Some courts have be trying to ignore it, which is illegal. Please remember we are dealing with corruption and massive ignorance here. This method has worked for many people but it is no guarantee.
Options are either:
1) return mail to sender “no contract” and ignore
2) change status (see Cal Washington’s In Power process)
3) Appeal court decision and fight them
4) Let it go to collections and ignore. At this point any jointer or contract is rendered null and void. Clear up the matter with proper paperwork after the time of statute of limitations on collections has expired.
