Amandha Vollmer Interview – Healing with DMSO on Extreme Health Radio

DMSO Interview on Extreme Health Radio: Video Overview

In this DMSO interview on Extreme Health Radio, Amandha Vollmer (ADV), author of Healing with DMSO, joins host Justin Stellman for an extended discussion of dimethyl sulfoxide and her wider approach to natural health. The conversation begins with Amandha’s path into holistic health, empathy, practitioner boundaries, self-trust and helping people become more active participants in understanding their own health before shifting into how she discovered DMSO and began researching it.

Amandha discusses DMSO’s tree and pulp-industry origins, early research, tissue preservation, solvent properties and transdermal behaviour. She then explores concentration, its relationship with water, combining DMSO with other substances, internal use, nebulizing, plastics and possible medication interactions. These therapeutic statements reflect Amandha’s experience, protocols and interpretation of the research discussed during the interview.

The live Q&A covers MSM, antioxidants, scars, eye and brain applications, veins, hair, skin concerns, IV use, blood thinners and thyroid health. Amandha also explains the purpose and structure of Healing with DMSO. After she signs off, the recording continues with an Extreme Health Radio after-show focused on natural-health education and related topics.

So, if you guys wanna subscribe to our show on the other days, the other six days of the week on iTunes and Stitcher and Spotify. We release our best of episodes, so this is episode 661 of Extreme Health Radio. So we will put everything at extremehealthradio.com/661. Everything we talk about today sponsors links to books, links to references, websites, all that kind of good stuff will make available there. And I was made, I was telling Amandha before we started that I was made aware of her work through a series of different emails from listeners saying You have to have Amandha on the show. And this is gonna be really fun because I was reading some of her background. And she’s, first of all, she holds a bachelor of science in agricultural Biotechnology from the University of Lethbridge in Alberta, Canada, and a degree of doctorate of naturopathic medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2008 and Toronto. But she has been my gosh, let me just read you some of the other things that she’s really into. It’s really cool. She has interest in orthomolecular medicine, German new medicine, which is really cool. We’ve done a number of shows on German new medicine and recall healing. She’s really interested in vibrational therapies, gemstone therapies, permaculture gardening, wild crafting, and she. She does holistic events and helps people around the world and has been doing so since 2008. She works with Reiki, rife machines, cold laser treatments. I mean, she covers the gamut. And so, really cool. So, let me bring her up on the show here and introduce her. Amandha, thanks so much for being on the show.

Amandha: Hi. Thank you so much for having me.

Justin: Yeah. So I was going through and reading a bunch of your you know, social media posts and things, and you are a really well rounded kind of person, like I was just mentioning Orthomolecular medicine, German new medicine. We’re gonna be talking today about DMSO. So how did all this start for you?

Amandha: Probably birth, yeah. My journey’s been an interesting one, and it really just comes from me being a natural seeker. You know, some people, they’re just thirsty for knowledge, They’re thirsty for truth. They wanna know why they’re here. They wanna understand their purpose and their path. And for me, that was just the way I always was. I was always very introspective and I was always interested in the fabric of our reality from very young age. And I wanted to break things apart and put things back together again. I, so those were some of my early days of, you know, dismantling, you know, remote controls and other gadgets and just trying to figure out all of the mechanisms. Reality. And from there it just went into nature, the love of animals understanding that I’m a natural being and I’m connected to all these things. And then my experiences took me through some trauma with losing all of my grandparents to the modern medical establishment. And I’d already been studying a lot of holistic therapies at that time, but it was a really huge awakening for me because I realized how dysfunctional the system, the society was. I started to awaken to a lot of the hidden shadow side of this world and that changed a lot of my direction and perceptions. And then I became more passionate about learning everything I could because I never wanted, I would never want anyone to go through what my grandparents went through. Which to me was just wholesale murder. And to have all of my grandparents go through it was quite remarkable and had a big imprint on the way that I moved forward from there. And that’s when I started to go deeper into the knowledge.

Justin: Yeah, it sounds like a similar situation to me. I watched my mom go through cancer in 1995 and she had non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, I think. And you know, it’s the craziest thing is like, for someone who champions natural healing, Like I, my mom is still alive. She’s 80 years old now and went through a series of different cancers, but seeing what it does to someone’s body, it’s just, it’s horrific and barbaric, isn’t it? You learn a lot by watching a loved one go through that.

Amandha: Oh yeah, definitely. And you see all layers of the psyche and you see belief systems and it’s the one of the greatest challenges really. And I think, like I’ve come to, in my awarenesses now that, you know, this world is very much about growth and learning and also expanding and having really profound experiences. Things that etch the soul that you take home with you. And, you know, all of the, despite the terrible things, there are still lessons through it for people, but my sense is that things have been manipulated so that there’s useless suffering, and that there’s ways that we can choose to learn the lesson in a more gentle, easier way, rather than. Continually having to suffer through the same cycle over and over again. And we have choices. We do a free will within that path and how we can choose to go about it. Do we want it to be hard? Do you want it, Do we want it to be easier on us? But that’s our decision. And how to help people see themselves. And I’m a very strong mirror for people, which can be really challenging because I’m, I speak the truth, I’m pretty blunt at times, and I have a pretty warped sense of humor so that can come through in all kinds of ways that I might not have anticipated. However, you know, that mirror can be very hard for a lot of people when they see someone who’s a healer, like, And then their issues are reflected. So, it’s it as empathic and sensitive as I am, that’s, you know, something I’ve had to grow through and I’ve had to transform through and I’ve had to accept about myself and then use it as empowerment, use it as a tool rather than something that I feel debilitated by. Because I see a lot of young empaths and healers go through similar things not understanding why people respond or react to them the way that they do. And once they understand about transference, and once they understand about mirroring, they can realize it’s not about them at all.

Justin: So what do you mean about transference and mirroring and not allowing someone’s energy to sort of bring you down? What is that about?

Amandha: Well, I, that was a, it’s been a life. I’m 40, I’ll be 46 in August. It’s been a lifelong learning for me. I read a book when I was. Still in my twenties by Judith Orloff called Second Sight. And it was so important that book for me because I felt always other people’s energies and not just their thoughts and emotions, but also physical ailments. I would feel, and I would know immediately what that person was going through because I could feel it inside my body. So if someone had arthritis, I would start to feel arthritis symptoms in my body. If someone was going through gastrointestinal pains or ovarian pains, I would also get that. And I didn’t understand at the time what was happening to me. And then I slowly started to, after this, reading this important book, I realized, okay, this is a actually a gift and this is a sensitivity that I can hone and I can chisel, so I can use it now to assist people in understanding what’s going on with them. And it’s a validation. And in the holistic medicine field, it’s very valuable because, You know, I don’t always use, need to use tests and scans and these sorts of things because I can use the internal processes that we have to scan the body to get feedback through my own form, but not to take it on as my own. And that was where I started to make mistakes. Even throughout my naturopathic schooling. I would see clients and I would take it on. And somehow I felt as if, well, if I can do it for someone I should. And I had that mindset that I, you know, you know, we love when we love, we wanna lift burdens off people right? Sometimes those burdens are what they’re soul called for so that they actually can become the butterfly from, you know, being in the cocoon. Right. And it’s just, it. There, you don’t wanna take the lesson part away from the healing journey. And that was what I realized I was doing too much. And what I was doing is making karma for myself. And I was going through all these kinds of struggles because I was actually affecting their direction too much. And so that, again, it took a lot of experiences to realize those things and study of psychology. And that’s why I use the terms transference, because transference is when somebody has an emotional vibration and they lop it onto you because they’re not comfortable, happy with having it. They don’t want it, they want it offloaded, and they’ll dump it onto to you. And that’s called transference. So you know when you maybe have a disagreement with someone, and they, and after you feel kind of icky, you feel not right. You know, and you’ll have maybe an emotion that you can’t pinpoint. If you’re not aware of your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and all of these things that are you and can’t identify self from nonself, you might think there’s something wrong with you or whatever, but really that individual has corded you, they’ve dumped onto you, and they’ve, they’ll feel better, but you’ll feel worse until you can clear it. And that’s why that book was so important because it had tools and resources for how to actually get rid of things that weren’t my own energies and how to identify who, who my stuff from other people’s stuff. And I still do the same exercises to this day. Wow. Very valuable.

Justin: It’s so fascinating. There’s so much here. I mean, guys, if I could talk with you all day about this kind of stuff, it’s cuz one of the things before we get into DMSO DMSO that I just find fascinating too, it’s something that I have struggled with and I think we all do, is how do we help someone but not become the victim in the process? You know, like how do we allow hold a space for someone to be able to offer them exactly what they need so that their journey is met, right? Like, so that they grow, but then we’re not affected in the process. And that’s, I would imagine, as a practitioner on your end, that’s the delicate balance and dance that you’re constantly dealing with. And the closer someone is to you, the harder that is. Right? Like if it’s a mom or a dad or something versus just someone you don’t know, that’s a delicate dance, right?

Amandha: Definitely. And boundaries and desires for what you want for that person and all your little ego needs come into play when it’s some something really near and dear to you. So that’s why even in any health profession we are trained to under obviously ethics and all those things are part of it, but as well how to separate yourself from that and not get too involved to the point where I think the medical, the modern medical establishment’s, taking that too far, where they have zero empathy., they’re just cold hearted, completely cut off from the care and wellbeing of that individual. But then it comes down to, is it me personally that’s trying to help this individual, or is it me trying to help them hear themselves, see themselves love themselves? Take on the challenges, be feel empowered, feel inspired. The most I’ve ever helped anyone is to inspire them, honestly. And I think that’s why there’s a huge industry of like, you know, positive speakers and inspiring speakers, right? Because when you feel inspired, then you, it’s your own spark. It’s your own light that comes and takes over and your own inner direction, your own higher self, and your guides and your angels and all that. They start to take the reins for you and help you through that, rather than becoming codependent on somebody else to say, Tell me what to do. Tell me what to take. Right? And that’s again, the modern medical establishment says, Just do as I say, and definitely don’t do as I do. No. Yeah, but you know what I’m saying? Like, just all the order following, because that’s then the child listens to the parents’ orders. But what you want to foster in the child is their own independence and their own inner awareness. Right? And that’s the same thing when you’re, when you have a patient before you, you want to encourage them to become brave and be courageous and face the thing that they’re avoiding because that’s the majority of the diseased state is avoiding very important aspects of their life that they’re just not acknowledging or accepting, right? Yeah. And then get some powerful transformation. And that’s also why I like the using the reiki and the energy healing.

Justin: Yeah, so, so fascinating. There’s a guest on our show, a friend of ours Dr. Richard Massey. I don’t know if you’re familiar with him. He’s a great, or used to be an anesthesiologist, medical doctor in Texas. And he was sharing with me something, it was really fascinating about all this a while back about I think it was based on the work of Carl Jung and it’s called Karpman’s Drama Triangle. It’s fascinating because he was saying that people live in one of three energy fields and that’s the victim, the perpetrator, and the helper. And most of the time, if you’re in natural health, like you and me were the helper energy field. And he was saying the people that have the strongest immunity, you would think might be either the victim or the helper, but the people with the strongest immunity in his research has been the perpetrator. Those that just say, You know what? I’m gonna go through life. I’m gonna do what I want. You know, like the Warren Buffets of the world and they just, you know, they do their thing. Or maybe, you know, these guys that live till they’re 95 or a hundred years old and they just love their work and they just do what they do. But he was saying one of the things that was really fascinating was that the victim is a really I’m sorry. The helper is the energy field with the weakest immune system. And if we don’t correct that, we’d be, we begin the journey becoming sicker than the person we’re trying to help because we take that on. And I just found that cartman’s drama triangle super fascinating for me. It’s been big to sort of, I’ve got people in my life that I’m trying to help, but I’m learning to let them have their journey, you know, and allow me to be a part of it, but I’m not trying to fix everyone. And giving that up was a big lesson for me.

Amandha: Oh yeah. That is huge for anyone. And also I think we work with various archetypes in, throughout our lives so we could become the helper and then that being the helper can put you into victimhood. Because if you’ve been taken advantage of Right. And you wonder why while that’s happening, then you can go into, easily into victimhood, and then you can, from there you can say, Well, screw everyone. I’m gonna go and do everything. Yeah. And go into the other one. You can bounce around through all those. I’ve been, all those things. I think I’ve been every archetype. Well, I’m very expanded, so I can easily fit into these roles. As I feel I need to for that any given moment, which is part of, I think, part of being, you know, when you’re able to mirror for people, you can help them by showing them what they need through the archetype. And so that’s part of the skill set as well from my experiences. But it’s challenging because you have to always, it’s so subtle and you have to make sure your ego’s not involved. And you know, I’ve learned, I’ve done it all, so I’ve made all the mistakes. So I’m almost a pro cause I think I’ve made like every mistake multiple times cause that’s how you learn, right? You make mistakes at this stage. Now I feel that I’m coming into that groundedness where I can see and also confidence, because you don’t know if you give them an herb or you give them a homeopathic or you prescribe them DMSO or whatever, then are they going to get better? Is it the right thing? Is it, you know, state? Do you stay the course? Do you change the course? Right? And over time now I realize that to trust oneself and that produces huge results. And so it’s a fascinating, healing is fascinating. And it’s not like a one, a cookie cutter sort of thing. Like go and take a pill and take a that and then you’re good. Right? It’s different for every time for different individuals. But yeah, there’s a lot.

Justin: Super fascinating. We’re with Amandha Vollmer from healingwithdmso.com, and this is episode 6 61. So if you wanna grab the show notes, just go to extremehealthradio.com/661 if you’re listening on a podcast.

Discovering DMSO: Research, Origins, History, and Transdermal Delivery

Justin: So getting into DMSO you know, I was sent to your video about DMSO and I’ve been using it myself for years and years, and it’s quite a interesting and fascinating subject when you get into the history of it, the politics about it, the different legislations about it, and the availability of it. So take us into your little journey about how you got started looking deeper into this sort of magical substance and how you began all that.

Amandha: Well, it was one of those things that you do learn about in naturopathic college. It wasn’t a new substance name to me. It just wasn’t anything that I was really using. And because I hadn’t really seen it on the shelves because it’s so restricted. It just wasn’t in my purview. And then I found it at a health food store and I thought, Oh yeah, you know, I’m making all these natural remedies now. I’m, I was at that point. I had started my business. Yum. Oh, it’s now called Yum Naturals. But it was yummy Mummy Emporium. And I love formulating, I love chemistry and I have a lot of science background. And I found a new love in creating all these different formulations. And when I saw it, I thought, I wonder how this could play into what I’m making and I’ll just pick it up. And then I noticed a while I put on my shelf to sell it. I didn’t even use it myself. And then I had an episode of a might infection on my arms. And I used it for that because I was kind of desperate to clear it up. It was very irritated skin and itchy, and I couldn’t believe the response, the skin response. So to me that said, Wow, this is something, This is heat producing. This is redness producing, this is powerful stuff. I need to know more. And that just propelled me into looking it up. And then once I’d watched one or two videos, I think, and then I found Stanley Jacob’s Science and I read, I couldn’t stop. It was like something took me over and I couldn’t stop reading. I I just read every study I could get my hands on. And I was, became so excited about it because I couldn’t believe what I was reading. It was like stops, heart attacks can stop a ischemics or blood type of stroke where the blood is cut off. It can, you know, for pain. I was always looking for things for pain because so many people suffer, and there’s such a huge problem with pharmaceutical addictions to pain meds. And inflammation. We have all these kinds of infl inflammatory diseases and it was blowing my mind and I had just started doing videos a few years back. And I just, you know, when passion comes, you just gotta write it, you gotta listen to it. And that’s what happened. And I just let all that passion out in that video. I even had the store open, so it was a risk that I could have been interrupted, whatever. I just listened and did it Wow. And did it as a live video. And because again, that enthusiasm and all the science backed, it really just took off and it went viral. That was the first video I’d ever had that went far reaching. And it was kind of exciting. And it was just one of those things and. Then I was approached about a year after that or so by a publisher, and they said would you write a book about it? And it felt right. It felt right to do it. And it was a lot of work. It was book. I have my hats off to all awful because Right. So I’ve written scientific papers, I’ve written all kinds of essays and thesises and blog, whatever. I’ve I’m, I like writing. Okay. This process is completely different. It’s painful. Oh, man. But I’m glad. Yeah, it was pretty brutal. And I lost all last summer doing it. Oh, wow. So I was there, I was writing through the nicest part of, we have a very short summer here in Canada, so I lost the summer. I was writing all through the winter, all through Christmas, everything. And I came out of it what just happened to me, you know, almost like school when I went through school, like, where did my friends go? Where did my life go? You know? Yep.

Justin: That’s so funny. But it was journey. Yeah. No, it’s so, so interesting. So, let’s talk a little bit about what it is, you know, where it comes from and different applications and things, and maybe some of your history with it. I’m surprised that so many people don’t know what DMSO is, so a lot of people have never even heard about it. I first learned about it in 2004, 2005, kind of in that area. But let’s talk a little bit about where does it come from and what is it to start with.

Amandha: Yeah, it is amazing really that so few know. And that was the other part of it that was, I was so surprised because my research completed, like usually on a topic you could go on and on and you’ll never read all the information. But with the DMSO, you actually can read all the information. And I was like, wow, that’s kind of like a PhD because PhD basically have to research everything that exists and come up with your own theories. Right. And when I started to figure it out, use it, experiment with it I, I found all kinds of incredible properties with it and first of all it’s actually a waste product from the pulp and paper industry because it comes at it, it’s from trees, it’s a tree extract. And really what it is it’s the strength of the tree. And when you’re making pulp you have to weaken the tissues, and you need to wash away that sulfur based compound, you know, d methyl sulfoxide. And you need to get it outta there. And it’s basically their waste product. They use something called white liquor, which are two different chemical compounds to wash it away. And then other companies buy it. And purify it to different variations depending on what the use is gonna be. It’s used in all kinds of industry. It is a perfect solvent, which means almost everything. And anything either oil based or water based has some level of saturation inside of the solution, which gives it a lot of variation for usage, especially in the laboratory chemical industry. All kinds of manufacturing can use this because it’s an excellent carrier and it doesn’t alter the substance that it’s paired with. It either will make a synergy with it, or for example, like what Stanley Jacob found is that it was cryo preserving, meaning it preserved the cells even under, excuse me, freezing conditions because he was using cellular cultures to, you know, the organ transplants and. Preserving all kinds of tissue samples, you know, under cold conditions., so if you can use, So they were using alcohol, they were using different substances to try to preserve the tissue, but it would never come back fully. But with DMSO it comes back fully and that’s very rare. Very rare. There’s no other substance that works like that, that we’ve

Justin: ever found. So are they currently using DMSO to store tissues now or is it some other, I feel like that’s not mainstream yet. Is it?

Amandha: If you are in the laboratory sciences, you know about DMSO, you uhhuh, it’s used in all organ transplants and these sorts of things. Yes. Interesting. It’s just a common knowledge because the thing is you can use, it’s bacteri static, it’s antifungal, it has all of these very valuable properties, pain killing, like I mentioned, anti-inflammatory. So if you were to say in the pharmaceutical industry, you would substitute that out, you would get rid of a lot of their drugs or uses for any of those drugs, you would not need those things. And so that’s why what happened with the whole story is the FDA started to step in and the FDA is actually not an independent organization. It’s private and it is owned and operated and basically lobbied through the pharmaceutical industry. So, They are basically an arm of the pharmaceutical industry and they’re there to protect the pharmaceutical interests. They’re not about health and safety and all these things. They come across like that. They come forward as if they are, but that’s not their prima fache goal. Their primary goal is to protect the pharmaceutical establishment. And that’s it. A lot of people go, Well, why would the fda, you know, ban it and why would they do this and whatever, when there was nothing that is so safe. There was nothing that would say, that’s so dangerous. But the issue was they used the thalidomide disaster, even though it was pretty much blocked in the United States. It still got through in a few cases, like a good chunk of states did use it to detriment because it, children are born without arms and legs using that drug. Pregnant women were given it because it is an antiemetic, which means they, they wouldn’t throw up. So unfortunately that was DMSO was discovered, rediscovered really on the heels of that. And so every, everybody was really gun shy and it, they, I think they more or less used that opportunity to say, We’re not gonna approve it and we’re gonna pull it. We’re gonna stop all studies. You know, And it was based on one study. That suggested, and these were super high doses injected into animals that it blurred the lens of those animals. But what they didn’t say is, after the end of the experiment, about 80% of those, sorry, 60% of those animals, that lens completely recovered. And the rest, they improved. It improved. But these, this is like the levels of DMSO, you would never do that in your body. And anyway, that was never repeated in human studies. And so, but they used that and the thalidomide to just shut it all down completely.

Justin: So yeah, it’s interesting. When I was first learning about it, there’s all this controversy about whether or not they’re gonna allow it in health food stores. And you know, now it’s sort of more widespread and I wonder if it’s kind of the. If it’s kind of like they’re letting it out, but they’re kind of suppressing information about it out, you know what I mean? Like, so I’m wondering if there’s a suppression campaign going on about what it can do. We could still sell it. We just can’t talk about what it does. Is that kind of what you see going on too?

Amandha: Yeah. It’s similar to the attack on pal Silver. You can buy ionic silver, colloidal silver, these sorts of things in the health food stores, you can’t make any claims, of course. And also it’s, if you go to look up information, you’re going to get a lot of attack or negative press on that to try to, where they try to control the data stream or they’ll have fake news like this guy turned blue because he drank colloidal silver and they try to scare people out of it. Same thing with DMSO, that it’s, you know, causes this or that problem. It’s burn can burn you or whatever. It’s one of those products, you just need to understand how to use it. And then you know what the do’s and the don’ts. And that’s partly why I wrote the book was so that people can now feel confident to use it because they know how not to do, how not to apply it. Right. And then, you know properly how to not, you know, mix it. Why would you mix it with a metal. Or an oil that from your car,. Cause that can take it into the skin. It’s completely transdermal, which is one of its most fascinating properties. Right. So that, so the knowledge now gives the confidence. I have a lot of people saying, Oh, I read your book and now I feel comfortable and confident to make my own blends and use it. And thank you for that. So it worked out well.

Justin: So it’s interesting because it’s such a powerful substance in and of itself, but what’s so cool is, like you mentioned how it’s kind of like a solvent, right? So it helps drive medicinal compounds that you use transdermally even deeper into the tissues. Like I’ve used it. You know, many people say you don’t need to use it with like, magnesium transdermal, magnesium sprays, you know, because that’ll penetrate just by itself. But I use it anyway with that. And I’ve used it with I think I did some olive leaf extract, like I emptied some capsules on my chest, rubbed it in with DMSO I mean, talk about powerful substance. So how far into the tissues does DMSO penetrate? Does it go all the way through? Like what’s the depth or what are some ways you can use it transdermally with other compounds, do you think?

Amandha: Yeah, that’s the most fascinating aspect and where I feel driven to do even more work. And at some point I would love to do specific research on that, just that exact thing. It penetrates through the barriers of the skin. In three different ways. And we only have really four main barriers that keep our skin in its Oh, sorry. Oh, no worries. In its integrity. So, there we go I usually shut this down.

Justin: No worries. That’s all good. That’s

Amandha: My phone. Anyway, so the compound the compounds are endless. The only restriction is the weight, the molecular weight, because if it’s too heavy, it won’t pull it through. It does have a limit to its carrying capacity. It’s like you’ve got so much luggage you can carry before you’ve gotta put it down. It’s like that. And that will also determine how the root in which it takes it through the skin and how deep it’ll penetrate it. And we don’t really have that science done right. Because that would be, it’s very intricate and specific, but we do have clinical experiences that we can. Sort of get a feel for it, because the great thing about it is once you apply it on the skin, you actually taste it in your mouth,, you put it on your arm and you can taste it in your mouth. Which immediately it’s up being uptake by the nervous system and into the bloodstream. So it does penetrate through three different layers right in, which is fascinating. And it has a very intimate relationship with water. And it does this little dance with water. So, it’ll like hold hands and then flip it with another water molecule, and then another hand of water will come in and it’ll flip again. And so it’ll, Oh my gosh. I’m so sorry. No worries. No worries. So it, it’s, yeah, it’s quite an amazing When you can have such a fine relationship with another powerful substance, which is water. And that, that science of it, in and of itself, water with the MSO is a whole other category because depending on how many molecules of water, depending on how many molecules of dm, mso, all of those things, it’ll change its chemistry based on concentration, which it’s, that’s, I mean, you could endlessly, you could study this for lifetimes and never get all the knowledge, you know, That’s what’s amazing about it. So yeah, you can mix it with all kinds of things. If you wanna carry it through the skin, you can actually eat food through DMSO. Meaning if you’re, if you have gastrointestinal absorption issues, you can actually take the DMSO, blend it with vitamins and minerals, and feed yourself that way, which they had have done in a case of a boy who had a. Intestinal torsion and they had to remove most of his intestines, and they kept him alive that way, feeding him that way because the IV wasn’t even at that point working because all his veins had.

Justin: My goodness, this is so insane and so great. We’re with Amandha Vollmer. This is episode 6 61. If you wanna check out her website as healingwithdmso.com, and we’re gonna take a little break right now, but this is just such fascinating information and I hope you guys are enjoying the show. I love talking about stuff like this because it’s like DMSO can be found anywhere and it’s one of, it’s so cheap and you can get it online. You can get it at your local health food store. Most stores sell it and it can be a part of your daily life. And if you learn how to. You can use it on so many different ailments and chronic and acute conditions.

Extreme Health Radio Break: Colostrum, Sauna, and Detox Discussion

Justin: It’s such a cool substance. And so I hope you’re enjoying the show. We’re gonna take a little bit of a break right now. I wanted to tell you about this really cool product here called Colostrum. And this is something that I take almost every single day. I love this stuff. Listen to what our buddy Daniel Vitalis has to say about colostrum. So colostrum

Guest Clip: Colostrum is the first food that all baby mammals receive, or all baby mammals, natural baby mammals receive. So when we were born, our mother’s breasts were initially filled with colostrum before actually there was any milk available to us. And in an ideal circumstance, that’s the first thing we drink. Well, the same is true for all mammals, and it’s especially true for cows. One of the interesting things about bovine colostrum is it has a really unique impact on human health. This has been studied for a really long time. There are literally thousands of studies in the scientific literature showing the effects of bovine colostrum on human health, on human immunity, on restoring the gut lumen, the gut tract, repairing damage to the gut, and helping to restore health after things like IBS or Crohn’s or diverticulitis or any of the sort of inflammatory bowel diseases. And it does this through a number of actions, but primarily through the fact that it contains all of the known mammalian growth factors and these proteins that we call growth factors initiate growth in tissue throughout the body. And each type of tissue in our body has a specific growth factor while they’re all found in

Justin: This stuff is, I’m telling you guys, this stuff is just so, so great. So what I love about this kind of colostrum from Surthrival, which you can get at BioChargeMe right now is that it comes in different forms. You can get it in pill form, but we like to take the powder form. We just bought another container of it yesterday because I want to tell you guys there is a once a year sale that they do on this, and it is, I think like 20% off or something like that. It’s really great. And let me see here, get all the notes for you on that. And the coupon code you can use on the six ounce, you can save 10 bucks on the one kilo, you can save 35 bucks on the two kilo, which is what we bought, that we can save 60 bucks. And the capsules, you can save six bucks and the coupon code is gonna go until July 3rd, 2020. So in about another, A couple weeks and it is, we are immune. So if you’re watching on YouTube, if you’re watching on Facebook right now, there should be links down below. But make sure to use, click over from our site and then use the coupon code. We are the letter R immune. We are immune through July 3rd, 2020 for some colostrum. And something else that I wanna tell you guys really quickly about too was this Relax FAR Infrared Sauna. Now, I don’t know if you guys do sauna therapy, but sauna therapy has been used for thousands of years. I do it probably about four days a week now, five days a week. We recently had twin boys. We have two year old twin boys, and so now I can’t do it as much. Oddly enough, I can’t get into my sauna as much as I would love to. I was doing it like six days a week. It’s such a great healing tool and from an IRV perspective, it’s always better to not heat your head. And so what’s cool about this is that it’s a personal sauna. And you can break it down in a matter of minutes. You can loan it to a friend, you can put it underneath your bed. And what I like to do is sit in there and watch documentaries and learn about things that aren’t taught on the mainstream media. And so what’s cool about these things is that there’s very low emf. You don’t have to break down a wall and you can sweat out toxins and poisons and all kinds of environmental compounds that we store in our fat tissues. And here is my biological dentist, Dr. Stewart Nunley in Marble Falls, Texas. If you’re looking for a biological dentist, this guy is your guy. I love him so much. He’s at Healthy Smiles for life.com. But here’s what he had to say about detoxing mercury through sauna therapy. You know what I chose to do? I chose to go very slow as I detox.

Guest Clip: One of the things that I did is I invested in an infrared sauna, okay? Which was huge. Big part of my healing because interestingly enough, many times patients who have heavy metal toxicity lose the ability to sweat. And so I, and I was one of those, I could not break a sweat and the infrared sauna helped me to retrain my body to be able to sweat. It was huge part of my overall detox.

Justin: Doesn’t Hal Huggins, Dr. Huggins say as long as there’s more going out than what’s coming in, you’re okay? Absolutely. Yeah. And I think he’s right. I think he’s absolutely right on that. Yeah. So Dr. Nunley was he thought he had ALS at one point. He had so much mercury from removing mercury amalgam fillings without proper protection before he knew better. And sauna therapy was one of the things he used to overcome that. And here’s a. Robert Young talking about the same thing, sauna and detoxification. You mentioned the sauna.

Guest Clip: The reason why we go into the sauna is to induce a fever, cuz when we induce a fever, our pore is open to remove these acidic toxins. The reason why we jump on a rebounder is to activate the lymphatic system to remove acids out through the pores of the skin, which is the largest elimination organ of the body. So we do this on a daily basis, and this is when you enjoy the greatest level of health and vitality. Take your money and invest in yourself and educate yourself and take care of your bodies. You know, go buy a rebounder. Go buy a infrared sauna. Go buy organically non GMO food. That’s your healthcare plan.

Justin: Yeah, you know what? In healthcare, it doesn’t come from a vaccine, doesn’t come from getting shot up with a Covid 19 vaccine. They want to give you, healthcare comes from your lifestyle, your environment, how you think, how you move, what you’re doing in your life. Taking care of yourself is so important. And I recommend everyone to buy some of these tools, bring them home, turn your home into like a healing environment so that you can use DMSO, you can use saunas, you can use these types of different healing modalities in your own home. And you can do it all on your own terms and you can take care of yourself. And this is so, so important. And so this is why we love. You know, promoting products that, that we use and products that we love. Just great things you can take control over your own health and healing. And that’s what I love to do. So if you guys are looking for a really great sauna, we have multiple different kinds on bio charge me.com, we have the wooden ones. We have this one here, The Relaxed Bar in Fred Sauna. We have Ozone saunas, we have all kinds of different saunas near-infrared, far-infrared. So if you’re looking for a healing device like Asana check out bio charge me.com. If you’re watching on YouTube or Facebook, there should be links in the description. If you are listening on a podcast, I’ll make sure everything is available@extremehealthradio.com/661. And we’re gonna get back to Amandha Vollmer and talk more about. How to take control of our health with DMSO right after this,

Extreme Health Radio: You’re listening to Extreme Health Radio and I hope you’re enjoying this show. Please share it with your friends by tagging at Extreme Health Radio on Instagram. Stay tuned for new shows weekly.

DMSO Applications: Tissue Penetration, Internal Use, Nebulizing, and Medications

Justin: Yeah, my friends, we are on Instagram. People wanna follow us and keep up to date with everything we have going on. I’d love to have you on there. It’s a fun little platform for as long as they will have us until things go south. Hopefully they don’t. But that’s just our little platform. You can learn more about how we love our life and different things that we’re doing to take care of ourself on Instagram. So come and join us on there. So Amandha, let me bring you back on and I’m so, so curious about the different applications cuz we’re talking before the break about using different substances with DMSO. So I guess it really does depend, like you were saying, the molecular weight, right? So if you use DMSO by itself, How deep can it penetrate if you’re not using it with another substance?

Amandha: It’ll penetrate all the way into your body through whatever, wherever you place it. I mean, if you put it on your muscles, it’ll go through the skin. It’ll go into the muscles. If you put it over your jugular, it’ll go through and into the blood. If you put it on your gum line, it’ll go into the root of the tooth. If you put it on you know, an open wound you’re definitely going to invite it right in. I don’t usually suggest you do it random, you wound cause it can sting but it is actually healing and helpful for burn victims as well because it’s heals up scars and repairs the tissue as it drives through the tissue. Even though if you use it full strength, it can give you hives and redness and even the skin can peel. But even so, It still heals the skin in the end. So when that recovers, the skin integrity is better off than where it was beforehand, which is another incredible thing about it. But it’ll go all the way into your through, if you’re putting it on lymph nodes, it’s in the lymph node. Basically, the studies show that wherever you put it on the body, it winds up everywhere else in the body. So if you put it on your toe within 20 or 30 minutes, they find it in the brain. If you put it over your chest, they’ll find it in your toe. It’ll permeate everywhere and it crosses the blood brain barrier. And which is another nice thing about it, because you can use it for a lot of healing of the brain, and you can combine it with things that you would normally use to repair tissues of the brain, like mushrooms for example. Or, you know, different types of substances get magnesium through the brain, easier. Et cetera, et cetera, Whatever you, if you wanna use Lion’s main, any of these things to heal the tissue that’s why you can parrot or you can prime where you take the DMSO, wait about 10 minutes and then take whatever else you were going to take for maximum absorption. In my book, I have lots of recipes, and one of the, and protocols, one of the protocols is using DMSO with vitamin C to maximize the absorption. Where you take DMSO, wait five minutes and sorry, 10 minutes, and then you take your vitamin C afterward, right? There’s all kinds of methods of now the tissue of the gut will be open and receiving at that point, right? So that means you’ll get better assimilation, absorption. And not only that, but it helps with delivery because it increases the blood flow, so you’ll get more of the delivery of the nutrient to your target area. So it just, it accelerates and enhances everything you’re already doing.

Justin: Is it, assuming you, you have the DMSO and it’s like in glass, not in plastic. So it’s not leeching anything. Assuming it’s a good quality DMSO is it okay to drink? Do you think? Yeah,

Amandha: Yeah. On ingestion, and by the way, I just did a video clearing up plastics in DMSO very specifically. And in the book I have a list of plastics that are DMSO, inert or safe and plastics that should not be mixed with DMSO. Because there are safe plastics that can be used with it without any leeching whatsoever. But the the main thing is their ingestion is that you don’t go past 50% because in the eye, any orifice, you have mucus membranes. Okay? And you don’t want to damage that skin. It’s very tender. And so 50% solutions are max for ingestion. And generally I go lighter than that. And I suggest in my book one teaspoon of pure DMSO, which is 99.995% pharmaceutical grade, which I do prefer being stored in glass. Okay. Because it is the pure solvent. And you don’t know how long it was extracted and how long it sit and the temperature controls and all of those things. So just to be prudent, I do prefer the pure to be in glass, and that’s the only way that I carry it pure. And then you drink that in five ounces of water, distilled water, pure water, like pure fresh spring water or juice that you’ve pressed or juice that you trust that doesn’t have any additives or anything negative in it. And you take that once a day or you can take it twice a day. But that’s generally the way you ingest it for, you know, either general health or if you have, you’re treating something that way you can also use it in a nebulizer in maximum again, 50%, but start, always start slow and work up to your doses. If you have lung conditions and asthma for example, or emphysema.

Justin: Interesting. Yeah. I was gonna ask you about neb nebulization because that’s sort of a, a. It’s sort of, a way of using a medical grade component, like a nebulizer, but hijacking it for natural purposes. Cuz I use that with colloidal silver sometimes during the winter months. But I guess I could do like a liquid DMSO in that case. Right? Yeah.

Amandha: Yep. And you could just say you still wanna use your colloidal silver. You can blend it, you can put a few drops of DMSO in the mixture you already use to enhance the absorption. You could do it where you say, put a 20% with distilled water in the nebulizer. Breathe that in. Ensure that’s set up saying like what I said with the stomach absorption, and then do your colloidal silver so you get even more of delivery to the deeper tissues. And the only thing you just have to be careful is finding out what plastic your nebulizer uses. If it’s a certain softer plastics are not cohesive with DMSO Now that concentration and the how rapidly you use it, it’s, you’re pretty much in a good position with most of them. But just, it’s always good to find out what type of plastics they’re using in your nebulizer. Before you start to do that,

Justin: Do we know if there’s any issues with DMSO and gut bacteria?

Amandha: No. Actually what’s amazing is it always seems to support, It doesn’t ever seem to diminish or deplete. Even when you’re doing something like you’re on chemo or you’re on some kind of heavy drug, what we notice again and again that even if people start to use it, say they use my facelift in a jar, which is quite popular because it gets rid of wrinkles, lifts the skin and all these things. People always ask me, should, can I use it because I’m on this medication? And I say, Well always do. Bot tests, see how you respond, and then start to use the product and pay. Go look up the side effects of your drug if it gets into an overdose state, and then pay attention. So if you’re taking hypertension medication and in an overdose state, you start to feel like, you know, woozy, then you know you’re probably overmedicating because you’re actually getting more delivery of the drug. Now, using a 25% just on your skin once a day is probably unlikely that you’re gonna really notice that. But if you’re, you know, on a lot of medications, you’re really sick, the problem that people will see is it starts to detox them. And so it won’t kill the bacteria. It is bacteria static. It won’t touch things that are your. Yourself cuz it’s, it vibrates differently. And most of the bacteria and these things anyway, are of your own creation and they’re produced to heal the body and to get rid of toxins. And so DMSO will come in and just enhance that process and support that process so that things can resolve quicker. So if you do have an infection or you do have an issue, it’ll resolve the situation quicker. So your body no longer needs to make the pathogenic bacterium or fungus or whatnot to try to repair that area. But it has not no bearing on your own microbiome negatively at all. There was no science to show that. And in experience, there was no issues there that we’ve seen. But just be careful when you’re on medications that’s sort of, you know, where you have to temper it. And then you have to think about, Well, you wanna heal, so why are you taking something that’s suppressing an action of the body? What are symptoms? You know, symptoms are the body trying to heal itself and you’re just suppressing the body trying to heal itself. So think about when you’re trying to use substances, what you’re, why, what are you using it for? You trying to heal and repair the body. Well then you have to start to come off the drugs because they’re two diametrically opposed actions. You’re either gonna help the body express the toxins and release those things like just what you’re saying about the sauna, right? You’re trying to, that you’re trying to get things moved, removed that are unwanted by the body. So you have to stop poisoning the body and you have to help the mechanisms work properly. Again, that’s health rather than just suppressing, like putting. The bandaid over the engine, you know, check engine light on your car kind of thing. Yeah. You’re only gonna get in the car with that, right?

Justin: So, so awesome. Amandha Vollmer is with us, healingwithdmso.com is her website. This is episode 6 61. We got a lot of interesting questions in the chat. Amandha, do you wanna kind of jump around a little bit and take some questions there? Nope. Okay, cool. No problem. Okay, so the first one is pretty interesting here. We have one from Big Fat Mama. I love the name. Is there any connection with MSM and DMSO I’m sure you know the answer to this one already. Is Amandha familiar with Stephanie Effs work and her theory with red blood cells using sulfur to propel itself better using the sulfur charge and structured? Good question.

Audience Q&A: MSM, Antioxidants, Scars, Brain, Eyes, Veins, Hair, and Skin

Amandha: Well, that’s, there’s a lot of questions to unpack it there. Yeah. Right. Yes. So MSM is derived from DMSO. They’re buddies, they’re, they have different chemical properties, and MSM is a crystal line solid. While DMSO is in its natural state, is a liquid. And they, I do, there are protocols, actually protocols in my book where you can combine MSM with DMSO together and as a cancer protocol, for example a lot of the more controversial protocols were removed by my publisher. However, I’m going to publish privately some of the. You know, that type of information that a lot of the lawyers didn’t like, I could see why. Yeah. Yeah. And one of them is the cancer treatment, using that protocol specifically. Yeah, Senate’s work is quite interesting. I, we are electrochemical, we are electromagnetic beings and everything is run that way. Like what is, why do we even eat food? Why do we eat any of that? Why do we put anything in our bodies at all? It’s because it gets right down to electricity and the running of the cells and the communication systems inside the body. And. Yeah, Sulfur. Sulfur adds that value to the cellular communication network. Not only that, it enhances the structural integrity of the tissues themselves. There are four different amino acids that are sulfur containing two that are essential and two that are non-essential. And we need, so obviously we needed to get it from our food source or from external sources, and it will help the cells hold hands together and become more structured, like I was alluding to before, about the structure of the tree, right. Being strong. It’s what happens inside the body. So you get this network effect going on when you have enough sulfur. And incidentally, before I even found out about gm, so I was identifying in my clients that they were, many people were deficient in sulfur as one of, one of the main deficiencies. There were a handful of them, but sulfur deficiency is quite common, and I would start to give MSM to satisfy that. That in, you’ll see it in your skin, hair, nails, all the tissues start to get strong when you take msm. Same with the msm.

Justin: Yeah. It’s such, such a magical compound. Sulfur. And it’s great for oxygenation of the body and the things Bobbito wants to know, is it’s an antioxidant. Correct. That’s what his question.

Amandha: Yes. Actually, in my book, there’s a focus on reactive oxygen species and that it sequesters those which Ros’s are created when you have cell damage from chronic inflammation, for example. And it creates free radicals. And we know about free radicals running around trying to look for stability and tearing apart tissue, which eventually could lead to things like certain types of cancers and so forth and other issues, which is can compound on itself and DMSO will sequester that, those reactive oxygen species. It’s fa fantastic for that. But what’s also interesting is that it can flip and become a prooxidant, just like when you take super high doses of vitamin C. Vitamin C is an antioxidant, but if you take super high doses of vitamin C, you can actually get an oxidant effect. And oxidant effects are very. To break down damage to tissue. So you, So we see that with, say, HUD peroxide or a chlorine dioxide solution. Those are pro-oxidants and they’re used to break down tumors and all kinds of materials that need to be broken down and taken out of the body. And so it all depends. That’s why concentration is important. That’s why the state of your terrain, whether your alkaline or acidic is important to all those factors. So there’s quite a myriad of chemistry going on in the body. But really excellent question because DMSO is known. Primarily as a antioxidant. Very strong

Justin: Nice. Yeah. So what we’re gonna be doing guys, is taking questions from our YouTube account cuz otherwise it’s kind of too difficult to go back and forth cause we’re broadcasting live on two Facebook pages and a Twitter page. And so it’s just a little bit difficult for me to manage all those. So, if you were listening right now and want to ask Amandha a question come over to our YouTube channel and there should be a link if you’re watching on Facebook, there should be a link down in the description for our YouTube channel. So come and join us over there and we’ll take some questions and if you can type ’em in all caps, that would be super helpful. That way I can make sure not to miss any. I’m sure I missed some before this, but there’s another question here. I have my own thoughts about a keloid scar, but this person wants to know, is DMSO gonna help with a keloid scar?

Amandha: Absolutely. Again, so what happens with keloids? It’s like a runaway. Scar tissue production, it’s not fulfilling its loop to tell the body, We’re good, we’re done. We’ve closed the wound, we’ve healed it. It just keeps producing and producing. And DMSO is great in the sense that it will open the door for you to use other substances to control the keloid. So for example, I use things like homeopathic ths and that particular remedy, it’s a very long, convoluted name, that particular remedy. Slows the rapidity of scar tissue formation that you get in a keloid. You can take it orally, of course, but you can also dilute it in distilled water and blend it with DMSO or apply the DMSO first and then apply the second solution over top and it’ll slow down that continuation. As well, there’s a technique in acupuncture where you actually do homeo acupuncture. You dip the needles in the homeopathic substance, and if you did that with DMSO, it would be ever more powerful. And you do what’s called surround the dragon of the keloid, where you s. Put the needles around the wound to deliver the medicine right underneath because there’s a core issue. So it’ll keep producing on the top, which you can, you know, soften and so forth with DMSO and some oils and things to try to get it to calm down. But you’re really trying to go after the root of that and get that solidified and to stop the proliferation as well. You know, obviously your diet, your lifestyle factors, all these other factors are important. I definitely would take MSM sulfur as well for that. And lots of vitamin C probably do high doses of vitamin C as well. Good

Justin: Jason here says, I love this insane in the membrane, like that old song in the nineties need DMSO on the brain. And what’s interesting about that is like there’s lots of applications about using DMSO transdermally on your head, right?

Amandha: Yeah. Oh yeah. You can, again, like if you use it on the temple area, right? There’s, I make solutions for the eyes. The eyes are an extension of the brain. You can get through the brain, through the eye, right? So you can apply your 20%, 30 or 40% DMSO with saline solution in the eyes, which I do make, which is on my website, yum naturals dot com. And that one will send you forward to yummy mummy emporium.org because that’s the old site. But we’re making a nice new one and that you can use and it will go into the brain as well. You can use those drops in the ears. And usually when I’m, when I give brain protocols with DMSO,, I suggest front of the neck cause of the blood supply, back of the neck because of the brain stem and. The I only know the medical terms, but the spine itself, uhhuh and into the brain to take it up that way through some of the other solutions that are going through the spine. And then a temples so front back, the neck and temples when treating the brain. And if you can do an eye drop, then you’re going to get maximum saturation into that tissue that you’re, you know, specifically after. And it is nice because it does detox metals as well, so you will get a metal detox effect from using DMSO, and we do get light metals that are floating like aluminum tends to rise in US and go into the brain cause it’s actually not a heavy metal, it’s a light metal. And that’s where we see a lot of accumulations of aluminum inside the brain and that, so it could go after that and you can, also alternatively, take an silica, like a bentonite clay or a diatomaceous earth in conjunction with the DMSO to accelerate and enhance that grabbing nature and take it out of the body. And I always say magnesium, topical magnesium in all things, because that means your liver’s gonna function optimally to get it just out of the body without complications.

Justin: Gosh, do you have all these protocols in your book? I

Amandha: I have a majority of them. There were a lot of them taken out, but most of the really like run of the mill ones, you can use time again or are there. And I also addressed like conditions, specific health conditions and how to use that. I even have a recipe for the eye drops in the book

Justin: Oh, no way. That’s so cool. I’m gonna bring that up in just a second, but there’s a good question here. Whoops. There’s a good question here about, let me go back to it about, let me just make sure. Varicose spider, Yeah. Spider veins, varicose veins. Can it help with that do you think?

Amandha: Yeah, I actually make a specific product for that’s been very successful. It’s called DMSO Vein Tonic, and it has herbals and other, and some essentialism things together with the DMSO that can penetrate into the vein itself. I’ve had people tell me their spider veins just completely dissolve. I’ve had, I had a woman where she had little broken blood vessels all over her face and she was really embarrassed about it, and that completely cleared those little micro vessels up, which was really nice. And the varicose ones are, can be really convoluted because they’re very, There’s a lot of torsion in there, a lot of twisting, and a lot of nodding. But what I found is people find a lot of pain relief using it because they are able to, you know, when you stand on your legs too long and you get pooling and things, you get a lot of pain. A lot of even numbness cause it affects the nerves. And that product tends to relieve a lot of that pain and lessen the continual damage of that system for complete healing of those varicosities. You really need a full body protocol because this is coming from the inside. Now the as amazing as DMSO is, you gotta think that this is, it’s just not, you’re not just pop a pill and you’re magically, well this is a whole, your whole body has to be considered right. What organs are involved what your history is, what exposures you’ve had, all of these things. And so, you know, if you say, Oh, I used DMSO and it didn’t work well. That’s not that simple. You might be missing key elements that is even allowing the DMSO to do the work in the first place, right? Like if you’re low in magnesium, how are you gonna process through the liver? Like I, alluded to before, right?

Justin: . Yeah. Good question. Lots of good stuff. It’s S I T A I F U N Mac on YouTube says, are there applications for using DMSO to support healthy hair? So we had a question about hair loss and healthy hair. Are there applications for that? Do you.

Amandha: Yeah. I make a very well loved famous product called DMSO Hair Regrowth Spray because, it can grow your hair back and it leads to a luscious hair of your existing hair. So it helps that become more thick and viable and so forth. And I’ve had many people use this over the years and give me lots of feedback, which is really valuable because, you know, you wanna know your limitation on the product and you wanna know what other factors are involved in hair loss and hair growth. And there are many of course. So some people find that using DMSO on the scalp and usually I suggest between a 40 and 50% solution you can go a little bit higher, but again, you want the skin integrity to be quite well. And this is blended with horsetail. And Horsetail has the silica content, so you’re actually delivering silica and certain essential oils and with the DMSO into the hair shaft. So it will strengthen the bulb, the root of the hair. The problem is not just about getting the hair strong, it’s, there’s a blood flow consideration, which the product will help with some level of the blood flow. But then there’s a nutrient factor that has to be considered, and there’s also a hormone factor that has to be considered. And generally, when I put people on progesterone cream as well as the DMSO, when I can identify that it’s clearly a hormone issue, that’s when their hair starts to come along. When it’s alopecia or something more severe, then we have to look at absorption in the gut and fix all that stuff first before we’re going to really get the hair growing back. Because that patchiness, there’s a nervous system, There’s a dermatome problem, which means they’re, they have. Probably a vagus nerve issue or something else internally going on. Do you know what I’m saying? So people think, Oh, well, if it’s my hair or something wrong with my head and if I spray DMS on, it’ll be good. Well, sometimes yes, and I’ve had lots of people happy with it, but sometimes no, because there’s more going on in, in like male pattern baldness, for example, they have a testosterone that is turned on them and it’s from, usually from stress responses that have been run away, cortisol changing the DHT to something not quite right, and that attacks the bulb of the hair and it falls out. And so until you can get the hormones under control and that process from stopping, you’re not really gonna get, you know, you might get some strength, existing strength from the hair, but you’re not going to get full on recovery. Until you address the underlying problem.

Justin: That’s awesome. One here from YouTube way above, he is a member of our Extreme Health Academy, and I was just talking to him on Skype. We do a weekly Skype session with our members, and I was just hanging out with him this morning before the show. He has a question about, he says, Has anyone tried it to use or use it for psoriasis, rash or liver detox? Transdermally? Great question.

Amandha: Oh yeah, definitely. Absolutely, there’s protocols even where you can mix it with castor oil. A lot of people had a good success blending cast oil with DMSO to get the castor oil to absorb even more into deeper layers of tissue. Castor oil is very detoxing, DMSO is very detoxing it increases glutathione response through the liver. And when you can increase that, it’s a master antioxidant on top of the fact that you’re using another antioxidant with it. With the DMSO, you’re going to sequester or grab toxins from the blood and elsewhere to remove. And again, magnesium will aid that process and topical is the way to use it because we don’t absorb it very well through the gut. Yeah. And so using, you know, using the topically for internal persis, like I actually make a cream called Dandelion cream and lotion, dandelion lotion. And it, it’s not just dandelion, but it has all the liver supporting herbs in it so that you can actually detox your liver using a lotion. Where you put it on over the liver area or over any part of the body, because again, it’ll go where it goes and use a, So it’s like a gentle daily detox? Yeah, that’s the cream. I just made a fresh batch this morning. Nice. And and the lotion is equally popular because it has all these herbs and Yeah. So of course you Absolutely. That’s the thing that just blows my mind that we don’t have, when I go search, where are these pro, where is this stuff? I know. It’s nowhere. You’re not doing that. Yeah, it’s nowhere. I’m like, well, I guess I have to make it. I guess I have to invent it. I’m the only person that I know other than a couple of eye drops that is doing this type of thing, doing these blends?

Justin: Well, it’s so fascinating because we’ve talked to so many different people on the show and there’s so many healing options out there that people just don’t think about. Like, you’re probably familiar with, I think Dr. Jonathan Wright up in Seattle, Washington, and he was talking about using the crown of thorns, which he call, it’s basically b venom therapy. And we’ve done a number of shows on that. And applying the venom from bees directly to, you know, an area on your body that you wanna promote healing.

Audience Q&A: Cancer, IV Use, Blood Thinners, Skin Growths, and Thyroid

Justin: But like, you don’t learn about, you know, b venom therapy or DMSO or any of this kind of stuff on the news or mainstream. But like the fact that you can combine something so powerful like DMSO with other substances that are so powerful. I think in a week or so we’re gonna do an entire show on castor oil. And the fact that you can combine these things, I mean, there’s a whole lot of potential for amazing products, but also amazing healing for people, right.

Amandha: Oh yeah. I mean, it’s endless, really. And there’s so much to know, really. It’s just, to me it was exciting because it was something that was still blossoming because of the history and the suppression and the misinformation, whatever. And that, it just wasn’t, I, it hasn’t, hadn’t flowered yet. Just like all of the things coming to light now. There’s such, we’re in such an awakening, really, and there’s things that we’ve just, that have been hidden from us for a long time, but now it’s coming to light and it’s no different with DMSO. We’re just seeing that we’ve missed out on a lot. With this substance. And we have also a lot of science that’s showing that it. Deliver things deep into the tissue. So, you know, if the medical establishment were freed up from the deep control of its pharmaceutical cartel, then they would be free to even in their suppressive ideologies, which I don’t condone, but even in their world, they could still bring in DMSO in like cancer therapies because they could nix it with chemo and they could drop that down the amount of chemo, which is a poison that they’re giving the patient so that they don’t have as much as many side effects of that treatment so that they have a greater likelihood of not getting secondary cancers from the chemo, not dying from the treatment itself, right? they could be employing it with the medicines they’re already using to lessen the amount of drugs that they’re giving the patient. But see, that’s not the. Of that industry. The goal is more give them more drugs. Sell them more product. Yeah. Right. It’s become about, it’s a business model. It’s not about healthcare. Right. So if we can get, recapture that, if it’s possible, then we could start to, you know, get more integrative with the medicine and start to gently move over into this understanding, because I think that’s the only way we’re gonna really transform either that whole system falls or it has to be a nice gradual transformation. Awareness. Otherwise it’s just gonna be the same cartel saying, No, we don’t, we hate it because it’s a competition. Right.

Justin: Yeah. I hear you. Now, I, we’ve got a lot of, a lot more questions. We’ll take a few more. We’ll try to go rapid fire on some of these so that you aren’t spending all day with us. But one quick question before we get to more listener questions. It has been used as a traditional cancer therapy in places around the world, not in the usa of course. But they use it through iv. Right. And how does this work and what is it doing when you use it? I, in an IV fashion,

Amandha: Well, you’re getting more direct action, right? Because you’re now, So once the DMSO goes through the skin, it’s being used as it goes. So as it goes, it’s being used through someone at the door here. Oh, sorry. So it’s being utilized all the way through. And so by the time you get to say what you’re after, you might not have the concentration and the depth that you really want. Right? But if you want to then go bypass that with an injection or an IV or what, these types of things, then you can get more direct action, more intensive action on that particular, whatever you’re trying to do. So there, and then you can use less of the substance and so forth. So there’s all, I remember I bought every, I bought all the DMSO books. I got my advance from the publisher and I literally bought every English speaking. Book I can get my hands on. And one of them was a translation, the German, and it was it was for doctors and it was all about different injections, how to do your own injections, all of that stuff, which I had it in the book. They wouldn’t let me talk about injections in the book. But it was fascinating because they were having amazing success with severe things like, like down syndrome, I mean, to turn around Down syndrome. That’s genetic. Now we’re talking like, that’s big, right? And Stanley Jacob had a lot of success treating downs and just through eating, ingesting it, not even injection different applications for animals because actually a lot of people have pets and horses and things. They know, they’ve been using DMSO in the race, horses, sports medicine. They’ve been using DMSO. They have their little secrets, their little pockets of it, right? So they already know about that., micro injections, these kinds of things. It can transform skin care, could transform the aging community. I mean, it’s, imagine you go for facial, right? And you get micro under, just underneath the skin, say a 20% injection of DMSO. I mean, that’s your facelift right there. I mean,, that’s incredible. Need Botox anymore?

Justin: You know? My goodness. It’s just so incredible. The amount of uses John wants to know. He has asthma. We can’t give medical advice just so everyone knows, but he says he has asthma and his own blood thinners. Can I nebulize, DMSO? Can I use 25% DMSO topically while on blood thinners for back pain?

Amandha: That’s, you gotta be really super careful with that because they have, there’s an additive effect because DMSO thins the blood as well. And so they both do that. And you don’t wanna blend. Similar actions together like that. So I recommend, if you want to say, use an alternative to a blood thinner. Like if you wanna use DMSO as your blood thinner, then you need to tell your doctor and you know, ask them to say, I wanna start to go incrementally down off the blood thinner. And then you can incrementally go up on the DMSO, but you really shouldn’t just throw it in there because you don’t wanna go through heavy detox. You don’t wanna have a prob clotting issue or any of that stuff. You gotta be very aware and go very slow and work with your doctor on getting off that drug in a proper manner. Because some, you can’t just stop some, you have to go really slow off of it. Right? So you have to know, that’s why I wrote the book as well. Cause you gotta know, you have to know what you’re doing. So don’t just throw it here, throw it there. Understand if you’re on a medication, you’re in a danger zone. And so you work with a pharmacist, sometimes you can’t get your doctor, but pharmacists will know exactly how to deal with that, how to come slowly or come down to the next level of the drug. And then you can slowly start to incrementally do that. Also with asthma, I would make sure you go see a good chiropractor because sometimes asthma is not the lung tissue. Internally itself, it’s the spins processes that innovate the diaphragm and the lungs themselves on the external that causes the asthma problem. So like dr. Bergman on your show, and he always talks about C3 four and five, keeps the lungs alive and that kind of thing.,you gotta adjust the neck, the cervical spine.

Justin: Sun Cook wants to know, would DMSO and castor oil be a good for hard moles on the skin. Yeah,

Amandha: Absolutely. I would also think about apple cider vinegar with DMSO for those. Oh, interesting.

Justin: Yeah, that would help. What about again, this is my question and I know we cannot give medical advice, but if someone had some extra cells growing on their skin would this be something that you could use by itself on those extra cells on the skin or would this be something that you could combine with something further for something like that?

Amandha: Yeah, both. Understand what it is you’re dealing with and make sure that you’re thinking holistically. So it’s not just why is the skin doing that? It’s cuz if there’s anything on the skin, you have to treat the liver. The liver is the governor of the. If you have issues, skin issues, and you’ve dealt with nutritional deficiencies, so you’re not in it, you’re eating well and you’re getting enough sulfur and you’re getting enough vitamin C and all the things that would take care of tissues, then you have to address what’s go, what’s congested in my liver. That’s not governing the skin appropriately. The skin is called the Wei Qi in Chinese medicine. And it’s basically another, it’s your protective layer. It’s your actually your part of your functional defense system. And if you’re not taking care of your assimilation processes through your liver and your detox processes, then it’s gonna suffer, right? It’s like the skin is important, but not as important as the heart and elimination and of stool and all of these things, right? So that everything is prioritized in the body. So it make sure you address the entire system, right? And yes, topical, like I mentioned about the keloid, similar idea, right? Where you’re really trying to assist that tissue to repair properly. And there’s different salves and different other things that you can combine with that. Like the black sab, the true black salve is an escar and that’s typically has DMSO in it as a huge component. Yeah.

Justin: Yeah. I’ve used the black salve for different skin sort of moles and things like that. It works great. Works great. Yeah. WC says, excited to see Amandha here. She is a queen. That’s so cool. You got a big fan base. This is really cool. Yeah. You’re helping a lot of people out there. This is great. Let’s see if I can get one more question here for you have so many questions. This is so great. Okay, so this one’s interesting. How about on the thyroid to heal scar tissue from autoimmune disease?

Amandha: Oh yeah, absolutely. Bar none. Yeah. Get it on there. Blend it with iodine if you wanna take it through. In my book, I talk about my own thyroid story with DMSO. It was one of my earlier uses of it. What’s fascinating is it will determine the toxicity and it will use whatever root needs to come out. So if it’s easy for the DMSO to open a little hole and get stuff, It will do that. If it’s easier for it to process and dig, dissolve it through the gastrointestinal system, it’ll do that, whatever. But for myself, I had over my thyroid, we have four glands. They’re parathyroids. They sit on the gland, and I must have had a toxicity. I have my own health issues from being vaccine damaged and that sort of things. And it opened a little port over the parathyroid and it just started to exude all this material for about a week. Wow. And I just kept, instead of reacting, saying, Oh, I shouldn’t do That’s bad. I went, Oh, that’s good. Because it’s getting rid of something. And actually kept applying it. Kept applying it, and then it finished its process and there was a little red bump there for a little bit. And I just kept using the DMSO and it completely healed. No scar tissue, couldn’t tell at all that happened. Wow. So definitely you want to use it to rehabilitate the gland. To get nutrition, proper nutrition inside the tissues. Yeah. For those types of things. It’s marvelous. Yeah, absolutely.

Healing with DMSO Book, Recipes, Holistic Healing, and Skin Reactions

Justin: So let me show people your book once again cuz you have some cool things here and I want to give people the option of getting your, this book. And so what I like to tell people is that, you know, it’s through knowledge that fear eradicates, you know, like there’s a famous verse in the Bible that says, I think it says something like, my people perish for a lack of knowledge, you know, and this is. Culture and mainstream is able to control people is through fear and through lack of education. So when you understand there’s solutions for things, you’re not as fearful. And so this is one of these things that we should all learn about. And this is, I just wanna show her book healing with DMSO for those that are interested it’s available on Amazon, you can buy it at healingwithdmso.com. And Amandha, just talk a little bit about, briefly about what people can find there, and I’ll show it on the screen as well. Well, that’s a

Amandha: Well, that’s a dedicated website to the book for those who just want to purchase one or a few books. And I sign every book. And then there’s inscription if you want a specific inscription. It’s got a little bit of details of the chapters, what to expect. I also do have it on. Website yummy mummy emporium.org or yum naturals.com because some people say, Well, I wanna buy the book, but I also wanna buy your facelift in a jar, Your Danny Line cream or whatever. So can I buy it together? It’s there too. And it’s easy to read, which is nice. So it’s not gonna be like a laborsome book where just try, you know, trying to understand the language. Basically. I wrote it all, scientific language,, and then. And then we, they kept saying, Okay, now describe what that is. Describe what that is, Describe what that is. So the lingo is there, but also the layman understanding is there. So that’s what’s exciting about like an easy to read book, but it’s, you’re still learning because you’re getting that knowledge of what these terms are and things. The science behind it. Right. So it’s yeah, it’s very helpful and I’m really glad that it turned out the way that it did and I’m glad I did fight the process cause I really wanted a scientific geeky book, but I’m glad I let the publisher talk me into simplifying everything now.

Justin: Yeah, I hear that. I hear that. That’s so cool. But there’s so many things you have on your site, like colloidal silver essential oils, and these things can all be used in combination with DMSO. So, that’s so cool. So in your book you tell people how to do or make some of these recipes and kind of the how-to of a lot of this stuff.

Amandha: Yeah, exactly. Actually when I researched it, I realized there was no how to book. I mean, there were books that had protocols for certain conditions generally. So, and, but there was no real book saying, Here’s a recipe, here’s how to make it, here’s the vessel to use specifics. Right. And that’s what’s unique about the book. It has. The, obviously the history and the details and the safety considerations and helps you get confident. But then in walks through protocols in certain conditions. Not every condition in the world, because again, the public wouldn’t allow that, but good amount of it where you get the idea of it. And then the recipes, you know, recipes where you can do stuff at home. I have people telling me they, they made their own face cream, they made their own, you know, elixir, whatever. And they’re feeling comfortable with how to begin doing that. And also how to start so that they don’t overwhelm their systems and do things, you know, where you do test patches to make sure and all these kinds of smart ways. Cuz you’re right, knowledge is power. And once you have that knowledge, now you can start to think through it and say, Well this is the, this is common sense. This is how the body works. Body wants to detox the body wants to, you know, heal itself. It’s natural. You cut your finger, your body’s gonna heal the finger. Same on the inside. You have an issue, the body’s gonna wanna heal it. It just, it’s like I always do the analogy of like a construction site. You have your workers there standing around, but if you don’t give them the materials to build the building or fix the road or whatever, nothing’s going to get done. Equally, if they have to tear down the old road or tear down the old building to get the new structure that all that waste has to be moved out of the way the debris is to go, or you have nothing to build on. Right. And that’s exactly the body’s processes. So if you can simplify it in your mind and say a body has to get rid of waste and all the debris so it can remake tissues and it needs all the tools and all the elements to, to do that properly. Right now you’ve got healing. And other than that, you’ve got the blocks, as I call them. So like emotional blocks, mental blocks, other sorts of blocks where you get in your own way. You know, it’s like you’ve got your workers, but they’re just they’re depressed or they’re just sitting around. Right., they’re not working. That kind of idea. Right. So once, so I notice if people aren’t healing. When you start to apply these things, then we go deeper and we go, Well, where’s the block? You know, where’s the block in your mind? Where’s the block in your emotional body? You know? And that’s why also I like to do the reiki and everything, because it clears up a lot of that stuff. Or do just clear up the meridians because we’re energy beings. We have all these meridians, they’ve mapped the, all the acupuncture meridians have been seen visually and mapped. They are real. They’re not just hypothetical or some sort of idea. They exist physically in our bodies. Wow. And if those meridians are gummed up or blocked, you’re gonna have a problem. You’re gonna, that’s a true block. You’re, how are you gonna get the materials from A to B if you’ve got a traffic jam, right? So there’s all kinds of things to clear that up as well. So there’s, But if you understand the basis, then you can take the fundamentals and you can run with them, and then you go, Oh, well there must be a block. I’ll clear it up.

Justin: One final question from me. I use a little vitamin E oil if it’s kind of burns or stings a little bit. Cuz if you apply too much as you know and most people know that have used it, it’ll kind of, you know, make your skin a little irritated and itchy and stuff like that. Is vitamin E a good substance to use with it if in case that happens? Or what do you do about that? About the itching?

Amandha: Yeah. Well, Aloe is typically used and you’ll see formulations, like, for example, I sell a gel and it’s a aloe gel with DMSO because the DMSO is heat producing and the allo is cooling. So you’ve got sort of a synergy there where you’re heating up as you go, but you’ve got the cooling coming behind it. Vitamin E is excellent because it’s nourishes the skin. It’ll accelerate the healing of that and it’ll probably lessen some of the itching. And yeah, whatever works, whatever will accelerate the skin to repair is really what you’re after. So if you use, you can use a vitamin C. Sav I make a jewelweed Sav. That would work. You can use calendula. There’s lots of things that you could put on the skin to say, Hey, calm down now. You know, you had to run through, but now relax. Right. That sort of idea. So anything that would be cooling, nourishing tempering to the skin. Totally. Work and vitamin. He’s great

Justin: Cool. Cool. Well, Amandha, thanks so much for being on. Like, it was so cool to learn about, more about DMSO So we’ve done 600, this is, let’s see, 6 61 and I don’t think we’ve ever done a show. I’ve been using this stuff for years and we’ve never done a show on it. So it’s super cool to have you on.

Closing Conversation: Natural Products, COVID-Era Discussion, and Sign-Off

Amandha: Fantastic. That’s been really fun. I really like your interview style. We can flow with a lot of topics and I really appreciate the time and yeah, it was really fun.,

Justin: You know, it’s funny is the, before we kind of diverted, I think we diverted around 17 minutes into DMSO, but we started off talking about, you know, recall healing and spiritual, emotional stuff. And man, I can talk with people all day about that. And so maybe we’ll have to do some more shows if you’re interested in coming on again, it’d be fun to, you know, I know you’re into so many other things too, so that would be really fun.

Amandha: Oh, absolutely. I can talk forever. I never have issue with that. It’s exciting for me because we wanna, we’re in this era now where we have to get this figured out, we have to know, right? And so the more I can share, the more I can tell you how to do it. That’s my purpose and my passion. So yeah, I’d love to do more shows.

Justin: Absolutely. Awesome. Okay, cool. Well, I’ll send you, you know, a link and you can schedule out in the future. But thanks so much. Are, what are you gonna do? Are you gonna do anything fun rest of today?

Amandha: Fun. No. Yeah, well, I have a lot going on. I make over 150 natural remedies, so I’m always formulating and making, but I made, I love making cold processed soap. That’s my new passion. And so I just made a soap last night and for the first time I made a blue soap because I got this beautiful indigo, it’s like indigo plant. So I only use natural dives and natural things in my soaps. And so I finally made a blue soap. It’s been a while, so I’m excited to cut it because it’s like this. It’s just such a sensual process making so competitive. It’s very feminine and very it’s just, I love it. So I’m gonna, I’m gonna do that tonight. I’m looking forward to that. Cool.

Justin: That’s awesome. That’s so great. So you have, so you’re in your store now. Is that your location where you are in Ontario, Canada? Yep. That’s right. Yeah. That’s cool. And so are you, do you have to wear a mask and what’s the deal with all that going on there? Do you have to do any of that?

Amandha: No, never. I mean, the thing, well I’m in Canada and I, you know, I’m very vocal about this whole pandemic and I have a lot of videos on it and a lot of exposures and things. Mask is like, you know, it’s purposeless, it’s actually damaging. It makes no sense. None of the things that we’re being told make any sense for actual health actual. Truth, science, anything. It’s all just a psychological exercise. All of it., how many people will just nod and do what they’re told rather than actually think and understand and do research. Right. So I think it’s a grand test that our handlers have given us. Yes. To say how many will just blindly follow rather than think, Hey, wait a second, carbon dioxide is my waste. Why am I rebreathing that with a mask? How is that actually helping my health to rebreathe my own toxic output? Right. Just that alone should be top of mind question, how is that going to help my lungs, which apparently is supposed to be a lung issue. How is that helpful to my lungs? You know, they want you scared of the unseen. They want you scared of something you can’t verify, and they use fear to rule and control, and that’s all. That’s what this is. So the masks. We’ll never even stop a particle of that size. Even. Like, it doesn’t make any sense if you, if there was such a thing floating around waiting to kill you, it would go right through the mask. So, so what’s this pro, What’s this about? You know, it’s about gagging people and shutting people up and controlling people and taking away their rights based on this thing. You can never verify, Right? This is their agenda. They’ve been, they’re moving it forward just every day as fast as they can until we wake up and stop them. Right? And so the more we can realize that you don’t just agree with what you think the dictate is because they’re, that’s exactly what’s, people are just watching the television. They’re succumbing to brainwashing and they’re allowing themselves to follow along with the herd mentality. And it’s an opportunity to awaken. That’s what this is. We’re being presented with the opportunity. Do you want to stay asleep or do you want to wake up? Because now’s the time we’ve offered you this many times throughout the years, but now is the final time yep. Would you like to wake up or not? Because there’s loads of information out there. My friend Dr. Andy Kaman talks a lot about this as well, and we are teaming up to do some work together, and I’m gonna be interviewing him soon as well. And he has a great set of videos on why he would never wanna wear a mask, why it makes absolutely no scientific logic or physical. So you can go look that up if you want all the science and details of those, that information.

Justin: So you are speaking my language, Amandha. That’s awesome. I agree with everything you just said. And you will get no censorship here, just to let you know. Unlike your publisher,. Yes.

Amandha: And Facebook and any other places.

Justin: Oh my gosh, Right? Yeah. So, man I appreciate your time and and your energy today. I will send you a link to this show as soon as it’s done. And I’ll send you also another link to, let’s do another show. It’ll be a lot of fun.

Amandha: Perfect. Sounds fantastic. Thanks so much Justin. It was great. Had a good time and we’ll do it again soon.

Justin: Awesome. Thanks Amandha. I’ll talk. All right, bye. Okay, bye bye. All right guys. There you go. Amandha Vollmer. I hope you enjoyed the show. I have got a few things that I would like to talk with you about. It’s kind of fun cuz after the show we get to sort of, it’s like when you’re in a group of people, you know, and you’re just hanging out and then one person leaves and then you get to all talk about the person that left, right

Extreme Health Radio After-Show: Chaga, Rebounding, and DMSO Reflections

Justin: So that’s kind of how this little after show is. So I’ve got a couple minutes before I have to go home and help Kate with the kids. So I thought I’d just hang out with you for a couple minutes and get your thoughts on things and I can share a couple ideas I have about the show. And I’m curious what you think about what she said and what your thoughts are about everything that she mentioned. Before that though, let me just share with you a couple things that I want to bring up about. These medicines that like, you’re not gonna hear about these types of medicines anywhere on the mainstream news. You’re just not gonna hear about it and check this out. Here’s Chaga Mushroom and this is something that you can get for what they’re calling the second wave of this virus. I think the whole thing’s a sham myself, but these are ways you can naturally enhance and boost your immune system. Chaga Mushroom from Surthrival, and this is one of my go-tos here’s what Daniel Vitalis has to say about this. Of course.

Guest Clip: At Surthrival we do dual extractions with our Chaga extracting the Chaga both. In organic alcohol, but also in hot water to provide both the alcohol soluble fraction and the water soluble fraction. Now that water soluble fraction really goes to work on modulating the immune system, and it does that in several ways. It certainly seems to educate, if you will, white blood cells on how to scavenge the blood better for pathogens and for cancer cells. It also seems to promote cancer cells killing themselves, so it promotes apoptosis in neoplastic tissues. It also slows the growth of neoplastic, which means it, it starts to slow down how quickly a tumor can grow, and then it cytotoxic to cancer cells as well. So then it also poisons cancer cells while supporting the health of our healthy tissue. In addition to that, it also has some activity as an anti-diabetic, so it helps to lower blood glucose.

Justin: Yeah, guys, this stuff is just really amazing. Chaga is known as like the king of the mushrooms and Reishi is known as the queen of mushrooms. And I invite you guys to start learning about herbs, start learning about essential oils, start learning about substances like DMSO, castor oil. These are substances that you can procure from nature and purchase very cheaply. And some of these other supplements like Chaga is something you can go out and hunt and sort of forage on your own. Or you could just buy a pre-made tinture that’s dual extraction. Like this thing from So thri, I just invite you guys to start learning about herbs and herbalism and mushrooms and these different types of substances that I think are extremely beneficial for our health. And I think that it’s really important to start learning about these types of things and check this out. So here is, we mentioned a little bit ago about jumping up and down on a rebounder, and I used to think that. Jumping up and down was just this kind of crazy weird thing that Jane Fonda would do and the workout videos, 1970, you know, with her leg warmers on and all that kind of stuff. But understanding that jumping up and down on a minit tramp lane, improves your bone dancing. Improves your micro circulation. And what it does mostly is it helps the lymphatic system, your lymphatic fluid. You have more lymphatic fluid in your body than you do blood. So that should tell you something, right? So whenever you’re sick, The first place a doctor will check is like you’re groin, your armpits, your neck, your lymph nodes, right, to see if you’re sick because those will swell and those lymph nodes are protecting the internal organs of your body, right? So if you get like a like a cut on your hand that’s got some sort of infection on it and a thing really gets bad, the poisons from that cut are gonna be sequestered in your lymph nodes and your armpit to protect your internal organs from that. But the problem with the lymphatic system is that it’s filled with one way valves, right? But it doesn’t have a mechanism for opening and closing unless you do manual stimulation. And this is what jumping up and down on a mini trampoline like a pecon does. And here is a little clip from Dr. Lloyd Jenkins from the Budwig Institute in Spain, I believe, and how he uses it with cancer. But like I said, we can’t make any claims, but here’s what Dr. Lloyd had to say about that. On the flip side of that, you have to have some sort of. A way of mitigating the stress that’s in our life. Right? So you have to have some kind of exercise. What kind of exercises do you recommend there at the Budwood Center? Well,

Guest Clip: Every room is equipped with a rebounder or a mini trampoline, so we really believe in the little mini trampoline. I noticed you’re advertising that just recently on your program. We feel that’s one of the safest, most gentle and effective lymphatic cleansing things that people can do. They’re not expensive, really, and they can just do a few minutes, maybe two or three times a day. So lymphatic drainage using the rebounder is very important. Someone who has advanced cancer, we just have the, mostly do the trampoline and they can even sit on the trampoline if they have to bounce up and down, but some kind of exercise to keep the limb system moving and so that they don’t just because if you don’t do anything, your body just wears out.

Justin: The body has to work, the heart has to pump. Yeah, my friends. So this is one of those great ways to sort of manually stimulate your lymph system, right? So what I like to do is I like to jump up and down on this mini trampoline, and I usually go for about 30 minutes. And I do it in the sun for full spectrum UV light from the sun, impacting our photo receptors in our skin and in our eyes to impact my hormone health. But I do it in the sun, fresh air. Fresh, you know, just being in the sun exposed as much as possible. And then what I’ll do is jump in the sauna after that to detoxify all of these sort of heavy metals outta my body, outta my fat cells. It’s just a great device. That’s the relax, or this is the. Pelican Rebounder. So what’s cool about it is it use uses like little bungee ropes and not springs. I don’t know if you guys have jumped on those ones with springs, but they’re really loud. The springs break it’s no good. So these things, if you’re worried about like your balance or anything like that, if you’re worried about that they come with different things. Attachments, you can get to make sure you can hold onto something for balance. The legs fold up so you can buy one and store it underneath your bed. It’s silent. So if you’re worried about doing it in the same room where your child’s sleeping or something like that there’s no squeaking. It’s uses these flexy bungee ropes. So this is just a really cool thing that I used for about seven, eight years now, and I just, I highly recommend. Getting one of these devices and that way you can use it at home and combine it with sauna therapy and some of these other substances to further enhance your health. So I’m curious what you guys think about, Oh, by the way, all of these products can be found@biochargeme.com. If you’re on YouTube or Facebook, you can go down to the description. There’s links for all these down below there. And then there’s also links@extremehealthradio.com/661. If you’re listening on a podcast version. All right guys, So what did you think about Amandha? Did you like. Did you like what she was talking about? I really liked, obviously I like her work because we had her on, but I’m curious someone mentioned earlier on that they used it for bursitis and couldn’t, didn’t really get much relief. I used it, I remember using DMSO myself. I tore my acl, so I was training Jiujitsu back in 2008, and I tore my acl. I was helping a guy train for a tournament, and and my knee just buckled. They went the wrong way. And so, it swelled up. I knew I tore my acl, so the first thing I did was I came home and put dms and I kept putting it on for hours and hours, and I feel like it really helped. DMSO is an incredible substance, guys, and it’s really important to understand like how you can use these things in your life. Yeah, so I hope you guys enjoyed the show. We’ve got some cool shows coming up here. Don’t forget to go to her website, healingwithdmso.com. There should be a link in the description as well and pick up her book cuz that’s I’d like supporting good people doing good work like that. So next Friday we’re gonna have George Wiseman on the show. We’re gonna do two shows, two Fridays dedicated to molecular hydrogen. So we will be talking with him about brown’s gas and how you can use hydrogen. See, this is the funny thing, right? Like, you’re not gonna go on the news and you’re not gonna hear about hydrogen and how it’s the world’s smallest antioxidant known the man and how it can help just about any. Chronic disease that ails any water-based life form. Like, you’re not gonna hear about that because they don’t want you to know that there are substances out there like DMSO, like hydrogen like all these other things that can radically improve your health. You know, thank God for a podcast like this and other people because doing, you know, getting the word out there that there are these options for healing. Right? Next Friday, July 3rd, we’re gonna talk with Tyler LeBaron. He’s head of the Molecular Hydrogen Institute, so we’ll talk to him further about molecular hydrogen. So that’ll be really cool. And on Friday we’ll talk to Dr. Michelle Lamas Schrader about recall healing. That’ll be a fun show.

Extreme Health Radio After-Show: Root Cause, Environment, Education, and Closing

Justin: And if you guys have, are not familiar with recall healing, in my opinion all disease. It starts at a non-physical level, whether it’s trauma, emotional upheaval anger, resentment, these types of things. This is where disease begins, is in these emotional spiritual levels because this is what’s running our body and our systems, and this is what’s causing our cells and our DNA to to operate the way it does, right? Because it’s not like you can take a, a medication to lower your blood pressure, but what you’re doing when you’re doing that is you’re lowering an artificial number. When you do that, you’re lowering an artificial number that they tell you is what your blood pressure is, right? So you can artificially manipulate that through pharmaceutical poison. But the problem is that number goes down, but that number isn’t indicative of the overall disease and the underlying disease process that number represents. So you’re basically like watching, it’s like watching a sports game. And if you’re able to manipulate the screen, for example, like if you’re the one putting the stats on the screen and the basketball game just started and the score is 10 to 10, it would be the equivalent of you just manipulating the number that comes on the screen and says the score is 100 to 90. It doesn’t mean that the game actually is still in the first few minutes and there’s no way that any team could have scored a hundred points in two minutes. It doesn’t. Lowering these numbers artificially has nothing to do with the underlying disease process. And so what you’re doing by doing that and people think, Oh, I lowered my blood pressure cuz I lowered these numbers, right? So in my opinion, all disease has a spiritual emotional component to it. And it’s these processes that are actually controlling the disease process in your body. And recall, healing to me is one of the most fascinating ways of looking at health and healing because like Amandha’s very familiar and done a lot of work with German new medicine, which is kind of based on recall healing. And this idea that the brain, like for example in recall healing, a tumor is not the disease. A tumor is a manifestations of the body healing itself. And so, or a heart attack is not, People don’t die from heart attacks, they die from healing too quickly. And so this sort of flies in the face of conventional, even natural medicine because one of the problems that I have even with natural pathic doctors is that they’re treating conditions. By labeling them and saying that you have this affliction and we’re gonna lower your blood pressure. But there’s so much more going on a spiritual, emotional level that unless you get to the root cause of what’s ailing you, you know, taking an herb, although better than taking a pharmaceutical, is still not getting to the root cause of why your body’s operating in a weird way like this. Like why is your body doing this? And so that to me is the deepest level of healing that you can get to. And if you can get to that level, if you can start working on the, that kind of spiritual emotional level, then the need for these other external exogenous herbs and things like this goes down because you’re getting to the root cause of why your body’s operating the way it is operating. Because you know, it’s not as if someone lacks Tylenol and that’s why they have a headache. Right? Or maybe they lack white willow bark and that’s why they have a headache. Yeah. White willow bark is better to take than Tylenol for a headache, but. Why is your head hurting? That’s the real root cause of what’s going on. So recall healing, we’ve done a number of shows on it, and it’s one of the most fascinating, I think, aspects of health because how is it that coming to an understanding, a deep, visceral understanding of a revelation that you might have about your relationship to somebody in your family line can actually remove and heal someone without doing any herbs, without changing their diet? I mean, this, these are the kinds of things that are happening on this level. So it’s really important to understand it. Like, yes, we can heal and work on multiple levels, and it’s like, Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt talks about the five layers of health, right? There’s multiple levels and multiple layers. And so the first level to start with, in my opinion, is emotional, spiritual, next level down to start with, in my opinion. Is the environmental impact of non-native EMF biophotons and how light impacts our mitochondrial health. And when you figure out how to optimize your mitochondrial health through mitigating damaging light and increasing your bioavailable copper and your magnesium levels, you’re working at like almost a photonic level. It’s a physical, but it’s also kind of spiritual. And so this light piece is one of the most important. It’s also called non-native emf, and that is like dirty electricity from your walls. That is what else? Wireless radiation, 5G technology, EMF being emitted from just wires and cords and your neighbor’s cell phone router blue light toxicity. All these things impact our mitochondria. And so that’s the first place to start on the physical level. And so through working with minerals, And working with light, that would be the first place I’d start on a physical level. And then you can build your foundation and change your environment and change your health practices. And then you can get into like different aspects of herbs and healing and things like that. But I think it’s, you wanna start in the areas of your health that’s gonna move the needle the most. And in my opinion, it’s the spiritual emotional and then it’s lightwater, magnetism and minerals. You start there and you’re gonna radically improve your health, and that means altering your environment. That means creating an environment in which it facilitates your body changing and moving towards health instead of breaking you down day by day. And so, All that to say, we have Dr. Michelle Lamas Schrader coming on July 10th, and we have Jason Christoff talking about self-sabotage, mind control, how to rise up and to fulfill your full potential. That’s gonna be a fun one. And then our friend Matt Blackburn’s gonna be on the show for round number three. That’s gonna be a lot of fun. Big fan of him and his work. We have many of his products, his model life products in our store. If you guys wanna support our work there’s a coupon code, I think ehr. For a discount if you guys wanna support our work and also support Matt’s work. He’s got really great vitamin K two product vitamin E oil, which helps to lower poly inated fatty acids in the body. Two different digestive enzymes, actually three, if you count the the gluten one as well. And he’s just got some really great stuff that he’s working on over at my life. So we like supporting him. I take all of his products, love his stuff. Then Friday we’re gonna have July 31st, we’re gonna have Dr. Andrew Kaufman on the show. We had to reschedule with him. We were gonna have him on last week, but we had a scheduling issue with him. So anyway, I hope you guys enjoyed this show. Lot of cool stuff and my sort of. Declaration, What should I call it? My sort of message to you is to do what Amandha was saying, and that is to empower yourself with knowledge, learn about stuff. So what I do is I listen to tons of podcasts, all kinds of different podcasts, mostly about health. I’d say 90% of about health, but other podcasts as well. And just learn when you’re driving. Like Jim Rh said, Turn your car into a mobile univers. You know, start learning because with learning comes empowerment. When you’re empowered, you can’t be fearful. If you’re not fearful, you can’t be manipulated. And if you can’t be manipulated, you can’t be controlled, right? So all of this rides on how much information, you know, and in the world of information, being ignorant is just a choice, right? We can, right now, until things change, we can still search anything we want on the internet and find out about substances like DMSO we’re gonna do a show about cast oil, like cast oil, and how you can use these in your daily life to prevent disease and to never get sick. And that’s really what we’re all about here. So I hope you guys enjoyed the show. There’s a lot of fun having Amandha on. We’re gonna have her on again and talk with her about different substances. Yeah. And so what we do inside the Extreme Health Academy, come and join us in there, guys. Like I’m telling you guys, it is the. Amazing place. We have weekly live Zoom meetings. We’re gonna take your health and turn it around. We’re gonna give you all the support, encouragement, motivation, protocols and tools and inspiration you need to turn your health around. Episode 6 61 is in the books. I hope you enjoyed it. Pass it along to your friends. If you want access to any of the links we talked about, everything will be available@extremehealthradio.com/661.
