Energetics of Cancer and Addiction: Video Overview
In this discussion of the cancer and addiction mind-body connection, Amandha Vollmer (ADV) joins Paula Gloria on WIOF-LP Woodstock 104 for a two-part conversation recorded on January 1, 2018. The first half focuses on Amandha’s perspectives on cancer, emotional conflict, stress, the mind-body relationship and German New Medicine, alongside personal stories involving laboratory animals, family cancer experiences and the emotional demands placed on healers.
The second half turns to addiction. Amandha and Paula discuss unmet psycho-emotional and social needs, self-medication, habitual rituals, coffee dependence, smoking, smoke exposure, relationships, self-responsibility and the role of community support. Amandha uses her own coffee ritual and Paula’s experience with her husband’s smoking to explore how they understand the needs beneath repetitive behaviour.
The closing discussion moves into community-based care, healer self-care, castor-oil packs, coffee enemas, detoxification, organ elimination and gut health. These medical and therapeutic explanations remain the speakers’ perspectives from the recording and include ideas that should not be interpreted as established clinical guidance.

Introduction: Cancer, the New Year, and Amandha Vollmer
WIOF-LP, Woodstock 104, and this is farther down the rabbit hole with Paula Gloria, because we like to go into topics more deeply today, we’re gonna go into two topics more deeply when Amandha Vollmer, one of my favorite call-in guests is gonna be calling in from Canada. We’re gonna see if we can get her bio pulled up right now, but if we can’t, I’ll just tell you about it and maybe next week, we’ll, I’ll fix up my thumb drive better
Amandha’s gonna be talking at the first part of the show about cancer. And I wanna go a little bit more in depth based on Sunday that everything that happens is happening for a reason. And if we’re rational and look at it cool, calm and collected, we can see that the body is a marvelous instrument for our souls and our consciousness.
And if we understand what it’s doing, we don’t work against it. So even in the case, okay, her bio’s working even in the case of a tumor, that’s not necessarily all bad. So do you wanna pull her bio up as we wait for Amandha? This is me reading it. Okay.
Amandha Dawn Vollmer holds a Bachelor of Science in agricultural biotechnology from the University of Lethbridge, 2000 in Alberta, Canada, and a doctor of naturopathic medicine diploma from the Canadian College of naturopathic Medicine, 2008 in Toronto. She also has previous experience as a certified lab animal technician at the University of Alberta.
Most of her life, She has taken an interest in botanical medicine, self-educating on the topic for many years, having developed many of her extra senses with martial arts and dance, she realized a natural gift for sensing illness and a laying on of hands. She soon sought answers via the energetic healing arts and became a registered Reiki practitioner and teacher among other modalities.
She had her first Kundalini Rising experience in 2000 after much scholarly and independent study, her passion for the elegant and effective submolecular medicine known as homeopathy brought her to study with the Bombay Group in South India under Raja Sankaran. She also volunteered for a month-long intensive medical program in Northern India, shadowing cardiologists, obstetricians Ayurvedic practitioners, and homeopathic doctors alike.
Afterwards, she took a 10-day silent Vipassana retreat in the Himalayan Mountains. Originally training to be a veterinarian. She took courses through the British Institute of Homeopathy for Veterinarian Homeopathic Medicine during naturopathic college. She was certified both in IV therapy and with Dr.
David Leaf in applied kinesiology. Always seeking knowledge and truth. Amandha soon realized deeper hidden information which propelled her into continually active research in many varied topics, including various forms of law, politics, history, religion, and science. Amandha has many interests including orthomolecular medicine, German New Medicine, vibrational therapies, gemstone therapies, permaculture gardening, wildcrafting, crochet arts, and the natural care of babies and children.
She has almost two decades of vaccine research under her belt. She is a mother of a marvelous high energy five year old. She is currently writing a new, a few. 30 days to better health, which will assist people to make the lifestyle changes necessary to prevent and cure diseases and co-authoring, cracking the cult code, bringing awareness to the way that psychology is used via religion and the media to sell people ideas that are far from the truth.
She has assisted many to heal all kinds of acute and chronic diseases from early to end stages successfully with holistic principles. Since 2008, she is the proprietor of yummy mummy Emporium and apothecary in Ontario, Canada, where she supplies all natural solutions for detoxing and healing disease.
She makes powerful herbal blends and has developed and designed an all natural botanically infused body care line of creams, salves oils that are extremely effective. She single-handedly makes nearly 80 small-batch remedies. And we have Amandha on the line right now. Welcome Amandha, can you hear me? Hello?
Hello? Oh, hey, Amandha. Welcome. Hi. Hey. We just read your bio. The reason I wanted to read that out is I was so struck that you were actually caring for lab animals, and I know you to be so extremely sensitive, many years ago when I was very young, I can’t hardly remember, six years old. I grew up in Berkeley, California in a, a Greek community that was related to the university.
And one man, there was a professor at the medical school in San Francisco. And so he took us over on a field trip. And I remember when we were brought into the room where they kept the. Although I had allergies all my life, which I’m beginning to realize from your work, were probably vaccine induced. I had never had an asthma attack before.
And just walking into this room before I could even comprehend or focus what was going on with these animals, I started to have an attack and he whisked me out of there. So I thought I must have, even at such a young. have just picked up on the horrible karma of some of these senseless studies that are being done, and I thought, how must this sensitive woman have been able to deal with that?
And in my own issue of cancer and the indigestible unresolved emotional conflict I realize, you know, it seems as though the journey is about balancing yourself so that you can handle the unhandleable and still move forward. So I thought you might wanna start with your, with our discussion on cancer with, how did you deal with that, Amandha, taking care of those lab animals?
Lab-Animal Work, Emotional Processing, and Healer Self-Care
With a lot of faith and a lot of prayer and a lot of love, and had to be purposeful behind it because that meaningfulness and that purposefulness behind why I was there. Not behind the meaningless scientific wastefulness and cruelty, but that I was there. I felt that I was there to infuse it with light and hope and peace on any possible level.
Right? And then also to witness it that firsthand witness. Right. And I knew that if I was going to be a vet, I mean, I put myself into that purposefully because I thought if I’m gonna be a veterinarian, I have to deal with this stuff. I have to deal with euthanasia, I have to deal with the unwanted. and, well, you also said you wanted to be a voice for the voiceless, for the children.
And for the animals so that you could, you know, maybe bring a little more solace to a poor creature. Yeah. I remember one time I nearly took home about eight baby rats that I had to euthanize. And they were the most, they were at the most adorable rat stage you could ever imagine. Oh. And they were, they knew that they were gonna die and they were crawling up to me and crawl.
I was letting them crawl on me in the room and I was talking to them and I was communicating, you know, that I’m sorry. And I was so close. I was so close to trying to break them out of there because they were just the sweetest things and. You know, it did break my heart and I cried a lot to cope. It was hard.
It was a hard couple of years in there and I, but I also helped a few other people who were working there that were really struggling because the thing with people who work in these very demented corporations and structures like, you know, animals, slaughterhouses, and all kinds of situations where they are having to dull themselves in order to cope they then, if they don’t have proper counseling or proper releases of that pent up suppression, they go kind of wild.
They can become abusive to the animals. You’ll see all kinds. news stories about, you know, somebody losing it and just like kicking pigs and doing all kinds of crazy stuff, right? Because a psyche can’t handle that. We’re not meant to treat animals in this way, anybody in this way. Anything in this way.
And they’re having to try to make it through their whole day like that. And I, at the time, I was practicing a Tibetan form of Buddhism and I would do the Medicine Buddha mantra chant for every animal. And as they’re passing and wishing them a better rebirth and a higher rebirth. And I taught this mantra to a couple of my colleagues and it helped open up their spirituality so that they could cope better.
So they had a way of praying that made sense to them. And it helped them through what they had to do every day. because every day you were euthanizing. Sometimes a lot, sometimes a little of the animals. That’s fantastic. It was definitely challenging. Well, I just really wanted the viewers and listeners to understand that because as you continue on speaking about cancer, you really walked that, that path.
Because that’s what I found in my recovery was I had to be very attentive to my thinking. And what I was letting into my energy and it’s an ongoing process, I can see since we’ve start, first started working together, I can see a lot. Beautiful. wonderful things. I might even say this is the best time of my life.
D despite all of this trauma going on, you know, my, my husband just did a very intense show with two other producers about the California fires, all of these things that I know in the past would make me sort of slip into this hopelessness and despair into feeling, you know what it’s actually, I don’t want it to sound Pollyanna what I’m gonna say, but it’s the, it’s all a blessing.
There’s a reason for it. You know, we will be growing f from we, or we have an opportunity here, let’s put it that way. And I’d like to take the opportunity, so thank you. Yeah. And that can produce the, that all of that we experience and that we see can produce that conflict shock that causes.
Right. And witnessing animal death or it can be, and it doesn’t even have to be something so severe, it can still impact on our own psyche. In that way, that produces a conflict shock and leads us down the path of disease to the path of disease. Right? Yeah. And it’s every day and we’re seeing more and more of it, especially with so much connection, social media connection.
You, you can just scroll through a feed and you’re not sure what you’re gonna come up upon, right, not sure what you’re going to read in that moment. Could be something Totally. I’ll have memories of things when I go into bed. It’s just horrible things that I wouldn’t repeat that I saw in that day, and I have to resolve that, you know?
Right. And it, so that’s why it takes bravery to go there and to look at that and then to have a framework in which to process and digest that and allow yourself to mourn it all, mourn things that other people have gone through because I can feel it, right. And, or a lot, some whatever tragedy. We all mourn these things and that’s our process.
Do you think that you as an empathic healer, by you mourning for them who maybe can’t face this you help them do that and then you connect with them again? I feel that sometimes that’s a yes and sometimes it’s a no. And it depends, but definitely empathic healers take on the karma of other people and process it for them.
And sometimes we have to. We have to not do that, of course, for our own safety and health, because a lot of healers die young, right? Because they do this right. And they don’t practice proper self-care. I think almost this holistic realm or world is a short-lived one because of that.
And also just the lack of taking care of this deeper needs and also being respected or being in a place of respect. Because a lot of times if people are in a desperate health crisis, they just, like, they’re drowning. They’re gonna grab onto whomever’s there and they might take them down with them, right?
And that’s often the energy that can come out of people toward healers and being compassionate. You open up to that and you have to be wise. But yeah, you can process other people’s stuff. When I do Reiki I think that’s what’s happening where it’s not really meant to be the healer. It’s meant to be God doing it.
And sometimes healers take it as through the ego. Yeah. Right. That’s where we get into some trouble. Right, right. I just give it to the divine creator. Right. And it’s not mine. It’s not really my business, I’m just this, I’m just a vessel. And so that’s the best way to go about it, so that you don’t take on the karma directly and carry that weight.
Cancer, Conflict Shock, Nutrition, and the Mind-Body Discussion
I would like, at the top of the hour we’re Felicia’s gonna talk about the importance of keeping this radio station going because I think it’s growing more and more precious. We had a beautiful show with Steve Romine on the show before ours, talking about the cell towers and those kind of issues with it turns out a long friend of mine from a long time back.
And I’m really hopeful that we can, through things like very dynamic community conversation, be able to take the best of that and then start to network with other people throughout the country and the world. So what I wanted to play was a Joan Jett song called Fake Friends, because I know I, in my case, you have to process Being disappointed with others, and then rise above that to, to realize it put you in a space of an opportunity for greater growth.
And then I thought the next hour, from 11 o’clock until 12, we could address addictions. Because I found, let’s put it this way, that unresolved conflict in my case, was an addictive type of thought that, you know, you have to work out of. That’s what I discovered. Are you good about that? I’m good about that.
Okay. So it’s all years. I just wanna, I’m gonna ask Felic about three or three and a half minutes before 11 Okay. That we pause for station identification and then she can play the. and then we can pick up and then talk about addictions. because again, remember when I said you have 33,000 hits on your dm, s o talk but you only had a couple hundred on the addiction ones, which I thought were fantastic and so important. And I looked at it, it was only 97, so, I’d like to I just think you really shine in that area. So that’s what I’d like to do on the second hour. Okay. Sounds great. Thank you. It’s all yours.
Yeah. And the cancer, I mean, I just did a, that was my first public talk that I put up on YouTube about it was part one and cancer. And the second part is forthcoming where I discuss more of the treatment options. And as of course, when. Looks into certain topics and then one presents a topic, and then deeper and deeper aspects begin to arise from those topics, you become more aware of all the layers of truth around it.
And I’m starting to look and another new layer of the cancer, pardon? Oh, sorry. Of the whole cancer paradigm, because, you know, we’re talking about German New Medicine and we’re talking about how this is a conflict shock happening. And with my exposure of that, there aren’t viruses that we have, so tis in the blood and that when we are ill.
First, then disease takes form then our own bugs, if you will, our own germs begin to digest tissue. And that’s what we’re seeing as symptoms. But I’m putting those pieces together and I realize that we are, the mind body connection is, it’s real. I mean, it’s, this is what’s happening. And the other piece I realized is in the past when we weren’t getting cancer like this, we were getting the conflict shocks, absolutely.
But there was a different level of nutrition and there wasn’t as much toxicity or breakdown of defenses. So we were seeing recovery much quicker. We were seeing, or different expressions of illnesses. And so I’m looking at that a little bit more and tracing that into, well, what kinds of diseases used to be.
And now why are we seeing these types? What is that saying about our emotional conflict in the here and now? And we’re almost one and two for getting cancer. And in my talk, I’m talking about it, the causes of cancer. And I’m trying to help people understand that they can’t keep poisoning themselves and they can’t keep looking at you know, chemo radiation as possible cures because that, well, they’re just gonna keep adding more into it and they’re never really addressing the fact that their defenses are gone because of the poisoning and that they can’t resolve the conflict.
And, you know, if you don’t have enough nutrition, can you think clear? Can you work something out in your mind? Not really. We, if you’re an EMS field, All day long. How do you feel at the end of the day? Exhausted. Who’s I think that’s where people start to feel hopeless. Like when I started studying the California fires and they were talking about some of the firemen were saying something that’s in the soil itself seems to be being sprayed by the chem trails. And that, and it, all of a sudden it brought a whole new dimension of that reality to me. But at the same time all of this n new information is coming in at a deeper level while I’m doing a coffee enema or a castor oil pack.
And I feel the incredible power of the body to rehabilitate. So I think, you know, again, these seem like simple things. Oh, castor oil pack. It seems like something for your old grandmother. Not that I’m not old now, but, you know, and wimpy and weak, you know, but it’s not, no it’s super powerful.
And they’re ba you know, based on principles of the body of stagnation, you wanna move stagnation. And if you get things flowing and you get it moving, then you can clear it and the body can deal with it. And that’s just common sense as far as herbi healer’s mind. It’s a common sense thing. Right?
So even a chem trial you can address, not that we shouldn’t be go out and if we need to protest, we need to, you know, to stop this, but, but even as it is right now, we have options. Yeah. We’re in the second phase of the master dark plan, if you will, that they’ve implemented since the 17 hundreds, and it’s becoming more and more obvious of their one world order agenda.
And chem trails are part of it. Obviously. The poison and control aspect is huge because how you have to have sick population in order to control them. They can’t be free thinkers. They can’t really be strong. You need to kill off the warriors, kill off boost of the good healers. You need to make everything regimented.
You need to destroy the religions. You need to usurp all the government agencies, which that’s all been done already now, and now it’s moving into the next phase. And really it comes down to are we going to be able to wake up to the fact that this has been going on for hundreds of years and it’s time to put it into it or not?
That’s really the big question. And then we have people who are hopeful that we will. And then there’s many who look out at the sea of zombies and go, we’re doomed, uhhuh. Right. So you’re just diagnosing the problem. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Got it. Got it. Yeah. And. However, the solution does lie within each individual, and that’s why the work that we do in helping communities to form and to come together and also in individual empowerment stepping away from those institutions that are there not to help you but to control you, then you’re gonna take back your own mind and you’re gonna be able to figure it out.
And that’s it. It sounds like peace work and really slow work. But the more that do this, that is very additive. And the question is it gonna be enough? And well, we’ll see. Time will tell. Truth always does rise to the top, and that’s a fact. The truth always lives. It might be suppressed, it might be hidden, it might be.
Painted over, but eventually Yeah. Lies all the way. I was so impressed on your DMSO talk that you said, I can’t believe that I missed it because I spoke to somebody today who said he was doing MSM and he thought it was the same thing. And I said, oh, bingo, he’s got a, he’s gotta listen to Amandha.
, because I didn’t even know what that was. Sm and because I had been using MSM for a while and I knew that DMSO has a sulfur unit in it, I just thought, well, I’m getting sulfur so I don’t really need to look at it very much. And MSM comes out of DMSO and. I just, again, it was one of those things, it wasn’t ripe for me.
It wasn’t the timing for me. And look how it came about. This is the wonderful part about life is it’s a mystery. You don’t really have control. Right. So, so, so by the time you did find it, you brought 33,000 along with you. Exactly. See, that’s a, you know, exactly. that’s just the beginning,
That’s right. That’s right. And the inspiration was there. And that’s what people feel, and that’s what people light up about. I have so many people tell me, look, I’m so glad I found you because you inspire me to do it, or you inspire me to look further. And that’s what really the fuel that people need is that inspiration.
And when you are excited about something that comes through. And when I was very excited when I found the DMSO I was excited to tell people. And that’s probably why. It, and it was funny because I dowsed right before, I’m like, should I do this video now? Because my store was open
Yeah, I remember that. Yeah, I remember that. And I was like, well, I gotta know that no one was coming in for that afternoon. So I said, okay, I’m gonna go for it. I’m feeling it. And I just trusted. Yeah. And we don’t know the reasons, just as you were saying, there is more to this story than we think.
And we have to keep that in perspective. And even when I was working with those animals and everything, I felt that same way. I felt like there’s a bigger picture that I don’t know. and I can’t get, I can’t get bogged down in these details because I don’t I know that I don’t know. And if we continue to say that I don’t know, and it’s not me, and that I’m just gonna be a vessel for divine creation to come through me and make sure that the ego doesn’t get run away with, then we will constantly flow and that inspiration won’t come.
And we’ll be delighted, we’ll be inspired because we’re allowing for that to happen, right? Otherwise, we get stagnant and we get depressed. And not to say that even the best of us, I mean, we all go through every, you know, all kinds of emotions, but I mean, where you’re not really stuck for too long where you can take a step back and go, okay, now that happened.
You know, I lost my, one of my best friends because I had to learn this lesson about myself, or I had to learn. something about the nature of people that I was naive to or whatever, or I don’t even know all the reasons yet, like you were saying with that Chok song, right, there are people out there that are really lost and really sick and, you know, we don’t know everything.
So it’s hard. It’s hard to trust people in this world if, well, well, what I was touched about with your part one on the cancer was talking about your grandparents. You said you lost all four of them. Three because I never met my father’s father. Okay. But my father didn’t know his father. Okay.
Okay. But, you know, I could really feel that because I remember being in India when my father called me and told me he had a cancer diagnosis. And I could feel the desperation that he had. And it’s like there was a door open at that point. And I knew, I said, I’m over here and I’m learning as fast as I can, but I just can’t help you.
You know, I, this is what my soul is feeling, the time I came home, all those doors were closed and he was like down that path. And I don’t know if he had a chance to look at that link now that I looked at it again, because as I’m healing, I can see this relationship healing. And his face was so puffy and he, you know, he had this beautiful athlete’s body.
He should have lived past a hundred Easy. And he just did massive amounts of chemo. And you know, so I could, it just so touched me as you’re making the presentation you’re talking about losing your grandparents and what a tragedy is that we don’t have our elders with us. No. Yeah.
It was one after another and it was all part of my fuel, if you will. Right. There’s this extra fuel behind it when you’ve lost a loved one that’s gone through the torture chamber of the medical establishment, and they’ve been not only maltreated with ignorance because the medicine and the understanding of disease is completely 100% false.
But is the disrespect the marginalization, the abuse. The, just the behavior of the doctors and nurses toward them is just I couldn’t even get over it. Could it be like how people treat animals in the factory forest? Exactly. Yeah. Exactly. Desensitized to cope.
Right. But it, they become abusers, right? That’s right. Because they’ve been, they feel abused by their experiences, so they, they bring that into their form, but they are not, they don’t have the skills to actually process it or deal with it. And then it just comes out as disdain and, right. Yep.
You’re in a point there. Yeah. And seeing that and also the neglect on my one grandmother with missing her ovarian cancer. It’s way, way far gone at that point. And yeah, me not really having enough knowledge, I was really reading books here and there and I was trying, and I just felt like I didn’t have it.
I didn’t get it yet. I didn’t know what to do yet. I, there were some things I had her change and, but as you know, you can change the diet. You can do all the coffee enemas in the world, but if you haven’t addressed the conflict shock, forget it. Right. You’re not gonna heal. Right. That’s what I said in my talk.
I said, you have to deal with the emotions, you have to deal with the electrical aspect of it as well, which is, to me, that’s more the mental the mind. And you have to find what is it that happened that set this off and you need to deal with it and they need to understand it on a cognitive level, but beyond that, go through the emotional closure.
Whatever that is. And it’s interesting because now with the German New Medicine, when you overlay it onto everything, it makes so much sense how a lot of cancers, they just heal on their own. Right. And that means it’s in the first phase of the act of conflict. And when the act of conflict is over, the tumor just is done, is dissolving.
But if it’s in the second phase, then the first, the conflict shock, the original, or in the initial is all tissue breakdown. And then the cancer tumor forms in the second phase, in the in the cerebrum phase, right. Depending on where it’s, you know, where it hits in the brain. and that you can see that with a CT that’s not like make believe stuff
Right. That is science. Okay. And it’s exciting. It’s exciting to me that there, all the science is there. It’s not, it’s all done. Like a lot of it is done when I go, when I do my videos and I’m doing research I’m looking for science and it’s there. It’s really just about the mind to piece it together to make the proper picture.
I’m reading a three different books on the fraud and Plagiarizer Louis Pasteur right now. And I’m very passionate about bringing that to the forefront in that he plagiarized most of beauchamps work and that he for 17 years after beuchamp already proved that fermentation comes from air.
Pasteur, Germ Theory, Research, and Critical Thinking
The air is what seeds the mold.
Pasteur thought that it was spontaneous generation and he wouldn’t give that up for 17 years. That idea he finally gave in on his deathbed. Well, no, I mean, this was a long thing that was going on between the two of them on and on Pasteur kept following old work that was done.
They already knew about pasteurization a hundred years before that. How did he get an, how did his name get associated with a, a technique of killing bacteria. That was done way ahead, way long time before right. What he was is he was a manipulator and he knew how to work people. He knew how to be a pol, a political pundit.
He was like your early lobbyist. That’s what he was. Right. Okay. And so he got his name in there. He got the titles he needed. He was a slime ball. And when you look at what he did crappy science that based on the wrong paradigm, you see, he was going at this, he was so stuck on this spontaneous generation of these of diseases and this idea that a germ caused disease and all this, he was just so stuck on it, so stubborn, even though it had already been proven otherwise.
And the germ theory was thrown in the garbage, it still happened because that was, you know, that was his manner. It was the times, if you look back at the times and how things became truth and the writings and so forth. But my goodness, and here we are today in the same false paradigm, it’s unbelievable.
And that, you know, germs are, bad and because disease. And this is around the same time of Adam Wehow, you know, in that Illuminati Bavarian Illuminati beginning in 17 90, well, 1770 and then, but really got exposed later on, right? I mean, this is, they all these secret societies working underground and the, all these guys were involved because they got bought into it.
This is the real disease that came a long time ago, and that’s why we’re so stuck on all this false medicine. this false idea because they knew that they could control people with these fear. With the fear now just to control the media, and you’ve got it, you’ve got the politicians, you’ve got the media, you’ve got the, all the corporations on your side, you’ve got, they’re all blackmailed, they’re all sexually blackmailed.
They don’t want their careers destroyed. Yeah. On the show before this somebody deviated a bit from the topic of the cell towers and to talk about the child trafficking and how that enters into it. Yeah. I mean, you know, it’s, you know, I mean, we’re talking about about people getting sick and trying to heal and that you wanna talk down the rabbit hole.
Well, yeah. This is where it goes and it gets pretty nasty. And that’s the thing that it needs, the discussion does need to happen. It’s just when people were trying to understand, like when I’m trying to understand how did this happen to my grandparents? How did my grandparents get to this place where otherwise intelligent people, right, right.
And that begun the whole thing. Like I’d already delved into Bucky Fuller’s work and I already knew about the pirates coming from the seance to the land and changing the laws and taking things over. I already knew, I already had the blueprint and the understanding. And then when the, when these things started to happen to my grandparents I needed more answers.
I wasn’t getting satisfied with what I was looking at. I knew there was something more insidious going on, so I just kept digging. See, I’m a seeker. Not everyone is a seeker. It took me a long time to realize that people don’t do what I do all the time, like, I just thought everybody would do that.
You’re also a very generous sharer because I see you on your Facebook feed. I don’t do that social media stuff, but you definitely are using it with great, you know, skill. Well, I do and I get banned a lot. I’ve banned, I’ve blocked on Facebook for 30 days right now again. Oh yeah, I know. Oh, they tried to all the time.
First that used to bum me out. Now I realize as I’m starting to set up my litigation, that’s an indication I’m on the right track. I know. Yeah. Fuck up my girl. Yeah, because you know, you’re affecting a lot of people that there are no virus talk that you gave, went out on pop talk in Manhattan.
And I know it, it rocked things. And what I love about your work is you always substantiate what you’re saying. So somebody could be dismissive of what you’re saying. So, well, I, you know, I don’t believe that. Yeah. But then take a look at the study she’s citing that, you know, let’s talk the details, you know, and the amount of information that there is.
I couldn’t read it all. I’d be 80 by the time I read it all. That’s how I feel. Yeah. With the amount that’s been marginalized or hidden away. Right. And I mean, I’m trying to piece together. And I do struggle with this sometimes because I get overwhelmed at the sheer amount of what needs to be whittled down into an a discussion or into Yeah, I know.
Into a paper or into a video, whatever. And I probably took you off track too oh yeah.
No. On the, and I’m not referring to you, but I mean, like, I’m looking at my books when I’m saying this, like I’m, or the, or my dad just bought me a great. A book that is all, you know, I said I’m reading a book about pastor, I’m reading three different ones when I’m reading GE Said’s book on all his science, all his secret lab notes that came to out to Princeton.
And got translated from the French. That’s a very expensive book. They don’t want you having that book. But my dad bought it for me for Christmas and I’m reading that book. Oh, what a nice father. Oh yeah. My dad’s. My dad’s amazing and he, like, he’s like, okay, what do you need? You know, he is always, he’s always got his eye on it.
He’ll post on my Facebook all the time, he’ll find some good gems, like some good vaccine studies and stuff. And he’s a good healer in his own right. And that book is, it’s interesting because the author is actually an apologist for Pasteur so it’s a very interesting way he’s gotten around.
The problem of, and I’m not sure if it’s truly him or if he’s doing it because he doesn’t wanna lose his. His credentials in his position. because if he were to come out as pastors of full blown fraud and say it like that, I think he’d be finished in his as a professor. Right? Yeah. And really you want people to make it their truth not just based on your authority, because the real healing and understanding and enlightenment will come when people understand it.
So you could try help people to become critical thinkers. Yes. And also to be able to learn how to sift information, how to take in a level of information and then to separate the wheat from the chaft to see what’s holding water and what’s not. And like when I read this Gerald Gek. I have to be very looking and looking for what he’s trying to say, and basically he’s saying that Pastor was such a great man because he fooled everyone,
He actually was, he’s actually congratulating him for being. Evil. I mean, really. because he’s impressed yeah. Yeah. It’s like Steve was, look at what he was able to do. Steve Romine, said that they were on a task force about wifi and central Hudson stuff, and at the commission with the public hearing, they actually said, oh, we, you know, when some proposal came up that would obviously be beneficial for the people.
He said it was embarrassing because they actually said, oh, well that would affect Central Hudson’s profits. We can’t do that, they actually say that out at a public meeting when the very purpose of a public meeting is to not have hidden shareholder profits be stamping on the public safety and welfare.
Yeah. No, but that they’ve gotten so reckless, you know, so, you know, so abusive, so arrogant that they would. They feel, you know, we’re having this public hearing and we really don’t care what you have to say. Why even bother having the public hearing if you’re gonna say, well, we can’t do that because that would affect Central Hudson’s prophets.
Oh, my. Yeah. The psychopaths are getting pretty bold and sloppy as well, which is good. Sloppy. Yeah, that’s true. That’s true. It is a good sign. True. Because their absolute power corrupts Absolutely. And every epoch, if you, I remember when I was in, I remember where I was in an organic one of my favorite organic stores supermarkets in Edmonton.
And I, I took a book from the library. I wish I could find it now. I think it was actually a thesis. I used to take people’s PhD thesis and read when I go for lunch, when I worked at the University of Alberta in the annual lab science building. And Well, that’s a nice detox from the trauma, you know, of the labs.
Yeah. I just, I would ride my bike when I lived in Edmonton. Even in the middle of the winter. I’d just stud my tires. Go for it. Wow. Oh, it was fun. Yeah.
Because I’d only lived maybe. 15, 20 minute bike ride away. It wasn’t too far. And that’s wonderful. That probably kept you really healthy, didn’t it?
Oh, yeah. Oh yeah. Because I noticed you said that migraines were your issue. When I do the coffee enemas, I definitely feel sort of this pressure and shifting and changing in my head but I noticed that, you know, when I run out to the compost heap, I like to go out barefoot in the snow because I feel, you know, doing that kind of a jolt to the system, you know, kind of wakes things up. Yeah. And it gets your defenses on guard, you know, like, Hey, what’s up? And so, so you put studs in your tires and you rode your bike during the winter. That’s great. Yeah. because the ruts from the cars would get very icy and that’s, that was the danger is wiping out in a wheel rut.
Yeah. Right. But it was invigorating and I, it was just what I did. I didn’t have a car when I lived in Edmonton. I tried to stay away from owning a car for a long time only since I really came up north and had a child where I realized, oh, I guess better get a car right. But yeah, if I lived in a city, what would be the point of having one?
Really, a New Yorker who I called your work to, you know, who’s pretty savvy in the PR field. He pointed out that it was kind of charming. You were doing one show and your child was playing the piano in the back Yeah having piano lessons. And he goes, well, you can see she’s a very good person giving her child piano lessons.
Yeah.
My child will be like some kind of Cirque Dule performer or something because she’s arts to the max, she’s dancer, singer composer, pianist. That’s just who her, that’s her nature. Is that, how old is she now? She’s six now. She’s six now. Okay. Yeah. Because in your bio it said she was five.
Yeah, that was when I wrote it last year. Yeah. Yeah. She’s she’s pretty, pretty fun. She’s a high energy, she’s quite the personality. I’m more like when I wanna read and focus, I’m more broody and somber and so forth. And she’s like, chirp, and yet you gave her the valerian because you saw that even your vaccine injury could have been passed to her even though she wasn’t vaccinated.
Oh, yeah. When she was having, it has repercussions. And also the emotional injuries can be passed along too, those are called the miasms in homeopathy. Right, right.
Those can be passed along. And as well, when when someone in the family, like when a mother or father is elderly and dies, there’s a change in the next layer down of siblings, the children, and they take on that rest of that miasm and finish off that miasm.
And if the parent didn’t work on it, didn’t finish it, I see that. I see that they become like their parent in that way or they take that on Right. To try to work it, work that out.
Yeah right.
There’s so much more with the energetics and that we’re just, that conversation is just hardly being had.
I mean, it’s being had within the circles that are aware of it. Yeah. Are you referring to the, when you become enlightened, you affect seven generations before and after you Well, they’re that, I mean, that’s a good way of talking about it or explaining it. But we’re these such an intricate, incredible being, like, we’re incredible beings that have more to us than just flesh and bone that we just don’t seem to on hold want to acknowledge, because mainly we’ve been brainwashed away from it.
Right. And the knowledge is. Been either made into secrets or long lost. And this affects everything. I mean, our children, our parents, everything. And when you shift your own field, when you become awakened, if you will, with the, whether you call, you know, I had the Kundalini experience a couple of times that of course is gonna impact your, you know, if you have a child, I mean, it’s going to affect their mitochondria, their everything, because everything imprints.
Did you have the Kundalini No. You had it before your child? Yeah. I had it. I had it both times beforehand. So probably prepared your womb chakra for an evolved soul. Yeah, she is very evolved and she’s very strong. She’s very powerful and really it’s just trying to get out of her way.
But I love how you care for all children. You know, I love that talking to the eight year old about vaccinations. I always thought my mother was such a good mother because she never really treated us like children.
Yeah.
Even when we were children she was respectful of our feelings and needs.
Yeah. And I thought you, you handle that so nicely. Here’s this child with this obvious conflict. His mother doesn’t want him to do vaccinations, and yet the doctor is you know, probably, you know, bullying him, you, wouldn’t you think that’s how the doctors are taught?
Yeah, they can be very aggressive.
I don’t know. The exact situation there, other than both the father and the doctor were encouraging it and trying to talk sense into the boy by saying things like, well, here’s how the immune system works and this is why you need a vaccine and here’s how it protects you. Like trying to give logic. And the poor boy is like, well, but my mother, who is aware of that’s not the case.
She’s explaining me something else and I’m confused. I don’t know who to believe. And that’s why I was a third party called in to say, well, here’s what you, let me help you through your conflict.
And that’s why I had to explain why the doctor and even his dad are misinformed and to, in a gentle way, to not really have him go through something where, he distrusts or disrespect, it feels you know, like he’s going to disrespect his dad now or that kind of thing, but just, it’s not their fault.
Right.
It’s not their fault. Yeah. They just, this is the information that’s been passed down for a long time and they’re just, assuming that’s true.
Yeah, no, when I listened to it, I thought, wow, I must be an eight year old because now I understand this better, because, you know, the mind conditioning is so deep that even if you are an older person, you are older in an in trained society, you know, with that, down that hypnotic spell joe was talking to one of his old childhood friends that he stayed in touch with since like second grade. They go way back and they’ve had lots of adventures along the way. And the issue of I think Joe had a cold or something and he said, oh, well there’s a lot of flu going around in New York, and that’s why I got my vaccination, you know, and I just had Joe set up with a caster oil pack and I go, Joe, don’t even go there.
You know, just, you know, it’s like you said, when you see a doctor and he’s going, giving this wrap, you just sort of back up slowly, like you’re talking to a crazy person you know? Okay. You know, you’re just trying to find the exit door. I said, Joe, let’s not deal with this right now.
But you know, his good friend, believe me, we’re gonna be sending these lengths and I’m sure he’s gonna be doing some changes. And his love connection to Joe will make him open that way. Yeah. But you know, there’s a time and place for everything. Well, I have a gentleman who’s been writing me, and then I did a consult with them because they are having a hard time with his brother-in-law who’s an md who’s trying to convince them that they just had a baby convincing them to do vaccines.
And they’re like, no, we don’t trust vaccines. And we’ve done our research and we don’t, we’re not doing it, but they’re, the whole family is against them. And it’s so difficult because here you are, you’ve done your due diligence, you know what’s going on, and then you’re faced with your whole entire family thinking that they’re gonna save this child from their ignorant parents in it when it’s totally the opposite.
Right. Right. And then he had a letter that came from his brother that he shared with me that was the typical. Regurgitation of a, of someone under deep mind control, like basically saying, well, quack Watch says yeah. Like, oh, do you not even know what quack watch is? Oh God, please. Right, right. Please help us
But so, you know, he’s a sh he’s shy to respond, but he wrote a really great letter and I just said, look, with someone like that, you have to start with just some science. Just, I gave him all the science I just said, do you have that letter handy or no? Yeah. If you don’t, don’t worry about it. We, let’s play this song right now.
Okay. I just wanna say that what the song means to me is that Joan Jett’s like going through some changes here. And I think what Amandha says is it’s working on ourself. That’s the most important things.
And sometimes when things seem to be falling apart around you, it’s you’re really better off for it.
So here’s, let’s have the Joan Jett’s song called Fake Friends.
Radio Break, Community Support, and Transition to Addiction
[Song break: Joan Jett, “Fake Friends”]
Joan Jett Fake Friends, and this is WIOF-LP, Woodstock 104, and you’re listening to.
Farther down the rabbit hole with Paula Gloria. And on the phone guest Amandha Vollmer. Vollmer. And I’m getting confused with the previous program now. And if you like what you hear here and we hope you do and we know there are many of you out there listening to the station.
If you have the money, please send a check or money order made out to Birds of a Feather to Woodstock 1 0 4 Post Office Box 104, Woodstock, New York, 12498. I’m gonna give that in another minute. We’re all volunteer here. No one gets paid to be here and no one pays to be here either. And also we are a nonprofit 501 and I don’t know, maybe it is still tax deductible.
It’s hard to tell anymore. And. Anyway, please make the checker money order out to Birds of a Feather and send it to Woodstock 104 Post Office Box 104, Woodstock, New York, 12498. All these funds go entirely to operating the station and paying for things like the electric and the telephone. Only part of it, in fact and any media we need and heaven forbid, repairs, anything like that.
So we need that money and if you want the station to continue because without the money, without the funds, it can’t continue and we’re entirely listener supported. So please make that checker money. Order out two birds with Feather and send it to Post Office Box 104. Woodstock, New York. 12498.
Thank you, Paula. Yeah. And be generous. And also, you know, if you go to the drum circle, just you know, come up and give it to Felicia directly and say how much you like it. And if you have no money, just come up and tell us that you appreciate what we’re doing. But say what? It’s it difference because we keep those funds.
When people put money in the jar at the no. For the drum circle. No, I, I didn’t, I meant to actually give you an envelope for WIOF-LP for the rating station. Right. Or, or if you see me in the store or something. Yeah. Anywhere that you see her it really makes a difference.
I know sometimes when Joe and I were going around Manhattan, and if somebody comes up and they thank you for what you’re doing you go, wow. You know, people really are being affected by this. And I believe that it’s really part of that pendulum shifting. It’s, the public has to decide that the, that enough is enough.
We, we’ve outlined so many of the different abuses going on in some of the legal shenanigans and the way the government’s been co-opted and what Amandha said, we’re on the second phase of what was laid out in the 17 hundreds. Yes. But there’s always that promise that this could be the, this golden opportunity where that age old thing of about the great work.
You know, it is the work on ourselves and standing up for what’s important and just sharing a good vibe. So, thank you Amandha for for being here again for phase two, and we’re gonna work on addictions. I just wanted to say that Joan Jett’s song meant a lot to me because, you know, when something affects you badly it might be because you have something to learn on that.
And I thought she was very honest with yourself. People are building you up, making you think you’re something and then all of a sudden, there you are by yourself when you’re on your knees. So, I thought. For myself, the reason addictions is so important is I saw a certain kind of thinking that wasn’t healthy for me.
Addiction, Unmet Needs, Ritual, and Self-Medication
And so that’s why I thought we could break up the show to the first part being cancer and now going on to addictions. Yeah, like we were talking about I mean, there’s all kinds of addictions. I mean, wow. I met a woman, her name’s Taine Wolf, and she wrote a really great book.
And it’s goes through all addictions.
I mean, all addictions I know didn’t even know existed. And when I read that, I went, well, this is overwhelming because that means everyone’s addicted, basically, you know, this is a, this is an epidemic and what’s going on. How does she define it? I mean, you wouldn’t say you’re addicted to air because you have to breathe.
Everybody. No, it was more of the like addictions to getting compliments addictions. Right. Right to shopping. Yeah. Right. Like it was all, it was called a, I think it was called A Path to Wholeness, was her book. And she got cancer and that was her wake up call at the age of 40. That happened for her.
And these are just she was just existing, merely existing, but she wanted to live. Right. And that I get that where you’re just getting by day. That is not living, that’s just getting, you are getting by and you’re going from day to night, but are you living your life? You know? Right.
Are you just existing?
And that’s why certain diseases as a wake up call can be these beacons of hope for people, and that can be the spiritual awakening that individual needs. And so they’re not really a disease at all. They’re significant biological indicators. Is that the way the German New Medicine looks at it?
Well, yeah. And it’s, can you explain that? Like, I know you don’t like neurolinguistic programming and I can understand why. I just don’t like how it’s been used, how it’s been used to manipulate people though but say the difference between using a word like disease versus significant biological indicator.
Well, well it’s just more specific, isn’t it? Yeah. I mean really it’s your own individual way of understanding that’s that matters. And also the language. Everything has a vibration coming off of. And you could say the, you and I could say the same word and it will have a different vibration coming off of it.
And when I do the tapping, when they do the emotional freedom technique, I’m gonna say all the words that I need to say in order to accept where I’m at. And if I have to say the word disease, and that is what I have the understanding of, and that means something to me, and I am grasping that as a concept in order to change it, in order to rewrite my neurological understanding of that.
Right, then I’m going to use it. Yeah. Okay. Right. Okay. And there are so many beautiful, elegant ways of changing your reality or looking at things. I don’t think there’s any one right way. And so for someone else that NLP might be the way for them. Right. And that’s the way for them. Right, right, right, right.
That just wasn’t, when I started to see certain teachers who were trained in it, who started to do workshops, I saw that they were using specific NLP techniques on the audience, and it was becoming like a cultish energy. Right. And me studying cults, I was like, Nope. Right, right, not for me. Well, well say for example, the tumor.
I, I had bits and pieces of this. Understanding the tumor is not the problem. But until I saw the whole breath, including that Dr. Hamer who got cancer after his son was tragically killed or, he persisted until he received these five biological uh, five biological laws, I mean, you know, it was really quite brilliant what happened in the face of such adversity.
. So just like the tumor isn’t what you’re trying to get rid of. In my case, I’m struggling with my husband who’s got a 55 year of heavy smoke. And he started not being able to breathe. And that was his wake up call. Yeah. And I had enough, we’ve been married now together seven years.
So I’ve had enough time to be aware through my own healing of where places are that I’m weak on. And but I saw a moment for a strategic intervention at that moment. I said, Joe, don’t, I said, I know there’s no scientific studies that show that cancer causes cancers caused by cigarettes.
Chief two trees told me that nicotine is holy. It’s not about stopping the smoking. It’s about finding out why would you do something if you actually believed it’s affecting your breathing. Do you see the difference there, you’re not trying to stop smoking. You’re trying to. Get the body to or the mind or the soul or the psyche, the whole unit to get its needs met.
In a way that doesn’t harm the lungs. That’s right. And it’s all those addictions are born of a psycho emotional, a social, a need that is unmet. Right? Yeah. And an isolation, there could be a part of themselves that they’ve isolated or physical isolation from others.
Certain types of depression trying to manage a shock conflict, for example.
Right. A shock conflict. Yeah. Yeah. Right. Trying to come to terms with something that’s happened in their life. Losing a loved one. It could be big, it could be small, but the impact could still be big on that individual. Yeah. Coming into your house without a warrant. A big one. Yeah. That’s a big one.
Yeah. And Lou, you know. Yeah. There’s there’s some man I, you look at pasts like, you know, I’ve had some crazy stuff happen to me, and I bet you have Lady, I tell ya. And I go, wow. I’m still here. And I managed to somehow close that loop. Yeah. Yeah, there’s still, there’s post-traumatic stress that people have to deal with when they go through a lot of these heavy things.
And it’s a lot to do. Life is a lot. Life is work life is school, I would say. Yeah. We’re here as it’s earth school, and it’s not about just laying back and eating a bowl of cherries. This is work and it’s, we’re meant to, we’re meant to conquer and we’re meant to understand it. And that’s why when you look at an addiction like that, you go, okay, this is like I was addicted to coffee okay.
For a while, long while. And I had to understand that I was loving the coffee and I was needing it I was needing it to get by. I was needing it as I was making excuses for why I was drinking it. I was, I would get up in the morning and it was like nobody talked to me until I have my coffee ritual.
And I meant like, this is a ritual.
This was like, I would get green coffee beans, I would roast them in my oven I would be, and I had all these different types and I would grind them in the morning and in the Bodum in a certain amount of time. Yeah. Right. What me addicted. Yeah. Okay. If I was addicted, I would just do the fast thing.
Right?
Yeah well, this to be what I realized, it was my desire for ritual that in the morning I need something that gets my day tuned. Yeah. And this was my ritual for tuning my day. Right. And now I’ve switched my ritual into a little bit of stretching and some journaling and I’m still tweaking it. And now I have a matcha green tea in the morning and that’s my thing.
But I realized I, if I didn’t get that there was a problem. You see, if I didn’t get that thing that I was so hooked onto with my dopamine hit that I was getting off of that Uhhuh there was going to be held to pay for some, you know, somewhere. And is that like when you talk about putting a beach ball underwater, you know, you keep trying to keep it under the suppression.
That’s the suppression. That’s when I say like you’re suppressing something, you can only hold it for so long. Yeah. And then it comes back with a vengeance. Would that be the same? Well I think how the addiction part, you’re adding in something that you could call suppressing an emotion. So you could look at it from.
Side of it. Or you could look at it like what happens when you are addicted? You feel good from the addiction, even if it’s a little bit. And really we’re just trying to give us some pleasure or some self-medication or something that’s soothing us or something that is relaxing us or whatever it is.
The excuse that we are telling ourselves that it’s doing for us is the thing that we want. Right? Like, my excuse for the coffee is, well, I can think better and then I can work better during the day and just like whatever it’s gonna be. But what, but why did you think it wasn’t good for you? Why is connected for me?
Yeah. Because it’s acidic and it’s, could you feel your stomach hurt or something? It, no. What it would do for me and what it does is it causes a lot of problems to the brain. It disrupts sleep and it is also very appetite suppressing, especially for me. And that meant I wasn’t eating proper breakfast.
And at the right time I see for my digestive fire, I was messing around with my digestive fire. I see. Whole bunch of things. I see. Okay. And the fact that if I quit, I have a steam and hot headache. And that alone, if you go into a detox reaction Oh, then you’re addicted to something okay. I found you very sympathetic when I told you that Joe, being 55 years that that if you did it too rapidly, it might be harmful. But you know, it seems as though he went for about three days with no cigarettes, but he was, Terrified, you know, because of the lack of breath, you know, breathing or no cigarettes. Sure. What do you choose? But now as we’re doing a lot of the detox things, and particularly there’s cod liver oil someone told us about and I could actually, you know, sleeping next to him, I could hear his lungs and I could feel the effect of that cod liver oil being very beneficial. So as the lungs got stronger, so did it seem as though the urge came back and he sort of fell off the wagon one day and I think it had about five now I’ve never known him to have only five at in the past when with great willpower.
He was really trying and I’d see him sweating and turning colors and obviously suffering he got himself down to five. But that’s not how to do it. It’s gotta be something. But what, where, whereas now it seems as though he said there’s some times where he has even no urge and he can go back to maybe one or two like that.
Smoking, Emotional Charge, Relationships, and Smoke Exposure
But you know, we’re still at the beginning of this whole process. Yeah. And it is a process and like in my blog and I smash the habit.blog spot.ca I think it is. Oh, smash the habit.blog blogspot.ca. Yeah. It’s my stop smoking blog that I Oh, okay. I built a gazillion years ago for my ex-boyfriend’s mother because she was trying to quit smoking, and I think I built it in 2007.
Yeah. 2007. And Wow. I did update it with a couple of posts in 2015, I think it was the last one, Uhhuh. And I actually wrote a really good article on there about the, about third and fourth-hand cigarette smoke, Uhhuh, and the pathology behind the smoking, that there’s a lot of self-love and self-worth issues that go along with it.
Right, right. And self-respect. Self-respect. Right, right.
And because I’m very sensitive to it and I specifically had a really hard time around anyone who smoked because I would get very angry because I thought it was a very indignant act and a very selfish thing to do because when you, if you drink a, if you drink alcohol and that’s your addiction, you drink it and you know, you hurt yourself and you’re just hurting yourself.
But when you’re smoking, you hurt others too, because, Meaning with the secondhand smoke or the third or fourth-hand transfer. Right. And I would, you know, when I’m walking outside of anywhere and I smell it, I get angry. I get angry because somebody is poisoning me and I didn’t, I don’t, I have a right to not be poisoned walking down the street.
Right. That was always my feeling. So I had to get past a lot of my own anger around it and having almost a, you know, a mother in-law. Oh yeah. That, that, that would be tough. It was, well, I had to approach it with love and I had to, you, you know, I just wanna jump in on this. When I was on the island of Cyprus, we were looking out at the Mediterranean, and it was so nice, the spot we were in.
All of a sudden, this German tourist had this big cigar. And it comes wafting over to me and I go over and ask him to put it out. And you know, he’s on his vacation and he’s obviously enjoying it. And I said, you know, well you’re ruining my experience here. And then he said to me, he goes, well, you’re ruining mine.
. And I realized he actually got me to sit and think about myself, because I was coming from this position that’s it. Nobody should be able to smoke. And I thought, well, you know what? He has a point too. Yeah, if if he’s enjoying something and it’s working for him, then I am ruining his experience, except you.
If you were just sitting there and he was just sitting there, nobody’s ruining anything for anybody except for the thinking. See what if that cigar is actually getting him into a more expanded state? Like for me, with Joe, I said, I can’t even imagine being with you, Joe, because I can’t imagine being with a guy who would do this to himself.
And then uh, you know, he was really trying to quit and really trying and he just couldn’t do it. And then, you know, it was like the showdown and he was ready to leave. And he just said one thing. He goes, you would throw this away for smoking. And then I realized we really had a really good thing going.
And the cigarettes, which, which for me would bring me out of meditation or transcendence, because I was definitely your yin airhead and now, After being with him for seven years. And through all of this, I can honestly say that I can meditate through nicotine, which I couldn’t do before.
And it’s actually made me a stronger meditator. And I remember talking to chief two trees. I was seeing him because he was supposed to be able to cure scoliosis, which is what I, my issue was. And he let up a cigarette and I thought, you know, I was just shocked, you know, here’s this powerful healer and he’s smoking a cigarette.
And I said, well, that’s bad for you, you know. And I didn’t know much about Native American stuff then. And he goes, no. He goes, actually, nicotine the tobacco plant is very sacred. And he says it, it intensifies any situation. So that’s why we Native American Indians use it for christenings and for sacred events, but also why
It intensifies that if you’re smoking it under stress, you’re gonna intensify the stress. And he also said that the chemicals that are put on the tobacco plant are bad for you and also what’s in the paper is bad for you. But he said no, tobacco is sacred. Yeah, I agree. And one thing that you said there is anything, if there’s a charge on it for you, and what I mean by charge is that you get emotionally upset Oh yeah.
Definitely. By something then that’s your work. And so that’s, you were called into that work with Joe, right? With that? Yeah. Am I going to work through this or not? And then, and I went through that already. I went through a lot of different layers of the charge of cigarettes and what it meant for me and what my work was.
And then I was neutral on it, like, if someone else was I just moved away from it or I don’t want it around me, I still have that set my own self-respect where I don’t wanna be exposed to it. And that’s where my decision came to. And that’s different for different people of what they make those decisions.
Like, for example, I don’t have a charge on anymore, but I don’t want it in my life that’s a decision not based on me going well, or something emotional, or even a judgment, just a decision about me now.
Right.
At this level, we, yes. So, so that as a healer without a charge, you’re more likely to be able, from that neutral position, to be able to go forward and actually resolve the problem for the person in front of you that says, how do I get my need met some other way?
Then instead of saying, oh, it’s against the law and you can’t do this, and you’re causing secondhand smoke and people are dying from you, that’s not gonna make ’em feel any better. No. And that and that was the what I needed to move through, but I also needed to understand it. Like when I wrote that article, it was helpful to understand it.
Wh where’s that article again? At the smash the habit Smash blogspot ca smash the habit.blog Stop spot ca. Yeah. Okay. Smash the habit. And I wrote it mainly because a lot of people were not understanding, they understood secondhand smoke, but they had no concept of third or fourth-hand smoke. And I wrote that to under help people understand that all the chemicals are transferring on many levels.
And do you think the big corporations. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. so can you explain second and third level because of that? Because we, because I have finally surrendered that we really are living in a genocidal program. Yeah. And where we can control it is what, for me, if I can control some layers of it, then I’m going to, like, I had there was a gentleman who was interested in dating me, and he was smoking and he was trying to quit smoking, but he was having a hard time and he was doing it because of me, for me.
Right. Which you would think is noble, but I don’t, I want him to do it for him. Yeah. Right, right. And I ended it because I felt like. If there was anything that went wrong in our relationship, I’d been down that road before with someone who was a heavy pot smoker. And I didn’t want to be with a pothead either.
Like I wanted to be with someone who didn’t have anything that they needed all the time, all day long. Like I want someone who has. So you knew you had to work on coffee, huh? Amandha work on coffee. That’s right. You couldn’t draw that into your life unless you’ve done the work yourself. Nope, that’s right.
Oh, that’s beautiful. And, but I saw the pattern as well. And I just said no. Like, if you won’t wanna really be a man and like change your life for you and for the betterment of yourself, that’s attractive to me. Yeah, that’s what, that’s the type of man that I want in my life, but not someone who’s just going to do whatever I say.
Like, roll over a good dog. Like, no thanks. That’s not a man to me. I want, I don’t wanna be your mommy. I wanna be your wife. That’s right. That’s right. Right. That’s right. He said, you know, well, do you want to hide these packs? You know, for me, I said, no, I don’t. I don’t. I’m your wife. I’m not your therapist.
That’s right. Like own it. Own it. Yeah. I did it and I know why I did it, and now I’m going to do the work for myself because that’s, I care about my soul. I care about my progression and this Earth School lessons that I’m here to accomplish. And I’m in relationship because the relationship challenges me to become better and to act and take initiative and look at myself consciously and self-reflect and take self-responsibility for it, and not just throw it back on somebody else.
Yeah. So we know secondhand smoke obviously is when someone is smoking and they’re having the smoke that they blow out of them. But the third-hand is the chemical off-gassing from an item that’s been directly affected by secondhand smoke. So say they’re sitting on a couch and they’re smoking, and so that smoke goes onto the couch.
That’s a third-hand that’s third-hand smoke that goes onto that. or onto a wall or onto a piece of furniture, an item or onto another person, but it’s usually onto an item. Someone who smokes in their car or in their truck. All the vinyl in there and so forth that’ll have third-hand smoke onto it.
And there’s 4,000 chemical residues. Okay. There’s a lot, there’s combustion residues, and then all the different chemicals they add into these different brands. And it’s the chemicals that really make you addicted. And it’s the brand loyalty. That’s why people need their own brand that gets them the dopamine surge.
If they start switching brands, they’re not getting the same feelings, so it’s harder for them. And then the fourth-hand is if another. Being or there’s another transfer it’s a transfer of the third-hand smoke from those items or from the physical skin itself.
Because you also become a third-hand carrier if you’re smoking via touch Right.
To another person or an item. So transferring the chemicals onward to another layer, that’s the fourth-hand. So say somebody walks into that space and sits on that couch, they’re getting fourth-hand smoke transfer onto them. Right. That I see. That’s really, it’s a transfer thing and you’ll know because if you’re sensitive at all, you’ll smell it.
Yeah. Right. Yeah. And it’s, it goes, the article just goes through the excuses that, that the addict. Subtype will make, like I mentioned about well I don’t put, I don’t flick the butt onto the ground or I wash my hands after, or whatever it is that makes it okay for them. That makes it acceptable. The behavior.
Substance Use, Community Support, and Holistic Care
. And then some of the guilt and the grief, obviously lungs. We talked about lungs being grief and looking at what aspect of the emotion of the emotions. One is suppressing or one is trying to work through, or one is trying to soothe what that is. And we, I mean, there are people who are shooting up, right?
I mean, they’re, even in Halliburton, in Head Lake Park, there’s an article talking about how kids are going there and sh and shooting up in the park. I mean, we have problems here. Big problems. You have the heroin thing is gotten up to you. It’s everywhere. It’s just everywhere. And it’s poverty is part of it.
Lack of knowledge, education, proper education, not scholastic education. Yeah, no, you were talking about skill sets. Skills, right. And feeling that, feeling of hopelessness. That there’s no future, that people can’t get jobs or even find homes. I mean, I live in an area where we have a hou, I’ve had a housing crisis ever since I’ve known it.
People can’t rent a place or find a place to live. How’s that gonna go? I mean, there, there’s too many challenges in their life and or they’re in abusive situations. Or they’re constantly. In a, in an abusive situation, they can’t get out. I mean, these are dire situations for people where they are now leaning on substance for their solu, for their escape.
That’s the self-medication. And that’s the way that they can, that they think they can find a way out of it. And it’s well, given the education that they’ve had, that’s the best they can do. Best they can do. And that and that’s why for people who are more savvy and saying, well, you know, the public has to ask for it but if they’ve been misled for so long you’re not giving them a chance. That’s why I think every community needs to have community radio and community television. I don’t think I, I’m sure it’s, if you look deeply into law, you see it in all of the original franchise agreements. Commercial TV depends on a robust, you have to have the public access.
You can’t, because the commercial interest can and will. And they will dominate everything until the public is just squeezed of everything they have. And that’s, that to me is what the crisis is about. Yep. Indeed. Taking everything. So it’s, it’s not that getting high is bad. It’s not that plants and herbs can’t be taken in a sacred way, but if you don’t have a chance afterwards to just, with good nutrition and just being in a nice space, getting proper sunlight and exercise you know, get back up to that place, then the body, you know, what else can it do except fall?
Apart as you pursue a high without attending to all of the nutrients physical and emotional, you know, good communication skills within the family and the community. and how are you going to then get the support that you need without a community sense when it’s all corporate and it’s all owned by the same people who don’t care about you?
Yeah. Because even the rehabilitation centers I’ve, I’m skeptical about a lot of their methods of how they rehab people. They say Get rid of all your friends. Yeah. Well, I can see, okay, you know, if all your friends are also shooting up and everything, that at first, that seems to be a good thing, but it also develops a certain hardheartedness because if you really are finding your way in a healthier lifestyle wouldn’t your friends be the first people you’d wanna share that with?
. And yet you’re told don’t talk to them for some, you know. Well, every aspect of our modern culture has been captured and is controlled from top down. And unless it is a grassroots organization that is based on a holistic model or holistic principles, it’s just gonna be the same old.
Right.
And you’ll just get pulled into a system and the system itself is ridiculous. And I’ve seen the many that flip through the cracks is, it’s phenomenal. I mean, I’ve seen, there’s a story that just came out in Toronto that there are so many homeless men on the street and they’re just dying and they’re even saying they’re being murdered and nothing’s being done.
Right. These are men I know between 35 and 40. Mostly. Yeah. And they’re just not making it. Yeah. I know. I heard they’re also giving bus fairs to other places, and then they wind up coming back again, they’re just busing them around. It’s really tragic. It is very tragic. And that, that addiction cycle can wind someone in that position where they’re homeless.
Yeah. And that’s, and that can be the end of the road for someone’s life. Right. And there’s just not enough support for people going through all this level of grief, all this level of pain, of separation, of confusion, and it’s all emotional. We’re just one big emotional wreck really, as a society. And we’re I get people all the time.
Coming to me for assistance. And the Reiki, I do the Reiki a lot for people who are going through this struggle or going through emotional struggle or identity issues, like issues that when they’re in their teens and they’re, I trying to come to terms with who they are, what type of person they’re becoming who they are in the world.
And they’re starting to wake up and see themselves not from their own internal ego, but beyond that. And they’re really having a tough time and the hormones don’t help. And the Reiki really tends to get them focused again. Sometimes they need a couple of sessions of that and, but then I feel like, okay, there’s gotta be more people doing this because I’m just one That’s right.
One person. This is a lot. And I find that if I don’t take enough self-care and downtime, see for me, I need some level of downtime where I just stop. and don’t do it like I have to stop doing the doership thing. Right. And it’s very difficult in my position as a single mother and a homeowner and a business owner and in, right, right.
And I need, and my own body will just stop itself and I have to listen to that. And I have to, it’s hard because people, if they need me, I can’t always, I have to put myself first in some situations where it’s like, okay, you seem to have a vision about the hospitals that, that used to be good hospitals.
When you were talking in your cancer talk. Yeah. That would, you know, give you the opportunity to bow out, but still have the work continue, you know? In other words, you know, I get upset because, you know, YouTube won’t let me get onto my own account and all that. But then I also see that the way the thing was rolled out and planned, that I wouldn’t be able to keep up with all of the responses that comes in.
It’s a lot of work, you know? Yeah I know it is. And I, you know, you were telling me another place I could post, but, you know, I’ve got a thousand videos on this site and you know, it’s just at 65 years old, it’s just not something I wanna go through again. But I really feel for what you’re saying because even though you’re much younger, you’ve already plowed the ground and you should be able to reap your proper harvest and get the fruits to your labor such that you can start to use your administrative skills, which I admire to unfold.
What used to exist in the past, which are real hospitals where people can come together and not move a hidden agenda for for shareholders. Right. You see and get real individual medicine. That’s also what I’m not seeing in the Hoxsey Clinic the Gerson clinic, the all the different retreat type of healing centers that you go to.
I’m sure there’s handfuls of genuine ones, but I mean, a real, well, they’re hard pressed too, because like you, they have, they’re homeowners and they’ve got kids to take care of you. You know what I’m saying? Yeah. That the system is so rigged. Yeah. And it, you know, that’s what I’m saying.
It seems to be about money and profit and a bit that profit style business model. Yeah. Which is with, that’s the supreme addiction. Yeah. Right there. That’s the addiction. The addiction to money. Yeah. I can’t do it unless I have money. If donations don’t come, my idea dies. Instead of saying, you know, well, how about if you just move forward?
You know, outside of that and see what happens. And that’s why, you know, at one time I was spending $800 a month on supplements. And and when I had the money, that was fine. But there was something in my soul that said, you know. I think that medicine is gonna be the best medicine, which is good for all people and available to all people.
And I think that’s why I was so attracted to MMS, because Jim Humble could go to Africa and with for very little, be able to help people with things. But, you know, underneath it, it’s what you’re talking about. It’s going out and connecting with people that are, you know, at the end of their rope.
You know, you didn’t hear the song, the touching song that Steve Romine had. What was the name of that song, Felicia, about? There’s no hope here. Or with Joan Baez was singing, they don’t make it here anymore. Well, they can’t make it here anymore. Yeah. They can’t make it here anymore. And then there you are as a healer to to attend to their souls.
Much in the same way you were working with the souls of these animals in the, in those horrible labs. Yeah. I mean, wow. We have a lot of people who are far gone and at that point, you just work with God the most and work at what their deep core emotion is. And that’s what the hospital model, the holistic hospital model are bringing back the original homeopathic hospitals, is to be able to open the door to somebody who’s far gone and just put them through it where they don’t have to think and figure out how to, what supplements or whatever.
Yeah. All of that. And they, and then it’s something the community can be proud of, you know? Yes. They can stop by and give some food. So maybe some people who are jobless can become a volunteer there and at least know that they’ll be fed that day. Yeah. And then it starts to grow organically. You know, if you can get rid of this these federal models and how you start to see these municipal governments just become alarmed because now you’re starting to horn in on their excuse to launch another phony bond, or, you know what I mean? Keep enmeshed in the addiction. It’s keeping it away from corruption is the key.
And that’s challenging because there’s so many sharks in the water. Yeah. And there are vested interests that wouldn’t want that to exist and, right. I know that. I’m just listening to. To divine direction. And I will always do that because that’s the only way I’d be protected anyway. Can’t come from my own lower self idea.
It has to be divinely inspired. That’s, otherwise I’d be just taken out. Yeah. Yeah, and I’m feeling out a few locations for where that would begin and how it would begin. And I’m just as excited as anybody else because I have no idea how it’s gonna happen. Yeah. I just know that’s what I’m supposed to be here to do and I’ll try to be as clear as I can to allow it to happen.
Community Healing, Self-Responsibility, and Personal Change
Yeah. And when, yeah. Yeah. It’s beautiful though because the nature of the healing and that creative spark is so. It’s just so beautiful. You know, we had our chiropractor friend come up and he just so admires what Joe and I are doing, and he likes to be sort of a down low guy.
, and pretty soon we said, well, can you help this guy? Can you help this guy? And pretty soon when he came up, it would be an, like a beautiful energy in the room. As this was happening. And he, you know, he said Paula, you know, I really love doing this. Don’t feel shy to ask.
And then I just saw something growing and I just initiated the Woodstock free healing and non-violent communication center. Right. And then started to go to some of the churches in synagogue and you know, to try to promote more communication because I realized as a cancer profile person, they tend not to have a voice.
And even though I had a. Radio and stuff like that. There was still some significant way I was not being heard. And so I explored, you know, perhaps in a clumsy way. You know, but it was, at least I was making an effort and it’s like you take one step and nature takes a hundred towards you. Or it’s you, you know? And that’s why I feel really very hopeful. And even when dismal things come about, like Joe is, you know, in the throes of this detox, his PTs comes up and he can’t sleep at night, so he watches these videos and sometimes, you know, I thought, oh, you know, I can’t handle all this negativity.
And he brought on two of the most negative you can imagine, but I was in. healing mode, and I said, you know what? Now I understand what’s going on. It’s like a diagnosis. It’s not to be grim, it’s not to be dismal or or hopeless. It’s to say, this is where we’re at. Yeah. If we want to get to a place well, like San Joe’s case where we breathe this is what we have to go through. Yeah. And I am absolutely convinced that the most challenging part is finding that unresolved conflict. That undigestible morsel. And I told him that actually even months before this started, I said, you know, you beat the three judges and now you gotta, now you gotta face yourself.
He goes, I’m scared of that guy. Yeah. Well, everything’s a fractal really. We live in a holographic, fractal like reality. And anything we do on the micro also we are doing on the macro. So the things that we are working out in our minds on, in our individual bodies, on the big picture, we’re also working out on the macro on the larger scale.
And then we play those out in the theater of earth, of this earth school. We play, played out the scenarios and we’re working through these conflict shocks one by one. And what you mentioned, you alluded to earlier about when you are doing it for yourself, are you doing it also for others? And by that very nature, we’re all doing it for each other.
Yeah. Because we’re all, you know, Joe, quitting smoking is helping other people do it, right? That’s right. That’s right. And that’s what I said. I said, Joe, if you can do it, nobody has an excuse. Yeah. Exactly. And that’s a noble feat to be able to achieve that for on for the benefit of the hologram, for the benefit of the fractal reverberation that comes off of that achievement right now.
Castor-Oil Packs, Detoxification, and Elimination Pathways
Now along those lines, the chemtrails and the aluminum, apparently there’s something that’s flammable in the soil. Now that’s got to be in our lungs. We’ve got to be breathing that in. Just make sure you’re taking silica because the silica like diatomaceous earth, that will just take it on a regular basis, will chelate out the aluminum.
It’s one of the better chelators of the aluminum. That’s wonderful. The Diatomaceous earth so aluminum silicates will bind will bind aluminum and remove it. Okay. Very good. Now another thing I noticed with your castor oil packs, you were saying you didn’t like any plastic, including I always put a layer of plastic between the hot water bottle and the, nah, I don’t do that.
I do see, I thought I was so advanced because Edgar Casey was saying to put heating pads and I would never put that electricity so close, I just do a hot water bottle and I have a piece of flannel or an old t-shirt that I put on top of the castor oil, and then I have another T towel and those are just my dedicated castor oil items.
So now your hot water bottle that’s that heavy rubber. Yeah. So that’s okay, right? Yep. I see, and then I wrapped that also in a teal as I basically got a few layers of fabric. in between because that hot water bottle I put boiling water in, then it gets very hot. Right? Right. And then wrapping the abdomen, if you’re doing, say a liver one, wrapping the entire abdomen in a big towel to assist the heat drawing inward rather than evaporating outward.
Right. And then resting. You should be with your legs up when you do it. Ideally, if you can’t, then whatever, do what you gotta do. You mean lying down with your, lying down with your knee knees up, 20 minutes resting? Yeah. Yeah. And you said after 20 minutes it’s doesn’t work as well. Yeah. And my, when we, I studied a lot of hydrotherapy and naturopathic college, we learned a lot of hydrotherapy.
And one of the hydrotherapy books there’s a lot of science in how water and how heat and cold heal the body. And after 20 minutes of either heat or cold, you get the opposite effects when you first put the heat on, everything begins to open and flow and nutrients, blood, et cetera, draw draws itself to the area.
When 20 minutes has passed, it’s as if the body’s timer goes, okay, that’s enough. Now let’s shut this down. There’s too much heat, we have to control it. And you don’t want that. Ideally, you want to have everything flowing and then leave it open and remove the heat and allow the body to just naturally take its temperature where it needs to go.
But you don’t want to go back into congestion and after 20 minutes or so, because we’re individuals. So it could be different a couple different minutes. But yeah, for the most part, you don’t want to shut it down into congestions. Your whole point is opening the congestion up. Now, would you, could you shift it to another part of your body?
You. I you could say, do your liver and then one of your kidneys like do your left kidney, let’s say. Right, right. Yeah. Right. Now another thing is I noticed on your website you have these silicone things for babies to chew on. Yeah. They’re um, that’s okay. Yeah. This the, it’s inert when they make this silicone yes. When it’s a plasticized heated product, and, but when it’s cool and solidified it’s inert. When I did the research on it’s fine. Can are the hot water bottles like that, because I just got that all red. Yeah, they’re different. I mean, maybe they’re making them cates now, or silicone Now.
You should put that on your website. You should source that and put it on. Yeah. I was going to also source enema bags, Uhhuh. Get them on there too. Yeah. There’s a lot I need to put on because I’ve gotten now new suppliers. no. You just stay rested now. Don’t worry. It’ll all happen.
Well, after the, this, the holidays, they put you in a different mode. And this is New year. This is the first day of this new year, and I know that I’m trying to get a lot done. Yeah and I know that I have a really good forecast for this year, at least all the way up to September.
, if I take the initiative, it will flow well for me. Yeah. And I don’t wanna waste that opportunity, so I’ll definitely. Move forward on what I need to do and rest in between. Very good. Yeah. What else did I wanna ask? Oh yeah, I had mentioned wormwood and they said, when I looked at this Chinese guy giving this lecture, he was talking about how you needed iron with it.
Can you get that iron from nettle leaf.
Nettle does, I like to get it there’s something that you can, like, you can cook with a cast iron, uhhuh to get it that way. Oh, I see. You can there’s lots of different do you believe wormwood is a blood purifier? Because remember you said yeah, for cancer you have to keep purifying the blood.
Yep. There’s a bunch of them. Would that be the same for detoxing. Well, you’re, there’s different things. You’re detoxing, different ways of detoxing, you’re going to detox the liver or the kidneys or the lungs or the blood, or, you know, what are you, what’s the goal? What do you, okay, well, so if you’re talking about lungs it, the lungs are getting clogged other than the cigarettes because the kidneys and the liver isn’t able to pull it away.
Yeah. Everything has, it’s, there’s the major organs of elimination, the skin, the lungs, the colon, like the liver, right? Which is governing the colon, the kidneys, which is getting things outta the urine. It’ll grow things out from the skin and the hair as well. It’ll push things. and that’s the main way it will blow things off from the lungs, right?
It, that’s how it gets things out. And when any of the organs are not functioning properly, then they lean more on other organs. Just like if your adrenal glands aren’t functioning properly, it takes a hit on the thyroid. The thyroid gets more weary, it’s being utilized more. And that’s why you see often people who’ve gone through chronic stress and their adrenal glands are in fatigue.
They will start to get thyroid problem. And then if that is continued un unchecked, they’ll get pituitary problems. And you, it just, there’s a hierarchy that goes on in the body. There’s priority. Right, right. And you all of those, if you got all of those going for you, you’re doing good. If you have any skin issue at all, then your liver’s clogged, basically.
I see. I see. Right. And your lungs, they have to release carbon dioxide. That’s kind of important. And it has to intake a lot of the oxygen. And you wanna do deep, deep breathing. You wanna try to use all of the lung tissue to Right. That, that alone. I mean, just breathing alone is huge for changing the pH of the body and blowing off extra toxicity and so forth.
There’s a lot. I mean, want to always increase blood flow to the organs you’re trying to detox and heal. That’s an, that’s a for sure you wanna break down catarrh or phlegm. You wanna dissolve phlegm using citrus and cayenne pepper. Those are really good to help that Uhhuh. Break that up. Can you explain with the coffee enema how it is that the lymph drains into the colon, and then how the coffee enema affects that?
Well, Is the backup for the blood and the lymph has to, the lymph and blood work harmoniously together because the blood has to be controlled and the lymph the lymph has lots of functions. It it will take a lot of the debris out of the blood and when the blood is cleaned up and the lymph is overwhelmed, then it will leach back out what it can into the blood.
And the blood will then carry it to the liver. And when you’re doing the detoxes with the coffee enema, it’s a retention enema. You’re holding that for 13 minutes and your blood volume goes through your liver every three or four minutes, depending on whether you’re a man or a woman. And that you’re, it’s like you’re cleansing or washing the blood of that debris and that, that is a slow way, but an effective way of cleaning the lymph as well, because it can now get rid of some of the things through the blood that’s being cleaned.
Wow. Yeah, this is, and there’s multiple things going on with the coffee enemas too, because the portal blood in the portal vein that’s being clean out. We should definitely do a whole two hours just on coffee enemas and I’ll assemble all my questions. Yeah, that’s because years and years ago when I saw this great Ayurvedic doctor and he chatters away in Hindi and he said, my problem was hemorrhoids.
Gut Health, Hemorrhoids, and Closing Remarks
I didn’t even know what a hemorrhoid was and sure enough, when I started my business later and was under a lot of stress then, you know that I was only 28 years old. But that was the only time that, and that blood had ever come from that end. From that point on, I was very careful, but I still know I’m predisposed to that.
So I don’t think we have enough time left in this show to go into it as like, I’d like to. Yeah. But it really comes down to lax tissue where the tissue tone is gone. Uhhuh. And you want to, to tighten the tone, you want the structure of the cells to come together, hold hands tighter, basically. Yeah. And it comes, it’s the entire GI tract.
It starts at the mouth and it ends at the anus. Right. All the same tissue. And you treat the gut. And when you treat hemorrhoids, you have to treat the gut. And basically almost in every being at this, in this modern era, You just start treating the gut because they’re all destroyed by GMO, glyphosate and all this antibiotic and poisoning from vaccines.
They all go and kill gut, flora, because leaky gut and allergies and Right. So we have to bring back the healthy communities. You have to bring back the integrity of the tissue, the healthy colonies. You, the, you have to get rid of the heavy metals outta there. You gotta put the PHS all back properly. It’s a lot to do.
Gotta get the inflammation under control and basically starting at the gut and then move from there. Right. And most of my protocols will be gut based to start. And that goes with hemorrhoids. Like hemorrhoids. You want basically the same, my video on how to heal your gut in 22 minutes? Yeah. It’s for hemorrhoids too, because it’s all coming from that lax.
Tissue and it’s just not coming back into springy form after uhhuh, uhhuh. And it’ll happen. Like I got them when I had my baby right when I was pregnant. It’s very common in pregnancy and that’s just because everything’s lax. In pregnant at the, especially at the end of pregnancy, even there’s a hormone that goes to the body that actually loosens everything up on purpose, loosens the joints and loosens tissue, loosens everything because guess what?
You’re having a baby so everything has to come, everything has to open up. Yeah. And that’s meant to repair after the fact. And it just, sometimes it doesn’t if there’s too much stress or already they had an underlying gut issue. And and yeah, and that’s why I mentioned for hemorrhoids witch hazel. And red raspberry leafs, because those are astringent in botanical medicine and astringent is gonna tighten up those, the tissue, it’s gonna tonify it and it’s gonna cool it as well down and deal with some of the inflammation and that’s why witch Hazel is very loved for that application.
Well, thank you Amandha, so much for your time and we look forward to to working with you more. Yeah, thank you again. It’s a real joy to come on your show and I appreciate all the work you’re doing and all the energy you’re putting out there. And I hope that the community is responding, keeps in turn, and giving that love back to you.
Thank you for that blessing, Amandha. Yeah, thank you. Bye bye-Bye.
