What Is Cancer? Video Overview
In this presentation on what is cancer, Amandha Vollmer (ADV) speaks to the Port 32 Shore Spa Club in Bobcaygeon, Ontario. She begins by defining cancer through her holistic framework. Amandha describes it as a breakdown in the body’s ability to manage cellular repair and remove waste. From this perspective, she argues that a tumour is a manifestation of a deeper process rather than the cancer itself.
Amandha then develops the physiological model behind this interpretation. She discusses epigenetics before introducing her understanding of terrain, somatids and pleomorphism. In her model, changes in microorganisms are connected with the condition of damaged tissue and the body’s attempts to manage waste. She then adds an emotional dimension through German New Medicine, describing how she believes unresolved conflict or shock can become part of a person’s health history.
The later discussion turns toward how Amandha applies this framework. Rather than focusing only on a tumour, she emphasizes investigating lifestyle and supporting elimination while rebuilding nutrition. The audience Q&A develops these ideas further through discussions of detoxification, lymphatic movement and probiotics. Her statements about cancer and therapeutic approaches remain her perspectives and experiences from the original presentation.

Important Context & Safety
Educational context: This video presents Amandha Vollmer’s personal interpretation of cancer through a holistic and terrain-based framework. She makes strong statements about tumours and conventional cancer treatment. She also discusses somatids, pleomorphism, germ theory, viruses and German New Medicine according to her understanding of these subjects. These remain Amandha’s perspectives from the recorded presentation rather than individualized cancer-treatment guidance.
Several higher-risk approaches are discussed. Amandha describes using black salve on tumours and gives detailed instructions for coffee enemas during the audience Q&A. She also discusses decisions involving surgery and radiation while describing people with significant cancer diagnoses. The recording does not provide an individualized assessment of the possible complications, interactions or contraindications surrounding these applications or treatment decisions

Introduction: What Cancer Is From a Holistic Perspective
Amandha: Hello everyone. Nice to see you. Thank you so much for inviting me. It’s very dominated on this side. I’m going to try not to ignore this side when that’s not rolling. It’s okay. I’m going to talk about cancer. But I want to talk first about what it is so you understand it from a holistic perspective and then what to do about it.
Amandha: And I’m gonna try to compress that in about 45 minutes and then take some questions afterward. If you need to ask a question in the middle and it’s urgent, then I’ll answer it in the moment, but if you can hold the question till the end, that’s probably best. I do get to a lot of answers throughout.
Amandha: Now just to take a show of hands, I think there’s 13 or 14 people. How many have been either directly or indirectly touched by cancer in their life? So just about everyone. Yeah. And our statistic for cancer in North America is very high Right now, it is close to 50%. And really that’s an epidemic, isn’t it?
Amandha: An epidemic of huge proportions. And did we have this rate even 20 years ago? No, did we have it a hundred years ago? No. Have we ever had this before? No. So that’s important to understand what’s going on here? Because it’s not a sudden new disease that’s just sprung up like trees. It’s a lifestyle change that’s affected the way that we live our lives.
Amandha: Now, I, the one thing I wrote down, because I want to get it accurate, I am writing a few books. One will be about this topic, but this is my definition of cancer and I’m not the only one. Cancer is a failure of the body’s natural defenses to manage cellular repair and remove waste due to chemical changes and nutritional deficiencies.
Amandha: That’s cancer.
Amandha: Cancer is not a tumour. Tumours form in cancer, but a tumour is not the cancer itself. Removing a tumor is not getting rid of the cancer. Okay? When you remove a tumor, the cancer being the metabolic derangement, hello, come sit. The metabolic derangement of the body is innate, innately intelligent. We are born with everything.
Amandha: God gave us everything. We don’t need to cut anything away. We don’t need to add anything in. We need to eat from the garden. We need to live our lives in the sun. We need to walk barefoot on the earth. We need to connect with our creator. We need to have meaning and purpose in our lives. That’s what health is.
Medical History, Diagnosis, and Treatment Choices
Amandha: But we’ve gotten so far away from that, and then we wonder why we’re sick now. There’s a history and there’s a long history. If you go to YouTube, I’m on YouTube as Yummy Mummy Emporium and Apothecary, and you can find some of my videos there. And I did a cancer talk in Minden last year and I go, it’s in two parts.
Amandha: And I go through the history and some of the revelations there that help us understand well, if I go to my MD and I ask him or her about cancer, why doesn’t he tell me how to eat right? Why doesn’t he tell me to stop the aluminum deodorants? Why doesn’t he tell me to stop the fragrances in my laundry?
Amandha: Why doesn’t he tell me to stop poisoning myself on every angle? Why? Because you have to understand. Who they are and how they were come up to that level, who trained them. Right. There’s an important history and many of you may have been influenced by that history or seen that history. I mean, this is not that long ago.
Amandha: This is a hundred, 150 years ago when the AMA became captured by big business. Okay? Big business interests. We have an industry that’s backing this entire cancer model, if you will. If you go to your doctor and say, okay, I’m not feeling well. Something, I have a lump. I, you know, we’re women here. I have a lump in my breast.
Amandha: Something’s going on. Can we check that out? But go, well, we wanna give you a mammogram and make sure to maybe take a biopsy, take some tests, and so forth. That’s what they’ll do for you. They’re not gonna offer you thermography, which doesn’t radiate your body, which is not going to squish tissue and damage your tissue, which actually can lead to breast cancer.
Amandha: But that’s what they’ve got. And then say they come back with the test and they say, yep. I’m sorry. It’s bad news. You’ve got the cancer and you, oh my gosh. It’s a shock, isn’t it? Like to hear that even is a total shock. Now you have to deal with that. And what ends up happening is they’re going to offer you one or all three things: chemo, radiation, and surgery.
Amandha: And you go, well Doc, you know I got these book, I got Gerson’s book. I thought the Gerson Therapy book, have you read it? It’s fantastic. Oh, hey, I had this other book. It’s md, you know, fight Cancer and Win. Have you heard about this? Have you heard about laetrile? Do you know about, you know, All of these different cancer cures?
Amandha: No. We, it’s the chemo. This chemo is working really well. We really like this particular mustard gas. This is what they have to offer you because that is all their licensing bodies will allow them to offer. You see, so back when the Rockefeller industry, the Monopoly bought all of the boards in all of the schools, it, they went around and did a survey and basically gave them a lot of money and said, here’s how it’s going to go.
Amandha: We want you chemical medical schools to do well. We don’t like these other schools. We don’t like the homeopathic hospitals. We don’t like the chiropractic schools. We want to support your chemical medicine and your germ theory. Idea or ideology cause we can sell a lot of drugs based on that and then the money started to flow.
Amandha: But hey, you know, since we’re giving you so much money, we’d like to sit one or two of our members on your boards just to make sure it’s going to the right causes. Is insidious, and this is how it began. And these are the same people funding the schools that your doctors are being taught in. They’re paying big money to go to schools.
Amandha: They’re being taught by a pharmaceutical industry that have vested interests. Okay? So this is just an important paradigm when you’re coming into this world of cancer and cancer treatment. You have to understand it’s not your MD’s fault. This is just where they were trained. This is their limitation on their knowledge, okay?
Amandha: They don’t know other treatments. They’re going to offer you that. And if that’s the way that it works for you in your mind, because really most of it’s up here, go for it. But if you really want to heal and you really wanna transform your life, and you really wanna understand why you’ve got the disease in the first place, then you wanna go, thank you, but I’m going to go and I’m gonna meditate with myself, or I’m gonna sit with myself and I’m gonna do some research and I’m gonna find out some other things.
Amandha: And then when I’m not in an emotional state of finding out that I have cancer, And I’m in my logical mind, I’m gonna make a logical decision for myself, but what’s right for me? And it might not be a mastectomy or a surgery, might not be irradiating the tissue, it might be changing my lifestyle, and that’s the way I want to go.
Amandha: Might be going to Tijuana and going to the Gerson clinic. It might be going to Florida to the Hippocrates Institute. There are lots of options that you have to take control of in your own research, you see, and you’re just not going to get it from your md I’ll, I say this to people, I say, you know, if you go to a hot dog stand and ask them to seat you, they’re gonna look at you funny, aren’t they?
Amandha: You’re not gonna get a beautiful, you know, seven course gourmet meal at a hotdog. You can’t go to your MD and ask him for all this information. I would see, I would have clients come to me with cancer and they would go, well, that’s great. I’d give them all this information. That’s great, but I’m gonna take it back to my oncologist and I’ll let you know what he says, like, Your oncologist will know absolutely zilch about what I’ve just told you.
Amandha: And this is one reason why I started to write this book, cracking The Cult Code, because I realized there’s a lot of deep mind control going on here. There’s a lot of propaganda that’s. Fueled this. It’s our beliefs in it that have really fueled this whole thing that then the fear behind it. You see the fear is the motivator and the fear is the controller.
Amandha: And so here I was saying, well, here are the things you need to do for your life to heal that. And they will go, oh, I don’t know. I don’t know. That’s scary. That means I have to do something. I just wanna hand my power over to my doctor and then I want him or her to do it for me. But that’s not going to get you.
Amandha: Well, that the rates of healing from these treatments, do you know what the percentage is of survival over five years. 3%. How’s that for a statistic? It’s not working guys. It hasn’t been working. It’s killing people. The treatment kills the people. They did a study in the UK that showed that. Of the diagnosis of cancer, 60% were false positives.
Amandha: That meant people were walking out with cancer diagnoses but didn’t have cancer, and if they just walked away from that day and said, no, thank you. I don’t want the testing. Thank you very much. Goodbye. They would’ve just been fine. Instead, they had to go through all of these stressful tests because that’s what they thought they needed to do, and ended up dead.
Amandha: Right? We have a mess on our hands, and I shouted it from the rooftops that we have to change our ways. You cannot remove a cancer. You cannot irradiate a cancer. You cannot chemicalized a cancer away. You can suppress it for a little while, maybe even as long as five years, maybe seven years. Maybe you can suppress it so far as 10 years if you’re really good.
Lifestyle, Toxicity, and Epigenetics
Amandha: But it will resurface. It’s never gone away. It will always resurface because that was never the problem in the first place. Okay, so let’s say we were born, we’re a baby. We get injected with all these vaccines, immediate derangement to the metabolism, immediate attack on the defenses. Heavy metals from aldehyde, foreign tissue, from monkeys, from fetal tissue cells, from aborted babies.
Amandha: Now they’re putting that into the vaccines. All kinds of foreign proteins immediately bypass your defenses and go into your bloodstream. First job, okay? Then you live your life. If you survive that, then you live your life and your eating. Maybe GMO foods, you like your candy bars, you’re drinking lots of coffee.
Amandha: I’m drinking tea., we’ll talk about coffee in a bit. Okay? Assault after assault, maybe you have a death. Maybe you have a trauma, maybe you lose a loved one. Emotional shock comes in, your body can’t resolve it. Lot of grief. We know the mind and the body are one unit. We know, you know, when you don’t feel well in your mind, do you feel well in your body?
Amandha: No, of course not. If you’re depressed, are you moving your, are you, yeah, baby. Are you doing this all day? No. You’re like, Oh my God, I don’t even want to cook today. I mean, right. We know that our emotions are a huge component to our life. Maybe all that’s debatable. Okay. And then more assault. More assault.
Amandha: More assault. And who’s detoxing? Who’s the anyone here detoxed in the last six months? Two. Amen. Okay. We should, all of your hands should have been up. Yes, but we’re not taught that. We’re not taught anything about our physiology. We’re really not taught anything about our biology in school. It all starts there.
Amandha: We’re ignorant to it, and then we’re disempowered, and then we give her a power away to other people. See, what I wanna do is empower people. I want you to understand what’s going wrong. That’s what I’m here to do. I don’t even want to see people as clients, as patients, so much as make you do it so that you are like, yeah, I did that.
Amandha: I am in power. I have a, I’m a powerful human being. Look what I just did. I just healed my whole body by changing my life and changing my thoughts. Wow. And then telling another and telling another, because that’s the only way really through this. And I think that’s the gift in it. I think that’s part of why we’re in this mess, is to transform it, is to get through it and understand all the teaching of it.
Amandha: Okay. Okay. So then lifestyle. Lifestyle builds up. No one’s detoxing. Where do you think the wastes are going? Let me explain to you a little bit about the physiology now so you can understand what’s happening. Okay. We are a beautiful intercommunication dance. We are alive inside. All of our cells are alive.
Amandha: All of our tissues are dynamic. Everything changes. Yes. Our bones, yes. Our teeth, yes. Our brain always, every tissue, it’s not your genetics. There’s something called epigenetics that’s not even that new. It’s the understanding that it’s the environment that turns on or off a gene that switches on the protein that it wants to make.
Amandha: So what? The environment matters, not the gene. You can have all these genes all you want, and until the environment is ripe for that will not change you. And unfortunately, we’re seeing more and more degradation of our genetic structure as we’re over vaccinating or vaccinating at all, as we’re doing grave damage to our metabolism, to that cellular defense mode, to that intercommunication, to the blood, to the terrain, to the somatids, which I’ll talk about in a second.
Amandha: Okay? We’re damaging everything that we came out with and we are causing this derangement. And in doing so, we’re getting not just cancers, we’re getting all different kinds of diseases that we never had before, ever. And we love our names. Hey, we love our categories and names, and I have this disease. I have this disease.
Amandha: What do you do about your disease? It’s almost like it’s a disease club, like who’s got the better disease or something, right? Like we we almost feel like we’ve accomplished something when we have been diagnosed with something, right? There’s a deep psychology going on there. Okay, so what are, what is going on with this constant assault and in the body, which I’m going to try to explain to you now in some layman’s terms, is we have this dynamic movement, and in the blood is light.
Pleomorphism, Somatids, and the Terrain
Amandha: Okay. In the blood we have what’s called the somatids. The somatids are cell structures that Gaston Naessens identified way back when.
Amandha: This was actually identified even before, but in the 17 hundreds or so, when there was a war between the germ theory proponents and the terrain theory scientists and the germ theory only won out because of a fraud named Louis Pasteur, whom she describes as a plagiarist, which there are books written on this.
Amandha: I’m reading about three right now and I’m going to write a book on this because there’s not enough books on this, that he was a wonderful politician. He knew how to manipulate people, but he was a horrible scientist and he plagiarized beauchamp’s work who was brilliant and who was the one who identified.
Amandha: How molds worked, how fermentation worked years and years, decades before Pasteur went and stole it, and then claimed it for himself. And just because he was smarmy and Bechamp didn’t stand up for himself, this lived out. So we have to understand we have a cell line in our blood that modern medicine won’t even acknowledge exists.
Amandha: When I found this out, I was in shock. That we are in a time that we think we’re advanced, and yet we have a modern medical system that denies an entire factual proven lineage of cells in our blood that you can look at under a microscope. Now the type of microscope you have to use is a double-light microscope developed by Gaston Naessens.
Amandha: A brilliant researcher in Canada developed, and he, you know, why he figured it out? Because he could only see these cells when it was high noon in, in, where he lived in Quebec area. And he was like, why can’t I only see these during a certain time of day? That’s because the UV was at a very specific point, and that’s when he, it clicked for him and he developed a UV filter light combined with a two different types of light, as I said, and crossed those beams and made a new type where he could see the, through the microscope.
Amandha: You don’t see this microscope. His stuff was confiscated. He was jailed. He was attacked. You would think, oh my gosh, what? Brilliant. information. Let’s ask him more questions. Let’s find out more about this instead. It was the opposite. He was put in jail, a brilliant researcher for doing no harm.
Amandha: It, you ha this is where we go, oh, there’s more going on here,, that this truth isn’t allowed out. Okay. Alright. Right, so these cells called, so there’s different names for them. He called them microzymas these cells are called pleomorphic cells. They change shape based on terrain. So if you take those and you put them in a different environment, they will become a different morphology, which means their body will change.
Amandha: They’re shape shifters, basically they have a 16 cycle, 16 shape cycle. And guess what? They become in our bodies bacteria, and the next stage after that fungus, that’s what they become. And why if when we die, I say this in my other video, when we die, the worms just don’t come and sniff us out and eat us.
Amandha: The body decomposes from the inside out. Our own somatids change, change their form. To eat the dead tissue and bring us back into soil. That’s what happens if you isolate a body. There was an experiment where Bechamp did this. I think he took rodents or animals, rabbits and buried them without oxygen.
Amandha: Totally. All together. Nothing else could get in from the outside. And they, it broke down completely. And he said, well, something’s going on here. Right. Well, that’s our somatids. Now, what happens when you’re eating toxins, when you’re brushing your teeth with fluoride, when you’re. Drinking too much coffee.
Amandha: When you are having injections full of aluminum, mercury formaldehyde, et cetera, what does that do to tissue? Well, we know as these are mainly neurotoxins, they damage tissue, they cause inflammation and inflammation damages the cells, and then the cells break and they need to be repaired or they’re partially damaged.
Amandha: Like the mitochondrial diseases we’re seeing now, mitochondria are, the energy portion of the cell makes our ATP that makes everything run. It’s like our motors. There’s about a hundred or so in each cell, and if there’s about 50 or so, running cell will live. But it’s not functioning well and a lot of waste spilled up and waste and inflammation damage the tissue.
Amandha: And you get necrotic tissue or acidic tissue and those somatids get to work cause they’re good. They’re like your little worker bees. They’re like, oh sector five needs cleanup. And they’ll go and they’ll change form into whatever bacteria needs to happen to eat that specific tissue. So here we are thinking we’re brilliant and going, oh, you’ve got an infection, you better take some antibiotics.
Amandha: Oh, but wait a second, which came first? The chicken or the egg? Oh, I think the disease came first and then the bacterial infection came to eat the dead tissue. And then we’re blaming the poorer workers. And not just blaming them, killing them, and then we’re wondering why we’re continually getting disease because we’re never actually fixing the problem.
Amandha: Now, infections that don’t resolve are a diet problem because then you don’t have enough nutrition to do the job. Okay. That’s where we get a lot of issues in people who can’t resolve things. That’s where you apply nutrition, not antibiotics, which means anti-life. You don’t go anti, more anti-life. You don’t add more chemicals to already chemicals.
Amandha: You don’t kill what’s trying to save you. Yep. See how it’s a quite an important physiological understanding and mind shift. To now think, see holistic practitioners, we think through a specific filter system that’s different. And if you wanna understand holistic principles, then you have to switch your filter out and how you’re looking at the body and how you’re identifying disease and how you’re going to then go at it rectify it.
German New Medicine and Emotional Conflict
Amandha: And to me, my job’s easy cause really the answer is, well, you have dead tissue, you have toxicity, you don’t have enough nutrition. Get rid of the toxicity, help the tissues repair, put the nutrition back in. Healed. It’s that simple. Now, there are complications because of our minds, because if I studied German new medicine and in German new medicine, Dr.
Amandha: Hamer, he identified that a lot of cancers, a lot of diseases come from a conflict shock. He calls it a conflict shock. Could be anything in life where your mind cannot resolve something that’s gone on that’s emotional in that simultaneously is a psyche brain and then associated organ that’s attacked or that is under trauma in that moment, and he could pair back.
Amandha: what emotion or what issue was going on in that person’s life and where the cancer was in their body? Like for example a mother who loses a child and they’re right-handed and it’s been a long, constant amount of shocks. So it’s out of the initial phase which is the cerebellum, which is the new brain that would be on the left breast for that woman.
Amandha: That’s their child’s death right there in the tumor. That’s their grief. You can take a tumor all you want, but it’s the emotional grief that needs to be resolved in order for full healing, okay? Or if it happened in the cerebellum or the pons, which are the old brain, you will, which was developed in a specific type of tissue when we were in fetus as fetus.
Amandha: That is more of the immediate, I’m in danger now. I’m in fight or flight. Something’s going on right now and I’m in emergency. Say we were in a huge earthquake or something like that, and the cancer would begin forming immediately in the body related to the psyche and that organ system. That was all, it’s all brain mapped, and as soon as that’s over and everything’s good, the cancer would stop.
Amandha: The cancer would, what I’ve explained to you is basic stuff here. Really our, there has been not good men who have taken over our chemical medicine.
Amandha: The MDs are what’s called the biologics, the biological medicines.
Amandha: They will only offer you this much. We have a whole gambit of holistic practitioners and healing methods that are suppressed and hidden or attacked at worse.
Amandha: Alright, that is available that we must research. We have a misidentified scientific theory that’s been promoted, a propagated a prop propagandized in the media that you only get because guess what those people own over the media too. Sorry, there were originally 13 media outlets all owned by the same six or seven people, and now it’s con come even more condensed than that, where you getting your information from the same people who wanna sell you the same drugs.
Amandha: Unfortunately, yes. If you’re not getting alternative information from pure news sources, this is the information you’re going to get. How are you going to know the truth? You have to dig deeper. Okay. And we have an entire science that has been ignoring somatids, ignoring a whole cell line in our bodies.
Amandha: It’s unbelievable. I wake up every day and I go, I can’t. I can’t believe this is life I really can’t because I’ve done this work. You see, I have this filter and I’ve helped people through this. And I see the results after a while. When you have the experience, then you go, you have the confidence behind it, right?
Amandha: You know something you’re not sure of. You come at a little more tenuous and after a while you’re like, yeah, that’s the way it is. cause I see that through my experience, through my life, it has more weight to it. And even with that, you have to. Not be cocky. You have to still be able to, willing to let that go, to invite new information in.
Viruses, Germ Theory, and Amandha’s Terrain Interpretation
Amandha: And that’s definitely not what the scientists are doing today. Okay. All right. So that’s basics. There also is something that, you know, is kind of shocking and I’m writing about right now. And I’ve had these suspicions for a while. But there’s a long history of this as well, and we’ll go into a book format.
Amandha: But this whole idea of a invader of attack and destroy this mentality, this masculine mentality is so wrong. There aren’t even any viruses. There aren’t any viruses. Dr. Stephan Lanka is one of the German biologists who first started saying, guys, I don’t know what you’re talking about, but there’s no measles virus.
Amandha: No one has found it. No one has isolated it. No one has shown me a picture of it. What are you guys doing? And he’s very, was very vocal about it. And thank. You know, and I started to have my suspicions cause I’m like, they’re making up all these scary viruses, but I’m not seeing any evidence. And I read scientific papers and I’m just not seeing the details here.
Amandha: Like you’d think if it exists, we should be able to see it. It’s not even considered alive a virus. It can’t even exist outside of a bacteria, has to be with the bacteria. I did deep research on this and I’ve been continuing and my conclusions as far are, there are no such things and the AIDS community has also proven there’s no HIV virus.
Amandha: It’s very conflicted in that world because there’s a lot of money in that in the AIDS treatment and testing. And what I figured, so when studying BE’S work and the terrain understanding and the summas, what happens is when the summas understand that there’s. An issue in the body. They begin to change shape into a different bacterial form.
Amandha: If the DNA or RNA of that area is damaged, they will create a ring of protein and RNA and DNA inside of that cell called a micelle, and it will send that like a toolbox. The bacteria will send the toolboxes to the cells to repair the cells. This is what virologists. Grafting from the body and calling viruses.
Amandha: They do not infect tissue. They only inject their DNA and RNA into the section in order to repair the cells. I, when I’ve found this out, I was like, this now makes sense to me. With the understanding of the, so tis now this has started to make sense. It’s the body trying to heal. That’s really what it is.
Amandha: The symptoms of sickness is the expression of the toxicity out of the body. That’s what all the phlegm, you know, when you get a cold or a flu, all that phlegm and all that comes out. That is all the expression of the toxic material that these forms are working to heal, to get out, of course it’s gonna have debris.
Amandha: Look at a construction site, look at the mess that is, it’s just cleanup. Okay, now that’s a big topic and I’m, I know I dropped a little bomb there, but, It’s something again, in the perspective of we have been sold this fear of viruses, this sanitation ideology, this kill. You know, you’ll say, this fight, I’m gonna fight cancer.
Amandha: We’re fighting it, you know, this mentality. And we have to move that aside when we’re talking about healing it holistically, because that’s not what’s happening at the actual body level. The body is brilliant and intelligent and it wants to heal itself. And it’s doing that, it’s doing it as desperate with whatever resources you give it.
Amandha: And if it’s on it’s last legs, if it doesn’t have all the material, it will do. What has to do to. For example, Dr. Otto Warburg, he found that in all cancer cells there is a lack of oxygen there, acidic. And not only that, but they start to ferment sugar as fuel. Now, the body normally doesn’t do that, uses oxygen as fuel, but under low oxygen situation, in a metabolic derangement of the body, it will start to ferment sugar and use sugar.
Amandha: Now you would think., that’s a brilliant identification. He tried to reverse it by adding oxygen. Seems logical, but sadly it doesn’t work like that. Once things are damaged beyond a certain level, adding back, what’s missing doesn’t always do the trick. And that’s why you need to find usually a practitioner or someone who knows a little more to help you through that, to help you through identifying your blocks in the metabolism because you are not like you have a laboratory at home and you can take out your own blood and figure it out on your own.
Amandha: Right. It is good to have some allies, having a good chiropractor, having a good naturopath, having a, all the holistic practitioners good reiki practitioner to help you with the emotional aspect or identify what the emotional aspect could even be is important. Alright, so we’ve identified that we have a germ theory fail.
Amandha: The germ theory has been completely abolished and actually was at its inception but it was rectified and put through and changed for industry. We have a entire lineage of cells that’s completely ignored by modern medicine, and we are full of toxins and poisons on every level that’s leading to cancer epidemic that we see today.
Tumours, Black Salve, and Suppression
Amandha: Alright, so if, so Amanda, if you didn’t cut it out or burn it, then how are you gonna hear? How do you heal? You know, you wanna get rid of the tumor? Yep. There are cases where you do wanna get rid of the tumor. And one helpful way of doing that’s called Black salve. The black salve, I have helping a woman right now, actually two with one has breast cancer.
Amandha: The other’s a gentleman who has a rare bone cancer in the jaw and they’re using black salve to draw it out. But the difference with the blood root and the DMSO in the black salve is it actually goes through the body, gets to the root. And draws everything out to the surface. It’s not just going in with a knife and cutting out a piece saying We got it all, or not sure we got it all, which is another heroic idea, but not based in truth.
Amandha: About what’s going on, and it will start to erode the skin and it will draw it out. If you go to blacks australia. com, it’s great video there on exactly that process and how you know, what it looks like and everything. And so yeah, you can get rid of the tumor that way. If it’s in, if it’s large, if it’s bothersome.
Amandha: Once it passe a certain point it’s harder to break it down with the diet. Once you’re in like the third stage, it’s really rooted. It’s got its own cells, it’s got its own blood supply. At that point, it gets a little more difficult for a deranged metabolism. To figure it out and to dissolve it. I had a gentleman with a huge tumor on his neck like here, and black salve would’ve been helpful for him.
Amandha: He didn’t wanna do that.
Amandha: And main thing is it was an emotional root cause and we worked on that. And he said, no, he didn’t wanna go there.
Amandha: And that’s his right. Like, that’s his life. It’s his body, it’s his life. And he went and did the radiation, which what happened is radiation will tell this part of the body.
Amandha: No. You can’t do that. You are not allowed to do that. And it will say, okay fine. We’ll get outta here and it’ll shrink, it’ll go. But that toxicity just goes in. And the body and eventually will erupt either elsewhere or at that point it kills the body. It’s a suppressive thing. Suppression, like holding a beach ball under the water, right?
Amandha: You can only do that for so long. What happens when you let go of a beach ball underwater, boom, right? It usually doesn’t just go boing. It comes up with a vengeance. That’s what ends up happening.
Amandha: Suppression will only get you so far for so long it eventually fails because you’re going against the body.
Amandha: Alright.
Detoxification, Coffee Enemas, Diet, and Household Exposures
Amandha: So that’s a general understanding what’s going on in cancer. You have a metabolic derangement, you have low nutrition. The body now, so I’m talking about the cells the somatids, the bacterial forms become fungal. They always find fungus with cancer because now the fungus has come in to try to digest it further.
Amandha: Get rid of this material, this toxic material that is pocketed away that it, the liver’s not working properly, the kidney’s not. Detoxing properly. The skin isn’t expressing properly. You can’t blow that outta the lungs. Those are all the routes of elimination. They aren’t working properly. Nobody’s detoxing, nobody’s getting things moving anymore.
Amandha: It’s like, well, we have nowhere to put this stuff. Let’s just put it here or here. and wherever the mind tells it to go, it goes. And now you want to try to assist it to come out. It’s got fungus on it, which the fungus form’s trying to break it down. Don’t necessarily want to kill the fungus. There are some people say, well kill the fungus, kill the bacteria, kill the viruses involved.
Amandha: The only reason I, what they’re calling viruses involved is trying to repair the damaged dna. The toolboxes are there on the scene. And you don’t really want to go on a kill fight.
Amandha: Aggressive approach.
Amandha: Really what you want to do is say, okay, the things that I did that made me sick are not gonna make me well.
Amandha: So I need to identify my lifestyle, what I need to change and I need to clean it up. We talked about coffee that really you don’t want to drink coffee cause it. Affects the liver strongly. The brain, it is acidifying to the terrain, to the cell of the body, and it’s a diuretic. It increases the hormone anti-diuretic hormone in your kidneys.
Amandha: It has a lot of negative processes beyond that. But one of Dr. Gerson found that coffee enemas using enema, which is an old time cold home remedy that used to be done all the time. The coffee enemas are cleaning the blood. Now, I know it sounds, whoa, outrageous. I’ve done many coffee enemas. It’s easy to do.
Amandha: It’s really easy to do. It’s way less uncomfortable, painful or difficult than going, driving to the hospital, sitting in the waiting room for two hours, three hours, five hours, whatever, getting cut open, getting drug. Being, you know, in a hospital out of, okay. If you look at compare and contrast, it’s nothing, it’s a little bit of coffee up your butt, you know, and you’re holding it for a few minutes.
Amandha: What’s happening is in that retention of it, the blood goes through your liver every three, four minutes, okay? And it is washing the blood, it’s cleansing it out of all the toxins. You’re cleaning it up right there. You clean up the colon, you clean up the, there’s a called the portal vein. That’s the big vein that goes from the liver to colon.
Amandha: All the toxicity gets cleaned up there. The bile gets dumped, the bile recycles itself and it also has toxins attached to it. So it gets rid of it and, in her view, also helps clear parasites in the area. Parasites are implicated in the cancers, okay? coffee enemas are one of the biggest healers, because you’re getting.
Amandha: Rene Caisse developed Essiac, which is her name spelled backwards. She was a Canadian nurse. She was curing cancers by the hundreds and hundreds of people in her basement in Ontario. Okay. And she was attacked so hard. She had a nervous breakdown. And this is some, she was doing it by the book.
Amandha: She was sending them to the doctor. Diagnosis, everything on paper, coming to her, doing the Essiac injections plus some, sometimes things internally in the change of a diet, healing them through everything reported properly, and case after case, pure cure, just like that.
Amandha: And they just went after this beautiful woman until she had a nervous breakdown. And she, I don’t know if she totally lost her license or whatnot, but this is the, this is what you get. You’re actually healing it. And you, that’s why the deeper questions have to be asked, okay, but who’s running this show that you can’t even have this conversation?
Amandha: That’s a problem. That’s a communism problem., we can’t talk, you mean you can’t talk about something, even if it’s controversial, even if you don’t like what I’m saying, you can’t talk about it. You don’t have to agree. But why can’t we have the conversation? Have to pass, right? Everybody can make their own choices.
Amandha: We’re all adults, but poor Renee, my goodness, and more like her. Harry Hoxsey, another one. He cure curing cancer cases all over town. And what the similar similarities are, they’re all blood cleansers. They all clean up the blood, okay? They clean up the blood, they remove the metabolic derangement of the blood, and things start to get moving again.
Amandha: The body can get on, of course, to heal it, which is all it’s trying to do in the first place. Okay? And yes, the diet. So usually you go on the more vegan side, less meats, less hard to digest foods, lots of juicing therapies, four big juices a day. High dense nutrition, absorbable nutrition. A lot of people’s guts are such a mess.
Amandha: They’re not even absorbing what they’re eating at all. They wonder why they’re nutrient deficient. Their guts are a mess. Inflamed. Any, anyone who’s ever had antibiotics, your flora is in trouble and it will never come back to what it was. That’s the thing that’s the tragedy. Just like vaccines, you, it will never be the same.
Amandha: You never be the same again. That’s you were without it, it deranged the metabolism. Now you’ve gotta get by unless you’ve gotta try to make, do, patchwork has to happen. Okay. And so diet, water and the toxins that you’re putting on, right? I see people slathering this poison on them all the time. I see them at the beach, sh I’m like, oh my gosh.
Amandha: They’re just spraying poison on their body. to prevent cancer,. And your skin is a two-way street. They actually absorb what you put on your skin. So I make skincare products. All naturally no preservatives at all because I couldn’t find any that were really pure when they started this time. I got pregnant and I moved up north cause I couldn’t take the EMF in the city and the whole thing anymore hormones.
Amandha: Aren’t they marvelous? And I’m outta here. And I needed peace. I needed fo and I couldn’t find a diaper cream for my daughter that was without a para on alcohol and past or something in it. Well, I better start making it. So I did. And I said, I like this. This is good. I made my own touch cream.
Amandha: That was the next one. Made my own bug products and who likes mosquitoes? I don’t wanna poison myself just cause I don’t wanna get bitten. Right on and on. And I did that. So I knew that my skin is gonna eat that stuff and I don’t need to add any extra poisons. So look to your world.
Amandha: Where do you have toxins in your life? Style and change them out. Switch them out. That’s usually the first thing I tell people to start to do is just survey their household, their activities. What’s your laundry detergent? You use dryer sheets. Where are the fragrances and the perfumes? Where are the synthetic compounds in your cleaning products?
Amandha: All of this stuff. Look at it with a real hard edge and then there’s a little natural substitute for these things. Switch that in. Or heck just use vinegar and baking soda. Like I get the most stuff he needs to pay all that money for stupid stuff, right? I don’t need like polish of all 10 types and window cleaner.
Amandha: I need vinegar,, and a little bit of olive oil when I wanna polish my wood. Right. Okay. So looking at that, the sources of the incoming unplugging your all of your, in your house, like where you sleep, make sure it’s fully dark, you’re making your melatonin. Make sure you’re not sleeping next to clubs where you’re getting dirty electricity affecting you, where electrical means electricity, affects our fields, affects our health, affects the way we think with these things to look happen.
Amandha: And of course diet. You can’t put genetically modified in your body and not have a problem with your dna because the thing is those cells are foreign material and anytime you put foreign material in your body, your defenses have to act. Cause it’s not you. Anything that’s not you has to be out, period.
Amandha: It’s like, oh, this isn’t, Amanda. Get outta here. Right? You keep doing that. Keep doing that. Foreign. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. You know what that. Resources. If you have a lot of resources, go for it. I don’t know. A lot of people have a lot of extra resources who’s doing super foods, high nutrition, dense nutrition, juicing every day, who’s jogging and running and moving their bodies and getting that blood pumping and getting that breath moving.
Amandha: Right. Okay. So I’m just trying to help you understand the different thinking that comes along with a holistic perspective and that if you wanna solve it, you can, but you do have to change what you’re doing. And you can’t put chemicals in your body anymore. You have to help the body get the chemicals out, and you have to give it the resources to do the job and trust that the body.
Amandha: And then you have to look at your own mind, your own emotions and what can I do for self-care? What can I do to make my life happier? Am I happy? If I’m not, I gotta make changes because eventually you’ll get tired of this earthly existence and you’ll be like, whatever, I’m tired. And some people are like that.
Amandha: Some people, the cancer comes in to end the incarnation and they wanna leave. And I’ve had people like that come to me and that’s the way they’re going and that’s again, their decision, right? But they can still transform themselves even through that experience can be powerful for them, for their minds.
Audience Q&A: Detoxification and Coffee Enemas
Amandha: Right. Okay. Alright, so I know we’re getting on in time, so I just wanna ask a couple questions and if there are any or if I’ve just shocked you all,
Audience Member: How often do you recommend detoxification?
Amandha: Good question. If you are, if you have been diagnosed with a cancer, which is considered a secondary shock, by the way, in the German new medicine you can actually contribute to more cancers. You want to do a daily method of detox. You wanna do a coffee enema em every day.
Amandha: In the Gerson therapy, they do coffee enemas five to six times a day, even in the middle of the night. Because it’s constantly you, the more you can get it out, the faster you’re gonna heal, right? So it’s really up to you in your lifestyle if you’re preventing. Or maybe just have a little something you’re not sure what’s going on.
Amandha: I generally suggest people start three to four times a week if that’s, if like for coffee enemas. Specifically doing that just for like a couple of weeks just to get ahead of the game. And then there’s different ways to detox and there’s different ways to detox different organs as well. I like doing homeopathic.
Amandha: Drainage remedies that are gentle and they’re called the emunctories. emunctories are all of your drainage roots, how things get out, and it just gently opens up the emunctories for these organs of elimination to assist that come. And there’s different targets. There’s one for lungs, there’s ones for kidneys, there’s ones for liver, you know, that kind of thing.
Amandha: And just, you can even just juice. You can use lemons, limes. That’s a great detox. People just do a general, you want to just start in the morning, you do baking soda with lemon water and you’re helping your liver right there. That’s simple, right? So it can, it’s a whole spectrum of how deep you want to go.
Amandha: One of the biggest things to detox is to fast and do a lot of drinking of water is you’re going to flush and flush and give your body a bit of a break. Give your digestive organs a break. And when they have a break, they’ll do their own internal house. Cleaning. So doing some intermittent fasting is another kind of way to help the detox process and detoxing from EMFs, from your cell phones, from your gadgets, from routers.
Amandha: Unplug those suckers at night., I always unplug mine at, you know, where your people are. House sick people don’t even get outside. Like, we’re in this winter, we’re not getting sun. You need sun for life. Right. For your vitamin D levels and more. And we’re not getting exposure to oxygen. Like every day I’ll go out and I’ll just run out my bare feet, even in the cold Woo and like run back in.
Amandha: And just that alone is like, ah, I’m alive. I feel it and breathe the air. I’ll let the dog out and like just get it right. Because we’re in these houses, we’re in these forced air heating environments. Yeah. All. So that can be a little detox, you know what I mean? Or just detox from certain people.
Amandha: You got toxic people in your life. I got people, I’m like, whoa, girl, you need detoxing to walk away from that narcissist and you need to detox your mind. Right? Right. So it depends on where you’re coming from, but there’s so many ways to do it. There’s great books. You can just go online and just say, how to detox.
Audience Member: How do you prepare and use a coffee enema?
Amandha: Well, how I do it for maintenance is I do it twice a year. Okay. As a maintenance.
Amandha: Cause I don’t have anything really active. I’m just doing it as a preventative. Preventative, which I wish we could all get to that please. Just preventing to these you brew the coffee according to instructions. I think it’s three heaping tablespoons of organic coffee that is caffeinated. Dark roast is preferred the way that it’s made.
Amandha: Put it in, I think it’s three liters of water distilled. I think it’s boiled for three minutes and then simmered for another few minutes. Filter out the coffee grounds, of course. Put it in. You can buy a water bottle and hose contraption. They won’t even call it an enema kit because they don’t want to say that word.
Amandha: Right. But you can get those as Shoppers Drug Mart places like this and you just affix the hose and the nozzle You. Lubricate the nozzle, a bit of vitamin E or olive oil. Lay down in the bathroom is best near the toilet. Yeah, or on a mat. Usually I put a mat down and then a towel or two a little pillow, a timer and either have my, I have my book or something to read or something else to think about.
Amandha: Video got cut off at that point. What I was saying is that when you are laying on the towel, it’s a retention enema for 13 minutes and you wanna hold that there. That’s why a book is helpful. And then you evacuate the over the toilet. Obviously after that point in time and the first time you do it, you won’t be able to hold it that long.
Amandha: Generally some can, but many can’t. This is one of the procedures I’m just showing you here from Gerson therapy book. And there’s a few ways of preparing the solution. And this is an elegant way of how you’re taking the enema comfortably. And this is the evacuation where you massage clockwise direction.
Amandha: And obviously there’s many benefits I recommend for General Health at least twice a year to do, to run a coffee enema. We’re really messing things up. We gotta look at our, what we’re doing here and we gotta clean it up and we have to be activists. I think women really have to band together and say enough.
Audience Q&A: Research, Individual Protocols, and Stored Toxicity
Audience Member: There are many public resources discussing alternative therapies and the history presented in this talk.
Amandha: , the AMA and the Rockefeller. Yes. Yeah, the Rockefeller Carnegie Morgan Empire. Yeah. When they came in, there’s a lot of history on documentaries on YouTube that you can watch. Oh yeah. G. Edward Griffin, I don’t know if you know him, amazing work on Lero and Healing Cancer with laetrile, which is Vitamin B 17 talks about how, what that does, the mechanism of that and the.
Amandha: The history of how cancer cures got suppressed and how all of these big Barrons, really oil Barrons and rubber, like for the cars and like the Ford money, how that all filtered in as well. Like how these people who really had too much power and money and influence decided to do this. And there’s, you’re right, there’s lots of resources out there.
Amandha: I learned it from those resources. I’m just telling, I’m just parroting what I’ve learned from all this information. I’m a deep researcher. That’s what I do. I read and read and when I’m not satisfied, I read more. Ethel Douglas Hume. She exposed Pasteur. So you can read her book now. There’s a couple of other.
Amandha: That exposed Pasteur, the excellent reading. And I’m also doing some deeper work on, you know, understanding somatids and understanding this virus myth. And how then how do we get sick? You know, how do, if that’s the case, then what’s infection? Or is there infection? What is that? You know? And part of it is I think the toxicity that comes off the body is can trigger it in another.
Amandha: It’s the toxicity that comes off that’s triggering not the virus itself. So say someone’s mucusy and their mucus is expressing bacteria, is expressing other toxins and you expose yourself into lung tissue, if you’re also toxic, it can trigger that in you the same symptoms. So I’m looking a lot of that right now.
Amandha: Yeah, but that, you’re right, there’s so much information. It can be overwhelming. See, that’s the thing. Yeah it can be overwhelming. You’ve gotta take it in stride and you’ve gotta be gentle with yourself, but be determined to just learn. You know, if that’s what you feel, then you just keep at it.
Audience Member: Do you use different approaches for different kinds of cancer?
Amandha: You just keep at it. I pray a lot,. I just say, God, just show me what it is.
Amandha: Understanding them where they’re at. Sometimes they need a homeopathic before anything else for their mind., maybe they need to just change out what they’re eating first. That’s what helps them. So you can do that assessment? Yeah. Yeah what I do is I have them do an intake form, then I read that and then I have a consult with them and then I talk to them for an hour.
Amandha: Get that information and design protocol for them to follow generally. And then after a few months, I have a follow up just to see where it’s, how it’s going along and, yeah. Okay. I have another question about the toxicity that we carry in our bodies, in our fat cells. From what I understand. Yeah.
Audience Member: Can toxicity remain stored in the body even after someone has eaten a clean diet for years?
Amandha: Yes, because there’s intracellular and extracellular and intracellular. What happens is the, if the cell is a half mask, like I was saying with the mitochondrial diseases that we’re seeing more and more of, if it’s that half mass and the body doesn’t go through natural apoptosis, which is destroy.
Amandha: Cells and recycling them., then it’s like it’s been taken over. Parasites can take it over. Pathogenic bacteria go in there to try to work it out. They can’t get the job done. It’s just sort of sitting around. And that, or heavy metals can go in there or other types of haps or immunological sense of chemical residues that confuse the defenses that doesn’t really know what it’s looking at.
Amandha: Right. It just sits and then you’re under functioning. Yeah. And that can be a source of eventual breakdown and eventual, like it make, cancer has its own cells. It makes its own cells. Yes. Right. We know that it’s gets its own life. It’s creates its own it’s a bone in and of itself, but yes, you can have years and years, even if you’re doing pretty well and you’re doing a lot of extracellular cleanses if you’re not going into deeper levels of it.
Amandha: It will just sit around for a good while. Yeah, they’re extracellular versus first you start extracellular cuz it’s easier, it’s diet, it’s coffee enemas, it’s, you know, cleaning up the blood, cleaning the lymph. The lymph is like the garbage dump of the blood.
Amandha: The blood has to remain pretty clean, but it’ll dump it into the lymph and then you wanna clean that out. So once that’s all cleaned up, sometimes it will be strong enough. You’re not as susceptible or your chi or your energy is stronger. And it will be able to then work on it on its own.
Audience Q&A: Lymphatic Support, Movement, and Nature
Audience Member: Do you recommend lymphatic massage?
Amandha: , but otherwise, You, there’s things called there’s targeted therapies that are intracellular that go after the mitochondria that help either trigger apoptosis in the cell or go after the toxins inside the cell. Yes, absolutely. Any massage, but yes, absolutely, because you want, you have to move.
Amandha: Movement is life. If your cells don’t move, if you don’t move, that’s life. You don’t pump your spine. You don’t, you know, I chop vegetables. I go like this. I’m doing this when I’m chopping vegetables because I’m so busy. How do I get my regular routine in? So, be weird. Just do weird stuff. As long as you’re pumping and moving, it’s, yeah.
Amandha: But yeah you need to move the lymph so you can rebounding. Hot and cold alternating hydrotherapy are one of the most powerful things we’re dealing. We have it. You have taps at home. Everyone have. Hot cold. You know, alternating hot, cold, gets the blood pumping and harmonizes the blood and lymph together.
Amandha: And when you do that, then you’re able to clean and cleanse because the body’s so elegant. And when the blood and lymph are harmonized, it’ll take waste out through the liver and through the kidneys properly., or even through the skin. Dr. Robert Kassar, he talk., if you want to be clean, you gotta actually scrub your skin and so it can breathe.
Amandha: In response to an individualized audience question, Amandha gives a general discussion of scalp cleansing, circulation, and topical approaches. Personal details from the audience question have been omitted.
Audience Member: What about dry brushing?
Amandha: Dry brushing is great, but it’s like, It’s a good prevention. You gotta do more than just dry brushing. If you actually have a lymphatic issue, if you have a Hodgkins type lymphoma, whatever. Mm-hmm.,, that’s great. Add it to, but you gotta get hardcore on those, on that lip. It’s like a delicate way of getting the circulation going.
Amandha: , but it’s like, I don’t know. On the scale of intensity, it’s like down here. So it’s great, but it’s not up here. And some people need to get up there. Some people need the vodka solution and the rebounding and the hot cold alternating, you know, more and more. And the lymphatic drainage, the drops.
Amandha: I have a lot of homeopathic combination remedies put in water and drink it. That just opens everything up and drains it back into the extracellular fluid, drains it, exercise.. Yeah. So there are more targeted ways to move waste, but yep. Dry brushing is excellent. Definitely do it.
Amandha: Yeah. But it’s fun to shower and cold water super fun. I’ve done that. You know what? You learn how good your opera singing is. Why so many north European countries do this have done it for years? Yes. Yes. They do crazy stuff. They’re like, go in the hot sun and they go jump in the lake. Like a, I had a neighborhood.
Amandha: They were Bostonian and they did that religiously. Yeah. Yeah. It’s brilliant. I mean, I’m a German heritage on my dad’s side, and when I was over there, they’d have these walk through ice, cold, icy pools and you had a handle. You walk down, you walk through super slow, just your legs up to about your knee or just over your knee.
Amandha: And you just walk through and it’s a. Like it’s a length, so it’s timed perfectly just to get that circulation going. Yeah. It’s brilliant. But I did that and I’m like, I think my heart can take that. It’s a intense, you don’t have to go that hard go, but it’s three minutes hot, one minute cold, five rotations, end on cold, get outta the shower, take a towel and dry friction rub.
Amandha: It’s called to get circulation going again. It’s simple. It’s cheap as dirt and it’s going to help your lymphatic flow. Just that alone, it’s like you’re using hot and cold to pump. To pump. I had the mother of a friend who is lung or pastor, mid eighties actually, and when we were up amended on the lake and she stayed at my place, she would roll up her pant leg every morning and walk around the area and she said, And absorbing the do.
Amandha: Yes, absolutely, absolutely. There’s a man, my had the gift to me in person and he lectured at my house when I was still in naturopathic college. I was living down at Shepherd Young. His name is Hira Ratan Manek, HRM. He likes to call himself and he’s from India and he’s like in his age now, and he does the barefoot walking.
Amandha: And he also does what’s called solar gazing or sun gazing. And it’s not staring, it’s gazing at the sun when it’s like really low UV. Levels like an hour before sunset set and an hour from up to an hour from sunrise.
Amandha: And you start with like 10 seconds and each day you work up. And I did this and I healed a lot of my eyes doing this.
Amandha: And this man, if you meet this man, he has remarkable energy. You’re like, oh my god. Right when he talks and he hasn’t eaten food in like 35 or 40 years. What? Oh, I’ve heard of this. Yeah. And he hasn’t eaten. And they studied him, scientists studied him. Is that what you call the Breatharian?, I, you could call him Breatharian, but he’s not doing what the Breatharian are doing, which is they’re doing grounding and breath work.
Amandha: But he drinks sun charged water and sungazes, I think he’s up to 20 minutes or more. Or twice a day and does barefoot dew walks. Yep. Yeah. And he doesn’t eat. He says some. Sometimes I eat recreationally like. Yes. Just to be nice. He doesn’t eat and he just drinks some solar charged water.
Amandha: Back when we used to be healthy and have an earth that wasn’t polluted, the pollen in the air would nourish us. That’s the Breatharian understanding. We would breathe and eat because we’re breathing in pollen particles and that’s our food. Right. We damage that to high heavens now, aren’t we? So is that one of the therapies often They recommend, now it’s just walking in a woods.
Audience Member: Can spending time in nature be part of this approach?
Amandha: yes. Yes, absolutely. Because you are grounding and there’s sci scientific studies done on when you’re barefoot on the earth, you, there’s a connection and it drains out a lot of built up energy for water and it stimulates circulation and stimulates the nerves.
Amandha: I mean, you can cure yourself. Just walk a barefoot around, which is wild. They have grounding mats now as well. You can put in your bed so you can sleep in grounded sense, which I did. I made a cheapo one. It just took a rod. With a a stereo wire and I put it outside the window in the ground before it froze, and I connected it to piece of metal tape and tape it in the mattress and then put the sheets and stuff on top.
Amandha: You’ve grounded your bed. You can do it through the plug. You know, the third hole is the. You can actually do it through that too if you do it. If you’re technical like that, you get the men to do it. But yeah. Or you can buy a fancy schmanzy, trancy, thousand dollars grounding mat whatever you want.
Amandha: But that’s a way to sleep grounded and refresh, wake refreshed. You’re not sleeping, you’re not healing, period. That’s our regeneration time, right? Yeah. But walking out in nature, we know we live in nature. Look how much better we feel when we can go out into it and be part of it. That’s who we are.
Audience Q&A: Probiotics, Fermented Foods, and Closing
Audience Member: What is your view on probiotics and vitamins?
Amandha: Well, our blood is alive, our blood is pleomorphic. It changes shape into bacteria. We are bacteria. We are living creatures inside of us. You need to feed those cultures. They like their fish food, and that fish food is probiotics.
Amandha: Your lineages are born of you. Vaginal birth is one type of seeding of that from the mother. If there’s a C-section, they’re a totally different, the babies have a totally different lineage. That’s how we’re supposed to be seeded, right? Midwives are supposed to swab the mouth of the baby with the vaginal tract after birth to seed the gut properly, unless they have all kinds of allergies and issues later on in life.
Amandha: We know C-section babies have a lot more trouble because it’s just cuz of that. Just from right under the gate, not getting seated with the right strains, cause that becomes the lineages and that becomes the somatid lineage. You know, we live forever. Our somatids do not die. They do not die by fire. They do never die.
Amandha: They will you we exist forever. Our personal somatids when we die. Even if we were living in India and we died on the Ganges and they lit us on fire, those somatids continue on. That’s what’s amazing, that they’re so amazing. Can’t kill them. And that probiotic as, yeah, usually just fermented foods like sauerkraut, kombucha, even kefir, even if you eat the, do the milk, the dairy.
Amandha: I mean, we’re not cows, right? Like, we’re not cow calves. Like we’re not meant to really drink another animal’s milk so much because it’s a very huge molecule. It’s hard to digest, but if you ferment it just like you ferment wheat, it’s broken down more and we can utilize it more.
Amandha: Cause those bacteria do the work for us.
Amandha: Oh yeah. Fermented foods are must I put everyone on the probiotic. My daughter has it every day, but she makes her own fermented food. I make kombucha, and the mothers, the SCOBY discs, can also be used. You can eat those. I dry them. You can make them like fake leather, make jewelry out of them.
Amandha: Make like, this stuff’s amazing. You can make a face cream. I was gonna blend one up and put it as a face mask. Face cream. We’re probiotics on our outside too. I’ve been trying to design a cream that is a probiotic based topical c cream to heal a lot of skin issues. So we like our germs. The good guys are our friends.
Amandha: We don’t want to obliterate them. And it’s if you want to rebuild the somatids, you have to have fermented foods in your life. Yeah. You just have to be careful. Which clients, some people they’re so, your metabolism is so messed up. It will put them in a bit of a state when they start to have probiotics.
Amandha: It’s such a world of study too. Like there are so many different kinds for different situations. It’s it’s really overwhelming. I just kind of go more general and mix it up. Always mix up your probiotics, give them different fish food to eat. I like diversity. So do your bacteria. Right? So you’re saying buy different brands every time you run out of a bottle.
Amandha: Buy a different brand. That’s what I recommend with probiotics rather than sticking to one off-the-shelf product. I think you don’t need that high. I like, I know that we’re in a world more is better, bigger is better. My truck’s bigger, I’m better. Right? Like it’s again, this masculine idea. That’s not always the way, especially in things like homeopathy.
Amandha: Less is more actually right?
Amandha: So mix it up. I don’t like that. Billions, trillions like no, like, yeah, it’s. Enough, unless you’re going targeted therapy, that’s a different angle. Right? Yeah. Great. Thank you very much.
