Second Principle of Health Sovereignty: Video Overview
In this free Second Principle of Health Sovereignty webinar, Amandha Vollmer (ADV) introduces Accurate Knowledge, the second foundation within her 12-Principle Doctor Yourself system. Building on Principle One’s emphasis on observation, personal health history and data collection, Amandha explains how she uses a terrain-based framework to interpret the information a person has gathered before moving into Principle Three: inquiry, case-taking and triage.
Amandha develops her perspective on terrain through discussions of symptoms, nutrition, toxicity, congestion, blood, lymph, hydration, digestion, liver and kidney function, fascia, dental health, emotional history and the connections she draws among organ systems. She also explains why she views symptoms as information about what the body is attempting to manage, repair or eliminate rather than as isolated disease labels.
The later teaching examines Amandha’s views on pleomorphism, microbes, contagion, diagnosis and the nocebo effect before moving into her criticism of germ theory, cell-culture methods, cytopathic effects, scientific controls and circular reasoning. An extended audience Q&A then applies the framework to a range of health questions.
Second Principle of Health Sovereignty: What You’ll Learn
- How Accurate Knowledge fits between Principle One’s observation work and Principle Three’s inquiry and case-taking
- How Amandha defines the terrain and organizes health concerns around toxicity, nutritional insufficiency and blockage or congestion
- How blood, lymph, hydration, minerals, digestion, liver, kidneys, fascia, dental health and emotional history enter her whole-body framework
- How Amandha interprets fever, mucus, inflammation, vomiting, diarrhoea, skin eruptions and other symptoms as physiological information
- Why she questions diagnosis, symptom suppression and the influence of fear and nocebo
- Her explanation of pleomorphism and the role she assigns to bacteria, fungi, parasites and other microbial forms
- Her criticism of germ theory, contagion and conventional immune-system explanations
- Her discussion of scientific method, controls, cell culture, cytopathic effects and interpreting experimental evidence
Important Context & Safety
Educational context: This webinar presents Amandha Vollmer’s terrain-based perspectives, experience and interpretation of health, physiology, disease, diagnosis, microbes and scientific research. Her statements about germ theory, viruses, contagion, the immune system, vaccines, conventional treatments and specific health conditions remain her statements from the webinar and should be understood within that educational context.
The discussion includes higher-risk topics such as serious illness, cancer, children with fever, internal and eye use of DMSO, IV vitamin C, MMS/chlorine dioxide, urine therapy, enemas and questions involving surgery and acute symptoms. During the fever discussion, Amandha emphasizes hydration, responsiveness and watching for neurological signs. She also states that acute emergencies and first-aid situations can require suppression, and in a kidney-stone example she recommends obtaining an ultrasound when the person’s history is incomplete.
Medical emergencies: Information in this video should not be used to delay emergency assessment or treatment for symptoms of stroke, heart attack, serious head injury or another medical emergency.

Introduction: Principle Two and the Doctor Yourself Framework
Amandha: [00:00:00] The second principle of health sovereignty, accurate knowledge. Yeah this is a big one, and I’m glad you’re here with me today because this is a hot topic, and it is far-reaching for how you approach health and how you think about health and how you think about medicine as a whole.
Amandha: And this is, of course, the webinar version. Then in next few weeks, there’ll be the masterclass, and I’ll dive deeper into the science and the history of all of this. What you’re gonna get today is an overview, and how I’ve structured everything with my 12 principles is that I’ve got them patterned, webinar, masterclass, and then eventually, once all 12 are done, will be the coursework and the certification.
Amandha: And then you can become a certified Yummy Doctor health coach, which we’re basically calling ambassadors at this point, and there will be two [00:01:00] levels of certification. If you just wanna learn it for your friends and family and for yourself, that’s one level. That takes you up to the nine principles. If you wanna go all the way to the 12, then that is your community outreach and the consultation aspect that comes if you want to do it more like a business.
Amandha: That’s what’s growing here, and I’m really excited for today because, you know, this is, one of my bags, if you will, and one of my bones of contention when it comes to conventional medicine. And it’s really, really important that everyone, whether they’re going to take it all the way to the 9 or the 12, it’s vital to understand it for your own health and wellbeing and I’m glad to be here today and present this with you, to you today, and hopefully everything’s going well and your internet is picking up on it and so forth. We’ve got people from all over the world here, which is very exciting. And yeah, this is gonna be information, of course, that you can watch again if [00:02:00] you have to go early or whatever, but there will be a question and answer period at the end, and you can actually ask your questions throughout the process.
Amandha: And my team, my lovely team is here that will assist you. If it’s a quick answer that they can pull from Yummy.Doctor that I’ve already answered multiple times, they’ll just give you that information. Otherwise, they’ll star your question, and at the end, I will get to all the, the questions and hopefully clear anything up for you that, you know, we’ve maybe have glossed over due to time.
Amandha: We’ve got a lot of material to get through today, and For me, this is really, really important because the first principle is how to, properly inquire and ask questions and delve into health history to find out what’s going on. And if we want to figure out how to manage our health how to heal ourselves, how to prevent disease, and do so in a [00:03:00] non-suppressive holistic way, there is a way to do that, and that’s exactly what these 12 principles are teaching you.
Amandha: They’re teaching you how to doctor yourself, how to stay out of the death cult’s grip. And prevent, of course, is what we want because we don’t deserve a life of constant turmoil, pain, and suffering, and we are here to live our purpose and to create and do wonderful things and enjoy our lives. We do not deserve constant pain and suffering.
Amandha: In my own journey, I have had constant pain and suffering, and it is because of the medical cult, and it’s one of the reasons why I became a health practitioner and that I teach and share this information because I’m trying to help other people not have to go through what I’ve had to go through and, on some level, are still going through.
Amandha: And also I watched all of my grandparents become fodder to the medical system, and that’s really [00:04:00] what partly woke me up or, or, you know, started to make me question the system and what it was doing and how, brutal it was and how ignorant it was, and that and the posturing and the white coat syndrome, and all of these aspects that I had to push through because we’re…
Amandha: we’ve all been indoctrinated into this belief system from birth, and it’s, it’s tough to break free from because all of our media, television, movies, it’s just all the same propaganda pushed on us over and over again and we don’t have the perspective of our history and this has been going on for hundreds of years.
Amandha: This has been going on for generations, and how do we break free from the lies of the germ theory? You know, the lies of immunology, the lies of virology. It, it takes a lot of effort. We have to push through cognitive dissonance. We have to become scientists. We have to question things again. We have to question science.
Amandha: We have to challenge it, and we have to become, you [00:05:00] know, courageous to face it. And it’s not necessarily an easy task, but I… As I say, easy’s never an excuse. Easy or hard is never an excuse. Everything can be easy or hard. It’s irrelevant. It just is what it is, and here we are today to dispel that because what’s important when you’re going to go on the road toward your own health sovereignty is you have the correct, the correct viewpoint of your body and health.
Amandha: If you’re going to apply a protocol, right, then you need to understand that germs aren’t the cause of disease, right? And if you know that, then automatically, you’re tossing out so many different fake diagnoses into your differential diagnosis. You’re able to then whittle things down to what you’re seeing with symptoms, linking them to the proper organ systems, understanding those organ systems, and even without a formal diagnosis, you can begin [00:06:00] a protocol.
Amandha: You can design a treatment protocol to already begin to assist the body in what it’s doing and how it’s correcting, rather than this attack, kill mindset, this suppressive, let’s just erase symptoms and then magically think that’s healing sort of mindset that is the allopathic system, and it’s failed us, as we can see by the statistics, okay?
Amandha: It’s failed us again and again and it really runs like a cult and breaking free from a cult means you have to really start questioning. Questioning what you’ve been told, questioning what you’ve thought your whole life, and it’s good to be challenged. It’s okay to be challenged, and it’s okay that we were wrong, okay?
Amandha: This is where I think shame and guilt and all of this, we get stuck, right? Where, you know, there’s people who’ve written PhDs, people who are in these industries, and it’s very difficult to say, “You know, all of my life’s work,” or whatever, “was [00:07:00] incorrect.” And so the ego takes hold in those situations, and I think it’s why we’re here today is that you know, when challenged, they will not recant.
Amandha: They will not say, “You’re right,” there is something incorrect about the science. There are problems with PCR tests. There are issues with this theory that it’s not following through, you know, the postulates that we set out to prove that a germ causes a disease and so forth And once we have studied nature and understand how nature works and apply that to our own bodies, and have the wisdom of the historical information that we do have access to, for example, traditional Chinese medicine, Ayurvedic medicine and principles, then we start to see the patterns, and we put the pieces together of, oh, okay, there’s more to the story here than, cut, burn, poison, and drugs and vaccines when it comes to trying to understand our health and our children’s health and our future generations, which are at risk at the [00:08:00] moment, as we could see through the plandemic, right?
Amandha: What was done under, under the guise of this false germ theory and false virology, right? Because I knew from moment, one second when they announced this bull crap that there’s some sort of a COVID so-called virus floating around, I knew immediately that it was a hoax, 100% and so, because I knew it was a hoax, because I’d already dispelled this years previous, I was like, “Okay, what’s their real game?
Amandha: What, what are they really up to?” And because my filter was clear, I could see the moves they were making and where, how they were faking it and what was going on, and that it was a long-held plan to fool the public and I didn’t fall for it.
Amandha: I never wore a mask. I never took a test. I certainly would never touch their death darts ever in any aspect, I would never, ever inject myself with anything they’ve got to offer and you know, after you go through that, it [00:09:00] really empowers you because you know you’re not gonna be fooled by that crap anymore. And they have tried a few different stories again to see what would stick, like Han- Hantavirus. Bull crap. I wrote an entire article about that you can find on Yummy.Doctor about there is no such thing as Hantavirus.
Amandha: They tried measles again. They always bring up the measles thing here and there. They love to blame the unvaccinated. I mean, their theories are already 100% disproven. We just haven’t caught up with the material yet. So that’s what I’m here to present to you today so that you can, you know, go forward and do more research as you need.
Amandha: I have thousands of researched videos and articles on Yummy.Doctor. You can look under the Free Videos section. You can look under the Blog section. It’s all there for you already. But this presentation will give you a very helpful, important overview and in the context of my second principle.
Amandha: And we’ll walk through [00:10:00] the first three, which are my foundation set of my 12 principles, so that you understand how my structure is working and what we’re doing going forward.
Amandha: Okay, so let us begin with the beautiful PowerPoint presentation. Let’s get a-rockin’ and a-rollin’ and let me just set my screen up, one moment so I can see things a little bit better.
Amandha: There we are and I have coded my first three foundation sets as a root chakra color, so you’ll see pinks or reds as my color-coding system. So I actually have everything very, very organized as far as what this entails. There will be a full course workbook that comes at the end of this, and there will be additional materials ongoing as this specific module that is massive because we’re talking about corrected physiology, corrected knowledge about the body, and there’s endless information [00:11:00] really in this category and as we grow, we are gonna be continuing to add resources here.
Amandha: Okay, so let’s begin and really, you are learning how to not panic in fear, to slow down in situations. I’ve had… almost every day, I have an interaction with someone who is panicking about a health concern, and I can be the sound, grounded voice of reason for them so that they can get their head on straight and take action.
Amandha: And this is an important aspect especially when it comes to acute conditions, how to approach things while you’re level-headed rather than freaking out. So slowing down is really important, and part of the training will help you, get to that calm mind.
Amandha: Observing, of course, identifying important patterns, tracking your progress, and getting into that place of self-awareness so that you can advocate for your own [00:12:00] health, and you, therefore, are not easy prey to the system that would love to gobble up your life force and eventually, harvest your organs unfortunately.
Accurate Knowledge: Terrain, Observation, and the 12 Principles
Amandha: So this particular health principle is titled Accurate Knowledge, and this is a correction so that we are understanding health from the lens of the terrain and this is just what I basically already said, no viruses, no immune system, no contagion, and we discussed pleomorphism, pleomorphism.
Amandha: In the masterclass, I’m going to go through a lot more details just so you know, when it comes to, like, names and history and, and those sorts of things, and we’ll go through some scientific studies, and I will show you how the science they are doing is garbage. Because most people don’t read scientific studies all the way through, and not only that a lot of people don’t know how to read it because it’s in their coded special language, which isn’t that difficult once [00:13:00] we break it down.
Amandha: So all this training will be part of my main coursework of the 12 steps, or the 12 principles rather and all my masterclasses, if you want to get ahead of this and you’re interested start applying and learning from the masterclasses because those are all going to be prerequisites for the certification to apply to the entire 12 principles once they’re fully complete and ready to go.
Amandha: And this is how it’s broken down. Okay, this is my, the pathway, if you will. Foundations are the first three, so we’re on accurate knowledge right now. We’ve already done inner awareness, and then the next third principle is inquiry and that… Foundations, think of you’re pouring your concrete foundation of your house, for example.
Amandha: You need the correct base knowledge in order to build from, and you want strong and secure foundation before you’re gonna put anything else on top of it. The keys are next. Those are preparedness liberation, and [00:14:00] discernment, and those keys are basically helping you to put the knowledge into practice, so creating a dispensary the tools that you need for, you know, books and resources, things that you will need to actually apply the knowledge properly.
Amandha: And then the pillars are the are the greater scaffolding of the, the foundation of the building that sits on the foundation, and it’s around health sovereignty, stewardship, and cultivation. And then we have the thresholds, the last three. Threshold is when you, you sort of leave the house, you walk through the door, and you’re out into the greater community and how…
Amandha: And, and then of course, you know, mastery, transmission, and legacy. We go into deeper, deeper knowledge and wisdom around it. There’s some practice already happened here so there’s some experience, and then how to communicate and transmit to other people and then how to coach and support them through [00:15:00] this just to review principle one as inner awareness essentially it’s knowing thyself, but ultimately in practical terms, it’s data collection, symptoms, records observations, and asking the right questions, asking as king.
Amandha: So, asking the questions to like a detective, to gather the right information, to know even what to ask, and to let the whole story come to light. Because you didn’t just get sick overnight. Something has happened to the body, and you have to put your little Sherlock Holmes hat on and figure out what went wrong and when and then the gathering of the entire health chronology, of course and we start with the self, and then later in the third principle is when you start to learn how to do this for others And then of course, this is where we are today, simplifying it through the correction because if you have a, a [00:16:00] mistaken philosophy about health, then that theory can send your treatment off in all kinds of wrong directions, and it, it generally leads to the avenue of suppression, and suppression eventually fails, and that is not health.
Amandha: And then you don’t always need a doctor’s diagnosis necessarily to start to apply the treatment. As you apply the correct awareness, once you know what organ systems are involved, then you can already start to see either improvements or you get feedback from that information, and that can direct you further.
Amandha: And then we’re simplifying health because once you know that there’s not so many different diseases with all these complicated labels and drugs and so forth, it really boils down to only a few things that are really going on with the body. And again, that’s… that means you can more easily apply protocols to that to that awareness and then the principle three coming up is the inquiry stage.
Amandha: It’s case taking and triage, [00:17:00] and this is where we take the information we got from principle one. Now we’ve run it through the correct knowledge filter, which is what we’re doing today, and then we’re coming up with a corrected plan of action, and this is refining the questions deciding, where you start or what matters first what has to be managed, what, you know, what your protocol will look like, how long you’re gonna run it for, what needs urgent attention. And so we’re moving the case taking beyond just asking personal questions and doing internal inquiry. We’re now doing it for how would we ask that of another?
Amandha: How would we ask questions about our family members or so forth to get the right information? And then how can we direct that information correctly and to get the resolve that we want, which is the full healing? So these are the base foundations and if you don’t know who I am, I don’t know where you found me or how you found me.
Amandha: I know a lot of you are already Yummy.Doctor members but this is just a little overview of [00:18:00] me. I’ve been in this health field for a very long time, for 20 years, and I’m a best-selling author of Healing with DMSO. I highly recommend you get that book because it is gonna come in handy later when I teach you about dimethyl sulfoxide and how to apply it to these protocols properly, and it is one of those substances that everyone should have in their medicine cabinet.
Amandha: And I’ve been, you know, making formulations, creating different formulations for many years, and I have also designed a lot of courses and a variety of protocols and a massive library for members to help you navigate the information and get answers that you’re not getting from the conventional system.
Amandha: So my clinical work began well, I graduated from naturopathic college in 2008, and I’ve dealt with thousands of cases.
Amandha: I have a lot of, history behind me, in practice. Every type of disease you can imagine I’ve faced and what’s [00:19:00] interesting is that the, there’s sort of an unfair disadvantage, I guess, if you will. But when, when people would come to me, they were often discarded by the medical cartel.
Amandha: They had been, you know, drained and cut and, you know, pieced together, and they were still in ill health, and they just gave up and/or were told to pack their, pack their bags and get their affairs in order because there was nothing that the medical system could do for them anymore, and then they would come to me.
Amandha: So, I didn’t get, like, so many light and easy and fluffy cases. I got the kinds of cases that had been meddled with and suppressed for so many years and so much damage that, you know, I was really just thrown into the fire with this kind of thing and been able to help those people even after so much meddling.
Amandha: And it really taught me, you know, that the [00:20:00] body is very, very potently wanting to heal, and that you can heal from almost anything and that once you correct these principles and start to apply the protocols correctly, you can really resolve the case. And it gave me the confidence to, you know, openly teach and share this with you because it isn’t as difficult as you might think once you get past a lot of the programming and this is my book, of course, here, and it’s actually in multiple languages now Spanish, German, and newly Slovenian as well, of course, English.
Amandha: And by the way, you can find my book on HealingWithDMSO.com, it’s at all major resellers as well, and there is an audiobook version and a hardcover version as well.
Amandha: And DMSO.Store is the home of all of my unique DMSO formulations for pain, for eye health for [00:21:00] hair regrowth, for skin care, et cetera and of course, pure DMSO, the purest that is in the world.
Amandha: I carry the purest DMSO in the world and if you wanna learn more about DMSO, if you’re already curious, I have loads of resources on Yummy.Doctor.
Amandha: I’ve done webinars and masterclasses galore on this topic. I’m continually teaching about it and sharing about it, and it’s very powerful, and it’s an important remedy, as I said, to know about it and then YumNaturals.Store was my flagship where I started making natural skincare, haircare, herbal teas, and formula supplements and so forth that I had tested and used on myself and my clients for the entire time that I had been practicing.
Amandha: And I really was… My goal was to protect us from the chemical poisons that are in most cosmetic formulations and haircare products and so forth. And I’m, I also love to make soap. I am a soap maker. [00:22:00] And just to help you stop poisoning yourself, ’cause that’s one of the root causes of illness is toxicity.
Amandha: And we can prevent a lot of that by not allowing it into our home and into our bodies. Yummy.Doctor is my teaching platform, of course, as I’ve mentioned, and we’re building community there. There’s a lot of people helping each other there, and it’s just out- going to ever, you know, continue growing, and this is also the platform where I’ll be sharing the 12 principles.
Amandha: So my teaching structure, I kind of already went through, you know, free webinar, paid masterclass, and so forth, so that’s all there, and the whole path prepares you towards the advanced study and the certification Yeah, people are like, “Why’d you say frou-frou?” Frou-frou frou-frou cases are, like the creamy cases, like, you know, I have an infected cut.
Amandha: I have a, I can’t sleep well. I have digestive issues. You know, my toe hurts. Like, you [00:23:00] know, that kind of stuff, easy stuff. I got those, but I, I got, I got the most insane things that a lot of even regular doctors might faint at, so. And a lot of poop pictures. People really like sending me pictures of their poo.
Defining the Terrain: Symptoms, Diagnosis, and Core Health Patterns
Amandha: I, you know, I’ve seen it all, so but yeah, fru- that’s what I meant by frou-frou, just the easy, easy stuff. Okay so today we’re gonna define terrain. We’re gonna talk about the stories that are attached to diagnosis from doctors, and we’re gonna go through just an overview of, you know, the essentials for physiology that everyone should know about, that you probably maybe even do know about with some extras, and talking about, you know, the basic issues that we’re seeing that we sometimes overlook, the problems like post-surgery issues and things.
Amandha: We can’t forget about dental in this discussion because the mouth is not separate from the rest of the body and then what [00:24:00] symptoms actually are, and then we’ll go through pleomorphism as well, and the nocebo effect also and your terrain is where we begin. So this is your entire system. I mean, and it’s not just your physical body which we could even question what is physicality when it comes to understanding electromagnetic energy, but really it’s also your biofield.
Amandha: It’s the entire output and input, of your system and the pH is really very critical to understand, and to understand pH, that it is an electrical activity, right? When you think of pH, you think of hydrogen ions and think of electricity, okay? And the material substances re- they respond to frequency, vibration, and pH.
Amandha: That’s the root of all and that’s why when we affect the electrical system, we can get a [00:25:00] lot of change in activity and healing and so forth, and even very rapid healing can happen when we understand that this is what’s running the whole show.
Amandha: If you really want a recovery support, you have to allow for expression, and you have to correct the nutrition.
Amandha: How many doctors have you gone to that have said, “Oh, well, oh, you have this, that, and the other thing. What’s your diet like?” You know? “What have you been eating lately?” You know? “How’s your sleep? How’s your stress?” Doctors don’t readily do that. They generally go… They’ll listen to you for maybe five minutes, and then they’ll run a battery of tests, and they’ll try to find something based on a theory of basically their own imagination, because they’re not really listening to you.
Amandha: They’re not taking a full case history, and they’re not even… Most of them aren’t even doing the physiological testing, meaning, [00:26:00] neurological testing looking at the body, right? Full physical exam. I’ve had patients say to me that they… their doctor never did a physical exam on them, which is insane.
Amandha: We don’t even… If you know how to take a case by looking and hearing, taking signs and symptoms, you don’t need one test at all, any of those tests. You can figure it out by your inquiry and your observation and the information that you’re given Okay? And so right there, I would say super red flag for a doctor to never do a proper full physical exam.
Amandha: That should take hours to accomplish, right? How many doctors have said, “Okay, I want you to walk back and forth in my office, and I wanna see your, your gait, and I wanna see if you’re walking on your toes, and I wanna see if, you know, your hips are moving evenly, and if your, you know, one foot is turned in or turned out or any…”
Amandha: And I don’t give a crap about any of that. But [00:27:00] if you were to do so, you would get a ton of information about that person and their spine and their spinal mechanics, for example, right? And then once you understand that all symptoms are information about how your body is managing, is releasing, and is healing You do not then frame symptoms as in the category of bad and then make it go away, right?
Amandha: Because symptoms are actually your body healing, and maybe it’s healing a little more, more overtly than you want, right? Because your body will give off all kinds of subtle symptoms when it’s operating in good condition, right? There are still symptoms of things happening in your body, but they’re not bothering you because they’re running correctly.
Amandha: But when there are backup systems or secondary or tertiary systems coming online because there [00:28:00] is a problem where it’s not running efficiently there are all sorts of redundant systems in your body to make sure you, that you stay alive, then you go, “Oh, my body has to, employ this backup program to keep things going, and that’s why I’m getting symptoms because, I’m not giving it enough nutrition.
Amandha: I’m not showing the body the respect that it deserves by taking care of it, and it’s communicating with me.” Rather, in the medical cult, they essentially are like, “Symptoms? Let me write those down. Let me just put them in a category, and then let me find a drug that matches it.” And they have to have diagnosis or they don’t know what to do, right?
Amandha: That’s very limiting.
Amandha: They’re obsessed with diagnosis which is one of their Achilles’ heels, right? Because they’re like robots almost the way that they’re trained. It’s like an algorithm, and they just need to collect symptoms and fit it into one of [00:29:00] their millions of categories, and then they go look up the drug or the injection that they think you’re supposed to have.
Amandha: And they’re basically… Their jobs are in danger because literally AI could do that in two seconds, right?
Amandha: It’s just a basic ones and zero algorithm that they’re running. They’re not thinking, they’re not looking, they’re not listening, right? There’s no nuance there. They’re not understanding the emotional aspect.
Amandha: They’re not viewing into that person’s life and understand what caused that disease state, right? And then what’s simplified here and what’s really lovely about this is there’s only three things that cause all illness. It’s either toxicity, lack of proper nutrition, or a blockage and congestion, and you can name any single thing and it will fit into one or more of these three categories.
Amandha: That’s it.
Amandha: See how simple that [00:30:00] is?
Amandha: Oh, you know, I’m running on low nutrition, and I have toxicity built up, and it’s gotten into congestion. You could have all three of those, and that’s your disease state. So what are you gonna do? Well, you’re gonna correct the nutrition, you’re gonna move out of the body, the toxicity, and you’re gonna mobilize.
Amandha: There you have your healing, right? And that’s with all conditions of the body, everything. Even what they call genetic diseases, right? When a child is born with a genetic disease, you can trace it back to a toxicity, a nutritional deficiency, or a congestion when they were as a fetus when they were in their mother’s body, right?
Amandha: So, all of it. All of it. It’s very simple now, isn’t it? It’s just three things. So the diagnosis, as I was saying, they need this label, but the problem is the label makes this story. I have heard so many stories, and I listen to the story [00:31:00] and and I’m like, “Well, that’s an interesting story you’ve told me, but is it really the story that you are, designing or is it, like, a true story, or is it a story that somebody told you about?”
Amandha: I had lots of people coming in with these stories like, “Oh, my doctor said I have HPV. My doctor said I caught a virus,” “My doctor said I have a bacterial infection.”
Amandha: My doctor never talks about parasites because they are really are confounded by a lot of things going on, but some doctors will say things like, “Oh, there’s…
Amandha: It was just a parasite or whatever.” And even parasites do not cause disease, and that’s very prevalent even in the alternative health community, and I’m gonna put that to bed today, but parasites also don’t cause disease.
Amandha: The other false stories they’re told is they’re just getting old, or it’s just their genetics, or it’s an autoimmune disease, or they just don’t know, which is called idiopathic ’cause idiots.
Amandha: ‘Cause it has the root [00:32:00] idiot in it.
Amandha: So once you know how to look for the poison or the blockage, or the lack of nutritional reserves, you at least know where to begin, and you at least can understand what organ systems are involved, what tissues are involved, and then you can begin to support. It doesn’t guarantee that you’re going to heal it.
Amandha: It doesn’t guarantee that the damage done is going to bounce back. I mean, I have permanent nerve damage from a dental injury that leads to migraines and suffering, and almost nothing touches that pain.
Amandha: So it’s not that you can always get the 100% magical cure, but that’s also something we need to dispel, is that what you are facing in your life is meant to be the challenge that you’re supposed to [00:33:00] learn from, and that we are here to go through certain trials and tribulations and succeed.
Amandha: We’re meant to succeed in them or learn what we’re meant to learn from that process, and that it can take many, many years for you to heal from a condition that has been developing in you for most of your life, right? So there’s varying degree of what we would call success and that’s part and parcel of real holistic healing, is the spiritual aspect of it, the deeper emotional aspects of what’s going on in your multi-layered body system, right?
Amandha: My spiritual teacher would quote four body systems, so the etheric and the physical and the spiritual and the mental, all the layers of what’s happening with your, your four body system, but it is far more resolving and fulfilling than to simply suppress it and [00:34:00] dull yourself.
Amandha: Making yourself a hollow, empty shell is not a fulfilling way of living, right?
Amandha: Feeling that your life is ending and there’s no hope is not a fulfilling way of living. A fulfilling way of living is understanding what happened and then going forward and making corrections and getting all the wonderful gifts and lessons from the brave process of integrating and accepting what your life has been for you and why you are going through what you’re going through, see?
Terrain Physiology: Blood, Lymph, Water, Nutrition, and Elimination
Amandha: Real inquiry understands expression, that there are inputs and outputs going on here, asking what organs are involved and why are they involved, and how they are connected. What is my intelligent body actually trying to do? And what nutrients are related to that? [00:35:00] And then the routes of elimination, are they active?
Amandha: Are they working and if you don’t have a working diagnosis that you have been given where do you start? So of course the blood and, the lymph and the fluids are very important to understand when you’re thinking about the terrain because your blood is life. Your blood is carrying oxygen and nutrients and hormones, all kinds of metabolic material.
Amandha: It’s a delivery system. It’s part of a cleansing system, right? It’s involved in every area of your entire being, of your entire body. You have all these different types of fluids, extracellular, intracellular fluid, and the body automatically knows how to clean, how to maintain, how to regulate self versus non-self, what’s allowed to be in each compartment.
Amandha: For example, if you have [00:36:00] leaky gut and you are eating food and it gets into the bloodstream, your body knows that that is not supposed to be there, and it will do whatever it takes to make that leave the area, and then it will give your body a feedback to say, “Please don’t do that again. We don’t want that.”
Amandha: And it will create maybe a histamine response because histamines are there to remove toxicity. We have an epidemic of, you know, mast cell problems like, you know, even from PCOS all the way to POTS, and ADD, and all of these problems, and the majority of what people are experiencing is a toxicity problem.
Amandha: Their own internal waste systems are not keeping up with what’s happening, and their histamines are constantly having to bind and remove and clear and remove, and they never get a downtime. They never get a reset moment, and that leads to sort of a hyper level of activity [00:37:00] and also can lead to nutritional losses and issues where you’re having, you know, still buildups of those waste particles.
Amandha: So you’re exhausting a specific system, and that’s really what we’re seeing en masse because so many people are constantly being poisoned, and the poison is coming from every avenue, from the water, from the air from the food, right, from the lifestyle, from the stress, right? And that’s what we’re seeing, and everyone wants to blame, like, some sort of germ or blame an immune system or whatever, and they just…
Amandha: I don’t know why we’re so blinded by the toxicity factor, but it’s through the roof, okay? If everyone right now were just to, like, walk in, into a, a clinic and ask for a blood draw or ask for a hair mineral analysis and ask how much aluminum they’re carrying in their bodies- I would say almost every single one of you, unless you’ve done an active [00:38:00] detox, is drops off the page as far as how high your aluminum levels are in your body right now.
Amandha: And you can cleanse it, and then six months’ time, it’s back full again because they’re literally spraying it from our skies every single day. This is what we’re dealing with here, and all of these new disease categories and disease issues and labels and so forth are crutches that prevent us from asking the correct questions and actually finding the real reasons why it is happening, okay?
Amandha: So the lymph is very important in this situation, and I don’t really hear a lot of doctors even talk about this stuff because they’re only gonna talk about your lymphatic system if you have, like, a cancer. They don’t even, you know, consider that the lymph can get very congested that it has a lot of waste it has to mobilize, and that you have to continually support that [00:39:00] system to drain the wastes from your bloodstream and from other organ systems.
Amandha: And then this fluid motion and the chemistry of that of those fluids and how they’re operating is gonna dictate what your tissues are receiving, what they’re storing, what they’re releasing, okay? Water is… Yes, and someone said electromagnetic frequencies as well. Absolutely. And EMFs are affecting our biofield and affecting the swiftness in which we heal.
Amandha: I have noticed over the years, the speed in which people heal has slowed down, and I attribute that not only to the increase in chemicals but to the electromagnetic field
Amandha: background radiation that we’re all being exposed to and because we are electrical beings, and we’re messing around with dirty electricity and toxic energy fields it [00:40:00] just slows down all of these natural processes that are trying to work for us.
Amandha: And it is becoming alarming now that 6G is on the horizon as well, and it seems like there are no regulators, there are no groups of people that are in a position of power that are really stopping any of it. And it’s gonna get interesting, because we will have to either become revolutionaries in the sense of vigilante justice or chaos will take care of it.
Amandha: But eventually it will falter, because you cannot continue to push the pedal to the metal and not have the engine burn out, you know?
Amandha: Understanding that water is conscious and alive, and that it holds memory, and it is vital to how things move inside of our bodies.
Amandha: Understanding there is a fourth phase of water. There’s something called structured water. That the minerals actually are part of the [00:41:00] scaffolding of the water for this electrical communication. We need the sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, chloride, and bicarbonates, and so forth, to regulate this fluid movement and charge.
Amandha: So you can drink pure water, but if you do not have the important electrolytes and tissue salts in your system, you will not get charge movement
Amandha: That the nerves and the muscles require these mineral scaffolding relationships in order to function. It’s not simply down to molecular biochemistry, there’s more to it, and I think we’ll get new language when it comes to understanding how things really operate as we get out of sort of this clunky Newtonian explanation of things.
Amandha: So, you know, you… There are people who will drink water, and then they have to urinate very soon after, and if that happens to you, then you need minerals. It means that your cells are actually not absorbing the water, and they’re not transforming the water [00:42:00] properly and you can actually burn out your kidneys and reduce your lifespan by drinking too much pure water that doesn’t have the balance to it.
Amandha: One of the things I teach is that there are different types of waters for different types of reasons. There’s not just one water. There are multitudes of waters. But one thing you can do right away is, knowing that water has memory, you can speak kindly to your water.
Amandha: You can program your water with your thoughts and words before you drink it, and it’s as simple as that, and you can change the water immediately by doing so.
Amandha: When I take a shower, I actually do a cleansing at the end of my shower, I do a cleansing moment where I thank the water, and I pray to the water, and I ask it for a certain assistance for my biofield and my energy systems to help balance them, and [00:43:00] then I give it something, whatever it needs, and I ask that whenever it flows, down the drain and when it goes into my septic system and out into my field, I ask it to, you know, send blessings to the plants and the trees and the, and the life that lives out there.
Amandha: And it’s something that can empower us because there is scientific evidence that our words and energies will change water. That is something that we can all do, and it’s free Digestion and nutrition, of course, are very important and very overlooked, underlooked, however you wanna say and we really wanna think about dense nutrition, and we wanna think about how the body is taking that nutrition in.
Amandha: We have to chew it properly. It has to be broken down by the body. It has to then be decided by who, and what, and [00:44:00] where is all of this going, and then it has to be transported, and then the end user, the end tissue, has to be able to hear it, and listen to it, and use it, right?
Amandha: We tend to eat a lot of dead foods these days, and confuse the body’s systems, for example, in diabetes, when you’re eating things, you know, like aspartame or non-sugary non-sugars, you know, the faux sugars that can create confusion in the insulin system, and actually lead to diabetes or worsening diabetes or obesity and other metabolic problems like cancers.
Amandha: Your bile is important for fat digestion, of course, and handling, but it also helps your body remove toxicity. It absorbs toxicity as it moves, and ensuring that you cleanse the bile on a regular basis and support proper bile flow [00:45:00] is vital to how you detox certain aspects of your body xylitol, it, xylitol is a true sugar.
Amandha: The body can use it in some regards, but any of those alcohol sugars can lead to digestive concerns and should only be done in, like, lower doses. But xylitol tends to help the oral pH quite considerably, so there is a role for xylitol use in dental care. And then gas, bloating, bowel changes, yeast patterns, that’s all information, and how many people ignore this for so long, right?
Amandha: If you are farting, you’re not eating right. We are not supposed to fart. I’m sorry. Farting is not normal. We’re not supposed to be stinky farters. We’re elegant, wonderful beings of light. We don’t fart, okay? So if you are eating something and you fart, [00:46:00] then you didn’t eat something right.
Amandha: You had a bad food combination. You ate too much, and now you’re fermenting the food. So, I’m gonna say I do not toot, and I’m very proud of the fact that I don’t toot. The only time I will ever is I know that I ate something wrong, and I’ll never eat it like that again or eat that food again, period.
Amandha: Liver, bile, bowel, so the material that then is absorbed by your intestine will travel towards the liver. That blood has to go there, and then the liver has to take that into the blood. It has to be transformed into nutrients. It has to process hormones. It has to handle all these chemical exposures.
Amandha: It has to detox the blood constantly. The bile will carry the processed material into the bowel. The liver will detox, but also it will manufacture things.
Amandha: Think of your liver like the receptionist of your body. It’s your master organ, and, and it’s works really hard for you constantly. It [00:47:00] has to filter.
Amandha: It has to do thousands of different processes.
Amandha: Same with belching. Farting is of the, of the anus as, as is belching to the mouth.
Amandha: It’s all one tube from mouth to anus. It’s the same thing, just on the upper level. So, so yes, belching is not supposed to happen. But of course, if you drank a beer or a pop and you had carbonation, then, you know, it’s obvious where that’s coming from and that’s a little more, That’s actually less of a red flag problem, ’cause you know immediately what that was, right?
Amandha: Than the tooting aspect, where you know fermentation’s actually happening and the and what’s interesting and important to understand about the liver is that it expresses through the eyes, and that’s why when I taught in my webinar and masterclass about DMSO and using it in the eyes and how to do that properly, I will [00:48:00] tell people with the protocols that you have to treat the liver if you’re treating the eyes, because the liver is the one that communicates with the eyes, and it expresses through the eyes.
Amandha: So you can look at the eyes and see the health of the liver. For example, one example of that is jaundice, right? You’ll get the yellowing of the eyes. But also the other way around. You can see that if the eyes are suffering, then the liver is not really having a good communication with the eyes, or it’s using the eyes as an expression point, which means automatically if you have an eye issue, then you have a liver issue, right?
Amandha: And then skin eruptions are of course part of the liver system, the hormones and so forth and if you have a lot of anger or rage, then you know your liver is agitated because that is the liver is the seat of anger when it comes to understanding traditional Chinese medicine and I integrate the traditional Chinese system into my teachings [00:49:00] because it is so very valuable.
Amandha: Once I did that, my successes with patients were approaching 100%. So it’s a really big, important thing to understand and of course, if you’re constipated, how many people are walking around full of S-H-I-T? A lot of people and If you’re not pooping every day or multiple times a day, then you are creating extra toxicity in your body and you are creating more work for your liver and it also could mean that you’re dehydrated.
Amandha: It’s difficult sometimes in perimenopause, right, where there’s constipation because the liver is working in overload. So it’s important to make sure you’re pooping every day, and if you’re not, then learn the importance of having a home enema kit and run yourself an enema, either a coffee enema or a warm water salt enema.
Amandha: There’s all kinds of different ones. But make sure that you don’t allow yourself to stay [00:50:00] constipated the kidneys and the urine, I speak a lot about urine therapy. I have been writing a book about urine therapy. I have a lot of resources and information on Yummy.Doctor about that. Your kidneys will regulate water and minerals and the acid/base balance, which is the electrical balance, and all the information you get from your urine, which is multitudes, is amazing feedback on what’s going on in the body. That’s why doctors use it so much. They look at the urine, but the way they look at the urine, they’re not getting as much as we can get out of it.
Amandha: And once you start to actually apply urine therapy into your life, it’s incredible how intuitive you get and how much more feedback you get from your urine color and odor and opaqueness or clarity, color, volume et cetera.
Amandha: And so urine is not waste. It is filtered blood plasma, [00:51:00] and it’s extremely valuable to the point where the big pharma cartel collects it and makes medicine from it. It also does a lot of experiments with it on poor, innocent animals. It is simply excess. Your body has to control things very finely, and it has to keep the blood pH in quite a tight window.
Amandha: And so your kidneys have to make sure that the water levels and the mineral levels are correct, and if you’re taking nutrients, there could be excess nutrients that the body can’t deal with, and they’ll just go out through your kidneys.
Amandha: So there’s thousands of metabolites and minerals and nutrients and hormones and other information in your urine, but it is mainly primarily structured water.
Amandha: Your kidneys actually make structured water, living water and [00:52:00] again, with kidneys in traditional Chinese medicine, it’s considered your life force, okay? So when your kidneys kick the can, you’re going home, okay?
Amandha: The kidney’s expressed by your ears, and common symptoms or problems of kidney deficiencies, you can get tinnitus you can have a lot of fear, that’s the main emotion of kidneys and then anytime anyone would come in and complain about sore knees or low back pain, I would start asking them questions about their kidneys. I would be asking what they were eating. I would be asking about fear. I would be telling them that their kidneys are most likely toxic.
Amandha: Low back pain can be from an oozing of excess toxicity in the kidney system or the adrenal system oozing into the low back, leading to basically a chemical subluxation of L4, L5 junction is the most common and the meridian running down the [00:53:00] legs, the kidney meridian runs down the inside of the legs, and it tends to accumulate in a very busy area of the knee.
Amandha: There’s a lot of structure of, in the knee, and it will give you information there as well and then if you do have kidney issues, as I’ve talked about for years and years, you essentially magnesium load, you start detoxing after that with castor oil packs, you drink your own urine because that is a kidney tonic, and you also create herbal remedies like parsley leaf and corn silk tea.
Amandha: There are different homeopathic remedies that you can use as well, depending on your case and symptoms, and then tissue salts as well to support those tissues. And then approaching the adrenals, so using adaptogens for the adrenals because that’s often related and making sure that stress management is of priority, and of course, you know, proper walking, exercise, blood movement, blood flow, and [00:54:00] proper hydration.
Structure, Dental Health, Emotions, and Case History
Amandha: Injuries and structure. So old injuries are really important when we’re taking a case because there’s huge impact on the fascia layers. So the second largest organ of the body is the skin, and the biggest organ in our body that I haven’t heard one doctor ever really talk about are double-layered fascia system.
Amandha: And that is our network in which our electrical communication is happening through all the fine mesh and tubules that are going through our entire body and if you’ve had that cut or opened or damaged, then that automatically can create a congestion or a blockage in that region, and that can be an ongoing issue.
Amandha: And that is related to your etheric field as part of your biofield and can kind of create an energetic hole in that area. I would commonly see these holes when I was doing my hands-on healing. [00:55:00] I was… I’m a Reiki practitioner. I would intuit and feel these holes in people’s biofields and invariably connect it back to either an injection, a surgery, or an injury where there was scar tissue and envelopment of the fascia that was preventing proper biofield tuning to that area.
Amandha: And it was something that we could correct temporarily, but it would eventually fade, so they would have to consistently work on those areas. There are nerves, of course, nerves and lymphatic routes as well throughout the fascia, lots of vessels, and that’s the explanation also for acupuncture and one of the reasons that acupuncture…
Amandha: or how acupuncture works. And we have evidence of that because we have been able to image the nadis or the tubules that are throughout our body through the fascia system, and this is where the needle goes in and creates [00:56:00] an electrical action and mobilizes blockages with that system and connects to all the organ systems of the entire body.
Amandha: Then the dental work part of this is huge because essentially you can think of your teeth as your spark plugs and we have a very delicate lymphatic system in the mouth, and that system is its own toothbrush. We’re really not even supposed to brush our teeth, believe it or not. We’ve sort of fallen into such a mess that we have to brush our teeth.
Amandha: If you look at the tribes of yore, they had perfect teeth, perfectly white teeth. They never had dental caries and they ate, of course basically no grains or almost no grains, and you can the Pottenger’s experiments on cats also tell a lot about improper feeding and what it does to our dental health and then if we have improper dentition [00:57:00] because we weren’t breastfed or we had crowded teeth, right, from improper nutrition which really happened a lot in the UK.
Amandha: Every time I hear anybody talk from the UK, I’m always looking at their mouth and their teeth and there’s a reason for that.
Amandha: It’s usually a severe vitamin D deficiency long-term has led to crowded teeth and a small palate, and it affects all the structures of the head and neck and the cranial nerves, how the nerves move, and all the fascia as well in that area
Amandha: As well there’s a book about dental and beauty I think it’s called The Beauty Code, and he discusses how mewing and correction and expansion of the palate actually doesn’t just help with your sinuses, and sleep apnea, and, you know, all of these other structural issues, snoring and so forth, [00:58:00] but also beauty, that the wider the palate, the more beautiful the face structure, ’cause you actually keep the structure of the jaw properly, which is…
Amandha: It, it keeps things from sagging and collapsing, and also that if you have a proper jaw structure, it helps you sing better or have a good singing voice. But ultimately my point here is that there’s no separation, okay? The modern medical model creates these specialists, right? And it’s like a bunch of like blind men walking around an elephant, touching it in different spots, and thinking they have the answers, you know?
Amandha: Which is sort of a insanity. And again, like the stories I’ve heard are over, and over, and over again. This isn’t just like a one-off “Oh, I’ve been to, you know, three different specialists,” and here in Canada it takes you six [00:59:00] to eight months or maybe a year to even see a specialist just to get handed off to yet another specialist to eventually get whittled down to a diagnosis, to eventually get whittled down to a drug regime that never solves the problem.
Amandha: Waste of time, energy, money, and sanity.
Amandha: Emotional events, of course, are very important because they go both ways, but the emotional shock or emotional trauma can damage the adrenals and can lead to digestion issues, improper sleep appetite controls, breathing being shallow you know, where the blood flows.
Amandha: So for example, if you’re always stressed, then the blood wants to be in the legs to make sure it can run away rather than in the belly where it would be digesting food, right? And so I always address the stress because that tells me if they’re chronically stressed, that they are not [01:00:00] digesting and assimilating, so they’re going to have a longer road of healing until they get that managed.
Amandha: Of course, the stress is not just cortisol, but we discuss cortisol, of course, and adrenaline. There’s a bunch of neurochemicals that are being exuded from high stress that puts you into a fight or flight or an eventually a drained out fawning sort of system or reaction or response which can be very dangerous and can lead people down the road to fibromyalgia which is basically the next step to death or cancer, which then can lead to, full collapse of the system.
Amandha: That’s the body desperately trying to save itself.
Amandha: So cancer is basically the last savior of the body trying to hold on for dear life and then, of course, the medical mafia just goes and breaks that mechanism, and it usually kills the patient. With only a 3% success rate for chemotherapy it’s kind of [01:01:00] embarrassing that they even promote it still, and it just shows you how indoctrinated and lost that system is that they would even promote mustard gas as a form of treatment.
Amandha: The autonomic nervous system also affects your bowel movements and other secretions and, of course, your blood pressure as well, as we’re seeing all kinds of blood pressure issues in this world, and it’s partial toxicity and partial autonomic nervous system problems.
Amandha: Grief, fear, betrayal, all of those things, of course, when was the last time your doctor talked about how the narcissist affected you?
Amandha: You know, this is ignored by most modern medicine.
Amandha: And of course emotion, as I mentioned, creates a biochemistry cascade and affects circulation and can exhaust certain organs and the nervous system. So taking a good case is [01:02:00] super important, okay?
Amandha: Because it really illuminates the story and this means going all the way back to the beginning. When I ask people, when I go all the way back in their case history, right? It only takes an hour and a half. It’s not, you know, it doesn’t have to take that long to take a good case and I would invariably find the moment it all began, and I would say 95% of the moments that it all began for them, where things started to go downhill, you know, since this date, was from either a drug, especially an antibiotic, or a vaccine, or obviously a physical injury or some sort of toxic exposure or toxic event.
Amandha: That’s most of it and it was stunning to me because I was seeing it again and again and again and I’m like, “You know what? I know I have a high IQ, but like, why aren’t other [01:03:00] people putting the dots together here, man?” Because why are we still doing this? This is craziness. This is absurdity.
Amandha: All you have to do is ask a lot of people, you know, where are the scientists? Ask a lot of patients, “When did it all start for you?” And you will see that this shit started when they were injected or poisoned, you know? Oh, man. And then it goes down from there. And of course, the model, the medical model can’t admit that they’re doing it.
Amandha: Like, just look at COVID as a prime example. Healthy athletes and children dropping dead of heart attacks that never, ever, ever has happened like this, okay? And they cannot link the fact that they took a COVID shot. It’s maddening, right? ‘Cause it’s so obvious.
Amandha: But the cult can’t allow it. [01:04:00] They just… they’ll never, never admit it or allow it because then their entire structure falls apart. So medications and suppressions and procedures, you will collect all of those and you will see the patterns begin to emerge and the patient, if you let someone speak and you listen intently, they will often reveal the root causes, and they will often tell you what their diagnosis is, I would just sit and listen, and when I circle back to what they said, ’cause I, you know, have to take good notes, they told you what it was. They already knew what it was. They knew when it started, most of them know what they’re doing wrong. They know, “Oh, I’m not eating so well. Oh, I’m drinking too much coffee.
Amandha: Yeah, I should stop that alcohol. Ooh, I should quit the weed. Oh, I should…” You know? They know what it is, and you’re just really letting them hear it, and then just saying it back to them, right? They’ll reveal [01:05:00] it almost every time. And so therefore, why do you need all these tests all the time? Every now and again, yeah, it’d be good to have a test, or we’re not 100% sure, let’s just go get a confirmation, but we’re kinda sure.
Amandha: I had a case lately of a woman who I knew it was kidney stones, but it was through text and I wasn’t getting all the information, I don’t know her history, I don’t know anything, right? I’m just going by her symptoms and her pain levels and stuff and I’m like, “This sounds like you’re passing a kidney stone to me, but I don’t know your history, so okay, go and get the ultrasound and get it figured out.”
Amandha: And lo and behold, when she finally got back from her six plus hours in the waiting room and et cetera what did they diagnose her with? Kidney stones. Well, I told you you had kidney stones, right?
Amandha: She didn’t need it to move forward and as I said to her, I said, “Well, you’re gonna treat as if anyway, so here’s what you’re [01:06:00] gonna start doing right away so that you can move through this,” right?
Amandha: This is the power of this observation and power of taking a good case and if I had sat with her and taken her case history, I would have 100% known without question or one ounce of doubt that she was passing a kidney stone, because I already would’ve had signs and symptoms that her kidneys were struggling.
Amandha: She probably would’ve complained of low back pain or knee issues in the past, or some sort of arthritis or something like that, right? She would’ve told me about her stress levels and these sorts of things, and her vaccine history and so forth. I would’ve been able to easily piece it together had I had the time to, you know, take an hour with her, right?
Symptoms as Information: Fever, Mucus, Digestion, and Skin
Amandha: But because it was presented as an emergency, even so, we got the correct diagnosis from her signs and symptoms and the information, right? So symptoms are healing. This is one of [01:07:00] the sea changes that’s really important when you’re understanding terrain. You look at symptoms as the body doing something right, not doing something wrong.
Amandha: See, the conventional model has to say, “Symptoms bad. Make symptoms go away. Erase them. Magically erase them,” and then, “Yay, you’re cured. We’re heroes,” you know? And then eventually, the suppression, you know, the Band-Aid peels off, and here we are back at symptoms again, and usually worse, right?
Amandha: So for example, fever has to speed up the activity and the movement to get things cleaned up.
Amandha: It has to get things happening quickly and mucus formation, You know, I know it’s not fun, but it’s not stupid. The body is using mucus to remove waste from the body, right? [01:08:00] Inflammation isn’t, you know, oh, bad inflammation, bad, bad, bad. Inflammation is a healing symptom. It is allowing for blood, and fluid, and nutrients, and all the repair tools to get to a specific area.
Amandha: When inflammation affects tissues, it swells the tissues, and it creates little gaps between the cells, and allows for materials to move through and get into areas that it is not able to get into otherwise, right?
Amandha: Diarrhea, vomiting, oh, I know. That’s not fun, but it’s your body healing because it is removing poisonous problems, and buildup, and things that the body cannot have.
Amandha: It must go. It is saving your life. It is healing you. Skin eruptions is moving material out of the surface. It’s trying to get things out, right? So symptoms are part of a healing process, and the body is intelligent. It is not stupid. It is not broken. [01:09:00] It is so genius you would be deeply humbled to even know… if someone were to tell you a play-by-play of what is going on every day inside your wondrous body, you would be in awe. There is nothing stupid or wrong about what is happening and what the symptoms are in your body “Is poop waste?” There’s a question. Yes, poop is absolute waste, and mainly the waste that is coming out are broken blood cells.
Amandha: That’s why it’s the color that it is. Your body makes new blood cells every 120 days, so you’re getting a lot of old blood that’s coming out through the poop. Poop is waste, but also, it does hold a lot of information as well. But it’s not something that we use as medicine like that, although the medical model will use it for fecal transplants, which again, doesn’t, shouldn’t ever have to happen because if you actually know how to heal the colon and the gut, you would never, ever need [01:10:00] somebody else’s poop as an implant into your body, and I think that’s part of their Satanic cult to do stuff like that.
Amandha: Although there are wild animals or other animals that do eat poop, and roll in poop, and use poop, so, you know, that’s… It’s up for debate as to the role in, you know, in that. But it’s definitely not on the same level as, say, urine. So fever should not be suppressed, okay? Fever is a mechanism, and it’s not dangerous, as much as they tell you, and I know it’s scary.
Amandha: But it’s actually not dangerous even if there’s a febrile seizure, unless there’s an underlying seizure disorder. It’s just scary.
Amandha: So the hypothalamus actually is a temperature mechanism, and ironically, we never really had this level of fever disorder as we do now because vaccines damage this organ and prevent the body from [01:11:00] regulating the temperature properly.
Amandha: So heat, again, is increasing enzyme activity and is speeding up chemical reactions, and it’s gonna use a lot of water and minerals and energy, so it’s gonna get things moving.
Amandha: The main thing is to keep the body hydrated and support the process to fast and not feed, and to note responsiveness and any neurological signs. And in, in my system, I, of course, am going to teach you about red flags when it isn’t okay, you know, what to look for, what to know when, when things are going in a bad direction, right?
Amandha: So that you don’t panic and you can stay regulated yourself and support, especially when it comes to children and then one of the best ways to support fever is skin on skin, right? If there’s an infant or a child, you take off your shirt and you cuddle with them. You take off their shirt and you touch the skin so then that your body starts to help them regulate their fever mechanism.
Amandha: When my child was [01:12:00] younger, she had a 105-degree fever and it was because she had her first expression of E. coli coming from the back door to the front door. It’s a rite of passage.
Amandha: I actually have a video about that it’s called A Rite of Passage. It should only ever happen once if it does, and once that’s set and you don’t meddle with it and you don’t throw antibiotics at it, they will never have yeast infections. They will never have any other urinary tract issues going forward. You let everything set up properly as a child, and because we treat children like mini adults, we misunderstand and miscategorize diseases when they are actually exanthems of childhood and are normal, natural growth processes and we misidentify what they are and treat incorrectly and lead them to ill health and developmental delays.
Amandha: If there is also fever, one of the best remedies to not suppress, [01:13:00] but to again maintain or help it not spike or become dysregulated in fever, especially if they’re vaccinated, is the homeopathic Ferrum phos, Ferrum phosphoricum.
Amandha: It’s a very potent fever support remedy. If you have a child, it’s important that you have that remedy on hand. We talked about mucus already, but I want to mention that, of course, coughing is a symptom that we don’t like, but coughing is helping, through mechanical force, remove the mucus from the respiratory tract.
Amandha: And if the mucus is dehydrated and dry and stuck, then obviously there’s a dehydration moment, so you will add moisture, right? To help them, to help the body do that, to help the body release that. So you’ll do steam inhalations you make sure the body’s fully hydrated, right? So you’ll moisturize the tissues, and then you’ll be able to release it, and there are also, like, demulcents and cough supports that will do [01:14:00] this as well and the energy of the lung is grief, right? We see a lot of people who are in deep grief smoking sucking back their grief, right? We’ll see a lot of deficient lungs with very low voices. They cannot project their voice, right?
Amandha: Because they are not using their full lungs and that the way to support your lungs is in the spring and autumn are times when the lungs really need to be supported and regulated. That’s what colds and flus are in those seasons. They’re just a moment of detox. They are not caused by a virus. They are not caused by bacteria.
Amandha: All of those things are triggers to detox. Just like you see in the autumn that the leaves start to change on the trees all at the same time, they had a cold trigger telling them that there’s a change of seasons, and they have to prepare accordingly. It’s the same thing with us. We are triggered accordingly by change of weather patterns, change of humidity patterns, et cetera, to go through a cleansing process, so [01:15:00] that the body can clear out to prepare for the stresses of the coming changes and the temperature changes and so forth.
Amandha: The diarrhea and vomiting, of course. The diarrhea is emptying the bowel and vomiting is emptying the stomach, and the stomach’s actually a two-way street. So for example, you eat something, of course, you know, from going down the tube into the stomach, et cetera, and if it doesn’t want it, it will get rid of it.
Amandha: But it also, the body will collect, the blood will collect wastes from the rest of the body and deliver them into the stomach to be removed as well. That’s why you’re like, “Where is this all coming from? I’m vomiting and I’m vomiting again and I’m vomiting again, and I’m vo- Where is this all coming from?”
Amandha: And it’s actually bringing toxic bile to be vomited out. It’s bringing things into the stomach system to be removed from elsewhere.
Amandha: The stomach is a two-way sort of street and then of course, the main thing again, when you’re evacuating like that, diarrhea or vomiting, your red flag is just to make sure that there’s enough hydration because that’s where things [01:16:00] can go wrong, right?
Amandha: And then if you immediately suppress it, then you can hold that toxic material inside your body longer, and that could cause more organ damage in the long run. So it’s ultimately better to just, you know, support what it’s going through, and then if it’s enough is enough and you can’t, then there are homeopathic remedies and other remedies.
Amandha: Like, my daughter one time had a quite a bit of vomiting and, you know, she was exhausted from it. So, you know, I had put a stop to it and I gave her the homeopathic Nux vomica as well as there was another homeopathic that I used called Ipecac. So Ipecac, and that Ipecacuanha is what it’s called.
Amandha: It’s a very long name.
Amandha: But those two are the Nux vomica supports, the liver, which is kind of abused in that case, and the Ipecac is a sort of like a stops the expulsion [01:17:00] process. So skin eruptions you know, are expressing waste that’s sitting in the fascia, waste that’s sitting in the lymph all kinds of you know, shuttled waste from the liver cause the liver also expresses through the skin.
Amandha: So again, if you’re having skin issues, then you have a liver issue. Rashes and blisters and itching and all of these things, the liver is processing, the bowels is maybe backed up as well, and all of the lymph is probably very full and so this is what’s going on with any type of skin condition. So you always start with the liver, see?
Amandha: Oh, skin conditions, start with the liver. Oh, you know, these… I don’t really know exactly what it is, but I’m gonna just start to do a cleanse of my liver. I’m gonna start to, you know, make sure I have enough magnesium, which is essential for my liver. If you are ever, ever gonna start a detox of any sort, whether you’re using DMSO, whether you’re using MMS, whether you’re…
Suppression, Detoxification, and Childhood Health Expressions
Amandha: Whatever you’re using to cleanse with, even if you’re starting castor oil packs, please magnesium load [01:18:00] first. That is always your first go-to because magnesium is your catalyst for enzyme reactions. So when you are starting to upregulate movement and activity and releases, you’re basically saying “Hey, I know you’ve been driving at, like 30 kilometers, but now we’re gonna go 150.
Amandha: Can you, like, catch up already?” And it’s kind of a shock to the body, and what happens is the toxins start to move and mobilize, but the liver is not upregulated to handle it, and then you start getting circulated toxins, and you feel not well.
Amandha: You could have all kinds of signs and symptoms from detox, right?
Amandha: And therefore, magnesium load through topical support, the topical magnesium, which I make my own brand of topical magnesium that also has aloe, so it’s not as itchy and that’s on my YumNaturals.Store site, and I also have it on my DMSO.Store site cause I have a 50% magnesium blend with DMSO as well and either of those can be [01:19:00] used, but if you’re really new to detox, then just magnesium load before you start, okay?
Amandha: Because it can really prevent you from a lot of discomfort and of course, location and timing and progression of how everything is going, it will give you a lot of information as well.
Amandha: I had so many cases of the classic… Again, I’m a very good pattern recognizer, and I always thought everybody else was, but I guess not. I would see these cases again and again, especially with eczema, right? So what happens is the kid got vaccinated, the child was vaccinated, the vaccines caused liver dysfunction and gut disorder and then they began to eat foods.
Amandha: When they start to eat solids, they’re getting leaky gut. They’re getting all kinds of food sensitivities. They’re getting all kinds of rashes and then they go to the doctor, the doctor says, “Well, it certainly wasn’t our vaccine.” [01:20:00] And, or, “Certainly wasn’t the antibiotics that wiped out your child’s gut flora.”
Amandha: They’ll just slap on a cortisone cream, which is a toxic poison, and not only is it a toxic poison suppressant what it does is it says to the skin, “Nuh-uh, you’re not coming out this way. Stop doing that.” And the skin goes, “A’ight,” you know, “I’ll back down.” For now. And then it says to the liver “Screw you because you have to detox me,” and so the liver has to figure it out.
Amandha: It actually causes physical liver damage, which was the source of the problem in the first place, so it adds insult to injury, and it shocks the body into stopping the expression, right? And then of course, the, the doctor thinks, “Oh, look at me, I’m such a hero,” and then the parents are like, “Oh, yay, it went away.
Amandha: I don’t have to worry about that.” And then a few weeks or a few months go by, and then, “Oh, hey, that rash is back. You know, we stopped the cortisone ’cause it went away, but now the rash [01:21:00] is back, and actually it’s worse. Hmm, that’s weird. Let’s go back to the quack and see what he or she says.” And then they go, “Oh, you know what?
Amandha: I think we just need a stronger cortisone cream.” “Oh, okay, Doc.” And so they take more stronger poison. They put more of that on the child, poor child’s skin, and then there’s more liver damage from that, and the body has to detox from the cortisone, and the skin is like, “This again? I mean, I finally figured out how to express again, and now you’re telling me no another time?
Amandha: Okay.” And the toxicity is still building up under the skin all along. Nothing has healed. Now the liver is even more damaged, okay? And then lo and behold, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard this over and over and over again from parents, the same exact thing. Lo and behold, if they’re lucky, if they’re fortunate, the rash comes back again in the same [01:22:00] expression, right?
Amandha: If they’re not lucky, the toxins are trying to figure out another way out, and they usually go to the lungs. Ha. All of a sudden, now you have a childhood asthma case. And then it can actually go the other way, where the the toxin decided to go through the lungs, so they had childhood asthma, then they’re given the same drug, cortisone, just in an inhalant.
Amandha: They’re given the cortisone, and then the body’s like, “Well, we’re gonna go out through the skin then,” and so it also can go the other direction. I’ve seen it both ways and To stop the insanity, right? Cause I had hundreds of children like this. To stop the insanity, I inform them about what the quack has done, and then I inform them that they can use my eczema lotion, for example, that I designed, specifically for this to help the skin release while you support [01:23:00] the liver to upregulate its detox mechanism.
Amandha: And lo and behold, the rash clears up, but it is not suppressed. It is pulled out through the skin. So my eczema lotion helps the body release it out through the skin without secondary damage to the tissues, and finishes what it’s trying to do, and then tells the liver,
Amandha: “Hey, sorry we’ve been neglecting you, we’re gonna support you, and then what we’re gonna do is make sure you can process all these wastes properly and then we’re also gonna address the diet and make sure we’re not continually, continuing to poison you.”
Amandha: And then it is full resolve, never to be seen again and that’s true healing you see?
Amandha: So childhood exanthems, these are acute purification events. They are from poor feeding, usually [01:24:00] bad proteins, vaccinations, antibiotics, and other drugs, and what’s happened is there’s compounded growth.
Amandha: So, I have a child, I don’t know if you have children, but if you have a child, have you ever seen that they go to bed, you know, they go to bed, kiss them good night, read them a story, they go to bed, and they wake up the next day and you’re like, “wow, you grew visibly overnight”?
Amandha: I’m like, how? That is a miracle. Like, I could’ve done a time lapse video and I would’ve seen you grow, right? It’s incredible and that is compound growth, right?
Amandha: And when you have so much structure being built, the body creates a lot of waste. Think about a construction site. Think about building a building.
Amandha: How much construction waste do you get from building a building? Well, it’s like that in the body, although the body is way more efficient and will even [01:25:00] use some of the wastes to its advantage, but not all. Things have to go out. Things have to leave. Gases and materials are, that have been metabolized through that process of building have to go.
Amandha: They grow very, very quickly, and they need to clear this up before even the next stage of growth. How many times have you seen a kid get, quote-unquote, “sick”, and then they have a growth spurt right after? Well, that’s because the body got quote-unquote, “sick” to move out the materials that were in the way so that the body could build.
Amandha: So it’s both. It has to prepare for the building, and then it also has to release after the building and so you’ll see fevers, they may change their appetite. My child would almost not want to eat anything before, and then after, be hungry as a horse, right? Okay? Because the appetite is calling for the building blocks and the materials to do the job and, and everything that’s happening And sleep [01:26:00] changes.
Amandha: They can sleep a ton more. I call teenage years the terrible twos part two because they are going through rapid growth and changes, and they need a lot of sleep, okay? If my daughter wants to sleep in till 11:30 or noon, I do not disturb because I know she’s developing. We do not complete our nervous system development until we are 26 years of age, okay? So appetite changes, sleep changes, lymphatic activity, all of this, they all have releases. They all have different nutritional needs, okay? This is the growth spurt. So suppressing the body, trying to prepare for growth spurt, it pushes everything down.
Amandha: It can stunt the activity, and it can lead to developmental delays on any level, physical, mental, or emotional, okay? We allow the children to [01:27:00] express. We support them through the expression. Like measles and chickenpox and mumps and any of those things, those are all just different systems having to get rid of different junk and the chickenpox one, for example, which no one should be using a chickenpox vaccine.
Amandha: That is absolute barbary. That is Dark Age medicine, okay? That is such a travesty that we do this to our children because first of all, my daughter had one pock. That was her expression and mine, because I was so vaccine damaged, I didn’t have any proper…
Amandha: I had improper growth spurt moments, and when I was 16 or 17, it all came out, and I was head-to-toe chickenpox, and I couldn’t even walk cause it was all in my spine. It was in my eyes, in my nose, in my ears. It was hell, all because the vaccine suppressed the [01:28:00] activity, cause that’s what vaccines do.
Amandha: Vaccines study normal, natural expressions and figure out how to break them, and that’s what they call prevention. Again, insane people do this. People who know nothing about health do this and create this. Can you imagine? Normal, natural expression process of the body, let’s develop something that breaks it, that will never allow the body to cleanse itself and release, okay?
Amandha: That’s, like, mental institute kinda level stuff and that is exactly what is happening right?
Amandha: Any vaccine can stunt the release process, and eventually it can take years and years, and that material is still built up and held in their bodies until finally the moment arises where it can come out, and that could be in their teen years, and it’s awful because it’s not supposed to happen then.[01:29:00]
Amandha: And it doesn’t even have to happen at all, by the way. It only happens, and the expression only happens because we’re not feeding them correctly, giving them formula. Formula, again, is ridiculous. We don’t promote breastfeeding, we don’t promote normal, natural vaginal birth, bonding. They cut the cord.
Amandha: They don’t leave the placenta to fall off naturally.
Amandha: Almost everything that modern medicine has taught us is wrong, and backward, and delaying us, and making us sick.
Amandha: So suppression leaves the original problem unresolved, and then the drug comes in, and now it’s another burden that the body has to overcome.
Amandha: And then the damaged tissues still have to get repaired somehow and somewhere, or they will become diseased tissue and then the original problem often will return through another route, deeper organ systems, and then you keep repeating the [01:30:00] suppression over and over, and the case becomes more complicated and more convoluted and more strange.
Amandha: Right? So we never wanna suppress it if we can help it, cause it makes everything very difficult to sort out. Only time we do it is first aid, right? You’re bleeding, you’re gonna suppress the bleeding, right? You’re gonna help the body not bleed. Okay. Right? In emergency, in acute situations or if all else has failed, then you’re gonna see if you can maybe buy some time through some suppression.
Amandha: That’s it. So Oliver Wendell Holmes Sr. said, ” the whole material medica or materia medica, As now used could be sunk to the bottom of the sea.
Amandha: It would be better for mankind and all worse for the fishes.” So basically said, all of this medicine should be thrown in the ocean and never be used, but the poor fishes would suffer, you know?
Medical Narratives, Pleomorphism, Germ Theory, and Contagion
Amandha: So the medical magic show [01:31:00] The Medical Magic Show. So this is a quote here from Simon Louis Katzoff, MD, from 1921, when some MDs used to have a brain.
Amandha: “We agree with those members of the profession who hold that no germ causes tuberculosis. Germs do not cause any disease. Further, we agree that there is more harm in the fear of germs than there is in the germs themselves.” So wow, the doctor made my symptom go away. So magic, so quickie, right? And then they go and declare a cure and do a study about it, and put all this propaganda out there.
Amandha: And then they, when they write the AI, they make sure the AI sel is biased and selects for this stuff, and makes sure that they poo-poo any alternative natural holistic approaches and so forth, which we saw during fake COVID, right? Like, there was no COVID virus, but [01:32:00] even the fake COVID story people were like, “Hey, by the way, vitamin C infusion makes all these symptoms go away of this fake COVID.”
Amandha: And they’re like, “Squash that. Don’t talk about that. Shut up,” right?
Amandha: Like, we already had the cure for the fake disease, which was just the flu rebranded, and the flu is just detox, of course.
Amandha: So, they already knew that all these people needed to do who were having, you know, chest issues, which again, that they were having a basic flu or more intense flu depending on the buildup they had, because this is what happens, right?
Amandha: Over time if you’re not cleansing over years and years, and then finally have a cleanse, it can be really almost life-threatening, and that’s what was happening and all they needed to do was go into the hospital and be given an IV vitamin C infusion, and there would be none of this.
Amandha: But here we are today, right?
Amandha: And they proved that. That was proven. Because they did it in China, and then they announced it and I don’t know if you remember it. You probably can’t even find that article [01:33:00] anymore. Dead internet theory, right? But I remember it I remember it.
Amandha: You don’t need any poison ivermectin either for any of that bull crap Okay?
Amandha: That’s their cover story. So what they do is they double-cross you. So they know that not everyone’s gonna take the death darts, but they still wanna poison you somehow. So then they create the secondary soft chemo approaches or soft drug approaches, right? Drug light, and that’s the ivermectin fen-ben bullcrap.
Amandha: And so that’s, like, very popular right now. It’s very trendy right now. I have articles on those topics, why they’re poisons, and specifically fertility poisons, because they’ll get you one way or another and what they’ll do is use reverse psychology so that they’ll say, “No, you can’t have it. See how evil we are?
Amandha: You can’t have it.” And then y- of course, the rebels want it, and then they promote it, and then they go forward with [01:34:00] it, and it’s also poison, so.
Amandha: So the cure is then declared, and of course, they have owned the word cure. I cannot say cure. In fact, there was a very famous MMS chlorine dioxide individual who came out during fake COVID and announced publicly that he had the cure for COVID, and that was MMS and chlorine dioxide solution, which he was correct, ’cause that’s all you need to do some cleansing with.
Amandha: But he used the, that owned word cure, and I don’t know, I think that he’s still in jail. I think he’s still in jail. You can’t say stuff like that. The medical cult, what they try to do, because they’re liars and thieves and murderers, that what they do is they try to make you shut up, right? They try to make you not use words, right?
Amandha: The words are violence kind of situation. So that’s exactly what they’ve done by owning the word diagnosis, owning the word [01:35:00] cure. You’re not allowed to say that and do that. You can’t make any claims. Like, I have brilliant, incredible products that heal, that resolve things, that work incredibly well, but I can’t even tell people what they do and what they’re for.
Amandha: The FDA, the Health Canada, they won’t let me tell you the truth about what the remedy does because they say you’re making claims. Even though they’re factual, truthful, and, and so forth, it doesn’t matter. They own that. They will not let you tell the truth. So only really smart people know how to use my products because they have to figure out, what they are and how to use them.
Amandha: That’s also how they make a monopoly on their medicine, right? And how holistic medicine can’t get off the ground and if you do really get off the ground, then they’ll just, they just try to kill you, you know, one way or another. Yes, Mark Grenon. Thank you. Mark Grenon was the… Is he still in jail, Mark, or is he out now? And I think his son too, [01:36:00] no?
Amandha: I want my tonsils back. Yeah, me too. That’s what happened to me. I want… You know, they rip out organs. You should, they should never, you should never, ever hand over your organs. You never, ever take out your appendix.
Amandha: You don’t take out your gallbladder. You don’t get your tonsils removed. You don’t get grommets in the ears, which also happened to me. Barbarism. Barbarism. Yes, all my products had to be renamed, which we’re probably gonna come up with some other name. I don’t know. It just, the tariffs thing just blew us aside so hard that we had to just scramble to do our best to just finally get something to the US market.
Amandha: It was insane what we went through with that, and it was an attack on holistic remedies, 100%. And so, yeah, the FDA won’t allow us to do… basically it’s like, “Here’s a thing that might do a thing, with the neutral name. Figure it out.” You know, which is actually completely irresponsible of the FDA, because you should be able to tell the customer or the patient what it’s for and how it works and all that stuff.
Amandha: But see, because I’m a [01:37:00] practitioner, there’s a loophole, if I were not a practitioner, it would be even worse. But because I’m a practitioner I can, you know, I can give that as an educated individual, right? So there’s craziness. Crazy, crazy. We miss the Big Bite Salve. The Bug Bite Salve? You can still get the Bug Bite Salve.
Amandha: I think that’s, that comes through. All my topicals go to the States now. Everything goes through. Just nothing internal. So no teas, no supplements, no food. But all of my topicals on YumNaturals and DMSO.Store can go to the United States now.
Amandha: That’s all figured out.
Amandha: But it took a long time, and it took a lot of money to get there.
Amandha: But all my bug products and all my salves and all this stuff can all go to the States.
Amandha: Yeah, grommets are the ear tubes that they put in the eardrum, which is, again, absurd, to drain the ear. Yeah. I just had an appendix popping the other day, and what happens when the appendix [01:38:00] gets enlarged, it’s because there was a wipeout event in the intestines and the appendix is the home of your bacterial colonies, and they’re going in there to procreate and make more of themselves because they had a wipeout event. So you give high-dose probiotics. You give an admixture of as many different types of probiotics as possible, so you try to reseed it, and then everything balances out after that.
Amandha: And you also can give vitamin C, colloidal silver, and MMS, just as a handful of remedies. I’ve saved countless gallbladders and countless appendixes from being cut out just by those simple methods.
Amandha: So they got you coming and going, right? Because they make you scared, right? ‘Cause the symptoms are intense.
Amandha: The symptoms are kinda scary of course.
Amandha: But you can save those organ systems, right? By applying that knowledge and knowing that the appendix is not just doing [01:39:00] that for no reason. It’s doing it because something happened to the intestines, right? And yes, of course I make and sell DMSO eye drops, but I had to rename everything.
Amandha: So all my eye drops are still on DMSO.Store.
Amandha: So what you do is when you go to DMSO.Store, you search for eye, everything will come up, and just look at the URLs. Our URLs are the same names as they originally were, just the product names are different, okay? So you’re totally fine. Everything is still there, it’s just renamed and in fact, I make more DMSO eye drops, but we had to also call it sulfonylbism- bismethane instead of DMSO. So you’ll see on the label this, that it’s sulfonylbismethane, which is another chemical name for DMSO. It’s the same exact thing. It’s just, again, we had to do this, like, code language Because that’s how insane they are.
Amandha: Because the good news is they’re failing. I know it doesn’t look like it, but they are. Because when [01:40:00] you have to do such extreme control measures, right, when you have to be so absurd like that, it means you are losing grip and losing control, and they are losing grip and control. So everything is all still available.
Amandha: Everything can go to the United States that’s a topical. We cannot make claims, so we cannot tell you really what to do with it on the website.
Amandha: That’s why I do the teaching as a doctor. That’s why you can go and you can look up, if you’re not sure, if you buy the product and you can’t understand on the website, like, how to use it or whatever, what you can do is you can go to the Yummy.Doctor and look up DMSO for eyes, and it all, everything’s there or you can become a member, and all the protocols are in my library.
Amandha: So everything is there. So we have to outsmart the evil ones, you know? That’s really where we’re at. And I make MSM eye drops now as well and I also make DMSO with colloidal silver eye drops now as well. And there is a bundle [01:41:00] available, so if you want to get a bunch of them.
Amandha: Okay, so you see how they play this game. So we had Rockefeller and his cronies come in, and Carnegie and so forth, and then they had the Flexner Report, which basically demonized all holistic modalities and then streamlined medicine into this big pharma model, one germ, one disease business, which means there’s thousands and thousands of chem- oil-based chemicals that they can sell you as medicine.
Amandha: It is a scam. The original snake oil salesman was Rockefeller, okay? And all of the medicine you see today is from the same thing. It is Rockefeller medicine. It is snake oil medicine, okay? And so what happens is they declare the cure, right? They declare the cure, and then they, they… Some time elapses before the suppression reemerges, and but then you get a new symptom, and you, and, and [01:42:00] they cleverly can never connect the dots between the new symptom and the old suppression, right?
Amandha: How clever. So now you get a new diagnosis. Now you have all of a sudden a new thing. How many people have all these diagnoses? I have this, and I have this, and I have this, and I have that. No, you only have one thing. You only have one issue, and it’s just a conglomeration of all the symptoms together, right?
Amandha: But then they love their new diagnosis or their new title, and then the original suppression is just out of the story. There’s no connection made, right? That’s on purpose. So then you get one process chopped into all these different diseases. And then eventually, when they fail so hard or they need to pretend that something was successful, they just rename the disease.
Amandha: You know? Polio was cured. No, it wasn’t. It was just renamed into, into five, six, seven different conditions. No, there’s no cure.
Amandha: They just [01:43:00] wanna win and so when they do that, they just lie to the public, and they make up different, different conditions, right? “Hello, Amandha, do you use, do you use Boericke’s Homeopathic Materia Medica and Repertory for treatment?”
Amandha: Yes, I do. I love Boericke’s books. They’re well-worn. I use also Morrison, Morrison’s books. Very, very good. Yes, exactly. Same with Lyme disease. Same to all these things. Absolutely Okay, so let’s get into the heart of the microbial form here. All right? Bacteria, fungi, other microbial forms, they are born of the same root.
Amandha: They are pleomorphic and born of the somatid. In my master class, I will teach you in fine detail about the somatid and how our bodies create and support the pleomorphic cycle, which is a 16-stage cycle, and all of these forms are born of that one cycle. [01:44:00] Interesting that we have a measured, evidenced, scientifically studied s- pleomorphic study that’s in every living thing, and the medical cartel won’t touch it with a 10-foot pole.
Amandha: They never talk about it. They never address it. There’s only between two and four studies really done on it. They do not want you to know this because if you do know this, if you know that a bacteria can change its shape, that a bacteria can become a fungus, that a fungus can become a mold, that a mold can revert back to a bacteria, that can go back into a spore, and so forth, if you understood that, then the germ theory’s done.
Amandha: It’s over, right? Because one germ, one disease is over at that point because how do you, how do you explain that? Do you know what I mean? No, it changes form for an action that is needed by the body, that is called forth by the body to create the conditions to get rid of dead, dying, and [01:45:00] damaged tissue and to remove toxicity, poisons, plastics, et cetera, and metals and all of these things.
Amandha: And they are scavengers of the body that are there to help you remove that material. They are not the cause of anything. They are called into action to do it, right? They are the clean-up crew. Their form will change according to the condition and needs of the terrain, and then they become fixed once they have decided what their job role is, and then when they are done that job role, after they have committed to their shape, they expire, and then the body will flush them out when they’re done.
Amandha: And the available material, right, or the pH or the oxygen levels or the temperature or the moisture, all of those factors of the toxins present, they change their behavior, and they change what’s being called into the area in what format, okay? They aren’t causing disease at all. They are helping you clean up and [01:46:00] live.
Amandha: So Understanding pleomorphism, I do have other resources on this specific topic, many presentations I’ve done on this topic. So what we see with germ theory is the false idea of monomorphism, which are fixed organisms, but all of this has failed Koch’s postulates. And Koch’s, or Koch, whatever, I don’t care.
Amandha: I say Koch, I don’t care. Potato, potato to me. Failed these postulates and the Rivers criteria, which was the, the lame-ass attempt to take Koch’s postulates and try to shoehorn virology ideology into proof that so- that viruses exist, which also failed. And the… So these changes, one germ, one disease model is gone out the window.
Amandha: Ha- and so [01:47:00] E. Douglas, Ethel Douglas Hume, which I highly recommend you read everything that Ethel Douglas Hume has ever written. Had it not been for the mass selling of vaccines, Pasteur’s germ theory of disease would have collapsed into obscurity. So if there wasn’t a big business model behind this insanity, it would have been laughed off the face of the earth.
Amandha: Fungus and parasites will come into a space to reduce metal burden. There are studies where they’ll take parasites out of the body, they’ll cut them open and identify what they’ve been eating, and they’re eating your poisons, guys. They’re eating your heavy metals, they’re eating your microplastics, they’re eating up your parabens, they’re eating up all the poisons that you’re putting on your body and eating and breathing in, okay?
Amandha: That’s what they’re doing. They’re doing a service. They’re not causing disease. They’re not doing anything to hurt you. They’re not just attacking you or coming for you. They are there to do a job. They are scavengers, okay? You have a, a case or a person who’s had prior [01:48:00] antibiotics in their bodies, it changes the entire terrain and the body’s got to adapt, okay?
Amandha: And I always say this, life has to life. Life will always life, meaning these living forms have to stay alive. No matter what, they cannot die, and they will overcome no matter what. Why do you think there are superbugs in ho- in dirty-ass see, I call them dirty hospitals ’cause they’re so sterile, they’re super dirty.
Amandha: Because they kill everything, but you can’t kill life, or else nothing would be here. And so what has to happen are all these bacteria forms have to adapt, and they become very, very aggressive as a result, right? You keep killing them, you keep killing, they’re like, “Fuck you. You can’t keep killing me. I’m going to get stronger.
Amandha: I’m gonna stop… I am gonna make sure I become that antibiotic-resistant because you can’t, because I’m here to do a job. I’m here to help you, and you keep doing this to me, so I’m gonna become [01:49:00] Superman. I’m gonna become superbug now, and you can’t kill me anymore,” because they learn from their environment okay?
Amandha: So doctors and hospitals have created superbugs. They are the biggest killers on the earth. They are the top murderers on this earth, okay? And they continue, and they continue, and that’s what the definition of insanity is. All right? And so, you don’t kill these things. We don’t think in terms of killing.
Amandha: The second principle is, is pacifist, is not, in this case. We do not kill a thing. We understand why the thing is there, and then we help to clean up. We help it. Oh, you’re here to get rid of heavy metals? Let me help you. I will cleanse heavy metals. I have an entire heavy metal cleansing course, and yes, I put parasites in it, because once you clean up the metals and you clean up the waste, the parasites have no need to be there and they leave.[01:50:00]
Amandha: They just go. What they… There’s no buffet for them. There’s no food for them. Why would they stay there? They got other stuff to do. They got other crap to eat, right? They’re not just gonna hang around for funsies. They’re there because a meal is presented to them. The buffet you made is on the table, and you’ve literally invited them, and then you just wanna kill them?
Amandha: That makes no sense. That’s why they are in your body, okay? So you clean the terrain, you remove the buffet, and your little friends go off for other adventures, okay? So I’m tired of hearing, “Cancer’s a fungus. This disease is a fungus. This disease is a fungus. The parasite caused this, the parasite caused that.”
Amandha: No. No, as my teen would say. It’s not true. Just because it’s found at the scene doesn’t [01:51:00] mean it caused the mess. It’s akin to saying, “Oh, see all those flies and maggots on the garbage pile? Those bad flies and maggots, they created all that garbage. They created those plastic bags and threw all the trash in there and put them in that pile.
Amandha: How dare they?” It’s like saying, “Hey, there’s all these firemen standing around this fire. They’re arsonists. They must have caused that fire. How dare they? Arrest them all.” It’s the exact same logic, okay? And this is how they’ve gotten away with it for decades and decades and really centuries, right?
Amandha: Because yeah, look, we can prove that the bacteria are there, and let’s just blame them. Easy peasy. Then let’s just kill them. And the symptoms are healing, and the symptoms are being shown. And when we get rid of the bacteria, the symptoms go, so ergo we can tell people that [01:52:00] they were the cause of it.
Amandha: But the talk, the garbage pile is still sitting there. You know, like, the poison toxic McDonald’s corporation that it’s so telling that they still exist poisoning millions of people. But you know how nothing will eat their french fries or the hamburgers?
Amandha: Like, they’ll just basically dehydrate and stay for, like… There’s one guy, he’s had the same hamburger for what, like 15 years or something like that? It will not rot. That’s a problem. If things didn’t break down and rot and go back to the earth, could you imagine what this, with this world would look like? Right?
Amandha: So this is a biodegradability is a problem when it doesn’t go anywhere, right?
Amandha: That means even life is like, “Nah, I ain’t helping you out with that one.” The world has to try to invent some sort of creature that can manage that, that can actually digest that, that can actually break that down, [01:53:00] and live to tell the tale okay?
Amandha: So this is crazy talk to say that they’re the cause, that these creatures that are working so hard to get rid of this toxicity and break it down into smaller elements so that it can be somehow manufactured into something else in the Earth are the cause of that problem in the first place, is really, really inverted, okay?
Amandha: And that’s why this medicine idea is so focused on killing everything.
Amandha: The modern medical model is anti-life, that’s why I call it the death cult, okay?
Amandha: So your damaged terrain is what is calling for the need. That’s a very big distinction We do not have contagion. Now, we’re running low on time, so I have to truck it here, but listen, I have done a lot of extensive work [01:54:00] on this.
Amandha: There are all kinds of correlations to why or how that a bunch of people could have similar symptoms at the same time.
Amandha: Okay, families have similar exposures. Gatherings have similar exposures okay?
Amandha: Most of the time, it’s food poisoning at those gatherings. Common symptoms just mean a common trigger or a common exposure to a poison.
Amandha: Does not mean they all kinda got some sort of random thing in the air that just happened to attack them. There is no such thing. In the masterclass, we’ll go into this in detail. There is no immune system. The immune system as taught by the medical cult came from a lecture that a doctor who is a specialist in the lymphatic system, he was talking about the lymphatic system, and he used the term immune and the vaccine industry took that term and ran with [01:55:00] it because they’re like, “Ooh, this is how we can sell it. This is how we can convince them that they need to take poison to prevent a disease. We can reframe our cleansing network,” which is our entire body, “we can reframe it in this way to convince them to poison themselves.”
Amandha: They convince them to get a small exposure to a fake disease that somehow triggers their body to then recognize when the real disease comes. Like, If you really think about it, it makes no sense. So all of these things, the white blood cells, the the antibodies, which I’ll talk about in the masterclass ’cause that’s a whole bugaboo, histamines, any of the shuttles, any of the connectors and eaters.
Nocebo, Diagnosis, Scientific Method, and Cell Culture
Amandha: There’s all kinds of systems in the body that will do it depending on what tissue it is, depending on what toxin it is, et cetera. They are going to [01:56:00] clean it up, transport it, repair what needs to be repaired, communicate about it, and get it moving out. That’s all these systems are doing. It’s nothing to do with, you know, helper this cell and memory B cell and this kind of shit.
Amandha: It is a bunch of crock of crap. The whole book should be tossed in the fire. Okay? And my quote here is, “They needed to invent an immune system in order to sell the vaccine story.” All right? All war analogies, by the way The nocebo effect and fear. Be careful. Be careful. The expectations that you have changes what you notice in your body, right?
Amandha: That’s your filter. Suggestion can activate symptoms throughout the nocebo effect. We’ve seen this in real time. So a diagnosis that you get from the doctor can become your identity, we have seen this time and time and time again. The doctor will say, [01:57:00] “You have 30 days to live.” That person dies on day 30.
Amandha: So do not believe the quacks when they lie to you and predict and look in their crystal ball and tell you how many months or whatever the, you have to live. Don’t listen to that crap, because when you believe the doctor as God, and then you take their diagnosis and accept it as truth, your mind says, “Okay,” and you will manifest it.
Amandha: So be very careful with diagnosis. I actually avoid diagnosis from a doctor as much as possible. Very, very dangerous. So your mind is part of your physiology, and the doctor’s diagnosis is the first assault Okay? So say I would often correct people coming into my clinic saying, “Oh, my arthritis is bothering me today.”
Amandha: I’m like, “You just ego identified, with your arthritis.” You see [01:58:00] that? It’s mine. It’s my victimhood. It’s my label. I can meet other victims that have the same label, and we can clink our glasses together and feel sorry for ourselves together. It keeps you stuck. How are you supposed to release a disease label when you’ve ego identified with it?
Amandha: So you say instead, “I’m healing from arthritis.” The arthritis, that arthritis. Not mine. You don’t have to own it. Doesn’t have to be yours, right? And this whole thing about, “Oh, I’m fighting.” You hear the same things over and over again? “Oh, I know she, she died from the chemo, but she fought so hard.”
Amandha: Like, like there’s some sort of award to be given for dying from the cult, right? That’s how sick and twisted it is. “Oh, they rang the bell. They’re in remission.” No, they’re not. Whatever that is is a lie. There’s no such thing as remission. It’s just suppression. No remission, just suppression. That’s a lie, right?
Amandha: The remission word. [01:59:00] They just suppressed it hard enough that it’s gonna take a couple years for the body to figure it back out again, but by then it’s too late because they drove it deeper into the bones, and the brain, and the lungs, and the deeper organ systems, and the kidneys are burnt out, and they’ll never be able to overcome it.
Amandha: And then they, they say, “Oh, but they fought so hard.” These war analogies again, okay? So a disease label should never be your identity, okay?
Amandha: How you decide to frame that, can help you heal or keep you stuck. So be very, very careful about that Observe. We gather data, we ask the question which very few seem to ask, which is very important.
Amandha: People will often when they say, “Oh, this happened to me and you know, these are my symptoms and, you know, here’s what’s going on,” and I go, “Okay, the main thing is what was happening when this [02:00:00] started?” Right? What was happening in your life when all of this began? That is an extremely important question when you’re getting any type of case history or trying to figure out your own situation.
Amandha: And then, you know, later in this module when it’s actually the training of this principle, I will teach… I’ll talk about iridology, tongue and pulse diagnosis, right? Ayurvedic medicine. We’ll talk about all those different forms of medicine, how to get all these extra data points about feedback from the body.
Amandha: I mean, if you look at the eyes and you take a good tongue and pulse, you can almost get everything you need just from that. Honestly, that’s how much the body speaks to us, and how ignorant the rest of the world is about this and then asking the question simply, is this a state of excess or are we in a state of deficiency, or is it between both?
Amandha: Because, for example, a [02:01:00] deficiency state would be like an ulcer. An excess state would be like a tumor, right? But sometimes you go, you have a deficiency that leads to an accumulation, so that can also… So the interpretation is very important. The test results, yeah, sometimes they can help, but they’re not to be leaned on, and they can be wrong a lot of the time.
Amandha: So just drop the previous diagnosis, look at the symptom presentation. Don’t worry about root cause. If you keep going with this method, I promise you, you will find root cause or get super close. Okay? But know that it’s not a germ causing anything, and group your symptoms into an organ system so then you know which organs need your support.
Amandha: And oftentimes everything else will resolve on its own. The scientific method, which we will go into all the science in the master class, but the scientific method will test a working hypothesis, [02:02:00] but there’s supposed to be alternative hypothesis presented, by the way, and tested alongside it. That’s not done with the fake germ theory.
Amandha: And the normal science,
Amandha: i’ve actually done a presentation on this that you can find on Yummy.Doctor. But the normal science, which is the base science that we’ve all agreed to, that the other science just assumes and then builds up on top of, can confound the hypothesis with all the assumptions that have come.
Amandha: So we have to go back to the drawing board and stop assuming that viruses exist. The peer review system is a hack.
Amandha: It’s a con. If all your peers are scam artists and they all agree, now it’s peer-reviewed, what does that mean? How is that truth? That’s not truth. If all your cronies in your big institutions that want all the grant money just wanna manipulate the system, they can all agree, and they all have titles, and they all wear fancy coats and labels, so everyone just believes them automatically.
Amandha: That’s not scientific. 60% or more of scientific [02:03:00] studies are false, and that was a scientific study done. Okay? So, you know, when they were, they were brainwashing people with their repeat phrases, because that’s what they do when there’s campaigns like fake COVID, right? “Stay safe. Safe and effective.” You know how they say the same crap over and over again?
Amandha: Well, they would say, “Trust the science. Trust the science.” Right? Those are, those are brainwashing terms, right? And yeah you’re gonna trust science that, over half of it is false? What are you talking about, right?
Amandha: And the problem with virology is they have not done proper controls.
Amandha: That’s where it falls apart. Repeatability and controlled testing has not been done in virologies, in virology, which is a pseudoscience Cell cultures, you take something out of the living body, then you put it in a weird soup medium, and then you [02:04:00] manipulate the material, and you add all this crap to it, antibiotics and drugs and so forth.
Amandha: There’s no circulation. There’s no nerve input anymore. There’s no tissue architecture. There’s no fluid exchanges. The electricity is gone. What are you doing? For these fake viral studies, they add serum and antifungals. They starve the cell. They create nutrient deficiencies. They create chemical conditions without proper controls, and then they say they have a virus or they’ve manufactured a virus, bull crap.
Amandha: Viruses are simply spent or waste particles from a dead or dying cell, cytopathic effect.
Amandha: That’s why you will find these particles if you look for them because at any stage of growth or change or detox, you will have dead, dying, or damaged tissue and cytopathic materials in your system. The cytopathic effect is cellular damage.
Amandha: They break, detach, fuse, vacuolate or vacuolate and [02:05:00] degenerate. The laboratory conditions create injury and false particles, and Dr. Stefan Lanka, who was the one that I found ’cause I had a feeling virology was fake back in 2016… I was like, “Something’s up,” and I’m like, “There’s gotta be a virologist out there that figured this out.
Amandha: There has to be and lo and behold, when I went and searched for it, he popped up. He was the one and he did the proper control studies, and guess what he found?
Amandha: All tissues, whether considered healthy or diseased, when treated the exact same way, will all create cytopathic particles. Bye bye false germ theory.
Amandha: Bye bye virology, just with that alone. They should not be the same, but they are because it’s just cytopathic effect. It’s just laboratory [02:06:00] tinkering.
Amandha: So the inversion, of course, is here. The cells are removed from life. They’re damaged. The damage is considered evidence of a virus. Then they make a test that notices these broken particles, but they’ve labeled them as a virus.
Amandha: Circular reasoning. It’s insane, right? So the symptoms are actually the driving force for this test that they select, like for a fake HIV, right? So this is medical fraud, okay? Medical fraud. So the tests prove nothing. The press… The tests mean nothing Okay, so we did it. We got through it longer than I wanted, but here are my websites again, Yummy.Doctor.
Amandha: Please join as a member. You cannot take the masterclasses unless you’re a member. And again, if you take the masterclass, then you’re working towards your prerequisites for my 12 principles. YumNaturalsStore for all my holistic handmades. Everything that’s topical can go to the United States. The rest of [02:07:00] it all can go to the rest of the world because the United States is having a moment.
Amandha: And DMSO.Store, same thing. All my topicals and my eye drops can go to the United States, but anything that’s taken orally, which is not really much on that website, but anything oral cannot, but it can go to the rest of the world. HealingWithDMSO.com for my book and explanation of my book and here we are.
Amandha: So this is now just a quick description of the upcoming masterclass, which is available to be signed up for now. This is a two-hour class, but as you see, I tend to go a little bit over. But this is where we’re gonna go into the history lab methods, published studies, scientific arguments, and so forth, that built this fake germ theory, how virology and immunology kinda came about, the disagreements by normal, healthy-brained doctors like Antoine Béchamp and Claude Bernard and the fraud of Pasteur and Robert Koch. And we’ll go through all the researchers that have [02:08:00] claimed they have isolated a virus, and then we’ll show you how they have not. Like Enders and Peebles documents on measles, and Franklin Enders’ cell culture methods.
Amandha: So we’ll go through all of that, and I’ll show you Stefan Lanka’s work as well, so we can understand from the science that there is no such thing as a virus okay? So this is just the description that you can also get when you click on the masterclass link. Maybe… Oh, yeah. Angelica, thank you very much.
Amandha: She put the masterclass link in the chat there, so you can click on that to sign up for that. Okay and and then after the masterclass, we will be working on principle three: inquiry, case taking, and triage. So thank you very, very much for your time and energy, and for being here today. I really appreciate you, appreciate the…
Amandha: It’s very important what you just learned. Do not underestimate it. It is very potent and my goal here, my reason for being, is to help a sort of a grassroots [02:09:00] awakening happen around this topic, so that we can never fall for the mass murder that happened during fake COVID times again. That we never fall for those…
Amandha: their scams again, and that we teach our children well about health and disease, that we walk away from the death cult, and that we empower ourselves to heal ourselves well, to use time-tested principles in medicine that are from the Earth, that are not going to us or poison us, that will actually heal and resolve our, our health conditions, so we can thrive and overcome the darkness that has been controlling us for a long time cause we are here to succeed. So thank you very much, and I will take your questions now.
Audience Q&A: Applying the Principle to Health Questions
Amandha: Okay, there’s a lot of them. There’s 35 of them. So we’ll see. I’m gonna try to stick to on-topic [02:10:00] questions. So Kevin’s saying, “Is it safe to use castor…” This is sort of an off topic-ish, but I’ll answer it.
Amandha: Castor oil on the right side for cancer that’s metastasized to the liver or would baking soda be a better choice? I suggest requesting my cancer protocols. You can email support@yumnaturals.net for my cancer protocols. You need a whole, you need a whole regime, not just one thing. You can do castor oil packs.
Amandha: I would also be doing baking soda and I would be doing coffee enemas. I would be doing auto urine therapy. I would be making sure your stress response is under control, doing a lot of various cleansing aspects and once metastasized to the liver, now you’ve got a complex case because it’s not resolving.
Amandha: There’s a nutritional problem also there. Not to be, you know, of course, not to overwhelm yourself but, you know, just it’s not just one thing that’s going to do it. It’s a whole [02:11:00] sort of approach that needs to happen. But both of those are acceptable for sure. Trying to find out if DMSO can be taken for eradicating SIBO.
Amandha: There’s no such thing as SIBO. And improving gut health, how to, and for brain fog. Yes, all those things it can be used because it’s going to detox you. But I suggest joining Yummy.Doctor because I do lives once a week that I can help you with these problems and then other members also step in and support and help.
Amandha: So, with bigger questions like that, there would be need to be more background and information and so forth. But you know, what you do if your gut is off is you’re doing probiotics, enzymes, you’re doing diet changes, right? And you’re starting to do enemas and get your minerals back into your body.
Amandha: And I have videos on gut health specifically that I suggest you watch that are in the public video section on Yummy.Doctor. What would you recommend for someone who may have developed neuroresilience [02:12:00] depletion? Again, irrelevant diagnosis, treatments that… What’s neuroresilience depletion? You have a nervous system issue that’s something that would have to be dealt with specifically.
Amandha: And again, it’s a label that you’ve adapted or that you’ve accepted. Any type of nerve problem, you’re gonna use homeopathics, you’re gonna use St. John’s Wort, you’re gonna use B12 you’re gonna get your fats, you know, back into your diet. But that’s a specific diagnosis that would need more investigation.
Amandha: John says, “I have a good friend who was in the Marines at Camp Lejeune which had contaminated water with industrial solvents. He is suffering with tremors.” Yes, he was poisoned. What’s a good way to detox? They’re looking to go To, into the brain to correct the tremors. Do you see how barbaric they are?
Amandha: Do you understand how barbaric they are? How barbaric that is? So MMS right away, colloidal silver. DMSO with magnesium, topical, [02:13:00] that’s where you begin. And my Peace Cream has the DMSO with cannabis and St. John’s Wort and Arnica. It’s one of my top sellers for pain and inflammation and nerve pain, and I have one that helps you with sleep.
Amandha: It’s called Good Night Dream Cream, so it’s the same pain formula but with added magnesium and and melatonin and so forth that helps you sleep, and you actually wash your feet and put it on your feet and legs and then it knocks you out in a good way and so I would be working with a bunch of different detox protocols.
Amandha: You can use cer- you can use, Well, MMS is the big- one of the biggest ones, and I do make it, but I can’t ship it to the United States. They’re crazy, we actually are trying to figure out a way to get it into the United States but we’re gonna call it, like, water purification ’cause it’s what it is.
Amandha: It purifies water, and then you drink it though. But we’re gonna rename it to see if we can get it into the States if they’ll let it. Can pain be a symptom of healing? [02:14:00] Yes, pain can be pain is a, a couple of different things. One is it’s telling your body, “Don’t do something,” like stop or don’t move.
Amandha: Like as, as well, like the body will make you tired or wipe you out because it’s gotta heal and you can’t be active, right? So it’ll do things like that, making you tired, making you stop. Pain will make you stop, right? It’ll make you not do certain, activities, right? Pain is when there’s damage usually, and it’s trying to activate it, but things are kind of zinging off.
Amandha: Nerves are firing off. Things are compressing and so forth, and there’s swelling. Swelling can cause pain, but swelling is part of the healing mechanism. So it depends on, there’s a type of pain, the type of histology or tissue involved, then that can determine whether we’re talking about an acute injury type of pain where the body will then get to resolving that or if it’s a a chronic sort of pain where it’ll resurge and try to [02:15:00] mount a healing response but be unsuccessful and it’s just kind of hitting its head against the wall sort of thing.
Amandha: But yes, absolutely all the symptoms are not by accident. They are trying to do an action What about virus mono? There’s no virus called mono with an active EBV IgM. That’s all bullshit. It’s all bullshit and how it’s treated, labs improved. Da-da-da. Doesn’t matter, it’s all nutritional deficiency, mono. It’s all mineral deficiencies, so that’s all that is.
Amandha: There’s no viruses, it’s leading to a metabolic problem, and you also have to support the thyroid and the adrenals through that process. And oftentimes kids will get it when they’re in their teens, and it’s like, again, like a growth spurt situation, but it’s a depletion. It’s a nutritional depletion. It’s not a virus.
Amandha: Okay, the next one: Is it okay to use urine therapy if you smoke natural tobacco? Absolutely, no [02:16:00] problem. Judith: Yes, I have pterygiums in the eyes and need to research this is whether DMSO will help. It absolutely will. I’ve had lots of people with pterygiums. They use The best one is either the 15% with collodial silver which, what did we call it?
Amandha: We called it the enriched cosmetic silver solution or something like that. There’s a 15% and a 30% of that, so you can use either of those on the pterygium. Absolutely will help. And I did discuss it in my webinar and master class on the eyes Steve, “A sibling struggles with longstanding severe digestive issues even after years of flushes and finally gallbladder removal.
Amandha: Tolerable diet, very limited clean yet pain and belching follows meals. Also deals with scoliosis.” Yeah. Well, now he doesn’t have a gallbladder. That’s unfortunate. So they never dealt with the original digestive issue, now he’s got double trouble. So that’s unfortunate. So I don’t know if he’s drinking his own [02:17:00] urine and doing coffee enemas, but those are absolutely having to happen, and of course, probiotics, digestive enzymes, and zinc carnosine.
Amandha: If you’re trying to heal the gut, you have to take zinc and preferably zinc carnosine, but you have to take it with food. Eileen, “Thrown hundreds into existing teeth, saving for partials. Still not enough teeth. Most question, how to eat with few teeth?” You’re gonna have to make soft foods, congee, smoothies gelatin cubes.
Amandha: Gelatin and collagen, by the way, very important for healing the gut, and aloe vera as well. Yeah, you just have to have softer food. You can’t chew it well, so you have to prepare your food softer or ready to absorb, or easy absorb food. Eileen, Amandha, all the environmental insults question, are we hybridized?
Amandha: Are we genetically modified? Well, you’re… So when it comes to epigenetics, right, which we didn’t really talk about, but in the, the principles, we will have this discussion ’cause it’s important to understand that the genetics aren’t the main [02:18:00] controller. They’re the blueprint, and that the epigenetics, which is the cell or the, the cell surface, is the determinator or the activator of what mater- what proteins get folded, right?
Amandha: And so absolutely, there can be mistakes made in the folding process and in the like in the creation of those proteins. So what happens is when you have damage to the electrical nature of the communication, then you have improper protein folding, and then you can have these aberrant proteins floating around that can create cancers.
Amandha: Dr. George Carlo proved that with his science showing that cellphone radiation creates aberrant protein folding, which then creates these he called them black bodies these sort of black proteins that don’t metabolize well, and they kinda just get shoved into like the junk drawers of your body, like your joints and stuff, and eventually can become cancerous in the right conditions because eventually the body will be [02:19:00] like, “Hey, we should probably get rid of this,” but it’s very difficult to metabolize and get rid of, so they can become problematic and tumor formers so our body responds to our environment and then gives a, has a feedback.
Amandha: We’re constantly reading our environment and getting information and feedback and so forth and so yes, our epigenetic controls are constantly switching on and off, turning on and off, deciding what’s being activated, what’s being built, what’s being created constantly.
Amandha: So everything’s being genetically modified constantly.
Amandha: And it’s all relating to our environment. So yes, we are in a big Petri dish. Christine, “Are there underlying unknown kidney issues? Doesn’t… Does it make an 80-year-old with a minor knee discomfort more susceptible to ligament tendon meniscus tears? If yes, will repair surgery be successful? Is the kidney not worked on?
Amandha: Don’t recommend surgery zero out of 10.” Every, every, and I mean 100% of people that ever came in and told me [02:20:00] about their hip surgery, knee surgery, elbow surgery, whatever, regretted it. Not right away. Not right away, but they did eventually regret it. Yes, they did, because it just gave them a new pain. The old pain went away, the new pain came in a couple of years, and then you can never go back.
Amandha: So do not recommend, get her my book, get her my peace cream and my 50% DMSO with magnesium and have her start rubbing it on her kidneys, rubbing it on her knees, and she will repair those tissues. Because DMSO isn’t just a painkiller, it actually helps repair tissues, right? Like, who was it the other day?
Amandha: I heard of a singer was it from Journey? Anyway, a famous singer from a rock band, okay? And two years ago, you know he took the jabs because he had a stroke. So any, anyone who had a heart attack, a stroke [02:21:00] in the last few years, I’m like, “You’re jabbed, aren’t you?”
Amandha: You know, that’s what happened, and he’s not recovered from his stroke, and it’s two years, and he still has limited speech and can’t walk and I’m like, tsk tsk, did the tsk tsk, right?
Amandha: You didn’t hear about DMSO, buddy. I’m so sorry to hear that. But if only you knew, you would be walking and talking pretty much right away because post… DMSO for stroke is essential. I have lots of reading and information on my website about DMSO for stroke. I have an entire free stroke protocol on my blog and on my Substack.
Amandha: So please, if you know anyone who’s had a stroke, you know anyone who has severe pain, if you know anyone who has arthritis or any of these things, that’s what this remedy is for, okay?
Amandha: So that gentleman, that rock star, is sad that he cannot perform anymore, but he could be performing. But somehow he doesn’t know how to research.
Amandha: Somehow he doesn’t know. He doesn’t have friends and [02:22:00] family that have his back that can go, “Hey, did you hear about this book, Healing with DMSO, that you can use DMSO to heal from a stroke?” You know? And the sooner the better. So now that it’s set in and the scar tissue’s formed, it’s longer to heal. So the sooner the better.
Amandha: So for this, this lovely 80-year-old please introduce her to DMSO, but start… Always load her with magnesium. Always use magnesium loading before you use DMSO. Richard says, “Chiropractors, I’m starting to wonder about seeing them because they are touching everyone. I believe 90% of the people they treat are up to date on their shots.
Amandha: What do you think?” Yeah, I stopped going to massage therapists for that reason. But keep this in mind. There’s more to us. There’s more to us than our thoughts, right? There’s a spiritual aspect, and we can protect ourselves energetically. So you can really just sit with your center, take a crystal or take something at your heart center, and just sit there [02:23:00] and ask the divine creator and ask your oversoul to just fill it with light, fill it with protection, and then you can just roll it around your body and imagine that you are protected.
Amandha: You have free will to some degree, okay? And you don’t have to accept that belief system. Remember I was talking about diagnosis and fear? What you fear, you draw near. Why would you want to vibe like that? I just go, “Whatever. I don’t care anymore. They can’t touch me. It can’t… I don’t accept it.” You know what I mean?
Amandha: There’s a power in that and anyway, if they touch and they absorb and it’s in them and they’ve metabolized it and they always wash their hands before they touch you, what’s gonna transfer? Like, you have to be able to explain the mechanism of transfer, and I just don’t see it, right? When the shots were fresh and those people were fricking vibing, there was a problem.
Amandha: There was a trigger event from those toxic people. But those mRNA ones are on another level. Remember how I said all vaccines break mechanisms? Well, there’s mechanisms [02:24:00] at different levels. Now, this mRNA one is breaking the mechanism at a DNA, well, really an RNA level, which is b- that’s why there’s more deaths and it’s more severe and the damage is more crazy, right?
Amandha: ‘Cause if you’re breaking it at the upper levels, at just a tissue level, right, it’s a whole different cascade, right?
Amandha: They still kill, but they’re not as obvious the way they kill. This one is really obvious ’cause they’re really tinkering with blueprint level. They’re breaking at blueprint level.
Amandha: So I’m just gonna read through the last ones cause we have to wrap up
Amandha: So the sinus congestion that drips to the upper chest resulting in hard coughing to expel the mucus. It’s more prominent in the evening. Why would it be cyclical? Why does it keep producing? Again, you have to take a case. You have to do your… I actually have a course to walk you through this which is part of my first principle, and it’s my self-reflection course.
Amandha: So that course, what it does is helps you [02:25:00] ask the right questions to your condition. When did it start? But also, like, what do you want from your healing process? What are your goals? What are your needs? Like, it actually helps you with the whole philosophy as well as getting down to, like, figuring stuff out for yourself.
Amandha: Like, why is this happening? Why do you have chronic sinus inflammation? Because if you have chronic sinus inflammation, then you’re creating mucus to soothe and calm and reduce the chronic inflammation because it has to take the temperature down. So you’re constantly making the fluid, and then you have postnasal drip because you’re laying back down.
Amandha: And why that’s happening is for a whole number of reasons, and generally it’s your environment that’s doing it to you. So, sick house syndrome. If you have mold-eating drywall, the drywall that’s broken down by the mold is very active and very problematic and creates a lot of inflammation in the sinuses.
Amandha: So I would be looking at your environment first, like what, what is around you that you’re breathing in that’s an irritant [02:26:00] and then I would be getting a neti pot, and I would be using different neti pot procedures. I have a lot of information on sinuses and so forth in my library and also one of the biggest and most important homeopathic remedies for sinusitis is Kali Bichromium.
Amandha: And you can try that, see if it touches it, how it affects it. But invest in a neti pot. You can put low-dose DMSO. You can use urine in a neti pot. You can use colloidal silver in a neti pot. You can use MMS in a neti pot, same as you would in a nebulizer, which you can also get and use. How to get rid of staph without steroids.
Amandha: So just the whole idea, like you’re not getting rid of staph.
Amandha: Staph is not causing the disease, and steroids are not used for staph. Antibiotics are used for staph and why would you have staph? It’s because the terrain is out of whack, and that’s what’s doing the job that the other bacteria that live permanently in that area would be doing.
Amandha: So essentially, you can use raw honey, colloidal [02:27:00] silver on the area, and then you wanna balance the pH once you’ve healed the tissue by you can do a pH test strip, which we do sell on YumNaturals.Store.
Amandha: But also you can do a an apple cider vinegar rinse.
Amandha: There’s all kinds of different acids that you can use or natural skincare that I make that’s pH balanced for the skin that you can get your acid mantle back.
Amandha: It’s usually what’s happened is your acid mantle has degraded, and therefore the bacteria species that are living are the subpar ones or ones that are your backups that are doing not as good as a job as your primaries would do. So that’s all that is. So you’re not worried about I’m just gonna kill.
Amandha: You’re worried about correcting the pH What about OCD? A 20-year-old best friend of my son, who is six.
Amandha: I’m not sure who has it, the 20-year-old or the six-year-old, but it’s probably vaccine damage and heavy metal poisoning, so I’d be detoxing heavy metals. I [02:28:00] think we answered that one already.
Amandha: And can the elderly experience healthy growth spurts?
Amandha: My senses are more acute.
Amandha: When you become so-called elderly is when you come into your wise years, especially as a woman. So what happens is you’re finally done with your fertility, and your entire brain rewires. So it’s, it’s not really a growth spurt.
Amandha: It’s actually a, it’s actually an event where all of the usages, all of the nervous system usages of brain tissue, nervous system tissue, other tissues, they’re no longer needed for fertility, and they go through a transformation. So essentially you turn into a mush and you lose your mind. Like, that’s why it’s very difficult, like I’m in it now.
Amandha: Like the perimenopausing is very difficult to navigate because you kinda lose yourself, and then you find your real self. And it’s, so it’s this whole metamorphosis transformation that you’re going [02:29:00] through because you’re going to become the true wise woman because you no longer need all those resources for fertility.
Amandha: Now your resources can go into your wisdom, right? That’s what’s supposed to happen. It’s supposed to be… So it is sort of a, it’s a rite of passage again, but it’s not like… So yeah, in a way you could call it a growth spurt, but I, I call it more of like a reinvention. And there’s a lot of… So yeah, in a sense it is a good analogy there ’cause there’s a breakdown of old tissue and a rebuilding of new tissue.
Amandha: So, so yes, you can go through all k- all kinds of new sensations. Fun, isn’t it? Oh, man. We answered that one live. Okay, so Brenda says, “Question for Amandha. This is exactly what happened to my now 27-year-old daughter, eczema and then horrible asthma. Hospitalized a few times. She began experiencing and still does debilitating anxiety. Any correlation?” I would say yes. “What can she do at this point for the, her anxiety?”
Amandha: Well, I don’t know the [02:30:00] state of her asthma now, but she was, I would say so what happens is those drugs, those were cortisone drugs, they’re cortisol, and they actually damage the adrenal glands, right? So that’s why she has anxiety, is she’s probably either adrenally fatigued or she’s pumping out constant levels of, of cortisol because the cortisone has, has done damage to that tissue, right?
Amandha: Because it’s probably damaged the feedback loops that are normally there. So for example, if an organ produces a, a biochemical for a specific reason, right? It has a, always has a feedback loop system that says, “Okay, we have a lot,” so then it’ll say, “Okay, we have enough. Stop producing it.” And then it should make that normally.
Amandha: But then if you substitute it and you give, or give it a subpar, it can give a negative feedback loop and says, “Oh, stop producing it altogether.” And then when that suddenly is gone, then it can overproduce, and so it sounds like she’s in that overproduction. She’s stuck [02:31:00] in overproduction. So she’s going to need adaptogens like licorice root, ashwagandha.
Amandha: There’s different ones for depending on what works with her. She might have to try a few to see what works and then deep breathing exercises, not to be underestimated, because when you slow down and do deep breathing, it literally switches to that feedback loop that says, “We’re safe. Everything’s okay,” and it starts to tone it down on its own.
Amandha: And then of course, magnesium and B multi. Every morning a, a B multi, B50 multi for anxiety. And there’s other ones, like we sell the Pekana CytoStabil. Very, very helpful for anxiety. And it also will help to detox those organs and support those organs. And some topical magnesium, magnesium before bed.
Amandha: A B vitamins, all the B complement in the morning after breakfast, because you wanna do that on a full stomach. I would also take zinc with that too. Interestingly enough, zinc [02:32:00] taken before bed can help with sleep. So you can take zinc at your dinner meal, so you can do it either or. And maybe a good probiotic.
Amandha: Probiotic’s been shown to help with anxiety as well. So I would try a bunch of those, those things and see what touches it, what affects it, but that’s what sounds like has happened is the drugs damaged her adrenal feedback loop. Okay, my loves, we did wonderfully. We had almost 300 people here.
Amandha: That was great turnout. I appreciate you very much. Thank you for sharing this time with me and yeah, I appreciate you. If you wanna learn more… Yeah, so there was a question about turpentine. I find turpentine really great for any kind of, like, skin issues, like mites or something like that, or questionable, questionable rashes or bumps or things you’re not sure about.
Closing Questions, Health Freedom, and Final Remarks
Amandha: I find turpentine really powerful, and also turpentine was a known arthritis remedy. So, I usually use DMSO for [02:33:00] that, but turpentine, turps were used like that. I do not agree with the idea that turpentine is supposed to kill stuff. I’m not really a promoter of using it internally or with the ideology of, like, it trying to kill a parasite or kill a fungus or whatever.
Amandha: I totally disagreed, cause that’s germ theory discussion, and I just dispelled it here today. But I really like it for topical application and cleansing applications as needed and I like the smell of it, too.
Amandha: But yes it has its uses. But I find DMSO to be more flexible, so… And I can’t really…
Amandha: I have to buy it in the States. I can’t even get it in Canada, believe it or not, even though we have a lot of trees here, so, Yeah. So anyway if you… Yeah, I do. I just saw an interview request. If you have any interview requests, please email support, support@yumnaturals, as I do get lots of those.
Amandha: I’ve done a few more recently. I turned them down for a long time but I have been [02:34:00] getting some more again, starting up again yumnaturals.net. Okay? For any inquiries, any requests, if you wanna purchase MMS, if you’re not in the States or anything, other inquiries that’s the contact, and thank you so much for being with me today.
Amandha: I really appreciate you. Hope to see you at the masterclass, and if you’re a member, I will definitely see you on Thursday for our lives and again, a thank you to all my crew, to my staff for support and being here and being witness as well to it and yeah, it’s just we’re working towards health freedom, and we will continue.
Amandha: If there is anything to fight for, it’s that.
Amandha: Okay and we will not be laying down for that one.
Amandha: So thank you for being part of the health revolution that we are in the midst of, and for making a difference just by accepting the new language and the new thinking, which is really the original thinking about health and disease, [02:35:00] and applying it in your life as much as you possibly can.
Amandha: Much love to you, and we’ll see you next time. Bye for now.
