can get to all the other websites through there if that’s just the one you wanna remember.
Amandha: Of course, YumNaturals. Store for all the things that we carry and make that are not DMSO based, and then DMSO. Store for all of my DMSO formulations, and then of course the information and purchasing of my book, but my book is available on the other websites as well. Anytime you do any masterclass, you have to become a member of Yummy. Doctor because we are building a community and what we’re doing is trying to help people have support network, have a support system.
Amandha: And so a lot of people in our community, which we have like in the 2,000 range, will, you know, come in and assist and help and support as you’re going through something, and we have lots of groups, and basically it’s like your own social media kind of page and interaction, and we’re still growing that, and we’re also going to be doing an upgrade and constantly improving everything as we go.
Amandha: So I mean, we’ve been doing this for about a year now, and it’s been going really great. Highly recommend that you join the membership. There’s a live that I do in the summer season. I do free lives for the members on Thursdays, and then I switch to Sundays in the winter season for me in Canada just ’cause of my schedule.
ENT Terrain Mechanisms: Drainage, Inflammation, Circulation, Mucosa, and Structure
Amandha: Okay. So let’s go into just some overarching root cause sensations. Now we’re talking basically about the head-ish, but it’ll extend into lung tissue, it’ll extend into thyroid tissue, like that’s involved. Yes, of course, eyes, but we already did eyes, so we’re separating that out for the most part, but these things will impact eyes, and then even dentition, meaning even like palate, teeth, also have to be considered in that situation.
Amandha: So let me… I have to get this a little bit larger. One second here.
Amandha: Here we go. All right. So let’s talk about the core mechanisms involved. We’re talking about Drainage and fluid stagnation, okay, this is one of the core mechanisms. So every… All the ear, nose, throat tissues, they need to have constant fluid movement, okay? Your body is constantly moving blood and is constantly moving lymph as well.
Amandha: You have the channels, the lymphatic channels, the venous return, and mucosal lubrication that’s constantly being circulated and moved. When these things become stagnant, when the drainage slows down, then you can get pressure differentials, the fluids can accumulate. If the fluids accumulate, the wastes can build up, and then you’re not getting proper tissue feedback systems or signaling systems, okay?
Amandha: This can lead to sinus, obviously, congestion, middle ear fluid building up, Eustachian tube problems postnasal drip, and or a full sensation in any of those orifices or sinuses. You can, it can even create a tinnitus from being blocked up. So think of this as a mechanical and fluid problem, okay?
Amandha: When you don’t have things moving, things ventilating, everything is sitting, you can have swelling, inflammation, improper pressure gradients. You can have what they call infections, but there really are no infections. What’s happening is you have stagnation of toxicity, and if the mucus can’t secrete it out or do it properly, then the body will create its own bacteria, maybe candida, maybe fungus, depending on what the pH dictates.
Amandha: It will call that forward to help remove those wastes. It is not a disease-causing agent. It is not a problem. Candida’s not a problem. Parasites aren’t a problem. Bacteria’s not a problem. Fungus isn’t a problem. None of those are problems. Those are results. Those are active agents working on your behalf because there is a toxicity present that needs to be dealt with.
Amandha: Your problem is the toxicity. Your problem is not the microbe. And what happens is dum-dums called doctors just wanna kill everything, want to give the antibiotics, which is another one on the list of five things they give on repeat which you should never ever take. I’m sorry. You should never ever, never, ever take a vaccine and never ever take an antibiotic.
Amandha: No Those create more and more damage to the body. Your body has to adapt to more poisoning and more harm. Okay? So why you would see any of those things, and you can watch any and all of my videos on the false germ theory and how this actually works and why we don’t kill things, why we don’t even think about killing, shouldn’t be, “Oh, I have candida, kill it.”
Amandha: No. Wrong think. “Oh, I have strep, kill it.” No. Wrong think. No. You go, “Oh, I have toxicity. Shoot, I better make sure my nutrition’s there to help clear it. I better get things unblocked so it can drain where it should go, which is out the liver system, and I should support the tissue and support the bacteria or whatever it is by helping the pH be the most efficient version of the cleanup crew as possibly can.”
Amandha: Because actually things like antibiotics damage that, and then guess what that creates? The less perfect organism steps in as backup. You see this a lot. You see people take antibiotics, they kill their own helpers, and then they’re not there, and so candida’s like, “Okay, well…” And candida is endemic to your body.
Amandha: It lives in your body. It’s natural. It’s will always be with you. You will never not be with candida. Candida is your buddy, and then candida goes, “Oh, let me help because this fuckwit,” pardon my French, “took a drug that killed my buddies, and now this isn’t my area of expertise, but I’m gonna try,” and then it tries, right?
Amandha: And then you get a change of pH and it’s doing its best, but because dum-dums run the show, they don’t tell you about the different nutrition, they don’t tell you about the different pHs, they don’t tell you how to get the drainage unblocked, right? They just go and kill and then they get accolades by making your symptoms go away and the illusion that you’ve got cure, which you do not have from those things.
Amandha: Those are magic. I would call it black magic. I think doctors do black magic, right? Because they wave their magic wand and they get rid of your symptom and then you have the delusion that you’re healed. And then later it gets worse, but it could be six months before everything resets and comes back to where it was.
Amandha: So by then they just tell you it’s something else or something new. They just gaslight you about it. And then later, three years down the road, four years down the road, when it’s heart disease or cancer or MS or your gut’s all messed up or you can’t sleep anymore or your hormones are messed up or your thyroid’s messed up, then you have a brand new disease.
Amandha: How convenient. So here’s another inflammatory problem. So the inflammatory state becoming chronic means, again, you have agitation of tissue. The tissue is not clearing the toxicity. It’s not getting the healing to the tissue for recovery. So you’re getting persistent irritation of the mucosal tissue and you’re going to have more vascular dilation.
Amandha: You’re going to have tonal issues, permeability problems, and swelling issues because now you’re going to have, of course, what the body needs to do is trying desperately to move stuff. It needs the inflammation because it swells up the tissues so that hopefully some stuff can move out and some stuff can move in, hopefully.
Amandha: And it’s trying its mightiest to get the job done. But when it isn’t quite enough because the nutrition’s not there or the circulation, the tonicity of, say, the microvessels or some of the nerves start to go from chronicity, then now it becomes baseline. Now it’s like, okay, well, here we are. Here we are.
Amandha: And hopefully we can just keep this person alive. So we’ll see this in chronic rhinitis. We see this in a lot of sinus pressure or sinus migraine situations. Something will irritate the body into an inflammatory response and then the body mounts an elimination event and creates more of that inflammatory tissue in the sinuses that creates a whole pressure issue.
Amandha: And that goes into the head, into the eyes. Throat irritation can also happen from this tissue, of course. We can get the dry throat. You can get coughing, enlarged tonsils. So the tonsils are now really getting involved or irritated depending on the situation. There’s a lot of coughing going on and then, of course, recurrent ear issues, all kinds of issues can be any type of issue of the ear and inflammatory signaling, of course, is going to affect pH because it’s going to say, “We need this dude, we need this microbe here to get this job done,” so it will sort of dictate what needs to happen. It will increase mucus production. It could thicken the secretions. Whatever would be needed, it could bring histamine to an area, whatever would be needed to try to wrap up that stuff and get it out of your body.
Amandha: And so that means it could make white blood cells, it can… which is pus. It could make it, it could create any type of the histamine responses. Histamine only is made because it’s trying to get rid of a toxin. That’s all it’s trying to do. Everybody thinks it’s just an response to allergy, but they don’t understand that the idea of antibodies, the idea of histamines the, any of the vesicles, any of the tagging that’s happening in the body, these are all redundant systems to get rid of the thousands and thousands of biochemical admixtures of various chemicals, to either quarantine them, to either change them, metabolize them in some way to make them less volatile so that they can be removed, to put them into fat so then they can be slowly degraded over time.
Amandha: Or if there can’t be, like, you know, things like heavy metals like lead, shove them in the bone because they’re gonna cause the least problems in those areas. But they have to be shoveled there and they have to be taken there. So all of these little particles that we’re told are bad, like histamine means you’re toxic, guys.
Amandha: Histamine means that something’s in the blood that shouldn’t be, okay? Anytime you hear anybody say, “I have a histamine problem,” like, you know, even when you’re seeing them, POTS and EDS and all these kinds of things, right? That are very popular now. This is not a everyone’s like, “It’s a histamine problem, and now I’m gonna take Allegra and get rid of my histamine, and yay, my symptoms are gone.”
Amandha: Same shit, different pile. It’s all suppressive medicine. It doesn’t cure anything. They’re gonna damage their organs long-term because of taking it. They’re not thinking, okay? No. Why is it doing that? There’s a particle that needs to get out of your body. You need to cleanse it out. You need to help the body clean itself up so that the histamine doesn’t need to go there.
Amandha: It doesn’t need to go high. Okay? So why is the histamine there? It’s a shuttle. It’s a tagger and a bagger. It needs to move stuff out. It needs your symptoms to help, and it creates those symptoms, the runny eyes, the sneezing. What do you think all those symptoms are there for? It’s to get rid of stuff.
Amandha: It’s to move mucus. It’s to stimulate something to unblock. It’s to stimulate blood flow. It’s to stimulate lymph flow. It’s to stimulate movement, right? So when you get this ongoing exposure, internal toxicity built up, and it doesn’t even have to be from external toxins, guys. If you have a congestion moment And things are stagnant.
Amandha: Your own wastes, like, you know, you live in a house, you make garbage. Imagine, and I’ve seen these hoarder houses, okay? Imagine your house is a hoarder house because nothing gets thrown out. Now, that’s festering. Now you’re gonna get secondary pests in, like, involved, right? So just imagine that’s what’s happening, right?
Amandha: And then imagine now I’m gonna go into a hoarder house, and I’m not gonna throw out any of the trash. I’m just gonna target practice to kill the rats and the roaches and the flies and the maggots. How fucking dumb is that? You know that’s dumb. So think of that as your body. Why would you do that? No, you would go in and clean out the garbage.
Amandha: You would clean out the junk. You would wash the floors and the walls. You would throw out the things that are broken down and rotting and you would throw out the garbage. Okay? And then the rodents and the flies and the stuff would go with it. All right? Okay. So another of, another core terrain mechanism is this microcirculation problem and oxygen problem, okay?
Amandha: So the head and neck, okay, really rely on a lot of fine microvascular networks into the eye, into the delicate structures of the ear, into the millions of little lymph systems that are inside your, the lining of your mouth, okay? All the microcirculation to the thyroid, to the glands, right? It’s, there’s a lot going on there, and if you become hypoxic, which means there’s not enough oxygen delivery to those areas, the mitochondria go downhill, and now you have a metabolic waste problem and again, that is an internal function issue, so you’re gonna have a lot of waste accumulating. Things start to build. Again, the hoarder house is building up. You’ve got to know where to sit down, right? The body has to try to move stuff. It has to try to figure out another way through because it has to try to keep everything alive.
Amandha: Now, you can function, a cell can function at half-mast for a good long while, but guess what you’re gonna feel? You’re gonna feel tired. You’re not gonna be get up in the morning ready to go, pep in your step, are you? No, you’re not. You’re gonna be sluggish. You might even gain weight, right? You won’t be able to…
Amandha: It’s like a catch-22 now. You’re gonna get less and less circulation ’cause you’re moving less, you’re doing less, right? And this can snowball, okay? This is where you can get a lot of tinnitus and hearing loss and sinus headaches and sinus pressure and again, the tissue is not recovering well because it’s not getting enough proper microcirculation.
Amandha: And guess what causes that? Vaccines cause that. Drugs cause that. Stress causes that. How do you, where do you get in a situation with low oxygen and microcirculation problems? When the blood is thicker and more viscous and dehydrated. When the liver is unable to keep up with the amount of toxins going into your body from every avenue, from how what you eat to what you breathe, to, to your stress response and your internal processes, imagine.
Amandha: Imagine your blood thicker and viscous and then what happens? Is it going to be able to push through those micro vessels? You know, I have a series on my, on Yummy. Doctor, if you look under public videos, I think I also did a whole blog article about it, which you can find them under the blog section and I also have them on my Substack.
Amandha: But I was talking about Dr. Andrew Moulden, and Dr. Andrew Moulden was a smart MD who’s sadly no longer with us because they basically killed him, and he was calling out vaccines ’cause he was a pediatrician, and he was seeing every time he gave a vaccine, he started to notice problems with micro seizures in these children ’cause he was paying attention and cared.
Amandha: And so he would do live MRIs, active scans on his children, on these children while they were actively getting vaccines and you know what he noticed on every single one of them?
Amandha: That it slowed or stopped microcirculation to the circle of Willis, which is a nerve bundle in the brain that feeds all the nerves, and that they would become blocked, and depending on which ones become blocked first, and he actually mapped which cranial nerves were the most common ones that got blocked, that they would have a micro seizure, and they would get droopy eye, droopy lip, right?
Amandha: They would have asymmetrical smiles, and he documented all of this, okay? So this is what I’m talking about. When you have a poison in the blood and you have problems with the blood, then it is not working properly and it’s not gonna feed your micro vessels and you’re gonna… This, a lot of the tinnitus that’s internal that’s not from noise damage is this.
Amandha: Is this. it’s hypoxic tissue, toxic blood that is not serving the micro vessels. That’s what’s causing it, okay? So what does it say you have to do? What is the solution to all those things that I just mentioned? Clean it up. Clean it up. Okay? And I teach and have taught for years all the ways to clean up to detox.
Amandha: I have courses on it. I have teachings on it. I have articles on it. Okay. Again and again, I repeat myself again and again because there’s the same things over and over are your ways of cleansing. So you can do things like cold exposure, for example, especially if you’re a man. Women, you have to be more careful with cold exposure.
Amandha: We’re not, we’re different than men, so men can handle cold or designed to handle cold better than we are. Chronic tension and stress have to be dealt with, of course, because it affects your adrenal glands, which affects your kidneys, which affects your ears. Poor posture, you have to think about your musculature.
Amandha: You have to think about your head carry. What kind of pressure is being put on the vessels in your neck Right and your muscles of your neck that’s holding your head up, okay, your 16, 18 pound head, right? Where are you aligned? If you have forward head carry, you’re already cutting off a lot of circulation to your whole cranium, to your brain, to your head, to your face.
Amandha: Systemic metabolic issues obviously can constrict them all the way through. You do have a few different systems happening. So you have a glymphatic system in the brain, and then you have a lymphatic system in the rest of the body. Then you have a microvessel situation that’s crossing a blood-brain barrier for the brain that’s different than what services the face and the ears and that kind of thing.
Amandha: So there is an extra layer when it comes to brain. And I talked about eye floaters. Just saw a comment about eye floaters. I talked about that in my master class and webinar on eyes at length. So once blood flow is reduced, you’re gonna have problems. I mean, come on, right? Like, this is where doctors just get me so disappointed.
Amandha: I mean, this is basic physiology. We all had to learn the same stuff in the first two years of med school. It’s all the same stuff that… Naturopaths get the same, but plus more than MDs do, okay? It’s all the sameologies that we learn, and it’s this basic stuff and then for some reason, they forget it and they just push drugs on people.
Amandha: All right? So once you have a blood flow movement issue, you’ve got a problem full on. You could have tension in the neck, the jaw, TMJ issues, upper thorax issues, all from just strained and stressed muscles. This is why I encourage going and finding a really good osteopath or a really good chiropractor that understands these things properly, and that you also have exercises for yourself to make sure that your muscles are in balance, because you’re gonna cut off a lot of flow to and from the head just based on what’s going on with your neck tension and your jaw tension, okay, another core terrain mechanism, mucosal barrier disruption, secretion changes.
Amandha: Okay, so this is an active interface. It’s like a feedback here. It’s gonna regulate a lot of moisture. You’re gonna get things that are like filtration happening, so what you’re eating, what you’re breathing, right? if it can in the moment, it’s gonna secrete. This is why a lot of people who have, like, food sensitivities where the body’s, like, already saying, “No, we don’t want that,” because you have a leaky gut, and you’ve let that food already get in the blood once, and we won’t let you do that again.
Amandha: It’ll it’ll make you sneeze or cough or have extra mucus when you eat it. And so if you eat a food and you start getting mucusy, then you probably have had in the past or have it now leaky gut for that… where that food has gotten into your bloodstream and it shouldn’t have unshuttled and has created an inflammatory problem, and the body’s trying to prevent you from doing that again.
Amandha: So that means you have to do some gut healing. So when that barrier is disrupted, you will see more production, or you will damage the tissue and it won’t secrete, which will create a dry mucus. That’s bad. And it will try to repair it, and then it will secrete again, but you have to look at how damaged is the histology of the mucus barrier, of the mucosa as it’s called, right?
Amandha: To see, oh, am I dry or am I excess? Am I excess or am I deficient? And that’s another term understanding from traditional Chinese medicine. We look at things from where am I at? Am I is this an excessive condition or is this a deficient condition, right? So an excessive condition or an excess producing one would be polyps and a deficient one would be, say, ulcers for example.
Amandha: Okay, so thick viscous mucus will lead to obstruction, right? And then it will stagnate further and then you can have all kinds of problems there. If it’s dry, the tissue gets irritated because it’s not lubricated and you can get the sensations of burning or sensations that are increased, right? So any kind of like you…
Amandha: It’s like when you eat pizza and you actually burn the roof of your mouth and then you damage the mucosa and then it’s kind of, you know, it’s sensitive and it’s kind of drier when that happens, right? When you do any kind of damage in the mouth like that you… So you know what that kind of feels like, right?
Amandha: So chemical exposure can cause that. Low humidity meaning you’re not hydrated enough. Repeated irritation like if you ate too many sour candies. You could do that. I remember as a kid I definitely got a lesson on damaged irritation of my mucosal boundary of the mouth eating too many sour keys. We’re always learning, aren’t we?
Amandha: So here’s another core terrain mechanism is the neural irritation and then sensory dysregulation as a result of that. So like I was already mentioning about the cranial nerves, it’s, it can be secondary or primary or tertiary, depending. But cranial nerves in the ENT, so that, that feed the ENT region, okay, they’re very sensitive to pressure, baroreceptors, inflammation, and different biochemical changes.
Amandha: So also pH changes. So irritation of the nerves, like say there is a dental problem, right? That can lead to a tinnitus issue. That can lead to hyperacusis, which is like really sensitive hearing only but certain pitches. It can be vertigo, cause vertigo, that globus sensation in the throat, right?
Amandha: Like it’s like a lump in the throat, and just general discomforts in the head and neck area without any structure problem. So if there’s no structure problem, then you’re kind of looking at a cranial nerve issue and so this is… I mean, you can see that if even if there’s like a brain tumor or something like pressing, or a lipoma or something that is a mechanical thing in the way, but we’re talking more about like irritations of say heavy metals, for example.
Amandha: So this can happen after a vaccine which contains heavy metals. How do you think that’s good for your health? Hey guys, we have this like thing that has heavy metals in it, and oh by the way, now, you know, instead of doing GMOs, genetically modified organisms on the food that you eat, we’re gonna do it on you.
Amandha: How about that? We’re gonna make, we’re now gonna make vaccines where we’re genetically modifying you just like we’re doing with plants because that’s what the mRNA style vaccines that are so popular lately that’s what they’re doing. They’re altering and genetically trying to alter you and they all contain metals, and they all create inflammation in the blood clotting disorders, and microcirculation disorders.
Amandha: Have you noticed since COVID, the COVID hoax, that there’s a lot more dumb people? Hm? Why do you think that is? Well, the microvessels are not being serviced anymore from the vaccinated. They’re not getting to those areas anymore. I mean, I’ve seen people vaccinated age considerably go deaf gray hair, you know, shrink, physically shrink and becomes really slow.
Amandha: Really slow. If not dead. If they’re still alive, that is. Okay and this is why I’m explaining the mechanisms right here Okay? If you understand the mechanisms, you have a broad understanding of the overall health of the body, okay? It’s very helpful for you to navigate yourself this way because you go, “Okay, I have this issue.
Amandha: What could it be? Okay, do I have a mechanical problem? Like, is it my physical neck? No, my neck’s fine. Okay, did I have an exposure event to a toxin or something like that? How’s my stress levels?” This is the first step of my 12 steps to doctoring yourself. Step one is self-evaluation. It’s the intake form.
Amandha: It’s the intake of you. It’s the self-reflection moment where you’re asking the right questions that gets you your answers. It’s the things doctors don’t do. Like, look at you and ask you questions, other than two of them maybe, while they then go on the computer and read you something off of Google.
Amandha: Okay, so once that’s sensitized, so you’ve got a zinger of a nerve, and you know this, if any of my migraine sufferers out there, you know this. As soon as you get desensitized, or sensitized, it’s active, it’s zinging, you’re amplif- your nervous system’s now amplifying that, okay and it can set off a chain reaction, and that’s why when you get what’s called a prodrome, when you just start to get symptoms, the subtle early signs that…
Amandha: Because a body will tell you wanna go and get treating right away because you can stop a whole event from happening if you can get on top of it very quickly. And I, when I if I start to get stuff like that, ’cause I’ve major dental industry dental industry damage from, to my mouth and it created year, 10 years, 12 years of migraines for me.
Amandha: So when I would get the prodrome of it, I would try to get on it as quickly as I could, DMSO, topical magnesium, MSM sulfur. I would take a bath. I would be, like, resting. I would be I would stretch my body, try to get my blood moving properly. My nutrition, I would be very attuned to it. Like, I would be taking action right away Okay, so another core mechanism is, again, structural and postural influence on the drainage.
Amandha: So airflow, fluid movement, nerve tension, forward head posture we mentioned, jaw misalignment, dental issues. Cervical muscle tension can compress all the vascular and lymphatic pathways. If you have a lot of lymph, lumpy lymph in the neck, it actually can be from a cervical imbalance, and it can be because of the stupid phone, you know, we’re seeing more of with the stupid neck and the head down kind of thing.
Amandha: You… They need adjustments in the neck. Usually, the first thing I do with those sort of things is assess the neck and use castor oil to massage on the neck to try to get the lymph to move and do the six big tappings, so you can do lymphatic tapping. I teach all kinds of stuff of lymph. I will do another whole thing on lymph.
Amandha: I’ve been writing a whole document on it. Again, like, I go in these cycles where I teach certain things, certain principles. I have already written on it many times, but I’m gonna do it again. But it’s the tapping, right? Starting… So where you try to break up lymph immediately is you start tapping under the collarbone to begin, and then you start tapping the other big centers under the armpit, the groin, behind the knee, right?
Amandha: And there’s ways to tap and use… You don’t have to go full Pida Lagen, but you do wanna start actively tapping the lymph to try to move it. And before you even do that, you spray on topical magnesium, you lubricate the areas with some lymph some castor oil rather, and you hydrate yourself. You take something to drink, ideally with some electrolytes, like say a coconut water, that kind of thing.
Amandha: You’re very hydrated, and now you’re stimulating, right? So it’s best to sort of prepare before you’re going to do that, and it’s great to also do that when you come out of a shower and I talk a lot about contrast hydrotherapy. You’ll hear me talk about that, like, all the time. So you can use contrast hydrotherapy, alternating hot and cold, to help pump the lymphatic tissue as well, the lymphatic fluid as well.
Amandha: Okay, so all these kinds of problems, okay? You can have the Eustachian tube is now out of alignment, and so now it’s not draining, right and now you’re getting pooling, and you’re getting build-up.
Amandha: You can get a mouth breathing situation. You can have upper airway resistance, right? You can get all these different ear pain problems.
Traditional Chinese Medicine: Organ Connections, Meridians, and Ear Mapping
Amandha: You have to sort of trace it back to root cause, so structure can lead to the function in this case All right, so let’s talk about some of the organ connections from traditional Chinese medicine, okay? So the ear has… So there’s a primary organ, and then there are secondary supporting organs. So the main organ for the ear are the kidneys.
Amandha: Just like when I taught you in the webinar on the eyes, I hammered in, and I always hammer in for any eye protocol, you’re not just treating the eyes, you’re treating the main accessory organ, and that is the liver. Okay, the liver extends to the eyes, just like the ear extends to the kidneys. All right?
Amandha: So it governs auditory function, the kidney does, inner ear structures, neurological sensitivity related to hearing, and then you see if there’s a dysfunction of the kidney, it could present as tinnitus or hearing loss or reduced acuity of some sort, right? So as we age, kidney function decreases, and you know, we see in the elderly, you know, they get the little cone, they’re like, “Hey, Sonny,” you know?
Amandha: Right? Why are they going deaf? And it’s the aging process in the kidney. So the younger the kidneys, the younger you are, right? And that’s your Shen, basically. So okay, then the liver as a secondary backup, it will help the tone of the vascular system, the quality of the blood because it’s constantly filtering it, the signaling that’s coming for, you know, neurological activity, other kidney activity, detox activity.
Amandha: Basically, your liver is like the welcome wagon of your entire body, and it has so many different functions. And it will involve parts of different types of tinnitus, vertigo, and pressure issues. I know people that are so toxic that they can’t even, like, use any one thing. Like, they can’t even use a little bit of topical magnesium or take a B vitamin or vitamin or whatever.
Amandha: Or if they drink one little drop of alcohol, they get vertigo immediately, and that’s because their liver is so clogged up it can’t handle one thing. It can’t handle a new toxin, and it can’t even handle detox because it’s got nowhere for anything to go. And so those cases have to be handled with kid gloves.
Amandha: You have to start… I try to encourage them to start just slowly building up magnesium topically and just if they can please please do a little castor oil pack, and then try to learn how to do a coffee enema because that’s gonna be their biggest, you know, get it moving forward out of that, you know, chronicity state where they can’t really…
Amandha: You know, when a, when there’s a… What’s that game? Is it Mahjong? I don’t know. Whatever the game is where you have to move puzzle pieces, and then if you have nowhere to move, right, it gets too congested, then you’re stuck, right? You, the game, you lose the game because you can’t make any more moves of the game.
Amandha: That’s like this situation. I see it a lot in fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue patients. Sometimes cancer patients are like this. They’re just, they just have, there’s nowhere for it to go, so as soon as they stimulate, they aggravate. And unfortunately, they have to kinda go through the discomfort and pain a lot of the time before they get to the other side, which is like Trying to help them
Amandha: Trying to navigate them through it so that they go through the pain point and overcome, and it can be difficult ’cause a lot of them have been dicked around by the medical profession so much that they don’t trust anybody anymore, and even by naturopaths ’cause a lot of them are medicalized now. So it’s kind of, you know, I feel for those people because it can be very hard to go through the eye of the needle in those cases.
Amandha: Okay, so gallbladder as well is involved here. So the channel this particular channel will go through the lateral head and ear region. I’m gonna show you those meridians as soon as I get through the organs section. I’m gonna give you a visual. And so you can get… So gallbladder being on the right side for most of you, unless you have a flipped organ chemist- organ layout, which is very rare.
Amandha: So it’s on the right-hand side, so you might get temporal headaches on the right. So if you have a gallbladder problem, you may get a headache that goes on the only right-sided headache. So it’s usually same sided dominant symptoms in those cases. Nose and sinuses’ main organ is the lung. Governs the nasal passages the hydration of the mucosa.
Amandha: So in Chinese medicine, that’s the upper Dan Tian or the upper chamber that is moistened and has to moisten. So the lung is responsible for moistening the head and neck and all the sensations in the, in these airways, in these avenues of your head. And the gastric chamber, think of your a fire with a cauldron sitting on top of it, and then that start to evaporate.
Amandha: That comes up and then moistens the lungs, and that’s the rest of the lower organs that moisten the lungs, and then the lungs are responsible for carrying that up to the head and neck area. So if you have issues of the lungs, you can have a lot of problems. You can be congested. You’ll see this when people get their detox events, which are called colds and flus.
Amandha: There are no viruses. The germ theory is false. You don’t catch any of this stuff. This is your own production, and you’re triggered by certain things in life. There are all kinds of triggers that put you into a detox event where you get a cough, where you get then the subsequent dryness and congestion and mucus production, sensitivity, tiredness.
Amandha: Name… You can list all of the symptoms. They’re all the same symptoms, just different admixtures of symptoms depending on the toxicity your body is deciding to purge. And of course, how nutritionally dense you are. So the more nutritionally dense you are, the less symptoms you will overtly see, and as well, different nutritional presentations will show up more or less with different symptom presentations coming forward, right?
Amandha: So you’ll be able to go, “Oh yeah, I can see this person’s probably low in zinc,” or, “This person’s low in vitamin C,” depending on the presentation of the expression. Because expression is healing. Suppression is the grave, okay? Suppression takes you closer to the grave. So the spleen is regulating fluid metabolism and distribution of the fluid throughout the lymphatic system, and also helping the blood to regulate its fluid levels.
Amandha: So you’ll get dysfunction, you’ll get a lot of dampness. So those… in traditional Chinese medicine is a common thing called spleen damp and it makes everything very sluggish and very heavy. So you’ll get thick secretions, you’ll get a lot of congestion, you’ll get a lot of postnasal drip. It’s a dampness issue and then the stomach. No, there’s no… nope, don’t rewrite what I say, there’s no such thing as germs. Hey now. Hey now don’t put words in my mouth, Melanie. I said there’s no viruses. No viruses exist. None has ever been isolated. None has ever shown to exist.
Amandha: No viruses. As I’ve mentioned already earlier, bacteria, fungus, all of those things that we have in our bodies are our helpers. They are there to break down wastes and remove them and I said the germ theory is false. The germ theory is false. The germ theory says that germs cause disease. That is not true.
Amandha: Germs do not cause disease. Please go back. I have taught this for over a decade. Actually, my latest Substack, if you wanna show that, is about how there’s no hantavirus. We’re not doing hantavirus. There was no COVID. There is no COVID. No such thing. Did not exist. 100% hoax. That’s not how disease works and then there’s two videos in that particular article that helps you understand what went wrong and why all these people believe this lie, okay and how disease actually takes hold in the body, and it is not caused by any germ. So there you go. So the stomach, the channel will pass through the maxillary facial regions.
Amandha: I’ll show you that in a bit. Dysfunction will present as an inflamed sinus, maybe pressure in the face, that throbbing pressure. You could feel something in the teeth or sensitive teeth. Which is interesting because the stomach is related to your eating, and it’s almost like trying to dissuade you from eating and chewing.
Amandha: Yeah, I know. It’s okay. It’s okay if you’re new, that’s fine. But I’m gonna correct it, that’s for sure. It’s okay. But just so you know, this is, like, years and years of it. Just so you know, Germs are miracles, actually. Bacteria is a miracle, right? In fact, if we didn’t have bacteria or germs, none of us would be alive right now.
Amandha: Nothing would be alive. Nothing on this earth would exist if we didn’t have them, and so the idea of killing them is just killing life, and that’s why we have somatids, which are a pleomorphic cycle in our body that MDs fully ignore, and the medical community fully ignores. But what it shows is that a germ can change shape depending on the function, so a bacteria can become a fungus, for example.
Amandha: So the idea of, like, this germ causes this disease is garbage. It’s garbage. The theory is gone. As soon as you know that germ can become this germ, can become that thing, can become that thing, it makes no sense. It’s done. It’s over, and that’s why they don’t want you to know that we have a 16-stage pleomorphic cycle in our body, and they’ll gaslight you to hide that from you.
Amandha: All right? I talk a lot about it, and I teach a lot about it. So that’ll be another thing that if somebody kinda goes at you ’cause they’re so programmed to believe it that you can, like, help yourself kind of undo the mind control of the false ideology. So large intestine is paired with the lung, and it influences your nasal function, mucosal responses.
Amandha: So you’ll see congestion, discharge, and reactivity to, like, environmental triggers, like for example, allergies, when you have this dysfunction in the body That means you have some leaky stuff. Okay, so throat. So throat issues, main organs, lungs. So the lung is governing the laryngeal, pharyngeal tissues.
Amandha: So you’ll see dysfunction as a dryness or irritation, tickling, cough, hoarseness. Kidney is then a secondary organ, will contribute to fluid regulation, tissue hydration. Dysfunction will be a chronic dry state if you’re in a dehydrated function, weak voice, so you’ll get that really low, weak, can’t talk kind of voice.
Amandha: So the lung is really low, and then the kidney is additionally low. So when you hear a weak voice, you know that their qi is their whole life force is very low. That’s kind of a dangerous situation to be in and the tissue doesn’t recover as quickly.
Amandha: The stomach is also involved with the throat, so the channel passes right through the throat and if you look, when I show you, you’ll see, but the vagus nerve runs through the whole system. It runs through the lung and the stomach, and so you can get… Sometimes people get this chronic dry cough, this little cough, and they think it’s the lungs, and they do all this lung stuff, and they try to heal the lungs, they try to moisten the lungs, they try to do all these lung things, and it never goes away.
Amandha: That, my dear, is the vagus nerve and can be caused from the gut and is usually stomach related, okay and so it, You can get a chronic dry cough because of a food sensitivity. It has nothing to do with the lungs whatsoever, okay? So, spleen supports the… Okay, so then if… We already kind of talked about spleen, but the tissue, the tone of the tissue, how the fluid that could, like the lymph obviously, but you don’t want fluid pooling, and then you get irritation, swelling, water retention.
Amandha: If you have that water retention, it’s usually a combination kidneys and spleen, and then mucus problems as well, so. But the spleen is in charge of fluid metabolism, okay? So fluid and drainage patterns, the main organ in the drainage is your spleen. Okay? So you get retention. If it’s dysfunctional, you can get a puffy face, puffy limbs. If you’re puffy, right, you have edema, it’s usually a combination of spleen and kidney, but you have to look at the spleen first and then of course, you know, poor fluid balance, chronic congestion is part of the kidney system and you get ascites and all these kinds of other things once the kidneys are kind of in fail mode and then the lungs are regulating distribution of fluids in the upper body chamber, like I mentioned, and then fluid can accumulate in the sinuses and the upper airway. Neck, jaw, and structural influence, you gotta look at the liver cause it’s gonna govern the tendons, it’s gonna govern the muscular tone, right?
Amandha: So you’re gonna notice a lot of tension in your body. And liver, the emotion of the liver is anger or irritation. So if you’re quick to rise anger, you know your liver is agitated okay? Your liver is overworked, your liver is tired. If you get chronic anger, irritation, then you immediately know it’s your liver.
Amandha: Even a lot of throbbing sensations can be blood related, which again, is the liver’s governing that, and TMJ related symptoms as well. So the gallbladder channel that runs through the lateral head and neck, so that can be tightness or pain in the unilateral, like I said, the ENT symptoms on the right-hand side and then the bladder is involved here ’cause that channel runs along the posterior, the back of the neck. So dysfunction could be, like, your neck tension, you might be urinating often. You may have what they call a bladder infection or bladder issue because things are just trying to circulate and drain from the head and the bladder, if the bladder is congested, then things aren’t draining properly.
Amandha: Okay so summary, and then we’ll look at everything. The kidney dysfunction is presenting in the ears as an overall summary. Lung dysfunction will present in the nose and throat. Okay? So you have an ear issue, kidneys are the organ you have to focus on.
Amandha: You have lung dysfunction, or sorry, you have a nose or throat issue, you’re gonna, you’re gonna deal with the lung. Okay? You’re gonna treat the lung. spleen dysfunction, we’ll see you got a lot of mucus and you have a lot of fluid, you’re puffy. You’re gonna treat the spleen and you can’t do a raw food diet on spleen, guys.
Amandha: You can’t do even do a really much of a vegan diet when you have spleen deficiency. You gotta do warming foods. Oh, and we have a thunderstorm warning, so just to let you know that a storm has decided to come as I’m doing this, which was not told to me earlier. So hopefully we just keep power and if I disappear, I will load right away, okay?
Amandha: So let’s just see what happens. I just got it now. Well, okay, there’s different types of anger, if you will. If you are angry at the fucked up world, which it is, then it agitates your liver. So it goes both ways, right? And so liver dysfunction presents as tension and pressure related symptoms.
Amandha: Stomach dysfunction presents as inflammation in facial and throat. So face and throat, think stomach. Pressure related symptoms, tension, tightness, think liver and spleen, think if you have fluid retention or mucus accumulation. Okay, so let’s see and then the ear map. Okay, so let’s go to the map, the body map now, and I will show you some of these meridians that will kinda help you.
Amandha: These are the overt meridians. There are actually deeper not shown here in what I’m gonna show you. There are actually deeper ones that link all of the major ones that we just aren’t gonna get into here ’cause it’s too advanced, that stuff. But it’s really cool just to get, you know, a really great overview of understanding, right?
Amandha: It’s just gonna help you. And you can get acupuncture for any of these conditions. You can do acupressure for any of these conditions. You can do all kinds of ear seeds for the ear, which I’m gonna show you next about the connection to the ear. I hope everyone can see my screen. Can you see my screen now?
Amandha: It’s usually takes a second to load, so just let me know when you can see it. The little man or little Xu book. So this is Xu book. Xu. I don’t know how to say it properly. And right now I’m just going to show you the… Just, I’m just gonna wait till somebody says that they can see it, but this is the little man who has all his major acupuncture points available.
Amandha: Okay, you can see it. Good. So here we are. Here he is, and we’re looking right now at the lung meridian. So this is the lung meridian that goes along so it starts right at the top of the chest, goes up and down the arm, and down to the base of the… right at the tip of the thumb. Okay? So we would needle the lung one often to open the chest if there was chest congestion.
Amandha: And you can press any of these if you have congestion or issues of the lung here. Let’s go to stomach. So look at how many stomach points there are. I had to memorize all these in school, by the way and I got highest marks on all of my practical exams. That was where I really shine. I really shine in the moment and so if you could see here, you’ve got a lot of points along the whole face. See how it goes right under the eye here, it goes around to the top of the temple, to the side of the head. Goes down the throat, so it can affect the throat. So basically the stomach meridian goes through the face and down the chest, down right to the nipple.
Amandha: It’s actually a nipple point, which you never should pierce. That where… That’s a no-no point. No-no point. And then it goes down the leg. So goes down the leg to the second toe. And then the spleen meridian here, hopefully just comes through, it’ll come through in the replay, but the spleen meridian is…
Amandha: I won’t fiddle with it too much ’cause maybe it’s a lag or something but it’s really cool. This is an interactive acupuncture. Like, if you press on each point, it’ll tell you what it’s for and everything. But it goes from under the armpit, up the chest, and then down the inside of the leg. That’s the spleen, so it’s a…
Amandha: So anything that goes on the inside of the body or can be hidden is a yin meridian. Anything on the external or outside of the body is considered a yang meridian. Now I’ll show you the bladder. So the bladder, like I was saying, goes back up the back, so outside of the foot. This is a yang point or yang meridians.
Amandha: It goes to the top of the head here. So here. See, it goes right to the top of the head and then around to the front of the eyes. So this is a really great one if you get those frontal sinus problems, the top sinuses above the forehead or in the forehead. Those are great meridians to do acupressure on.
Amandha: So here’s the kidneys. See how the kidneys… So those internal channels you’re not seeing, that go right to the ears from the kidneys. But they do go up the front of the chest, and they service the lung as well. So you can tell where they go up, and there… That’s another yin channel ’cause it goes on the inside of there.
Amandha: Then we have the liver, and the liver looks tiny, but it’s not insignificant. And also, there’s internal channels here that are not discussed and the liver, obviously, goes from the toe, all… And is yin, and then goes to around the bodice to the lung area. But it will go up all the way to the face. What did I not show?
Amandha: We did lung. So just to review, we did lung, and this is large intestine. Large intestine and lung are very closely related. Can you see? And there are points that we really love doing that’s these points here, which is called LI 20 or large intestine 20, and it’s right in the nasolabial sulcus.
Amandha: We would often needle there because it would release a lot of pressure in the sinuses and the nose area. That’s a really potent point in acupuncture and no points on the rear side for the liver. Yeah, it goes around, Where’s liver again? So see, there’s the rear.
Amandha: So the only rear-ish is kind of behind the knee kind of, right? And it doesn’t go… Ooh, hello. Sir, excuse me, sir. I was Hello. Take it easy. Yeah, so there’s a lot of crossover here. Actually I’m on the bladder channel now ’cause I clicked on it. But there’s, on the side of the flank here, you get a lot of energy, and then everything connects internally.
Amandha: All right. So there’s our dude, our Xu man. Okay. Very attractive. But play around with that. You can learn a lot about traditional Chinese medicine this way, okay? Okay, where’s my presentation again? Let’s go. How we doing for time? Oh, my. Okay. Gotta kinda motor a little bit. So the other thing that’s really cool is about the ear.
Amandha: So this is this is a Chinese medicine understanding this is the map. So the entire map of the fetus is on your ear. It’s actually an app, it’s not a site for that. It’s called Tsu Book, so T-S-U Book, and you can get it on your phone or you can get it on your computer.
Amandha: You can just search for that and it’ll come up, and then you can download it for either a PC or, like, whatever computer you have and/or your phone and you can get the free one without… You just have to make a free account, but you don’t need to pay for it unless you want to. Okay. So yeah, an inverted fetus is your ear and we do ear seeds a lot with this, treating… But you can do pressure points here as well. So all of the head and neck, you can see, are right in the lower lobe. The internal organs are in the middle usually, and then the spine is all the around. So imagine when you’re piercing all here, what you’re doing is you’re affecting the health of your own spine.
Amandha: So I do not recommend a lot of piercings because it can affect these meridians.
Amandha: Okay, so here is just one general picture, which is not in fine detail. It’s just an overall one, so it’s not too busy, ’cause some of them are extremely, like, overwhelming. But you can see, like, a lot of… You can treat a lot of these areas you see from your ear itself, right? You can treat the stomach and the small intestine.
Amandha: Like, you can treat the whole body through the one organ, through the ear. And look at down where the eyes are on the lobe of the ear. You have eyes, you have tonsils, you have tongue, right? And a lot of piercings go in those areas, and you can actually affect your eyes through the piercing, through piercings.
Amandha: So just be really aware of what you’re doing. Nose and sinuses. Yeah, we’re getting to DMSO. Don’t worry, we’re getting it, but I wanna show you all the things. Okay? These are just the general conditions for all the different types of concerns That we’re covering, okay? Ear, nose, and throat concerns and the crossover patterns.
Core Support Protocols and Ear Blockage / Eustachian Tube Support
Amandha: Okay, so now we’re getting into protocols. We’re talking about sinus sinus drainage protocol, ear pressure release protocol, throat and lymph drainage protocol which includes remember I told you the tonsils are like a HEPA filter. We always use colloidal silver for throat or lymph because it helps the white blood cell system.
Amandha: Neck circulation clearing protocol, muscle work and movement and exercise. So these are just core protocols that you do in addition to the DMSO. So for kidneys, they are parsley leaf, organic corn silk, castor oil packs, pecana drainage remedies, which are spagyric drainage remedies that I sell, but used to sell more before the tariffs came in, and now we don’t really sell a lot of them.
Amandha: But if you’re in Canada or Europe or anywhere else, you can still get them, but we can’t ship some of this stuff to the US right now. And of course, urine therapy always when you’re doing kidney support or doing just any kind of overall support. Liver support, you’re gonna throw in coffee enemas, castor oil packs, digestive bitters dandelion, magnesium, topical Pekana drainage is called Apo Hepat N Lemon.
Amandha: Gallbladder, digestive enzymes, probiotics, apple juice that is fresh ox bile or bile salts if you’re not digesting fats, and enemas as well. Spleen, warming digestive herbs like ginger, cinnamon, spleen-supporting teas like astragalus and licorice, dampness reducing through your diet. Sweet sugars are a huge problem here, and very heavy foods are a problem here.
Amandha: Abdominal castor oil packs, probiotics, Pekana drainage remedy is Iteris and then the stomach are, of course, digestive bitters before you eat, ginger tea, chamomile, for example, small frequent meals, adequate chewing, magnesium which is your enzyme support, probiotics, demulcents like slippery elm marshmallow root.
Amandha: The Pekana product is called Apostum for that detoxing that organ, and diluted apple cider vinegar to help with stomach acid production. Psyllium husk for the large intestine, slippery elm marshmallow root, triphala, which is an Indian remedy, magnesium, topical and internal for motility, probiotics, enemas, of course, and there’s a variety of them castor oil packs, and of course, adequate hydration, abdominal massage, and the Pekana drainage remedy is called Apo-Enterit.
Amandha: Then the lung I have a lot of teas that actually have that in the bundle that you’ll see at the end. Mullein, thyme, elecampane, licorice root, pine needle, or spruce tea, nebulizing with saline colloidal silver you can nebulize with, or 15% DMSO up to about 20% DMSO can be nebulized for the lung just with pure water and then castor oil packs over the chest, breathing exercises, gentle movement for drainage and tapping, and those types of things. And then Apo-Plu-Pulm is the Pekana remedy for that. Okay, so let’s get into the ear. So if you have a blockage or stuck ear where you have extra wax buildup, fluid accumulation, any pressure problems, or inflammatory issue, maybe there was a foreign body stuck in there or any swelling of the tissue, those are the organs involved, kidney, liver, gallbladder and the DMSO products that you’re gonna start to use internally in the ear itself, you can use a 15% DMSO with structured colloidal silver, two drops inside the ear canal daily and then 50% DMSO magnesium is rubbed over the mastoid, jaw hinge, lateral neck, so all this upper area, upper cervical tissues.
Amandha: So you want a full range with DMSO because you wanna be able to get a lot of the area transdermally going into that region and you do that for five to seven days and then reassess.
Amandha: Additionally, if you want to do internal DMSO, it’s always going to work up to one teaspoon DMSO and five ounces of water or juice per day. So you can always, like I talk about in my book, for any condition, you can always do this internal DMSO protocol alongside any of your other DMSO uses, okay? So you can do that at any time. So I don’t mention it again and again, but you can always do that and I always suggest instead to start with the MSM sulfur protocol, working up to one teaspoon of MSM sulfur twice a day or 5,000 milligrams of MSM twice a day if you don’t want to necessarily do the DMSO internally because it kind of gets stinky, so you can work with its cousin MSM in these situations instead.
Amandha: So you could do MSM, these two DMSO blends, and you can assess after five to seven days and see if you need to advance anything, if you need to add other layered holistic remedies like I already mentioned. So this is what I just said. See the other things you can add.
Amandha: Pulsatilla is really helpful for ear pressure. I already mentioned a bit of mullein and ginger because they’re very warming herbs. You can do hydrotherapy as a warm compress at the base of the neck as well as massaging down the neck with a little bit of a cool pack afterward and then yawning, swallowing, tapping, jaw mobilization, lymphatic brushing down the neck are very helpful.
Amandha: I also created a garlic mullein ear oil with vitamin E that you can apply if you have a lot of wax buildup just to soften it and help it to come out. And so that you can do in conjunction with the ear drops, the DMSO ear drops. And maybe Marianne, if you can find a link for the 15% with colloidal silver, that’d be great if you throw that in or whoever’s still here.
Amandha: So obviously your outcome is you’re feeling less blocked, you’re popping less, you have less pressure there and the tension is going down in the neck. So if you have Eustachian tube dysfunction, there’s a pressure imbalance. There’s often swelling. You can get lymphatic involvement where you have like harder nodules and lymph stagnation, a lot of fluid retention, sinus congestion.
Amandha: The narrowing is the structure is like narrowed. So you’re not getting the same function from the structure and then you have kidneys, liver, gallbladder, and spleen involved of course, kidneys being always the first organ that you’re going to support. You can, yes, you can use a tuning fork for your ear.
Amandha: Absolutely. If you don’t convert sulfur well, then you take molybdenum alongside of it. So again, you’re gonna use your 15%. So all ear is gonna be kind of similar. You’re gonna do 15% DMSO with colloidal silver in the ear canal once daily. You can go up to twice a day if needed. 50% DMSO with magnesium over the whole upper neck, head area, face area.
Amandha: You can additionally do another dose later in the day on the entire abdomen just to help the liver and the kidneys and the adjacent organs as support. Again, I always recommend the MSM sulfur crystals because it helps rebuild a lot of tissue. It helps serve because sulfur itself helps rebuild tissues, and so you get a lot of repair this way.
Amandha: We can get pulsatilla as well, anything with pressure in the ear or changing symptoms which seems to come and go during the day or get, you know, better or worse during different times of day. You can do elderflower and ginger and thyme as a tea for upper drainage upper chest drainage, and contrast hydrotherapy for those areas as well.
Tinnitus, Earwax, Ear Pain, and Eardrum Precautions
Amandha: Stretching would be great, and about two or three weeks for that. Okay, tinnitus there can be multiple causes, but basically there’s an auditory nerve irritation. Microcirculation problem could be partly what it is, like I already mentioned about toxicity building in the blood. You could not be serving the nerve properly, so there’s not enough minerals to help repair things.
Amandha: Could be under constant pressure, so there’s a lot of pressure on the nerve. Could be from cervical problems or again, like I said, the toxins and so you always will start with the 15% DMSO with colloidal silver in the ears and so it’s a very low dose DMSO. You don’t really wanna do more than that inside the ears.
Amandha: If you do have anywhere between a 20 and 40%, say you have my eye drops between 20 and 40%, then you can actually use them, but you can rub them all around the ear canal. You can even clean the ear and put it inside the outer meatus of the ear, but not putting it right down the canal. So you can actually put it all around the ear, behind the ear because it’s transdermal, so it will support and go in that way and then of course, I always recommend 50% DMSO with magnesium, and this is because it’s going to support the liver with the magnesium. It’s gonna get deep penetration delivery, and you’re gonna get enough DMSO to get a lot of repair, inflammatory control going, and if you have any pain, it will take care of that as well.
Amandha: So, cannot see pronouns. How is he? Okay. Frozen. Hopefully the storm outside is not causing anything, any issues right now. Okay, so holistically we’re gonna do ginkgo for tinnitus because it helps blood flow get to the head. Again, MSM sulfur, lycopodium is very helpful for a lot of these conditions homeopathic.
Amandha: Also Calc Carb or Kali muriaticum. You wanna look up the homeopathic to match your symptoms, okay? Magnesium support, head and neck therapy, jaw release therapy, stress reduction. So you’re now looking for what is the main causation of why this is happening, and you’re going to address, you know, your sleep, your stress levels, all of those things while you’re encouraging the body to recover from it and heal and while you are preventing it from worsening.
Amandha: So you should start to see a lower intensity of the frequency of the ringing. Please don’t drink alcohol, guys, honestly. I know it’s embedded in our culture, but that alone, drinking alcohol, that alone can cause tinnitus, okay? It agitates the liver, it agitates the kidneys. It is a class one carcinogen.
Amandha: It is a poison, okay? So again, concentration for inside ears, do not go above 15% DMSO. It is too intense for the delicate structures of the ears. But remember that DMSO’s transdermal, and you can put higher, about 50%, up to 50% dosages all around the ear, around the back of the ear in the mastoid process.
Amandha: So you often treat the ear from the base of the ear, which is the mastoid, okay? Behind the ear area, cause that will help activate through transdermal absorption. Okay, so cerumen impaction can be tricky. Sometimes you do need to go to someone to get a water vacuum kinda to get it out. So it depends on how badly it’s impacted, ’cause it can very much affect your hearing if it’s really pushed in.
Amandha: So you definitely don’t wanna go poking around in there and the spleen and kidney are involved. So again, you’re gonna loosen things off. I would suggest first starting with warming garlic Mullein ear oil, okay? I make one or you can make one, or you can just warmed olive oil. Just start to add the oils into there to see if you can loosen off some of the cerumen.
Amandha: Definitely start, then next you put the 50% DMSO magnesium all over the head and neck area, okay? And I would also do lymphatic tapping, making sure you’re hydrated as well. And then you can… after you’ve oiled it, if things are moving a little bit, you can start to use the 15% DMSO level in the ear.
Amandha: With colloidal silver is always best. So these are the support protocols here. Mercurius solubilis, Pulsatilla or Calc Carb homeopathically are just top remedies, but you wanna look up the right one for your condition. Sometimes ear candling helps, some people really like it and swear by it and whatever, but a lot of it isn’t really getting a lot…
Amandha: Like, if you’re really stuck there, you can use that pressure to unblock it. So you can unblock a plug using ear candling. It won’t always pull it up, but it can loosen a plug, so there is a use for it. It is useful, but you have to be very careful cause you can really burn yourself doing it.
Amandha: You can’t do it by yourself, so you have to have a practitioner, somebody who can do it for you, right? And that does it safely. So, you can absolutely dislodge, like, especially if you’ve got a full block and it’s really stuck, So what it’s doing when you’re lighting it is actually creating pressure, and so you’re hoping to get like a suction moment to, like, kinda pull it out.
Amandha: You’ll get more effect with an ear candle if you actually add some oils first, so trying to lubricate and soften and warm everything up first. So even if you add, like, a heat pack at the mastoid process behind the ear for a while, like, get it really hot and warmed up and then do it, you’ll get more success because the pressure won’t have to overcome so much resistance cause we have little hairs in there, and sometimes the wax is just stuck on the hairs, right and so you’re trying to actually liquefy it a little bit before you can now apply pressure to that. Okay, so these are extra holistic support remedies like rosemary, thyme, echinacea, and so forth.
Amandha: Of course always hydration, warm cloth over the outer ear and try to avoid sticking anything in there. And again, hormones can be a lot of the issues going on here, especially if you’re noticing a lot of itching. Okay, so pain odalgia, which is essentially jaw pain. You could have dental issues, throat, some sort of pain that’s referring.
Amandha: It’s a referred pain pattern that’s coming from somewhere else or localized pain as well is usually from inflammation. If you have a perforation at all, you don’t put anything in your ear. You don’t put any oils, you don’t put any DMSO, all treatments are outside.
Amandha: If you know you have a perforated eardrum or a leaky eardrum, stuff that’s like a lot of, like either blood or other fluids are leaking out of your ear, you do not put anything in the ear. You make sure that it heals over before you do that, and then you work on 50% DMSO. Again, all the mastoid process and behind.
Amandha: You can also add castor oil, rub castor oil into the whole region to help you know, detox the tissue, and then you’re doing a lot of internal protocols. You can do internal MSM, internal DMSO like one teaspoon amount for an adult, and then for a child, usually you just do a few drops into food kind of thing.
Amandha: You have to keep it kind of lower for a child and encourage tissue growth. So vitamin C and silica and bone broths zinc, right? Tissue salts. You’re doing those types of things to encourage the body to grow back new tissue and supporting everything from behind and around the ear and not putting anything in the ear if you have a perforated drum and for that I suggest parents or people who don’t want to go to doctors just buy a scope.
Amandha: You know, they’re not that too expensive. You can get one so you can actually visualize the ear. It’s not that difficult. You probably find a YouTube video on how to visualize the inside of the ear to confirm whether you have an intact tympanic membrane or not.
Amandha: You know, that’s something that I will be teaching in the 12 steps, how to do those basic things at home and what equipment that you need to do it. But or just go to a walk-in clinic and have them look in for you. Just say, “Hey, can you please look and make sure? I just want to make sure that the membrane is intact,” and then they will assess it for you and let you know if you’re unsure.
Amandha: So for this situation we go a little higher, 20% DMSO with vitamin C or 20% without vitamin C is fine. Massaged all around the ear area, and then again, you’re going to alternate or additionally use 50% DMSO with magnesium over the whole jaw, mastoid, lateral neck, all the way down the neck, especially if you have any muscular tension involved because when there’s pain, and as I taught you in my DMSO for Pain webinar masterclass, that you wanna start with one application of DMSO, wait 10 to 15 minutes, assess your pain scale. If it’s only come down a few points, you’re gonna do another application, you’re gonna assess your pain scale, et cetera, until you have the pain relief that you want.
Amandha: Okay, so yes, ozone is also great for ears. You can do ozone insufflation which is basically like a little otoscope that you put in the ears, and it will send oxygen into the ears, but you have to be very careful that you use the right setting so that you do not blow too hard of ozone into the ear area.
Amandha: Because if you’re already sensitive, it can intensify things like tinnitus, so you have to make sure you’re on the right setting. But yes, you can also use ozone therapy for any ear condition, any head and neck condition, any ENT condition using correctly with the scope in the ears themselves.
Amandha: So then extra support are the various homeopathics like Belladonna, Hepar Sulph, Mercurius solubilis, Aconitum napellus, St.
Amandha: John’s Wort as far as botanicals go. St. John’s Wort supports the nerves and the nervous system nerve repair. Calendula, chamomile those general botanicals are sort of a top set. Warm compresses. Gotta assess that jaw, make sure it’s in alignment. Try to avoid clenching and grinding and you’ll have to assess your dental health in those situations.
Sinus Congestion, Sinus Pressure, Postnasal Drip, and Mucus
Amandha: If you’ve got a lot of referral pain from the teeth, that would have to be dealt with. So nose conditions is chronic sinus congestion. So you have a chronic mucosal inflammation. You have thickened mucus. You have impaired sinus drainage. You have environmental irritants. You have nasal polyps. You have lymphatic stagnation.
Amandha: Okay? You have maybe dietary issues. So you know you’re gonna have lungs, spleen, stomach, large intestine involved So you’re gonna go with a so the great news is the eye drops that I’ve created can be used for sinuses. And it can be used for ears as well, but I like to go the 15% now that we’ve created it instead of the 20.
Amandha: But 20% DMSO with vitamin C or without, you can actually inhale it or snort it. So what you do is you can put it in, oops, put it in this anatomical snuff box. So if you, like, lift your thumb up, okay, here, I’ll just… one sec. See my hand here? So you can if you open your thumb, you have what right here, this…
Amandha: It’s called the anatominal, anatomical, I’m trying to show you, but it’s hard. Like, I’m having a hard time. Snuff box. So if I do this, I can see it myself. Here we go. Right here, okay, mine’s really good. So an anatomical snuff box right here. Just open your thumb, and you have this little snuff box, and you just put a few drops of the DMSO in there, and then you just like that, and do it again on the other side and you can sniff that all the way into your sinuses and all the way up here. You can use a neti pot, but if you’re on a gotta get going, you can just sniff it, and it can really relieve the sinuses here okay? Don’t go higher than the 20% ’cause it’ll burn, but it’s very relieving into the sinus area here for about 20% with or without vitamin C.
Amandha: Anatomical snuff box, that’s right. Okay so you can snort any level. You can do the 15% you can snort. You can do the 20% you can snort. So you can do any of those admixtures DMSO, or you can put it in a neti pot, about 5 to 10% in a neti pot with colloidal silver and in saline solution and neti pots are a little more involved, of course, but you can totally, you know, run them and get them all through the sinus and then run them forward.
Amandha: Make sure you’re leaning forward so you don’t choke on it. Done that a few times and then of course, whole body 50% DMSO magnesium. It’s always gonna support the entire terrain when you do that. You can put it anywhere on the body. So 50% is safe for anywhere above the neck always, right?
Amandha: You can go higher, like we can go advanced with, you could do 50% in the eyes and stuff, but it’s just too intense, and I don’t find it’s always necessary. I think it’s too much. Chew honeycomb wax for sinus issues. That can help. I found homeopathic kali bichromium to be one of the best for sinus issues as a homeopathic though.
Amandha: And yes, you can apply around the eye issue as well. Sleep apnea is quite a common problem. It’s usually an issue of structure. Can be a weight problem because it’s pushing down on the glottis pushing down the back of the tongue. So it can be, like, a lot of head and neck posture has to be dealt with.
Amandha: If there’s a weight issue, that has to be addressed and at that point, you wanna do mouth tape, right? You wanna be trying to force your body to retrain to breathe through the nose if possible and it also can be because of the breathing airway issue, then it’s an oxygen problem.
Amandha: So you can also treat with ozone in the daytime as well, and so that you’re closer to bedtime you kind of ozone load, so then at least you’re not disturbed a lot of times in the night because you have a lot of oxygen in your tissues. Okay, so that’s what you’re gonna do there, and then this is the holistic support, so Kali bichromicum, like I was saying and then there’s elderflower, peppermint, thyme and nettle,, nettles are really gonna support detox of the bloodstream, so nettles are really great and right now, all my spring nettles are coming up. Very helpful for any type of allergy situation at all.
Amandha: So if your congestion’s related to allergies, nettles are gonna be your BFF.
Amandha: I don’t recommend CPAPs, but if you’re at that stage where you think you need it, you know, to get sleep and to get oxygen, then yeah. But your body starts to rely on it, because we’re really not meant to breathe oxygen like that. We make structured silver, and I think we call it mineral enhanced cosmetic solution instead of structured colloidal silver,
Amandha: MSM sulfur is called Happy Body. They’re the Happy Body ones on the website. Should be able to find it there. Should be able to find it. Oh, thanks, Angelica. Put it in there. Silver infused cosmetic solution, that’s what our structured colloidal silver is called and can you find the MSM sulfur, the Happy Body, Angelica? Can you find the link for that, please? On either DMSO Store or YumNaturals, whatever, wherever it is and again, if you’re gonna use nebulizer for any of this stuff, you’re gonna keep the DMSO levels 20% or lower, but you can go up to 50%, but you don’t start there. You would work up to 50%. And I suggest, I really like the either the 15% DMSO with colloidal silver for a nebulizer or the higher level, which is the 30%. So we make that as well. So we have a 30% DMSO with structured colloidal silver that you can put into the nebulizer as is.
Amandha: Like, you don’t have to change anything. And even just nebulizing colloidal silver is very helpful. So in between using that, you could just, a few times a day or say you’re just walking by your nebulizer, you can just inhale a few puffs of colloidal silver, and it will really lift a lot of the congestion in your sinuses, in your chest.
Amandha: Like it’s very overall moisture rich, right? So it’s gonna moisturize those areas as well as help the white blood cell system. So this pressure is coming from the lung and the stomach and the gallbladder. So 20% is good to use or 30% with structured colloidal silver for this which you’re going to put in a neti pot or you’re going to sniff, right?
Amandha: For sniffing I’d probably do the 20%. And the 30% with structured colloidal silver you can put over and around the face. And then the 50% with magnesium DMSO will go over the whole neck and temples. See how you’re doing kind of a layered protocol so you’re getting different percentages in different areas so that you’re basically making a synergy here of action and you’re gonna take care of multiple issues at once.
Amandha: You’re gonna take care of inflammation. You’re gonna help heal tissues. You’re gonna get delivery of blood and lymph going. You’re gonna deal with pain. You’re gonna help unblock things so you’re getting things in motion again. So you’re going to have that multilayered approach that I’ve found over the years is the best outcome for DMSO use rather than just, like, one application and wait kinda thing.
Amandha: So when you do this multilayered approach, you really get action, and it’s not also too overwhelming on the system because it’s got… The DMSO is already coming with supports. Like, you’re already blending it with saline, or you’re already blending it with vitamin C, or you’re already giving carriers like colloidal silver or magnesium with it, so it’s already supporting those areas.
Amandha: So DMSO magnesium is not drying at all to the skin. It’s actually kind of a little bit like an oily kinda feeling. It’s not drying at all in the applications that we’ve made it. I found the MSM eye drops that we made, I’ve been using that a lot which again, you can use also for sinuses or ears.
Amandha: It’s just MSM diluted and I found that when I put it in my eyes, sometimes I feel like they’re dry, but they’re not. Like, not my eyes themselves, cause I’ll spill, right? And around my eyes I always think they’re dry, but then I touch them and they’re not, so I don’t know. I don’t know what…
Amandha: Maybe I’m just feeling the MSM crystallizing on my skin and maybe making it feel kind of tighter or something. I haven’t been able to figure that out yet. But anyway, all I do is I take a little bit of my, any of my oils that I make, and I just, like, rub it around my eyes and it’s gone. So nothing else will dry anything out so this is for the sinus pressure, this is the holistic support.
Amandha: So peppermint, ginger, elderflower, these things get everything moving, kind of creating almost like false fever, cause fever is good. Fever moves, fever mobilizes, right? So you get a hot towel over your face, you get a cool rinse, you get a lot of rest and hydration, you can do some pressure point work.
Amandha: Maybe you need to get some chiropractic care for this situation. You have to assess that, right? And then you should start to, over time, as your assessment goes, you will get less pressure, right? You should see a sustained reduction, reduced headaches, reduced intensity, less pain, drainage is better.
Amandha: That’s how you know when you’re getting there. What if you never get a fever? Well, we had that… That was one of the red flags we looked for in naturopathic college, you know. If someone said they never get sick or I don’t ever get sick and I never get a fever, that was a red flag to screen for cancer because it means or you’re pure as heck, like you’re so pure that you never get any toxins in your body.
Amandha: Like you’re constantly detoxing, your nutrition is top game, your gut is amazing. Like the only time you wouldn’t get sick is if you’re so good on your game, right? But otherwise, unless, like if you don’t and you don’t ever have fever, it usually means there’s a lot of build up in the body, and for some reason your cleansing system is not working oh, Happy Body’s not available on both stores? Oh, how come? Can we find out why? Let’s find out why. We might be out of stock. I remember we did run out of stock. So we’ll find out and report back onto why we’re out of MSM sulfur.
Amandha: Yeah, we’re out of sulfur. It looks like we’re out. I remember that my staff said that they ran out. Like they were out of stock, so, I’ll find out. I’ll find out what’s going on. Can you give DMSO for a person who’s yin deficient? Yes, you can, but I always suggest if anyone is in a deficiency state, that even before you use DMSO, that you’re increasing their magnesium levels because increase their hydration and magnesium levels before you start to detox them, right?
Amandha: Like why drop them in without prepping the body first, right? So, and try to, if you’re on any medication or you’re on any other things that you’re doing, you’re gonna use these protocols as far away from those dosages as possible while you work off of those. Because remember, DMSO potentizes the drugs.
Amandha: You have to really understand the drug that you’re taking and what an, what a higher dose looks like. Like, what does it look like when you’ve overmedicated? Or when you’re overmedicated, what do the symptoms look like? Because you have to know that, because if you start using DMSO and you start noticing symptoms of being overmedicated, then you have to adjust that medication, right?
Amandha: So know, always know that. That’s in my introductory DMSO webinar, so please, if you have not watched those, please do it, because that’s where I teach you these things, like when to use it for drugs, when not to use it for drugs. That’s why the, I always encourage you to watch those videos before you do these webinars, ’cause I don’t have time to go through all that material here.
Amandha: Okay, so 50% with magnesium. Again, so postnasal drip is basically a condition where you have chronic sinus irritation and it’s, and oftentimes there’s food sensitivities involved. The drainage is not working optimally. You’ve got cilia problems and mucus problems in, the, so you’ve got a deficiency often of the proper mucosa, so the barrier is not holding things properly, so the body’s just constantly leaking.
Amandha: And so you’re trying to use the DMSO to help rebuild the tissues. So it’s 20% DMSO with vitamin C or without vitamin C. You’re gonna snort that, and you’re also can be drinking a little bit so you get some in the upper throat area. And 15% DMSO with structured colloidal silver as well. You can snort that.
Amandha: You can also put it around the outer sinuses on the face. And then DMSO with magnesium topically over the chest, neck, upper thoracic area. I would also treat the kidneys and the liver with that and remember, when you have a choking cough, it means that you’re getting mucus draining down the back of your throat, and that is because your sinuses are not structured properly, so you have to actually repair the sinus tissues.
Amandha: That’s what I just gave you is that protocol. If you’re taking ivermectin, please read my article on the dangers of ivermectin. I do not recommend any drug at all. I do not recommend ivermectin. That’s a fad. It’s a fad just like how we have now new trends with like GLP-1s and different peptides.
Amandha: That’s like the latest trend. You do not need ivermectin, which damages fertility. You do not need those things, okay? They do not help you. I’ve had so many people damage themselves with this poison. It is poison. It is a pharmaceutical poison. Just stop it right away. If you’re taking it, it will damage your microbial terrain.
Amandha: It kills stuff. We don’t wanna take things like that, that will throw us out of balance and damage our organs, which it will and I’ve done extensive research and presented all that research to you, for you. Okay? You don’t have to clear your body of parasites or liver flukes either. You don’t have to do that.
Amandha: All you need to do is go after the toxins, ’cause if you have legit parasites and liver flukes, you can thank them ’cause they’re helping you stay alive ’cause they’re eating that waste on your behalf. Okay. So that’s the Kali bichromicum. Again, anything… So if you have problems with your sinuses, you can…
Amandha: Pulsatilla might be the one. So you have to kind of look at what it is that’s the best remedy, best homeopathic remedy for your presentation. It’s very easy to look up online. Just say, “Homeopathic for this,” and then, you know, for sinuses bland mucus, for sinus pressure, for you know, ear pressure.
Amandha: Like, you’re gonna type that in. You’re gonna get a list of homeopathics. You’re gonna read them all, and you’re gonna choose one that’s closest to your condition, and you’re gonna use that. You’re gonna take five pellets three times a day for the first three days, and then you’re gonna take five pellets once a day for three days after that, and then you’re gonna take five pellets every other day or as needed for your condition.
Amandha: You’re gonna stop after that point. Yeah, it’s suppressive. Ivermectin and mebendazole, whatever, are suppressive to cancer, not dealing with root cause at all, just like chemo. So anyone can say, “My husband used ivermectin, and now his cancer’s in remission,” just like saying, “Yeah I went to chemo. I got it cut it out, and now I’m in remission.”
Amandha: It’s the same thing. It’s the same story. It’s suppression. It’s telling the body’s mechanism no. And so where’s that toxins… where do the toxins go? Where does all that stuff go? It goes somewhere else. And so he’ll just suffer somewhere else, or it’ll come back later in the future. So… And again, you can use whatever you want.
Amandha: It’s your life, okay? Your life, your freedom, your choices. But it’s best that you understand the risks and you understand The physiological conditions of what you’re doing and why. If you wanna suppress things, go right ahead. I’m not stopping you. If you only have 10 years to live anyway, suppress away.
Amandha: Suppress away. You won’t have as much energy, maybe you will have a prostate issue later, maybe you might lose a few IQ points, you know, maybe you might have terrible nightmares, whatever. Maybe you won’t be able to eat certain foods anymore, maybe you’ll lose a few teeth, whatever. You’ll never make the connections ’cause the people in the halls of medicine don’t teach you these connections.
Amandha: They don’t show you that this is what’s happening, right? But if you wanna suppress, you go for it. If you wanna do chemo, you go for it. You do you. You do what makes sense for you in the situation, in the moment. That’s not my decision to make. But I’m here as an educator, and I’m gonna tell you this is what you’re doing, that if you’re suppressing or not, I will tell you that’s what you’re doing, and then you can choose whether you do wanna suppress or not.
Amandha: Okay, so Pulsatilla, Marshmallow root is really helpful in this situation. Marshmallow root, you wanna do cold infusions. You don’t wanna do heat, okay? You wanna soak overnight so that you get all the medicine out properly, so actually more than overnight. It’s even best if you soak it for 24 hours for Marshmallow root and of course steam inhalation is one of your best things. You have issues with your sinuses, you have issues with your lungs, you have issues with pressure in your head and neck. You wanna moisten a lot of things, so doing a steam inhalation, you know, where you boil water, put it in a stainless steel bowl.
Amandha: Put your, you know, a towel over your head, put your face close to it, close your eyes, and then breathe, and get all the snot moving out and everything. Can be very healing. You can put a little salt in that water. You can put a few drops of lavender essential oil in that water, you know, and to help to just cleanse and drain out some of those areas.
Amandha: Okay and then carrot, carrot poultices. Sorry, I’m laughing at some of the comments. I got it all there on the Yummy. Doctor. You can go look up cancer. I have cancer protocols. I’ve been treating cancer for 20 years naturally, successfully. Not always. You’re not always gonna… If you get the discards, I get a lot of discards. Not, you’re not 100% gonna get maybe everybody.
Amandha: Maybe you’ll lose one or two in 20 years, right? But yeah, when you understand what the body’s doing, then, and you approach it with the wisdom, you get your activity, you get your resolve, and you don’t have to suppress it. Okay, so, carrot poultice is a marvelous poultice for anything thyroid, anything neck, anything gland,
Amandha: I wish I knew when I had chronic strep about just take a carrot, shave it into a damp tea towel, wrap it around my neck, pin it on the neck, and leave it there. You could also put a little bit of heat. You know like a moist heat, little bit over there just to get things moistened up, and it drains a lot of stuff out, and it brings a lot of clearing of congestion to the throat.
Amandha: So it’s very sensitive way of doing it. Basil soaked carcinoma on the nose, I’ve helped many people heal with that. The one of the best remedies so far I’ve seen for that is ozonated olive oil or ozonated coconut oil, one of the best for topical cancers, and an internal holistic protocol including coffee enemas and urine therapy.
Amandha: Okay, mucus hypersecretion, so this is when things are really flooding. You got a lot of toxicity, you got a lot of triggers, okay? Usually a lot of dietary problems or the lymph is stuck, You don’t have good fluid regulation or you might have spleen issues where you have a improper fluid regulation, so you’re spilling out, okay and 20% plain or with vitamin C can be snorted, can be drunk internally, can be taken internally, can be used topically.
Amandha: A 15% structured colloidal silver, or you can go up to 30 with the structured colloidal silver. Again, sniffing, snorting, or putting it in a neti pot. 50% DMSO magnesium, again, full body if you can.
Amandha: Ideally, chestnut, upper back, do the organ systems, and about two to four weeks is what you’re looking at for your healing time. Again, if you can do the MSM sulfur crystals, if you can look at the right homeopathic. So if the… If it’s dense mucus and adhesive, you’re looking at Kali bichromium. If it’s really runny, it could be Allium.
Amandha: There could be lots of different approaches there. Nettle, thyme, mullein, and ginger. I have a lot of tea blends on my website, on the Yummy. Doctor, or on YumNaturals. Store website.
Amandha: I’ve designed so many different tea blends with my botanical knowledge and training, ’cause there’s specific ways to put herbal remedies together so you have a layered synergy where they all work together.
Nasal Obstruction, Dryness, Seasonal Rhinitis, and Allergy Discussion
Amandha: You can do rebounding, you can do walking and obviously have to do an elimination diet to see, like, what are my triggers? What’s going on here? So that you can balance out the mucus. So Three to six weeks you’ll should be seeing improvements. So nasal obstruction, these are the things where you saw a few questions about deviated septums, polyps, turbinate hypertrophy mucosal swelling, where you got a lot of swelling, you got a lot of excess, you got a lot of the septum’s pushed over.
Amandha: You got sinus inflammation as a secondary to this. There’s maybe environmental irritants involved, a lot of thick mucus. Adenoids could be enlarged in this. Remember, I did a video, look up a video. If you have a child who has enlarged adenoids, it’s a rite of passage. It’s normal. The adenoids will swell before they shrink back to their adult size, and a lot of doctors prey on children and parents who don’t understand basic developmental physiology, and that children will go through anywhere between age five and eight, depending, right?
Amandha: My daughter went through it when she was seven, where the adenoids and sometimes the tonsils will… Those tissues actually get bigger before they go into their smaller form, and everyone freaks the hell out, and the doctors that are ready to cut tell you that you have to take them out, and you do not.
Amandha: You can use Kali bichromium. You… I make a natural vapor rub that’s very soothing that you rub on their chest and back that will help them sleep. You prop up their pillows. You keep them hydrated, okay? There are… And that’s how I got through it with my daughter so that she has all her glands intact. You do not need to cut anything out ever, okay?
Amandha: You just need to understand why it’s doing it and then help them through it making sure they get enough minerals. I was giving her tissue salts to support the adenoids, support the sinuses so she would breathe better, okay? So lung, spleen, large intestine, okay, are involved here. So again, nasal obstruction, and here’s what people do not understand about polyps and the septum deviation.
Amandha: Look at the organs involved. This is why I’m teaching this. This is why I gave you the layups so before I even got into DMSO. This is why it’s important. Lung, spleen, large intestine. Why? Look, you could have a large intestine problem, meaning you’re not digesting foods properly. You’ve got food sensitivities.
Amandha: You’re fermenting improperly. You’re fermenting your food instead of digesting your food in your gut. That can cause nasal polyps. How many people have I seen with gut issues, gut imbalances, or food sensitivities, or lactate intolerant kind of people, and they have nasal polyps because it’s related, you see?
Amandha: People then go, “Oh, I’ll cut it out. Something wrong with my nose.” No, it’s your gut. It’s your gut. All this is your gut, okay? So that’s where you begin. What am I eating? What should I stop eating? Where are my food sensitivities? They will go away on their own when you understand the root cause and you solve that.
Amandha: Now, can you treat the excess tissue? Of course. You’re gonna use 20% DMSO. You’re gonna snort it. You can use up to 50%, but that’s really strong. I usually say don’t go more than 30% DMSO in a neti pot, okay, ’cause that’s enough. You will still be happy after you do that, okay? And in a neti pot, okay, you’re gonna do that multiple times a day, and you’re gonna use your topical DMSO with magnesium combination on unbroken skin on the rest of your body twice a day, 7 to 10 sprays, because you’re going to get systemic DMSO support, which is going to help the structure of the inflamed, chronically inflamed tissues.
Amandha: And when you have chronically inflamed tissues in the gut doesn’t stop at the gut. You’re gonna have chronically inflamed tissues through the entire hole from your mouth to your anus ’cause it is one big long tube. So things like, you know, you have issues around your mouth, you know, you have issues around your mouth, on your mouth, oftentimes that’s to do with your gut.
Amandha: If the issue’s in the nose, on the nose, in the sinus, it’s got to do with your gut. That’s why I showed you the meridians, so you can see that there’s a connection, okay and of course, general practitioners don’t know anything about it. Your foot’s your foot. Your foot, I thought we learned when we were kids how the knee bone connected to the ankle bone.
Amandha: I thought we all sang that song. Didn’t doctors sing that song, too? Yeah. So anyway, you’re gonna you’re going to look at the one to three week. I mean, you can literally solve this in a week. I’m not kidding. You… Once you figure out, oh, my God, every time I drink milk, I get congested. I cause a chronic inflammatory problem.
Amandha: Every time I eat white sugar, oh, my gosh, I know my whole body goes into inflammation. Oh, my God, every time I drink alcohol, oh, my God, this is what happens to my body. Hello, Bueller. Right? So you have to love yourself enough to go, “I’m not gonna do that anymore. I’m not gonna eat the white sugar. I’m not gonna put the poison in my body anymore because I don’t just wanna go to the doctor and get them to cut out my nasal polyps”, which by the way, I know people who have done that, and it permanently creates scar tissue inside the sinus area, and they’ve had permanent damage for their entire lives.
Amandha: Is it worth it? Or how about don’t eat sugar? You know what I mean? Like, seriously, like do you know how many times doctors make total incredible errors and cut out tissue, even biopsies, where they’re causing more harm than good, right? So just say no to them cutting you. Right and understand that the out-pouching and in-pouching of tissue is reactive to something else happening along your tube, and start with the gut.
Amandha: Okay, so here’s the same things again, or similar things, cause we’re talking about nasal sinus areas. Okay? So you should start to see from these treatments that you have better flow in airflow, you’re gonna breathe less through your mouth, and you’re gonna reduce snoring.
Amandha: Now, sometimes you need to do palate expanding exercises, because we’re not breastfed anymore
Amandha: Like breastfeeding is essential for so many reasons, and one of the main reasons is it opens up the top palate so you can breathe properly for the rest of your life. It’s actually formative to your face, and it actually creates a face that is considered visibly beautiful. There’s actually a book about it, I think called The Beauty Quota, and it talks about how if you actually expand your upper palate and bring your jaw forward properly, it not only helps you breathe, but you look prettier, right?
Amandha: So, you know. Okay, so nasal mucosa dryness, again, lung and kidney involved. So basically you’re not they’re not… You’re not creating enough mucus, you’re dehydrated, there’s a lot of dry air, there’s a lot of atrophy. So this is a deficiency situation, okay? People using a lot of different inhalants.
Amandha: I would suggest the MSM solution with vitamin C for snorting for that as well as a 50% magnesium topically, just for the overall body support. And then humid, add things that are humid. Aloe. You could even do a neti pot with aloe, okay? Just no preservatives in your aloe. You wanna do the steam inhalation to get things moistened and humid.
Amandha: You wanna drink things like coconut oil, make sure you have electrolytes in your body if you’re that dried out. You wanna deal with the inflammation with your DMSO, that’s what’s gonna help. But you’re thinking about how am I going to add moisture to the system through electrolytes and hydration and adequate fats as well.
Amandha: And you should notice that start to clear up. And you can use also things like calendula as well Bee propolis is very nice also, yes. So the seasonal rhinitis, so those are the seasonal allergies, right? Where you’re getting your exposures and you’re getting triggers. So again, histamine is created to remove waste and toxins, so if you inhale pollen and the body’s like, “No, we’ve had this in the bloodstream before.
Amandha: We don’t want it. We have to shuttle it away,” it’ll increase the histamine load to get it out of your body. Your body’s not metabolizing it in other ways. That’s what it’s using. So you’re gonna use 20% DMSO with magnesium. You’re gonna use for snorting, you’re gonna use 15% with colloidal silver, which you can also do in a neti pot or snort, and you’re gonna do the 50% DMSO magnesium over the entire torso, upper chest, back area.
Amandha: Again, nettles are your best friend here, Eyebright, Elderflower, Allium cepa if you have the drippy, loose, watery eyes. And one of the… Some of the best things for these sorts of states are buffered vitamin C, quercetin so apple a day, right? Turmeric or do golden milk at night, contrast hydrotherapy and find out if you have other triggers ’cause oftentimes there’s a crossover triggering problem.
Amandha: You could have an environmental problem, and at, in my last set, series of webinars I did on how to clean your house, how to keep things clean, how to know what’s going, how to scan your house for toxins, and so you can watch those previous teachings on how to do a home cleanup. Open up the windows, get fresh air.
Amandha: We just, we lock ourselves away, you know? And sometimes it’s becoming too sterile that causes this problem, and you may wanna just take a probiotic and see if you can get things back to functionality. Change your filters. How much dust is in the house? You wanna reduce dander. You wanna reduce things that are causing any crossover triggers.
Amandha: Through the flare-up season, then you’re doing coffee enemas. I mean, if you probably wanna do one or in the get up in the morning, do a coffee enema, go about your day so that you can function rather than suppressing everything. And then, and drink your nettle. But just bring a humongous…
Amandha: Do your nettle soaking overnight, so like if you have to go to work, just bring a huge, massive mason jar of infused nettles and drink it throughout the day to get through it while you’re healing the gut and while you’re cleansing the blood as you go, so that you should… And by the way, urine therapy is one of the best things to do for any type of allergy at all, any type of bite, sting, allergy, allergic reaction.
Amandha: It can literally save your life, okay? You have the antidote for anything you’re reacting to in your own urine within 20 seconds of exposure. So you can actually heal all your allergies just with urine therapy, just by drinking your own urine, okay? It’s not waste, it’s medicine. And you can even add a few drops of DMSO to your urine to help for help absorption and utilization and delivery of those incredible feedback information and metabolites and minerals and hormones that are in your own urine, and for the antidote as well. Yes, any allergy. But just so you know, like it can save your life, and you should know that, okay? Like, how many TV shows have we seen where like some dude has gangrene and he’s dying on like a ship in the ocean or something like that, and I just wanna scream at them like, “Get his pee!
Amandha: Pee on it.” It could save his arm, it could save his life, but instead they die, you know? Like, how many times do we have these scenarios where we’re like, “What do I do?” Or they’re in the desert and they’re dying and they’re thirsty. I’m like, “Drink your pee!” Or they get stung by something and they have an anaphylactic reaction.
Amandha: I’m like, pee immediately.” I mean, you could save someone’s life from an anaphylactic reaction, for goodness sake. That’s massive. That is massive. That is life-saving. You get bit by a snake, you could have the antidote in your pee and you can live. Come on. You know what I mean? So this is important information and you can use any of these protocols.
Tonsils, Throat Irritation, Hoarseness, Dryness, and Voice Support
Amandha: Urine therapy is one of those general use. You can use it for any situation, okay? Okay, throat issues. We’re getting there. We’re getting there. I’m very late, but we’re getting there. So tonsils, tonsil inflammation, lymphatic congestion, gut dysbiosis is all tied in here. Food sensitivities as well can be tonsillitis.
Amandha: Mucus accumulation, problematic causation for tonsillitis being inflamed if you have a blockage basically. Oral and sinus drainage is too heavy. It’s too much load, okay? And then again, I’ve mentioned already that IBS is connected to tonsils being removed because the problem is in the whole system.
Amandha: It’s not just in the one area. That’s why the dum-dums who like, “Let’s just cut them out,” don’t understand what’s happening. They don’t understand. Vaccines damage the brain. Vaccines damage the gut. Vaccines damage the glands. Vaccines damage the liver. Vaccines damage all these systems, and they’re all reactive to it and of course, they’re blind to those connections. You would put it in their face, and they would just look away. Like, they can’t handle information. They can’t… When you face them with the truth, they just can’t do it. They’ll just say it’s anything else but that, even though it’s the most obvious thing ever.
Amandha: It’s not even takes a lot of brain cells to figure out that vaccines have caused all these problems, like the autism epidemic and SIDS and shaken baby syndrome and, like, and all these gut issues, like, and all these, like, psoriasis and stuff. It’s all from that. Like, we just… We have to get over our addiction to self-harm, you know?
Amandha: So for tonsillitis, your first thing where anything tonsils is always gonna be colloidal silver. I suggest one ounce of colloidal silver drunk twice a day in an adult with an active situation because it’s gonna help the white blood cell system, and then if you’re… If there’s a child involved, then you take one ounce and have them sip it throughout the day.
Amandha: It’s also very soothing to any pain in the throat. So you’re gonna use a lot of colloidal silver. You’re also gonna use a snorting of DMSO 20% and it’ll get into that area, and then and/or you can use the 15% with colloidal silver as well to snort or gargle. And the DMSO with magnesium, of course, ’cause I’m always gonna recommend that across the board because you need magnesium to process everything, and magnesium speeds up reactions, so why wouldn’t you?
Amandha: And magnesium, you only absorb so much in your gut, so you need it topically so you can get enough of it in your body so that it’s working on your behalf in the right amount. This is all the holistic support here. There’s a lot of things I’ve mentioned. Again never antibiotics for strep throat, and never antibiotics for any ear, quote, ear infection.
Amandha: That’s actually even in their literature, do you know? That even in the medical cult’s literature they say never use antibiotics for ear infections. Do you know that? Any doctor who ever says, “We’re gonna give you antibiotics,” for, like a child with an ear infection, you should tell them they need to, like catch up on their medicine because they’re behind on the times.
Amandha: Okay? Because literally their own agencies are telling them not to. Okay. Do not put DMSO in the bathwater please. Talked about it, that before. It’s unnecessary. It dilutes it too much, and you’re sweating into your water, and you don’t wanna reabsorb your sweat. Even if you go for a jog or you have a sauna and you’re actively sweating, you do not use DMSO.
Amandha: This is in the… This is why I encourage you to go back and look at my first few webinars. I’ll say it again because I teach all that stuff. This is… That’s DMSO 101 stuff. Okay? DMSO 101 is don’t do enemas with it, and don’t put it in a bathwater, and don’t put it on sweating skin.
Amandha: So saltwater gargles can be soothing. Honey lemon, you know, tea can be soothing to the throat, so try to keep things hydrated and soothed. Licorice root, marshmallow root, sage, they’re all very helpful if you have to swallow and you have painful swallowing, right? You have that sore, owie kinda situation. Cleavers and red root are very helpful for lymphatic drainage, and also you can mechanically drain with castor oil, so apply castor oil then massage the neck.
Amandha: Again, the carrot poultice is very helpful for pain. adequate hydration, rest of course, and also chicken broth. Chicken in general supports lung tissue. I’m gonna get that, into that more in the master class. We’re gonna talk about, like some of the foods involved a bit more for those organ systems and what supports them.
Amandha: Just like, yeah, you gotta take your makeup off and your you gotta take your makeup off and you gotta wash your face before you use my DMSO eye drops and before you use my Facelift in a Jar, right? Yeah. Okay, pharyngeal irritation or a hoarse throat, like say from like yelling and screaming or singing, or you have like the hoarseness from postnasal drip that’s dripped down and causes hoarseness, or just some sort of air conditioning, dry air exposure, that kind of stuff, right?
Amandha: The lungs and stomach are involved, and you’re gonna use 20% DMSO in this for snorting ’cause it will go to the back of the throat. Remember, when you snort, it’ll go down the back of your throat. Even if you use neti pot, you will get some touching the back of the throat. 15% DMSO with colloidal silver can also be used, or you can use them in alternating fashion.
Amandha: 50% DMSO, this is just the one you should always use. It’s just the one that if you don’t know what to ever use for any of your conditions, you can always use your 50% DMSO with magnesium. Always and if you don’t have that product, you can just get a magnesium oil and you spray that all over your body, and then you cut a DMSO half and half.
Amandha: You get a pure DMSO, you cut it 50% with pure water in a spray bottle, and then you spray that on after, or you put it in your hand and you rub it on after. You don’t have to mix them together. You mean, you, like you see what I’m saying? You can just get… You can just do it. But that is something you can always do for any situation, and even if you’re so toxic and you’re not sure, then at least start saturating yourself with magnesium and then slowly, little by little, do one spray DMSO, then two sprays DMSO, and build it up slowly if you’re worried.
Amandha: You know, if you’re new to it, you’re unsure how you’re gonna react. That’s how you should do any remedy anyway. You’ve never experienced the remedy, you don’t just dive in. You start with a little tester. Again, I deal with that in the introduction DMSO webinars okay, so this was the hoarseness. You’re gonna do a lot of soothing stuff.
Amandha: You’re gonna do, you can do warm foot baths as well, so you can drain a lot of excess from the head through the feet by doing different types of things with the feet. You’re obviously gonna rest your voice. You’re gonna do, like, warm honey lemon water. You gotta rinse your teeth after any time you do lemon, of course, or you break down your enamel.
Amandha: Always remember that. Any time you use lemon, whether you’re treating the gut or treating the throat, just make sure you brush your teeth after or you rinse after to balance that out so that it doesn’t eat away at your teeth. Then we have just dryness, oropharyngeal dryness is sort of like you’re not making enough saliva.
Amandha: You’ve got a reflex problem, okay, down lower that can cause this. You’re a mouth breather, okay? So this is lung, kidney, stomach, and you’re gonna do the same sort of situation where you’re snorting. You can use the MSM eye solution or with vitamin C to snort. It’s very gentle. Or you can start with the 20% DMSO or even go lower with the 15 as you can tolerate it, and then again with the full body 50%.
Amandha: Marshmallow, Cyprium, aloe. Aloe, again, always think aloe for moisture, for soothing, for calming, for building collagen. So aloe builds collagen. It’s really great for internal, so, like, if you have gut problems, it’s very helpful. If you do have a gut irritation issue or food sensitivities, then you take one ounce in between meals, okay?
Amandha: Twice a day. That’s how you sort of get that sorted for your gut. And you can also use it on your skin, like, for anti-aging stuff as well, which is why I put it in a lot of my formulas Now, if you’re a mouth breather and you get that dry mouth, you’ve gotta train yourself with mouth tape and if you’re not breathing well through your nose, then you get another little device or another little piece of tape that you put over the bridge of your nose, and it opens the sinuses slightly so that you can get a full breath through your nose, and you mouth tape.
Amandha: That’s how I train myself to breathe through my nose at nighttime. And you actually don’t need to use it forever because eventually you’re, you’ll train yourself to do it. You’ll train yourself to be a nose breather. We should be breathing through our nose at night, not our mouths, and you can definitely train yourself to do it.
Amandha: I’ve done it before, and sometimes it’ll I’ll slip where I’m, like, losing my nose breathing again at night, and then I have to retrain myself. But that’s usually, like, twice a year, and then I’m good for it. Breathe Right strips. Yeah, there’s all kinds. There’s one called, What’s the one that I use?
Amandha: It’s called Hostage Tape ’cause you look like a hostage when you’ve got it over your mouth ’cause they make them black, so you look like a you look like a hostage, so it’s called Hostage Tape. You just have to find one with the right adhesive that you’re not sensitive to. So dysphonia, again, we kinda sorta talked about that, but this dysphonia is more so vagal nerve reflux related like, food sensitivity related, right?
Amandha: So you wanna go a little bit higher with your DMSO level, starting with, like, a 20% to snort for the upper throat. Let it kinda go back to the… Dribble down the throat. I would also use colloidal silver in this situation as well one ounce twice a day. Marshmallow root, warm steam, all that kind of…
Amandha: Diaphragmatic breathing. If you don’t know how to diaphragmatic breathe, it can change the entire pressure system in your upper head and neck area. So learn how to do proper breathing and filling the lungs properly, ’cause we really do a lot of shallow breathing. “When I use magnesium oil, I put aloe to reduce the itching.” Yes, and so that’s why I’m recommending the one that I’ve created, because it’s 50% DMSO with f- 50% magnesium oil with aloe, so it’s not so itchy. So the aloe goes nice as a combo. So the product that I designed has all three together. And everybody’s a little bit different.
Amandha: Some people itch more than others, and it has to do with your estrogen receptors on your skin. So the more estrogen receptors you have on your skin, the more you itch. Cervical lymph and lymphadenopathy. So basically this is basic… This is your lymph node swollen, okay? Lymph node en-en-enlargement, lymphadenopathy.
Cervical Lymphatic Congestion, ENT Bundle, and Masterclass
Amandha: So your adenoids, your lymph is if affected could be dental related. You gotta figure out root cause. For example, somebody could have… Get like a congestion in the head, and then they all of a sudden… And that clears or it seems to go away, so they have like a quote-unquote head cold. But then later they develop lymphadenopathy in the neck, and they get little lumps, right?
Amandha: And that’s because they had incorrect or incomplete drainage, right? So that inflammatory response, a clearing event, but not everything cleared, and so you’re you’re… Th-that can linger as well, and therefore you wanna move the… Try to move the lymph, clear the lymph, use castor oil, do the tapping, do the hot and cold alternating, do the six points, like all those things to get the lymph to work again better.
Amandha: But that can be a secondary to that. And it can be related to food sensitivities whole like toxin burden as far as like inflammatory throughout the body. So you’re always gonna do 50% DMSO with magnesium over the whole submandibular chain, the lateral neck, the clavicular region, which is here under the collarbone, and the upper thoracic inlet here when you go down.
Amandha: This is the top of the lungs, right, when you shrug and I would drink one teaspoon of DMSO, pure DMSO in five ounces of pomegranate juice per day. I love gua sha. I used to sell gua sha tools. We might still have some gua sha tools on YumNaturals. Store I don’t know if Marian wants to see if we have any gua sha tools left.
Amandha: But yeah, I used to sell a lot of gua sha. So you can do gua sha of the head and neck and face. Here’s one of my gua sha tools right here, for example. This is a quartz crystal, so you can do all kinds. I do this when I’m like working or I’m watching something. I’ll do like my gua sha for my face to get that going, and then I’ll do down here, and you sort of open up the points or open up the lymph here and get the drainage down the head and neck, and then you do the whole head.
Amandha: That’s a pretty big one. I have this one, which is just a double. This is like a jade, and then you can do the whole area. You can get even like in here in the acupuncture points and stuff just to get everything moving. In the head and neck, gua sha’s really amazing, if you don’t know it, to move fluid.
Amandha: So you can move down the neck, right? You can get into the back of the neck area. You can do the forehead. You can do the eyebrows with this, with the double-pronged one. So yeah very helpful. I have them all over the house ’cause anywhere I sit down, I’ll like start doing it. Okay, so where are we at?
Amandha: Lymphatic support, castor oil applications on the neck. Always when you have lymphatic congestion, you always use castor oil. You can do the carrot poultice like I mentioned. You can do contrast hydrotherapy. The lymphatic, like I just said, like the guasha the lymph tapping, et cetera, and watch out for anything reactive.
Amandha: No, you do not… If you know that sugar inflames you, just don’t do it. If you know that gluten upsets you, don’t do it. You have to avoid until you’re healed, and then do something like sourdough or something you’re gonna digest better, right? So this is just a heads-up.
Amandha: Like, if you get a node that is hard, it’s fixed, it’s rapidly enlarging, it’s supraclavicular or it’s generalized or it’s persistent, especially if you have fever, night sweats, unexplained weight loss or duration beyond a beyond a few weeks, properly get it assessed ’cause that could be cancer. So you might be draining something, drain something, nothing’s moving.
Amandha: There’s a bigger picture going on there that you’re gonna have to address, and immediately at that time you would start an MMS protocol, so a chlorine dioxide solution protocol at that point, and make sure you’re doing urine therapy and coffee enemas while you’re figuring out what’s going on with your metabolism So this is a bundle I put together specifically for you guys for this course and for this webinar, and it covers a lot of different areas.
Amandha: So what I have is the colloidal silver there, which is basically called the clear… what did we call it? The mineral skin solution, whatever. That’s the colloidal silver. I have my respiratory blend, my, my tea blend, which you can also use in steam inhalation or as drinking, right? So you’re gonna do a strong brew.
Amandha: So these are the types of teas I’ve designed to where you make a really strong brew. You’re gonna simmer that, like, on the stove 30, 40 minutes. You’re gonna get everything out you can of that, and then you can store it in the fridge for up to a week, and if you wanna add honey or maple syrup to it, you can.
Amandha: And you can add other herbs if you want to, but I usually suggest to, you know, keep it as is ’cause it’s very targeted, like I mentioned earlier, and you should always drink these teas warm because they’ll be more active. And then so we have the magnesium DMSO here. We have my clove extract, and this is especially great for any type of mouth issue, any kind of dental issue, any kind of pain, any kind of inflammation in the mouth, you can use the clove, and it will extend into the ears and the throat as well.
Amandha: So my clove DMSO extract, basically this is, like, a 99.995% DMSO with clove extracted, so you only need a few drops to apply to any of these situations, and this particular one will last you a very long time, and it also will basically never degrade because it’s potent. Then we have the garlic mullein ear oil here, which is called the botanical oil cause we can’t say what body part it goes in anymore.
Amandha: And the so we have the colloidal silver and then the silver-infused serum, the mild one, which is the 15% DMSO with colloidal silver that I’ve talked about multiple times. So that’s in this bundle and there’s other bundles you can go through and take a look at. Some of the bundles that overlap nicely are my dental health bundle and my mouth and gum care bundle.
Amandha: Those kind of overlap nicely with some of the, what I mentioned here. Yeah, cheat sheet to names. That’s great. I know, yeah. Our problem is that cheat sheet can’t get out to the public. But like I said, honestly, the best cheat sheet is the URL, so when you go to a bundle, you’ll see all the individual products, and if you’re not sure what it is exactly, click on it and read the URL.
Amandha: It will tell you exactly what the names are, the original names are. Okay so the masterclass is coming up in actual two weeks. It’s usually I space them three weeks, but I had to postpone our session today from, was supposed to be the week before, but I couldn’t do it. But I’m keeping this one.
Amandha: I’m not pushing it forward. So this is the masterclass, and I’m gonna go into other DMSO protocols, deeper ones, more layered ones and so forth and some anatomy. That’s going to be the upcoming masterclass in two weeks time on a Saturday, same bat channel, same bat time and everything, okay?
Amandha: Okay. We did it, over my time, for sure, but I knew it was gonna happen cause it is a lot to cover. Thank you, Angelica, for putting the masterclass link there in the comments section. Let me now look at our starred questions and we also save these questions, and if you’re a Yummy. Doctor member, then I answer a lot of these questions on the lives or I answer them in our groups.
Audience Q&A: Mouth Surgery, Earwax, Eustachian Tube Dysfunction, and Hearing
Amandha: So, okay, so this is Long Island here. “How to use it to relieve pain in the mouth from surgery to remove squamous cell carcinoma, scar tissue, and radiation damage to cheek?” So remember, when you do these kinds of things, they are suppressives. You still have to think about what happened, root cause.
Amandha: And I would actually use a lot of the things in my bundle. I would use the DMSO clove for all around the teeth area. I would be doing a lot of gargling. I would be doing coconut oil pulling. I would be doing wheatgrass juice pulling. Pulling is when you’re sort of keeping it in your mouth and pulling it through the teeth over and over again until you feel like it’s sort of done and then you spit it out.
Amandha: I would be doing a probably between a 30% or so DMSO on the cheek itself because it’s probably very friable, very delicate tissue. So I’d probably do the 30% with colloidal silver. I’d definitely be doing a lot of colloidal silver in your case because colloidal silver prevents scar tissue from forming.
Amandha: So I would be gargling with it. I would swish and swallow. I would be applying it topically on my skin. I would be following it up with pure aloe on my skin. I would probably even mouthwash with aloe. So I’d be using, yeah, a lot of aloe, a lot of colloidal silver, between 20-50% DMSO topical and internal.
Amandha: And the strongest would be the clove just to help repair a lot of the nerves because it will help rebuild a lot of the damaged nerves that are happening there. What else would I do? I’d probably do systemic MMS or chlorine dioxide solution just low dose just to make sure everything is good systemically.
Amandha: I’d probably do a coffee enema once a week, and I would be taking vitamin C and zinc and collagen or, like, drinking fresh bone broths, that kind of thing, to repair tissue quicker, to help tissue repair quicker. I would be taking a multi-mineral, make sure all my minerals were covered, and I would probably take tissue salts as well for specific for that tissue to recover, and you can easily look that up.
Amandha: You can say, “Tissue salts for,” you know, “radiation,” and you’ll get, like, the main ones coming up, and I would be taking those. So earwax buildup will DMSO help? I’ve been suffering for years. I did answer that in that section, in the cerumen section, so just maybe go back to the replay to look at the protocol for that, where I, so yes, we’re loosening it with the oil, and then we are cleaning it up with the DMSO, right? But we are also, why is it happening? And it’s because there’s still a lot of congestion in the head and neck. So I’d be focusing on lymphatic system the most, and your adrenals as well. So I’d be doing, like, adaptogens for the adrenals.
Amandha: I would be doing a lymphatic sort of support protocol in general. I would be, maybe if you’re perimenopausal or anything like that, I would be taking a progest- topical progesterone cream. We have one called Nat Pro. You can email support@yumnaturals. net if you have any questions or a product, looking for products, product inquires.
Amandha: But we do have you know, my DMSO with wild yam, for example, my wild yam cream for helping with hormone balancing. I actually use that on my head and neck too, actually around my ear area and neck area just ’cause I am perimenopausal and do create a little extra wax, I notice, and so that has been helping me quite a bit.
Amandha: And you may need to get, like, a hormone panel just to see what’s going on there, ’cause a lot of cerumen, extra cerumen buildup can be because of hormone problems, and even thyroid problems I’ve developed Eustachian tube dysfunction after flying with a very bad head cold. So what you happened is you already had a lot of pressure in the head and neck area, then you added more pressure by flying.
Amandha: That’s why I usually don’t recommend people fly already congested like that, or at least take homeopathics with them like Kali bichromicum to try to alleviate that before flying. I had that huge as a child as well, so I know. But you still had no pain and no infection. You’re practicing shivambu for two years daily.
Amandha: Wonder what I could do to help the blocked feeling, particularly in my left ear. Right side almost clear now. It’s unblocked when I lay down, then after a while when I get a bit blocked. So that means that the Eustachian tube is still in misalignment, and it somehow fixes itself when you have that, when you’re laying down.
Amandha: You may wanna get an, a cervical adjustment. You may just wanna get an assessment at a chiropractor. I would go there first, honestly. It’s been three weeks. I would go to a chiropractor and just get them to unblock it for you, honestly. Like I would go nuts. I would be like, “No. Chiropractor for me.” I bet they would release it immediately.
Amandha: I bet as soon as you got an adjustment it would go away. But you could also do 50% DMSO and magnesium over, like, the area and over the rest of your torso. I would be doing oil pulling. I would be drinking colloidal silver. I would be tapping. I would be doing lymph stuff. I would be taking saunas.
Amandha: I would be doing anything to get that unblocked. I can’t stand that. I can’t stand that feeling. I would be, working so hard. You could even do inhalants like peppermint, eucalyptus. I could be doing, like, camphor. I’d be like, I’d be, like, inhaling the hell out of that to try to loosen that off.
Amandha: Massaging around the ear, guasha around the ear. A lot of… I’d probably be stretching and doing fascia work and try to get the fascia moving to get that unblocked. But I would just go to heck to a chiropractor’s, just get it done, you know? Ears ringing, can DMSO help? There’s lots of causes of…
Amandha: Yeah, we did cover that. So there’s protocol for tinnitus. There’s actually a couple of tinnitus protocols. Just review the information. But yes, it can help. Can DMSO help deafness? It can, but remember you gotta treat the kidneys because that’s a root cause organ for deafness. So you have to parsley leaf and corn silk tea.
Amandha: You have to do castor packs over the kidneys. You have to deal with the energy of fear cause fear is the one that is in the seat of kidneys. You can do a lot of DMSO protocols, like I mentioned, all around the ear area. You can do hot and cold alternating to see if it’s a drainage problem. So it depends on causation of deafness and what really is root cause there.
Amandha: So, once you kinda get… If you know what that is and what caused that, then you can move towards resolving. Hi lovely Amandha, can really improve hearing loss Weak naturally? Yes, but again, like I said, it’s a systems approach. You have to try to figure out what went wrong or really what happened, right?
Amandha: Is it congestion issues? Is it inflammation issues? Is it nutrition issues? Is it a combo? Is it from, like, birth? You know, is it a genetic display, or is there epigenetic component to it? Is there an emotional component to it? Is there a and then of course, always treating the kidneys for these types of things.
Amandha: So we answered this one already, ear ringing. Same thing. Yes, it can. The protocol is there that I gave you and of course, the kidney support, and I would also say hormones because… And even thyroid. Sometimes it can be a whole thyroid, liver issue as well involved, as well as the kidneys, because it can be a metabolism problem.
Amandha: Can DMSO help water fluid get out of middle ear? I don’t… it can help with some… I wouldn’t use it internally. If you have something trapped inside the ear, I don’t like to add more into the ear. I like to dry out the ear. So usually I’ll use something like rubbing alcohol or oil. So if you have water or fluid, you wanna, like, put oil in there to see if it can push it out from behind the wax or loosen the wax so the water fluid can leave.
Amandha: It’ll encourage it. Or you wanna warm it up, so you can use heat. You can use even a hairdryer sometimes. Like, when people get swimmer’s ear, a hairdryer helps where you’re dry heat. So dry heat and even tapping, like moving of the lymph to try to get it to drain out. And but DMSO can help the structures, but just don’t put it inside.
Amandha: And then rubbing alcohol is very classic, like a first aid kinda remedy for fluids trapped in the ears, ’cause it’ll absorb, and it’ll dry everything out. So that’s something to consider Partner had chronic candida for three years. Well, he doesn’t have chronic candida, he has chronic toxicity or a microbe imbalance for three years.
Amandha: He’s on various natural treatments, probably the idea to kill candida, which is why he still has the problem, because you don’t wanna go and kill anything, but refuses to lay off the alcohol. Well, he’s creating the toxicity issue that the candida’s feeding off of. So that doesn’t… So that’s not good, and he’s adding also to adding yeast into the system too, which is keeping the pH at that level, right?
Amandha: You wanna shift the pH. Beer is his favorite. Two years ago, I believe it moved to his Eustachian tubes because his ears pop and his hearing is worse than ever. Yeah, for sure. The whole process is just gonna keep getting worse. Any comments welcome. I will play this for him if you have an answer.
Amandha: Well, sir, you have to stop drinking. Like, I don’t know. Like, it’s like, “Hey, I keep hitting my arm and it hurts, but I don’t wanna stop hitting my arm, but can you make it, like, not hurt?” It’s like it doesn’t make any sense. Do you know what I mean? Like, I would say counseling for your addiction would be the first thing.
Amandha: Like, you have to admit you have a problem. Like, if you… Like, you know what I mean? Or at least stop and see what happens when you stop. Like, at least just, even if you wanna take it day by day, just stop and say, “This is contributing to my problem. Let me get healthy first, and then if I wanna go poison myself later, I have that decision I can make.”
Amandha: But honestly, it’s like saying, “Can you miraculously, like, wave your magic wand and like, make me okay so I can still keep poisoning myself?” Like, it’s just not gonna… This is not how life works. You know what I mean? So you have to stop, and for one, you have to be taking a probiotic. You have to be taking B vitamins ’cause alcohol depletes certain B vitamins, specifically riboflavin and thiamine.
Amandha: So take a B multi every single day. Take a zinc, take magnesium, use magnesium topically and a probiotic. Like, start there at least and then, like, decide what’s worth it for you. Are you comfortable like that or do you just wanna be like that? Or, like… You know what I mean? It’s just, it’s kinda like it’s not realistic.
Amandha: Like, it’s great that it’s your favorite. You know what? You know what’s my child’s favorite? Junky poison candy. That’s her favorite, and she’s a child, so she has a hard time saying no, but you’re an adult Beer is my favorite. I like beer. Beer is my favorite. Are you a child or are you an adult? Like, an, a child can’t control themselves, but an adult can.
Amandha: So I think it’s just time to say, like, look in the mirror and go, “No, I love myself enough to stop poisoning myself, stop hurting my liver, stop hurting my body,” right? And later in life, when I’m healthy and well, and I’m working out, and I look buff for my wife, and I feel good about life and myself, then maybe I can have a de-alkalized beer ’cause I like the taste of beer.
Amandha: I got a German background. I know all about liking the taste of beer. But it’s not worth… The alcohol part is not worth it. Like, if I wanna have a de-alkalized beer, I will, but that’s as far as I go. So hopefully that encourages him to just stop with the self-sabotage. Okay.
Audience Q&A: Sudden Hearing Loss, Children, Swollen Lymph Nodes, and Tinnitus
Amandha: “I had sudden overnight 100% hearing loss with vertigo and nausea.
Amandha: This was attributed to a vaccine injury by both the doctor and naturopath COVID vaccine.” Abso-freaking-lutely. 100%, I know. “My hearing has only come back entirely fractured, still not functional. The three audiologists I’ve seen are not optimistic that my hearing can come back. One also told me that a hearing aid won’t help ’cause there’s nothing to amplify.
Amandha: Could DMSO potentially help me with the enemas or ear drops be the approach to take?” You know, it’s really hard for me I yes, yeah. The answer is yes, you’re gonna try all the things. But listen, as someone who was speaking out, and yelling, and screaming and being canceled, yes, but getting millions of attentions, lots of eyes on me during the beginning of the COVID hoax.
Amandha: And so at the beginning of the COVID hoax, I called it a hoax, just like this next haunted virus thing they’re trying to ramp up is a fake hoax. Okay. Then what I did is I said… When the vaccine was coming, I said, “You nev-” First of all, I was already promoting you never take a vaccine ever and why, and I’d already been doing that for ages.
Amandha: And then I said never, ever to ever take a COVID vaccine ever. And it’s so hard for me, you know, when I hear, “Oh, well, I…” And now they’re… Now later, I’m getting the stories, and it’s hard in my head ’cause I’m like, “Oh my God, where were you? It was all there,” you know? “You could’ve prevented all of this,” you know?
Amandha: And it just gets me. It gets me because it’s like, you never would’ve had this problem if you just… You know what I mean? Okay. But anyway, it’s, what’s done is done. I know. I have to just move on. But it’s… I have a little, got a little bitterness about it. Okay. So yeah, you could be wrecked forever.
Amandha: There might be no coming back from this, honestly. Serious damage. I mean, you know what? How about this? Focus on being grati- grateful that you’re actually alive, that you survived it. You survived. You survived something designed to kill you. Okay? So that is something that I would be focusing on gratitude a lot, that you’re alive.
Amandha: Because hearing loss is only one, is like one challenge that you had. You could have been in the grave. So, I would be doing the hearing loss protocol, like I said. DMSO around the ear area between probably 20% and then 50% DMSO magnesium on the rest of the body. I would be drinking one teaspoon DMSO in five ounces of pomegranate juice or water or whatever juice you want except for pineapple or anything with a lot of enzyme activity, which I covered in the first few webinars on DMSO safety.
Amandha: I would be taking MSM sulfur one teaspoon twice a day as well. I would be taking vitamin C, zinc. I would be doing coffee enemas every day. I would be drinking the whole entirety of my pee as much as I possibly could every single day. I would be doing urine enemas with the rest of it. I would be sweating with a sauna.
Amandha: I would be taking tissue salts. I would be taking a B multi. I would be taking all my multi minerals. I mean, that’s a lot you’re gonna have to do to try to get somewhere with this. You’re gonna have to pull out all the stops, honestly. Seriously, okay? ‘Cause this is major damage, and maybe you’ll get somewhere, but you’ll know.
Amandha: If you track it, you’ll know. Let me just rub my eye and smeared something. Okay. “So what do you suggest is for my daughter who has her tonsils and adenoids removed?” Well, she doesn’t have issues like what you described yet. I was fine. I didn’t have IBS until after my tonsils were pulled. I developed it or it came to the forefront
Amandha: A few years later. She does have period cramps, so she could have endometriosis alongside of that. We tried herbal teas. There’s no help. Well, still gonna use the colloidal silver, still gonna use the 50% DMSO magnesium still going to always be treating the spleen and the lymph because the lymph problems won’t show up till she’s probably in her 40s.
Amandha: So topical magnesium and DMSO during her menstrual cycle. Making sure that she’s cleaning out xenoestrogens, which can cause a lot of those problems, which are from diet and lifestyle. Sweating regularly, tapping regularly tissue salts- yeah, she’s gonna just have to be on top of her game. What do you suggest for a six-year-old who has constantly inflamed and swollen lymph nodes in her neck and ear to clavicle on both sides?
Amandha: Same thing. She probably had head congestion, not draining, so I already answered that question, so follow along with that, where you’re doing the lymph drainage with the castor oil. You’re doing a 50% DMSO magnesium, probably on her legs I would do, maybe a little on the neck whatever she can handle, or just the magnesium oil to start with instead of the DMSO.
Amandha: Okay, we kinda answered tinnitus already. We kinda answered thrush already. We already did this one. My son has swollen lymph nodes on his back and front… He doesn’t have EBV. There’s no such thing as EBV. There are no viruses. No viruses exist. He does not have EBV. Okay? So please don’t try to kill anything.
Amandha: Use the colloidal silver and the DMSO protocol. Do the DMSO with magnesium topical protocol. Do the castor oil. Get things moving. Get things cleansing. Work on his lymph. Work on his spleen. Work on his gut. Work on his liver. Okay? Do like… He can do calendula and plantain as teas. He can do tissue salts.
Amandha: There’s no Epstein-Barr virus. Okay? What these people are picking up is damaged tissue, so broken tissue. So the body is breaking down tissue. They pick up little particles. Then they amplify them. Then they see what, what matches on their little stupid sheet, and then they declare. And they declare based on symptoms, not just what they see on their stupid sheet.
Amandha: Okay? ‘Cause if virology was real, you would have 1,000 different viruses in your body at ever given, at any given time, ’cause there’s thous- hundreds of thousands of them. So the fact that oh, you have this one, and this particular one has just happened to give you this right now, it’s bullshit.
Amandha: It’s not even how it would work at all. You know how many different bacteria you have working for you in your body right now? Oh, it’s this bacteria that’s causing a problem. No, it’s not. No, it’s not. None of those things are causing problems. Those things are the result of your problem. So he’s already got a cleansing, a stuck cleansing issue going on, and he has to be eating clean and eating pure.
Amandha: He can drink his pee if you just teach him why his pee is medicine. You know, it can be very simply solved ENT said pain and ache to do with jaw. Could this be correct? Yes, it can. Go to a chiropractor that can adjust your jaw.
Amandha: More pressure on the right side of my ear, have a hard time laying on that side. Remember what did we say on the right side when I was teaching you about the gallbladder meridian and the gallbladder, guys? What did you say? That means it’s probably gallbladder. You probably have a gallbladder congestion that’s giving you pressure on the one side.
Amandha: So time to do the Andreas Moritz gallbladder cleanse for you and some coffee enemas. Changing pillowcases, ears, doesn’t matter ’cause there’s nothing, bacteria or anything, just change them like you normally do. Question, is there a relationship between high blood pressure and too much wax in the ears? Yes, hypertension or the opposite or a change in blood pressure can change cerumen levels, so that’s a good question.
Audience Q&A: Blood Pressure, Esophageal Scar Tissue, Nebulizing, and Closing Reflections
Amandha: Yes, it can. I do have entire protocols on how to balance out blood pressure and on… Again, remember I was saying how the blood goes to microvessels, right? And if the blood is thick and viscous, then the blood pressure has to go up because it’s trying to push this blood to those microvessels, so it has to go there.
Amandha: It’s trying very hard. So what’s happening is you’re getting improper microvessel support and you create… A lot of the debris cannot go out properly and so your body’s making extra wax to keep things clean because your blood isn’t getting to the area to keep things clean.
Amandha: So this is a liver problem, right?
Amandha: This is a blood is not being filtered and cleaned properly problem. Okay? So that’s your goal. Liver. Fix my liver, fix my blood. Fix my liver, fix my blood and then you will have less ear wax production. Hey, Amandha, question. Used to get tube down throat to stretch esophagus at base before stomach, now gross scar tissue.
Amandha: Have to do again, tiny opening, often choke on food. Natural suggestions? Well, you shouldn’t have ever done that because they caused this problem. It was due to improper pH of your gut, and that’s what caused the esophageal issue. I would be using aloe and colloidal silver as two of your main ones. I’d be using, like, two ounces of both per day, of, like, two ounce aloe, two ounce colloidal silver each day.
Amandha: I would be swallowing DMSO. I’d be using the one teaspoon in five ounces of juice every day. I’d be taking MSM orally. I’d be doing a lot of oral things ’cause I wanna go to the area. I’d be using a lot of herbs orally, right? I want things to soothe and go to the actual space. I still would be doing 50% DMSO magnesium twice a day on the skin as well, just to get my DMSO levels and magnesium levels up.
Amandha: And yeah, tissue salts for that repair. But don’t ever get stretched again. You’re just gonna have to take things like bone broth and zinc and vitamin C and try to get the tissue to recover and repair as much as possible. But they are idiots. You just understand, this is what I’m trying to protect you from.
Amandha: This is what I’m trying to prevent for you. This is what I see for your happy life, where you don’t go to quacks. You stop going to these idiots who do this to you. Look what they did to you. Look what they did to you. What fucking maniac, pardon my French, but what maniac would say, “Oh, you have a stricture or you have a esophageal issue.
Amandha: Let’s put something in there and mechanically stretch it open”? What kind of barbarians are these people? How stupid could you be? do you see how wonderful that worked out? My daughter’s grandfather has the same thing. Won’t listen to one word I said. Got all eight vaccines or something. Is barely alive, hanging on, aged 100 years, deaf as a post now.
Amandha: You know, it’s frustrating as hell because, like, at least for me, like, listen, I’m old school, man. I’ve been doing this for 20 years. I’ve been screaming, “Fire your doctor,” for so long. And this is why. This is why. Look at what they did. Look how stupid they are. What the hell?
Amandha: How does that make any sense?
Amandha: It makes no flipping sense. Okay? These people are monsters. They are monsters. So now you’re gonna have to fix the problem they did, and you’re still gonna have to fix the original cartilage issue, okay? Which you had a long-standing digestive problem that they never even thought of. They never even thought of.
Amandha: Okay. Nebulizing with iodine. I don’t like really overdosing my nebulizing. I like to keep my nebulizing pretty simple, okay? Why do you need iodine in your lungs for exactly?
Amandha: Why? You don’t need it. Fully absorbs and is utilized topically anyway, or ingest. You don’t need to do that, okay? So you’re gonna work with your DMSO levels. You’re gonna so just do DMSO in water or saline. Just do colloidal silver, pure colloidal silver, 10 to 15 parts per mil. Just do a couple of drops of MMS in distilled water or saline.
Amandha: Just, okay? Try to do that because, you know, you… The one, the only one I don’t mind mixing is colloidal silver with DMSO. But, like, seriously, don’t overwhelm and overload your body like that, okay? Because it’s a lot of things you’re asking it to do, and you don’t want the life force to go in 10 different directions.
Amandha: Okay, you don’t want your life force going in 10 different directions. It’s too much. Do you know what I’m saying? Like, listen, your body is super intelligent. You don’t need to overload it.
Amandha: You don’t need to throw a million things at it at once. You start with one thing, and you move forward little by little, and you build a synergy. You’re building a synergistic protocol, and you’re helping it to do… You’re understanding what it’s doing and why, and you’re helping it to complete it and do it.
Amandha: That’s the goal. That’s always the goal, okay? You don’t need to, like, just add more and add more, and more is better, and more is better. That’s what the pharma giants have done to us. They’ve convinced us more is better. No. Targeted, understanding why, working with the body, understanding the body, understanding your body, where you’re at, what your needs are.
Amandha: That’s how you’re gonna get the effect that you want. That’s how you’re gonna get success, okay? And if it’s… and then you’re doing that for a while, and then you’re reassessing. You’re like, “Is it working for me? Am I getting the results I want?” You have to learn how to self-assess. You have to learn to go, “My pain used to be, you know, 8 out of 10.
Amandha: Now it’s 2 out of 10.” Okay. All right? These are the things you have to reflect on, and then you’re in charge. You’re in charge, and you’re gonna get the results you want, and you’re gonna be able to avoid hospital bills, and you’re gonna be able to live long and prosper, okay? Understanding these principles and applying them regularly, preventing the dum-dums from cutting you, stretching you, putting things in you removing things from you, okay?
Amandha: No. Okay? That is, like, the very end of the line. You’ve tried everything. You’ve done everything, or your circumstances don’t allow for it or whatever. End of the line is suppression. End of the line is removing organs, okay? That’s the last thing next to death okay? Hip replacement, you can totally avoid it, okay?
Amandha: You’re in… So, so look at what’s happening. You’re in a lot of pain, right? “I’m in so much pain. I need a hip replacement. I’m in so much…” Or you could use a lot of DMSO, and you could take tissue salts, and you can take vitamin D and vitamin K2 and topical magnesium and do castor oil packs and do exercises, and you can heal that shit so that you’re not only not in pain, but you have strong, functioning bones again and not only that, if you get the hip replacement, I know loads and loads of people who’ve had hip replacements. Guess what happens? Maybe you get five years no pain. Maybe you get six years no pain, but you’ll never walk properly again. You just get pain somewhere else. You just get pain somewhere else, or the pain’s back within five, 10 years, and you’re back to square one, but not with your own body parts.
Amandha: Do you understand? It’s not worth it. It’s not worth it. They’re selling you… It’s marketing, and they’re using you because you’re in pain. They’re manipulating you because they’re taking advantage of you because you’re in pain. Okay? So you really need to just remember that if you’re in pain and you’re suffering, I know that you’re trained to run from it, to get rid of it, but instead, honor it.
Amandha: What are you here to teach me, pain? What are you here to show me about my life, pain? Because you can’t run from it. You cannot run, you cannot hide from this place. It will teach you the lessons one way or another, and you can maybe buy some time, but what’s coming after is just gonna be just as bad or worse.
Amandha: So it’s best to just bite the bullet and deal with it now, and prevent them from making further problems for you later in life. Because you deserve a better life, right? You deserve to learn your lessons. Your soul is here to learn lessons, you deserve to achieve what your soul is supposed to achieve here.
Amandha: Okay and I wish that for all of you. Okay? I do. I wish for the world, I wish it for all of you. I hope that you’ve gained a lot from today. I really hope that everything that you have learned… oh, I guess that’s the end of it. Thank you. I thought there was another slide. Has helped you today, that you’re leaving with more empowerment, more awareness, more knowledge, more to work through for yourself, more to reflect on, right?
Amandha: And that I’ve, you know, given you something there that will take you far, and for you and your family, and I hope to see you in the Yummy. Doctor portal. I hope to see you in the next few weeks for masterclass. I hope to see you ongoing for my 12-step program and thank you so much for everyone who joined me today, and all your questions and all your interactions.
Amandha: And yeah, all the best for you, and we’ll see you next time. Thanks so much. Bye for now
