I have a health question for Amandha. Where should I ask it?

As an active member of the Yummy Doctor community, you have several options to find answers to your health questions from Amandha.

1. Member’s Library: Start by exploring Amandha’s comprehensive Library of Health Conditions, which includes her recommendations for a wide range of topics. Your question might already be covered there.

2. Videos and Articles: You may also want to browse Amandha’s extensive collection of videos and articles, which are easily searchable by keywords (e.g., “autism,” “shingles,” etc.).

3. LIVE Q&A Sessions: If you still can’t find the information you need, you can join Amandha’s private LIVE Q&A sessions on Thursdays at 6:30 PM Eastern. During these sessions, you can ask her your question directly. Please note that an Advanced or Premium Membership is required to attend the weekly LIVE webinars.

HOW DO I GET NOTIFIED WHEN AMANDHA IS GOING LIVE?

You will get a notification within the website but you can also setup to receive email notifications. For this go to Account Settings and Notification Settings.

WHERE CAN I WATCH THE LIVE VIDEO REPLAYS?

HOW DO I BUY A COURSE / PROTOCOL?

First you will need to have an active membership before you will be able to purchase a course or protocol. Please refer to the Memberships section of this FAQ for further information.

Then you can go to Shop to browse through the catalog of courses / protocols available.

Once you have purchased the Course or Protocol visit “My Courses” section in your menu.

How do I Cancel my Membership?

5) The membership will be cancelled at expiration date and you can check status under My Subscription / Membership

What is your Refund Policy?

Once you have bought a membership, you can cancel it or downgrade it at anytime. At the expiration date it will either stop or renew under the new conditions. A fully paid membership is not refundable.

How do I See my Messages?

Click on the little inbox icon on the top right hand side (next to your profile name).

What Size should be my Profile Photo?

For best results, upload an image that is 300px by 300px or larger.

What Size Should be my Cover Photo?

For best results, upload an image that is 1950px by 450px or larger.

Groups

How do Groups Work

How do I Join a Group?

There are two types of groups:

  1. All Members Groups
  2. Private Groups

The first type of groups are available to all paying members. To join, just click on All Groups in the left hand side menu and click on Request Access.

The second ones are availalbe to those who have purchased the relevant Course and/or Protocol. To join, ensure to first purchase the Course/Protocol, identify the Private Group and provide your order # when requesting access. Please follow the instructions mentioned in the group description.

Can I Create a Group for my Friends/Family?

No. Only Amandha and her staff can create new groups. However, feel free to share your ideas of new groups to her via the Main Chat Group – For All Members.

How to Buy them and get Support

How do I Buy a Course / Protocol?

First you will need to have an active membership before you will be able to purchase a course or protocol. Please refer to the Memberships section of this FAQ for further information.

Then you can go to Shop to browse through the catalog of courses / protocols available:

Once you have purchased the Course or Protocol visit “My Courses” section in your menu. 

Where can I ask my Questions about a Specific Course / Protocol?

You will be able to ask your questions in the Private Group for each Course / Protocols. Amandha will either answer them personnaly or via her staff. She might also create LIVE Zoom events for members who have bought a specific Course / Protocol to join and ask questions.

Where can I Ask Questions about the Products Sold in the Bundles?

Please ask your question(s) in the relevant Private Group.

I am Stuck and cannot Complete the Course, how do I Move to the Quiz section?

Make sure to review and complete each topic and lesson by clicking on the button “Mark Complete”.

What is your refund policy?

Courses are non-refundable. Upon purchase, members gain immediate access to the course materials, which include digital content, product bundle discounts and a dedicated private group for support. This instant access is designed to provide members with a seamless learning experience. Our non-refundable policy is in place to ensure consistency and fairness for all members.
