Fibromyalgia: Causes & Natural Solutions

Fibromyalgia Causes & Natural Solutions: Video Overview

In this fibromyalgia causes and natural solutions discussion, Amandha Vollmer (ADV) presents her holistic interpretation of fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. She describes chronic physical, emotional and environmental stress as a starting point in her framework, then explains how she connects prolonged fight-or-flight activity with inflammation, fatigue, brain fog, metabolic changes and widespread muscle pain.

Amandha continues by discussing sleep disruption, digestive and gut concerns, sensitivities, chronic pain and the difficulty people can experience when symptoms change or accumulate over time. She emphasizes looking at the overall pattern rather than addressing each symptom separately and discusses stress management as an important part of her approach.

The practical portion covers the diet, supplements and lifestyle strategies Amandha discusses with people experiencing fibromyalgia, including magnesium, vitamin C, sulfur/MSM, DMSO, fermented foods, amino acids, antioxidants, gentle movement, journaling and self-care. The recording also contains discussion of higher-risk practices such as coffee enemas, IV support, borax solutions and medication changes; these remain Amandha’s statements from the original presentation rather than individualized medical recommendations.

Introduction: Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue

Amandha: Welcome everyone. I’m going to be talking today about fibromyalgiand we will touch on chronic fatigue because it’s part of that picture. Yeah, fibromyalgia is quite quite a toxic situation so this is being filmed as a live Facebook chat, and I will be putting this on YouTube as well. And so if you are watching this on YouTube, please like, and subscribe to my channel so I can help as many people as possible, because that’s why I do these things.

Amandha: I do these talks and I try to share this information in a way that the layperson can understand. If you’re interested in myself, what I do, who I am, you can visit my website. It’s yummymummyemporium.org. And alternatively, I have yummymummyapothecary.com and you can go to my bio and you can read all about my education and training and knowledge. I come from science background. I’m trained as a naturopathic doctor. I have a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Biotechnology. I worked in science, I worked in lab animal sciences in the University of Alberta. I’m 43 years old. I’m not a kid. I have a lot of experience. I have a lot of knowledge that I’m simplifying as masters can simplify.

Amandha: So if you have any questions about that, then I invite you to look at my bio so that you understand that I don’t really want to have to sit and talk about myself to prove things to people. It’s kind of annoying, but I take the approach of less is more. I take the approach of summarizing. I take the approach of let’s get to the, solutions. Let’s get to the understanding.

Amandha: You know, if you want to go find a little white coat person to be all nerdy for you, you can go right ahead. I can do that. I just don’t feel it’s that helpful unless I’m talking to other practitioners which even other practitioners, it’s, I find simplifying these things is very helpful cause then we can get to what we’re here to do, which is help people. heal. Right. Okay. Good stuff. So I see some people have joined now, so I’m going to begin the understanding of fibromyalgia just from the basics of what is happening to the body in the long-term fashion that causes this. This is a relatively new phenomenon, okay. To our modern society and really the root of all of disease one could say is chronic stress.

Amandha: No one gets away without some stress in your life, but it’s how you handle your stress and when you’ve had long-term stress. That has gone on without rest, without recuperation, body break down, the nutritional stores are not there for repair. The fight or flight mechanism is constant and things start to go haywire. So I’m going to do a little bit of a cascade for you now that’s going to help you understand how this condition develops. And I wrote notes because it’s actually kind of a lot. It’s kind of complicated. So I have my famous book, this is my famous black book.. Some people have those black books with all the names in it and phone and so forth.

Amandha: I have my Clinical Pearls black book. It’s my little sacred book that I go to, that I’ve tabulated that I can go and summarize some of these things. So, you know, when you’re researching something, you’ll go to all these different websites, you’ll look at all the different things that people have to say about this. And you know what? There’s a lot on this topic and almost everyone is kind of right,. So my opinion and my understanding of it is going to come across in this so way. And you might listen to say, Dr. Carolyn Dean, brilliant. And she’s going to talk about it from her perspective, and they both can heal this condition, right?

Amandha: So, so really I summarize things in, just in my book, in my special book because then I can just go to that after I’ve done hours and hours of research. And I mean, I look at the studies, I look at what the drugs, what drugs are using, what are the MDs doing, you know, it doesn’t just come from like Imagination land. It comes from a lot. And so that’s why it’s nice when you have people like myself to summarize these things and to present them. So that’s really what I’m here to do. And I’m saying this because I’m getting more attention on YouTube, which is wonderful. It’s nice. It’s nice to have that feedback and to be noticed.

Amandha: But I’m also getting a lot of dorks too. Not a lot, but a few dorks, you know. Who do you think you are that you can talk like this? Cause like antibiotics and drugs are the best thing since sliced bread. La. And I’m like, oh, another brainwashed sheep talking out there arse and telling me that I don’t know anything. So I want to qualify that on some level. So it satisfies that little brain worm that says, oh my God, she’s not wearing a white coat. What am I going to do? Right?. Okay, so that’s taken care of now. And I like to do things with humor if you haven’t noticed, because life is short. If we don’t laugh, laughter is its own therapy for one.

Amandha: And if we don’t laugh and we don’t lighten up, we’ll be dead real fast. So I just like to keep it a little bit happy, so, so mind my dry, sometimes dry sense of humor and hey, if you don’t like me, you find someone else, right? I mean, that’s life. That’s a one great thing about life is you can always. Go to all your choices,

Chronic Stress, Sympathetic Dominance, and Inflammation

Amandha: I am one choice. So here it is. Okay, so reaction to stress. So this is what’s going on. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had in my office here, fibromyalgia patients, and I’m like, oh my God. Oh my God. Oh my god. That’s my reaction. Oh my God.. This is what happens to these people. No one knows what to do with them because they are under a lot of stress for a long period of time. Things have broken down for a long period of time. They go to their doctor, they get drugged, which makes everything worse. Then they’re desperate for solutions, so they go from one practitioner to another doctor to another practitioner. And nobody knows what they’re doing, and they just get chasing symptoms all over the place.

Amandha: Nobody gets to root cause. And you get someone now who’s so destabilized, so ill and so toxic, they can’t think straight. They have mental aberrations going on now, right? Their brain can’t, their brain doesn’t work. They come in and they’re, you can’t, they’re not even coherent. They’re afraid to try anything anymore.

Amandha: They’ve wasted a lot of money. They’ve wasted a lot of time. They’re now desperate, but they don’t trust anybody. It’s really difficult when you meet someone like this to then earn their trust and say, I know I want to tell you that I know how to handle this, but I don’t think you’re going to believe me because you might have heard this before, right, and you didn’t get better. So it’s a real tough nut to crack. Alright, so now the cascade, which I’ve written in my book in fine detail is this. Okay, so you have chronic stress. Chronic stress can come from a lot of different sources. They can be interpersonal, they can be from abuse like narcissistic abuse. O often will see people with fibromyalgia from living with a narcissist.

Amandha: That’s very common or bullying boss can cause it someone in their life. They can’t release themselves from the stressful situation. They’re under chronic, chronic, chronic stress. They can’t get rest from it. They know they have to go to work that day and be put under bullying. They know they’re going to get up and their spouse is going to be attacking them suddenly. Right. Or overtly. A family member that’s doing this, okay. Their social environment is hostile. They’re exposed to other stresses. It cannot, it doesn’t have to be just an emotional stress. Or a mental stress. It can be a physical stress, like mold in the house. That’s a chronic stress.

Amandha: It’s always, they’re washing over and over and over, and the body is in a state of alarm, a state of panic. It needs to deal with this. How is it going to deal with it? Chronic stress. Chronic stress, do you see? Okay, so that is the key. That is the root cause. That is the beginning of this cycle. So toxic parasitical situation on some level now that goes on and on for some time, and what happens is you’re in sympathetic dominance, which is from the autonomic nervous system. Okay? So sympathetic dominance continues. Without release, without relief. And when you have this type of situation, it’s hitting on the adrenal glands, it’s hitting on the cortisol levels, it’s hitting on all the hormones.

Amandha: It’s really much affecting the liver, the kidneys, the adrenals is having to pump out., these chemicals in the body. Okay. So that’s go, that’s making a lot, it’s making a lot of these chemicals that are now in the bloodstream. Okay. Then another factor of fibromyalgia that I’ve noticed and I’ll always ask when they come in and they say they present with this is that there’s sometimes an accident that triggers it. So it doesn’t necessarily have. You know, a chronic slow stress, it can be a sudden stress marker or point like a car accident. So I often, I’ll say, did you have a fall? Did you hit your body in just so away? Did you have a car accident? And then things began from there. Yes, I will get that often, yes, it happened after a car had a car accident and whatnot, because now they have chronic inflammation in their bodies that isn’t relentless.

Amandha: That is correcting itself. Okay? So the same thing with stress. Stress is causing the interleukins, it’s causing cytokines in the blood, in the body. It’s not allowing those to settle back down. You’re going to have chronic inflammation. Okay? So chronic inflammation, we know, and I’ve talked about this before, there’s only two co, there’s only two diseases, okay? Aside from diseases of genetics at birth, okay? There’s only two diseases of inflammation And diseases of immune system dysfunction and a combination of those two. So this is a, as it is your full-fledged disease of inflammation. So all the diseases that are linked to this, that people with fibromyalgia get, which I’ll list off.

Amandha: They have this causation from this situation of inflammation. Okay? And yes, then their immune system will start to break down after this point in time. Okay, so chronic inflammation, the cytokines so those are molecules of inflammation. If you didn’t know what those were on, I mentioned them. So the, there’s TNF Alpha is one of them. Interleukin six is another. They can be measured in the blood. They can be taken and measured, and that can be also a way of getting diagnosed. Really, because that’s the other thing, a lot of people they go, the doctor’s doctor just think they’re crazy. They can’t even get a diagnosis.

Amandha: And if they need a diagnosis for insurance purposes or to get off work or a workers’ compensation, it can be a nightmare for people to even just get acknowledgement that they have this, everyone just think puts them. You know, psychotropic drugs,, basically like, here’s some speed. Go, you know, or here’s a sleeping bill. You know, like nobody gives them the attention in the right direction, you know, or gives them the understanding of what’s going on in their own bodies. So, Okay, so your stress is not being switched off. The the markers of stress are still being created in the body. Those markers of are causing inflammation that’s chronic.

Amandha: Okay. So we understand that’s happening now. We have to, the body is now going to go into defense mode. So they’re going to defense circumstances. So what happens is now protection, oh, we’ve got this, we have to start protecting some of our glands here. This is getting ridiculous, right? This isn’t stopping.

Metabolism, Fatigue, Brain Fog, and the Fibromyalgia Pain Picture

Amandha: So the body starts to do that. So what happens is metabolism starts to slow. You’ll see people gaining weight. You’ll see thyroid is issues beginning at this point. Plus, once the adrenals are really burnt out or the adrenals have. Chronically releasing, they get tired. You know, they get their supply of nutrients is low, like B vitamins and they can’t continue to make the interleukins and cortisol, these kinds of things. Well, through the liver, then it has to, starts pulling on the thyroid. It starts needing the thyroid to work for that. So all the glands, all the endocrine glands begin to have problems because it’s a whole cascade. Our bodies our organ systems are working on their own, they’re working in a very beautiful dance and communication, right?

Amandha: So things start to down-regulate now because it’s almost like, let’s go into stasis. Maybe this is something we can put our body into sleep during the day mode. That chronic fatigue starts to set in. Like, we have to shut this down now because we have to try to preserve this body, that it won’t stop being under this level. Yes. Okay. And that’s where the brain fog really starts to begin as well. So you see the hypothyroidism then the brain fog, and then now they’re getting to this level of disease. Now, if they only could have stopped the inflammation when things began, they would’ve been in a way better position to prevent this from going downhill.

Amandha: Right? So if they actually had healthcare, which most people don’t, because we don’t have a healthcare system, we have a. Support network or whatever, I don’t even know what you want to call it. Sick care system. A doctor who will never even acknowledge your stress half the time. You know, it’s not caught, it’s not caught early, it’s not dealt with. Okay. So now we have the defense mechanisms are in place. The stress is still not gone.. So now we have to, we start to see the true fibromyalgia, which is the pain. So in fibromyalgia where the attack or where the inflammation is attacking, that’s what decides the diagnosis. So when the muscles are attacked, by the chronic inflammation.

Amandha: That’s your classic fibromyalgia picture. Okay? So you have the trigger points on the back that if you touch those specific points, they jump off the table sort of thing, and that’s part of the diagnosis. Their muscles are under chronic inflammation and in breakdown, and that’s really what the picture is. That’s really what’s going on in a general sense. Now, if you have this. Same thing happen in the body in different organ systems, you get different diagnoses. So here’s what there if you have this in the blood, you get lupus or SLE. If you have this in the GI, you get Crohn’s or colitis. If you have this in the joints, you get rheumatoid arthritis.

Amandha: if you have this in the skin, you get psoriasis. Or sometimes it’s eczema, but usually it’s really the psoriasis that we see. If you have it in the brain, you can have MS. Yeah, usually there’s heavy metals involved in any way. We’re going to talk about that in a minute. How heavy metals and other problems get in. Now we get down to the next layer of the cascade. Real trouble. If you have it in the thyroid, you have Graves’ disease or hypothyroidism or Hashimoto’s disease. If you have it in the, if it’s just a true metabolic disorder, so the metabolism has gone haywire from the inflammation, you’ll see hypertension, you’ll see diabetes forming.

Amandha: Okay, so hey, stress is kind of a big deal, isn’t it? Yeah, I think so. I think management of stress is important to healthcare. How about that? Okay, so that’s your overarching fibromyalgia picture where it starts. Now here’s what start to happen. Things are breaking down further. Now you’re, the immune system can’t keep up. Now the organs of elimination aren’t working properly. Now you’re starting to get an acid state. Their acid alkaline balances out of balance is not in its proper state. Okay? Now your mitochondria begin to malfunction. So in each cell, I’m, you know, approximate a hundred mitochondria. Okay.

Amandha: And in that situation you have, you have a half, let’s say about half of them functioning now the cell can be hijacked. You get micro infections coming in, your immune system can’t deal with, so you’ll have viral, weird viral infections, bacterial infections parasites. It’s like you’re an open door. Parasites start to come in. If the gut integrity has gone down, you start to get allergies. They’ll have lots of allergies. They’ll become allergic to almost everything over a period of time. They’ll have parasites invited in and issues with bowels. They won’t be able to sleep anymore. Sleep can ha sleep, can happen earlier.

Amandha: And you know, so now they’re literally an open door. They have no defenses. So the defense, the defenses came in. They started to try to assist. They try, tried to help. Now, at some point in time, the defenses are failing and that’s what’s happening. So a lot of the times people come to my. They are in failed defenses. They are long since done. They’ve probably had it for 10 years, something like this. They are their brain is even host to all kinds of parasites, all kinds of heavy metal deposits mold, the mycotoxins that get into the cell that p that puppet and parit the cell. Okay. So do you see this is what’s happened.

Amandha: This is what, what has occurred from chronic stress. So I’m going to take some questions if there are questions at this point. I’ve gone through that pretty quick because I think it’s pretty simple. I mean, don’t you think like it’s just a simple physiological process and reaction due to chronic stress.

Complex Symptoms, Sensitivity, and the Search for Root Cause

Amandha: So this is what physically does happen when we’re under stress, and that’s what’s so amazing to me that people. The emotions and the mind, you know, how that plays in our life and our health, how we, our beliefs, how we think, and then who is in our reality, who’s part of our reality. Our family members, our loved ones, our friends, our social life. How that those social determinants of health impact us. And it’s significant. It is so significant. You know, just to have support even can help somebody de-stress. Now once you’ve gotten down to that level, I have one patient and she’s been in an abusive, narcissistic relationship probably for about 30 years.

Amandha: She is probably been diagnosed clinically insane. You know, she has every, she has everything. She has every diagnosis. See, that’s the problem.. What ends up happening in chronic fatigue is they get every diagnosis. They are so overdiagnosed and a practitioner that doesn’t understand this, which to me is it’s simplify. It’s a simple process, but a lot, when they’re presented, they don’t realize it. They just end up chasing symptoms. So they say, okay, well today they’re presenting with thyroid. The chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, patient will come in. I can’t sleep. I’m, I can’t eat anything. I’m allergic to everything.

Amandha: I’m in so much pain. Oh my God, I don’t know what to do. My husband’s this way. Everything. How do you manage everything? Right? It’s overwhelming. It’s overwhelming even to the practitioner. Okay, so, so you see, so, okay, so now you have practitioners who are like,, they just start throwing things at whatever symptoms seems to be presented the most, or whatever symptom that individual comes in worried about the most. And that’s not the best clinical practice to deal with people like this, to deal with the patients that are this sick because their symptoms will change from day to day. So tomorrow it could be something else and they’re on, you know, this supplement for that symptom will go away and the new one will crop up.

Amandha: It’s just not getting the root cause. You must get your root cause to deal with this and you, and it’s a delicate situation because they aggravate because they’re so, so far gone now. They’re so toxic. The toxic buildup is so huge that now you give them a supplement, you give them a homeopathic, you start to detox them. They aggravate pretty badly most of the time. They’re very sensitive now.. So, so they are, it is a challenge. It definitely is a challenge and it’s very case by case. It has to be looked at case by case onto what you give, how much you give and so forth. So it is it does need help most of the time.

Amandha: I, I haven’t seen, and maybe I’m wrong, but I haven’t seen too many people who are of the level, you know, in fibro where they can pull themselves out of it.. They need guidance. They need that support. So it’s difficult. It’s probably one of the most difficult things to heal next to any type of mental illness, like healing narcissism, good luck, like healing, you know, personality disorders are very, you know, it’s a lot of work. That person has to do a lot of work, and it’s the same with fibromyalgia. and then believing that they can, because they’ve been sick for so long, a lot of them that they don’t believe anymore. They’ve just kind of given up hope that there’s any help for them whatsoever. Okay, so let’s get to solutions because there are solutions.

First Priorities: Sleep, Pain, Diet, and Detox Discussion

Amandha: So we have to detox ’em. That’s obvious. We have to deal with the mind, we have to deal with the sleep symptoms. We have to deal with the pain. So usually the way to start is and as I do with anyone who’s got cancer, or any type of chronic disease that’s been long standing and they’re having a lot of secondary issues. I do palliate some of the secondary issues. So things like sleep and things like pain are top priority because if you’re not sleeping, you’re not healing anything. And if you’re in pain, you can’t think clearly. You can’t function on any level. That’s going to get you to what you need to do for yourself.

Amandha: Right? So those are the two that I work on at the beginning. So the top supplements that I will put them on, obviously we have to work on diet. That’s, I mean, that’s a no-brainer. That’s a key. That’s where everybody, that’s always going to happen. Diet’s always going to be looked at. It’s always going to be scrutinized. It’s always going to be adjusted. It’s al that’s, I mean, I go, I almost say that., you know, I assume that, you know, that has to happen. But if you are barely functioning and unable to think, you need to be very targeted with them to help. To get this working better to help them to function on some level, right?

Amandha: So the approaches have to be thought out, you know, quite thoroughly. So some of the ones I start them on, I tell ’em what to start to eat or what not to eat. Basically we have to put them on an anti-inflammatory diet. You can’t be eating pro-inflammatory foods. I mean, the whole root cause of this problem was the runaway inflammation that has to be addressed, right? So I do try to steer them, you know, into fruit and vegetable based. They can have some bone broths, which is anti-inflammatory. I put them on things like spirulina. I teach them how to make some smoothies so that they’re getting enough protein and that spirulina is also anti-inflammatory. So, I start to help them to make those changes in their lifestyle.

Amandha: I don’t put them on coffee enemas right away unless they’re really willing to do that. But I do put them on a little bit later when they’re feeling a bit better and they want to get to that next level of detox of their liver and their blood. That’s a must, that’s part of the detox protocol.

Amandha: Absolutely. I almost, I put almost everybody on coffee enemas at some point in time because why wouldn’t you if it’s that quick, if you can clean your blood up, if you can dump your old bile, if you can get rid of the blood that’s stagnating there, if you can, you know, release these contents of your colon and heal your colon, you’re really getting ahead of the game. So, you know, people laugh, whatever, but when it works. And these things work. So, so that’s that. I teach them, I start to teach them on what their lifestyle’s going to look like when they do these. Okay, so I put some supplements here. One the four they would walk out with, if they were, if they came in here, would be the Ease Magnesium, the Topical Ease, Magnes.

Magnesium, Vitamin C, MSM, DMSO, and Topical Support

Amandha: Magnesium is a must must. It’s like 800 to 900 enzymatic reactions, which you know, I thought it was 300, 400. Nope. Carolyn Dean sent me straight on that. So, so ease magnesium, that is topical. That would be high dose. I would. For them especially if someone could get it on their pain spots in the back, someone could do that for them. That would be ideal. That would be 30 sprays twice a day, especially right before bed. It’s also going to assist with some sleep. It’s going to release some of the muscle tension, so whatever’s going to do multiple things. At once. That’s what I put them on. So magnesium’s, one of those ones going to help the brains, going to support the thyroid, going to support the liver.

Amandha: going to, you know, all the detox organs, the blood, I mean, when you have 900 enzymatic reactions that it supports in its co-factor you want that, okay? That’s key. And half the time, their gut’s already gone, the immune system’s gone. They’re not absorbing what they’re eating half the time. That’s why I work on topical, supplements That’s getting into the blood. Or if they can do IV, get them beefed up, get them back functioning on some level first, and then fix the gut and then get them eating properly. Because what’s the point of eating properly if, a, they’re allergic to everything. B, they’re absorbing anything, so, right.

Amandha: Like, how are you supposed to get there through diet? If you’re like that it’s near impossible. You know, people say, I changed my diet. I’m still like this. Right. Okay, so that’s key. The Right C, which is a bio product I really like because it’s a sodium ascorbate. You can get high doses. I would be putting them on, I would start them on 2000 milligrams a day. Then I would double it each day. And if they start to aggravate back, you know, back down and just keep working that up to very high doses of vitamin C. It’s a master antioxidant. You need to have lots of antioxidants in the body because there’s free radicals going in all over the place causing all kinds of inflammation problems, all kinds of cell damage.

Amandha: Immune system thrives on it, things repair on it. It’s just a must. It’s an absolute must. So I try to get them to bowel tolerance and then back off one. Milligrams. So they take it throughout the day until they get a looser stool. Then they know that’s where their loading dose is, and then they work with that every day minus one gram. Okay, so that could be 9,000 milligrams, which is nine grams. That could be. 12, you know, depending on where they’re at. This is also a good strategy for people with allergies as well. So that takes care of a lot of the allergen concern. Okay. The other one is I put them on Happy Body sulfur. I put them on this.

Amandha: Because it helps heal the gut. If they’ve got parasites in the gut, it’s going to kill them. It’s it’s a master mineral. So the sulfur, and it’s a master mineral. They need the sulfur to repair cells. They need the sulfur to repair basement membranes that have broken down through the gut. So if they, especially if they’re having signs of leaky. And if they’re having signs of gut infections or other infections this is something that I for sure work with them on. So that’s twice a day, one teaspoon, and then absolutely. DMSO. The thing with DMSO is for pain, right? So have them put it in their areas of pain. As well. I usually have them do so magnesium add this and then I make a pain away cream that they can put on after that sues it.

Amandha: And that takes a pain grade down quite considerably. So they can sleep, they can rest, they can start to think again. They can start to function again. So that’s key. That’s usually what I have them walk out the door with. And then we start to work on all the anti-inflammatories that they have to be on from diet, to supplements, to botanicals, et cetera, et cetera. So, someone’s asking about the, so these are all my website, just so you know. So if you want to look it up. So this one’s called Happy Body MSM Crystals. Okay. It says a pure 99.9 organic sulfur crystals. They’re just like they’re kind of bitter. They kind of look like salt, like horse salt and you just throw a teaspoon in your mouth and then drink it back.

Amandha: Cause they’re bitter, they’re disgusting, but get it in you, you know? And that dissolve slowly in the gut and it makes a big difference there too to overall health, you know. But intestinal health as well, you know, is what I’m working on with them when I’m working on the sulfur crystals. The ease magnesium is from activation products. It’s a really finely. Magnesium spray. So the magnesium oils you get, they’re kind of, they are oily. They make the skin itch. They don’t absorb the all that well. And this is a hexahydrate. So sodium chloride, or sorry, it’s magnesium chloride hexahydrate and absorbs very well.

Amandha: But heads another customer says that they tried a different, one of hexahydrate and it didn’t work as well. It didn’t absorb as well. So some in the method in which they’re doing this is very and so it’s not across the board. So I really like this product. It’s also on my website. The Right C is by biomed, so it’s, they’re, they have one with added nutrients and co-factors and stuff. This one is just with BioPerine. to enhance is more antioxidant value, and it is a two. So it’s what I like about this, it’s a powder. Once it hits in the mouth, it starts to stimulate the brain to absorb it through the gut, which again, I like powders, I like topicals for absorption. This one is one half a teaspoon is two grams, which is excellent.

Amandha: And this is a hundred grams for 42 50. And so if you do the math, it’s actually a really good value for doing high dose. I do this all the time. And then the DMSO, this one is the My Fortified version. I do have now on my website a hundred per 99.999% pharmaceutical grade. 30 mil available. That’s just pure, that’s just neat. This one has aloe, so it prevents the burning that happens when you put on the skin. And I have a bunch of different vitamins that I’ve, and minerals that I’ve added and fortified with it because it’ll take it, it’ll take small molecular weight. Molecules through, through the body, through into the blood, right?

Amandha: So they’ll get right in there the vitamin’s, minerals. So that’s why I’ve fortified this particular formulation. So that if you want more information, I have a DMSO video that you can watch about that. Okay? So now if you go and you like, Type in how to heal fiber. You’ll get like a Web MD thing come up or whatever.

Gut Support, Sleep, Boron, Antioxidants, and Lifestyle Exposures

Amandha: And so where they tend to go with it is like the brain. So they’ll do like 5-HTP, they’ll do SAM-e, they’ll do the melatonin, the St. John’s wort. But it’s like they’re basically telling you your mental mess. And so you should start with the mental stuff and Yes and no., I wouldn’t particularly start there. Maybe melatonin, but I sometimes the melatonin aggravates and they get the opposite effect and they don’t sleep, so I don’t go messing around with that. Just the beginning. The magnesium. Yes, the, and WebMD will even say magnesium because magnesium’s a no-brainer. Magnesium’s a. A must that. It’s like the top supplement for fibromyalgia has to be magnesium and it has to be topical.

Amandha: Cause you can’t get high doses through ingesting through the gut. You can in, well, Carolyn Dean has the different product. She has an RNA reset, which is excellent, which will probably avoid the bowel issues that happen when you’re high dose magnesium. But what happens and why it’s needed is when you have chronic inflammation, you have cellular structure damage, and when you have cell structure damage, the calcium. Deposits come in. And also if you’re in an acid state, calcium is leaked out from the bones. You’re getting, get a lot of calcium settling into cells, settling into tissues, causing a lot of problems in the body. So you get calcification of tissues bad. So magnesium will dissolve the calcium sedimentation and actually go into the mitochondria.

Amandha: Prevent the mitochondrial calcifications as well, which is part of the fibromyalgia. Picture two. So magnesium, high-dose magnesium is a must, and I always like to go through the skin, like I said. So that’s the one that I’ve been using with success., you know, again, there’s some other products out there in the market, I’m sure. Maybe the price point’s higher, whatever, but, you know, this is the, there’s a few options there for you. Okay. Alright. So I wouldn’t go St. John’s wort just yet. It can make you very happy but if they’re on other medications, which a lot of ’em are on like a gazillion different medications, they’ve been antibiotic through the roof you’ve got, you, you start with the gut because you know the gut makes serotonin for the brain.

Amandha: So why are you going after? The brain when it’s coming from the gut. You know what I mean? So get them on probiotics, get them. They people from fibromyalgia need fermented foods because of the probiotic action to reseed the gut. Their guts are always going to be destroyed. That’s a hundred percent going to happen. So, so reseeding and fueling and helping. With fermented foods, infor, a lot of fermented foods are anti-inflammatory. In fact, most plant-based foods are anti-inflammatory, have some aspect of of an anti-inflammatory portion to them. So that would be really key. That’s why the diet has to happen, obviously.

Amandha: Okay. So for sleep, L-theanine, L-glycine is those are two that can be added. I usually do like a mix of amino acids get them on amino acid blend, including l-glutamine to heal the gut, and those supplements can assist that repair and that sleep that’s really, they desperately need. Okay. The other anti-inflammatory that’s not really well understood as an anti-inflammatory is boron. It’s a mineral and it’s really overlooked as an anti-inflammatory. It’s one of the biggest anti-inflammatory minerals next to magnesium. So how I handle that is the cheap and easy way is. And it’s on my website. I have a blog. So you go to my blog and it’s it’s under the title.

Amandha: Arthritis is Toxicity. I have the formula there, but it’s this, you go to the grocery aisle. Of your neighborhood’s you know, store, grocery store and pick up borax. And it has to be pure Borax only. Okay? So it’ll say on it that it’s pure borax and you and yes, it kills roaches,, and rats. But it contains boron. And so you can take that, you can take one level teaspoon of that and dissolve it in one liter of pure water. So, Disgusting tap water, like actual pure water, dissolve that and you can take one to three teaspoons of that a day. So if you take two teaspoons of that a day of the solution you will get seven milligrams of boron if you ideally someone who has fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue.

Amandha: You would want about 10 milligrams a day at least. So I would just take, I would end up just taking three teaspoons a day for someone in this condition. It’s very anti-inflammatory. It does kill parasites. People report having a lot of energy after they do this. It makes a big difference to their energy and to their sleep. Because again, in the day, if they’re getting their energy levels up, then at night they sleep better kind of thing. Right. So that would be a must that I would have them do. And it’s., right? So someone with fibromyalgia, they’ve been through the ringer, they’ve been to every practitioner and they don’t have a lot of money.

Amandha: You know, this can be one of those things that can really make a difference for them. Okay? Things to avoid that are pro-inflammatory. It might be obvious, but maybe not, but I’ll mention them anyway. Stop drinking coffee. Don’t drink pop. The Nu nutri suite has to go. You know the m MSG has to go. You have to stop poisoning yourself first. The processed foods have to go, right? I mean, this is just. To me it’s common sense, but you know, just review your lifestyle. The chemicals in your reality have to go. So stop it with the perfume. Synthetic perfumes stimulate the way chi, which is the the skin energy. Or the immune system that’s on the skin.

Amandha: And so it damages the immune system. It challenges the immune system constantly. And so you’re just constantly challenging yourself. So people who wear perfume, synthetic perfume are challenging their immune systems all day long and other people who have to smell that. So it’s just not something you want, don’t want detergents that have fragrances in, it’s for the exact same reason you’re wearing it on your skin. You’re challenging your immune system. In a bad way, in a chronic way. No, you don’t want that. So obviously you want to take out your allergens. So things that are, you know, you’re sensitive to, just want to omit those. Gluten, so gluten should go out, obviously sugar, these are all pro-inflammatory foods.

Amandha: Bye-bye, right? Alcohol. Stop smoking cigarettes, like these things they’re not going to help you get better. You have to be clean, you have to go off of, off these poisons, right? Drugs, any drug you’re on is going to screw your metabolic processes. So you want to wean yourself off all the drugs, get off the drugs. They’re not helping you. They’re never going to heal anything. They don’t heal they just damage. So you just start to wean. That you can work with, you know, your practitioner, your doctor to do that. And then you can, if you’re worried about something, you can go on a natural supplement that will assist you in that department so you’re not left hanging on that symptom.

Amandha: Okay. So, another couple of ones that are key is alpha lipoic acid. There was just a question on the borax there. Once it’s mixed with the liter bar. Yeah. You’re not going to, you don’t eat. Borax please. No, it’s, you’re making this solution, you’re letting it dissolve, and that’s the solution.

Amandha: You can store it in the fridge, and then you’re taking one teaspoon of the solution two to three times a day. Just to clarify that again. Okay. So, yeah, a l a alpha lipo acid. So you need things that help your metabolism, that help your enzyme systems work better, that help your metabolism. So ALA is a big one for that. And it has anti antioxidant principles as well as resveratrol. So that’s from grapes. So that’s a big, huge antioxidant that will help your just help your cells rejuvenate, come back to life again, basically. So you can get those in supplement form. So, okay, so the only thing you want to do is gentle exercise, gentle detox.

Gentle Movement, Self-Care, and Stress Management

Amandha: You want to, it’s hard to get started, but once you start, it’s, you get a momentum. So, infrared saunas, far infrared saunas. Getting your sweat mechanism working again, that’s key. Getting, doing gentle exercise, just like even really gentle movement. Just making it, you know, that part of your day. Do some deep breathing, some gentle movement, going for a walk, getting sun on the skin, you know. Just starting to journal, just to get your hopes, your mind into a good place, like what your plan is. So cause the memories often with the brain fog is issues with memory. So learn to write things down, consult your journal, be gentle with yourself. A huge component of chronic fatigue of fibromyalgia.

Amandha: A huge component of the chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia picture is a lack of self-care, long-term lack of self-care, lack of self-love and appreciation.. So you want to get into habits where you’re starting to care about yourself. Again, starting to look at yourself as a valuable human. Because when you feel that bad and when you’re, you know, when it’s a day where if you get up and eat one meal and go back to bed, you know, if that’s your success and that day, you need to reward yourself. With your own positive self-talk so that you can, you know, get up the next day and try to that next level and so forth. And just like baby steps to get through it because, you know, it’s so hard on the mind and the emotions and so, so doing those gentle things with yourself is, it makes a big difference, right?

Amandha: Because it can make all the difference because it also has to do with stress management. You must, like you’re getting the inflammation under control, right? With what we’re talking about here. But you still have to deal with the original stress. What’s the original stress? Is it a spouse you have to leave? Is it a financial stress? What is the key stress that you have to deal with to now alleviate the root cause of what happened here? Because then you’re going to really start to repair and really start to heal. And I know people who have, you know, done all the right things with fibromyalgia.

Amandha: and there’s still, I mean, it takes years of work to finally go, I’m functioning again. And they still get a little bit of relapses. So especially if you mold toxicity, that’s a huge one, right? Mold inside your cells. It’s difficult to get rid of. There’s different programs out there that you can do to help you. There’s one called Core Cellular Re core Cellular. Detox core cellular detox. You can look that one up, you know, and that goes intracellularly and cleans out things, and it’s a very structured regime. So, but you know, the issue is, or the root cause always must approach root cause and look at your stress, like face it and say, is it because I’m living with a narcissist?

Amandha: Is it. You know, this situation is unmanageable for my stress, you know, and that’s key. You have to get stress management under control. Okay, so, I think I just checking my notes. Green veggies, protein yeah. Antioxidants, AC and e Obviously you’re wanting antioxidants to, you know, help the cells come back to life again, to rejuvenate cells. Not all the cells will undergo apoptosis or. So you’ll have half, you know, gimpy cells going on half functioning, right? So you want to repair what’s able, you’re able to repair, and then tell abody you’ve got enough nutrition in store where it can now take care of those cells and undergo apoptosis and get rid of them, and make new cells from fresh cells.

Amandha: So, you know, it’s hard. I really feel for these people because it must be just torture. Must be absolute torture. You know, and I have great compassion for people who are going through this condition. It’s not fun. I mean, they get hypersensitive to a lot of things.

Amandha: EMF fields chemtrail, fallout. I mean, they’re just an open door to the, they’re sense sensitive. They’re, they can’t take other people’s emotions. They can’t take crowds. Like, it just gets to that point, you know? And, I just want to give ’em all big hug. But like, you know, there’s hope. That’s my message. There’s hope. You just have to understand what’s happened to your body and then start to take back control little by little.

Amandha: And do these simple things and get the nutrition, you know, the nutrition has to get in you and the, and so you know, the stress has to be managed. This is just, it’s a must okay, well that’s I don’t want to be labor. I just, I want to summarize, I do take consultations even at a distance. If people need assistance, I do that.

Consultations and Closing Remarks

Amandha: I have a fee for that. Generally, my fees are like $40 per half hour sort of idea. I do phone calls, consults, and Skype and so forth, and then I write a detailed program. So that’s really what I do. Like I just help people. I take their intake forms, I have a talk with them, and then I write them a report that they can work on and pick away at and change their lifestyle. That way if people need guidance, I do that. And you can find that on my website again, I’ll say it. It’s yummymummyemporium.org. And you can message me there. You can email me if you have any. You can find me on face. I’m on Facebook, I’m on Pinterest. I’m on Instagram. That’s Dr.

Amandha: Underscore yummy on Instagram. I’m on a few other social media sites like Google Plus. I don’t really use Google, but., but I’m a Ryan one, so if you need support do my best. I get a lot of requests to just be kind and patient. I try to do that. I’m also a single mom, so I have, and I have a store, so, you know, it’s a lot of work. Okay. So thank you very much for for being with me today. And again, if you’re on YouTube, please like and subscribe If you like more of these. I do like to do theme discussions. You know, to try to focus for people. And yeah, we just do what we can, right? If you get up every day and you strive to be better and you strive to love each other, then you’re doing the right thing.

Amandha: It’s that’s, you know, you live your purpose when you’re living. in a balanced way, and you’re living from your heart. So I hope that you all have a wonderful day and I look forward to your comments and your feedback. Okay, thanks again. Bye for them.
